This is an opportunity to run the worldwide Telco Field Engineering business, helping customers understand and implement Canonical's open source solutions in public clouds and in their own data centers. We work across the entire spectrum of cloud offerings, from Ubuntu itself to virtualisation and private cloud, Kubernetes, and the implementation of sophisticated open source solutions such as MLops platforms, data platforms and more. The Telco department is composed of three regional teams (APAC, EMEA and AMER).
We believe that Engineering Directors should be outstanding engineers themselves. They should feel completely at home troubleshooting technical issues and having technical presales conversations with customers. They should contribute to project delivery themselves, but know that the technical contributions they bring are far less significant than their ability to shape the whole team’s direction, focus and delivery. We grow management skills and train engineers, who are interested in soft skills, to be managers.
We believe that open source is just starting to transform the tech sector and enterprise compute. Our goal is to make open source easier, more reliable and more secure for deployment and development. We strive to be the provider of ‘most software to most companies’. To deliver on that ambition, our engineers are carefully selected from the applicants across the globe. We select for brilliance and motivation to take open source to the next level. Our engineering managers help teams achieve more than they realised they could, and feel proud of the result.
The role of a Telco Field Engineering Director at Canonical
The Field Engineering department is our team of cloud solutions architects at Canonical, working directly with our customers, designing private and public cloud solutions fitting their workload needs. The portfolio of products includes on-premise cloud solutions such as Openstack, MicroCloud and Ceph, and solutions that could be deployed either on-premises or in public clouds such as Kubernetes, Kubeflow, Spark, PostgreSQL, etc. The team works hands-on with the technologies by deploying, testing and handing over the solution to our support or managed services team at the end of a project. Managers and team members also take part in presales conversations to provide technical advice during the sales process.
Within the Field Engineering department, there are multiple focused teams : the Cloud/DC team, the Alliances/Partners team, the IoT team, and the Telco team.
The telco industry is moving to software-defined services. This transformation is driven by open source software, cloud computing and the move to VNF / CNF approaches. Canonical Ubuntu is a key platform for telco innovation, and we are growing our team of specialists who work in the industry to accelerate the change.
Canonical enables operators and communications service providers to embrace this new world, with a focus on platforms such as Ubuntu, OpenStack, and Kubernetes, and reusable, high quality automation for operations at scale.
A Cloud Field Engineering Director is responsible for driving the strategy in presales and delivery for our telco customers. LEAP Program Description
Global Solutions Ventures (GSV) – a joint-venture partnership between ZemiTek, LLC and Dexis Consulting Group – is implementing the Long-term Exceptional Technical Assistance Project (LEAP Global), a mechanism originally used by USAID to battle against infectious diseases such as malaria, HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, neglected tropical diseases, and pandemic influenza. As of July 1, 2025, LEAP Global transitioned to the U.S. Department of State (DOS). This initiative aims to address the complex human resource challenges faced by national infectious disease programs in the USA-supported countries.
The intervention of this project is to hire and embed technical expert advisors and subject matter experts within government entities. By directly embedding the technical expertise within the national programs, LEAP provides long-term, sustainable lifesaving support to empower host governments to lead and manage key aspects of their infectious disease portfolios and improve coordination between the U.S. Government and the host country.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Partner Sales Manager for Systems Integrators at Anthropic, you'll own a portfolio of global and regional SI partners and be responsible for the revenue they drive. This role sits at the intersection of partnerships and sales — you'll build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders at firms like Accenture, Deloitte, and PwC, and align on joint go-to-market plans. Your main stakeholders will be sales leaders at Anthropic - helping them to land and expand enterprise deals where partner involvement is the difference between winning and not.
This is an early-stage motion, which means the playbook is still being written. You'll have real influence over how we engage SIs, what good looks like for partner-sourced pipeline, and how we equip integrators to build durable Claude practices inside their organizations. You'll report to the Head of Partner Sales and work closely with Sales, Solutions Architecture, Customer Success, and Product to make sure our partners have what they need to close — and to deliver transformative AI solutions for their clients.
Responsibilities:
Work directly with Sales Leaders, Account Executives and Solutions Architects, bringing the partner into the sales cycle at the right moments and ensuring clear roles, clean handoffs, and shared accountability for outcomes
Build relationships across multiple levels of the partner organization — from practice leads and delivery teams to alliance executives — and serve as their primary point of contact at Anthropic
Own the commercial relationship with a portfolio of assigned SI partners, driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue against defined targets
Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with each partner, including target account mapping, pipeline generation activities, and co-sell motions with Anthropic's direct sales team
Collaborate with enablement and program teams to get your partners trained, certified, and equipped with the materials they need to position Claude effectively
Track pipeline health, forecast partner-attached revenue, and surface blockers early so cross-functional teams can help unblock them
Gather signal from partner interactions — what's landing, what's missing, where clients are pushing back — and feed it into product and go-to-market planning
Contribute to the development of partner sales processes, playbooks, and best practices as the function scales
You may be a good fit if you have:
7+ years of experience in partner sales, channel sales, alliances, business development or direct sales at a technology company where partners are heavily involved
A demonstrated track record of driving revenue through partners — you can point to pipeline you built, deals you influenced, and relationships that outlasted any single transaction
Strong commercial instincts, including comfort structuring co-sell agreements, navigating multi-party deal dynamics, and knowing when to push and when to let the partner lead
Experience operating in early-stage or high-growth environments where processes are still forming and you're expected to help build them
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels, from partner practitioners to alliance executives
A collaborative working style — you're energized by cross-functional work and understand that partner sales only works when Sales, Product, and Delivery are aligned
Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to create structure where it doesn't yet exist
Willingness to travel to support partner relationships and joint customer engagements
A genuine interest in AI and a belief that advanced AI systems should be developed safely and responsibly
Strong candidates may also have:
Experience working at a major Systems Integrator or global consulting firm, giving you firsthand insight into how these organizations make decisions, staff engagements, and build practices around emerging technology
A background in AI, cloud platforms, developer tools, or other categories where technical enablement and differentiation are central to the partner motion
Familiarity with consumption-based or API-first business models and how they shape partner economics and incentive design
Experience managing partner relationships across multiple geographies
A history of being an early member of a partner sales function and helping it scale
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:

Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for an Operations Engineer who is technically curious, detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and proactive to join our Global Technical Operations (GTO) team. The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic setting and is excited to monitor and investigate production issues across a global platform, help improve how we detect and respond to incidents, analyze trends and patterns in production data, and contribute to better communication with partners and stakeholders during incidents.
Strong troubleshooting skills, observability platform experience, and scripting ability are essential, along with experience in SRE, DevOps, production operations, or NOC environments supporting high-availability platforms (payments, e-commerce, SaaS, or gaming). The ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English — both written and verbal — when writing incident updates, shift handoffs, and status page communications will be key to your success in this role.
If you're passionate about keeping critical systems running and continuously improving operational processes and love being the first to spot issues and the one who drives them to resolution for game developers and players worldwide, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary dashboard monitor during your shift — continuously watch the GTO Operational Dashboard in Datadog, detect anomalies by correlating signals across APM, logs, metrics, synthetic tests, and Real User Monitoring, and determine whether alerts warrant an incident ticket or can be resolved through immediate investigation.
Triage and investigate production incidents — create incident tickets in JIRA Service Management, perform initial technical investigation using Datadog (traces, logs, infrastructure and application metrics), determine blast radius and likely root cause domain, and route to the correct team (Product SRE, Infrastructure SRE, or Engineering) using the smart routing model.
Own lower-severity incidents end-to-end from detection through resolution — diagnose, execute runbook procedures, and resolve without escalation where possible. Escalate promptly when an incident is unresolved within defined thresholds or requires a code-level fix.
Support the TSO Lead during major incidents as the technical right hand in the war room — surface real-time data (error rates, impact scope, deployment history, related alerts), maintain the incident ticket with live timeline entries and linked evidence, and execute mitigation actions as directed.
Draft incident communications under TSO Lead direction, including internal Slack updates, stakeholder notifications, and customer-facing status page updates (status.xsolla.com). Support clear, timely communication throughout the incident lifecycle.
During non-incident periods, analyze incident trends, recurring issues, and production bugs — compile data from Datadog, JIRA, and Slack, identify patterns, and contribute findings to regular reports for product and engineering teams.
Compile incident timelines and draft initial PIR documents for Post-Incident Review preparation. Track PIR action items post-session and flag overdue items to the TSO Lead.
Build and maintain operational automation (alert enrichment scripts, incident templates, Slack workflows, dashboard widgets) and contribute to runbook development — documenting new resolution procedures so they can be repeated by any Operations Engineer on any shift.
Conduct structured shift handoffs covering active incidents, at-risk services, upcoming deployments, and follow-up items. Participate in knowledge transfer sessions with SREs to continuously expand independent resolution capability.
Cover for the TSO Lead during vacations, absences, or emergencies — including severity classification, escalation decisions, stakeholder communications, and basic Incident Commander functions.
Publish health reports of critical apps periodically.
Qualifications and Skills
4+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, production operations, NOC, or technical operations in a high-availability environment. Experience with platforms that handle payments, e-commerce, SaaS, or gaming workloads is preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and investigation skills — ability to take an alert or user-reported symptom and methodically trace it through the stack: application logs, APM traces, infrastructure metrics, database queries, and network paths.
Hands-on experience with Datadog (or equivalent observability platform: Grafana, Splunk, New Relic, Elastic) — navigating APM, building log queries, reading infrastructure dashboards, interpreting SLO burn rates, and configuring monitors and alerts.
Proficiency in at least one scripting language: Python, Go, or Bash. You will write automation scripts, build operational tooling, and work with APIs.
Clear written and verbal communication skills in English — ability to write incident tickets, investigation notes, Slack updates, shift handoff reports, status page communications, and PIR drafts that are clear, concise, and useful to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Working knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred, AWS/Azure acceptable) — understanding of pods, deployments, services, ingress, node health, and how to investigate Kubernetes-related production issues.
Understanding of SLOs, error budgets, and burn-rate alerting — knowing what a multi-window burn-rate alert means, how error budgets deplete, and how SLO breaches translate into incident severity.
Experience with incident management tooling: JIRA or JIRA Service Management, PagerDuty or OpsGenie, Slack, and Confluence.
Experience with or strong interest in AI/ML-assisted operations: anomaly detection, alert correlation, predictive monitoring, or automated remediation.
Comfort with 24x7 shift-based operations as part of a follow-the-sun model with handoff overlaps. Weekend on-call (rotating) is required.
Nice to Have
Experience in the gaming, payments, or fintech industry — particularly environments where transaction processing, checkout flows, or player-facing services must meet strict uptime requirements.
Familiarity with Datadog Service Catalog, synthetic monitoring, and RUM; exposure to database operations (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka); and experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment tooling (GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Helm).
JIRA Service Management administration experience (workflows, automation rules, SLA timers) or ITIL Foundation certification — practical experience matters more than credentials.

We are looking for a Technical Service Operations Lead (TSO Lead) who is operationally driven, collaborative, analytical, and a strong communicator to join our Global Technical Operations (GTO) team. The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic setting and is excited to help coordinate incident response alongside cross-functional teams, identify trends and patterns in production issues, improve how we communicate with partners during incidents, and drive continuous improvement through post-incident reviews.
Strong incident management experience, ITIL knowledge, and observability/monitoring expertise are essential, along with experience in technical operations, SRE, or NOC environments supporting high-availability platforms (payments, e-commerce, SaaS, or gaming). The ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English — both written and verbal — across technical and executive audiences will be key to your success in this role.
If you're passionate about driving operational excellence and platform reliability at scale and love ensuring the reliability and uptime of commerce and payment solutions that game developers and players depend on, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities
Serve as Incident Commander for major incidents — coordinating cross-functional response teams, driving investigation, making escalation decisions, and ensuring incidents are resolved within SLA targets.
Own all incident communications: draft and send clear, timely updates to senior leadership, Customer Success, and partner/customer contacts throughout the incident lifecycle, and manage customer-facing status page updates (status.xsolla.com).
Facilitate blameless Post-Incident Reviews (PIRs) for major incidents — leading root cause identification, assigning corrective actions with clear owners and deadlines, and tracking them to closure.
During non-incident periods, proactively analyze incident trends, recurring issues, and production bugs — identify patterns, create Problem tickets, and report findings and recommendations to product and engineering teams on a regular cadence.
Enforce the incident management framework across the organization, including the severity model, priority matrix, SLA targets, escalation procedures, and deployment readiness gates.
Oversee and mentor the Operations Engineer on your shift — coaching on triage, investigation, runbook execution, and documentation quality while conducting regular knowledge transfer sessions to build depth across the service portfolio.
Produce shift handoff reports and deliver regular operational reporting: incident trends, KPI performance (MTTD, MTTA, MTTR), SLA adherence, proactive detection rate, and repeat incident analysis.
Audit service catalogue completeness on a regular cadence and govern JIRA Service Management workflows for incident, PIR, and problem management.
Cover for the Operations Engineer role during vacations, absences, breaks, or surge incidents — including monitoring, triage, ticket creation, and runbook execution. Participate in weekend on-call rotation for major incidents.
Qualifications and Skills
6+ years of experience in incident management, SRE, NOC leadership, or technical operations in a production environment supporting high-availability, high-transaction systems (payments, e-commerce, SaaS, or gaming platforms preferred).
Proven incident management experience — coordinating multi-team response, making real-time escalation decisions, and communicating with executive stakeholders under pressure.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English — ability to draft clear, concise executive updates at 3 AM under pressure, facilitate blameless PIRs, present operational metrics to senior leadership, and communicate incident status to customers and partners with clarity and professionalism.
Strong ITIL foundation — understanding of incident, problem, and change management lifecycles with practical experience implementing or operating ITIL-aligned workflows.
Technical depth across the observability stack — ability to read and interpret logs, traces, and metrics in Datadog (or equivalent: Grafana, Splunk, New Relic). Understanding of APM, SLOs, error budgets, burn-rate alerting, and synthetic monitoring.
Hands-on experience with incident tooling: Datadog, PagerDuty or OpsGenie, JIRA or JIRA Service Management, Slack, and Confluence.
Analytical mindset — ability to identify trends, patterns, and recurring issues from incident data and translate them into actionable recommendations for product and engineering teams.
Experience with SLA/SLO-driven operations where MTTD, MTTA, and MTTR are measured, reported, and improved.
Experience with or strong interest in AI/ML-assisted operations: anomaly detection, alert correlation, predictive alerting, automated remediation, or self-healing automation.
Comfort with 24x7 shift-based operations as part of a follow-the-sun model with handoff overlaps. Weekend on-call (rotating) for critical severities is required.
Nice to Have
Experience in the gaming, payments, or fintech industry, and with customer/partner-facing incident communications and status page management.
JIRA Service Management administration experience (workflows, SLA timers, automation rules) and familiarity with Datadog Service Catalog, scorecards, and SLOs — especially burn-rate alerts and multi-window SLOs.
Experience building an operations function from scratch — defining processes, writing runbooks, establishing governance cadences. Background in Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred), microservices architecture, or distributed systems. ITIL certification (Foundation or higher) is a plus.

ABOUT MORPHO
Morpho is a leading Decentralized Finance (DeFi) lending protocol backed by a16z crypto, Paradigm, Ribbit Capital, Apollo, Vaneck, Coinbase Ventures, Variant and 50 others to build an open credit network giving anyone, anywhere, access to the best possible terms. Morpho is experiencing exponential adoption, with over billion in deposits on the network and used by institutional clients including Bitwise, Galaxy, and Anchorage Digital and the largest crypto exchanges, such as Coinbase, Binance, and Kraken. Now, Morpho is scaling its team of contributors to establish itself as the open credit network, not just of DeFi, but of the world.
WHY MORPHO EXISTS
Everyone has the potential to build something great for the world. But fulfilling that ambition almost always requires more: people willing to trust you with their capital. Yet access to capital still depends on where you live, who you know, and which institutions are willing to trust you. Even when capital is available, it sits fragmented across disconnected networks and hidden behind intermediaries. The result is a system that fails most of the people it should serve. Borrowers overpay. Lenders earn less than they should. Many are shut out entirely, not because they are unworthy of credit, but because today's infrastructure was never built to connect them. Morpho exists to solve this. Full article here https://morpho.org/blog/why-morpho-exists/.
LOCATION
Paris or remote (from -5h GMT up to +2h GMT to ensure sufficient overlap with the rest of the team).
HOW WE WORK
We move fast on hard problems in a nascent market with no set playbook: navigating uncertainty is part of the job. You'll be challenged: anyone can question work and decisions must be justified. We keep a high bar and match it with high support: we help each other unblock and share context openly, with low ego. More about our values: morpho.org/jobs http://morpho.org/jobs.
ROLE
The mission of this role is to own the technical architecture and end-to-end delivery of Morpho's product suite, spanning React frontends, GraphQL APIs, and on-chain data systems, ensuring the platform scales reliably as Morpho grows beyond $10B in TVL, while actively raising the technical bar across the engineering team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Architect and own end-to-end delivery of DeFi products with billions in TVL, from React/Next.js frontends through GraphQL/REST APIs to blockchain data indexers, ensuring sub-second response times for users.
- Design and implement the API and SDK strategy enabling hundreds of integrators to build on Morpho's infrastructure, including versioning patterns, developer experience standards, and real-time streaming systems.
- Build and optimize high-performance data systems processing millions of on-chain events across 15+ blockchains, using intelligent caching and query optimization to maintain reliability at scale.
- Lead technical architecture reviews and establish coding standards that raise the technical capability of 5-10 engineers across product teams.
- Own observability and incident response across the stack, using OpenTelemetry, Grafana, and Sentry to ensure reliability for users and integrators.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
FIRST 30 DAYS
Shipped a high-impact feature end-to-end that demonstrates competency across the full stack. Completed an architecture review of current systems and proposed a modernization roadmap. Built working relationships with key stakeholders across product, protocol, and business teams.
FIRST 4 MONTHS
Leading delivery of a major product initiative from scoping to production. Driving measurable improvements to API p95 latency through caching, query optimization, and architectural changes.
IN 1 YEAR
Owns technical architecture for an entire product vertical, with proven reliability and performance metrics. Recognized as the technical authority for fullstack architecture decisions across the organization.
MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- 8-10+ years building fullstack applications at scale, with demonstrated impact on business metrics.

At JetBrains, we are passionate about boosting developer productivity. Since our inception, we've been creating tools that eliminate repetitive tasks, simplify workflows, and empower developers to focus on what they do best: creating amazing things with code. JetBrains IDEs enable millions of developers worldwide to achieve their full potential.
As JetBrains continues to grow, so does the amount and complexity of cross-team work. At the same time, AI is increasing both the pace of change and the coordination load across the company. To keep growing while continuing to build great products, we want to strengthen our execution.
We’re now looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to help us run complex cross-team technical programs, raise execution quality and improve planning, delivery predictability, and escalation discipline for complex work.
In this role, you will:
Lead the most complex cross-team technical programs in your primary domain.
Make sure complex work across the domain is planned, coordinated, and executed to a consistently high standard.
Surface risks, blockers, and capacity issues early, and drive mitigation or escalation when local coordination is not enough.
Serve as the senior PMO-side escalation point when complex delivery work in the domain gets stuck.
Keep program status accurate by verifying execution rather than only collecting updates.
Work with product, engineering, quality, and service teams to define goals, scope, milestones, dependencies, and key decisions.
Build workable program plans and coordination cadences, and clarify resourcing needs with the teams involved.
Coach TPMs and other part-time program leads across the domain and, where the setup includes full-time TPMs, manage them directly.
Partner closely with product, engineering, quality, and service teams without taking over their decision-making authority.
Typical programs may include sunsetting a feature or product, rolling out a major feature, driving a large technical refactoring effort, or coordinating the response to a major customer or partner escalation that becomes complex cross-team work.
You’ll work primarily within one domain, such as one of our IDEs, a major functional area in an IntelliJ-based product, or another area with heavy cross-department dependencies, while also contributing to cross-domain priorities as part of the PMO team when needed.
We will be happy to have you on our team if you have:
A proven track record of leading complex software programs or other cross-team initiatives from start to finish.
The ability to influence without direct authority, challenge assumptions constructively, and work effectively across product, engineering, quality, and other functions.
Strong negotiation, facilitation, and escalation judgment.
The ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives effectively, prioritize well, and keep execution plans tied to reality.
Experience coaching other program or project managers and improving execution quality beyond your own work.
Enough technical depth to sanity-check feasibility claims, dependency chains, and delivery risk in a technical environment.
A technical background or experience working closely with software development teams.
At least 5 years of program or project management experience in the tech industry.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
A strong understanding of how complex software programs are structured, planned, and driven through delivery; formal PM training or certification is a plus.
Experience with IntelliJ IDEA, PyCharm, JetBrains tools, or other developer-focused products would be a plus.
If selected, we’ll give you the opportunity to:
Work on tools that help developers become better versions of themselves.
Be part of a team that values collaboration, creativity, and impact.
Enjoy a flexible, supportive work environment designed to help you succeed.
Embrace the opportunity to shape the future of developer productivity.
