Founding GTM Engineering Lead (GrowthBricks)
Are you someone who likes to build GTM systems from the ground up? Have you built sales automations, signal-based workflows, account intelligence systems, or AI-powered GTM solutions yourself?
We’re looking for a
Founding GTM Engineering Lead
to build GrowthBricks with us, turning real GTM problems into working systems and using what we learn to shape the product itself.
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems.
JetMinds is a new JetBrains-backed venture focused on AI-native GTM tools, and GrowthBricks is one of its new projects, designed to give GTM teams and AI agents a shared business brain. It brings together business context that’s usually fragmented across CRMs, calls, documents, dashboards, and other tools, giving people and AI agents the context they need to make better decisions and execute effectively across the sales and marketing stack.
What you’ll do
You will own our early customer implementations and help the founding team shape the product around what actually works.
Working directly with customers, you'll figure out their GTM operations, identify where agentic automations can help, and build solutions around those needs. Alongside the product and technical founders, you’ll use what you learn from these implementations to shape GrowthBricks itself.
Day to day, you will:
Work directly with customers to understand their GTM workflows, systems, data, and bottlenecks.
Turn ambiguous business problems into working GTM systems.
Help build signal pipelines, account intelligence systems, enrichment and qualification workflows, outbound and CRM automation, and agentic workflows using GrowthBricks.
Work hands-on with tools such as CRMs, enrichment platforms, sales engagement tools, APIs, automation platforms, and AI agents.
Connect GrowthBricks to customers’ existing GTM stack rather than rebuilding it.
Identify patterns across customers and turn them into reusable product capabilities.
Work closely with the product founder and engineering team to shape GrowthBricks, including building and shipping features yourself.
What you’ll bring
Clear communication across roles. You can work effectively with founders, sales and marketing teams, RevOps specialists, and engineers.
Comfort with ambiguity. You can take an unclear business problem and work toward a concrete solution.
Strong product instinct. You can recognize which customer problems should become part of the product.
A practical mindset. You value working systems over unnecessary complexity.
What you’ll need
A strong, practical understanding of modern B2B GTM operations.
Experience building sales automation, enrichment workflows, signal-based GTM systems, or similar infrastructure.
Hands-on experience with modern GTM tooling such as Clay, TheirStack, or FullEnrich.
Experience connecting multiple systems using APIs, webhooks, scripts, or custom integrations.
Practical experience using LLMs or agents for GTM research, qualification, personalization, and automation.
Experience implementing GTM systems across multiple teams or customers.
The technical ability to build and modify product features and working solutions yourself, rather than just specifying what others should build.
What success looks like
In your first six months, you will have taken several customer problems from discovery to working production workflows.
You will also have helped us understand where GrowthBricks creates the most value, identified patterns that repeat across customers, and turned those patterns into reusable product capabilities.
Success means building systems that customers actually use, producing measurable GTM outcomes, and making the product materially better with every implementation.
Why join JetBrains?
Strong base salary. We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience.
Flexible work location. Enjoy the freedom to work from home or from the office.
Remote work. Spend up to 30 days per year working remotely from abroad.
Extra time off. More days to relax, recharge, and do the things you love.
Medical insurance allowance. Enjoy peace of mind for you and your family
Learning and development opportunities. Access to conferences, courses, and language classes.
Language classes. Pick up the local language or sharpen your English skills.
Fuel your day. Enjoy a hot meal or receive a lunch allowance on workdays.
Mental health support. To help you feel your best, we provide easy access to professional mental health services.
Sports benefit. Enjoy an on-site gym or sports club stipend.
Internal events. Join company-wide celebrations and team gatherings.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Your goal will be to build DACH into n8n's most predictable Enterprise sales region - developing a team of high-performing Enterprise AEs, instilling forecast and pipeline discipline, and creating a repeatable operating model that wins complex, multi-stakeholder deals
To make that happen, you'll be hands-on in coaching, deal inspection, and team development day-to-day, while staying close enough to strategic deals and customer executives to raise the bar on how we qualify, forecast, and win.
What you’ll be doing
DEVELOPING A HIGH-PERFORMING, PREDICTABLE DACH TEAM
- Coach and develop a team of Enterprise AEs through structured 1:1s, field coaching, and deal reviews – raising both the floor and the ceiling on individual performance
- Build a rigorous forecasting and pipeline management cadence that makes DACH's numbers predictable quarter over quarter, not dependent on late-quarter heroics
- Create a repeatable operating model – clear playbooks, MEDDIC/MEDDPICC-based deal inspection, and coaching rhythms – DACH's execution shouldn’t rely on you personally driving every strategic deal
- Hire, onboard, and scale the team over time, establishing career paths and succession plans as the region grows
SETTING THE STRATEGY FOR THE DACH TERRITORY
- Prioritize and run the DACH Enterprise territory with focus – balancing new logo pursuits with expansion plays where community signals are strong
- Set the strategy for the team's most complex enterprise cycles, from discovery to close, staying close enough to coach without taking the pen
- Elevate sales methodology adoption (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC), ensuring meticulous qualification, mutual action plans, and disciplined inspection of technical + business wins
BUILDING A STRATEGIC, MULTI-THREADED SELLING MOTION
- Build a strategic selling culture that shifts the team from “running opportunities” to multi-threaded, value-led enterprise execution
- Orchestrate executive engagement across DACH accounts – aligning economic buyers, champions, and technical evaluators to keep momentum and unblock deals
- Run high-quality deal reviews and QBRs that sharpen strategy, elevate coaching moments, and improve win rates, cycle time, and forecast accuracy
PARTNERING ACROSS THE BUSINESS
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, RevOps, Product) to refine messaging for technical buyers, strengthen the enterprise playbook, and remove friction in the sales process
REQUIREMENTS
MUST HAVES
- 🏆 Enterprise sales leadership: 5+ years in frontline sales management, leading ICs through complex, multi-threaded enterprise deals
- 🔎 MEDDIC/MEDDPICC mastery: Deep, practical command of MEDDIC/MEDDPICC and a track record coaching teams to adopt it with real inspection
- 📈 Forecast & pipeline rigor: Track record running a disciplined forecasting and pipeline management cadence that makes revenue predictable, not reactive
- 🧠 Strategic deal management: You’re fluent in qualification, mutual action plans, champion building, and executive alignment in longer-cycle deals
- 🎙️ Executive presence: You confidently engage senior stakeholders, run tight meetings, and set a high bar for clarity, urgency, and outcomes
- 🧑🏫 Coaching & talent development: You level up AEs through structured coaching, field observation, and actionable feedback
- 🧩 Multi-stakeholder navigation: You’re skilled at aligning technical and economic buyers, de-escalating conflict, and maintaining deal momentum
- 🇩🇪 DE location: You’re based in Germany and happy being on-site with customers
- 🔧 Technical-buyer credibility: Experience selling into technical stakeholders and navigating evaluation-heavy sales motions
NICE-TO-HAVES
- 🖥️ Open-source / PLG experience: You understand how community and bottoms-up adoption influence enterprise outcomes and how to partner with that motion
- 🌉 Developer / infra SaaS background: Experience in DevOps, SecOps, IT Ops, data, infrastructure, or adjacent categories
- 💡 Scrappy startup mindset: You’ve scaled in environments where playbooks are evolving and you enjoy building structure without slowing teams down
- 📊 Operational excellence: Strong instincts for clean forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and turning data into coaching and better execution
n8n is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.

ABOUT MORPHO
Morpho is a leading Decentralized Finance (DeFi) lending protocol backed by a16z crypto, Paradigm, Ribbit Capital, Apollo, Vaneck, Coinbase Ventures, Variant and 50 others to build an open credit network giving anyone, anywhere, access to the best possible terms. Morpho is experiencing exponential adoption, with over billion in deposits on the network and used by institutional clients including Bitwise, Galaxy, and Anchorage Digital and the largest crypto exchanges, such as Coinbase, Binance, and Kraken. Now, Morpho is scaling its team of contributors to establish itself as the open credit network, not just of DeFi, but of the world.
WHY MORPHO EXISTS
Everyone has the potential to build something great for the world. But fulfilling that ambition almost always requires more: people willing to trust you with their capital. Yet access to capital still depends on where you live, who you know, and which institutions are willing to trust you. Even when capital is available, it sits fragmented across disconnected networks and hidden behind intermediaries. The result is a system that fails most of the people it should serve. Borrowers overpay. Lenders earn less than they should. Many are shut out entirely, not because they are unworthy of credit, but because today's infrastructure was never built to connect them. Morpho exists to solve this. Full article here https://morpho.org/blog/why-morpho-exists/.
LOCATION
Remote - US (Washington, DC preferred)
ROLE
US regulatory engagement is Morpho's top legal priority. The SEC, CFTC, Treasury and FinCEN are writing the rules that will govern onchain lending, and the volume of rulemakings, requests for comment and staff engagement now exceeds what Legal can cover alongside its other work. Reporting to the General Counsel, this role owns Morpho's US policy pipeline end to end, from tracking rulemakings to drafting submissions and leading meetings with agency staff, Congress and industry coalitions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Track SEC, CFTC, Treasury and FinCEN rulemakings, guidance, staff statements and enforcement relevant to onchain lending, and maintain a live calendar of comment deadlines with a recommended posture for each.
- Lead the drafting of comment letters, responses to requests for comment and other written submissions, pulling in input from Protocol, Product, Research and outside counsel, and prepare them for General Counsel sign-off.
- Prepare and lead meetings with agency staff and commissioner offices, including briefing materials, talking points and follow-up submissions.
- Represent Morpho in trade association working groups and industry coalitions, and coordinate Morpho's input into joint filings.
- Engage congressional offices and committee staff on legislation and its implementation where it affects DeFi lending.
- Manage outside policy counsel and consultants day to day: scope, deliverables and spend.
- Brief leadership and product teams on US policy developments in short written updates, and flag implications for the protocol, products and external messaging.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
FIRST 30 DAYS
You can explain Morpho Markets, Morpho Vaults and the role of curators accurately to a non-technical regulator. You have built a tracker of open SEC, CFTC, Treasury and FinCEN items with a recommended posture for each, joined the relevant working groups, and contributed to at least one live comment letter or coalition submission.
FIRST 3 MONTHS
You own the comment pipeline end to end: first drafts reach the General Counsel on schedule with no missed deadlines. You have prepared and led at least two agency meetings, send a short monthly US policy update to leadership, and have working relationships with staff at the SEC, the CFTC and key congressional offices.
FIRST 6 MONTHS
Agency staff and coalition partners treat Morpho as a credible, technical voice on DeFi lending, and Morpho's positions show up in coalition filings and, where possible, in staff guidance or final rules. Outside counsel runs against clear deliverables and within budget, and you have drafted a 2027 US policy plan for General Counsel approval.
MUST HAVE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 5 to 8 years working on SEC or CFTC matters, at an agency, in a law firm regulatory practice, at a trade association or on an in-house regulatory or policy team. Prior SEC or CFTC staff experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of federal securities and commodities law and of the rulemaking process: notice and comment, staff guidance, no-action and exemptive relief.
- Excellent writing, with comment letters, regulatory submissions or similar work product to show for it.
- Existing relationships with agency staff, congressional staff or industry coalitions.
- Able to learn how onchain lending works and explain it clearly and accurately to a non-technical audience.
- Sound judgment on when to escalate, and comfortable preparing positions for sign-off rather than setting them alone.
- Strong ownership and autonomy: doesn't wait to be told.
- Clear and crisp async communication across a team split between Paris, New York and DC.
- Comfort operating in fast-changing, ambiguous contexts.
- Team-first mindset, low ego.
PERKS & BENEFITS
We design benefits around deep work and growth, so you can do the best work of your career. Expect fair, top-tier compensation, real flexibility, time together in Paris, great health coverage, and support to keep learning.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and hire based on talent, potential, and values alignment.

LOCATION
Hybrid New York or Remote (EST timezone).
ROLE
Morpho's commercial activity is growing fast, and the partnerships, integrations and vendor relationships behind it now outpace what Legal can cover. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will own the contract lifecycle for our partnerships end to end (intake, standard paper, signature, post-signature obligations) and build the tooling behind it, so that standard deals close without waiting on senior lawyers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deal desk: intake and triage of partnership team requests, NDAs on our paper and the counterparty's, and first drafts and negotiation of our standard partnership and incentive agreements, through to signature packs and signing summaries.
- Post-signature tracking: a single contract repository linked to our CRM, and an obligations register (milestones, grant tranches, exclusivity periods, notice windows, renewals) with alerts to deal owners and Finance. Be the go-to person for the conditions of signed deals.
- Legal ops infrastructure: negotiation playbooks, a clause library, a consolidated set of templates, a Legal FAQ for recurring partner questions, AI workflows and agents for intake, drafting and review, outside counsel budget tracking, and a monthly report on legal throughput.
- Vendor and compliance ops: standard vendor and SaaS terms, renewals and insurance calendar, due diligence and security questionnaires, internal policy upkeep and data room hygiene.
- As capacity allows: corporate housekeeping for Morpho's legal entities, and support on employment, IP and privacy matters with outside counsel.
- Work daily with the partnership team, Finance, RevOps, BizOps and outside counsel.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
FIRST 30 DAYS
You understand Morpho's products and main commercial relationships, own the partnership legal queue and all NDAs, and have read every live partnership agreement and our standard templates.
FIRST 3 MONTHS
Counterparty-paper NDAs are turned around within 2 working days. Every signed agreement sits in one repository linked to its CRM record, and the obligations register is live for all agreements in force, with alerts to deal owners and Finance.
FIRST 6 MONTHS
Standard template deals run without senior lawyer involvement, except for listed deviations. Partner categories are consolidated into an agreed set of templates, each with a playbook. You deliver a monthly throughput report (volume, cycle time, deviations), vendor renewals and insurance sit on a single calendar, and you have proposed the 2027 legal operations roadmap.
MUST HAVE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Legally trained (qualified lawyer or equivalent law degree), with 5 to 8 years in commercial contracting, part of it in-house at a fast-growing technology company.
- Has negotiated partnership, integration or licensing agreements alone, on both own and counterparty paper. US-style commercial drafting is essential.
- Has built legal operations in practice (contract lifecycle tooling, playbooks, intake, reporting), not only used them.
- Builds with AI tools: writes prompts and skills, automates document workflows, and knows where review by a lawyer is still required.
- Comfortable working with Finance on payment mechanics, milestones and budgets, and with a CRM as the source of truth.
- Able to hold a position with a deal team under time pressure.
- Clear, concise communication with non-lawyers.
- Strong ownership and autonomy at startup pace with limited support: doesn't wait to be told.
- Comfort operating in fast-changing, ambiguous contexts.
- Ability to work across US Eastern time zones with shifting priorities.
- Team-first mindset, low ego.
PERKS & BENEFITS
We design benefits around deep work and growth, so you can do the best work of your career. Expect fair, top-tier compensation, real flexibility, time together in Paris, great health coverage, and support to keep learning.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Kraken’s Consumer Creative & Design team owns end-to-end creative execution for Kraken Consumer and Krak. Our disciplines cover performance ad creative, 2D and 3D design, motion design, AI video creative and web design, turning growth strategy into creative that converts across paid, owned and organic surfaces. We work closely with Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, Content & Social, Lifecycle and our regional leads, holding the line on brand and messaging quality on everything that ships.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As our Senior Performance Video Creative, you concept, produce and ship paid video for Kraken and Krak. You ideate, generate, edit and ship, and you treat gen AI as a core production method rather than a novelty. You take a project from idea to a finished, approved, multi-market asset set, and you bring a real feel for what people stop on, share and screenshot.
You report to the Creative Lead, Consumer Creative & Design, who gives you direction, feedback and cover in reviews. This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports. Senior here means craft and speed leadership: you set the bar for paid video on the team, work with AI-enabled processes, collaborate closely with other Krakenites in and outside the team, and are the person others come to with video questions.
- Own paid video for Kraken Consumer across product launches, campaigns, promotions and always-on activity.
- Build for channels like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit and X. You know what wins where, and you build to each platform’s specs and native feel.
- Concept and cut performance video so campaigns ship as complete cross-format sets.
- Produce AI-generated and AI-assisted video, and know when AI is the fastest route to a great ad and when it isn’t. Keep your tooling current as the models change, and build repeatable workflows the rest of the team can reuse.
- Bring ideas to briefs rather than executing them literally. Pitch culturally timely, internet-native concepts that nobody asked for, including experimental ones alongside BAU work, and build the winners into creative pillars we can keep using.
- Version and localize video at scale across markets, languages, formats and regulatory requirements. In a typical month you’ll have roughly a dozen workstreams in flight at once, most spanning several formats and several markets.
- Build creative with testing in mind. Performance Marketing owns test design, cadence and readouts. You own the creative response: reading the results, forming a point of view on why a variant won, and turning that into the next round of hooks, concepts and cuts.
- Flex into AI-assisted paid static when a campaign calls for it, working from the team’s brand baselines.
- Partner with Product Marketing, compliance and regional teams to get work approved without losing the idea.
- Hold a high craft bar on your own work and keep your files clean enough for other people to build on.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years in performance video creative at a high-volume in-house team or performance agency, ideally in fintech, crypto, gaming or another regulated category.
- A portfolio submitted with your application. Paid video above all, with the brief or objective alongside the work and the result where you’re able to share it. Include two or three full video cuts, at least one AI-generated or AI-assisted piece with a short note on what was tooling and what was you, and one concept you tested where you can talk us through what the data said and what you changed.
- Real video skills, from concept to finished, sound-designed cut.
- High-level command of gen AI video and image tooling, with shipped work to show for it.
- Platform-native instincts across Meta, TikTok and YouTube. You can explain why the same idea needs a different build on each one.
- Experience inside a structured creative testing program. You’re fluent in the metrics your creative moves (thumb-stop rate, hook rate, CTR, CVR, CPA and ROAS), you can tell a real winner from low performers, and can translate test results into a creative decision.
- Fluency in internet and meme culture, with comedic instincts and a feel for what’s about to feel dated.
- Speed without sloppiness. Comfortable with fast turnarounds, several review rounds and late changes.
- Comfort working inside regulatory constraints, with work that survives risk warnings, disclaimers and market-specific requirements.
- A solid copywriting instinct for scripts and on-screen text. Plain language, value first, no hype and no jargon.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. About the job
As a member of our AI research team, you will drive innovation in model compression and efficient deployment for advanced multimodal AI systems, including large language models (LLMs) and vision-language models (VLMs). Your work will focus on reducing model footprint and computational cost while preserving accuracy, enabling high-performance AI to run efficiently across resource-constrained edge devices. You will apply and advance compression techniques such as quantization, knowledge distillation, and pruning to streamline complex multimodal architectures that integrate text, images, and audio.
We expect you to have deep expertise in model compression methods and a strong background in multimodal model architectures. You will adopt a hands-on, research-driven approach to develop, test, and implement novel compression strategies that balance model size, latency, throughput, and accuracy. Your responsibilities include building robust compression pipelines, establishing performance and fidelity metrics, and addressing bottlenecks in production inference. The ultimate goal is to deliver scalable, low-memory, low-latency AI systems on edge devices (i.e., smartphones) that maintain high fidelity and tangible real-world value.
Responsibilities
Break down the key responsibilities in bullet points. It’s helpful to make them actionable and measurable. This could also be grouped into categories for more complex roles.
Apply low-bit quantization to reduce model size and inference latency for generative AI models (LLMs, VLMs, multimodal) while maintaining accuracy and output quality.
Leverage knowledge distillation to transfer capabilities from larger teacher models to smaller student models, enabling efficient multimodal reasoning across text, image, and audio inputs.
Implement pruning techniques to remove redundant parameters and attention heads, reducing computational overhead without sacrificing task performance.
Analyze trade-offs between model efficiency (size, latency, memory) and accuracy across quantization, distillation, and pruning methods; propose improvements based on empirical findings.
Research and apply mixed-precision quantization and other advanced compression strategies (e.g., adaptive pruning schedules, distillation with intermediate feature matching) to optimize the accuracy–performance balance.
Stay current with the latest research in model compression, including emerging techniques for multimodal and generative architectures.
Document methodologies, experiments, and results clearly to support reproducibility, internal collaboration, and stakeholder communication.
Author technical papers and publish findings in top-tier conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, ACL, AAAI) to advance the field of model compression for multimodal AI.
List the qualifications, certifications, and experience needed for the role. You can split this into mandatory and preferred sections if needed.
A degree in Computer Science or related field. Ideally PhD in NLP, Machine Learning, or a related field, complemented by a solid track record in AI R&D (with good publications in A* conferences).
Experience with PyTorch deep learning frameworks or equivalent frameworks
Hands-on experience with model quantization including both Quantization-Aware Training (QAT) and Post-Training Quantization (PTQ).
Research and hands-on experience with knowledge distillation for compressing large models into smaller, efficient ones.
Research and hands-on experience with model pruning for compressing large models into smaller, efficient ones.
Solid understanding of neural network architectures and training processes – Including transformers (e.g., LLMs, VLMs), backpropagation, optimization, and fine-tuning techniques.
Familiarity with C++ is a plus (especially for implementing low-level quantization kernels or inference optimizations).

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE TEAM
Mistral is building a sovereign AI cloud for Europe. Our customers in finance, healthcare, and the public sector run frontier models on European-jurisdiction infrastructure, and the Cloud Platform team builds the systems that make that possible — compute orchestration, Kubernetes, bare metal, storage, networking, and the datacenter fleet that runs it all.
We run it all on our own metal, our own network, our own datacenters — which means when something breaks, the fix is ours to write.
European Compute Units let enterprises commit to multi-year capacity on that infrastructure, and we are scaling toward a gigawatt of compute across Europe by 2030. You will design and ship the layer every sovereign AI deployment depends on and shape the team building it.
THE ROLE
This is a people-leadership role from day one. You will manage the team — hiring, coaching, performance, growth paths, honest feedback — while staying close to the code: roughly half your time in architecture decisions and the hardest technical problems the team faces, the other half leading your squad. If you are looking for a senior IC role, this is not it.
You will lead the team building our serverless containers product: the way developers run AI apps, MCP servers, APIs, and managed workers on our cloud without thinking about servers. Push a container, get an endpoint, scale from zero to thousands of instances and back down — across CPU and GPU.
On a hyperscaler, the serverless layer is a product someone else built. Here you own it end to end: the scheduler that decides where a container lands, the routing path a request takes, the machinery that turns a scaled-to-zero service into a warm instance before a customer notices. All of it runs on metal, network, and datacenters we own.
That tension is the product: scale-to-zero economics with cold starts in milliseconds, autoscaling that absorbs a launch spike without a config change, GPUs scheduled onto containers the way other platforms schedule CPU. The customers betting on this layer are the developers building the next generation of AI software on European infrastructure.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own the container platform end to end: image delivery, placement, request routing, scale-up, scale-to-zero — across CPU and GPU.
- Make cold starts a solved problem: snapshotting, prewarming, image-layer caching, whatever it takes for scale-from-zero to feel instant.
- Treat AI workloads as the normal case: GPU-backed containers, streaming responses, long-lived connections, MCP servers that cost almost nothing while idle.
- Write Go alongside your team and own the architecture and the hardest implementation decisions.
- Grow the engineers, not just the software — set the standard for ownership and coach people past their comfort zone.
- Own people management for the team: hiring, performance, growth paths, and honest feedback.
- Partner with Product Managers to turn platform decisions into a product developers want to deploy on.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years of real people leadership. You have managed engineers — hired, coached, given honest feedback, and grown them. Hands-on contribution matters here, but this role is judged on the team you build and lead, not just the code you write.
- You have shipped production systems in Go. Not dabbled. Shipped.
- You have built container or workload platforms — orchestration, scheduling, isolation, request routing — not just deployed onto someone else's serverless platform.
- Deep Linux: namespaces, cgroups, image layers, page cache — comfortable well below the application layer.
- Multi-tenancy instincts: density, isolation, and fairness when hundreds of customers share one fleet.
- Significant experience building complex backend or infrastructure systems.
- You have partnered with product, design, and business teams to ship software that reached real users.
- A low-ego, team-first mindset. We care less about your exact domain and more about whether you are the kind of technical force other engineers want to work alongside.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.
For the most up-to-date details on benefits available in your location, please refer to our Benefits page https://app.notion.com/p/mistralai/Benefits-at-Mistral-36e6ba59a7fe836b93dd01737fcc27ef?source=copy_link.

The AI orchestration of your wildest imagination.
n8n is the open workflow orchestration platform built for the new era of AI. We give technical teams the freedom of code with the speed of no-code, so they can automate faster, smarter, and without limits. Backed by a fiercely inventive community and 500+ builder-approved integrations, we’re changing the way people bring systems together and scale ideas for impact.
Since our founding in 2019, we’ve grown into a diverse team of over 260 - working across Europe and the US, connected by a shared builder spirit and with our centre of gravity in Berlin. Along the way, we’ve:
- Cultivated a community of more than 650,000 active developers and builders
- Earned 190K+ GitHub stars, making us one of the world’s Top 40 most popular projects
- Backed by top investors, from Sequoia’s first German seed to our SAP's recent strategic investment - bringing us to a $5.2bn valuation
That’s the company we’ve built. Now we’d love to see what you can build. If you’re applying, try n8n out - whether you’re technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register.
We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
🎯 Your main goal will be to turn n8n's pricing and packaging into a deliberate, data-informed growth lever - one that scales revenue and adoption across our entire go-to-market, from our 1.5 million-strong community to global Enterprise accounts.
To do so, here's what you'll own:
BUILD THE ANALYTICAL FOUNDATION FOR PRICING
- Build and own the model connecting unit economics, agent run cost, willingness-to-pay, gross margin, and customer value.
- Maintain competitive and market intelligence so our pricing keeps pace with a category that's shifting fast.
- Run pricing experiments and turn the results into documented, reusable learnings.
DESIGN OUR PRICING & PACKAGING ARCHITECTURE
- Shape plan design and packaging across our community, self-serve, and Enterprise tiers, plus add-ons like our startup and charity plans.
- Design pricing for new SKUs and consumption-based models as our product and cost-to-serve evolve around AI Assistant and n8n Connect.
- Build packaging frameworks and decision tools that product teams use directly to launch new features.
DRIVE AND ROLL OUT PRICING DECISIONS
- Lead cross-functional pricing decision-making and secure buy-in across Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, RevOps, and Data.
- Own the rollout of major pricing changes end-to-end, from decision to launch to measured impact.
- Build and own our pricing frameworks: list pricing, discount guardrails, decision rubrics, grandfathering rules, and usage-based billing decisions.
Requirements
Must-have
- 📈 Pricing leadership in B2B SaaS: You have 6+ years in pricing, monetisation, or commercial strategy, including at least one full cycle leading a major pricing model transition — subscription to consumption, seat-based to usage-based, or a platform repricing.
- ⚡ Hands-on with modern pricing models: You've personally designed and rolled out consumption-based, outcome-based, or AI-native pricing at a company past $100M ARR.
- 🔀 Both self-serve and Enterprise motions: You've owned pricing on both sides of the funnel — self-serve/PLG (activation, conversion, tier design, funnel experimentation) and Enterprise, sales-led (packaging for large accounts, deal economics, discount governance). n8n monetises both, so fluency in one motion only isn't enough.
- 🧮 Deep analytical rigour: You build the financial model yourself and reason fluently about unit economics, cost-to-serve, gross margin, willingness-to-pay, and elasticity.
- 🔌 Billing fluency, technical and operational: You understand event metering, rating, entitlements, proration, overage, and revenue recognition well enough to design pricing that's actually operable — and you've partnered with a Billing function on invoicing, dunning, true-ups, and disputes.
- 🛠️ Empathy for technical users and buyers: You understand where, how, and why developers and technical buyers assign value across a product experience.
- 🧩 Frameworks over bottlenecks: You've built packaging frameworks and decision tools that product teams use independently, rather than routing every pricing decision through you.
- 🤝 Cross-functional influence: You bring Product, Finance, Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Billing into alignment on contentious commercial decisions.
- 🧭 Motivated by scope, not headcount: You're energised by owning a global, high-stakes topic as an individual contributor, with analytical support from Data and RevOps and rollout support from Program Management.
Nice-to-have
- 🎓 Formal pricing training: You've been trained at Simon-Kucher or the pricing practice of another consultancy, and you bring that rigour with you.
- 🧑💻 Developer tools experience: You've priced products sold to engineers and technical teams.
- 🌍 Open source or freemium background: You know how to design pricing that converts a free community into paying customers without breaking trust.
WHY JOIN US?
At n8n, pricing won't be an afterthought argued about in the margins of someone else's roadmap - it'll be your function to build. You'll be our first dedicated pricing hire, which means low-hanging fruit everywhere and real scope to shape how a $5.2bn company monetises across community, self-serve, and Enterprise, in 100+ countries and across both cloud and self-hosted. You'll work directly with leaders in Product, Sales, Finance, and RevOps, and you'll see your decisions land in our ARR in months, not years. You'll join a supportive, remote-first team that values autonomy, experimentation, and continuous learning.
Sound like a challenge you're excited to take on?

About the role
We're looking for a Data Scientist to take ownership of the datasets and evaluation workflows that underpin our AI Safety work. You'll turn real-world product data into reliable, well-structured datasets for training and evaluating models, and help build the processes and infrastructure to continuously assess how those models perform in production.
This is a hands-on role at the intersection of data science, ML, AI safety, and policy. You'll work closely with safety researchers, engineers, and policy specialists to translate complex safety requirements into practical data and evaluation systems - starting hands-on with collection, analysis, and labelling, then building the methodologies, contributor networks, and quality standards that let this work scale.
In this role, you will
- Own safety datasets end-to-end: collection, cleaning, labelling, quality control, versioning, and readiness for training and evaluation.
- Translate safety policy into clear, consistent labelling and evaluation criteria, working closely with policy specialists.
- Design and manage labelling processes, including sourcing, onboarding, and overseeing external contributors to a high quality bar.
- Build evaluation workflows for models in production, using real-world data to track performance and surface issues.
- Develop lightweight Python/SQL pipelines and tooling to make data work faster and reproducible, partnering with ML engineers on what "training-ready" looks like.
Who you are
- Experience as a Data Scientist, or similar, working with real-world datasets and ML models.
- Strong grasp of what makes a good dataset: collection, cleaning, sampling, labelling, quality control, evaluation.
- Comfortable with Python and SQL for analysis and practical data workflows.
- Strong critical thinking and judgement - comfortable with ambiguity and nuance, and able to turn complex guidelines into consistent, scalable decisions.
- Autonomous and a clear communicator, able to work across disciplines (policy, engineering, research) in a fast-moving, still-forming environment.
Bonus points
- Experience in AI safety, trust & safety, content moderation, or fraud/abuse detection.
- Experience building datasets or evaluation frameworks, or with adversarial/safety-focused ML.
- Experience managing human-in-the-loop labelling processes, dataset versioning, or ML pipeline tooling.
- Experience operationalising guidelines with policy or legal teams.
Location
This role is based in London, where you'll work closely with our AI Safety and Policy teams.
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.
