As AI reshapes software, WorkOS is at the frontier of Human and Agent Authentication, Identity, and Access Control helping companies answer a new critical question: who are your agents, and what are they allowed to do? Our fast-growing customer base includes hundreds of modern software companies building the next generation of enterprise-ready products.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a GTM Engineer to join our team. This is a hands-on engineering role embedded in our GTM org. You'll own the systems that power how we identify, enrich, score, and engage prospects at scale: a custom built enrichment pipelines leveraging Cargo, the campaign sync tooling that feeds our events and outbound plays, and the code that ties it all together.
You'll work at the intersection of GTM strategy and software engineering by writing production TypeScript/Python, shipping PRs, designing schemas, and building internal tools that the whole GTM team depends on daily. Think of it as being the engineer who makes the rest of the GTM team unreasonably effective.
You don't need to have done this exact job before. You need to care about the craft. The best GTM Engineers at WorkOS are the ones who spot a broken workflow in Slack at 11pm, open a PR the next morning, and ship the fix before the standup. They're the ones who, when the sales team complains about bad data, don't just route it to RevOps, they dig into the Snowflake schema and find the upstream issue. If that sounds like how you work, we want to talk.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enrichment infrastructure: You'll maintain and improve our core enrichment pipeline: the workflows that take a new signup or a conference attendee list and return a fully enriched, scored, and Salesforce-upserted record. Today that involves Cargo, Clay, Snowflake, and a growing set of data providers (Apollo, Linkup, Exa). You'll own the reliability, fill rates, and schema consistency of these systems.
- Account scoring: You'll work on the fit scoring pipeline: the logic that evaluates every company flowing through our stack against our ICP and writes results to Snowflake and SFDC. This includes batching optimization, retry logic, logging and observability, and continuously improving the underlying signals.
- Campaign and event tooling: You'll build and maintain the systems that sync event attendee lists (Luma, conference CSVs) through enrichment and into Salesforce campaigns. When a BDR asks "who came to our event last night?", your tooling answers that question automatically and routes the right records to the right owners. You’ll also propose and prioritize growth experiments, validate the approach, own implementation, measure results, and iterate.
- Custom Tooling integration: You'll build and maintain enrichment tooling accessible via Wallaby, WorkOS's internal AI agent that the GTM team uses to look up prospects, run ad-hoc enrichments, and surface account intel on demand. You’ll design the underlying tools so they’re clean, effective, and composable, using AI and automation across research, enrichment, routing, and engagement workflows.
- GTM data infra: You'll work closely with the data engineering team to keep our Snowflake schema in sync with the tools that consume it, track downstream pipeline impacts when schemas change, and ensure the data flowing into SFDC is accurate and up-to-date. Own and maintain lead and conversion tracking across the funnel, including lifecycle stages and campaign attribution. Keep the underlying data and tracking reliable so we can measure conversion and identify where prospects drop off.
- Code: You'll ship real code. PRs go through review. You'll debug production incidents (Salesforce API rate limits, Cargo timeouts, enrichment failures). You'll instrument logging, add observability, and think carefully about batching, concurrency, and idempotency.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Engineering foundation: You're a capable software engineer. You write clean TypeScript or Python, understand async patterns, know how to design a database schema, and can debug a production incident from logs alone. You don't need to have worked at a software company, but you need to be able to write and ship code.
- GTM domain knowledge: You've worked with the tools: Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Cargo, Apollo, or equivalents. You understand how leads flow through a CRM, what enrichment providers actually return, and why data quality degrades over time. Ideally you've had a BDR or AE background that gives you intuition for what the sales team actually needs.
- Systems thinking: You think in pipelines, not one-off scripts. When you build something, you think about what happens at 10x volume, when an API goes down, or when the same company gets submitted five times simultaneously.
- 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, or a closely adjacent technical role at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.

At Linear, we're building the product development system for teams and agents. AI is fundamentally changing how software gets built, and we’re shaping the tools this new era requires.
Founded in 2019, Linear has become the platform of choice for more than 40,000 companies (including OpenAI, Coinbase, and Ramp) to plan, build, and ship their products. Today, our team is distributed across North America, Europe, and Australia, and we’re continuing to grow internationally. What unites us is relentless focus, fast execution, and a deep care for software craftsmanship.
As a Solutions Engineer at Linear, you will be the technical guide across the customer lifecycle, from evaluation and close through onboarding and expansion. Partnering most closely with Sales, you will drive revenue by leading technical discovery, demos, proof-of-concepts, and solution design for prospects and existing customers. - Competitive salary and equity
- Employee-friendly equity terms
- Daily meal and coffee stipend on every workday
- Paid co-working space or desk
- Health coverage (based on country requirements)
- 5 weeks paid vacation, plus local statutory holidays

ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
Docker is shipping a wave of new products this year, and we’re investing heavily in the platform underneath all of it. That platform supports hundreds of engineers and carries high-scale production traffic every day — and it has grown faster than its foundations. This year is about closing that gap.
Right now, too much of that work leans on a handful of experts unblocking the same provisioning and operational workflows by hand. The top priority for this role is turning that into paved roads: self-service systems with clear ownership, safe defaults, strong guardrails, and adoption we can measure — a platform teams trust enough to stop thinking about, so they can focus on their products instead of ours.
The concrete goal is on this year’s roadmap: spinning up a new region or application environment should take hours, not days. Getting there means building real multi-region, cross-account networking and a continuous-deployment flow teams can trust, then a self-service layer on top. We’re the container company building our own internal platform, so the bar for the easy path also being the safe path is high.
You’d join a team of four, growing to seven this year — this is one of those hires. We’re looking for a senior engineer who can own significant parts of this platform end to end, drive projects to real production adoption, and raise how the whole team builds.
RESPONSIBILITIES
This is a senior, deeply hands-on role. You’ll own significant components, drive projects from design through production adoption, and shape the platform’s technical direction while helping teammates grow. Concretely, you will:
- Turn ambiguous infrastructure problems into clear designs and working systems — contributing to RFCs and architecture reviews, and driving your projects to done.
- Build self-service capabilities and platform APIs (primarily in Go) for onboarding, provisioning, deployment, observability defaults, and day-2 operations — with contracts and docs teams actually use.
- Apply and help shape delivery standards with Terraform, GitOps on Argo CD, progressive rollout, and strong testing — including the continuous-deployment flow we’re missing today.
- Strengthen the multi-tenant EKS foundations for reliability, security, scale, and cost: Envoy Gateway ingress, traffic routing, and multi-region, cross-account connectivity.
- Improve SLOs, alerting, and incident follow-up on Grafana Cloud so production gets safer and less dependent on heroics.
We measure this work by outcomes the consuming teams feel: how fast they can provision and ship, how much they can do without us, and how reliably it all runs.
AI-ASSISTED OPERATIONS
We’re investing in AI-assisted and agentic workflows to cut operational toil, and we care that they stay safe, auditable, and human-reviewed. You’ll help shape where they earn their place and where they don’t. Early targets:
- Alert enrichment and incident context-gathering: assembling the relevant signals, history, and runbook so the on-call engineer starts with context instead of a blank page.
- Runbook-assisted diagnosis and remediation recommendations, with a human in the loop on anything that changes production.
- Onboarding and readiness assistants that answer the questions our experts answer today.
If you’ve built operational automation and have a healthy skepticism about where automation belongs, this is a place to put both to work.
ON-CALL
Operational ownership is part of the job. You’ll join the rotation after onboarding and shadowing, and help improve on-call itself: better alerts, stronger runbooks, less toil, and blameless postmortems aimed at prevention.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of hands-on software engineering in backend, infrastructure, or platform engineering, though we weight real depth and impact more heavily than exact tenure.
- Strong software engineering in Go or a similar language: design, testing, debugging, review, and long-term maintainability.
- A track record of building, shipping, and operating cloud services or infrastructure in production.
- Deep expertise in at least one of Kubernetes, networking, cloud platforms, reliability engineering, or developer platforms — plus solid Linux and production-ops fundamentals.
- Experience shaping technical direction and working effectively across teams.
- Clear written and verbal communication in a remote environment (RFCs, design docs, incident writeups).
- Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have: EKS and ingress/CNI/service-mesh experience; observability with OpenTelemetry/Prometheus/Grafana; CI/CD and progressive delivery (GitHub Actions, Argo CD, canaries); driving migrations or adoption programs across teams.
You don’t need every item here. We value strong systems judgment, real depth in at least one area, and curiosity across the rest.
WHAT TO EXPECT
First 30 days
- Build context, meet partner teams, ship your first change, and shadow on-call.
First 90 days
- Own a meaningful platform component or project with a clear plan and metrics, and take an improvement from design to production.
One-year outlook
- Own a significant part of the platform and become a go-to for it — contributing to a major cross-team initiative (for example, self-service provisioning of new regions and environments, or the multi-region networking and CD foundations behind it) and establishing durable patterns your team relies on.
Docker considers visa sponsorship on a case-by-case basis based on business needs.
Compensation & Equity
United States: $160,900 – $260,700 + equity
______________________________________________________________________
POSTING INFORMATION
- Open vacancy: This posting is for an existing open role.
- AI in hiring: Docker may use AI-assisted tools during our recruiting process.
- Interview recordings: Candidates will be invited to opt in to interview recordings to support interviewer calibration and consistent evaluations. Recordings are optional and require explicit consent.

This is an opportunity to run the worldwide Telco Field Engineering business, helping customers understand and implement Canonical's open source solutions in public clouds and in their own data centers. We work across the entire spectrum of cloud offerings, from Ubuntu itself to virtualisation and private cloud, Kubernetes, and the implementation of sophisticated open source solutions such as MLops platforms, data platforms and more. The Telco department is composed of three regional teams (APAC, EMEA and AMER).
We believe that Engineering Directors should be outstanding engineers themselves. They should feel completely at home troubleshooting technical issues and having technical presales conversations with customers. They should contribute to project delivery themselves, but know that the technical contributions they bring are far less significant than their ability to shape the whole team’s direction, focus and delivery. We grow management skills and train engineers, who are interested in soft skills, to be managers.
We believe that open source is just starting to transform the tech sector and enterprise compute. Our goal is to make open source easier, more reliable and more secure for deployment and development. We strive to be the provider of ‘most software to most companies’. To deliver on that ambition, our engineers are carefully selected from the applicants across the globe. We select for brilliance and motivation to take open source to the next level. Our engineering managers help teams achieve more than they realised they could, and feel proud of the result.

The portfolio of products includes on-premise cloud solutions such as Openstack, MicroCloud and Ceph, and solutions that could be deployed either on-premises or in public clouds such as Kubernetes, Kubeflow, Spark, PostgreSQL, etc. The team works hands-on with the technologies by deploying, testing and handing over the solution to our support or managed services team at the end of a project. Managers and team members also take part in presales conversations to provide technical advice during the sales process.
Within the Field Engineering department, there are multiple focused teams : the Cloud/DC team, the Alliances/Partners team, the IoT team, and the Telco team.
The telco industry is moving to software-defined services. This transformation is driven by open source software, cloud computing and the move to VNF / CNF approaches. Canonical Ubuntu is a key platform for telco innovation, and we are growing our team of specialists who work in the industry to accelerate the change.
Canonical enables operators and communications service providers to embrace this new world, with a focus on platforms such as Ubuntu, OpenStack, and Kubernetes, and reusable, high quality automation for operations at scale.
A Cloud Field Engineering Director is responsible for driving the strategy in presales and delivery for our telco customers. Hi, I’m Paul, VP of Engineering at
Customer.io
. We’re looking for experienced backend engineers who care deeply about reliability, performance, and scalability. You’ll design, build, and evolve the systems that power communication at massive scale - while helping us push the boundaries of what great engineering can look like.
About
Customer.io
Over 9,000 companies - from scrappy startups to global brands - use our platform to send billions of emails, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS every day. Customer.io powers automated communication that people actually want to receive.
We help teams send smarter, more relevant messages using real-time behavioral data. Under the hood: Go, React, Ember and AI help us ship fast and scale with confidence.
What We Value
Ownership
You own problems end to end. You move fast, act like an owner, and thrive in ambiguity. You've led complex projects before, whether officially or not, and you're ready to do it again.
Engineers with product taste
You think like a user, not just an engineer. You care how your systems power real customer value - and how to make them better.
A healthy skepticism for “the way things are done.”
You bring rigor and creativity. Best practices matter - but never more than forward motion.
What You’ll Do
Design and build distributed systems in Go that help customers send timely, relevant messages at scale
Collaborate across teams to debug issues and deliver reliable solutions
Own problems end to end - from architecture and schema design to testing, deployment, and monitoring
Participate in an on-call rotation as required, supporting the reliability of the systems you build
Share knowledge and raise the bar through sharing your progress publicly with short videos, thoughtful writing, and mentorship
Use AI agents to make multi-file changes by scoping the work, writing the prompt, and verifying the output
What we're looking for
7+ years of experience building scalable, distributed systems in Go (or similar statically typed languages)
Comfort working in cloud-native environments (AWS, GCP)
Familiarity with relational databases (we use MySQL) and an understanding of performance tradeoffs
Experience with observability tooling and operating production systems
A bias for action over perfection, and pride in owning technical decisions
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in transparency. Starting salary for this role is $150,000 - $200,000 USD (or equivalent in local currency) depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment. In addition to base salary, this role includes an equity grant in the form of stock options, so you share in the success you help build.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Product at Baseten is a nascent function. Our company today has a strong engineering culture, is heavily customer-obsessed, and moves fast. We're building the product function now, and you'd be one of the people who defines it. You'll work directly with our founders and with some of the best systems and AI engineers, and you'll set the standard for what product looks like here. PMs at Baseten don't sit above engineers. You earn ownership by being technical, finding the truth in front of customers, building great cross-functional relationships, and shipping great product experiences.
Once a model is deployed, keeping it fast, reliable, and economical at scale is where production inference is won or lost. You'll own the surface that makes that happen: how deployments autoscale, how traffic is routed, how the system fails over, and how workloads scale across clusters and regions. You'll own these as products end to end, both how they work under the hood and how customers configure and observe them, and you'll set the roadmap that infrastructure and product teams alike can build toward. This space is still evolving. Think cloud infrastructure in the mid-2000s. Your job is to make it 10x easier to reliably scale and serve AI models in production, and to set the market standard.
This role is a great fit if you love getting deep in the technical details, and if you'd rather do whatever it takes to ship for customers than stay in the strategy, UX, or docs layer. You're drawn to platforms, systems, GPUs, models, and scaling infrastructure more than to applied AI, and you find real satisfaction in the foundational, sometimes unglamorous work that makes AI systems reliable and scalable at the infrastructure level.
EXAMPLE INITIATIVES
Take a look at these blog posts written by members of our Product and Infrastructure teams:
- How we built Multi-cloud Capacity Management (MCM) https://www.baseten.co/blog/how-we-built-multi-cloud-capacity-management/
- How the Baseten Delivery Network (BDN) makes cold starts fast https://www.baseten.co/blog/how-the-baseten-delivery-network-bdn-makes-cold-starts-fast/
- Baseten brings AI video to life on Nebius https://www.baseten.co/blog/ai-video-nebius-baseten-inference-stack/
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own how workloads scale and where they land, from autoscaling to demand (up under load, down to zero when idle) to a single placement policy that expresses region, compliance regime, and capacity preference.
- Give compliance-bound workloads right-of-way on sensitive capacity.
- Make production inference reliable by default, so every request reaches a healthy replica and rolling deploys never drop traffic.
- Define region-aware routing, with multi-region and active-active failover as first-class policy, plus health-aware recovery from stuck or bad replicas.
- Build the release engine beneath safe rollouts: the traffic-shifting that powers canary, shadow, and A/B, along with warm-ups, drain, and probes.
- Push the cost and performance frontier for serving AI at scale across latency, throughput, uptime, and cost efficiency.
- Drive a measurable decline in MTTR through self-serve incident management.
- Set the roadmap that infrastructure and product teams build toward, and own each capability end to end, from backend behavior through the customer-facing configuration and observability surface.
REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years in product management, including deep experience with infrastructure, distributed systems, or ML serving.
- Fluency reasoning about scaling, routing, failover, and the cost/performance frontier, at a level that earns the respect of staff engineers.
- Experience owning capabilities end to end, backend through UX, rather than a single slice.
- Track record driving cross-team roadmaps and the dependencies beneath them.
- Comfort defining a category that doesn't fully exist yet.
NICE TO HAVE
- Hands-on experience with GPU infrastructure.
- Experience with Kubernetes.
- Experience with serving frameworks like vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, or SGLang.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).
