But that's not all! We're not just about numbers, we're about people. With a team of over 1400 passionate individuals spread across twelve countries in Europe and Asia, we're all united by our love for innovation and teamwork.
Join us on this exciting journey as we continue to redefine the iGaming landscape, one groundbreaking solution at a time.
We are looking for a dedicated Senior Affiliate Manager to join our team in Armenia!
About the role:
The Senior Affiliate Manager (Tier 1) is a high-ownership role within the PartnerMatrix Managed Services (AMS) team. This person takes full responsibility for a portfolio of iGaming operator clients in established, high-competition markets — managing their affiliate programs end-to-end, growing affiliate traffic, and delivering measurable NGR impact across Tier 1 GEOs including the UK, Germany, Sweden, Netherlands, Canada, Australia, etc. The role requires deep industry expertise, strong affiliate relationships, and the ability to operate independently in regulated environments.
What you'll get to do:
Client Affiliate Program Management
• Own and manage affiliate programs for several assigned iGaming operator clients from day one.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned operators, regular calls, strategy alignment, performance reviews.
• Define and execute affiliate program strategy: GEO targets, payout models (CPA / RevShare / Hybrid), traffic mix goals.
• Set up, configure, and maintain affiliate programs within the PartnerMatrix (PMA) platform.
• Proactively identify and action program improvements; escalate blockers to the Head of Managed Services and Marketing with proposed solutions.
Affiliate Recruitment & Relationship Management
• Identify, outreach and onboard high-quality affiliates matching each operator's target GEO and vertical.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with affiliates — be the trusted partner they call first.
• Negotiate CPA rates, RevShare deals, and hybrid structures on behalf of operators within approved guidelines.
• Run regular check-ins with top-performing affiliates; identify upsell and cross-program opportunities.
• Maintain an updated affiliate pipeline per client, track deal status and conversion from outreach to activation.
Operational Excellence & Compliance
• Ensure all managed affiliates have completed KYC/AML onboarding before activation without exceptions.
• Monitor affiliate traffic quality daily, flag fraud signals, bonus abuse patterns, unusual conversion spikes.
• Coordinate payment data reconciliation with Finance; review payout files before submission.
• Manage affiliate communications via PMA ticketing system; maintain sub-24h response SLA.
• Maintain accurate documentation of affiliate deals, contracts and status in the CRM.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
• Deliver weekly performance reports to each assigned operator (traffic, FTDs, conversions, NGR impact).
• Conduct monthly strategy review calls with operators; present data-driven recommendations.
• Track KPIs: active affiliate count, payout-to-NGR ratio, new FTDs/month, affiliate retention rate.
• Feed insights back to Head of MS for cross-client benchmarking and program strategy refinement.
• Contribute to quarterly competitive landscape reviews, flag shifts in affiliate market, rates or GEO trends.
Team Contribution
• Mentor and support Middle Affiliate Managers — share playbooks, deal structures, GEO learnings.
• Document processes and best practices for team knowledge base.
• Participate in team calls, contribute to pricing decisions and product feedback for PMA development.
What we're looking for:
• 3+ years in affiliate management in iGaming
• Proven track record of building and growing affiliate programs, not just maintaining them
• Hands-on experience with at least one iGaming affiliate platform
• Strong existing network of iGaming affiliates across Tier 1 markets (UK, DACH, Nordics, Canada, ANZ)
• Understanding of CPA, RevShare and Hybrid commission models, can structure and negotiate deals independently
• Fluent in English; German, Swedish, Dutch or French is a significant advantage
• Comfortable with data — able to read affiliate reports, spot anomalies, and draw actionable conclusions
• Familiarity with regulated market compliance requirements (UKGC, MGA, Spelinspektionen)
Nice-to-Have
• Experience managing multi-brand or multi-GEO affiliate programs simultaneously
• Familiarity with AML/KYC requirements for payment flows in iGaming
• Knowledge of Tier 2 or emerging market affiliate ecosystems (CIS, LatAm, MENA)
Here's what we offer:
· Start with 24 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 34 days by your fifth year with us.
· Hybrid work schedule is available after the first three months of employment, with up to 50 days of work from home per year.
· Benefit from two Free Fridays each year, limited to one per quarter.
· Access online learning platform like Udemy for Business and a budget for external training.
· Daily catered lunch or monthly lunch allowance.

2–4 years of professional experience in a business analytics, sales operations, revenue analysis, or strategic insights role — ideally within digital media, adtech, or a global tech or media company
Hands-on experience working with Salesforce CRM for data extraction, pipeline analysis, and reporting
Prior experience supporting senior leadership with data analysis and strategic recommendations is strongly valued
Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical mindset — ability to translate complex datasets into concise, leadership-ready insights and recommendations
Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets and other data visualization tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
High attention to detail, ownership mentality, and comfort working across time zones in a global team

Salmon is a technology-driven financial company building a banking and lending platform across Southeast Asia, starting in the Philippines.
We combine global fintech expertise with deep local market knowledge to make financial services simple, accessible, and useful for millions of people across the region.
7M+ app downloads. 2M+ monthly active users. 10,000+ partner stores. US$310M+ raised from leading global investors.
Manila-based, globally distributed, and hybrid-first — our team spans 45+ countries.
If you want to solve complex problems at scale and impact how millions of people access and manage money, come build with us.
Southeast Asia's fintech moment starts here.
About the role
Salmon's content — marketing, product, and support — is already in good shape in English, but nothing gets properly localized without ad hoc help. You'd own that layer end-to-end and become our go-to expert on how things sound in Tagalog and Cebuano.
This is a senior role: you set the quality bar, build the glossary and style guide, and make the calls yourself rather than follow someone else's rulebook. Done well, this could grow into its own small localization function down the line.
What you'll do
- Translate and localize marketing, website, product, and in-app copy into Tagalog and Cebuano — Cebuano work will grow as the product expands into new regions, but native-level fluency is required from day one, not something to grow into.
- Adapt content for cultural relevance and natural register across Philippine regional audiences — deciding independently how to translate, how to adapt, and what to keep in English.
- Review Filipino content before publication, including as backup reviewer for other authors, catching language and cultural issues before they ship.
- Partner directly with Marketing, Content, and Product to take briefs, manage priorities, and deliver on schedule.
What you'll own
- The quality bar for all Filipino-language content, including improving what's already published.
- The Filipino-language glossary and style guide, aligned with brand voice.
- The team's go-to expertise on Filipino-language and regional-audience nuance.
What makes you a strong fit
- Degree in linguistics, translation, journalism, communications, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience in language and text work.
- 3+ years of experience, with demonstrated ownership of a localization workflow end-to-end
- Proven professional experience in editing, translation, journalism, copywriting, or localization for commercial clients.
- Native or near-native fluency in English, Tagalog, and Cebuano.
- Strong editorial judgment — able to evaluate content quality, make independent localization decisions, and give clear feedback to authors.
- Experience building or contributing to localization guidelines, glossaries, or style guides.
- Understanding of how Filipinos interact with financial products and digital interfaces — not just language skill, but product intuition.
- Familiarity with localization/TMS tools (e.g., Lokalise, Phrase, Smartling, Crowdin) is a plus.

About Paired
Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that specializes in pairing remote work with top-tier talent!
We are dedicated to connecting talented individuals with remarkable companies in need of their skills. Our goal is to create fulfilling job opportunities for professionals around the world.
About our Client
They're a
direct-to-consumer subscriptio
n brand that has gone from
zero to a multiple nine-figure run
rate in under
three years
— completely bootstrapped, with a small, lean team spread across the globe. No outside capital, no board, no bureaucracy. We sell across our own D2C site, Amazon, and TikTok Shop, with a subscription retention engine underneath it all.
They grew fast enough that structure never caught up with scale. That is the problem this role exists to solve.
The role
The CEO currently has roughly 25 people, agencies, and suppliers reporting to him across Customer Service, TikTok Shop, Amazon, Operations, Retention, and Finance — plus a running list of ~20 ad hoc growth projects. There is no layer between him and the work. Every decision, follow-up, deadline, blocker, and loose thread routes to one inbox.
The Chief of Staff is that layer. You will own the operating system of the company: who owns what, how they're measured, what they committed to, and whether it actually happened. You'll also own a rotating portfolio of high-leverage projects end to end, and you'll handle the CEO's calendar, inbox, and meeting follow-up so his time goes to product, partnerships, and P&L.
This is not a coordination job.
You are expected to get into the weeds
, do the work yourself, push people, and
raise the standard
. You start reporting directly to the CEO with influence rather than formal authority — and as you prove you can handle it, you'll be given the authority to escalate, reassign, and put underperformers on a plan.
Where this goes:
if you crush this role, the path is C-suite or President within two years. That is a real offer, not a recruiting line.
What You'll Do
Own accountability and urgency across every function.
Each person and agency has KPIs, deadlines, and commitments. You track them, follow up individually, unblock what's stuck, enforce urgency, and make sure the owner knows they own the outcome. Functions include TikTok Shop (8 people), Amazon (agency of 5), Operations (3 suppliers, 3 in-house), Retention (email agency, in-house dev, media buyer), and Finance (3 in-house, 1 agency).
Build the process map of the entire business
. Every role titled and defined, every responsibility documented, every recurring workflow written up as an SOP, every doc and tracker findable, a clear reporting and ownership structure, and clear written criteria for how someone earns a bonus, earns a promotion, or gets let go.
Triage everything currently flowing to the CEO
. For each item: handle it yourself, route it to the right manager, automate it, or kill it. The goal is that it stops reaching him.
Own high-leverage projects end to end.
You'll be handed ad hoc projects — growth initiatives, new channel tests, vendor negotiations, systems builds — with a goal and little else. You scope them, run them, hire or coordinate whoever is needed, and report meaningful progress in a weekly check-in without being managed step by step.
Turn conversations into tracked action
. Sit in on calls, capture decisions and action items from meetings, Slack, and WhatsApp, assign owners and dates, and chase them to done.
Run the CEO's calendar, inbox, and meeting prep.
Full ownership — scheduling, prioritization, prep material, follow-up.
Raise the bar on the people around you. Give direct feedback, flag underperformance early, and help managers hold their own teams accountable rather than
doing it for them forever.
Requirements
Must-Have
Demonstrated ability to learn fast and independently. If we hand you ClickUp on a Friday and say "know it by Monday," you find YouTube tutorials, book a consultant call, and figure it out yourself in a few hours. We don't care what tools you've used — we care that you can teach yourself anything.
You're smart and hands-on. You need to reason through complex business problems and handle people well enough that they want to deliver for you.
Genuine humility. Zero ego. You take direct feedback well, ask for more of it, and are never "above" the work. If a spreadsheet needs cleaning at 11 PM, you clean it.
Willingness to do the work yourself. This role manages and executes. Delegating without getting your hands dirty is a disqualifier.
Comfort with ambiguity and total ownership. Given a problem in a domain you know nothing about, your reaction is excitement, not fear.
Directness. You give and receive blunt feedback without it becoming personal or political.
Real work capacity. This is a 50-hour minimum role with frequent nights and weekends. We're a startup that moves quickly and we're honest about what that costs.
Availability during US Eastern hours within the 9:00 AM – 12:00 AM ET window.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Nice-to-have
A track record of excellence in a competitive environment. Top marks academically, a strong university, high-level competitive sports or esports, elite early-career roles, a company you built — something that shows you've been in a room full of winners and held your own.
E-commerce experience — D2C, Amazon, or TikTok Shop especially.
Subscription or retention business experience.
Prior Chief of Staff, founder's associate, consulting, or investment banking background.
Experience building SOPs, process documentation, or operating cadences from scratch.
Experience managing agencies and offshore contractors.
Note on weighting:
soft skills outrank hard skills here. A candidate with less e-commerce experience but smart, hands on, humble, faster learning speed, and a stronger record of excellence beats a domain expert who's rigid or ego-driven. Hire for the athlete.
Benefits
Base: $6,000 – $8,000 USD/month, depending on experience (negotiable for the right fit!)
Bonus: 20% of base annually, tied to project completion and KPI attainment
Structure: W-2 or 1099 — your choice
Remote: Work from anywhere, as long as you cover Eastern hours
Growth: Direct, stated path to C-suite or President within two years for the right performer
The Culture
They move fast, communicate directly, and don't sugarcoat feedback. There are no politics, no vanity titles, and no tenure — you don't get status here for having been around. You keep what you kill: results drive promotions, bonuses, and authority.
Everyone here holds absurdly high standards for themselves and the people around them, and the standard keeps going up. Good is never the finish line. If that sounds exhausting, this isn't the right fit. If it sounds like the environment you've been looking for, it's rare that you get it at this scale with this little bureaucracy.

Company Description
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, “They’ll be in touch soon.” So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
Role Description
You’ll join Tennr’s Infrastructure team as a Site Reliability Engineer, focused on the systems that keep us reliable, observable, and secure. This is a hands-on role with real room to grow: you’ll roll out our on-call tooling, wire observability into the product, and own the lifecycle of the credentials, certificates, and keys that protect patient data.
It’s a great fit for someone a few years into their career who wants to grow into deep SRE ownership — with strong mentorship, real problems to solve from day one, and a direct line to the reliability and security of a platform that handles PHI.
Responsibilities
- Continue the PagerDuty rollout across engineering teams, helping them define escalation policies, schedules, and runbooks so on-call is calm and clear.
- Build in-app Datadog instrumentation — metrics, traces, and alerts — working from the observability standards Infrastructure sets.
- Manage credential storage and rotation across our environments.
- Manage certificate issuance, renewal, and rotation.
- Manage encryption key lifecycle and rotation, keeping PHI protected end to end.
Candidate Qualifications
- 2–4 years in SRE, infrastructure, systems, or a strong adjacent engineering background.
- Familiarity with PagerDuty or a comparable on-call and incident-response tool.
- Hands-on with Datadog or another observability platform, or eager to go deep on it.
- Working understanding of secrets, certificate, and key management (e.g. AWS Secrets Manager / KMS / ACM, HashiCorp Vault).
- Careful and methodical with anything touching security and rotation — you sweat the details.
- Eager to grow into broader SRE ownership, and energized by working in a regulated healthcare (HIPAA / PHI) environment.
Why Tennr?
- Drive Impact: one of our company values is Cowboy, meaning you set the pace. You won’t just talk about things, you’ll get them done. And feel the impact.
- Develop Operational Expertise: learn the inner workings of scaling systems, tools, and infrastructure.
- Innovate with Purpose: we’re not just doing this for fun (although we do have a lot of fun). At Tennr, you’ll join a high-caliber team maniacally focused on reducing patient delays across the U.S. healthcare system.
- Build Relationships: collaborate and connect with like-minded, driven individuals in our Hudson Square office 4 days/week.
- Free lunch! Plus a pantry full of snacks.
Benefits
- Beautiful new office at 345 Hudson Street
- Unlimited PTO
- 100% paid employee health benefit options
- Employer-funded 401(k) match
- Competitive parental leave

At Foxelli, we’re building more than e-commerce brands - we’re building a tribe of thoughtful humans: AI enthusiasts, curious builders, and ambitious minds who care about doing meaningful work together. Ten years in, our D2C brands reach millions and generate over $20M annually. Our focus stays simple: create products customers love and a team that actually enjoys building them.
If you love to learn, experiment, think boldly, make decisions, and build things that matter - you’ll feel at home with us.
WHY JOIN FOXELLI?
We are a fast-moving e-commerce company that builds our own proprietary AI infrastructure. We develop internal AI-driven systems to automate complex creative and analytical workflows, which we later scale into B2B SaaS products.
We are not looking for a traditional developer.
We are looking for an AI-Native Builder who can turn an idea into a functional prototype in days using the latest AI-assisted development tools.
THE ROLE
As a Founding AI Engineer, you will work directly with the founder to design, build, and iterate on various AI systems. The projects will vary - from computer vision and image manipulation to automated video generation and agentic data analysis. You will be responsible for the full pipeline: from R&D of the best AI models to deploying scalable web applications.
Who You Are:
- Modern Developer: You have abandoned "manual-only" coding. You are a power user of tools like GPT Codex, Claude code, and Replit, allowing you to build at a 10x pace.
- AI Generalist: You are comfortable working across different AI domains - LLMs (Text/Reasoning), Diffusion (Image/Video), and Vision models.
- Agile & Adaptive: You thrive in an environment where projects evolve. You are a fast learner who can master a new AI framework or API over a weekend.
- Hacker Mindset: You focus on ROI. You build lean MVPs, test them in our real-world e-commerce operations, and only then polish them for scale.
- Architecture-Aware: You know how to orchestrate multiple AI models into a single "Agentic" workflow that handles complex tasks autonomously.
Technical Interests:
- Stack: Next.js / Python (FastAPI).
- AI Frameworks: ComfyUI / Diffusers, IP-Adapters, ControlNet, and Agentic frameworks (LangChain/CrewAI).
- Infrastructure: Experience with Serverless GPU providers (Replicate, Fal, RunPod).
- Integrations: Skilled at connecting diverse APIs to create seamless automated systems.
Why Join Us:
- Direct Impact: Build tools that are immediately put to use in real-world business scenarios.
- Extreme Speed: No corporate red tape. If the tech works, we ship it.
- Evolution: This is a founding role with the opportunity to lead multiple product lines as we transition from internal tools to SaaS.
THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS
1. Apply - A simple form that helps us know who’s stepping into our world.
2. Ribbon AI Interview - Ribbon is a short, guided video step that helps us understand your thinking style in a calm, private space
3. Interview - A conversation with your manager to feel the work chemistry, get to know each other, and explore what we could build together
FIXED SERVICE FEE
€2000- €3000 after taxes (depending on your skills, competencies, and experience).
PERKS & BENEFITS
- Full flexibility with your schedule in a fully remote setting, while Apploye ensures transparency and fairness.
- Complimentary gym memberships and company-sponsored outdoor adventures for your strength and to keep your physical well-being in check.

Chainalysis is the leader in blockchain intelligence, defining how trust is built in the digital economy. We're operating at the cutting edge of one of the world's fastest-growing industries, shaping what comes next. Over the last 2 years, Chainalysis has made big bets and moved fast to capture the market opportunity in front of us: we've accelerated growth, landed enterprise-wide contracts at the world's largest financial institutions, completed four acquisitions to build our AI talent and expand our products, and launched our first agentic product to select customers.
The Talent Acquisition team at Chainalysis is responsible for scaling the most important ingredient to our success: people. Our job is to build and execute a talent acquisition strategy that is inclusive, rigorous, and repeatable around the world. As we enter a period of significant go-to-market growth, we're investing heavily in our sales organization and need a recruiter who can match that pace.
We're looking for a Recruiter, Go-to-Market who will own and drive hiring for sales and go-to-market roles at Chainalysis. This is a high-volume, outbound-heavy role. You'll spend a meaningful portion of your time building pipeline through direct sourcing, identifying and engaging top sales talent across crypto, fintech, and traditional financial services. You'll manage a full requisition load, move fast, and close strong candidates in a competitive market, with Account Executive roles among your key hires. You'll work closely with hiring managers across our enterprise and public sector sales teams, acting as a recruiting partner who understands the business and delivers results.
Please note that the position will require you to spend at least 1 day a week in our NYC Office
IN THIS ROLE, YOU'LL:
BUILD PIPELINE THROUGH OUTBOUND SOURCING
- Own pipeline generation for go-to-market roles, with a heavy emphasis on proactive outbound sourcing to find and engage top sales talent
- Map the competitive landscape across crypto, fintech, and traditional financial services to identify where strong Account Executives and quota-carrying sellers work today
- Develop creative sourcing strategies that go beyond LinkedIn InMails, including referral generation, community engagement, and direct outreach campaigns
- Maintain a high volume of outbound activity to keep pipeline ahead of hiring demand
RUN FULL-CYCLE RECRUITING AT PACE
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle for go-to-market roles, from intake and sourcing through offer negotiation and close
- Manage a high-volume requisition load across enterprise and public sector go-to-market teams
- Move candidates through the process efficiently while delivering a thoughtful, personalized, and transparent candidate experience at every step
- Make data-driven decisions about pipeline health, conversion rates, and sourcing channel effectiveness to keep hiring on track
PARTNER WITH HIRING MANAGERS AND THE BUSINESS
- Build trusted relationships with sales leaders to develop a deep understanding of their teams, priorities, and what great looks like for each hire
- Guide hiring managers through the recruiting process with clear communication, calibrated expectations, and market insights
- Share competitive intelligence on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring trends across relevant markets
- Provide regular pipeline updates and flag risks early so hiring plans stay on schedule
CONTRIBUTE TO TALENT ACQUISITION AS A TEAM
- Champion diversity and inclusion in every search, with intentional focus on engaging candidates from underrepresented backgrounds
- Share sourcing wins, market learnings, and process improvements across the Talent Acquisition team
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, tools, and candidate experiences
- Occasionally provide recruiting support for roles outside of go-to-market as priorities and bandwidth allow
WE'RE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WHO HAVE:
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong track record of hiring sales and go-to-market talent, specifically quota-carrying roles such as Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Business Development Representatives
- Demonstrated outbound sourcing ability: you build your own pipeline, generate candidate interest through direct outreach, and do not rely on inbound applications to fill roles
- Proven track record of recruiting sales talent within the SaaS and Cybersecurity sectors, with a specific focus on candidates who have successfully sold complex solutions into the Fintech, Cryptocurrency, or Traditional Financial Services markets.
- Comfort operating at high volume and managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously without dropping quality or candidate experience
- Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail and consistent follow-through on every candidate and requisition
- The ability to build credibility with hiring managers quickly, communicate market realities clearly, and guide decisions with data
- A collaborative, low-ego approach to working on a small, close-knit Talent Acquisition team
- Curiosity about our industry and genuine interest in learning the Chainalysis product suite and competitive landscape
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience recruiting for public sector go-to-market roles (Federal, DoD/Intel)
- Familiarity with government clearance requirements and their impact on candidate pools
- Experience at a high-growth or pre-IPO technology company
- Experience working with Ashby ATS and sourcing tools
- Recruiting experience beyond core sales roles, such as professional services, solutions engineering, or customer success
This role is ineligible for visa sponsorship.
AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.
