Contribute to thought leadership through conference presentations, webinars, and technical content creation
Own the technical portions of pre-sales engagements, ensuring your team provides compelling demos and validates enterprise customer ROI from Anthropic products
Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams to influence and unify stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including navigating consensus-driven decision-making within Japanese enterprises
Travel regularly to customer sites for executive-level sessions, technical workshops, and building relationships
Establish a shared vision for creating solutions that enable beneficial and safe AI in technology products
Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of innovative solutions that leverage our latest models’ capabilities

Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
As Docker continues its rapid growth, we're seeking an inspiring and experienced Director of Partner Solution Engineering to lead a world-class team. Docker helps organizations solve complex challenges in modern software supply chains, security governance, and AI-driven development. This role offers the opportunity to shape how our strategic partners, including ISVs, CSPs, SIs, and VARs, adopt and deliver transformative technologies that make developers more productive and secure.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Director of Partner Solution Engineering, you will lead a high-performing technical organization responsible for driving partner enablement, joint go-to-market initiatives, and technical excellence across Docker's partner ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with Partner Sales, Technical Alliances, Product, and Engineering to develop scalable technical partnership strategies that help partners successfully integrate, sell, and deliver Docker's platform. Your focus will be on enabling your team to drive partner technical readiness, co-innovation, and mutual customer success while building repeatable models for partner engagement at scale.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
LEADERSHIP & TEAM DEVELOPMENT
- Lead, develop, and inspire a team of Partner Solution Engineers, ensuring professional growth and high performance across multiple partner segments (ISVs, CSPs, SIs, VARs).
- Build and scale the Partner SE organization to support Docker's expanding partner ecosystem and geographic coverage.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning focused on partner success and technical excellence.
- Coach, mentor, and empower your team to engage effectively with diverse partner organizations and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
PARTNER ENABLEMENT & TECHNICAL STRATEGY
- Establish repeatable processes and programs for partner technical enablement, including scalable learning paths, certifications, technical deep-dives, and integration workshops.
- Design and deliver both 1:1 strategic enablement for key partners and 1-to-many programs that drive adoption across the broader partner ecosystem.
- Create technical content, integration guides, architectural diagrams, reference architectures, and enablement videos tailored for partners.
- Develop partner-specific technical sales plays, solution validation frameworks, and proof-of-value methodologies that highlight Docker's differentiated value.
JOINT GO-TO-MARKET EXECUTION
- Partner with the Partner Sales organization to drive joint account planning, co-selling opportunities, and "sell-with" and "sell-through" motions.
- Guide partners through solution design, technical validation, and evaluation processes to achieve joint customer success and sales goals.
- Support product positioning and technical validation during joint sales engagements, ensuring clarity on what's GA and ready for delivery.
- Define and track metrics for partner technical readiness, engagement quality, and revenue impact.
PRODUCT & ALLIANCE COLLABORATION
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to share Voice of the Partner, influencing roadmap priorities and co-building initiatives.
- Guide beta/EAP program participation with strategic partners, gathering feedback on new features and integration requirements.
- Work closely with the Technical Alliances team on roadmap alignment, technical integrations with CSPs and ISVs, and partner-driven feature requests.
- Champion regional partner technical needs and priorities in internal planning discussions (FedGov, EMEA, APAC).
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL LEADERSHIP
- Collaborate with Field SEs to ensure alignment with market-specific requirements, share learnings, and avoid duplication of effort.
- Partner with Marketing to support partner events, conferences, webinars, and demand generation programs.
- Work with Sales leadership to define partner success metrics, performance standards, and technical excellence measures.
- Represent Docker at partner events and conferences as a technical expert and evangelist.
OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
- Create an environment of continuous improvement focused on partner outcomes, operational excellence, and scalable processes.
- Develop internal enablement programs that enhance partner SE capabilities and share best practices across teams.
- Establish tools, systems, and workflows that enable efficient partner engagement and measurement.
- Build strong feedback loops to iterate on enablement strategies based on data-driven insights and partner performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED
- 8+ years of experience leading technical partner engineering, partner solutions, or pre-sales teams for distributed systems, developer platforms, or cloud infrastructure companies.
- Proven success in guiding teams that support channel partnerships, strategic alliances, and joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Minimum of 5 years in management, including hiring, mentoring, and scaling high-performing partner-facing technical teams.
- Deep understanding of partner ecosystems including ISVs, CSPs (AWS, Azure, GCP), Systems Integrators, and VARs.
- Strong experience in software supply chain security, security governance, DevOps, DevSecOps, or developer productivity technologies.
- Deep technical understanding of containerization, cloud-native architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and developer tools.
- Demonstrated ability to build scalable partner enablement programs (technical learning paths, certifications, workshops).
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills, with the ability to build trust across technical and business audiences at both partner and customer organizations.
- Strong strategic thinking with proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive complex initiatives.
PREFERRED
- Operational experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or similar container-based platforms.
- Experience with application security principles and securing the software supply chain, including SBOMs, image scanning, and secure delivery pipelines.
- Background in software development, scripting, or infrastructure-as-code.
- Experience enabling developer productivity through coding assistants, AI integrations, or AI agent development.
- Familiarity with partner operations tools including Salesforce and enablement platforms like MindTickle.
- Experience working in both direct and channel sales models, understanding the nuances of partner-led vs. partner-assisted sales.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Willingness to travel (~30% expected) to support key partner engagements and events.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
30 DAYS
- Successfully onboard, gaining familiarity with Docker's platform, partner ecosystem, and partner go-to-market strategy.
- Establish relationships with your team, Partner Sales, Technical Alliances, Field SE leadership, and key cross-functional partners.
- Begin shadowing partner calls, reviewing existing enablement materials, and understanding current partner technical capabilities.

1 YEAR
- Scale and enable a high-impact Partner Solution Engineering organization that drives measurable partner success and revenue growth through the channel.
- Own the technical strategy for one or more partner segments with documented processes, metrics, and success stories.
- Become a trusted advisor across Partner Sales, Product, Engineering, and Technical Alliances by championing partner insights and technical excellence.
- Demonstrate quantifiable improvements in partner technical closure rates, joint sales velocity, and partner satisfaction scores.
- Build a reputation as a thought leader in the partner ecosystem, representing Docker effectively at partner events and conferences.

Order Experience
– the area responsible for the user experience from the moment an order is placed: payment and the user’s journey in the app after purchase.
Here, analytics directly affects both the user experience and the business economics: how easy it is to pay for a purchase, how quickly a customer’s issue gets resolved, and how much that resolution costs the company.
You’ll work with the Product, Payments, Billing, and Support teams: together with managers, engineers, support specialists, and the finance team, you’ll identify opportunities for improvement, test hypotheses, and see them through to implementation. To do this, we have a mature internal A/B testing platform, a set of MCP tools and AI agents for analytical tasks, high-quality data in BigQuery and Spark, and transparent data preparation processes built on Airflow and dbt.
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys proactively proposing changes, taking part in setting priorities, and seeing the results of their work in the product and in business metrics.
Responsibilities
Improving checkout and the post-purchase experience.
Identifying the reasons that prevent users from completing payment, and testing hypotheses that make this journey simpler
Developing AI support.
Working with the team to improve AI Chat: finding scenarios for automation, and assessing the quality of user problem resolution and the impact on the business
Improving the support contact experience.
Researching the user journey from ticket creation to problem resolution, agent performance, and refund decision-making
Increasing operational efficiency.
Forecasting support workload, improving the automatic refund model, and finding opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining service quality
Designing and analyzing A/B tests.
Helping teams choose metrics and experiment designs, interpret results, and automate analysis.
Developing the metrics system.
Making payments, billing, and support metrics clear and useful for decision-making, and investigating changes and anomalies
Influencing team priorities.
Identifying growth opportunities, estimating the potential impact of initiatives, and helping decide where it’s worth investing time
Enabling teams to work with data independently.
Preparing data for AI tools and automating repetitive analysis so that colleagues can answer basic questions on their own
Requirements
Strong SQL and Python skills for data analysis and automation
A solid understanding of mathematical statistics and hands-on experience with A/B testing – from forming a hypothesis to drawing conclusions and making recommendations
Experience applying AI in analytical work: the ability to integrate it into everyday tasks, verify its outputs, and find new opportunities for automation
Independence and an interest in the business: the ability to dig into a problem, propose hypotheses, and connect analysis results to a specific decision
The ability to explain complex topics clearly to colleagues with different backgrounds — from engineers to support, finance, and legal specialists
The ability to manage work for multiple stakeholders: making priorities transparent, agreeing on scope and timelines, and justifiably deprioritizing less important tasks
Preferred
Experience in e-commerce, payments, support, or operations automation
Building your own AI tools and agents for data analysis
We offer
Compensation package: base salary and performance-based bonuses
Office-first: flexible hours with a possibility to work remotely 52 days per year
Care & Wellbeing: health insurance (including dental care) for employees and their children, daily meal allowance, and 100% paid sick leave
Relocation Support: full assistance for a smooth relocation for the employees and their family
AI-first approach: licenses and access to a wide range of AI tools
Team & Growth: collaboration with colleagues across Portugal, Brazil, Latvia and China, with opportunities for promotions, professional trainings, and English & Portuguese courses
Community & Engagement: annual team building activities, knowledge-sharing workshops, and a strong sense of team work

Provectus is an AWS Premier Partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner, helping enterprises across Financial Services and Life Sciences design, build, and operate production AI systems. Our Forward Deployed Engineering model lets us embed with clients and deliver AI outcomes, not just advice. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide to reimagine how they operate and compete.
We're looking for a Business Development & Partnerships Associate to help grow two revenue motions: converting partner-sourced leads from Anthropic and AWS into Provectus clients, and building new pipeline in our target industries. This is a high-growth role for someone with solid BD experience who wants to sell AI services at the center of the industry's most important partnerships. You'll work closely with our BD leadership, take ownership of deals as you grow, and develop into a full-cycle enterprise seller.
What You'll Do
Partner motion: Anthropic and AWS
Act as a day-to-day point of contact for Anthropic's and AWS's partner and field sales teams.
Receive and qualify enterprise leads shared by our partners, run discovery calls, and move qualified opportunities through to proposal and signed SOW, with support from BD leadership on larger deals.
Keep the joint pipeline up to date, and help prepare quarterly business reviews and co-sell planning sessions.
Build relationships with Anthropic and AWS field reps so Provectus is their first call for implementation needs.
Support partner program activities: certifications, co-marketing campaigns, case studies, and partner events.
New business development
Prospect into enterprise accounts in Financial Services and Life Sciences through outbound, networking, events, and referrals.
Run discovery, scope opportunities with our architects, and own deals through the sales cycle.
Build a growing network of decision-makers on the East Coast.
Cross-functional collaboration
Work with delivery leads and solution architects to scope proposals accurately. You'll be selling consulting engagements, not software licenses.
Share market insights (buyer objections, competitor moves, industry trends) with leadership and marketing.
What You Bring
3–5 years of experience
in business development, partnerships, or sales, ideally in B2B technology, cloud, or consulting.
Hands-on experience working with a technology partner ecosystem (AWS, Anthropic, Microsoft, Google Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar), for example co-selling, joint pipeline, or co-marketing.
A track record of moving deals through the sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to proposal and close.
Strong written and verbal communication, and confidence presenting to VP-level and senior stakeholders.
Curiosity about AI and a genuine interest in how enterprises adopt it.
Comfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where you take ownership without being micromanaged.
Willingness to travel up to 40% for client meetings, workshops, partner events, and conferences.
Nice to Have
Experience in Financial Services (banking, insurance, capital markets) or Life Sciences (pharma, biotech).
Experience selling services or statement-of-work (SOW) engagements rather than SaaS subscriptions.
Exposure to AI/ML, LLM-based products, or cloud data solutions.
An existing network in New York's financial services or life sciences communities.
Why Join Us
Work at the intersection of two of the most powerful partnerships in AI: Anthropic and AWS.
Sell with confidence, backed by a world-class AI/ML team that delivers what you sell.
Learn directly from experienced BD leadership, with a clear path to a senior partnerships or sales role.
High-impact role with direct visibility to leadership.
Strong earning potential with performance-based bonuses.
Choice of B2B contract or full-time employment.
Unlimited vacation policy.
Generous health, vision, and dental insurance.
401(k) matching plan.
OTE range $120-140k. The salary range is determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, and alignment with market data.

You'll join the Issuing Operations team in London and own the technical side of card issuing deals from first conversation to go-live. Pre-sale, you're front and centre: positioning our issuing platform, building custom card program flows, live demos, and POCs, and winning over the prospect's engineers, product leads, and payments architects while your Account Executive drives the commercial thread. Once the deal is ready, the weight shifts: our Implementation Engineers lead the build and you stay close, ensuring your issuing card program survives contact with reality.
You'll work on a modern, fast-moving platform alongside passionate payments experts across commercial and operations teams.
People who do well here are curious by default: they pull threads, teach themselves what the job needs next, and thrive in fast-paced commercial environments where they act before anyone asks. If that's how you work, you'll like it here.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Drive Technical Deal Execution: Partner closely with Sales and Account Managers and the broader Issuing Operations team in high-velocity, high-stakes commercial environments to position Checkout.com http://Checkout.com’s card issuing platform, winning complex, multi-product deals.
- Architect Card Issuing Solutions: Understand client requirements across card issuing (virtual and physical cards, funding approaches, balance management, interchange economics as examples) and map them to our APIs and operational workflows to create robust solution designs.
- Build & Demonstrate: Run live technical demos, create POCs, and customise technical presentations for developer, operational, and executive audiences alike.
- Provide Issuing Domain Leadership: Act as an expert on Card Issuing, Program Management, Authorisation & Settlement streams, Network Tokenisation, 3DS, Fraud/Risk Controls, and card program operations.
- Lead Client Technical Interactions: Lead all technical discussions, from discovery calls and architecture workshops to operational readiness sessions, from first contact through go-live, collaborating closely with Implementation Engineers.
- Support Complex Procurement (RFPs/RFIs): Support the BID management team on technical, operational, security, and card program design queries in RFP and RFI responses.
- Voice of the Customer & Operational Feedback: Feed real-world program manager and developer feedback back to Product, Engineering, and Issuing Operations to champion card issuing feature enhancements and process improvements.
- Industry & Technical Mastery: Maintain deep expertise on Checkout.com http://Checkout.com’s issuing platform and stay ahead of evolving card scheme rules, issuing infrastructure, and European payment regulations.
- Full Lifecycle Technical Ownership: Equally comfortable wearing the hat of a pre-sales Solutions Engineer to win complex deals, and driving post-launch technical support, operational health, and incident resolution in production environments, fully owning the 360-degree client relationship from initial discovery through long-term delivery.
ABOUT YOU
EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years in a high-velocity, client-facing technical role (Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales Consultant, Implementation Engineer, or Technical Account Manager) at a PSP, Card Issuer / Issuer, Processor, Fintech, or Payments company.
- Proven track record operating directly in fast-paced commercial environments, managing competing deal priorities, and driving commercial momentum alongside sales and operations teams.
- Mandatory UK & EEA Issuing Experience: Hands-on experience designing, launching, or supporting virtual and physical card programs within the UK and EEA regulatory and scheme landscapes.
- Issuing Domain Knowledge: Expert understanding of card program mechanics, BIN ranges, issuer processing, and scheme compliance (Visa/Mastercard).
- Payment Foundations: Strong grasp of end-to-end payment flows, 3DS, Network Tokenisation, Apple/Google Pay, Strong Customer Authentication (SCA), and fraud engine mechanics.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Coding Ability: You can code and are comfortable with web technologies. Proficiency in at least one front-end (JavaScript, React) or back-end language (Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, Go).
- API & Debugging Mastery: Expert in API-based integrations (REST/JSON, Postman, Webhooks); able to build, reproduce, isolate, and explain technical issues using logs, API responses, and test environments.
HOW YOU WORK
- Exceptional Communicator: Clear written and verbal English; equally at home pitching to CTOs and lead architects as you are detailing unit economics and operational flows to CFOs, Operations leads, and C-level stakeholders.
- Commercially Minded: You talk interchange, authorization rates, card program economics, and revenue impact, not just API endpoints, and proactively push opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Highly Organised: Thrives under pressure with the ability to prioritise shifting workloads in a fast-moving, deal-driven environment.
NICE TO HAVE
- Global Issuing Experience: Exposure to launching card programs in global jurisdictions outside the UK/EEA (e.g., US, APAC, LATAM, MENA).
- Background: Former software engineering, developer advocacy, or technical product management background.
- Languages: Business fluency in an additional European language.

LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're hiring our first Demand Generation Lead for EMEA, Middle East and Emerging Markets. You'll own how LangSmith shows up in the region and how that turns into pipeline from partnering with performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, integrated campaigns and webinars to build a localized campaigns.
You'll be deciding what works in the region, run the experiments to prove it, and then scale what works into a repeatable regional playbook. You’ll be a builder with central support from our US demand gen, product marketing, and marketing ops teams.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN:
REGIONAL DEMAND STRATEGY AND PIPELINE:
- Build the EMEA demand plan: which markets, which segments, which channels, and what each is expected to return
- Own an EMEA pipeline target and report against it sourced and influenced, by channel and by market
- Decide how the regional demand budget gets allocated for localized programs.
FULL-FUNNEL PROGRAM EXECUTION:
You'll own the whole mix for the region and be hands-on in all of it:
- Paid digital: partner with performance marketing to support localized 3rd party promotion, paid search, paid social, and retargeting strategy, including account-level and contact-level targeting to give sellers air cover in named accounts
- Webinars: run a regional cadence across live demos, thought leadership webinars, technical workshops, and customer stories, in local time zones with local speakers where it helps
- Integrated campaigns: adapt global LangSmith narratives and build region-first campaigns when the market needs something different
- Lifecycle: build segmented nurtures and post-event follow-up for regional leads, with attention to language and time zone.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL PARTNERSHIP:
- Work directly with EMEA AEs and SDRs to understand what converts in-region and co-design follow-up plays that drive pipeline.
- Partner closely with Field Marketing to build joint regional plans, align priorities, and create a coordinated interface into the sales team.
- Support new-hire ramp by identifying warm signals, share campaign hand-off details, marketing programs, and proven outreach plays reps can use in their first 90 days.
- Collaborate with RevOps on targeting, routing, campaign tracking, and reporting to improve regional execution and pipeline visibility.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 7+ years in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or integrated campaigns, ideally in developer tools, infrastructure, or technical SaaS
- Track record of building demand programs in EMEA across multiple countries, with a clear view of where localization matters and where it doesn't
- You've personally run paid, webinars, lifecycle, and ABM
- You write the copy, build the landing page, pull the report, and launch the campaign
- Comfortable with a technical product and a technical audience. You don't need to write code, but you should be able to hold a conversation about agents, evals, and observability without a script
- Strong partner to Sales. You've worked shoulder to shoulder with AEs and SDRs and you're comfortable with a pipeline number
- Fluent in the numbers: funnel conversion, CPL, cost per SQO, pipeline contribution, and attribution's real limits
- Working command of a modern stack, Hubspot, Influ2, Qualified, Goldcast, Zoom Webinar, Zapier, SFDC, Reo.dev http://Reo.dev, and Clay
- Comfortable with ambiguity and true ownership

ABOUT THE TEAM
The LangChain Deployed Engineering - Federal team works directly with U.S. Government customers — including the Department of Defense (DoD), Civilian Agencies, and the Intelligence Community (IC) — who are building and operating AI agents in mission-critical environments.
This is a hands-on, highly technical team that partners closely with government engineers, technical program managers, and system integrators across the full lifecycle — from pre-award technical shaping and evaluations to post-deployment advisory work in secure environments. The focus is on achieving the technical win, architecting secure and compliant agent systems, and enabling agencies to operate AI agents reliably at scale using the LangChain suite.
Deployed Engineers sit at the intersection of engineering, product, security, and go-to-market. You will shape how LangChain is adopted across classified and unclassified environments, ensuring alignment with federal compliance requirements while feeding mission-driven insights back into the platform.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Deployed Engineer, you’ll work on some of the hardest problems in applied AI — not demos or experimental research, but production systems supporting real-world missions.
You’ll help defense, civilian, and intelligence customers design, deploy, and operate AI agents in secure, regulated, and high-stakes environments. The feedback loop is fast, the mission impact is tangible, and your work directly influences how AI agents are deployed across the federal landscape.
You will operate in environments that demand security, reliability, compliance (FedRAMP, IL levels, etc.), and operational rigor.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Co-architect and co-build production AI agents with federal engineering teams and system integrators
- Own the technical win in federal pre-sales engagements by designing secure POCs, supporting RFI/RFP technical responses, and guiding technical evaluations
- Design architectures that meet federal security and compliance requirements (FedRAMP, DoD IL2–IL6, NIST, etc.)
- Help agencies deploy and operate agent-based applications such as mission support copilots, intelligence analysis agents, research automation systems, and multi-step operational workflows
- Advise customers post-award on architecture, scalability, observability, evaluation, and long-term roadmap decisions
- Deliver technical demos, workshops, and enablement sessions tailored to government developer and operator audiences
- Partner with security teams to navigate ATO processes and accreditation pathways
- Surface field feedback from federal use cases and contribute reusable patterns, secure deployment guides, and example code that scale across agencies
- Occasionally contribute code upstream when it meaningfully improves federal customer outcomes
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Must have zctive or prior U.S. security clearance (Secret, TS/SCI)
- 3+ years in a relevant technical role (software engineering, customer engineering, solutions engineering, product engineering), ideally supporting federal or regulated customers
- Experience working with DoD, Civilian Agencies, Intelligence Community, or federal system integrators
- Strong Python and JavaScript fundamentals, with deep systems thinking
- Experience designing agent-based or LLM-powered systems beyond simple API calls, including multi-step workflows, orchestration, guardrails, and failure handling
- Familiarity with secure cloud environments (AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, etc.)
- Comfort operating in regulated environments with security, compliance, and documentation requirements
- Experience supporting technical evaluations, architecture reviews, and competitive down-select processes
- Ability to clearly explain technical tradeoffs to government stakeholders and build trust across engineering and program leadership
- Ownership mindset — you take responsibility for mission outcomes, not just recommendations
- Bias toward action and comfort operating in ambiguity
- Excitement about running AI agents in real-world, production federal environments — not just building demos
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience deploying AI systems in classified or air-gapped environments
- Familiarity with FedRAMP authorization processes or DoD Impact Levels (IL2–IL6)
- Experience with LLM evaluation, observability, red-teaming, or guardrails in high-assurance settings
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, containers, Kubernetes, and secure networking architectures
- Experience working alongside federal system integrators (Booz Allen, SAIC, Leidos, etc.)
- Production experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar agent frameworks
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks. Benefits include things like medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, and life insurance. Actual compensation and offerings will vary based on role, level, and location. Team members in the EU, UK, and APAC receive locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations.
