Role Overview
Neolytix is a US-headquartered healthcare BPO/KPO serving 280+ healthcare organizations across RCM, Credentialing & Provider Enrollment, Medical Coding, Virtual Medical Assistants, and Payer Analytics, with delivery centers in Gurugram and Manila — including our proprietary InCredibly credentialing platform. We are transitioning from a services company to a Services-as-Software model.
The ABM Specialist / Assistant Manager owns Neolytix’s account-based marketing motion across 1:1 (strategic named accounts), 1:few (ICP segment clusters, e.g., rural hospital RCM), and 1:many (programmatic, intent-gated) tiers. You’ll build and run intent-driven account scoring, tiered engagement playbooks, and enrichment workflows in close partnership with Sales, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing — turning signal data into prioritized, sales-ready accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Account Segmentation & Tiering
Define and maintain target-account universes across all three ABM tiers — 1:1 strategic, 1:few ICP clusters, and 1:many programmatic segments.
Set tier-specific playbooks: bespoke for 1:1, shared with light personalization for 1:few, and rules-based programmatic for 1:many.
Intent Signal Monitoring & Scoring
Own recurring intent-signal ingestion (ZoomInfo intent, Apollo, Definitive Healthcare) and convert raw signals into scored account briefs (HOT/WARM/WATCH).
Track signal trends (warming/cooling accounts) and flag ICP-fit exceptions before accounts are actioned.
Maintain the state/tracking files and cadence that keep signal briefs current and non-duplicative day over day.
Enrichment & Data Hygiene
Run account and contact enrichment (Apollo, ZoomInfo) once accounts clear a signal threshold — firmographic and contact data complete before handoff.
Maintain clean handoff protocols to Sales — CRM record checks, email verification, title confirmation, and sequence-conflict checks — before enrollment.
Sales Alignment & Handoff
Deliver prioritized, tiered action lists to assigned AEs on a regular cadence; run structured syncs to confirm status, resolve ICP flags, and align on next-best-actions.
Maintain campaign-tagging discipline in HubSpot (lead source, ICP tier, campaign name) for attribution.
Campaign Design, Reporting & Collaboration
Build multi-channel engagement per tier — email, LinkedIn/paid social, direct mail, webinars, events — matched to 1:1, 1:few, or 1:many treatment; partner with Product Marketing on persona-specific messaging (CMO/COO).
Report pipeline influenced, account engagement, and signal-to-pipeline conversion to leadership monthly; run post-campaign reviews and a testing roadmap.
Act as the connective layer between Sales, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation for all account-based activity.
What You Bring
Must-Have
3–5 years of B2B marketing, with at least 2 years running ABM programs across 1:1, 1:few, and/or 1:many models.
Hands-on with intent data platforms and translating signals into sales-ready account lists.
A track record of partnering directly with Sales/AE teams on account strategy and handoff — not just campaign delivery.
Hands-on with intent/ABM platforms (ZoomInfo, Definitive Healthcare, Warmly, 6sense, Demandbase, or similar), enrichment (Apollo), and CRM/marketing automation (HubSpot).
Strong grasp of account scoring, tiering, and multi-touch campaign design; comfortable building signal-to-pipeline dashboards.
Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce (or equivalent CRM), and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Preferred
B2B SaaS or healthcare-technology marketing background.
Familiarity with the US healthcare provider landscape (hospitals, rural health systems, specialty practices, behavioral health); working knowledge of RCM, credentialing, or practice-management categories.
Familiarity with project-management tools (Asana, Notion, or Jira).
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, or a related field) is mandatory and must be completed — candidates currently pursuing or with an incomplete graduation are not eligible.
Communication:
Strong written and verbal English — able to run structured syncs with Sales stakeholders and present ABM performance to leadership.
Work mode & shift:

About the role
As the Senior Marketing Analyst for CRM, you will be the
single analytics owner
of CRM - the person marketers come to as a partner. You will own how campaigns are measured, how the communication data is built and trusted, and how insights turn into decisions: what to stop, scale, or fix.
You will work closely with CRM marketers, Product, and the data platform team. You define what data you need and accept its quality; you do not build the pipelines yourself.
What you will be doing
Be the analytics partner to CRM marketers and Product on every initiative. Work with them on how to improve results.
Answer "how do we correctly measure CRM activity" questions: choosing the right measurement design for a campaign type (always-on journeys vs one-off blasts vs product launches), defining what "delivered" means per channel, and defending the methodology to stakeholders
Explain the technical side in plain language: how an experiment works, what a holdout is for, why a number can or cannot be trusted, so marketers make decisions they actually understand
Own how CRM performance is measured: control groups, holdouts, A/B tests
Own the CRM analytics data in dbt on BigQuery: who gets which message, on which channel, for which product, and how often
Be the customer of the data platform team: say what data you need from the CRM and attribution tools, agree on timelines, and sign off on quality. You own what the numbers mean; they build the pipelines.
Build Tableau dashboards that earn their place: visualisations stakeholders can open to check a hypothesis, answer their own question, or spot an insight in minutes.
Keep the self-serve AI analytics assistant up to date, so non-technical colleagues can get answers to simple questions and run their own ad-hoc analysis without waiting for an analyst
Work with a data science team, ask the right questions about a recommendation or propensity model, spot when it is not doing its job, and drive the test that proves it
What you will need
3+ years of experience as a data/marketing/CRM analyst, with exposure to CRM, lifecycle, or retention analytics
Strong SQL and hands-on dbt experience (we run dbt on BigQuery); experience designing and maintaining data models, not just querying
Experience with CRM engagement platforms:
Customer.io
, MoEngage, Braze, Iterable or similar: you understand journeys, events, profile attributes, and delivery semantics
Solid experience with marketing experimentation: holdout design, global static control groups, control group integrity, A/B tests, incrementality vs attribution
Proficiency in Python
Proficiency in Tableau (or similar BI tool)
Proactive ownership:
you find problems in data and processes before stakeholders do, audit your domain independently, and bring your own agenda and ideas on how to achieve business goals.
Thinking partnership:
stakeholders should be able to brainstorm with you, not just hand you tasks.
First-time-right quality:
numbers you ship are trusted without a second verification pass;
Nice-to-have
You now how Uplift modeling and causal ML works and can create MVP version
Propensity / churn / LTV modeling

BNPL businesses don't run on a single core system — they run on a chain of vendors: KYC providers doing identity
checks in milliseconds, bureau data feeding underwriting decisions, processors moving money at checkout, and
collections agencies chasing missed payments on our behalf. When any link in that chain fails, it isn't an internal
inconvenience — it's a customer who can't check out, a credit decision made on bad data, or a regulator asking why
a critical service went down with no warning.
As Vendor Risk Manager, you will own our third-party risk program end to end, from the first due diligence
questionnaire to the day a vendor is offboarded. You will be the person who can tell leadership, in plain terms,
which vendors carry the most risk and why, and you will make sure vendor failures never become customer failures.
Key Responsibilities
Due Diligence & Onboarding
Run due diligence on new vendors before contracts are signed, including financial health checks, SOC 2 / ISO 27001 review, breach history, and subprocessor mapping.
Issue a clear risk rating for every prospective vendor, with conditions attached rather than a simple pass or
fail, covering KYC, identity verification, fraud detection, credit bureau, payment processing, card issuing,
banking, and collections partners.
Sit inside the contracting process with Legal and Procurement to secure the terms that matter: audit rights,
breach notification windows, data localization commitments, exit assistance clauses, and SLAs tied to real penalties.
Risk Assessment & Ongoing Monitoring
Own vendor risk assessments across our active third-party portfolio, prioritizing critical and high-risk vendors for annual deep-dive reviews.
Build and run tiered monitoring cadences — quarterly for critical vendors such as KYC, payment processing, and banking partners, annual for the rest — tracking control drift, subprocessor changes, and
adverse media.
Maintain the concentration risk and critical-vendor register, and be ready to explain single points of failure, such as one bureau covering the majority of underwriting volume, and what the contingency plan actually
is.
Cross-Functional Partnership
Work with Product before new vendor integrations go live — you're in the room when a new checkout partner or fraud model vendor is being evaluated, not brought in after the contract is signed.
• Prepare vendor risk reporting for the Risk Committee and Board, translating control gaps and incident
trends into decisions leadership can act on.
Offboarding & Exit Management
Manage the offboarding process for exited vendors, confirming data deletion, access revocation, and transition continuity for anything customer-facing.
Ensure regulatory and contractual exit obligations are met and documented, particularly for vendors
classified as critical or important.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
3–4 years in third-party risk management, vendor risk, or operational risk, ideally at a payments company, lender, bank, or fintech where vendor failure has direct customer or regulatory consequences.
Working knowledge of NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and standardized assessment tools like SIG or
CAIQ — you know how to read a SOC 2 report and spot what's missing, not just file it away.
Familiarity with the regulatory landscape vendors sit inside: consumer credit rules, data privacy obligations
(GDPR/CCPA depending on footprint), PCI-DSS for anything touching card data, and
outsourcing/operational resilience expectations for critical third parties.
Comfort negotiating directly with vendors — you've pushed back on a processor's standard MSA, gotten a
fraud vendor to commit to a real SLA, and know when “our legal team will follow up” means the deal
needs to walk.
Ability to translate risk findings for people who don't think in risk terms, including explaining to a
commercial lead why a cheaper KYC vendor isn't worth the onboarding delay it will cause six months later.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret vendor performance and control data to support
operational decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of
the organization.
Full professional proficiency in English required; Arabic is a plus.
Nice to have:
Direct BNPL or consumer credit experience — you've worked with bureau data, alternative credit scoring
vendors, or collections agencies specifically.
Hands-on experience with a GRC platform such as OneTrust, ProcessUnity, or Archer for assessment
workflows and vendor inventory.
CTPRP, CRISC, CISA, or CISM certification.

Job Summary
The Bugcrowd RL and Reasoning Team focuses on pushing the boundaries of autonomous cybersecurity by building authentic, verifiable reinforcement learning environments for world-leading foundational AI companies. As a Reinforcement Learning Engineer specializing in Reinforcement Learning from Verifiable Rewards (RLVR), you will design and scale automated verification pipelines that transform real-world software vulnerabilities into deterministic reward functions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between low-level security analysis and modern LLM reasoning models, engineering environments where AI agents learn to discover, exploit, and remediate software vulnerabilities with mathematical certainty. Instead of relying on subjective human feedback, your work directly powers the rigorous, verifiable reward signals that teach next-generation frontier AI models how to master complex cybersecurity domain logic. You will work at the intersection of fuzzing, dynamic program analysis, system exploitation, and scalable ML infrastructure to shape the safety and offensive/defensive capabilities of future artificial intelligence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy high-throughput RLVR (Reinforcement Learning from Verifiable Rewards) environments that evaluate LLM action sequences against deterministic execution outcomes.
Develop automated test harnesses, sandboxes, and verification engines that convert complex vulnerability research (e.g., memory corruption, web security, logic bugs) into binary pass/fail reward signals.
Integrate Bugcrowd’s Mayhem automated analysis platform and real-world vulnerability feeds into continuous, scalable RL environment generation pipelines.
Architect safe, isolated, and highly reproducible execution environments (using Docker, BuildKit, or Nix) capable of running thousands of simultaneous agent-driven exploitation and patching trajectories.
Collaborate directly with researchers at frontier AI labs including Anthropic, OpenAI, and Cohere to define standard benchmark formats, observation spaces, and verifiable evaluation metrics for cybersecurity tasks.
Implement precise telemetry, ground-truth verification algorithms, and trajectory logging to analyze agent reasoning paths and prevent reward hacking or false positives.
Build low-level instrumentation and debugging tools to monitor memory states, process executions, and network behaviors during agent interaction cycles.
Optimize infrastructure performance and environment reset latency to support massive-scale parallel sampling and distributed RL training workflows.
Benchmark and evaluate frontier AI model performance across diverse offensive and defensive security challenges, such as automated fuzzing, exploit payload generation, and patch validation.
Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Understanding of RL training workflows used by modern LLM systems, specifically execution-based feedback or Reinforcement Learning from Verifiable Rewards (RLVR).
Proficiency developing applications in Python and low-level systems programming in C, with Rust experience being a strong plus.
Solid understanding of software vulnerabilities, binary exploitation, fuzzing methodologies, or program analysis.
Experience with DevOps pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions), reproducible builds (Docker, BuildKit, Nix), and comfort working with Linux systems and low-level debugging.
Experience working with or building benchmark environments (e.g., CTFs, SWE-bench, security challenges, or execution sandboxes).
Preferred Experience
Experience designing custom reward functions, ground-truth verifiers, or automated grading engines for AI safety and reasoning models.
Background in low-level program analysis tools, sanitizers (e.g., ASan/MSan), compiler instrumentation, or automated exploit generation tools.
Proven track record of participating in or developing competitive cybersecurity benchmarks, CTFs, or open-source AI evaluation frameworks.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
Sitting and / or standing - Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
Carrying and / or lifting - Must be able to carry / move laptop as needed throughout the work day.
Environment - remote, work-from-home 100% of the time.

Location: San Francisco; New York City

We're hiring a Compensation Lead to build Perplexity's compensation function and own its day-to-day execution. You'll build the programs and processes that support how we hire, recognize, and retain people.
You should be comfortable moving between program design and an individual offer, building longer-term structure while keeping today's decisions moving. The goal is a compensation approach that is competitive, financially sound, and clear enough for people to use, without adding unnecessary complexity.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Build the compensation foundation. Assess existing practices, data, and tools; prioritize the gaps; and develop recommendations on compensation philosophy, market positioning, and cash and equity guidelines.
- Develop salary ranges and market benchmarks. Establish a consistent approach to pricing roles across functions and locations. Partner with People and business leaders on job scope and leveling, and explain where market data is useful or incomplete.
- Own day-to-day compensation decisions. Be the primary partner for offers, promotions, pay adjustments, and compensation questions. Evaluate recommendations against market data, internal equity, and budget, with clear approval paths for exceptions.
- Design and run compensation reviews. Build the calendar, planning models, manager guidance, and approval process. Coordinate with Finance, People Operations, Payroll, and equity partners to carry decisions through to accurate implementation.
- Inform leadership decisions. Model the cost and employee impact of proposed changes to salary and equity programs. Present a recommendation and its trade-offs, then own execution once approved.
- Identify and address inconsistencies. Assess pay compression and potential inequities across teams, levels, and locations. Partner with People leadership and Legal on appropriate reviews and recommend actions.
- Build processes people can use. Establish decision records, recruiter and manager guidance, and clear explanations of compensation programs. Improve recurring workflows so consistent decisions don't depend on individual knowledge or one-off conversations.
- Own the data and tools behind the work. Establish reliable compensation records, select and manage benchmarking resources, and improve reporting and quality checks. Use approved automation and AI tools where they help, with appropriate protection for employee information and verification of results.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Experience building compensation programs: You've established or substantially rebuilt compensation frameworks and processes with limited infrastructure, and stayed accountable for running them after launch.
- Technical compensation depth: Hands-on experience with market pricing, salary ranges, cash and equity programs, compensation reviews, and individual pay recommendations.
- Strong analytical judgment: You can build and audit models, reconcile imperfect data, and explain your assumptions. You know when a benchmark is a useful comparison and when it misses the role.
- Ability to influence decisions: You can turn analysis into a clear recommendation, discuss trade-offs with leadership, and constructively challenge an approach that isn't working.
- Independent, hands-on execution: You can set priorities, build a workable process, and manage urgent requests without losing progress on longer-term work. You're comfortable being both the person designing the program and the person checking the data.
- Discretion and clear communication: You handle sensitive information carefully and explain compensation decisions in language that recruiters, managers, and employees can understand.

We're hiring a Legal Response Specialist on Perplexity's Support team to handle legal and other sensitive tickets. You'll help Legal answer routine requests for information and support Governance, Risk & Compliance, or GRC, on privacy and security requests.
You'll review cases, write responses, and follow up until the work is done. Support Engineering owns the routing and safeguards that keep these tickets from being missed, answered by AI, or automatically closed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor designated Support and Legal channels, assess urgency, and route requests for human review. Promptly escalate government, court, law enforcement, and legal-threat requests according to approved procedures.
- Respond to routine requests using Legal-approved templates and guidance. Escalate matters requiring legal interpretation or disclosure of user information.
- Answer routine requests for information under Legal's guidance. Gather account history and draft responses for matters that need review.
- Help GRC process data subject requests and meet deadlines. Follow approved identity-verification and data-handling procedures.
- Coordinate security questionnaires and data protection agreements, with Legal and GRC responsible for substantive review and approval.
- Track each case through completion, including after handoffs. Record decisions, follow up on deadlines, and confirm the work is done before closing.
- Work with Support Engineering to test routing, AI bypass rules, auto-close protections, and alerts. Investigate missed cases and verify fixes.
- Keep approved replies and handoff instructions current with Legal and GRC. Arrange backup coverage so cases keep moving when you're out.
- Handle other sensitive support escalations. Report backlog, response times, overdue cases, and recurring problems to Support, Legal, and GRC.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years in support, trust and safety, legal or privacy operations, or compliance, ideally at a technology company.
- Experience handling legal, privacy, or law enforcement requests.
- Working knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and data subject requests.
- Judgment about when to involve Legal or GRC, and care with confidential and privileged information.
- Clear writing, including in sensitive customer conversations.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and follow through without reminders.
- Experience improving support processes with technical teams, including automation and AI safeguards.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with Intercom, Decagon, Linear, or Kodex.
- Paralegal, privacy, or compliance experience or certification.
- Experience with security questionnaires, SOC 2, ISO 27001, or HIPAA.
- Familiarity with AI products or data tools for case reviews.
