WELCOME TO OLX
We're building marketplace sustainable ecosystems that millions of people depend on every month – to buy and sell cars, find homes, land jobs, and trade secondhand goods. It's commerce that matters: safe, smart, and environmentally responsible.
We do this with courage to innovate, commitment to outcomes, collaboration across 50+ nationalities and 7 markets, and a customer-led approach that puts real people first. Add a desire to win – and you get a culture that's ambitious, fast-moving, and built on trust.
Our brands – including AutoTrader, OLX, Otomoto Property24, and more – are loved by millions. And we're backed by Prosus, one of the world's largest tech investors.
Join OLX and see how far you can go.
About the Role
We are a large-scale consumer marketplace building AI-native product experiences across multiple markets. Trust and Safety is not a defensive function here - it is a strategic growth lever. A platform users trust converts better, retains longer, and earns stronger word of mouth. Fraud, abuse, and bad actors actively destroy the value we create; eliminating them is product work at its core.
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to own the Trust & Safety product agenda end-to-end. You will define the strategy for how we detect and prevent fraud, protect user integrity, and keep our marketplace safe - while building systems that are intelligent, proportionate, and do not create friction for the millions of legitimate users who rely on us every day. AI is central to how you will do this: not as an add-on, but as the foundation of a new generation of proactive, signal-driven safety infrastructure.
This role can be based in Spain, Portugal or Poland.
What you will do:
Own the Trust & Safety product strategy and roadmap translating business risk and user insight into a clear, prioritised plan.
Shift the function from reactive incident response to proactive, intelligence-driven fraud prevention: build the Risk Engine, data signals intelligence, anomaly detection, and investigation tooling that make this possible.
Ship AI-native T&S product experiences: partner with Data Science and Engineering to design, prototype, and productionise real-time detection and decisioning systems using ML models, LLMs, and behavioural signals.
Balance fraud mitigation with growth protection—ensuring T&S interventions do not unnecessarily create friction for legitimate users or throttle marketplace supply/demand. Make hard, evidence-based trade-off decisions.
Define and track the right T&S success metrics: fraud loss rates, false positive/negative rates, time-to-resolution, user trust scores, and financial exposure. Communicate impact in business terms to senior leadership.
Partner closely with Engineering leads, Data Science, Legal, Compliance, and Operations—holding shared accountability for outcomes and navigating competing priorities.
Build long-term instrumentation, monitoring, and evaluation capabilities to measure fraud rates, detection model performance, and contributor/user impact at scale.
Establish business cases quantifying fraud losses and ROI of prevention investments; secure resources and drive prioritisation grounded in data.
Ensure products and strategies meet local and regional compliance, legal, and security requirements across all markets.
Apply AI to how you operate as a PM: faster threat analysis, synthetic user research on abuse patterns, AI-assisted spec writing, automated experimentation pipelines—whatever moves the needle on velocity.
Represent Trust & Safety at the leadership level, presenting strategy, risk posture, and results clearly to executive audiences.
What we are looking for:
Significant product management experience in the digital sector: consumer facing platform, marketplace, mobility, e-commerce, classifieds, fintech, or similar high scale environment.
Proven experience owning trust related products or problem spaces such as Trust & Safety, Fraud Prevention, Risk, Identity & Verification, Marketplace Integrity, Account Security, Abuse Prevention, Payments Risk, or Compliance Technology.
Track record of building scalable systems that proactively detect, prevent, and mitigate abuse, fraud, risk, or other trust related issues, rather than relying solely on manual or operational processes.
Strong analytical and data driven mindset, with experience defining success metrics, evaluating impact, and making prioritization decisions based on evidence and measurable outcomes.
Experience partnering closely with Engineering, Data Science, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and other cross-functional stakeholders to deliver complex products in regulated or high-risk environments. Experience in vendor management and collaboration.
Experience building, deploying, or working closely with machine learning, AI, risk scoring, decisioning, detection, recommendation, or automation systems. Hands-on experience with AI-powered trust or fraud products is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to balance user experience, marketplace growth, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation, making thoughtful trade offs that protect both users and the business.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity, taking ownership of complex problem spaces, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving strategy and execution across multiple teams.
Strong core product muscle that transfers across fraud domains—you've stepped into unfamiliar threat vectors, oriented fast, and delivered. Domain specificity matters; rigid domain lock-in does not.
Well versed in building, iterating core Data (Science) products at scale
Nice to Have:
Experience building trust, risk, fraud, or safety products across
multiple international markets
and regulatory environments.
Familiarity with
emerging regulations
and industry trends affecting online platforms, digital marketplaces, payments, AI, and consumer trust.
If you're excited by the opportunity to solve complex trust challenges at scale and build products that make a meaningful difference to millions of users, we'd love to hear from you. This is a role for someone who enjoys tackling ambiguous problems, partnering across disciplines, and shaping the future of trust in a modern, AI-powered marketplace.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

The role / impact
This senior engineering post sits right at the core of Practice Tools, balancing hands-on delivery with leading the team's adoption of artificial intelligence. You will own crucial infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and alerting, ensuring reliable foundational systems that wider product teams depend upon.
Beyond core engineering, you will spearhead the transition toward an agentic software development lifecycle. By building on existing prototype agents, experimenting with AI-assisted workflows, and mentoring team members, you will shape how software is built while establishing a clear trajectory towards future technical leadership.
The team / how they connect
You will join a collaborative, close-knit group of engineers based across New Zealand who manage staff permissions, practice provisioning, and system deletion. The team operates with high autonomy, working closely together to deliver foundational capabilities that power the broader Practice Tools ecosystem. Communication is open and frequent, creating a supportive environment where diverse perspectives and fresh ideas are truly valued.
Initially, you will focus on
- Delivering key billing changes within the Practice Tools domain using React, JavaScript or TypeScript, and Java or .NET.
- Rolling out the Xero Partner Hub across all global regions to elevate the practice experience.
- Retiring legacy HQ components once the hub is live to improve system reliability and cost efficiency.
- Aligning authorization models with OAuth standards while advancing AI-driven automation across the delivery pipeline.

- Practical knowledge of modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Spinnaker, along with robust monitoring and alerting.
- Direct hands-on experience building with AI and agentic systems beyond basic prompt engineering.
- A proven track record of mentoring junior colleagues and patiently guiding team members through new technical methodologies.
- A proactive, self-directed mindset with the drive to take ownership of complex technical challenges and grow toward senior leadership.
Apply even if your experience isn't a perfect match! At Xero, we hire based on your skills, passion, and the unique perspective you can bring to enhance our culture and team.

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
About the Team
We are looking for an experienced Manager, Tax Technology to lead tax platform projects for Wolt and Deliveroo within our growing Tax Team. As Wolt and Deliveroo onboard onto the global unified tax platform and a single tax calculation engine (Vertex), this role owns the functional tax leadership that turns business and VAT requirements into configured, tested, live capabilities, and leads the offshore Wolt & Deliveroo implementation team delivering that work day to day. As DoorDash continues to grow its international footprint, we are looking for a candidate with deep, hands-on experience in VAT regimes who can lead a team, collaborate cross-functionally, and own the delivery of tax features and new-platform feature / new-market / new-partnership launches across Wolt and Deliveroo.
About the Role
You will report to the Senior Manager of the Tax Calculation Platform & Mx Operations and lead tax platform and business projects for Wolt and Deliveroo. You will manage a team to deliver day-to-day VAT configuration and testing, and partner closely with Tax Engineering, the Wolt and Deliveroo Tax teams, Tax Product, and other stakeholders — gathering business and VAT requirements, translating them into tax-system functional requirements for configuration and testing, and reviewing Technical Design Documents (TDDs) to provide functional tax expertise back to Tax Engineering.
The primary focus of this position is end-to-end delivery of VAT tax solutions across the Wolt and Deliveroo platforms — new product, market, partnership launches and legislative changes, roadmap alignment with Wolt and Deliveroo's international expansion, and day-to-day leadership of the team executing that delivery — with an understanding of how data flows from upstream systems through the tax engine to downstream reporting. Rather than handing off requirements to the Vertex Center of Excellence team, you will apply your own Vertex knowledge to help influence the functional design and determine the specific Vertex configuration a solution requires. Familiarity with US sales and use tax, food and beverage, and retail tax context is valuable for alignment with the broader platform.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
Lead tax platform and business projects across the Wolt and Deliveroo platforms, including new product, market, partnership launches, and legislative changes.
Gather business and VAT requirements and translate them into tax-system functional requirements for configuration, testing and delivery.
Review BRDs, PRDs, and TDDs for VAT tax-system implications and provide functional tax expertise back to Tax Engineering.
Define testing requirements and oversee validations across unit, integration, E2E, shadow, and post-launch phases.
Align tax engine priorities and the integrated delivery plan with the Wolt and Deliveroo international market roadmaps, and represent tax platform status updates to Tax and Engineering leadership.
Trace VAT-relevant data from upstream systems through Vertex to downstream reporting and compliance.
Serve as the senior functional tax leader for Wolt and Deliveroo, escalating risk and driving cross-functional alignment across Tax, Product, Engineering, and Data.
Manage and develop a team supporting this area, allocating workload, establishing QA checkpoints, and providing structured knowledge transfer on complex processes.
We’re excited about you because…
You have 8+ years of indirect tax or indirect tax technology experience, with several years working directly in VAT regimes.
You are familiar with VAT tax requirements and can translate them into system requirements.
Hands-on experience implementing or configuring Vertex O Series, and ability to review Vertex configurations and testing documentation and provide feedback.
Hand-on experience implementing or configuring ERP tax integration (e.g. Netsuite) with Vertex tax engine.
Experience with multi-country VAT implementations and EU VAT compliance; familiarity with non-US indirect tax regimes more broadly is a plus.
Demonstrated people-leadership experience, including managing, coaching, workload delegation, and quality oversight.
You can review technical design documents and provide functional tax expertise to engineering and product.
You have familiarity with US sales and use tax, food and beverage, and retail tax context.
You understand how tax data flows from upstream transaction systems through a tax engine to downstream reporting, including both in-house systems or ERP system integration flows.
Program or project management experience across dependent teams, including building plans, milestones, and dependency maps, and driving them to completion.
Comfort operating cross-functionally and building trust with partner teams without always holding formal authority over their roadmaps.
Experience in use of SQL or Snowflake for data self-serve, issue investigation or testing validation.
Experience in use of API testing tools like Postman, SOAP UI and ability to read XML and JSON logs.
Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or Computer Science degree.
You are fluent in leveraging multiple AI tools on the market (e.g., Claude Cowork, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor) on a daily basis across all of your assigned tasks, and you actively look for creative ways to apply them to enhance processes and create efficiency gains.
Nice to Haves
Familiarity with Marketplace Facilitator laws.
Experience managing offshore teams across time zones.
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Director & Associate General Counsel at Humanoid, you will lead legal operations across the U.S. and Canada as we scale our footprint in the region. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer & General Counsel, you'll serve as our senior legal representative and principal point of contact here — spanning regulatory support for production and R&D, IP across the research and manufacturing lifecycle, dispute resolution and pre-litigation matters, and the corporate and financing work that comes with our growth. You'll also partner closely with compliance leadership to track regulatory obligations, support public policy engagement, and own the region's legal infrastructure: entity management, governance, policies, templates, outside counsel, tooling, and reporting.
If you're excited to help shape a growing legal function, want real ownership over how law and compliance guide the deployment of real-world robots, and are ready to be the senior legal voice for a fast-growing region, we want to hear from you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own legal operations for North America across the United States and Canada, acting as an extension of the Office of the General Counsel in the region.
- Provide regulatory support to our production and R&D functions as HMND‑01 is deployed into industrial environments, working with compliance leadership to translate requirements into workable processes.
- Advise on IP rights across R&D and production, including invention capture, ownership, licensing, and protection.
- Manage disputes and pre-litigation matters across the region.
- Support commercial contracting in North America in partnership with our global contracts function.
- Drive legal support for public policy and government engagement in the United States and Canada, in partnership with our government relations and commercial leadership.
- Support corporate and financing workstreams in the region.
- Engage and manage outside counsel across the United States and Canada, with a clear view of cost and value.
- Own the legal operations infrastructure for the region, including entity management, policies, templates, tooling, and reporting.
- Build, manage, and develop the North American legal team as headcount grows, while remaining close to the work yourself.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 10+ years of legal experience following bar admission, including 5+ years in-house in regulated industries.
- Licensed US attorney in good standing.
- 5+ years of people management experience, with the ability to build and scale a team as the region grows.
- Regulatory support experience across production and R&D functions.
- Substantive IP experience.
- Dispute resolution experience.
- A hands-on, execution-oriented approach: you do the work yourself as well as overseeing others.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and creating clarity in a fast-moving environment.
- Ability to work from our Boston office five days per week.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Canadian law, or experience running a cross-border US–Canada remit.
- Experience in robotics, artificial intelligence (AI), automotive, aerospace, or advanced manufacturing.
- Experience supporting a venture financing round in-house.
- Exposure to product safety, export controls, or trade compliance.
- Experience supporting government relations or public policy work.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Comprehensive health coverage for US‑based employees, including fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, with virtual care and employee assistance resources.
- Time off to rest and recharge: 23 days of PTO (accrued), separate sick leave, and paid company holidays.
- 401(k) retirement plan with 4% employer match.
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- Free daily catered lunch, snacks, and drinks in‑office.
- Collaboration with top‑tier engineers, researchers, and product experts in AI and robotics.
For this role in Massachusetts, the expected base salary range is $220K–$300K USD per year; your placement in that range depends on how your experience maps to our internal leveling.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's Legal Tech engineers play a specialized and critical role in keeping Claude at the frontier. Partnering closely with counsel, we provide custom infrastructure and guidance for complex, novel technical matters, empowering teams across the company to continue meeting our legal obligations as we innovate.
As a Senior+ Software Engineer on our Legal Tech team, you'll build dedicated, highly secure, and reliable cloud environments and data processing and storage capabilities at speed and scale. You will own your scope end to end: from raw requirements all the way through to large-scale production systems that satisfy legal invariants and unlock new possibilities. The systems you build won't just be dependable and scalable; they'll be interpretable and auditable, demonstrating to skeptical audiences exactly how they worked and why results can be trusted.
You'll be an essential member of a collaborative team, working together to solve difficult problems against fixed deadlines. You will own internal customer relationships as well: you'll gather, prioritize, and coordinate needs from colleagues on Privacy, Security, Research, and/or Infra as well as Legal, to ship the right capabilities on the right timelines. You'll act as a trusted advisor: clearly explaining technical concepts and constraints to inform legal decisions, and proactively designing new approaches to prevent classes of problems. Your infrastructure expertise will directly empower our business to calibrate and manage risk, innovating faster thanks to systems that build in legal considerations.
Key responsibilities
Build and operate dedicated cloud infrastructure, storage, and data pipelines for specialized workloads that can't run on general-purpose systems
Design architectures with excellent security, privacy, reliability, scalability, and auditability baked in
Partner with a wide range of internal customer teams to translate requirements into sound approaches and realistic ETAs
Deliver against fixed deadlines
Support complex and novel legal requests on controlled infrastructure, with verifiable chain of custody
Pair with engineering teams across the company to extend existing infrastructure to support new workflows and/or legal requests
Work with nontechnical stakeholders to clarify their needs through responsive, easy-to-follow dialogue
Minimum qualifications
Experience designing, building, and operating highly trusted infrastructure and data systems in production, including owning architectural decisions
Experience working across large, complex, multi-team environments, including in stacks and code you don't own
Ability to take ownership of a cloud account and secure it end to end (networking, storage, identity, encryption, least-privilege provisioning, etc.) on AWS and/or GCP
Ability to translate legal and privacy requirements into sound technical designs and implementations that teams are excited to adopt
A habit of verifying rather than assuming: designing checks for invariants and plainly naming what isn't proved
Self-directed in a high-change environment, and comfortable resequencing quickly when new needs emerge
Clear communication with nontechnical stakeholders, and an understanding of their needs
Preferred qualifications
Software engineering experience with an infrastructure, data, privacy, and/or security focus
Proficiency with large-scale data tooling, such as distributed processing, lakehouse table formats, and/or query engines
Understanding of data processing pipelines, LLM training, and/or provenance and lineage
Experience with secure enclaves, confidential computing, clean rooms, or other purpose-built environments for sensitive data
Background in eDiscovery, litigation support, or records retention at scale, including chain of custody and verifiable integrity

Working at Bitso
Bitso is Latin America's largest crypto-powered financial services platform. Bitso Business serves corporates,
liquidity providers, importers and exporters, credit companies and payment firms that move money across
borders and settle at scale. We are building the most recognized FX franchise for corporates in the region, on
rails that are faster and more transparent than the correspondent banking system they replace.
Your Purpose
The Senior Sales Executive owns a corporate portfolio end to end: sourcing, structuring, closing and growing FX
and cross-border payment relationships. This is a quota-carrying, individual-contributor role for someone who
has sold spot and forward FX, SPEI and mass-payment flows to treasurers and CFOs, and who is comfortable
explaining stablecoin settlement rails to a compliance committee the same week they quote a USD/MXN
spread to a trading desk.
Reports To
Head of Sales
Who You Are
Must have
10+ years of B2B sales experience in fintech, payments, FX or banking institutions, with a consistent record
of carrying and beating quota.
Demonstrable experience selling FX - spot and forward - to corporate clients, including pricing
conversations with treasurers and trading desks.
Demonstrable experience selling SPEI and Mexican domestic payment flows, including mass payments and
collections.
Strong network among corporates, financial institutions or payment companies in Mexico.
Ability to structure complex, multi-product deals and navigate procurement, treasury, legal and compliance
in parallel.
Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English, written and spoken.
Fluency with CRM discipline and data-driven pipeline management.
Strongly desirable
Prior experience at a crypto exchange, digital-asset platform or blockchain-native company.
Working knowledge of Bitcoin, stablecoins and on-chain settlement, and the ability to explain them credibly
to a non-crypto CFO.
Experience with cross-border corridors involving the US, LatAm, Europe or Asia.
Exposure to regulated environments - IFPE, SOFIPO, VASP or equivalent licensing regimes.
Soft skills
Collaboration: works naturally with Trading, Compliance, Product, Operations and Legal - treats them as
partners in the deal, not obstacles to it.
Teamwork: shares intelligence, mentors less experienced sellers and contributes to team targets beyond
personal quota.
Performance under pressure: stays composed in volatile markets, live pricing situations and tight
settlement windows.
Ownership: operates autonomously, commits to numbers and reports honestly when they are at risk.
Clarity: communicates with precision in front of a CFO, a regulator or an internal committee.
What You Will Do
Commercial ownership
Carry and exceed an individual quota for FX volume, payment volume and net revenue across an assigned
corporate portfolio.
Build and maintain a disciplined pipeline in the CRM - accurate stages, next steps, close dates and a monthly
forecast within plus or minus 10%.
Originate new logos through outbound prospecting, industry networks, chambers of commerce, brokers and
referral partners.
Negotiate pricing, spreads, credit terms and commercial agreements in coordination with Trading, Treasury
and Legal.
Client management and structuring
Act as the trusted commercial counterpart to CFOs, treasurers, controllers and heads of payments at
corporates and financial institutions.
Diagnose client flows - currency pairs, corridors, volumes, timing, settlement constraints - and structure the
right combination of FX, SPEI, cross-border payments and stablecoin settlement.
Grow existing accounts through wallet-share expansion, new corridors and additional products; own
quarterly business reviews with top clients.
Coordinate onboarding with Compliance, Operations and Implementation so time-to-first-transaction is
measured in days, not months.
Market and product
Bring structured market intelligence back to the business: competitor pricing, bank behaviour, corridor
dynamics and regulatory shifts.
Work with Product to translate recurring client needs into roadmap input, and be an early voice on new FX
and payment capabilities.
Represent Bitso Business at industry events, panels and client forums in Mexico and the region.
Compliance and risk
Sell within Bitso's regulatory perimeter at all times; partner with Compliance on KYB, onboarding and ongoing
due diligence rather than working around it.
Escalate risk signals early and maintain complete, auditable records of client interactions and commercial
terms.
What we offer
A category-defining seat: Bitso is the largest crypto-powered financial platform in Latin America, and the
corporate franchise is the fastest-growing part of it.
Competitive base salary plus uncapped variable compensation tied to revenue and volume.
Direct access to the Head of Sales and FX business leadership, and real influence on product direction.
A regulated, compliance-first operating environment - you sell on solid ground.

- Monitoring, troubleshooting, and recovery from integration failures.
Guide technical decisions within the assigned domain from solution design through development and production rollout, coordinating cross-cutting architecture and security decisions with their designated owners.
Establish reusable integration patterns that handle retries, rate limits, duplicate events, and API version changes reliably.
Own automated pipelines for building, testing, validating, and deploying integrations.
Improve integration reliability, performance, and observability, and guide the team in resolving production issues.
Coordinate with other engineering teams and external partners to manage dependencies and compatibility.
Apply AI technologies where they improve integration development, testing, or support, with appropriate validation of outputs.

Experience writing automated integration and contract tests.
Proficiency in SQL.
Experience with runtime isolation and sandboxing for sensitive execution.
Experience in B2B SaaS, security, compliance, or data governance.
Experience building high-load products with numerous endpoints.

Design at Anthropic sits at the intersection of craft, research, and product intuition. We're a small team working on products that millions of people use daily—and on interactions that don't have established conventions yet.
Our work shapes how people experience AI: whether Claude feels like a tool or a collaborator, whether it earns trust or erodes it. We partner closely with engineers and researchers, often designing around capabilities that are emerging in real-time. That means staying close to the models, prototyping rapidly, and being comfortable with ambiguity.
We care deeply about craft—the details that make something feel polished and trustworthy—but we ship fast and learn in the open. We'd rather get something in front of users and iterate than wait for perfection.
We're looking for designers who ship fast and stay in motion—people who would rather get something in front of users this week than perfect it for a month. You're excited to question fundamental UI assumptions and invent patterns that feel native to AI, and you're already using tools like Claude Code to extend what you can build. You pay attention to where model capabilities are heading, not just what Claude can do today, and you find ways to keep caring about the pixels, the copy, and the edge cases while shipping quickly.

Key responsibilities
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, AI researchers and other stakeholders to define product vision, strategy and roadmaps, and play an active role in shipping.
Understand the technical architecture of our products and define primitives for new capabilities.
Define feature areas with exceptional attention to detail and polish, identifying opportunities to improve quality and consistency of broader flows
Craft beautiful, polished, and delightful user interfaces that build trust and showcase the power of our AI technology
Comfortable in code, design, prototypes, and learning new ways to communicate ideas and concepts
Find creative ways to ship high-quality work in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, resource-constrained startup environment
Minimum qualifications
Experience designing and shipping complex workflows, enterprise/B2B SaaS, developer tools, or API products end-to-end
Proven track record of executing end-to-end on large and complex products, or a series of products, in ambiguous environments
A portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and polished UI craftsmanship
Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, such as Figma
Experience using AI tools such as Claude Code as a creative partner in your own design practice
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence without authority
Preferred qualifications
Experience prototyping with front-end code (e.g., HTML/CSS/JS)
Passion for crafting scaled, highly impactful, safe and beneficial artificial intelligence technologies to enable new possibilities

About the job
As a member of our AI model team, you will drive innovation in model serving and inference architectures for advanced AI systems. Your work will focus on optimizing model deployment and inference strategies to deliver highly responsive, efficient, and scalable performance across real-world applications. You will work on a wide spectrum of systems, ranging from resource-efficient models designed for limited hardware environments to complex, multi-modal architectures that integrate data such as text, images, and audio.
We expect you to have deep expertise in designing and optimizing model serving pipelines and inference frameworks as well as a strong background in advanced model architectures. You will adopt a hands-on, research-driven approach to develop, test, and implement novel serving strategies and inference algorithms. Your responsibilities include engineering robust inference pipelines, establishing comprehensive performance metrics, and identifying and resolving bottlenecks in production environments. The ultimate goal is to enable high-throughput, low-latency, low-memory footprint, and scalable AI performance that delivers tangible value in dynamic, real-world scenarios.
Responsibilities
Design and deploy state-of-the-art model serving architectures that deliver high throughput and low latency while optimizing memory usage. Ensure these pipelines run efficiently across diverse environments, including resource-constrained devices and edge platforms. Establish clear performance targets such as reduced latency, improved token response, and minimized memory footprint.
Build, run, and monitor controlled inference tests in both simulated and live production environments. Track key performance indicators such as response latency, throughput, memory consumption, and error rates, with special attention to metrics specific to resource-constrained devices. Document iterative results and compare outcomes against established benchmarks to validate performance across platforms.
Identify and prepare high-quality test datasets and simulation scenarios tailored to real-world deployment challenges, specifically those encountered on low-resource devices. Set measurable criteria to ensure that these resources effectively evaluate model performance, latency, and memory utilization under various operational conditions.
Analyze computational efficiency and diagnose bottlenecks in the serving pipeline by monitoring both processing and memory metrics. Address issues such as suboptimal batch processing, network delays, and high memory usage to optimize the serving infrastructure for scalability and reliability on resource-constrained systems.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate optimized serving and inference frameworks into production pipelines designed for edge and on-device applications. Define clear success metrics such as improved real-world performance, low error rates, robust scalability, optimal memory usage and ensure continuous monitoring and iterative refinements for sustained improvements.
A degree in Computer Science or related field. Ideally PhD in NLP, Machine Learning, or a related field, complemented by a solid track record in AI R&D (with good publications in A* conferences).
Must have knowledge of Metal Shading Language (MSL). You should be comfortable writing custom compute shaders from scratch.
Proven experience in low-level kernel optimizations and inference optimization on mobile devices is essential. Your contributions should have led to measurable improvements in inference latency, throughput, and memory footprint for domain-specific applications, particularly on resource-constrained devices and edge platforms.
A deep understanding of modern model serving architectures and inference optimization techniques is required. This includes state-of-the-art methods for achieving low-latency, high-throughput performance, and efficient memory management in diverse, resource-constrained deployment scenarios.

7+ years of experience in in-house communications
A track record of building and scaling communications programs from the ground up
Strong business and cultural fluency, with the ability to translate complexity into clear, engaging narratives and pitches
Experience operating in fast-paced environments where direction isn’t always defined—and comfort creating it
Demonstrated experience crafting a point of view on storytelling that goes beyond conventional PR approaches
While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
An understanding of product design, software development and/or cloud-native applications.
Experience navigating and explaining business concepts and issues with fluidity.
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills.
