Modern software delivery was supposed to be the foundation for a thriving digital business but reality has proven otherwise. Slow, inefficient development cycles, costly outages, and fragmented customer experiences are preventing developers from building their best software. The LaunchDarkly platform helps developers innovate on new features faster while protecting them with a safety valve to instantly rewind when things go wrong. Developers can target product experiences to any customer segment and maximize the business impact of every feature. And by gradually rolling out new application components, they escape nightmare "big-bang" technology migrations.
The LaunchDarkly platform was built to guide engineers to the next frontier of DevOps by:
Improving the velocity and stability of software releases, without the fear of end customer outages
Delivering targeted experiences by easily personalizing features to customer cohorts
Maximizing the business impact of every feature through the ability to experiment and optimize
Coordinating the release and optimization of software to provide consistent experiences across mobile platforms and device types
Improving the effectiveness and productivity of engineering teams, by providing insights into engineering cadence and stability

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we're delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we're building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It's an exciting time to join us: we're creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
About the Role
Fivetran and dbt Labs are building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.
We're looking for a senior software engineer to join our Orchestration team, which owns the control plane layer of the dbt platform — the scheduler, execution harness, and results processing.
You'll own the design and delivery of features end to end, working across high-throughput APIs and data models to make them faster, more reliable, and more capable. You'll write and review designs, raise the quality bar in code review, use the latest AI tools, and collaborate closely with product and QE to deliver work that scales.
Technologies You'll Use
Python, Rust, GraphQL, Postgres, Snowflake, Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, GCP, Datadog
What You'll Do
Design and implement features and performance improvements across the Orchestration team's services — the scheduler, execution harness, and results processing
Develop, maintain, and test high-quality, maintainable code, and optimize critical paths for performance
Write technical designs for feature-level work, actively seek feedback, and clearly explain the trade-offs of your decisions
Participate in and review technical designs and pull requests, providing constructive feedback to the team
Improve test coverage with comprehensive unit tests and refactor code to drive down tech debt
Troubleshoot and debug production issues, and follow up on incidents with post-mortems and mitigation plans
Break features into tasks, structure and execute your own project plans, and contribute to sprint and feature planning
Collaborate with product managers, QE, customer support, and peers to deliver the best product with high quality, performance, and scalability
Participate periodically in the on-call rotation, and be mindful of security throughout your work
Use AI tooling — IDE assistants like GitHub Copilot, coding agents like Claude Code, and conversational AI — to accelerate development and to author and review SDLC artifacts such as TDDs, PRDs, post-mortems, and test plans
Skills We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in the software industry with a passion for solving complex software engineering problems, including designing and building backend services and reusable components from the ground up
Experience working with distributed systems and cloud computing concepts
Demonstrated ability to write well-structured, performant, and well-tested code
Ability to independently lead feature-level software and design work that satisfies project requirements, and to clearly explain design trade-offs
Can identify design flaws in existing systems and propose improvements
Experience with code reviews, design, troubleshooting, and testing
Proficiency in a modern backend or systems language such as Python, Java, C++, or C#
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with continuous integration tooling such as BuildKite, and familiarity with observability tools like Datadog or Grafana is a plus
Fluent in using AI code assistants and coding agents to generate and investigate code, and conversational AI (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) to research, author, review, and synthesize SDLC artifacts
Bonus Skills
Experience in data processing (ETL, ELT) and/or cloud-based data platforms
Experience building or working with metadata, catalog, lineage, or discovery/search systems
Experience with GraphQL APIs and high-throughput, multi-tenant data services
Familiarity with the analytics engineering workflow and the dbt ecosystem

- Own the technical architecture and migration plan for bringing several existing backend systems together into one unified platform behind ICEYE's monitoring intelligence products.
- Make the key architecture and data-model decisions and hands-on drive them through execution across multiple engineering teams.
- Deliver the platform's first production milestone together with the team within the first quarter of 2027. Then lead the migration of the remaining live products onto it without disrupting customers.
- Set the technical standards other engineers build against as the platform consolidation continues.
- Bring a point of view on where AI-assisted engineering practices genuinely help the team, and help others apply them.
- Partner directly with product and engineering leadership to keep the migration aligned as priorities evolve.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Backend production engineering experience in Go, or deep enough backend expertise in a similar language to ramp quickly.
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and event-driven, message-based architectures.
- Production experience with a major cloud provider (AWS preferred).
- Practical experience with observability tooling such as LGTM stack, Datadog and OpenTelemetry.
- A track record of technically leading an architecture renewal, platform consolidation, or large-scale migration end to end, not just contributing to one.
- Proven ability to bring multiple engineering teams and stakeholders to a shared technical direction.
- Geospatial or space industry experience is a strong plus that will help you have an impact quickly. If you don't have it, apply anyway: most of our engineers learned the domain here.
APPLICATION PROCESS
- TA Partner screening call (30 minutes)
- Hiring manager interview (1 hour)
- Technical interview (2 hours)
- Values & Fit interview (1 hour)
- Final interview with SVP of Engineering (1 hour)

We are looking for a Staff Professional Services Operations Lead to establish scalable operations across PS, supporting planning and resource management, operational tooling and cadences, delivery operations, financial performance, systems partnership, and go-to-market alignment.
Reporting to the Director of Customer Experience Operations, you will be a strategic and hands-on partner to PS leadership. You will help move the organization from manual, disjointed processes to connected, reliable, and increasingly automated ways of working. Your work will give leaders better visibility into pipeline, capacity, staffing, delivery economics, and growth and will ensure our teams have what they need to successfully deliver.

Establish connected capacity, utilization, and resource management practices across billable and non-billable roles, including skill-based staffing and hiring planning.
Improve visibility and deliver insights into project economics, including rate cards, fully loaded costs, burden rates, project margin, fixed-fee budgets, utilization, and revenue recognition.
Partner with Finance, Sales, Customer Success, CX Engineering, Solutions Architecture, and Delivery to improve PSA, time-tracking, CRM, reporting, and related tooling.
Define requirements and lead process improvements, automations, and efficiency drivers across Professional Services, Operations, and newly integrated services teams.
Improve go-to-market alignment by tracking PS attach, connecting PS planning to account and renewal timelines, and enabling earlier PS involvement in deal strategy and account planning.
Partner cross functionally to deliver improvements in service catalog, pricing and packaging, SKU governance, and partner or channel delivery models.
Document processes, clarify roles and decision rights, and partner with Analytics to build self-service reporting that reduces dependencies of PS leadership for day-to-day execution.
What you’ll bring
10+ years’ experience in Professional Services Operations, Services Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related function in a technology or subscription business.
Deep understanding of PS business models, including time and materials, fixed-fee, and blended engagements.
Experience owning and developing forecasting and planning processes that connect sales pipeline to delivery capacity, staffing, bookings, and revenue.
Experience with resource management, utilization, project margin, delivery operations, PSA systems, or services go-to-market operations.
Experience leading process and systems improvements across evolving organizations.
Strong analytical, business judgment, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
A pragmatic, hands-on approach to solving ambiguous operational problems.
Hands-on experience with Kantata or a comparable Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform.
Ability to translate business requirements into system workflows, data definitions, reporting requirements, and automation opportunities.
Deep familiarity with revenue recognition processes and the systems partnership required between Professional Services and Finance.
Nice to have
Experience integrating two or more services organizations, operating models, or systems or driving operations transformation and maturity.
Experience improving PS attach, deal structuring, account planning, or services participation in the sales cycle.
Experience with partner, channel, or customer-funded delivery models.
Experience working in a distributed or all-remote organization.

ROLE OVERVIEW
Welocalize is looking for a native-level Spanish (LATAM) speaker to join a confidential, large-scale AI and consumer technology programe for a major global technology and communications client.
It's a hands-on, on-site role that combines two things: evaluating a pre-release AI model in Spanish (LATAM), and testing how the product actually performs on a client-supplied device — a smartphone and a next-generation smart glass. If you enjoy noticing the detail other people miss, this is work you'll find satisfying.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Review pre-release AI model outputs inSpanish (LATAM) and evaluate them for accuracy, naturalness, appropriateness, and overall quality—would a native speaker say it this way? Fact-check each response against the provided source material.
Test the Spanish (LATAM) experience against English: confirm feature parity, complete an end-to-end user journey using non-English input, and verify that the product correctly handles non-Latin scripts, diacritics, right-to-left text, and mixed-language input.
Identify any display issues (text cut off, overflowing, or rendering poorly) and any localization errors—incorrect dates, numbers, currencies, units, or untranslated strings.
Document each issue clearly so a developer can reproduce it—include steps taken, device and OS, locale, build ID, and supporting evidence. Retest after a fix ships to confirm it’s resolved.
Provide native-level insights on navigation and usability, calling out Spanish (LATAM)-specific nuances that only a fluent speaker would notice.
Work on-site in a private, secure area of the Welocalize office; due to the confidential, pre-release nature of the work, remote or work-from-home options are not available.
Assist with other linguistic projects as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Native-level or fully bilingual proficiency in Spanish (LATAM), written and spoken, with an up-to-date sense of real-world usage across both everyday and technical contexts.
Confident using smartphones and laptops; comfortable working across both iOS and Android.
Strong attention to detail and fair, objective judgment when assessing quality.
Ability to work independently, follow detailed test scripts and guidelines, and clearly explain issues in English.
Previous experience in software/app testing, localization QA, or linguistic evaluation is a strong plus, but not required if you bring the language skills and attention to detail.
Welocalize helps the world’s leading brands reach global audiences—and language testing is at the core of that mission. You’ll work alongside experienced linguists and testers on pre-release technology, in a team that takes quality and precision seriously.
If you’re a native-level Spanish (LATAM) speaker with a keen eye for detail and an interest in how language and technology intersect, we’d like to hear from you.

An overview of this role
We’re looking for a Principal Engineer with deep expertise in Site Reliability, Backend, or Platform Engineering to help shape the next phase of
GitLab Dedicated
, our fully managed single-tenant SaaS offering. This highly influential technical leadership role will set direction for how we scale a growing fleet of isolated, customer-specific environments while maintaining the reliability, security, and compliance our customers depend on.
You’ll lead platform and operating-model transformation across resilience and failover, tenant orchestration, change management, self-service tooling, and platform integrations. You’ll also help align Dedicated with GitLab’s evolution toward more modular and cell-based architectures, strengthen service ownership, and establish scalable patterns that reduce operational complexity. As a Principal Engineer, you’ll influence across teams, guide complex technical decisions, mentor senior engineers, and help raise the technical maturity of the platform as we scale.
What you will do
Set technical direction for GitLab Dedicated, shaping architecture and platform strategy as we scale a growing fleet of isolated, single-tenant environments.
Lead platform transformations across resilience, failover, tenant orchestration, change management, self-service tooling, and platform integrations.
Drive scalable, modular architecture that aligns Dedicated with GitLab’s broader
Cells
strategy while preserving its security, isolation, and compliance requirements.
Strengthen service ownership and operational maturity, helping engineering teams build, operate, and improve the production systems they own.
Identify and address systemic reliability and scalability risks using production signals, incident patterns, and architectural insight.
Establish reusable platform patterns and automation that reduce operational toil and allow Dedicated to scale efficiently.
Lead complex technical decisions across teams, balancing reliability, security, cost, maintainability, and customer needs.
Advance engineering excellence across the organization through architectural leadership, mentorship, and influence with senior engineers and engineering leaders.
What you will bring
Deep expertise in Site Reliability, Platform, Infrastructure, or Backend Engineering, with experience designing and operating large-scale production systems.
Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, automation, observability, infrastructure as code, and modern production engineering practices.
Strong software engineering fundamentals, with experience building production systems or infrastructure tooling in languages such as Go, Ruby, Python, or similar.
Strong distributed systems and systems-design expertise, with sound judgment around reliability, failure isolation, scalability, and operational complexity.
A track record of technical leadership across multiple teams, setting direction and driving complex initiatives through influence.
Experience leading significant platform or infrastructure transformations, including modernization, modularization, or scaling systems through major growth.
Experience leading changes that improve how engineering teams own and operate production systems, strengthening reliability, operational readiness, and accountability at scale.
Exceptional technical communication and influence, with the ability to build alignment, mentor senior engineers, and guide complex architectural decisions.

About Nysonian
Nysonian is a $250 million dollar consumer products company built around two brands:
NOBL
and
Flo Pilates
. We grew revenue 8x in 2025 and are building the next phase of the US-based business across physical products, software, and subscription experiences.
NOBL is a functional travel brand built around a simple idea: travel products should solve real problems, not just look better. Every feature is designed to eliminate friction from the travel experience — from seamless organization and easy access, to tracking, connectivity, and protection.
Flo Pilates brings studio-quality Pilates into the home through connected fitness hardware, content, and subscription experiences.
Across both brands, we're building product ecosystems that deepen the customer relationship beyond the initial purchase and create recurring value over time. We're looking for builders who want autonomy, speed, and the ability to shape products at scale.
The Opportunity
Nysonian is hiring a Head of Paid Media to own acquisition performance across NOBL and Flo, personally managing paid channels at scale and driving profitable growth. This role reports to Daniel (Co-CEO) and works closely with the performance creative and data teams.
What You'll Own
Hands-on media buying across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and AppLovin; Launching campaigns, analyzing performance, and making spending decisions daily across all brands.
Landing-page creation and testing: turning campaign insights into page variants tailored to specific ads, audiences, and offers. You'll execute this yourself, not request it from others.
Deep account analysis: connecting ad performance to landing-page behavior, conversion data, and funnel dynamics to diagnose what's working and what's broken.
Hypothesis development and testing: forming your own theories about platform dynamics and account optimization, then running live tests to validate them.
Scaling strategy and execution: determining how much incremental spend each channel and campaign can absorb, where to redirect budget, and when to cut or consolidate.
Performance monitoring and autonomous decision-making seven days a week. Accounts need attention on weekends, and you won't hand off buying responsibility because it's Saturday.
Skills & Qualifications
Recent, hands-on media-buying experience: you personally launched, analyzed, and scaled campaigns in Meta Ads Manager. A management title or big brand on your résumé doesn't count—we need evidence you did the actual work.
Personally managed at least $1 million per month in media spend that you controlled directly.
Direct-response copywriting and landing-page creation: you've written hooks, offers, objections, and proof points, and built and tested landing-page variations yourself.
Deep Meta knowledge and obsessive attention to platform dynamics, including original thinking about campaign structure, targeting, and scaling approaches.
Strong analytical foundation: you understand CAC, new-customer ROAS, attribution limits, and how to move beyond "ROAS is down" to diagnose root causes.
Ability to connect acquisition performance to creative, offers, funnels, and landing pages—you see the full customer journey, not just ad-account metrics.
AI workflow already in active use: you have a demonstrated, concrete workflow showing how AI helps you analyze, write, build, or test faster.
Comfort with autonomy and influence: you propose the next move, don't wait for us to decide it.
This Role Is Not a Fit If
You've never personally created and tested landing pages yourself, or you treat landing-page, copy, and offer improvements as someone else's responsibility.
You stop analyzing at "ROAS is down" and can't dig through the ad, page, and conversion process to identify the likely problem and recommend a specific change.
You wait for direction on what to test or where to adjust spending instead of proposing priorities yourself and expecting to execute on your own call.
You won't personally manage the accounts on weekends or you view this as a nine-to-five role where account coverage ends Friday.
Compensation
We use a market-based approach to compensation. The expected total compensation range for this role is: USD $200,000 to $250,000. This role also offers a performance-based bonus tied to business impact (OTE $300-350k).

ABOUT OPENAI
OpenAI is an AI research and deployment company committed to ensuring that artificial general intelligence (AGI) benefits all of humanity. We push the boundaries of AI capabilities while prioritising safety, responsible use, and human needs. Our mission requires a team that represents a diversity of perspectives, voices, and experiences.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Like every team at OpenAI, the Marketing team contributes directly to our mission of responsible and widespread AI adoption.
The EMEA B2B Marketing team translates global priorities into regionally relevant programmes that drive awareness, consideration, pipeline, adoption, and long-term customer trust. We partner closely with Sales and GTM, Product Marketing, Developer Marketing and Relations, Field and Executive Marketing, Content, Customer Marketing, Partner Marketing, Comms, Creative, Media, Marketing Operations, and regional leadership.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring an FTC B2B Influencer Marketing Lead, EMEA to build and scale OpenAI’s influencer marketing capability across knowledge workers (KW), business decision-makers (BDMs), and developer audiences.
You will own the strategy and hands-on delivery across multiple European markets (working closely with in-market comms & marketing team), with the UK, France, and Germany as the first priorities. You will develop local creator networks, translate regional and global priorities into market-relevant programmes, and build a portfolio that balances sustained creator relationships with high-impact moments around products, campaigns, and events.
This is a zero-to-one builder role as much as an ecosystem and operating-model role. You will create the capability from the ground up: building on the early foundations we have in place, you will be responsible for defining the strategy, securing internal alignment, building the creator and agency network, establishing the operating model, and proving what works before scaling it. You will work with existing agencies, identify and onboard new specialist partners where we have capability or market gaps, partner with PHD to amplify the strongest influencer content, and create the goals, processes, reporting, and success measures needed to run the programme with speed, quality, and accountability. You will partner closely with the B2C influencer lead to define and evolve the measurement framework.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
- Own the EMEA B2B influencer marketing strategy across KW, BDM, and developer audiences, setting clear audience, market, channel, investment, and outcome priorities.
- Build a credible bench of developer creators, technical educators, open-source voices, AI builders, and community leaders across Europe, and design programmes that genuinely help developers learn, evaluate, and build.
- Develop differentiated creator plans for the UK, France, and Germany, balancing regional consistency with local language, culture, platform behaviour, regulation, and audience expectations.
- Source, evaluate, and build durable relationships with creators who have genuine authority with our priority audiences. Own outreach, briefing, negotiation, contracting, content development, activation, and relationship management.
- Design curated creator programmes and high-value experiences that deepen relationships over time—such as briefings, product access, learning sessions, roundtables, community moments, and co-created formats—turning the strongest creators into long-term strategic partners rather than one-off campaign participants.
- Build an always-on creator portfolio alongside launch, event, and campaign activations, choosing the right mix of tutorials, product demonstrations, thought leadership, executive content, social posts, newsletters, podcasts, video, and community formats.
- Work with existing influencer and marketing agencies to raise the quality and pace of delivery. Identify capability gaps and lead the selection, onboarding, and management of new specialist agencies, including developer-native and market-specific partners.
- Partner closely with our media agency to build paid amplification strategies for high-performing creator content, including audience targeting, usage rights, creator whitelisting where appropriate, testing, optimisation, and clear organic-versus-paid performance readouts.
- Partner with our Performance Marketing and Growth teams to develop bespoke influencer content that drives measurable performance and business growth.
- Operationalise the end-to-end influencer process across intake, creator discovery, due diligence, brand-safety review, scopes of work, contracting, approvals, disclosure and compliance, content calendars, asset management, localisation, paid rights, and post-campaign learning.
- Set programme and campaign goals upfront. Build a measurement framework that connects creator activity to meaningful audience and business outcomes rather than relying on vanity metrics.
- Define and report a balanced scorecard by audience and objective, including qualified reach, audience relevance, engagement quality, content completion and saves, traffic, product education, developer activation, adoption signals, and pipeline influence where measurement is appropriate.
- Establish regular reporting and performance reviews with clear recommendations on which creators, formats, platforms, markets, and investments to scale, improve, or stop.
- Manage budgets, agency scopes, creator fees, usage rights, and production investment, making disciplined trade-offs and improving efficiency over time.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Developer Marketing and Relations, Comms, Creative, Legal, Privacy, Brand, Media, regional marketers, and GTM teams to ensure content is technically accurate, locally relevant, compliant, and useful to the audience.
- Bring creator and community insight back into OpenAI, helping teams understand emerging voices, platform shifts, audience questions, content opportunities, and risks across the European influencer ecosystem.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- OpenAI has a strong, trusted network of B2B and developer creators across Europe, with meaningful depth in the UK, France, and Germany.
- Priority creators progress from individual activations into sustained, mutually valuable partnerships, supported by curated programmes and experiences that increase trust, product understanding, and advocacy over time.
- Developer influencer marketing becomes a repeatable growth and education channel, supported by a healthy pipeline of credible creators and technically valuable content.
- Teams and agencies use a clear, efficient operating model with defined ownership, faster approvals, strong compliance, reusable tools, and fewer one-off processes.
- Organic creator programmes and PHD-led paid amplification work as one system, with transparent performance, learning, and investment decisions.
- Leadership has a reliable view of goals, spend, creator health, market coverage, results, and the programme’s contribution to audience and business outcomes.
YOU MIGHT THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU
- Have 8+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, B2B content, developer marketing, or an adjacent discipline, including substantial ownership of influencer programmes.
- Are deeply plugged into the European creator economy and bring an existing network of relevant creators, agents, managers, platforms, and specialist agencies—particularly in technology, AI, SaaS, developer tools, or adjacent categories.
- Have a proven track record of building influencer programmes for developer or highly technical audiences. You understand the difference between broad technology reach and genuine developer credibility.
- Have taken an influencer or creator programme from zero to one, moving from an ambiguous brief to a working strategy, partner ecosystem, operating model, measurement framework, and repeatable programme.
- Have built curated creator programmes and experiences that develop long-term strategic partnerships, with evidence that sustained relationship-building improved content quality, creator loyalty, audience trust, or business impact.
- Can also develop effective creator strategies for knowledge workers and business decision-makers, matching the creator, message, format, and platform to the audience and commercial objective.
- Have operated across multiple European markets and understand how to adapt strategy and execution for the UK, France, and Germany. Fluent English is required; French and/or German is a strong advantage.
- Have directly managed agencies and creator partners, including selection, onboarding, briefing, negotiation, contracting, production, usage rights, paid amplification, and performance management.
- Understand the mechanics and economics of organic and paid creator distribution, and can partner effectively with a media agency to turn strong content into scaled, measurable campaigns.
- Are analytically strong and comfortable setting goals, designing measurement approaches, reading performance data, and making clear recommendations when attribution is imperfect.
- Combine strong editorial and technical judgement with operational rigour. You can protect creator authenticity while maintaining accuracy, brand safety, compliance, and message integrity.
- Are both strategic and hands-on: comfortable setting the direction, building the system, finding the creator, improving the brief, resolving an approval issue, and getting the programme live.
- Build trust quickly across creators, agencies, marketers, technical teams, and senior stakeholders, and communicate clearly when priorities, evidence, or trade-offs are contested.
- Are energised by AI and motivated to help developers, businesses, and knowledge workers across Europe understand and adopt transformative technology responsibly.
