We come for the impact, and stay for the culture! We’re a talented, opinionated, passionate, fiercely inclusive, and responsible group of bees. We have conviction and we strive to live
our values
every day. We want our people to do what they truly love amongst a team of highly talented (but humble) peers.
How We Work
We are a fully distributed company, which means we believe it is not where you sit, but how you deliver that matters most. We invest in our people and care about how you orient to our culture and processes. At the same time we imbue a lot of trust, autonomy, and accountability from Day 1. #LI-Remote
Little more about the team:
Join Honeycomb as a Senior Financial Analyst and be a key player in our growing FP&A team! Reporting to the Director of FP&A, you'll partner primarily with our R&D organization — product and engineering — as the finance lead for how we understand and manage the cost of running Honeycomb. You'll take ownership of our BI and planning tool (Pigment), continue and improve our cloud-hosting-cost (COGS) analysis, and support R&D capitalization, forecasting, and planning. This role suits someone who takes initiative, solves problems analytically, and actively drives process improvements in a fast-paced environment, and who's comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, product, data, and IT. If you're ready to make an impact and grow with us, we'd love to hear from you!
What you’ll do in the role:
Own and improve our cloud-hosting-cost (COGS) analysis — breaking hosting spend (e.g., compute, storage, and AI/LLM usage) down by area and by customer to understand customer-level usage and margin
Take ownership of Pigment, our BI and planning tool — building and maintaining reports and supporting forecasting and monthly and quarterly close
Partner with engineering on R&D capitalization, capitalizing engineering time for the products they help build
Run forecasting and planning for the R&D organization, including headcount and software planning
Track and help manage our AI/LLM tooling costs, monitoring usage against budget
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, data, and IT to improve our financial processes and reporting
Support the finance team on special projects and ad-hoc analysis, with a focus on improving processes and scalability as we grow
What you’ll bring to the role:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a comparable field — or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of FP&A, strategic planning, or P&L management experience at a SaaS company
A technical orientation, with the ability to partner directly with engineering and product teams
Expert in Excel and Google Sheets, comfortable with a range of modeling techniques, and able to build analysis and models that influence decisions
Experience with ERP and financial planning/BI tools — Pigment (or a comparable tool such as Mosaic) a strong plus
Comfortable in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment: driving results, solving complex problems, and exercising judgment across multiple sources of information
Strong quantitative skills and the ability to connect the dots across data sources to inform decisions
Familiarity with cloud/hosting cost structures, R&D capitalization, or SQL a plus
Base Salary based on level of experience
$125,000
—
$170,000 USD
What you'll get when you join the Hive:
A stake in our success - generous equity with employee-friendly stock program
It’s not about how strong of a negotiator you are - our pay is based on transparent levels relative to experience
Time to recharge with unlimited PTO
A distributed-first mindset and culture (really!)
Home office, co-working, and internet stipend
Full benefits coverage for employees, with additional coverage available for dependents
Up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave, regardless of path to parenthood
Annual development allowance
And much more...

Additionally, in compliance with applicable law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work.

Share local market insights, competitor intelligence, and emerging business opportunities with the team
Requirements
3+ year experience in a Business Development role or similar in the B2B sphere
Strong communication and networking skills
Knowledge of the Thai business environment and the ability to communicate confidently in Thai and English are mandatory
Strong network within the brokerage, fintech, affiliate, trading, iGaming, payments, or related industries
An existing network of potential partners, brokers, affiliates, industry contacts, or relevant businesses in Thailand or across Asia will be a major advantage
We offer
Full-time remote role with long-term collaboration (service provider contract)
Competitive compensation and performance-based bonuses (paid in EUR or USD directly to your bank account)
Flexible working hours

Location: London, United Kingdom - Deliveroo
Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
About the team
The People Technology Product team builds the internal tools and frameworks that power every employee’s journey across Deliveroo, DoorDash and Wolt. We combine a hybrid “build + buy” approach to deliver intelligent, scalable and people-centric experiences across hiring, pre-boarding, onboarding, learning, performance and more — connecting our mission to transform the way the world eats and shops with the experience of the people who make it happen. We partner closely with Design, Engineering, Analytics, People/HR and IT to build products that elevate the entire People Tech stack across all three brands.
About the role
We’re hiring a Staff Product Manager to own the product experience for pre-boarding and onboarding — one of the highest-leverage moments in the employee lifecycle — across Deliveroo, DoorDash and Wolt. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on the cross-functional experience that begins the moment a candidate signs and continues until a new hire is fully ramped, spanning both the People and IT functions. You’ll be the end-to-end product owner for the systems, workflows and experiences that get equipment, access, accounts, paperwork and early enablement right from day one. Based in London and working with global teams, you’ll drive measurable improvements to the new-hire experience and help our new hires ramp up faster, at scale across regions, legal contexts, and brands.
What you'll be doing
Own the end-to-end product roadmap and execution for pre-boarding and onboarding across Deliveroo, DoorDash and Wolt, from offer acceptance through to a fully ramped new hire.
Design and evolve cross-functional experiences that connect People and IT workflows — provisioning, access and account setup, equipment, documentation and early enablement — into a single, coherent journey for new joiners and their managers.
Define and track the metrics that matter — time-to-productivity, new-hire satisfaction, day-one readiness and operational efficiency — and use them to prioritise work and demonstrate impact.
Build durable, modular product capabilities — task orchestration, status visibility, and manager and new-hire dashboards — that scale across geographies, orgs and brands and reduce reliance on manual, one-off processes.
Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, People/HR and IT to translate complex, cross-functional process needs into intuitive product capabilities.
Navigate the realities of a multi-brand, multi-region environment — varied legal and compliance requirements, regional differences and change management — without disrupting critical hiring moments.
Set the product vision and influence senior stakeholders across the People and IT functions, building alignment on a shared onboarding strategy across all three brands.
Model strong product judgement: define clear problem statements, scope MVPs intentionally and invest in foundations that compound over time.
Requirements
A track record of building and shipping products end-to-end — from problem definition and strategy through delivery and iteration — ideally in People/HR, IT or other complex, cross-functional environments.
Experience designing products and workflows that span multiple functions, systems and stakeholders, turning complexity into simple, usable experiences.
Comfort working with both custom-built tools and third-party SaaS platforms, including integrating data across systems.
Strong analytical skills and the habit of using data and metrics to define success, prioritise and measure impact.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to explain product decisions clearly and influence senior leaders across functions and brands.
Experience operating across regions, legal contexts or multiple brands, building products that work in a global environment.
A bias for delivering high-quality products in a fast-moving organisation, balancing speed, risk and technical constraints.
Why Deliveroo
Our mission is to transform the way you shop and eat, bringing the neighbourhood to your door by connecting consumers, restaurants, shops and riders. We are transforming the way the world eats and shops by making access to food and products more convenient and enjoyable. We give people the opportunity to buy what they want, as they want it, when and where they want it.
We are a technology-driven company at the forefront of the most rapidly expanding industry in the world. We are still a small team, making a very large impact, looking to answer some of the most interesting questions out there. We move fast, value autonomy and ownership, and we are always looking for new ideas.
Workplace & Benefits
At Deliveroo we know that people are the heart of the business and we prioritise their welfare. Benefits differ by country, but we offer many benefits in areas including healthcare, well-being, parental leave, pensions, and generous annual leave allowances, including time off to support a charitable cause of your choice. Benefits are country-specific, please ask your recruiter for more information.
Diversity
At Deliveroo, we believe a great workplace is one that represents the world we live in and how beautifully diverse it can be. That means we have no judgement when it comes to any one of the things that make you who you are - your gender, race, sexuality, religion or a secret aversion to coriander. All you need is a passion for (most) food and a desire to be part of one of the fastest-growing businesses in a rapidly growing industry.
We are committed to diversity, equity and inclusion in all aspects of our hiring process. We recognise that some candidates may require adjustments to apply for a position or fairly participate in the interview process. If you require any adjustments, please don't hesitate to let us know. We will make every effort to provide the necessary adjustments to ensure you have an equitable opportunity to succeed.

About the Team
The Integrated Care + SNF Reimbursement portfolio spans the connected workflows that carry a resident from referral through care delivery to payment: including, acute and payer care collaboration on the National Care Collaboration Network and Audacious platforms, Secure Conversations across our customer segments, practitioner EHR solutions, SNF admissions and managed care workflows, and SNF revenue cycle and reimbursement optimization.
The Outbound Product Management team within this portfolio is the bridge between strategic customer relationships, go-to-market execution, and product direction. The team is remote and hybrid across the US and Canada, and works shoulder to shoulder with inbound Product Management, Engineering, and every GTM function.
Position Summary:
This role owns product delivery and growth for the Integrated Care + SNF Reimbursement portfolio, carrying accountability for how validated offerings reach the market and convert into adoption, revenue, and reference customers. The VP defines and drives end-to-end go-to-market strategy across the portfolio, co-owns roadmap and investment decisions with inbound Product Management, and owns the commercial model — pricing, packaging, and monetization — for new and AI-enabled capabilities.
The VP leads the portfolio's Outbound Product Management function, building and developing the team that runs launch, enablement, and early adoption. They represent PointClickCare’s product function externally as a market figurehead with SNF, payer, practitioner, and acute customers and across the industry, and internally as a trusted advisor to the SVP, Product Management and the GTM leadership team.
Success is measured in growth outcomes: revenue and adoption attainment against portfolio targets, speed from launch to first reference customer, and the repeatable sales motions that turn early wins into scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Go-To-Market Strategy & Portfolio Growth:
Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy for the portfolio from launch through scale. Define the growth thesis for each product line, set adoption and revenue targets with Sales and Revenue Operations, and drive cross-functional accountability for attainment.

Lead pricing, packaging, and monetization strategy for new and AI-enabled capabilities, including usage-based pricing, tiered access, and enterprise licensing. Partner with Pricing, Finance, and Revenue Operations on scalable models that protect margin.
Product Strategy & Roadmap:
Partner with inbound Product Management leaders to shape portfolio direction, translating customer feedback, competitive signals, and adoption data into roadmap and investment recommendations. Serve as the commercial voice in portfolio planning and trade-off decisions.
Executive Customer Engagement & Market Leadership:
Build executive relationships across strategic SNF, payer, practitioner, and acute accounts. Lead beta and co-development programs that generate real-world proof points, and represent PointClickCare with customers, industry bodies, and analysts.
Organizational Leadership & Talent Development:
Lead and grow the Outbound Product Management function, including leaders of teams. Hire, coach, and develop talent, establish operating cadence and standards aligned with the product development lifecycle and go-to-market model, and foster accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
Portfolio Performance & Market Insight:
Define and track portfolio, customer engagement, and go-to-market KPIs. Lead competitive analysis, customer research, and thought leadership, and partner with legal, compliance, and governance teams to support responsible deployment of AI-enabled capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
12+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or product growth, including 5+ years leading teams at the Director level or above.
Demonstrated ownership of go-to-market strategy for a multi-product portfolio, with accountability for adoption and revenue outcomes beyond launch execution.
Proven success building commercial models for SaaS and AI-enabled products, including pricing, packaging, and monetization, with fluency in ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, and churn.
Executive presence and demonstrated ability to influence and align senior leaders across Sales, Sales Enablement, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Solutions, Pricing, and Professional Services.
Experience leading leaders, including hiring, developing, and scaling teams through organizational change.
Strong data-driven decision-making skills, using qualitative and quantitative signals to set priorities and make defensible trade-offs.
Ability to travel regularly to strategic customer sites and industry events, with occasional travel to PointClickCare offices.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
