About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
At Wolt, we help local merchants reach more customers, and the New Verticals teams make sure those partners have a great experience working with us. You'll join the Quality team in New Verticals EMEA, which works across both regional and global levels to improve how we support, onboard and grow our merchant partners across all of our markets, including Wolt and Deliveroo.
You'll sit at the intersection of merchants, account management, and our support and quality organizations. You'll work on large, cross-market initiatives and partner closely with our regional teams and global heads.
What you'll be doing
This role is about taking a global view of merchant quality and operational excellence, and turning what you find into initiatives that make best practices. You contribute to our quality targets – most importantly reducing items not found and cancellations, and improving efficiency and product substitutions. You'll own the initiatives and projects you drive, for instance occasions and go-to-market, and you'll work hands-on with the internal team stakeholders, while staying close to the merchant experience.
Day-to-day in this role you'll:
Act as the point of contact and build feedback loops between merchant-facing teams, product and customer support, helping resolve defects and recurring issues at a global level
Drive product rollouts across markets, informing and training Account Managers and ensuring merchants are set up for success
Analyse how things work in practice across regions, spotting and grouping similar issues and feeding those insights back to the right teams
Lead global and cross-regional initiatives such as occasions and best practices, working with regional heads to improve performance in their markets
Collaborate with specialists across countries, running initiatives together
Use data and AI tools to analyse, automate and prototype solutions yourself, rather than waiting on others
Our humble expectations
Confident working with data. You can pull, analyse and draw conclusions on your own
Comfortable using AI tools and prompting to automate work and speed up analysis, while knowing they're a starting point and not a replacement for judgment
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders from different markets and levels of seniority
Solid project management skills and a track record of taking initiatives from idea to delivery
A generalist mindset: you're curious, pick things up quickly and are happy to dig into the details
A strong sense of ownership and a drive to go beyond what's expected
Fluent English both written and spoken.
What we offer
Global visibility: work on initiatives that impact many markets and collaborate directly with global heads
A real opportunity to make an impact and shape how we work with merchants worldwide
A clear growth path. Many people in this role move on to take regional ownership or product ownership
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design and deliver production-grade AI agents https://sierra.ai/blog/meet-the-ai-agent-engineer: You'll build and ship highly performant, reliable, and intuitive AI agents that are central, mission-critical and drive revenue directly to Sierra's growth. These aren't prototypes—they are powerful, scalable systems running in production environments across industries like finance, healthcare, and commerce.
- Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-development-life-cycle (ADLC): You'll have complete ownership and autonomy from initial pilot through deployment and continuous iteration. You'll be responsible for building, tuning, and evolving AI agents in production environments, defining the standard for ADLC best practices along the way.
- Partner with large enterprises and cutting-edge startups: You’ll work directly with leaders at some of the world’s largest enterprises to understand their most pressing business challenges, and build AI agents that transform how they operate at scale. You'll also partner with the most cutting-edge startups in Silicon Valley, embedding AI agents across their entire business stack to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Build the future of the platform: Your direct work with customers will guide the evolution of Sierra's core platform. You'll surface unmet needs, prototype new tools and features, and collaborate with research, product, and platform to shape the future of AI agent development and Sierra's product.
EXAMPLE PROJECTS
These are some examples of projects that engineers on our team have worked on recently:
- Design and build AI agents for large telecommunications and media companies that consistently outperform human agents in managing subscription churn
- Develop and refine AI agents capable of navigating complex customer interactions, like troubleshooting a broken device and personalizing product recommendations
- Create generalizable AI agent frameworks tailored for industry-specific use cases. See some examples in our financial services blog https://sierra.ai/blog/five-ways-to-use-ai-agents-financial-services!
- Facilitate design partnerships for new product initiatives, such as new agent architectures, self-service capabilities, and generative agent development
- Experiment with the latest voice models and figure out how to integrate them at scale to enterprise-grade customers
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Language fluency - professional fluency in both Spanish and English
- Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems
- Strong technical problem-solving skills, especially in fast-changing, ambiguous environments
- A builder and tinkerer’s mindset with high agency - you find creative ways to overcome obstacles and ship
- Comfort working directly with customers to understand their needs and solve real-world problems
- Excellent communication skills - clear, direct, and persuasive across technical and non-technical audiences
EVEN BETTER...
- Experience building or deploying AI/LLM systems in production
- Have been a founder or founding engineer - you know what it means to balance craft, ownership, and speed
- Familiarity with tools that power today's AI agents: eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering
- Prior experience with React, TypeScript, and/or Go
- Previous roles where you interfaced with customers or led technical projects with external stakeholders
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.

- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.

About the Team
The Platform Hiring Team (PHT) is building a centralized, technology-enabled hiring engine for repeatable, high-volume roles across supported DoorDash, Deliveroo and Wolt businesses.
You'll join Platform Hiring Operations, PHT's business-facing team. This team owns demand, market context, and pipeline health: translating business needs into hiring plans, keeping stakeholders ahead of risk, and clearing blockers before they reach the execution team.
About the Role
You'll own business readiness, attraction, and pipeline health for Courier hiring across the business, a new area for Platform Hiring. You'll translate business needs into hiring plans, validate demand against strategy and cost, coordinate Marketing and sourcing partners, activate roles when requirements are complete, and monitor progress against hiring dates.
As the senior business-facing partner for Courier, you'll advise business leaders on hiring strategy, market conditions, timing, location, quality, and delivery trade-offs using funnel and talent-market evidence. When pipeline volume declines, you'll coordinate targeted sourcing interventions and ensure the execution team has sufficient pipeline. You'll proactively coordinate blockers across onboarding, background checks, training capacity, HR, and local operations.
You'll also identify recurring friction and work with the Platform Hiring Manager and PM Team on scalable improvements, automation, and AI adoption.
You're excited about this opportunity because you will
Own the end-to-end business partnership for Courier hiring, from demand validation through pipeline health and hiring delivery.
Establish and continuously improve the Platform Hiring operating model for a new hiring area.
Collect, validate, and translate hiring demand against workforce strategy, timing, market conditions, and cost expectations.
Set up approved headcount and role requirements in the active hiring platform.
Own relationships with Marketing, Employer Brand, sourcing, and relevant operational partners to build an effective top-of-funnel strategy.
Use historical funnel performance and talent-market data to establish the sourcing and application volume required for delivery.
Activate roles with the Platform Hiring team and maintain clear handoffs, service expectations, and priorities.
Monitor pipeline health, conversion, drop-off, and hiring dates, providing proactive business updates and surfacing risks early.
Advise business leaders on hiring strategy, attraction, market conditions, location, timing, quality, and delivery trade-offs using funnel and talent-market evidence.
Deploy targeted sourcing interventions or coordinate specialist sourcing support when pipeline volume declines.
Coordinate across operations, HR, Workforce Planning, Marketing, Learning and Development, onboarding, and other partners to resolve hiring dependencies.
Own market and business exceptions that require context beyond the standard platform workflow.
Support approved candidate-facing exceptions, including local-language communication, offer delivery, or low-volume work, while maintaining the standard platform workflow wherever possible.
Identify recurring friction and bring evidence, volume, impact, and recommended solutions to the Platform Hiring Manager and PM Team.
Identify automation and AI use cases, adopt approved solutions, and track their impact on manual work, decision speed, and hiring delivery.
Build the foundations, documentation, processes, and stakeholder relationships that can support a future dedicated Courier hiring capability as the business scales.
Maintain accurate portfolio documentation, decisions, risks, and source-of-truth reporting.
Create clear, structured business documentation, including process documentation, recommendations, and stakeholder updates that enable effective alignment.
Use a process improvement mindset to identify root causes, simplify ways of working, and continuously improve the hiring operating model (experience with Lean Six Sigma principles would be a bonus but not a must).
Use data analysis to identify trends, diagnose funnel and operational issues, and translate complex data into clear insights and compelling stories for business stakeholders.
We're excited about you because
You have 6+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, high-volume hiring, recruiting operations, or a consultative program/business partnership role.
You have 3+ years of experience managing and influencing senior stakeholders across functions and organizational levels.
You have experience translating complex or evolving demand into hiring plans and advising business leaders on hiring strategy.
You are comfortable operating in an environment where the operating model is still being established and requirements can change as the business develops.
You have experience using hiring data, funnel performance, and market insights to challenge assumptions and recommend action.
You demonstrate strong business judgment and can balance speed, quality, cost, candidate experience, and operational constraints.
You communicate clearly and proactively, particularly when surfacing risks, trade-offs, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
You can build effective cross-functional partnerships across Operations, HR, Workforce Planning, Marketing, Employer Brand, and Learning and Development.
You have experience driving process improvements, automation, or scalable ways of working.
You're comfortable with dashboards, workflow automation, continuous improvement, and light program management (most relevant tools Greenhouse ATS and Fountain AI).
You are comfortable creating business facing documents and turning complex information, analysis, and recommendations into clear, concise materials for senior stakeholders.
You are comfortable working with data, performing analysis, and using data storytelling to communicate insights, trends, risks, and recommendations to different audiences.
How success is measured
Courier demand is validated, prioritized, and activated with complete and accurate information.
Hiring plans and pipeline requirements are aligned with business needs, market conditions, and agreed hiring dates.
Pipeline volume and conversion remain sufficient to support delivery commitments.
Business leaders have clear, timely visibility of hiring progress, risks, blockers, and required decisions.
Sourcing interventions are targeted, evidence-based, and effective.
Recurring operational friction is identified and converted into scalable improvements.
Manual work declines through documented improvements, automation, AI adoption, and effective platform usage.
The Courier hiring operating model becomes increasingly scalable, predictable, and ready to support future growth.
Processes are continuously improved using evidence, root cause analysis, and a structured approach to reducing waste, friction, and unnecessary complexity.

At Wealthsimple, we're interested in humans and money — and the complicated ways humans feel about money. Our goal in the creative department is to be a part of that conversation in meaningful ways that are completely innovative and new. We have a deep aversion to making things that already exist and to ads that feel like ads.
We are looking for an experienced Associate Creative Director, Art Director to help us create innovative, human and ridiculously entertaining work. In this role you will often work as a team with a copywriter partner, but you’ll also collaborate with designers, writers, marketers and engineers across the org. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Be a highly conceptual thinker with strong storytelling and design skills.
- Develop big ideas and bring them to life through every stage of production.
- Own large and small brand projects and campaigns from kickoff to completion, often balancing multiple projects at once.
- Be a maker-owner, but also a director-delegator, and find the right balance between those two roles for each project.
- Provide art direction on visual design for integrated brand campaigns and projects of various scales and types – from film, social, digital, to interactive experiences.
- Be a creative and strategic thinker who can see how creativity can solve business problems.
- Use AI in a variety of ways. Whether it’s moving ideas into functional prototypes, drafts, mockups or animatics that can be evaluated more quickly, or developing and refining AI workflows for internally created assets.
- Present work in a clear, passionate and dynamic way, championing the creative and vision to internal stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with outside production partners when necessary.
Skills You Bring
- 6-10+ years of experience as an Art Director (agency experience preferred, but not necessary).
- Ability to concept and art direct, developing storyboards, comps or animatics without assistance from the Design team
- Extensive experience with integrated campaigns, from strategic development through creative development and delivery
- Production experience across all platforms - film, digital, social, and print
- Well-versed in Adobe Creative Suite and able to be a hands-on creative delivering comps, layouts, and assets across all media types as well as give direction to studio designers where applicable
- Familiarity with AI image and video generation tools.
- A truly collaborative creative approach.
- Give and receive constructive feedback in a respectful manner
- Travel for production when necessary.

An overview of this role
As the Director of Regional Sales for France, you'll take ownership of building and leading our Italian sales presence. You'll drive revenue growth, implement disciplined sales processes and technology, and partner across account management, customer success, marketing, product, engineering, and operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll report to the VP of Sales and balance hands-on field leadership with strategic vision. You'll stay close to key accounts, develop your sales team, and expand our client base. In this role, you'll be passionate about open source software, drive repeatable sales processes, and influence GitLab's growth by establishing disciplined go-to-market strategies, developing sales talent, and executing against ambitious bookings targets in France.
What you’ll do
Lead the growth of GitLab's business in France, taking ownership for building the country plan, pipeline discipline, and day-to-day execution to achieve or exceed quarterly bookings and ARR growth targets.
Manage, coach, and develop a small team of Account Executives, staying close to the field, joining customer meetings, and modeling hands-on, high-activity sales behaviour.
Drive new logo acquisition across a broad base of medium-sized Italian businesses while shaping a long-term strategy to engage larger accounts.
Build GitLab’s reputation in the Italian market by partnering with marketing, business development, and local networks to generate pipeline and increase market awareness.
Establish clear operating rhythms, sales processes, and methodologies that bring structure, organization, and accountability to the team without losing agility.
Collaborate with regional sales leaders and cross-functional partners across account management, customer success, marketing, product, engineering, and operations to align territory coverage, share best practices, and ensure consistent execution across the region.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts at the executive level (CXO and program level), positioning GitLab as a strategic partner and identifying expansion opportunities.
Analyze pipeline, forecast, and performance data to identify gaps and opportunities, adjust plans so the team focuses on the highest-impact activities, and represent the Italian business internally by sharing insights on market trends, customer needs, and resource requirements to inform regional strategy.
What you’ll bring
Experience building and leading high-performing sales teams, ideally within France, with a focus on coaching and developing talent.
Ability to design and execute a country go-to-market plan, including pipeline generation discipline, territory coverage, and disciplined deal execution.
Strength in balancing hands-on field work with strategic leadership, staying close to customers while managing day-to-day operations.
Familiarity with B2B software or technology sales and open source/DevSecOps concepts, with enthusiasm for learning GitLab’s platform and building long-term market presence.
Skills in creating structure, setting clear expectations, and driving organized, data-informed sales processes, including use of MEDDPICC or similar methodologies.
Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to create trust and empathy with both customers and GitLab team members at all levels.
Comfort operating in a dynamic, growth-focused, all-remote environment, acting as a self-directed “manager of one” and using Salesforce.com or similar CRM and marketing automation systems to build trackable, repeatable sales processes.
About the team
You’ll join a regional sales organization focused on growing GitLab’s presence across France, working closely with Account Executives and cross-functional partners in account management, customer success, marketing, product, engineering, and operations. The team is all-remote and collaborates asynchronously across time zones to build pipeline, manage complex sales cycles, and deliver consistent customer experiences. You’ll help shape how we organize coverage, implement disciplined sales processes, and bring structure to a high-growth region while staying aligned with global sales strategy and GitLab’s values of transparency, collaboration, and results.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
MARKETING OPS IS ONE OF ALAN'S HIGHEST-LEVERAGE FUNCTIONS.
It sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, data, and technology — turning systems into growth engines and ensuring every touchpoint with prospects and members is timely, relevant, and scalable.
Alan is growing fast across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada. But today we're leaving value on the table. On the prospect side, we drive more traffic but can't convert it properly: no scoring, no intelligent routing, no nurturing that adapts to buying intent. On the member side, messaging is one of our primary touchpoints for engagement, retention, and trust — yet nobody operates it strategically. Personalization stays shallow, communication pressure goes unmonitored, and shipping a message often means filing an engineering ticket.
We need Marketing Ops leaders who can architect scalable systems, operate them strategically, and progressively embed AI into workflows — to raise quality, reduce manual execution, and unlock growth without scaling headcount linearly.
⭐️ THE MARKETING OPS JOB ⭐️
We are hiring two Marketing Operations Managers, each embedded in a different crew:
- Growth Infrastructure — focused on prospect acquisition: building a unified lead engine that captures, scores, routes, and nurtures across all channels
- Product Platform — focused on member lifecycle messaging: operating Alan's messaging stack as a scalable service across 1.7M+ profiles
Both roles share the same DNA: strong marketing ops fundamentals, data fluency, a product mindset, and the ability to be both hands-on and strategic. Crew placement will be determined based on the candidate's experience, interests, and fit during the hiring process.
Why is this role interesting?
- Speed: marketing, product, and sales teams ship campaigns and messages confidently — Marketing Ops turns bottlenecks into force multipliers across every crew
- Trust: clean data, governed attributes, proper segmentation, and enforced rules mean the right person gets the right message at the right time
- Scale: as we grow to millions of members across multiple countries, we need operators who keep our platforms clean and the user experience protected — without scaling headcount linearly
- AI at the frontier: this isn't a maintenance role — you'll identify high-priority use cases for AI agents, train and refine them to a senior marketer's quality bar, and drive real adoption
What will you do with us?
You'll be a partnership with marketers — not a service desk. You'll partner closely with engineers, data, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders (PMMs, sales, growth, product) within a PM-Tech duo crew model.
Regardless of crew, you will own a core set of capabilities:
- Marketing Automation & CRM: own and optimize our marketing stack (Customer.io http://Customer.io, CRM integrations); build automations that enable marketers to launch campaigns independently, at scale, across all geos
- Data Model & Governance: maintain CRM data quality, attribute/event design, and database hygiene as a sustained practice
- Segmentation & Lifecycle Design: design and maintain lifecycle stages, segmentation logic, routing rules, and re-engagement flows across multiple audiences and geos
- Nurturing Infrastructure: own the nurturing stack and campaign processes; make launches autonomous and compliant
- AI-First Operations: identify, build, and refine AI agents for email copywriting, lead scoring, next-best-action recommendations, and content generation — making marketers AI-powered, not replacing them
- Performance Monitoring: track the full funnel from first touchpoint to conversion; identify leakage and prioritize from data
- Documentation & Enablement: create playbooks, train teams on tools and processes, reduce the marginal cost of new campaigns
Then, depending on your crew:
Growth Infrastructure — you'll build a unified lead engine (no more tool-by-tool silos), design lead scoring and routing models, crack multi-channel activation (email, WhatsApp, Voice AI), build AI agents that pre-qualify and enrich leads, and maintain a live feedback loop with BDRs, AEs, and Inbound Sales.
Product Platform — you'll operate Customer.io http://Customer.io and back-end triggered emails as one governed system, monitor communication pressure and enforce channel rules, define and enforce recipient lifecycle paths, drive 100% Design Studio adoption, and co-own outbound messaging strategy with PMMs and product teams.
By your first year, we'll know it worked when:
- At least one AI agent is in production on a key use case (email nurturing, lead categorization, content generation), with a second scoped or live, and adoption is real
- Any marketer or product Alaner can launch a campaign or ship a message without bottlenecking through ops or engineering
- CRM data model, attributes, and segments are properly owned, documented, and clean — the data we see is data we can act on
- Every contact has a documented path through our messaging — segmentation is sharp, messaging is relevant, and pressure is monitored
- Marketing's contribution to acquisition and engagement is visible and quantifiable, from first touch to conversion
⭐️ IS IT YOU WE ARE LOOKING FOR? ⭐️
You'll be a great fit for this opportunity if you:
- Have 5+ years in Marketing operations, growth ops, CRM ops, lifecycle marketing, or lead generation in a tech environment (B2B, B2C, or B2B2C)
- Have hands-on experience managing marketing automation platforms at scale (Customer.io http://Customer.io, Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce, or equivalent)
- Have a strong understanding of CRM data models — attribute/event design and data hygiene as a sustained practice
- Can frame and implement processes for lead scoring, nurturing, segmentation, and personalization
- Have a product knack: you can define what's not working, identify what to build next, and see problems as opportunities to bring more value
- Bring data fluency and analytical rigor: you read platform and campaign data, surface anomalies, and draw business insights
- Can be both hands-on and think strategically — you drive the big picture while staying close to execution
- Have strong stakeholder management skills — you'll partner daily with engineering, product, sales, and marketing teams
- Can manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment
- Communicate with excellent written and spoken English
- Are impact-driven with a strong bias towards improving processes
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the C0-D level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.

We're hiring a Product Manager for Supabase Auth https://supabase.com/docs/guides/auth. You'll own the surface area that developers use to authenticate and authorize their end users and manage identity in their apps: email, phone and social login, passkeys and MFA https://supabase.com/docs/guides/auth/auth-mfa, enterprise SSO, the OAuth 2.1 server https://supabase.com/docs/guides/auth/oauth-server, auth hooks, and support for organizations and multi-tenant applications.
You'll work closely with the Auth engineering team and with partners across Product Management, Security, Design and GTM.
This role is ideal for someone who’s excited about building tools for millions of developers and who has a strong understanding of existing and emerging authentication practices and protocols.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- You'll collaborate with customers of all sizes and expertise levels. Indie developers shipping a side project, startups choosing their first auth stack, SaaS teams designing multi-tenant access, and enterprises in security review.
- You'll own the problem statements and solution rationale behind the Auth roadmap. This means working with Engineering and Design to shape how Supabase crafts the developer experience for the problems you’ve prioritized solving.
- You'll define how Auth works for AI agents on Supabase: agents that sign users up, act on their behalf, and call APIs.
- You'll use data to understand how Supabase developers are using Auth features: where they succeed, where they get stuck, and what to tackle first.
- You'll keep Engineering, Design and GTM aligned. You'll own the plan of record for what's coming, why, and in what order.
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
MUST HAVE
- 5+ years of Product Management experience on developer tools, or are an ex-founder with equivalent depth. You're comfortable commenting on an architecture doc, following a design discussion, and advocating for the user when trade-offs are required.
- Have shipped standards-based auth or identity products. You've owned OAuth/OIDC, SAML, SCIM, sessions or token design, and you know from experience where each one breaks for customers.
- Work comfortably with corporate buyers and with developers. You can work through a CISO's security review and an indie developer's bug report in the same week. You have intuition on which enterprise asks are real value-adding requirements and which are checkbox items.
- Are comfortable with Postgres and familiar with row-level security.
- Work async by default. Supabase is fully remote. You make decisions in writing and move work forward without meetings.
STRONG SIGNAL
- Owned auth or identity inside an integrated cloud platform.
- Ran an organizations, tenancy, or SSO+SCIM launch from start to finish.
- Designed auth for agents or other automated systems: OAuth for MCP clients, machine-to-machine credentials, scoped tokens.
- Shipped something using Supabase.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.
- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)
- 540,000+ community members
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.
