What We’re Building
Honeycomb is a service for the near and present future, defining observability and raising expectations of what developer tools can do! We’re working with well known companies like HelloFresh, Slack, LaunchDarkly, and Vanguard and more across a range of industries. This is an exciting time in our trajectory, we’ve closed Series D funding, scaled past the 200-person mark, and were named to Forbes’ America’s Best Startups of 2022 and 2023!
If you want to see what we’ve been up to, please check out these
blog posts
and Honeycomb.io
press releases

Who We Are
We come for the impact, and stay for the culture! We’re a talented, opinionated, passionate, fiercely inclusive, and responsible group of bees. We have conviction and we strive to live
our values
every day. We want our people to do what they truly love amongst a team of highly talented (but humble) peers.
How We Work
We are a fully distributed company, which means we believe it is not where you sit, but how you deliver that matters most. We invest in our people and care about how you orient to our culture and processes. At the same time we imbue a lot of trust, autonomy, and accountability from Day 1. #LI-Remote
Honeycomb is an observability platform that helps engineering teams understand how their software behaves in production. Our Tenant team is behind Honeycomb Private Cloud, a brand new product that allows customers to have their own Honeycomb instance.
What you'll do
Own delivery of Honeycomb Private Cloud
— the infrastructure, tooling, and operational processes that let enterprise customers run Honeycomb inside their own cloud environment.
Grow the product
— we anticipate significant growth in the next year; help us meet sales goals and build relationships to support it.
Work at the customer boundary
— partner with Field Engineering, Support, and Sales on PoCs, security reviews, access negotiations, and contract asks, and help the team know when to take feedback and when to help us show the customer what good looks like.
Lead across the org
— Private Cloud depends on many engineering teams across the org. We maintain a tight drift between SaaS and Private Cloud, and this role will need to be able to understand and prioritize work that touches all parts of our engineering org.
Feedback loops for developers.
We learn a lot about Honeycomb as a product while building Honeycomb. Ensure that we push Private-Cloud-inspired tooling back into our SaaS infrastructure so each side continues to make the other better.
Build the team
— grow and develop a small, tenured, senior, very high-context team; remove the single points of failure that come with that; hire and onboard the next engineers to scale the team as the product offering scales.
What we're looking for
3+ years as an Engineering manager for a highly technical, senior team.
You have a solid track record as an engineer, influencing without authority, and leaving things better than you found them.
You've managed or led a team that carried a real production on-call rotation, and you treat operational health as a core requirement.
Experience shipping and operating software in environments you don't fully control — on-prem, private cloud, BYOC, or managed single-tenant. You know what version skew, partial telemetry, and customer security constraints do to a roadmap.
Enough Kubernetes and AWS fluency to review a design, ask the challenging questions, and be useful in an incident review. You don't need to be the person writing the Terraform.
Comfort being customer-facing with enterprise buyers: security questionnaires, access models, procurement, escalations.
Ruthless prioritization on a small team with an enormous surface area — you can name what you decided
not
to do, and why.
Hiring and onboarding engineers into a domain with a steep ramp.
Comfort with AI tooling, and a point of view on where it helps and where it doesn't.
Comfort being an escalation point for engineering emergencies as part of the Foundation leadership team
Bonus points
Familiarity with observability / OpenTelemetry (Honeycomb's domain).
You're still hands-on and enjoy contributing to and reviewing code (welcome, but it won't be your primary role here).
Background in Go, Terraform, Kafka, and large-scale data infrastructure.
FedRAMP, GovCloud, or regulated-industry compliance experience.
A field-adjacent past — solutions architecture, consulting, or deployment engineering.
Base Salary based on level of experience
$208,260
—
$234,000 USD
What you'll get when you join the Hive:
A stake in our success - generous equity with employee-friendly stock program
It’s not about how strong of a negotiator you are - our pay is based on transparent levels relative to experience
Time to recharge with unlimited PTO
A distributed-first mindset and culture (really!)
Home office, co-working, and internet stipend
Full benefits coverage for employees, with additional coverage available for dependents
Up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave, regardless of path to parenthood
Annual development allowance
And much more...
Please note we cannot currently sponsor or support visa transfers at this time.
Additionally, in compliance with applicable law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work.

We recognize that there is no single path to success and embrace nontraditional career journeys and diverse perspectives as key to building stronger, more innovative teams.
We strive to ensure an inclusive experience throughout every stage of our hiring process and are happy to provide reasonable accommodations as needed. If you require accommodations or accessible formats at any point during our hiring process, please let your recruiter know.
As an equal opportunity employer our hiring process is designed to put you at ease and help you show your best work. If there’s anything we can do to improve your experience, we’re always open to feedback.

YOU BRING
- Ownership of a credit card product, or a real piece of one.
- A working grasp of card economics (interchange, rewards cost, interest income, credit losses) and how issuers, networks, processors, and partners fit together.
- Experience shipping with engineers, and comfort pulling and reading your own data.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to serve as a dedicated communications partner to our go-to-market (GTM) organization – the teams responsible for selling and diffusing Claude into enterprises around the world.
Internal communications at Anthropic is not a support function that plans meetings and sends newsletters. The best people in this role operate like advisors who embed themselves deeply in the orgs they support, earn a seat at the leadership table, write on behalf of executives, and see around corners, anticipating what the organization will need to hear before anyone asks for it. There are traditional elements to the role too, like all-hands planning and org change announcements, and you'll run those with operational excellence.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or NYC.
Responsibilities
Own the internal communications strategy for your portfolio within GTM, becoming an expert in the team's work and a trusted member of its leadership support team
Serve as an advisor to our Chief Commercial Officer and their team - helping them think through what to say and when, draft communications in their voice, and give them expert counsel
People manage a small team (one/two directs), supporting the global GTM org
Translate complex sales strategy and customer stories into narratives that land with employees across every function
Anticipate communications needs before they arrive (e.g. launches, customer wins, organizational change, moments of external attention) and have a plan ready for how we’ll bring employees along
Design and implement strategies to boost signal and reduce noise, so employees know what's important and what it means for them
Plan and execute internal fora like all-hands and AMAs with operational excellence
Partner closely with the broader internal communications team to ensure updates are accurately and consistently cascaded across existing channels and live forums
You may be a good fit if you
Are an exceptional writer with a particular talent for distilling complex concepts into plain English, with a nose for great storytelling
Have served as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and know how to build those relationships: when to push, when to listen, and how to deliver a recommendation even when it’s something an exec may not want to hear
See the big picture and are able to connect individual team updates to company strategy and mission
Have a keen eye for organizational culture and can recognize authentic moments worth amplifying
Strong candidates may also
Have 15+ years of experience in communications or an adjacent craft where you learned to make complex, high-stakes material clear under pressure (e.g journalism, speechwriting, chief of staff work, strategy and operations)
Have worked at AI companies, frontier tech companies, or other organizations where the work moves faster than most people can follow
Have built or run internal communications programs during periods of rapid organizational growth
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$295,000
—
$345,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Mid-Market Sales, and can work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or at Olo’s headquarters in NYC.
How You’ll Make An Impact
Own the full sales cycle — from self-sourced prospecting and territory prioritization through discovery, demo, proposal, and close.
Build and manage a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, industry events, and partner channels.
Drive awareness of Olo products and services to an assigned “Book of Business” and book meetings to explore sales opportunities.
Deliver a unified vision of Olo’s Order, Pay, and Engage solutions, and present a recommended proposal for each prospect based on a thorough understanding of their business model, technology stack, and growth plans.
Build and manage key stakeholders and "champions" through multi-threading within target organizations.

Partner with the Deployment and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless program launches that meet client expectations.
Maintain a consistent pipeline to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and new client acquisition goals.
What Will Set You Up For Success
5+ years of sales experience, with 3+ years in a closing role (B2B SaaS, payment solutions, or hospitality tech preferred).
You prospect as a daily habit to build pipeline independently, without solely relying on inbound or marketing leads.
You understand the whitespace of each account in your book and perform outbound prospecting to brands with relevant messaging to create the necessary pipeline coverage.
You conduct excellent discovery and adopt a structure to determine whether to continue the sales conversation.
You demonstrate an ability to identify, build, and manage key stakeholders throughout the process.
You adopt a standard sales process or methodology, clearly articulating the specific actions that each role is responsible for within the process.
You arrive for each key conversation with an agenda and set questions, and follow up with thoughtful discussion points and next steps.
You have experience selling platform-based products and are comfortable getting “into the weeds” with prospects.
Able to communicate with multiple internal departments about client feedback and work cross-functionally to solve problems.
You are proficient in demonstrating complex platforms and highly skilled in CRM (Salesforce), Excel, and data analytics tools.
Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for C-level or founder-level decision makers.
You are experienced with deciphering legal contracts and navigating the nuances of multi-year SaaS agreements.
Comfortable managing a high volume of deals simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
You're client-focused, motivated, and have prior results to prove it.
Experience selling to the hospitality/restaurant industry, payment solutions and/or SaaS-based products is a plus.
Experience building trust with "Founder-led" brands, where decision-making is often highly personal and less bureaucratic than enterprise environments, is preferred.
Ability to consult brands specifically on the "inflection point" of scaling from 5 to 49 locations, positioning Olo as the foundation for growth is a plus.
Preferred: skill in tailoring customized ROI models that quantify the "cost of inaction" regarding fragmented tech stacks. Deep knowledge of the hospitality tech ecosystem to proactively differentiate Olo against legacy POS providers and niche ordering and guest engagement apps.
The social intelligence to manage the varying priorities of a brand leader, an operations lead, a head of technology, a finance lead, and a head of marketing simultaneously is a plus.

We take play seriously. We’re looking for curious adventurers ready to find their party, fueled by imagination and drive to build what’s never been built before. At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.
At Wizards of the Coast, we connect people around the world through play and imagination. From our genre-defining games like Magic: The Gathering® and Dungeons & Dragons® to our growing multiverse, we continue to innovate and build new ways to foster friendship and connection. That’s where you come in!
We seek a Principal Network Engineer to serve as the technical lead for our enterprise network transformation. This is the highest-level individual contributor role on the Network Engineering team. You will design the Zero Trust Network Access framework, manage our Palo Alto Panorama environment, and make key decisions where complexity and security meet. You will work closely with the Senior Manager of Network & Cloud Infrastructure and partner with IAM, Cloud Infrastructure, and Security teams. Together, you will build a network that verifies identity, checks device posture, and enforces least privilege from edge to cloud! You will bring this project to a definitive close.
What You'll Do:
Act as the technical expert for the Network 2.0 ZTNA program — own the architecture, lead build reviews, establish engineering standards, and address any critical issues during implementation.
Build and validate the full ZTNA architecture across all primary and international sites — defining network zones, segmentation policy, and device posture requirements that eliminate lateral movement risk.
Manage Palo Alto Panorama at the platform level — template hierarchy, device group creation, policy distribution oversight, and configuration drift prevention across all on-premises and cloud-connected NGFWs.
Develop the AWS and Palo Alto Panorama cloud integration — detailing how cloud-native firewall policy, VPC topology, and on-premises ZTNA fabric combine within a unified enforcement plane.
Lead the Palo Alto Cloud Identity Engine (CIE) architecture (Year 2, joint with IAM): construct the identity-to-network enforcement model, compose the network zone taxonomy, and direct the IP-to-identity rule migration that phases out all IP-based user firewall rules.
Direct GlobalProtect architecture decisions — agent configuration, split tunneling policy, certificate trust chain, and version compliance standards upheld through Intune.
Develop and keep current the network architecture documents, decision records, and runbook library that the broader team relies on to carry out tasks. You establish the standard; the team adheres to it.
Lead the global site topology mapping effort by detailing all international sites. Define the tiered support model and produce the hardware refresh sequencing plan linked to the ZTNA rollout waves.
Partner with the Automation / Network Reliability Engineer to build self-healing policy frameworks, Panorama API automation patterns, and CI/CD pipeline standards for network configuration changes.
Represent Network Engineering in cross-functional architecture reviews alongside IAM, Cloud Infrastructure, Security, and Central Technology — you bring the network angle in conversations where enterprise architecture is decided.
What You'll Bring:
10+ years of enterprise network engineering with demonstrated depth in large-scale architecture building — not just operations.
Advanced knowledge of Palo Alto NGFW and Panorama — template hierarchy, device groups, security policy development, NAT, decryption policy, and multi-vsys environments.
Proven ZTNA architecture experience — you have built a ZTNA deployment, not just configured one; you understand the segmentation model, the policy logic, and the failure modes.
Comprehensive knowledge of GlobalProtect — covering agent architecture, gateway configuration, certificate trust, split tunneling policy, and troubleshooting issues across diverse endpoint types on a large scale.
AWS network architecture hands-on — VPC build, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, AWS Network Firewall, and cloud-native connectivity patterns that integrate with on-premises enforcement.
Understanding of identity-to-network enforcement patterns — how identity signals (Okta groups, Entra device compliance, CIE) translate into firewall policy and how that architecture scales.
Grasp of SD-WAN concepts and Prisma SD-WAN or equivalent — intelligent path selection, application-aware routing, and WAN optimization in a multi-site enterprise.
Experience authoring network architecture documentation, design decision records, and engineering standards that other engineers can build against with confidence.
Ability to work independently as a reliable contributor with a senior manager. You build technical expertise so the manager can focus on the program. You operate without needing close supervision and do not cause it.
Clear communicator across technical and non-technical audiences. You can explain a zone segmentation model to a CISO and a Panorama template hierarchy to a junior engineer in the same afternoon.
Nice to Have:
Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Cloud Identity Engine (CIE) — integrating Okta or Entra group membership into NGFW policy enforcement.
Network automation depth — Python, Ansible, or Panorama API scripting for policy automation, compliance checking, or self-healing configurations.
Experience in GCP network configuration — VPC Service Controls, Cloud Armor, or hybrid connectivity models connecting GCP and on-premises ZTNA fabric.
Experience working in a multi-studio, multi-site entertainment or gaming enterprise with geographically distributed international infrastructure.
Active certifications: PCNSE (Palo Alto Certified Network Security Engineer), ZTNA specialist, or AWS Advanced Networking Specialty.

ABOUT INSTITUTIONAL TRANSFERS
We're the team that makes it effortless for clients to move their investments to and from Wealthsimple. Behind every account transfer is a complex network of institutions, systems, and people — and our job is to make that all feel simple. We power the platform that ensures money moves reliably, efficiently, and transparently for our clients, and we're always growing our product offering so clients can transfer more accounts, in more ways and easier than ever.
We're hiring an Engineering Manager to lead one of our two teams. Transfers Platform owns the foundations that make transfers scalable and observable, including workflow architecture, operational tooling, and automation. Transfers Experience focuses on expanding our product offering so clients can move all types of accounts to Wealthsimple. Both teams partner closely with Product, Design, Operations, CX, and other Engineering teams.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Engineering Manager, you'll lead a team of software developers while helping shape the technical direction, delivery strategy, and culture of Institutional Transfers. You'll balance near-term client and operational impact with long-term investments in reliability, scalability, and developer effectiveness. Reporting to an Engineering Director, you'll contribute to the broader engineering leadership community and help build systems that support thousands of account transfers each day. You'll also have the opportunity to help shape newly formed teams with significant business and client impact.
IN THIS ROLE YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Build and grow a high-performing, inclusive team through hiring, coaching, feedback, career development, and thoughtful performance management.
- Set a clear technical direction and roadmap with Product and Design, balancing new capabilities with reliability, maintainability, and operational health.
- Ensure the scalability and reliability of the transfer platform and the tools that support our operations teams.
- Partner with Operations and CX to automate manual work — through both traditional software and modern technologies — and improve the accuracy, transparency, and speed of transfer processes.
- Help your team build new ways for clients to move their accounts to Wealthsimple, operating in data-driven environments and using that data to iterate quickly.
- Promote strong engineering practices, including thoughtful design, code review, testing, observability, documentation, healthy on-call, and effective incident response.
- Champion the use of AI-first development tools to materially improve your team's output.
- Work across Institutional Transfers, Bank and Brokerage Linking, Infrastructure, Security, SRE, and other teams to resolve dependencies and deliver end-to-end outcomes.
- Keep on top of industry best practices and standards that benefit our engineering organization, and hold teams accountable to them.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Experience managing and developing software engineering teams, including hiring, mentoring, feedback, and performance management.
- Technical depth in production software development and distributed systems, with the judgment to guide architecture and implementation decisions.
- Experience delivering reliable products with cross-functional partners in a complex or regulated environment.
- A practical understanding of modern backend and frontend systems, relational databases (SQL), event-driven architectures, and cloud infrastructure.
- Effectiveness at communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A strong commitment to inclusive leadership, operational excellence, and continuous improvement — including improving team documentation and making meaningful improvements to the codebase.
- Comfort supporting a team through on-call duties and system maintenance.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience with Ruby on Rails, React or React Native, GraphQL, Kafka, Temporal, Kubernetes, AWS, Datadog, or Sentry.
- Experience with Java, Kotlin, Python, or mobile development.
- Experience in fintech, banking, brokerage, or other systems that handle sensitive financial data.
- Familiarity with institutional transfer rails such as ATON or Fundserv.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
In your first six months, you'll have built strong relationships with your team and partners, established clear goals and development plans, understood the health of the team's systems and operations, and helped shape a roadmap that improves reliability, delivery, and the client or operational experience.

Anthropic's Claude Partner Network (CPN) Reseller track lets authorized partners sell Claude directly to end customers. These partners bring Claude into accounts that Anthropic can't reach alone, and they need marketing that helps them build a real Claude practice: campaigns they can run with their own teams, funding they can put to work, and proof that moves them up through the partner tiers.
This is a foundational, first-in-seat role with wide scope. You'll be the first dedicated partner marketer for the reseller track, and you'll lead it globally. You'll set its marketing strategy, define the standards and playbooks partners run against, and build the tier-advancement path from the ground up. You'll work across regions and with a network of agency partners to deliver programs at global scale. You'll shape how reseller marketing fits into Anthropic's broader partner strategy, working with Partnerships, Commercial Operations, Channel Account Managers, Partner Operations, Customer Marketing, and Communications to make sure reseller activity and Anthropic's direct sales point in the same direction. You'll also set the bar for the marketers who join the practice as it grows.
Key responsibilities
Set the marketing strategy for the reseller track, including priorities, investment choices, and quarterly and annual plans that connect partner activity to registered pipeline and reseller revenue
Define the reseller marketing playbook and co-marketing standards, and keep them current as the program launches and expands
Represent the partner marketing perspective in program design, working with Partnerships, Commercial Operations, and Legal on how benefits, MDF, and tier criteria will work in practice
Build joint marketing plan templates for reseller partners, including campaign calendars and success metrics
Source, select, and manage the agency partners that support reseller programs globally, including scope, budgets, quality standards, and performance reviews, and build a regional roster that can scale as the program expands
Run partner-led campaigns with those agencies, using co-branded and localized kits for each market, and help partners adapt them for their own buyers
Own partner marketing funds (MDF) end to end: help partners build proposals, track approvals and documentation, and connect every funded activity to registered pipeline
Help partners reach their next tier by planning the customer stories, certification pushes, and public proof points each tier requires, on a timeline that fits the January and July tier reviews
Turn partner wins into customer stories with Customer Marketing, from interview through partner and Anthropic approvals
Coordinate joint announcements and press with Anthropic Communications, managing review timelines and holding partner copy to Anthropic's messaging and brand standards
Partner with Channel Account Managers and the field on audience and account targeting, so reseller campaigns extend Anthropic’s reach into new customers and partner and direct motions reinforce each other
Define how reseller marketing success is measured: set targets and KPIs for pipeline, reseller revenue, and campaign ROI, build the reporting, and use results to decide where to invest and what to change
Report on partner-sourced pipeline and reseller revenue influence, with 30/60/90-day tracking on every activation
Keep reseller partners informed through the CPN monthly broadcast and newsletter, and bring partner needs and results back into program planning
Minimum qualifications
Have owned marketing strategy for a partner or channel program, setting priorities and investment decisions rather than only executing against them
Have built and run co-marketing programs with channel, reseller, or distribution partners, including partner-funded budgets (MDF, co-op, or similar) and ROI reporting
Have sourced and managed agencies or contractors across multiple regions, including scoping work, managing budgets, and holding quality standards
Have run marketing programs across multiple international markets
Understand indirect sales motions, including how partners find, register, and close deals, and can write marketing that reaches partner sellers as well as end customers
Can build joint plans and value propositions that articulate clear business outcomes for customers
Have defined success measures for a partner or channel program and used the results to change investment decisions
Are skilled at tracking program performance in a CRM or equivalent system, and can turn that data into clear recommendations
Write clearly and precisely, and can hold partner-produced copy to brand and approval standards
Build trusted relationships with partner marketing and sales teams, and can move priorities forward with partners you don't manage
Can make and defend decisions with incomplete data, and know when to escalate
Are highly organized and can run several partner plans at once without dropping quality
Are comfortable building new processes from scratch, in an environment where the playbook is still being written
Take ownership of outcomes and step in wherever the work needs you
Care about the societal impacts of AI and are excited about enabling organizations to adopt AI responsibly
Preferred qualifications
Have 7+ years of marketing experience, with significant focus on partner marketing in B2B technology environments
Have launched or scaled a partner program from its early stages, including tier design, benefits, and promotion criteria
Have produced partner-led customer stories, including managing approvals and public announcement timelines
Have experience with cloud marketplace reseller motions, such as private offers or co-sell programs
Have localized marketing content and campaigns for multiple international markets
Have established relationships with resellers, distributors, or systems integrators
Have experience with partner relationship management tools and Salesforce partner data
Understand enterprise AI use cases across industries and functions
Have set standards for or mentored other marketers, formally or informally
Have used Claude or other AI tools to scale their own marketing work

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
We're looking for a Partner Solutions Architect to own the global technical relationship with Snowflake and Databricks.
Snowflake and Databricks are two of Fivetran + dbt Labs’ largest platform alliances. This is a global role scoped to those two partners. For each, you will own the technical alliance plan worldwide, the joint technical narrative, and our joint integration and roadmap priorities with each partner to drive cosell revenue. You will also own our technical presence at major milestones such as Snowflake Summit and Databricks Data + AI Summit, our two largest partner events.
Functionally, the role sits at the intersection of field engineering, product management, partnerships, and partner marketing. Your closest counterparts are the global alliance managers for Snowflake and Databricks, the regional partner sales managers who run the Snowflake and Databricks motions in AMER, EMEA and APJ, the geo partner solutions architects, and product managers across both product lines. You will report to the global head of partner solutions architecture.
This is a full-time position, which can be either remote (US) or hybrid depending on location. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
What You’ll Do
Own the global technical alliance plans for Snowflake and Databricks. Build each plan with the partner's alliance and product leadership, agree it with our own, and drive it through both field organizations.
Own the joint technical narrative and the capability messaging for the combined dbt + Fivetran platform on Snowflake and Databricks, including reference architectures, integration patterns, and the joint value story that partners and sellers use with customers.
Build reusable collateral, playbooks and enablement assets for the broader partner solutions architecture team and for the partners delivering on Snowflake and Databricks.
Maintain a single, current view of integration state, gaps and opportunities across the combined platform on Snowflake and Databricks, covering ingestion, transformation, Fusion, the semantic layer, catalog and metadata, open table formats, and agent and MCP interfaces, and collaborate with our Product organization to drive the right outcomes.
Serve as the primary technical counterpart to the partner engineering and partner product teams at Snowflake and Databricks, and run the standing technical cadence with each.
Own our technical presence at Snowflake Summit and Databricks Data + AI Summit, including hands-on labs, sessions, demos, and the technical readiness of the team who staff each event.
Partner with the regional Partner Solutions Architects and Partnerships organization so global alliance strategy turns into regional execution, and so they can run the motion without you in the room.
Travel approximately 30% for alliance planning, technical workshops, executive meetings and partner events, including international travel.
Skills We’re Looking For
6+ years in solutions architecture, sales engineering, partner engineering, technical product management, developer relations, or another customer-facing technical role in data and analytics.
Fluency across the modern data stack (ingestion, transformation, orchestration, warehouses and lakehouses, open table formats, semantic layers, catalogs, BI, and the emerging agent and MCP layer) and the ability to explain how the pieces fit.
Hands-on knowledge of Snowflake and/or Databricks, plus strong SQL and data modeling fundamentals, with genuine technical credibility in front of partner engineers.
Sound product and strategic judgment and reasoning
Strong presentation and facilitation skills for workshops, hands-on labs, keynote-adjacent sessions and large partner technical audiences.
Proven ability to drive outcomes in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with multiple stakeholders
Bonus Skills
Experience owning a technical alliance, with a track record of shaping what a partner built and how the two products fit together
Experience with partner-facing APIs, SDKs, drivers, or integration certification programs
Background in product management or technical product marketing alongside a field engineering career
Familiarity with cloud marketplace motions and co-sell programs

ABOUT THE ROLE
Help build the engine behind what traders love
We are hiring a Marketing Operations & Campaign Manager to power our Active Trader business. This is the person who turns strategy into shipped work—the operational backbone who keeps creative projects, compliance reviews, and campaign briefs moving on time and at quality. You don't need to be a trader yourself, but financial literacy and genuine curiosity about markets will help you move fast and speak the same language as the rest of the pod.
You'll be the connective tissue of the Active Trader marketing team. Where our Product Marketing Managers set direction and shape narrative, you make it real: building briefs, running the creative pipeline, managing legal and compliance review, and keeping every campaign coordinated across a busy set of stakeholders. You'll own the systems and rituals that let a small team ship a lot, without dropping details or missing a regulatory requirement.
You'll thrive here if you're energized by getting things organized, love making messy processes simple, and take pride in being the person everyone trusts to have the details covered.
IN THIS ROLE YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Own the campaign operating rhythm: Run the end-to-end workflow for Active Trader campaigns, from brief to creative to launch to results analysis so work ships on time, on message, and on budget. Build and maintain the trackers, timelines, and intake process that keep the pod aligned.
- Write and manage briefs: Turn strategic direction into clear, complete creative and campaign briefs that give designers, copywriters, and partners everything they need. Chase down the open questions before they become delays.
- Drive creative project management: Coordinate designers, writers, agencies, and cross-functional partners across concurrent projects. Manage scope, feedback loops, versions, and approvals so creative lands polished and on schedule.
- Own compliance and legal review: Be the point person for getting marketing materials through legal, compliance, and regulatory review (e.g., CIRO requirements). Understand what's required, prep submissions cleanly, track approvals, and build the guardrails that keep us both fast and compliant.
- Keep stakeholders coordinated: Partner daily with Product Marketing, Growth, Brand, Design, Legal/Compliance, and external vendors—making sure the right people have the right information at the right time.
- Track and report results: Stand up the reporting and post-mortem process so we know what shipped, what worked, and what to do differently. Keep budgets and timelines honest.
- Leverage AI to streamline operations: Use AI tools to speed up briefing, drafting, reporting, and project coordination, and to remove friction from repetitive work.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 5+ years of experience: in marketing operations, campaign management, creative/project management, or agency account/traffic management—ideally in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Proven project management chops: You've run multiple concurrent campaigns or creative projects end-to-end and kept them on time, on scope, and on quality.
- Experience managing compliance or regulatory review: Financial services, healthcare, or other regulated industry experience is a strong plus; you know how to move fast and stay within the lines.
- Excellent briefing and written communication: You write clear briefs and crisp updates, and you make complex processes feel simple.
- Financial literacy and curiosity about markets: You don't need to be an active trader, but you're comfortable with financial concepts and eager to learn the trader audience.
- Sharp attention to detail: You catch the typo, the missing approval, and the date that doesn't line up.
- Comfort with tools and light data: Familiarity with project management and marketing tools; basic comfort reading a dashboard or a simple dataset (SQL is a nice-to-have).
- Fluency with AI tools: Experience using AI tools that boost productivity and reduce busywork.
- Bias toward action and comfort with ambiguity: You make things happen without waiting to be told.
- Growth mindset and a service orientation: You take pride in making the whole team better and shipping quality work.

Technology & Innovation at Wealthsimple: We move quickly and build thoughtfully. That means we're always looking for better ways to work — whether that's new tools, AI, or rethinking how we approach a problem. We don't expect you to have all the answers, but we do expect curiosity and a willingness to evolve alongside the products we're building.
Inclusion Statement: We're building products for a diverse world, and we need a diverse team to do it well. We strongly encourage applications from everyone, regardless of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, or disability status.
Accessibility Statement: We're committed to an accessible hiring experience. If you need any accommodations throughout the interview process, please let us know — we'll work with you to make sure you have what you need. We also welcome any feedback on how we can better accommodate candidates with accessibility needs.
AI in Hiring: We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of our hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. These tools assist our team but don't replace human judgment – all final hiring decisions are made by people. If you have questions about how your data is used, reach out to us.
