We are looking for an experienced
Delivery Manager
to join our passionate team.
The main purpose is to drive predictable, end-to-end Brand delivery through clear processes, transparent execution, realistic planning, and consistent ways of working across teams.
You will own Brand delivery, partner closely with Product Delivery on shared initiatives, and connect Brand’s work with wider operations functions, including legal and finance.
Your goal is to ensure reliable execution in managing and delivering projects.
Job Responsibilities
Delivery Management & Cross-Functional Coordination
Own and drive the end-to-end delivery of Brand initiatives, managing plans, timelines, dependencies, and blockers to ensure work progresses predictably.
Coordinate delivery across teams and functions, partnering closely with Product Delivery on shared initiatives and integrating Brand’s work into wider Operations processes, including Legal and Finance.
Maintain visibility of delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and timelines across teams, ensuring plans and status updates remain accurate.
Proactively identify and resolve cross-team dependencies, external blockers, and delivery risks to keep initiatives on track.
Capacity Planning & Operational Excellence
Design and implement a capacity planning framework tailored to Brand’s operating model, balancing strategic initiatives, business-as-usual activities, and support for other teams.
Establish a consistent approach to estimating, decomposing, and prioritizing work, ensuring delivery plans and commitments are realistic and aligned with available capacity.
Own and continuously improve Brand delivery processes, tools, and workflows to ensure they are clear, practical, scalable, and consistently applied.
Define and maintain delivery metrics, ensure data quality, and use insights to identify bottlenecks, improve workflows, and strengthen delivery predictability.
Delivery Standards & Team Enablement
Establish clear delivery standards and drive their consistent application across Brand through Team Leads.
Support Team Leads as they progressively take greater ownership of delivery within their teams, providing guidance and reinforcing effective planning, execution, and reporting practices.
Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices across Brand, ensuring teams have the processes, tools, and support needed to deliver effectively and reliably.
You’ll thrive here if you have
5+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Project Management or Program Management, in tech and/or cross-functional environments.
Experience running delivery hands-on as a producer, not only through other people.
Experience building a capacity planning approach where none existed, for a team with a mixed workload.
Proven experience coordinating work across multiple teams, stakeholders and functions.
Strong skills in planning, dependency management, risk management and delivery predictability.
Enough understanding of software delivery, the development lifecycle and delivery metrics to partner credibly with Product. Experience of brand, marketing or creative delivery is a strong advantage.
Ability to drive process improvements and encourage transparency within teams.
Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical and systems-thinking mindset, with the ability to operate in ambiguity and proactively identify gaps.
Readiness to deeply understand the business, product and technical context.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro or similar tools.
Upper-intermediate or higher level of English. Russian is a plus.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an Account Executive to scale our business in Japan — a highly motivated self-starter who is passionate about voice AI and how it's transforming the way businesses build and engage with their customers. We don't just sell a product; we partner with companies to help them create new experiences and unlock value at scale with our breakthrough voice technology. In this role you will:
• Build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts across industries to help ElevenLabs meet its revenue goals.
• Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities that align with ElevenLabs' product offering and roadmap.
• Run agile, high-velocity outbound and outreach — moving fast from first touch to close.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales in collaboration with the Growth team.
• Develop and maintain a deep, hands-on understanding of ElevenLabs' products and how they map to customer use cases.
• Own KPI and sales performance tracking, providing weekly updates to the wider ElevenLabs team.
Requirements
• Proven track record of meeting & exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment, including self-sourced pipeline.
• 5-7 years of previous experience in sales in a SaaS organisation.
• Strong product intuition — able to learn a technical product deeply and clearly articulate its value to customers. Genuine curiosity about Voice GenAI.
• A proactive, agile operator who moves fast rather than waiting for leads to come in.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
• A hybrid customer- & product-driven mentality that prioritises client satisfaction and scale.
• High fluency in Japanese; working proficiency in English.

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This role is available for candidates located in the United States or Canada.
The Opportunity:
Grafana Cloud is our composable observability platform that integrates metrics, logs, traces, and profiles with Grafana. It allows our customers to leverage the best open source observability software – including Prometheus, Mimir, Loki, Tempo, and Pyroscope – without the overhead of installing, maintaining and scaling their own observability stack.
The Databases team owns the telemetry databases that are
Mimir for metrics
,
Loki for logs
,
Tempo for traces
, and
Pyroscope for profiles
. Our databases are OSS projects that we also offer as a Cloud service supporting Grafana Cloud, and as an on-premise solution. They are multi-tenant distributed systems implemented in Go and running on Kubernetes across all major Cloud service providers (GCP, Azure, AWS). We also have engineers working on
Prometheus
,
Grafana Alloy
,
Mimir proxies
, and OpenTelemetry.
As a company we are remote-first and global, we embrace people of different experiences and backgrounds to build diverse teams where every person brings a new perspective to the software. Our tech stack is mostly made up of services written in Go, running on multiple Kubernetes clusters that leverage Cloud object storage.
We invest heavily in developer productivity. You can use modern AI coding assistants as part of your daily workflow (your choice of tools, within security guidelines), backed by a company-funded usage budget so you can iterate quickly without unnecessary friction.
We encourage pragmatic AI-assisted development: faster prototyping, test generation, refactors, documentation, and incident follow-ups—always paired with strong code review and quality standards.
You'll also have access to the latest frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Design, build, operate, and maintain critical systems, owning the reliability, performance, and availability.
Take an active role in influencing our roadmap and your own career objectives.
Work with your team to deliver new features, then use the results to iterate and improve.
Drive projects from initial ideation all the way to operations once it is in the hands of customers.
Embrace our open-source culture and contribute to other projects that may not directly fall within your team’s scope.
Be a part of your team’s on-call rotations and take ownership of the services you’re running.
Mentor and support other team members, participate in design discussions, and collaborate with the team.
Learn new skills by gaining a deeper understanding of our cloud product and our customers and getting to know the codebase of a large distributed system.
As we are remote-first and our engineering organisation is largely remote, we provide guidance and meet regularly using video calls, so an independent attitude and good communication skills are a must.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
You are a motivated self starter with a bias towards action.
You are customer focused. We build everything with our users in mind. You have a passion for creating intuitive products that fit customers’ needs .
Pragmatism: You are able to take on complex challenges and break them down to achieve short feedback loops: to analyze, design, and build modular solutions, deliver MVPs, gather data and feedback, and then progress iteratively.
Collaboration and communication: The smallest unit we have is a team. You’ll be working with your teammates in a fully remote setup. Good communication skills are a must.
Requirements:
Solid experience with at least one programming language. We use Go, but if you have familiarity with Python, C, C++, Rust or similar then that translates well.
Some experience with delivering projects from gathering requirements and brainstorming ideas, all the way to shipping a product to the customer’s hands in a self-driven way.
Some experience with developing software that runs in the Cloud
or
some experience with systems engineering.
Experience writing clean, robust, and performant software that is easily maintained by others.
Bonus Points For:
Experience writing low level code for databases, storage layers, or query engines.
Experience working with Kubernetes.
Been a user of Grafana and/or Prometheus in operational roles (including on-call for your team at a previous employer or just using these tools in hobby/homelab projects).
Exposure to microservices architecture and distributed systems, or a desire to learn.
Familiarity with being on-call and performing operations/SRE tasks or with the concept of infrastructure as code.
Compensation & Rewards:
In Canada, the Base compensation range for this role is CAD 186,500 to AUD 223,500. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process. Benefits include equity, bonus (if applicable) and other benefits listed
here
.
*Compensation ranges are country specific. If you are applying for this role from a different location than listed above, your recruiter will discuss your specific market’s defined pay range & benefits at the beginning of the process.

This is a remote position. We are looking for candidates in the US and Canada.
What is Grafana Cloud?
Grafana Cloud is our composable observability platform that integrates metrics, logs, traces, and profiles with Grafana. It allows our customers to leverage the best open source observability software – including Prometheus, Mimir, Loki, Tempo, and Pyroscope – without the overhead of installing, maintaining and scaling their own observability stack.
The Databases team owns and operates the telemetry databases that are
Mimir for metrics
,
Loki for logs
,
Tempo for traces
, and
Pyroscope for profiles
. Our databases are offered as a hosted service in Grafana Cloud, and additionally as on-premise solutions with
Grafana Enterprise Metrics
,
Grafana Enterprise Logs
, and
Grafana Enterprise Traces
. They are multi-tenant distributed systems implemented in Go and operating at scale on Kubernetes across all major Cloud service providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
As a company we are remote-first and global, we embrace people of different experiences and backgrounds to build diverse teams where every person brings a new perspective to the software.
Mimir Squad
The Mimir squad has two sub-squads, Ingest and Query, which together maintain the
Mimir OSS project
, and additionally own and operate Grafana Cloud Metrics across three major cloud providers. Engineers on the team focus on optimizing the efficiency and resilience of processing, storing, and querying metrics at large volumes. These services operate at a large scale and performance is key to keeping the offering competitive and running smoothly.
A Mimir engineer has various work streams. They likely are engaged in a larger project with another engineer, as well as mixing in some performance and reliability improvements discovered through operating the system in production. They are also responsible for writing and reviewing PRs and design documents from other engineers in the squad, shepherding automated release rollouts, and participating in the on-call rotation for their systems.
What will you be doing?
Take a very active role in influencing our roadmap and your own career objectives
Work with your team to deliver new features, then use the results to iterate and improve.
Drive projects from initial idea all the way to operations once it is in the hands of customers
Embrace our open-source culture and contribute to other projects that may not directly fall within your team’s scope
Design, build, operate, and maintain critical systems, owning the reliability, performance, and availability
Be a part of your team’s follow-the-sun on-call rotations and take ownership of the services you’re running
Support other team members, participate in design discussions and collaborate with the team
Learn new skills by gaining a deeper understanding of our cloud product and our customers and getting to know the codebase of a large distributed system
As we are remote-first and our engineering organization is entirely remote, we provide guidance and meet regularly using video calls, so an independent attitude and good communication skills are a must.
What are we looking for in you?
You are a motivated self starter with a bias towards action. You are customer focused. We build everything with our users in mind. You have a passion for creating intuitive products that fit customers’ needs
Pragmatism: You are able to take on complex challenges and break them down to achieve short feedback loops: to analyze, design, and build modular solutions, deliver MVPs, gather data and feedback and then progress iteratively
Collaboration and communication: The smallest unit we have is a Squad. You’ll be working with your teammates in a fully remote setup. Good communication skills are a must
Solid experience with at least one programming language. We use Go, but if you have familiarity with Python, C, C++, Rust or similar then that translates well
Some experience with delivering projects from gathering requirements, brainstorming ideas all the way to shipping a product to the customer’s hands in a self-driven way
Some experience with developing software that runs in the Cloud
or
some experience with systems engineering
Some experience with being on-call and following the DevOps model
Experience writing clean, robust, and performant software that is easily maintained by others
Familiarity with observability systems, know when to use metrics, logs, traces, to debug a problem
Nice to haves:
Experience working with Kubernetes is highly desirable
Experience working with queue systems, e.g. the Kafka protocol
Been a user of Grafana and Prometheus in operational roles (including on-call for your team at a previous employer or just using these tools on hobby/homelab projects)
Exposure to microservices architecture and distributed systems, or a desire to learn
Familiarity with the concept of infrastructure as code
In the United States, the base compensation range for this role is USD
154,000
- USD 185,000
.
