About the Role
We're looking for a Solutions Sales Engineer to join DBSync. This is a hybrid role that sits between sales and delivery: you'll support the sales cycle through technical discovery, demos, and proof-of-concepts, and you'll work alongside our services team to scope and stand up integration solutions for Mid-Market and Enterprise clients.
DBSync is an iPaaS company. Our value is reliable, maintainable integration between CRMs, accounting systems, and ERPs. The ideal candidate pairs strong integration and data fundamentals with the customer-facing skill to translate technical solutions into business value and uses AI and analytics to make those solutions smarter, not as a substitute for solid integration design.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Scoping: Work with sales and customers to understand source and target systems, data volumes, and sync requirements; design integration solutions and scope the work needed to deliver them.
Technical Demos & POCs: Prepare and deliver demos, proof-of-concepts, and trials of DBSync integrations, showing how data flows and syncs across CRM, accounting, and ERP systems.
Integration Delivery Support: Partner with the services team to build, configure, and validate integration workflows — field mapping, transformation logic, sync triggers, scheduling, and error handling.
Data & Systems Expertise: Apply working knowledge of SQL, APIs, and the object models of common CRM and accounting/ERP systems to design integrations that hold up in production.
Customer Engagement: Support clients through onboarding and adoption, troubleshoot integration issues, and recommend improvements.
AI & Analytics Enablement: Where it adds value, layer AI-driven features (automation, predictive insight, conversational interfaces) onto integration solutions; identify where analytics can surface ROI for the customer.
Feedback & Strategy: Gather client feedback, identify common patterns, and feed them back into product, templates, and sales positioning.
Governance & Compliance: Ensure solutions meet data governance, security, and compliance standards.
Enablement: Train sales teams on integration capabilities and how to position them; document solutions for repeatable delivery.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between customers, sales, engineering, product, and customer success from concept through operational delivery.s.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
3+ years in technical sales, solutions/sales engineering, integration consulting, data management, or a related technical-customer-facing role.
Hands-on knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot) and accounting/ERP systems (QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, NetSuite, or Xero).
Solid grasp of integration concepts: APIs (REST/SOAP), data mapping and transformation, sync logic, scheduling, and error handling.
Proficiency with SQL and comfort working with APIs and tools like Postman.
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and collaboration abilities.
Fluency in English.
Nice to Have:
Experience with iPaaS or middleware platforms (DBSync, MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, Celigo, etc.).
Familiarity with AI tools and frameworks (LLMs, chatbots, predictive analytics, automation platforms) and how to apply them to integration and data workflows.
Experience with BI/analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Scripting or automation experience (e.g., Python).
Additional languages beyond English.
Certifications in data analytics, AI/ML, or relevant CRM/ERP
Work Shift:
U.S. Shift (8:00 AM CST to 5:00 PM CST)
Location:

Role Overview
We're hiring a Technical Enablement & Documentation Lead to own the end-to-end knowledge experience for Flosum — from product documentation across DevOps, Data Backup, Security, and Compliance, to the launch of our official Flosum Certification Program. Analyze inbound signals — support cases, demo requests, and prospect inquiries — to identify documentation gaps and proactively update content.
Partner with Support to convert recurring tickets into self-service knowledge base articles, reducing case volume.
Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to document new releases, features, and APIs in lockstep with the release calendar.
Work with Sales Engineering to ensure demo-driven questions are reflected in public-facing guides and FAQs.
Establish documentation standards, style guides, and review workflows to keep content accurate, versioned, and on-brand.
Track content performance (views, search queries, deflection rates, certification pass rates) and report on enablement KPIs.
Requirements
5+ years in technical writing, developer enablement, or technical training — ideally in the Salesforce ecosystem.
Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce DevOps concepts (version control, CI/CD, sandbox management, deployments) and data backup/recovery principles.
Proven track record building or contributing to a certification or learning program (Trailhead-style modules, exam design, or LMS authoring).
Strong analytical mindset — comfortable mining Zendesk/Salesforce Service Cloud cases and CRM data to prioritize content roadmaps.
Excellent writing skills with the ability to translate complex technical workflows into clear, actionable guidance.
Experience with documentation platforms (Document360, Zendesk Guide, Readme, GitBook, or similar).
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer certification.
Prior experience at a Salesforce ISV or DevOps tooling company (Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, OwnBackup, etc.).
Background in instructional design or video-based learning production.

Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a mid-level Infrastructure Vulnerability Management Engineer with a strong background in Cloud Security, DevSecOps, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC). In this role, you will bridge the gap between security, compliance, DevOps, and Platform engineering teams. You will identify infrastructure misconfigurations, secure multi-cloud environments, and manage continuous vulnerability lifecycles across cloud workloads, containers, and data repositories to satisfy strict regulatory compliance frameworks. You will also serve as a technical infrastructure responder during security incidents, deploying real-time cloud or network countermeasures to protect our production ecosystem.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Infrastructure Scanning & Triage: Perform continuous security scanning across our cloud posture and workloads. Review, validate, and prioritize flaws and misconfigurations based on CVSS scores, real-world exploitability, and infrastructure network exposure.
- Posture Management & Visibility: Own and optimize Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM), Kubernetes Security Posture Management (KSPM), and Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) tools to ensure uniform compliance, prevent data leakage, and maintain hardened baselines.
- Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) Security: Configure, tune, and embed automated IaC security scanning tools into CI/CD pipelines to identify architectural risks (e.g., overly permissive IAM, public S3 buckets/Cloud Storage) before they are deployed to production.
- Workload & Container Security: Manage the continuous vulnerability scanning lifecycle for container images, registries, and Virtual Machines (VMs), partnering with SRE and Platform teams to build automated base-image patching and rolling upgrade pipelines.
- Compliance-Driven Tracking: Track, document, and manage infrastructure vulnerabilities according to strict compliance SLAs (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS). Maintain audit-ready evidence of infrastructure remediation timelines and exception approvals.
- Executive Reporting & Alerting: Escalate and report critical production exposures directly to the CISO and senior leadership. Maintain dashboards and alerting mechanisms that visualize infrastructure risk trends and cloud compliance posture.
- Remediation Collaboration: Partner with SRE, DevOps, and Platform teams to provide clear infrastructure mitigation paths. Assist in writing, reviewing, or modifying cloud configuration templates directly when necessary to resolve security flaws.
- Incident Response Support: Assist Incident Response teams during active cloud or host-level breaches. Help develop and implement immediate, real-time cloud, network, or IAM configuration countermeasures to contain threats.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience: 5 years of experience in Cloud Security, DevSecOps, or Systems Engineering roles.
- Cloud Infrastructure Depth: Strong foundational experience working with multi-cloud environments (Deep GCP expertise preferred, with working knowledge of AWS or Azure).
- Posture Management & Scanning Tooling: Hands-on experience operating modern infrastructure security platforms such as Wiz, Orca, Prisma Cloud, Lacework, or cloud-native options (GCP Security Command Center).
- IaC and Automation Fluency: Strong proficiency with Infrastructure as Code platforms (Terraform, Pulumi) and GitOps deployment workflows. Ability to evaluate and configure IaC scanners like Checkov, Tfsec, or KICS.
- Containerization & Orchestration: Deep understanding of Docker/container security and Kubernetes architectures (e.g., GKE, EKS), including runtime security, network policies, and workload identity.
- Compliance Awareness: Understanding of how infrastructure configurations and vulnerability management map to security compliance frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, CIS Benchmarks, or NIST.
WHAT WE VALUE
- Systems Thinking: The ability to see the "big picture" and understand how security decisions impact the entire stack.
- Technical Influence: The ability to drive technical alignment across the organization through expertise and collaboration rather than direct authority.
- Autonomy: Comfortable leading major technical initiatives and driving outcomes with minimal oversight.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: A passion for breaking down complex security challenges into elegant, scalable engineering solutions.
