ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
Secure Build builds and operates the infrastructure behind Docker's container builds. The team owns Docker Build Cloud and Docker Hub Automated Builds while developing the next generation of trusted build and CI capabilities. Its direction is to make Docker the trusted place CI runs: isolated execution, brokered access to secrets and networks, and verifiable evidence of what each build or test job did. The work spans Go services, container and build technology, cloud infrastructure, sandboxing and software supply-chain security, alongside the operational responsibility for production systems customers already depend on.
SCS Services builds the backend systems and product capabilities that help developers understand, secure and ship software with confidence. The team powers important parts of Docker Scout and Docker Hardened Images, including the services and workflows that turn supply-chain data into useful developer, customer and agent experiences. Its estate is deliberately polyglot, with Clojure and Go services, event-driven workflows, Kafka, legacy Datomic components and newer Spanner-backed services. It also supports the customer journey around discovering, assessing, subscribing to and managing hardened artefacts.
We are looking for one Engineering Manager to lead both teams. Together they sit at the centre of Docker's secure software supply-chain work: one creates trusted build outcomes, while the other turns build, artifact and dependency data into services and experiences used across Scout and Docker Hardened Images. This is a two-team leadership role with separate roadmaps, production responsibilities and technical domains. The teams should deliver independently, with explicit contracts and joined-up ownership where their services connect.
You will own the health, delivery and growth of both teams and make the trade-offs that keep them effective as a portfolio. You will not be expected to be the deepest expert in every language or domain. You will need enough technical breadth and current engineering judgement to engage credibly in designs, reviews and incidents across both teams, set direction with strong senior engineers, and recognise when the right answer is to create space for their expertise.
THE KIND OF PERSON WE'RE LOOKING FOR
The successful candidate leads first. They are an experienced engineering manager who can inherit two capable teams, earn trust quickly and help each become a high-performing, value-delivering part of the wider Docker organisation. They are deliberate about where they spend their attention, protect both teams from becoming the second priority, and make portfolio trade-offs visible rather than allowing urgency, proximity or the loudest stakeholder to decide.
They stay close to the technical work without trying to own every technical decision. They can hold a substantive conversation about distributed backend systems, event and data pipelines, build and CI infrastructure, trust boundaries and production operations. They are active in design and review, useful during incidents and willing to get hands-on where that moves the work forward. The balance still tilts strongly to leadership, coaching, delivery and organisational judgement.
They care about security as a product and engineering property, not only as compliance. They understand how modern attacks exploit identity, secrets, dependencies and build systems, and they can reason about the evidence customers need to trust an artefact or workflow. They lead through judgement, clarity and unblocking rather than ceremony for its own sake. Above all, they grow the engineers around them and help both teams ship outcomes developers and enterprises can rely on.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead Secure Build and SCS Services, owning delivery, team health, growth, performance and operational excellence across both.
- Turn two changing roadmaps into a coherent portfolio plan with explicit priorities, capacity and trade-offs, and create leadership coverage so neither team becomes the permanent second priority.
- Partner with Product to shape strategy and roadmaps for secure build, Docker Scout, Docker Hardened Images and the services that connect them.
- Stay close to the technical work through design and code review, incident response and selective hands-on contribution where it adds leverage.
- Ensure each team's technical direction supports product, security, reliability and customer priorities, setting it collaboratively with Staff and senior engineers while leaving clear decision ownership with them.
- Own the interfaces between the teams, including trust boundaries, contracts, data quality, versioning, operational ownership and customer-facing failure modes.
- Balance new product work with inherited systems and on-call, and invest in reliability improvements driven by recurring operational pain.
- Own engineer growth and performance, handle difficult conversations directly, hire and retain strong people and build succession depth within both teams.
- Align Product, Design, Security, DHI Content, Registry, Hub, sales, support, commercial and legal partners while shielding the teams from churn.
- Lead disciplined use of AI-assisted engineering and communicate decisions, risks and progress clearly across UK and US working hours.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years managing high-performing engineering teams, with meaningful responsibility across more than one team or distinct technical domain.
- 8+ years of professional, hands-on software engineering experience in backend, infrastructure, platform or developer tooling.
- Experience leading, growing and retaining engineers at or above your own technical seniority, including teams you did not build and difficult performance conversations.
- A leader-first operating model, with current enough technical judgement to participate in design and review across unfamiliar systems without needing to be the best engineer in the room.
- Experience prioritising across competing roadmaps, operational load and stakeholder commitments, with clear mechanisms for allocating attention and capacity.
- Strong backend and distributed-systems judgement, including APIs, event-driven architectures, data stores, cloud-native infrastructure and production operations.
- Understanding of CI or build-system internals, containers and artefact workflows, plus a strong interest in software supply-chain security and trust boundaries.
- Experience leading teams that operate production infrastructure through on-call, incident response, observability, SLOs and the work required to reduce recurring operational load.
- Strong product judgement and evidence of shaping roadmaps with Product rather than only receiving requirements.
- Clear written and verbal communication, strong cross-functional influence, customer closeness and comfort leading a remote-first organisation across European and US time zones.
Helpful, but Not Required
- Experience with Go, Clojure or both, and evidence of becoming effective across a polyglot estate.
- Experience with Kafka, Spanner, Datomic or comparable event-streaming and distributed-data systems.
- Experience with OCI, BuildKit, Buildx, GitHub Actions or comparable build and CI platforms.
- Experience with sandboxing, microVMs, untrusted workload execution or multi-tenant infrastructure.
- Experience with SLSA, in-toto, SBOMs, VEX, Sigstore, cosign, provenance, signing or vulnerability scanning.
- Experience evolving legacy systems while shipping new capability for developer tools, security products, regulated customers or software-agent workflows.
WHAT TO EXPECT
FIRST 30 DAYS
- Build relationships with every engineer and the Product partners for both teams before changing structure, process or roadmap.
- Understand Secure Build's product direction, production estate and on-call load, including Docker Build Cloud and Docker Hub Automated Builds.
- Understand the SCS Services products, customers, architecture and operational profile, and map the dependencies, trust boundaries and ownership lines between the teams.
FIRST 90 DAYS.
- Own a coherent portfolio plan with both teams and Product, including explicit capacity for roadmap, reliability and cross-team work.
- Establish a sustainable operating cadence and leadership coverage that prevents either team depending on your constant presence.
- Agree ownership and escalation paths for shared services and failures, start one material improvement in each team and make progress and risk visible.
ONE YEAR OUTLOOK
- Both teams deliver predictably against a portfolio that connects secure build, Scout and Docker Hardened Images outcomes without collapsing their distinct missions.
- Secure Build has delivered material trusted-build or secure-CI capability and reduced operational risk in its inherited production systems.
- SCS Services has delivered material customer outcomes, while both teams have sustainable on-call, clearer ownership and senior engineers leading broader work.
Docker considers visa sponsorship on a case-by-case basis based on business needs.
Compensation & Equity
Canada: CA$244,550 – CA$392,150 + equity

- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Growth PM to own data and growth experimentation across the full funnel, from landing page through to in-app and pricing. ElevenLabs drives significant paid and organic traffic across self-serve, developer, and enterprise funnels; your job is to turn more of it into subscriptions, pipeline, and revenue.
You'll own the experimentation engine end to end: uncovering opportunities through funnel and product data, building and prioritizing the testing backlog, designing and evaluating experiments, and owning the tracking and reporting that turns results into decisions. Your scope runs deeper than conversion optimization: you'll drive experiments across onboarding, activation, and pricing, and align paid media, design, engineering, and product teams around one optimization roadmap.
The ideal candidate is equal parts analyst, strategist, and operator: someone who finds revenue hiding in funnel and product data, ships a high-velocity testing program, and communicates results in terms of subscriptions and pipeline, not just conversion rates.
REQUIREMENTS
- A track record of running high-velocity experimentation programs end to end - hypothesis, prioritization, test design, and analysis - with measurable revenue impact
- Experience running experiments beyond the marketing site: in-product (onboarding, activation) and pricing or monetization
- Deep analytics fluency: comfortable living in product analytics tools (e.g., PostHog, Amplitude, GA4) to diagnose funnel drop-off, segment traffic, and attribute outcomes across multi-domain journeys
- Strong statistical literacy: you know how to size tests, avoid false winners, and choose the right success metric (revenue and subscriptions over clicks)
- A cross-functional operator who can align paid media, design, engineering, and product teams around a shared optimization roadmap
Bonus
- Working front-end web development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) to build test variants without waiting on engineering
- Experience optimizing PLG/self-serve funnels alongside sales-assisted (demo/contact-sales) funnels
LOCATION
This role is remote and can be executed globally. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in Bangalore, Dublin, London, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo, and Warsaw.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is seeking a partnerships leader to own the tri-party motion for systems integrator partnerships selling through AWS. Global systems integrators and specialist SIs are how Claude reaches enterprise customers at scale, and AWS is the surface most of that work runs on. You will own the intersection of those two ecosystems.
In this role, you will build the go-to-market motion that turns partner interest into joint pipeline and closed revenue, working across AWS's partner organization and the AWS practices inside the world's largest integrators. You will define how Claude is positioned inside AWS partner programs, design the commercial mechanics that let partners transact and get rewarded, and build the joint plays that partners take to their customers.
This is a build role. The partner ecosystem is early, the programs are still being designed, and you will be operating across three organizations whose incentives on any given deal don’t always line up. You will help shape how frontier AI technology reaches the enterprise through the services ecosystem.
You will report directly to the Head of AWS GTM Partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the GTM strategy for our systems integrator partnerships through AWS, including co-selling motions, joint business plans, events and segment-specific plays
Own forecasting, pipeline development, and revenue targets for partner-sourced and partner-influenced business
Design the commercial mechanics that make the partner motion work, including deal registration, marketplace program structure, and incentives
Build and maintain executive-level relationships across AWS's partner organization and across partner AWS practice leadership
Work with partners to develop repeatable, industry-specific solutions built on Claude, and help them build the delivery capability to take those solutions to market
Partner cross-functionally with Anthropic's alliances, sales, partner marketing, and regional cloud teams to keep the motion consistent globally while regions execute locally
Create and implement scalable processes for partnership operations, including escalation management, business reviews, and reporting
Provide strategic market intelligence and competitive insights on the partner ecosystem to inform product and commercial strategy
Identify where to concentrate investment across the partner portfolio and make the case to stop investing where returns are not there
Minimum qualifications
12+ years of enterprise partnerships, alliances, or business development experience, with meaningful time spent on partner ecosystems
Proven track record of building and scaling partnerships with systems integrators, consultancies, or channel partners
Experience building a co-sell or channel motion from the ground up, including the commercial mechanics behind it
Deep understanding of how cloud and partner field organizations operate, and the incentives that drive seller and partner behavior
Track record of carrying and hitting a partner-sourced or partner-influenced revenue number, with credible forecasting behind it
Strong executive presence and demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders where you have no formal authority
Excellence in strategic planning, business operations, and program management
Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution, and a willingness to concentrate effort rather than spread thin
Experience working with technical products and translating complex capabilities into business value
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Preferred qualifications
Previous experience working with AWS or another hyperscaler partner organization
Working knowledge of systems integrator operating models, including practice structures, delivery economics, and how services revenue drives partner decisions
Background in AI/ML technologies or with developer-focused platforms and their partner ecosystems
Experience scaling partner programs at a company moving from early traction to significant partner-driven revenue
Management consulting experience earlier in your career

Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
We are looking for a Strategic Sourcing Manager to join our Procurement team. You will own strategic sourcing for critical cloud infrastructure and AI providers, helping Vercel secure the compute, storage, and infrastructure capacity we need as we scale. You will develop commercial models that balance competitive economics with flexibility, avoiding commitments that constrain growth while creating transparent pricing that improves as our usage scales. Vercel's spend and revenue are scaling fast, and our sourcing motion has to scale with it — you'll know when to move fast versus when to hold the line on process, partnering closely with Legal, FP&A, and Security to get deals done without unnecessary friction. This role reports to the Head of Procurement.
If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.
What you'll do
Lead sourcing strategy and commercial negotiations with cloud infrastructure providers and hyperscalers.
Structure complex IaaS, compute, storage, and capacity agreements that balance committed spend, consumption growth, flexibility, and long-term unit economics.
Design pricing structures (tiered, committed-volume, usage-based) that reflect how Vercel actually consumes vendor services, and that scale with our growth trajectory.
Own strategic sourcing for emerging AI infrastructure and hyperscaler relationships, including commercial models supporting high-volume or customer-facing AI workloads.
Partner with Engineering, Finance, Legal, and other teams to forecast demand, understand technical requirements, evaluate suppliers, and translate Vercel's growth into sourcing leverage.
Analyze provider pricing, consumption patterns, contract structures, and market dynamics to identify opportunities to improve economics and reduce commercial risk.
Build and maintain AI-powered sourcing tools and playbooks (leveraging Claude, v0, etc.) for redlining, negotiation prep, benchmarking, and vendor reporting — raising throughput and deal quality across the team.
Help define what an AI-native sourcing function looks like at Vercel as spend and deal volume continue to climb.
What you need
Strong analytical skills — rate/unit-cost analysis, TCO modeling, pricing model design — able to find the real economics underneath a vendor proposal.
Comfortable operating at pace: high deal volume, ambiguity, imperfect information, and a bias toward execution over perfection.
Clear, direct communicator with executives, both internally and across the negotiating table.
You have significant strategic sourcing experience owning cloud infrastructure deals, including direct experience negotiating with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle, or comparable infrastructure providers.
You understand cloud infrastructure commercial models, including IaaS, compute, storage, consumption-based pricing, committed spend, discounts, and capacity agreements.
You have led complex, high-value negotiations where rapidly changing consumption makes forecasting and long-term commitments challenging.
You can evaluate the tradeoffs between commitment, flexibility, unit economics, pricing transparency, and negotiating leverage as infrastructure usage scales.
You have experience partnering with technical and financial stakeholders to translate infrastructure requirements and forecasts into sourcing and negotiation strategies.
You have experience managing strategic supplier relationships and contracts through negotiation, execution, consumption monitoring, and renewal.
Bonus if you
Have experience sourcing AI/ML infrastructure, data services, or technical services for an engineering-heavy organization.
Have negotiated directly with AI hyperscalers or providers of large-scale AI compute and inference infrastructure.
Have experience sourcing SaaS and other enterprise software alongside infrastructure.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.

An overview of this role
As a Backend Engineer on the Plan: Spec-Driven Development team, you'll help build GitLab's intent-to-code loop: agentic workflows that turn a stated intent into a refined work item, an implementation plan, and verified, mergeable code. You'll own early-stage backend work across the flows, application programming interfaces, data models, and evaluation systems behind this experience, using Ruby on Rails, Python, PostgreSQL, GitLab Duo Agent Platform, large language model application programming interfaces, and an artificial intelligence gateway.
You'll join a small, distributed team working on one of GitLab's highest-visibility product bets, collaborating with design partners toward a public beta. In your first year, you'll lead major features from an unclear problem through release, help shape scope with product and users, mentor other engineers, and influence technical decisions across agent workflows and evaluation methods.
What you’ll do
Lead backend features from early product discussions through technical design, implementation, rollout, and post-launch learning.
Build the flows, application programming interfaces, and data models behind agent-generated work items, implementation plans, durable specifications, and mergeable code.
Develop evaluation and benchmarking systems that measure workflow quality, token cost, and success rate.
Use Ruby on Rails and Python to build reliable production systems, with PostgreSQL, GraphQL, representational state transfer, GitLab Duo Agent Platform, large language model application programming interfaces, and an artificial intelligence gateway.
Collaborate directly with product, design, engineers, design partners, and users to shape scope and make practical trade-offs.
Coordinate multi-person projects across the team and communicate decisions clearly in GitLab's asynchronous, all-remote environment.
Mentor other engineers and contribute to technical direction across the Plan group and related artificial intelligence initiatives.
Work in short iterations, share progress through demos, and use results and user feedback to guide what comes next.
What you’ll bring
Strong Ruby on Rails experience in a large production codebase and production experience with Python.
Experience driving substantial projects with several engineers over multiple months, with clear user or business outcomes.
A product mindset and experience owning features end to end, including shaping scope, making trade-offs, engaging with users, and learning from adoption after launch.
A full stack background with a current focus on backend engineering, plus the ability to read modern frontend code and design effective APIs.
Strong application programming interface design and structured query language fundamentals.
Experience exploring artificial intelligence-assisted development.
The ability to work independently, collaborate across functions and regions, and support others through technical leadership and mentoring. Experience with GraphQL, PostgreSQL performance at scale, or building and evaluating large language model or agent systems is helpful but not required.
We welcome candidates with different backgrounds and transferable experience. If you're excited about the role but don't meet every qualification, we encourage you to apply.
About the team
We are a team of four engineers, with two backend and two frontend engineers across Canada and Europe. You'll work in an all-remote, async-first environment with weekly sync calls, retrospectives, demos, and short iterations. This is early-stage work with broad ownership, space for creativity, and a fast pace. For more about our team and its work, see

Location: Yerevan, Armenia
We are looking for a
Cinematic AI Creator (Contractor)
: a filmmaker who works in generative models rather than with a crew.
You will produce the cinematic work that demonstrates what our AI can do, including multi-shot sequences, launch films, campaign pieces, and genre and style showcases. You will also translate film craft into product. The camera language, lighting setups, film stocks, genre looks and transitions you work with are what our cinematic video features need to offer users. You will define those cinematic directions for the team to productise, and set the quality bar for the video work we ship. You will work closely with Product, Creative and Engineering, and will be among the first to test each new video model we get access to.
Please note that this is a Full-time Contractor (6 months) role.
How You'll Make an Impact
Direct and produce cinematic AI content end to end: concept, story, shot list, generation, edit, sound and final delivery.
Build multi-shot sequences with consistent characters, wardrobe, world, lighting and geography across cuts.
Design each shot deliberately: lens, framing, blocking, lighting, colour and grade, and camera movement.
Create the hero shots and set pieces that anchor a launch, and the showcases that demonstrate stylistic range.
Define cinematic directions, including camera moves, lighting setups, film stocks, genre looks, transitions and VFX beats, specified clearly enough to be productised.
Prototype new cinematic capabilities and prove what is possible before it becomes a feature.
Set and document the quality bar for the video work we ship.
Test each new video model on release, reporting on strengths, failure modes, prompt behaviour, motion quality and temporal consistency, and track where AI filmmaking is going.
What You'll Bring
A body of work:
film, series or episodic work, commercials, music videos, short films, branded or short-form content; whatever best shows your craft, alongside AI-native work.
Deep understanding of visual storytelling: story structure, plot, pacing, shot design, blocking, performance and the edit.
Command of cinematography fundamentals (cameras, lenses, lighting, colour, grading, composition and camera movement), and the vocabulary to direct them precisely in a prompt.
Hands-on experience with generative video models and how they behave in practice, and with the image models that feed them.
Prompting skill for video: motion description, camera control, identity and style preservation, and first/last-frame and reference-driven workflows.
End-to-end post capability in editing, grading and sound, and the ability to run a full production cycle alone.
Awareness of internet culture and what makes cinematic content travel.
The judgement to hold a quality bar, including on your own work.
Fluency in English.
Good To Have
Background in VFX, animation, motion design, concept art or 3D (Blender, Cinema 4D, Houdini, Nuke, Unreal).
Experience directing hybrid productions that combine live footage with generative work.
ComfyUI or node-based video pipelines, and LoRA or character-consistency training.
Interest in shaping AI creative tools rather than only using them.
A public presence as an AI filmmaker or creator.

An overview of this role
As a Senior Professional Services Engineer at GitLab, you'll work directly with customers to deliver installation, migration, training, and advisory services that help them adopt GitLab successfully. You'll lead engagements from single-node Omnibus installs to large reference architectures built with infrastructure as code (IaC) and configuration as code. You'll also guide migrations from other systems to GitLab SaaS or self-managed deployments, and help customers make practical decisions that improve reliability, security, and day-to-day workflows.
In this role, you'll work closely with customers and GitLab's product and engineering teams to drive customer success and share feedback that improves GitLab and how we deliver services. You'll manage multiple projects at once, mentor other Professional Services Engineers, and help streamline how we deliver consistent outcomes in a remote, largely asynchronous environment.
Some examples of our projects:
Designing and delivering GitLab installations and reference architectures using tools like Terraform and Ansible across major cloud providers
Leading migrations to GitLab SaaS or self-managed GitLab, and turning customer feedback into actionable improvements for GitLab's product and engineering teams
What you’ll do
Deliver GitLab Professional Services engagements, including installation, migration, training, and advisory services across GitLab capabilities.
Plan and execute deployments ranging from single-node Omnibus installations to large reference architectures using Infrastructure as Code and Configuration as Code practices.
Lead migrations from multiple source systems to GitLab SaaS or self-managed GitLab, helping customers adopt secure, reliable workflows.
Partner with Engagement Managers and Project Managers to improve delivery consistency, remove friction, and continuously refine delivery processes.
Serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers, translating goals and constraints into practical implementation plans and clear next steps.
Interface with GitLab's product and engineering teams to unblock customer outcomes and share feedback that helps improve GitLab features and services.
Mentor Associate and Intermediate Professional Services Engineers, providing technical guidance, helping remove blockers, and supporting increased autonomy.
Manage and deliver multiple customer engagements at once, either as the primary engineer or as a lead providing oversight and direction to other engineers.
What you’ll bring
Professional exposure with one or more infrastructure as code or configuration as code technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, Packer, Puppet, Chef or Kubernetes.
Professional exposure with two or more cloud providers such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure.
Experience using, deploying, or configuring GitLab, including a solid understanding of Git and source control workflows.
Strong grounding in Security / AI technologies
Experience delivering customer-facing services such as installation, migration, training, and advisory engagements across GitLab's feature set.
Proven ability to independently manage one or more projects and to lead and provide direction to other Professional Services Engineers on complex engagements.
Strong communication skills in English, written and verbal, with the ability to provide clear status updates and build consensus with peers and customers in a remote, largely asynchronous environment.
Demonstrated ability to take a solution-oriented approach by identifying root causes, proposing options and tradeoffs, and driving issues to resolution while balancing multiple customer engagements in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fully remote organization by communicating clearly in writing, documenting decisions, collaborating asynchronously across time zones, and working in ways consistent with GitLab's values.
About the team
Senior Professional Services Engineers are part of GitLab's Professional Services team. We partner closely with Engagement Managers and Project Managers to deliver consistent outcomes, and we work with GitLab's product and engineering teams to share customer feedback and improve GitLab. Professional Services operates in a fully remote and largely asynchronous environment, collaborating across regions and time zones. The team's challenge is to support customers with a wide range of architectures and deployment models while maintaining high-quality delivery and setting customers up for long-term success.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Notion is shaping the future of Go-To-Market, and as a Solutions Consultant (SC), you’ll bring that future to life by building alongside customers and turning their biggest challenges into measurable outcomes. As a customer-facing, quota-carrying SC, you’ll bring together technical fluency and commercial ownership to grow your book of business. You’ll build pipeline with BDRs, engage key stakeholders, lead discovery, co-build workflow solutions live with customers, and guide opportunities through close. You’ll connect each solution to a clear business case and stay engaged through adoption, expansion, and renewal so customers realize the value of what they buy.
You’ll partner with BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists while maintaining clear ownership of customer relationships, opportunity momentum, and next steps. If you’re a builder who loves to sell—and want to work at the intersection of AI, productivity, and enterprise—this is the role.
WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE
- Create pipeline across your book of business. Build target-account plans with BDRs and initiate outreach to priority stakeholders to generate qualified opportunities, alongside BDR-sourced pipeline.
- Own opportunities from first conversation through close. Lead discovery, qualify business needs and urgency, align stakeholders, shape the solution and business case, and drive the evaluation and commercial decision. Navigate commercial sizing, proposal construction, procurement, legal, and security review to close deals with the right scope, credits, and implementation path.
- Design and validate workflow solutions that deliver measurable value. Map current- and future-state workflows, co-build solutions live in Notion, and define realistic scope, success criteria, and an implementation path. Translate customer needs and validated outcomes into a clear business case, commercial recommendation, and decision path. Treat discovery as an opportunity to build and validate.
- Orchestrate the right partners while maintaining ownership. Engage BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists at the right moments, with clear context and asks, while owning opportunity momentum, customer communication, and next steps.
- Drive customer value and commercial growth after signature. Partner with Outcomes Architects, guide the initial path to value with a clear adoption plan, on onboarding and ongoing multi-workflow adoption, and own expansion strategy and renewal planning. Stay accountable for translating credits sold into credits consumed, and surface risks or expansion opportunities as customer workflows mature.
SKILLS YOU’LL NEED TO BRING
- Mid-market sales experience. You have experience selling technical products to technical buyers at mid-market organizations (500–2,999 employees).
- Commercial ownership and pipeline generation. You can demonstrate how you created or advanced business, influenced customer decisions, and owned measurable outcomes. Relevant experience may come from quota-carrying sales or adjacent customer-facing roles.
- Technical fluency and builder mindset. You are comfortable building live in software and can demo, co-design, and troubleshoot with a customer without needing a specialist in the room.
- AI fluency. You are excited about AI, build with new tools, and continually learn new ways of working.
- Discovery, qualification, and value articulation. You can uncover customer needs, map workflows, qualify business impact and urgency, and translate what you learn into commercial outcomes, adoption plans, and clear success criteria.
- Agency, urgency, and learning velocity. You set clear goals, take initiative, learn from customer interactions, and apply those learnings to improve outcomes. You bring new ideas and workflows to customers and make complex problems easier to solve.
- Complex customer engagement. You can lead multi-stakeholder interactions and navigate procurement, legal, and security review cycles.
- Native or bilingual-level Korean fluency and business-level English proficiency
NICE TO HAVES
- Full-cycle B2B software sales experience or solutions engineering experience, with a consistent track record of exceeding quota across new-logo acquisition and expansion motions.
- Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based pricing models and the ability to structure credit-based commercial proposals.
- Prior experience selling to mid-market accounts in productivity, collaboration, or workflow software.
- Experience in a shared account ownership model, partnering with a post-sale or Customer Success team as part of an integrated customer motion.

About Teleport
Don't wait for the future of infrastructure. Be part of it.
Teleport is the AI Infrastructure Identity Company. We're solving one of the hardest problems in security: giving every human, machine, workload, and AI agent a cryptographically secured identity, improving engineering velocity while maintaining security. We make trusted computing simple. This gives you the freedom, power, and autonomy to build and innovate with confidence.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we work with companies like Nasdaq, DoorDash, and Elastic to secure infrastructure for an AI world.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Senior Partner Marketing Manager, you'll own the strategy and execution of Teleport's partner marketing programs — building the co-marketing campaigns, partner enablement materials, and joint events that drive pipeline through our channel, cloud, and technology alliances. You'll serve as the connective tissue between Marketing and our Channel and Alliance teams, ensuring partner messaging ladders into Teleport's core narrative and that every marketing dollar spent in the ecosystem is tied to measurable pipeline impact. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, and who knows how to turn partner relationships into revenue.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Enable the Ecosystem: Create "To-Partner" toolkits, playbooks, and sales enablement materials that empower partner sales teams to effectively pitch Teleport to their customers.
- Strategic Sales Alignment: Serve as the marketing lead for our Channel and Alliance managers, aligning marketing spend with territory goals to accelerate late-stage deals through partner influence.
- Design & Execute Co-Marketing Programs: Lead the strategy and execution of "With-Partner" marketing campaigns, including joint webinars, co-branded content, and digital demand generation designed to drive pipeline for both Teleport and our partners.
- Strategize and Execute Partner Events: Identify and execute partner events and activations. This includes securing speaking slots in partner theaters, organizing high-touch networking events, and managing joint sponsorships.
- Campaign Integration: Collaborate with the Global Campaigns and Product Marketing teams to ensure partner messaging is woven into our core narrative, specifically targeting the "Developer to Decision-Maker" journey.
- Lifecycle Partner Marketing: Collaborate on the end-to-end partner journey, from onboarding new technology partners to optimizing long-term co-marketing ROI.
- Measurement & Optimization: Track, analyze, and report on the impact of partner programs. You will own the metrics for partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, iterating on tactics based on data-driven insights.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in partner marketing within the B2B SaaS space.
- Ecosystem Knowledge: Proven track record of working with channel partners/resellers and major cloud providers like (AWS, GCP, Azure) or security/infrastructure technology partners.
- Background: In cybersecurity and knowledge of industry.
- The "Tradeshow" Mindset: You understand that events are about density and trust. You have experience managing logistics and high-stakes networking environments.
- Project Management: Exceptional ability to manage multiple stakeholders (internal and external) and meet deadlines.
- Tech Stack: Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce and marketing automation (HubSpot/Marketo). Experience with PRM (Partner Relationship Management) tools is a plus.
- Communication: You can translate deep technical concepts into value-driven stories for both business and technical audiences.
- Travel: Willingness to travel (up to 30%) to key partner hubs and major industry events.
HOW WE HIRE
Our process is designed to be straightforward and respectful of your time. We skip performative rounds and focus on what matters: understanding how you think and what you can do.
You'll start with a 30-minute recruiter screen, followed by another 30-minute interview with the hiring manager. Then we'll have you meet with other members of the marketing and sales organizations for 30-minutes each, and a final 30-minute round with our CMO.
Why Teleport
You're joining a company where the problem is real, the team is small, and your work shows up directly in the product. We're not a big company, you won't get lost in a crowd. You'll have the freedom and autonomy to do what you're great at, alongside teammates who care about doing it right and want to see you succeed. The work is collaborative, there's real room to grow, and the mission is one worth showing up for.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we're genuinely passionate about what we're building.
The Benefits
At Teleport, we believe your career is more important than a list of perks. That's why we focus on making your day-to-day the best it can be — giving you the autonomy, access, and support to do the best work of your career.
- Extensive health coverage
- Annual expense budget
