Location: Berlin Workplace: Hybrid OUR STORY: Every year millions of people are either filing their taxes in fear or giving up on their tax refund altogether. We're working on fixing that. Our intuitive app enables anyone, regardless of education or background, to file their taxes with newfound confidence. Spread across Germany, Spain and the UK, the team at Taxfix Group with its brands Taxfix and Steuerbot, is a compassionate group of solution-finders. We speak our minds openly, and with over 400 professionals, including tax experts, developers, and IT security experts, we're rich in ideas and voices. The group has facilitated more than 3.5 billion euros in tax refunds for its customers since its founding in 2016. ROLE SUMMARY You own the marketing-technology layer behind Taxfix's growth: the conversion signals that tell ad networks who converted, the customer data that powers CRM, the consent flows that decide what we may share and with whom, and the referral program, one of the growth mechanics the team owns end to end. This is a senior individual-contributor role with no direct reports. You set direction for a small engineering team (a tech lead plus 3–4 engineers, two-week sprints) that supports four products across three markets, with Paid Acquisition, CRM, Brand and Creative as internal customers. A typical week mixes debugging a missing ad-network event, scoping a referral reward, settling a data-sharing question with Legal, and explaining trade-offs to leadership. All work, including across markets, happens in English; German is not required. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own conversion-signal engineering for paid acquisition: client-side and server-to-server events into Singular, Firebase/GA4, Google Ads and TikTok, including synthetic events, revenue values and predicted-LTV signals. - Run the referral program as a product: reward mechanics, eligibility and fraud rules, voucher infrastructure (Voucherify), the in-app voucher wallet, entry points, and the experiments that tune them. - Grow push and marketing-consent opt-in through permission primers, iOS/Android OS permission flows and notification preferences. - Keep CRM data trustworthy: Braze attributes and events, Snowflake-to-Braze syncs, event-loss monitoring, and moving legacy messaging (SendGrid, Firebase) onto Braze. - Turn consent and privacy requirements into product behaviour, and work with Legal on what data can go to which partner. - Adapt tracking, CRM attributes and attribution to company launches, such as new subscription pricing tiers, without breaking downstream campaigns or reporting. - Turn stakeholder requests, support escalations and spike findings into tickets engineers can start on, and decide what goes into the sprint. - Weigh roadmap work against platform upkeep: pipeline migrations, security fixes, end-of-life SDKs. - Design A/B tests (Eppo) and read the results for marketing and consent opt-s, and referral changes. - Report progress, risks and trade-offs in writing to marketing leadership, including VP and C-level. MUST-HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - Several years as a product manager owning martech, growth infrastructure or data products, setting your own roadmap with senior stakeholders. - Hands-on mobile and web attribution: an MMP (Singular or comparable), server-to-server events, and ad-network conversion setups (Google Ads, TikTok). - Event-tracking depth: you can define an event schema, write a tracking spec, and trace a missing or duplicated event through Segment, Google Tag Manager and the receiving platform. - CRM data platforms, ideally Braze: custom attributes, event-triggered segmentation, data ingestion and sync quality. - Working knowledge of EU consent and privacy: GDPR, consent mode, iOS App Tracking Transparency, and how push permissions behave on iOS and Android. - Experimentation: framing hypotheses, choosing and configuring metrics, judging when a result is real. - Precise writing: specs that engineers (and AI coding agents) can start on without a meeting, and concise updates and decision memos for leadership. - Enough technical fluency to work through trade-offs with engineers across mobile apps (React Native), backend services and data pipelines, and to triage production incidents. NICE TO HAVE - Performance marketing experience with the main app and web acquisition channels (e.g. Google Ads, TikTok). - Referral, loyalty or voucher programs; Voucherify specifically. - Predicted-LTV or value-based bidding signals (e.g. Churney). - Deep linking and deferred deep linking across ad networks. - AI-driven CRM orchestration (Aampe) or creative asset tooling (Frontify, AI creative tagging). - Building AI agents or automation for product and engineering workflows. - Querying data yourself in SQL (Snowflake), and familiarity with dbt and Airflow. WHY TAXFIX? - A chance to do meaningful, people-centric work with an international team of passionate professionals. - Holistic well-being with free mental health coaching sessions. - A monthly allowance to spend on an extensive range of services that you can use and roll over as flexibly as you like. - Employee stock options for all employees—because everyone deserves to benefit from the success they help to create. - 30 annual vacation days and flexible working hours. - A generous learning budget to support your personal and professional development and guidance from our internal L&D experts. - Work from abroad for up to six weeks every year. Just align with your team, and then enjoy your trip. - Plenty of opportunities to socialise as a team. In addition to internal meetups, our international team hosts regular get-togethers—virtually and in person when possible. - Free tax declaration filing, of course, through the Taxfix app—and internal support for all personal tax-related questions. - Have a four-legged friend in your life? We’re happy to have dogs join us in the office. Excited? So are we. Check out our Life at Taxfix https://www.linkedin.com/company/taxfix/life/8684512c-424f-44de-8d07-6e6b516e3319/?viewAsMember=true page on LinkedIn to get a glimpse of our culture. At Taxfix, we believe that incredible things happen when you have a wealth of perspectives and experiences. We're proudly committed to equal employment and development opportunities no matter your gender, race, religion, age, sexual orientation, colour, disability, or place of origin. To help mitigate any potential unconscious biases, we ask that you refrain from including your picture, age, or marital status on your CV. Let your experiences speak for themselves. Not sure if you meet all the requirements for this role? Please apply anyway. You might bring something special to the team that we hadn't considered previously.

You’ll work closely with engineering, security, IT, and legal to help us define our risk tolerance, keep our compliance programs (including SOC 2 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022) current, test controls on a rolling basis, and answer customer and vendor security reviews quickly and accurately. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in async, fast-paced environments and is excited about building developer tools that scale to millions. WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR - Run risk assessments across the company and major product changes. Score likelihood and impact, propose treatments, and bring the results to leadership to inform risk tolerance decisions. - Maintain the risk register, track remediation to closure, and report status to compliance and security leadership. - Monitor controls on a rolling basis, using automated tests where they exist and manual testing where they don’t. Triage failures, prioritize by the risk register, and align each finding with an owner and a due date. - Support internal audit, whether performed by an external partner or in-house: propose scope from the risk register, supply evidence, and track findings to closure. - Run day-to-day operations for our compliance programs: evidence collection, control owner follow-up, and readiness ahead of each audit period. - Extend continuous control validation beyond what our compliance platform covers. Build custom tests with AI coding tools, work with engineering and IT to pull evidence from source systems instead of collecting screenshots, and check that each test proves what the control requires. YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU - Have 3+ years of experience in GRC, internal audit, or security compliance at a SaaS or technology company - Are comfortable working with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 controls, a compliance platform such as Drata, Vanta, and evidence from systems like AWS, GCP, Google Workspace, and Okta - Communicate clearly across both technical and non-technical audiences - Have experience in async or globally distributed teams - Are energized by solving real-world problems for developers - Are comfortable navigating ambiguity and moving quickly WHAT WE OFFER - Fully Remote We hire globally. Location: USA (Remote) Workplace: Remote Mysten Labs’ mission is to advance the internet through step-function improvements in what technology makes possible. We build foundational infrastructure and products that give people, businesses, and developers new ways to interact, transact, and create value. Our work spans on-chain finance and the emerging agent economy. Through Sui, Move, and our broader technology stack, we’re building the systems that make these experiences possible - from secure, scalable blockchain infrastructure to new ways for businesses and AI agents to interact. Responsibilities - Build and operate the Security Observability & Data Platform (tens of TB/month and growing). This covers ingestion, normalization and retention, plus the query and detection layer on top. Detections are code: tested, reviewed, and measured for precision. - Own endpoint security across the fleet: deploy, tune and respond with EDR; run and configure binary authorization; and set hardening baselines with IT Operations. - Lead threat hunting, internal investigations and insider-threat work. Handle security incidents end to end: triage, containment, forensics, root cause, and the control that prevents a repeat. - Build the next generation of security services and run them in production: zero-trust AuthN/AuthZ, a uniform blocking service, an application proxy, asset inventory, developer portal, and compliance as code. - Build and run the agent platform (local and Kubernetes). Use LLM agents to automate triage, enrichment, investigation and response, with deterministic checks wherever a model's answer isn't enough. - Review infrastructure and cloud designs (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP, bare metal, CI runners) for security, and help engineering teams adopt the shared services instead of building their own. - Run red-team and adversary-emulation exercises, and turn the results into detections and fixes. - Write runbooks and post-mortems that someone who wasn't in the room can follow at 3 a.m. Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 5+ years in security engineering, detection and response, or infrastructure/SRE with a security focus, including hands-on incident response on endpoints and in the cloud. - Experience operating an EDR, writing and tuning detections. Knowledge of macOS and Linux internals as attackers use them: persistence, credential theft, process injection, living-off-the-land binaries. - Experience building or operating telemetry pipelines and a SIEM or security data lake at TB scale. Strong SQL, including detection logic over large datasets. - Hands-on production engineering: Linux, containers, Kubernetes, at least one major public cloud, infrastructure as code, monitoring and alerting. - Proficiency in Python or Go, and comfort with Rust or willingness to work in it (most of Mysten's stack are Rust). - Working knowledge of identity: SSO (OIDC/SAML), phishing-resistant MFA, device trust, and how session and token theft work. - Strong written communication: can run an incident channel and write the post-mortem. - Interest in the web3 space is required. Preferred Qualifications - Experience building zero-trust access, identity-aware proxies or policy engines. - Binary authorization or allowlisting at fleet scale - Familiarity with the threat actors that target crypto companies and their methods, from social engineering and fake campaigns to supply chain compromises. - Digital forensics (memory, disk, macOS unified logs) and malware analysis. - Experience building security tooling with LLM agents (Claude Code skills or comparable), and a clear sense of where models help and where deterministic tooling has to do the work. - Compliance as code (CIS benchmarks); experience in ISO 27001 or SOC 2 environments. - Publications, conference talks or open-source security tooling. Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, which may include verification of employment history, education credentials, criminal history, and other relevant information. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team. Your safety matters to us. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues. Location: Remote, Global Workplace: Remote ABOUT SUPABASE Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth. ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for Engineering Managers to lead engineering effort on Supabase Spark. Supabase Spark is an initiative to build the next frontier of agentic databases, supporting billions of databases, with millions of databases created every day. Although we don’t require managers to contribute to code directly, we do expect you to participate in design discussions and to be involved in setting the bar for engineering quality and best practices. WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Team & People - Build a healthy, high-trust team culture in a remote-first, globally distributed environment. - Run 1:1s, performance management, career development, and onboarding for your direct reports. - Handle people admin (leave, time off, etc.) for your team. Hiring - Own the hiring plan for your team and act as Hiring Manager. First round of interviewer for all roles on the team. - Partner with Talent Acquisition to source, interview, and close strong candidates. - Contribute to headcount planning, org design, and the evolution of engineering leadership at Supabase. Delivery & Roadmap - Own the team's roadmap and project management (Linear), driving accountability and clear milestones. - Manage workflow intake and Slack triage. These are the team’s primary inboxes for cross-team requests. You decide what gets routed where, prioritized, or pushed back on. - Own the team's weekly updates and keep stakeholders aligned without creating overhead. - Organize effort against support tickets and maintain the team's SLO. - Surface risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs early and clearly to leadership. Incident Commander - Train as an Incident Commander. Drive coordination, resolution, and post-incident follow-up. - Lead blameless post-incident reviews YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU - Have 5+ years of engineering background, with enough depth to be credible with engineers building complex systems. - Have 3+ years managing remote engineering teams. - Have managed engineering teams at a cloud, SaaS, or developer tools company. - Experience with developer tools or databases, plus if that includes both SQLite and Postgres ecosystems. - Strong technical credibility in backend and database systems: APIs, auth, and Postgres access control (roles, grants, RLS) etc. - Has led a team shipping a developer facing API or platform product from early stage to production. - Have managed remote, globally distributed teams that work asynchronously across disparate time zones. - Are technical enough to be credible with strong engineers, but genuinely passionate about people management. This is the work you want to do, not a track you're settling for. - Build psychological safety and a feedback culture: you give feedback often and in the moment, ask for it back, and create space for the team to do the same. - Operate as a multiplier. Focused on helping individuals achieve more than they could alone, not on being the best technical voice in the room. - Coach rather than direct. Remove blockers, connect people to context and resources, and trust your engineers to own how the work gets done. - Have a real track record of performance management and can speak to specific examples of difficult conversations and how you navigated them. - Are comfortable with ambiguity and capable of building structure where there isn't much. - Communicate clearly and write well. You're default async, default written, set context proactively, and surface risks early. - Are collaborative, low-ego, and adaptable. You thrive working with high-autonomy, senior ICs who have strong technical opinions and don't need to be the smartest person in the room. - Are comfortable with aggressive scoping and eval driven development. WHAT WE OFFER - Fully Remote We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world. - ESOP Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. These drivers shape how we work together and what we expect from ourselves and our leaders. We are looking for a high-impact, proactive Senior Data Engineer to join our Data Engineering team in Berlin. In this role, you won't just build pipelines—you will architect the data foundation that powers our next generation of casual games and advanced analytics, and AI-driven workflows. You will be in an environment where you can take full ownership of business outcomes, bridge technical execution with strategy, and proactively identify opportunities to optimize and scale our data transformation journey. About the job Data Architecture & Strategy: Design and build resilient, scalable data infrastructure optimized for analytical workflows, feature stores, real-time context delivery, and AI-ready, well-documented data for agents and LLM applications. Modern Pipeline Engineering: Build, maintain, and optimize robust batch and streaming ETL/ELT pipelines using Scala, Python, SQL and dbt. Data Warehousing & Lakehouse: Architect clean, cost-efficient, and highly performance schemes across our cloud data warehouse platform on Snowflake. AI-Enabled Engineering & Agentic Workflows: Use AI as a daily force multiplier, not only for writing code but across the data lifecycle, from design and documentation to testing, debugging, and incident triage. Design, build, and operate agentic workflows (for example, agents that monitor pipelines, investigate data quality issues, generate and validate dbt models, or answer analysts’ questions against governed data), with proper guardrails, evaluation, and observability. Quality, Reliability & Governance: Implement automated testing, observability, and monitoring frameworks to guarantee high data reliability and low latency. Engineering Excellence & Best Practices: Follow rigorous CI/CD practices, Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform), version control, and clear documentation across all data assets. Cross-Functional Enablement: Collaborate closely with marketing managers, game teams, product managers, and data analysts to turn ambiguous business needs into high-impact data solutions. About you Relevant Experience: In-depth professional experience as a software engineer or data engineer. Data Engineering Expertise: Strong background in senior data engineering roles with advanced proficiency in Python and complex SQL. Strong Core Programming: Deep professional experience in a strongly-typed language such as Scala, Java, or Go for building resilient data services. AI & Agentic Experience: Hands-on experience applying AI tools in your engineering work and building agentic workflows, including tool use or MCP integrations, orchestration, and evaluation. You know where agents add real value, where human review is essential, and how to keep them reliable, secure, and cost-aware. Software Engineering Mindset: Deep familiarity with Docker, Git, CI/CD, unit testing, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform). Proactive & Impact-Driven: Autonomous problem solver who evaluates technical decisions based on speed-to-market, business value, and ROI rather than theoretical complexity. Collaborative Communicator: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical architecture to both engineering peers and business stakeholders. Please note: Research has shown that some under-represented groups in the gaming industry (eg: women) tend to apply only if they meet every single requirement. Here at Wooga, the desire to learn and the willingness to solve problems are more important to us than your experience on paper. We encourage you to apply even if you do not think that you tick all the boxes - thinking outside of such boxes and embracing the diversity of mindsets and backgrounds is what we believe makes our teams thrive. Our Promise Shape the future! Challenge the status quo and team up with a diverse group of experts (over 50 nationalities!) working on crafting the world’s best games. We offer a generous relocation package and home search support if you are not already located in Berlin. Did we mention that we also cooperate with Kindergartens? Make use of a significant education budget and extra days off for self-development. Join our meet-ups, talks, brown bag lunches, internal trainings, workshops and many others. Enjoy the pilates, mindfulness app, sports and transport subsidies. And a Purpose Day to donate your time to a worthy cause! Did you know that German is the third most commonly taught language worldwide? Learn it too! We offer German language classes for you and your significant other. With our hybrid work model you will work in the office with your teams twice a week, to encourage in-person collaboration and team bonding. The other three days you can choose if you want to work from home or from the office. We also offer 10 days a year to work from abroad. At Wooga we are committed to providing a friendly, safe and welcoming environment for everyone who works here or with us, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, religion (or lack thereof) and game preferences. Location: Ebene Workplace: OnSite Company Description We’re http://checkout.comCheckout.com http://Checkout.com. You might not know our name, but companies like eBay, Spotify, Klarna, Uber, and Sony do, because we’re behind many of the digital experiences you use every day. We are where the world checks out, enabling over 10 billion transactions yearly for more than one billion global shoppers. Whether you want to book a holiday, order food, renew a subscription, or check out online, there’s a good chance our tech powers the payments behind the scenes. Our platform helps the most ambitious businesses deliver effortless digital experiences, at scale. If you want to do career-defining work, you’ve come to the right place. We move fast, think globally, and believe great teams are built by hiring exceptional people with conviction, curiosity, and the desire to make an impact. With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started. Checkout.com http://Checkout.com's Process Architecture pillar designs how operations should work. This role builds what that looks like in practice. You'll use modern AI-assisted development tools, Cursor, Claude Code, n8n, and LLM APIs, to rapidly prototype and ship internal tools that eliminate manual effort across our operational teams. Your primary customers are Disputes, Due Diligence, and Transaction Monitoring: high-volume, high-stakes teams where the right automation meaningfully reduces analyst burden and improves decision quality. You'll move fast. You'll take processes that currently live in spreadsheets and manual case queues and turn them into something that mostly runs itself. Process Architects redesign how work flows; you make the new flow real. What You'll Do - Use AI-assisted development (Cursor, Claude Code) to prototype and ship tools for operational teams - fast. - Build workflow automations that connect case management systems, document stores, APIs, and LLMs into end-to-end pipelines - Create analyst-facing interfaces, triage tools, summary generators using self-built applications, Retool, or similar. - Apply LLMs where they reduce cognitive load: classification, case summarisation, structured extraction, decision support. - Embed with Disputes, CDD, Periodic Review, and Transaction Monitoring to learn how analysts actually work - not how the process doc says they do. - Translate vague pain points i.e "this part takes forever" into shipped tools in days or weeks, not quarters. - Demo early, iterate based on what analysts actually use versus ignore. - Treat every tool as a product: instrument usage, capture feedback, measure time saved or quality gained. - Document what you build and share reusable patterns so good ideas compound. What We're Looking For We care more about what you've built and how you think than years of experience or formal credentials. Must-haves - You've used Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, or similar to build something real, a script, a tool, a side project, that solved an actual problem. Not just tutorials - Comfortable in Python, or willing to be within weeks. - Basic API fluency: you can read a doc, make a request, parse the response, and chain a few calls - Familiarity with at least one LLM API. You've written a prompt, gotten structured output back, and understood why it sometimes goes wrong - Bias to ship - you'd rather get a rough version in front of users on Friday than a polished version in three weeks - Curiosity. You're the kind of person who opens the hood - you want to understand how things work, not just use them Nice-to-haves - Workflow automation tools (Zapier, n8n, Make) - Retool, Gradio, or similar lightweight UI frameworks - Git, basic SQL, or comfort with JSON/CSV at scale - Exposure to payments, fraud, compliance, or risk operations - even tangentially - A portfolio, GitHub, or demo you can walk us through Additional Information Bring all of you to work We create the conditions for high performers to thrive, through real ownership, fewer blockers, and work that makes a difference from day one. Here, you’ll move fast, take on meaningful challenges, and be recognized for the impact you deliver. It’s a place where ambition gets met with opportunity, and where your growth is in your hands. We work as one team, and we back each other to succeed. So whatever your background or identity, if you’re ready to grow and make a difference, you’ll be right at home here. It’s important we set you up for success and make our process as accessible as possible. So let us know in your application, or tell your recruiter directly, if you need anything to make your experience or working environment more comfortable. Life at Checkout.com http://Checkout.com We understand that work is just one part of your life. Our hybrid working model offers flexibility, with three days per week in the office to support collaboration and connection. Curious about what it’s like to be part of our team? Location: San Francisco, CA | New York City, NY About Anthropic Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role Anthropic is seeking a Financial Data and Controls Lead to join our Billing Platform team. Billing Platform builds the systems customers use to transact with Anthropic: subscriptions, usage billing, quote to cash, invoicing, and payments. You'll be the dedicated owner of billing accuracy, reconciliation, and financial controls across those systems, making sure the right checks run, the right controls are in place, and the audit evidence exists. Our billing systems and pricing change often, and each flow needs to meet SOX requirements. Accurate billing is what lets us launch products and pricing quickly and still close the books on time. The hard problems today include validating negotiated pricing from contract to invoice, handling the many forms of credits, app store billing, and keeping controls current while the systems under them are replaced. This is a foundational role and the first hire of its kind on the team. You'll lead a working group of the reconciliation and controls owners from each billing engineering team, and you'll set the approach they follow. You'll work closely with Finance Systems, Accounting, Internal Audit, and Data Engineering. The role sits in Engineering and works with Finance every day. Our Data organization builds the pipelines and owns the warehouse, and you'll use that data and partner with that team. We're looking for an engineer or data practitioner with strong accounting domain knowledge, who can talk to engineers about systems and to Finance and auditors about risk and materiality. Key responsibilities Own reconciliation and accuracy checks for critical billing data (quantity, price, discounts, and invoices) across our product platform, third-party billing and payment providers, app stores, cloud marketplaces, and in-house systems Design and run detective controls that catch billing errors before they reach the accounting books Partner with billing engineering teams to turn repeat checks into automated verifiers Review billing changes that have financial impact, flag the ones that touch SOX or IT application controls (ITACs), and make sure functional test evidence is in place Make SOX review a standard, lightweight step in how billing changes ship, treated like a security review, so launches are not delayed by it Own the end-to-end test strategy and audit evidence for those changes, working with Finance Systems, Data Engineering, Accounting, and Internal Audit Triage billing errors, prioritize backfills and fixes with the owning teams, and track materiality over time Define and maintain the data contracts between billing and finance systems, so downstream teams can find and trust the data they need Lead the working group of reconciliation and controls owners across billing engineering teams, through influence and not reporting lines Act as the Billing owner, alongside Accounting and Finance Systems, for translating the product and pricing roadmap into financial impact, test strategy, and process updates Minimum qualifications Experience building or owning a financial ledger, billing reconciliation, or cash reconciliation system end to end, one that Accounting relied on to close the books Hands-on SQL skills strong enough to take two messy datasets (for example usage events and invoices), match them, find the breaks, and explain the root cause Accounting domain knowledge (order to cash, month-end close, and materiality) sufficient to tell which billing changes have financial impact Experience working with SOX and Internal Audit teams on IT application controls, detective controls, transaction monitoring, functional test evidence, and auditor walkthroughs Experience defining data contracts between billing or product systems and finance systems such as the ERP, general ledger, or revenue recognition Track record of driving work across Engineering, Finance, Accounting, and Audit without direct authority Ability to explain technical issues to Finance and auditors in their terms, and financial risk to engineers in theirs Interest in AI and a commitment to Anthropic's mission of building safe, beneficial AI systems Preferred qualifications Background as a backend, data, or analytics engineer who built a financial ledger or cash reconciliation system from scratch Experience running these systems under public company reporting requirements, and scaling them as the company grew Experience with usage-based or consumption billing Experience with multi-party billing, such as marketplaces, or app stores Experience turning manual checks into automated verifiers with engineering teams Experience remediating a control deficiency, or standing up a controls program while the underlying systems were changing A track record of using Claude or other AI tools to automate reconciliation, testing, or evidence collection, with checks that hold up to review Experience with billing and finance tools such as Stripe, Metronome, Zuora, NetSuite, or Workday Financials Python for data analysis or automation The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $345,000 — $425,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices. Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this. For roles performing work in California: We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest or conviction records or criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws, including the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, the City of Los Angeles’ Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, and the California Fair Chance Act. We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team. Your safety matters to us. To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit anthropic.com/careers directly for confirmed position openings. About the role Anthropic’s mission is to ensure that the world safely makes the transition through transformative AI. Security is one of the clearest places where that mission plays out: the same capabilities that help attackers move faster can help defenders move faster too, and helping them use those capabilities safely and well is what this team is for. Security teams are among the earliest and most demanding users of frontier AI. They use Claude to review code at scale, find vulnerabilities before attackers do, and work through alert queues their analysts can’t keep up with. Anthropic’s Applied AI organization is building a dedicated Security team to help them do this well, and we are looking for its first leader. You will build this team from zero. You’ll decide which security customers the team serves first, who you hire and in what order, and how the team works with Sales, Applied AI Engineering, and our security, legal, and trust partners. You’ll also stay hands-on with a few of our most important security customers, because what you learn in those accounts becomes the playbook for everyone else. You’ll also set the standard for how security customers use Claude responsibly, including where a person has to review the output before anyone acts on it. What you’ll do Hire, onboard, and develop the first Applied AI Architects on the Security team. Coach senior and early-career architects differently, and give each one clear goals. Decide where the team spends its time: which segments and account types come first, which deals get architect coverage, and how to say no clearly when demand outruns headcount. Partner with security account executives on joint account plans, regular pipeline and forecast reviews, and deals where the customer’s security review sets the close date. Guide customers from discovery through evaluations and proofs of concept with written success criteria. Then take them from one-time code scans to sustained workloads: application security in the development lifecycle, continuous automated penetration testing, alert triage and investigation, and vulnerability and threat intelligence. Work alongside the security ISVs, systems integrators, and managed security providers already in our customers’ accounts. Keep a clear line between what Anthropic delivers and what partners deliver. Bring in Applied AI Engineers and our security, legal, and trust teams when a customer’s build or review needs them. Write the first security playbooks, reference implementations, and evaluation approaches. Bring what you learn back to Product, Engineering, and Research, so Claude becomes more useful and more trustworthy for defenders at the same time. Carry a small number of strategic security accounts yourself, from executive briefings with CISOs to hands-on workshops with their engineers. You may be a good fit if you Have 12+ years of industry experience with at least 4 years managing a team of customer-facing technical people, such as solutions architects, sales engineers, or security consultants, and can show how the team grew and performed under you. Have hands-on security depth in at least one area, such as application security, detection and response, offensive security, or vulnerability management, deep enough that practitioners trust your judgment . Application security experience highly preferred. Have used LLMs for real security work, such as code review, vulnerability discovery, triage, or investigation, and can say where they helped and where they failed. Have worked large enterprise security deals end to end, including customer security reviews, in close partnership with sales. Care about making AI both safe and useful for defenders, and can explain security risk and value to a CISO and to the engineers who will run the work, in terms each one cares about. The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $380,000 — $450,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. Location: USA (Remote); Canada (Remote) Workplace: Remote Mysten Labs’ mission is to advance the internet through step-function improvements in what technology makes possible. Mysten Labs is looking for a hands-on Security Engineer with strong application security fundamentals and a track record of finding and fixing real vulnerabilities. You’ll own bug bounty programs and external audits, secure our code and software supply chain, and build tooling that protects Mysten’s products and users across the Sui ecosystem. Responsibilities - Run Mysten's bug bounty programs: triage, severity, responses, internal escalations, fix validation, and the budget and payouts. Turn recurring report classes into automated checks. - Own audit engagements: scope and schedule external audits, act as the technical counterpart during the engagement, and track findings through remediation and fix validation. - Conduct code and design reviews of systems built by Mysten, its subsidiaries and partners (Rust, TypeScript, Move). Drive issues to conclusion, including investigation and incident response, and run variant analysis so each bug class is closed everywhere it occurs. - Own software supply chain security: dependency and CI/CD malware defenses, Endor Labs, the code security service (GitHub controls, merge bots), and the ongoing code security self-auditing service. Detect and respond to compromised packages, maintainers and build pipelines, and secure the provenance and signing of what Mysten ships. - Build and improve anti-scam and anti-abuse tooling for the Sui ecosystem: detect phishing sites, malicious dApps, drainer contracts and other threats that target Sui users, and work with wallet teams on mitigations. - Build security tooling: LLM-driven triage and review agents, and static and dynamic analysis (taint, call graphs, fuzzing) wired into CI and code review. Build in known-clean checks so people trust the results. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 3+ years of hands-on experience in security engineering, application security or product security, with a track record of finding real vulnerabilities (bug bounty reports, audit findings, CVEs or published research). - Strong Web2 security fundamentals: XSS, CSRF, SSRF, authorization flaws, injection, deserialization, software supply chain failures, cryptographic failures. - Proficiency in one or more of Rust, TypeScript, Python or Move, and experience reviewing and writing security-sensitive code. - Hands-on knowledge of software supply chain attack surface: package ecosystems (npm, crates.io http://crates.io, PyPI), CI/CD (GitHub Actions workflow injection, token exposure, unpinned actions), and build provenance. - Solid understanding of applied cryptography fundamentals and the common ways cryptographic systems are misused in practice. - Experience on either side of a bug bounty program or an audit engagement. - Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to influence teams you have no formal authority over. - Interest in the web3 space is required. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Smart contract or wallet security: Move, Solidity or Rust-based chains; Sui's object and capability model is a plus. - Static or dynamic program analysis: CodeQL, Semgrep, taint analysis, fuzzing, symbolic execution. - Experience building security tooling with LLM agents (Claude Code skills or comparable), and a clear sense of where models help and where deterministic tooling has to do the work. - Anti-phishing, anti-fraud or trust & safety experience: domain and content monitoring, crawling, classifiers, threat intelligence. - Knowledge of recent crypto incidents and the defect classes behind them: drainer kits, DeFi frontend compromises, package-registry compromises. - Notable bug bounty rankings, CVEs, publications or conference talks. Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, which may include verification of employment history, education credentials, criminal history, and other relevant information. Location: Anywhere in France Workplace: Hybrid HEALTH CAN’T WAIT. Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t. Alan exists to end the wait. Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way. So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience. We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR. Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond. 🛡️ THE ROLE Most GRC roles are about keeping auditors happy. This one is about earning our members' trust: every day, they share their diagnoses, their claims and their care with us. You'll own security governance and risk at Alan end to end. That means one clear framework across our certifications and regulations, which the whole company uses to decide what matters most. You set the direction, make the calls on risk, and help every team own its part. We just earned our HDS certification, and there's much more to build as we grow from 1M to many millions of members, across more countries and regulators. That includes how we govern AI, which Alan uses across its products and operations. This is a hands-on senior role. You do the work yourself, mentor the junior GRC engineer we're hiring alongside you, and grow the team over time. 🚀 WHAT YOU'LL DO - Make our security framework a tool for the whole company. You own the full certification cycle (ISO 27001, HDS and those to come), and turn it into something teams use every day to prioritise, not a binder for auditors. - Bring the security view on regulation. Legal and Risk own the regulatory relationships. You bring the security answer: what the rules mean for how we protect data, and which controls make it work in practice. - Run risk as an ongoing programme. You map and prioritise security risks, including AI risks, turn them into clear treatment plans, and feed them into company-wide risk decisions with the Risk team. - Help every team own its risks. You define the controls framework and the standards, while the teams who build and run our systems own the controls. You brief the board and audit committee, and you know which findings need an urgent call and which can wait for the quarterly report. - Own incident governance. You triage and escalate incidents, own business continuity and disaster recovery, and shape the security side of our regulatory incident reports. - Be a credible partner to engineering. You work with engineering teams early on new designs and spot control gaps (access, encryption, logging) before they ship. You don't need to be an architect, but you can hold the conversation. 🏗️ WHAT YOU'LL BUILD - One governance model: clear ownership of risks and controls across teams, so security decisions don't bottleneck on one person. - A living risk map: prioritised risks that actually drive company and engineering decisions. - One compliance backbone: a single control system across our countries and regulators, built to scale. - An automated evidence engine: evidence collected straight from engineering systems, so audits run continuously instead of as a quarterly rush. You'll work closely with Legal, the Data Protection Officer, Internal Audit and Risk, and day to day with engineering and operations teams. ⭐ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Your team You'll join Alan's Corporate team, which brings together our control functions: Risk, Corporate Governance & Internal Control, Legal, Compliance and Security. They share one mission: building what lets Alan operate at scale, safely and responsibly. Within that group, you carry the security governance and risk dimension, working hand in hand with the security engineers who run our infrastructure and platform security, and with a junior GRC engineer we're hiring alongside you. You'll be hands-on every day, building and owning the work yourself. Along the way, you'll mentor the junior engineer and help shape how GRC grows at Alan. What you bring - You want to build and own things yourself, and you enjoy helping someone else grow while you do it. - 6+ years in security, with real GRC ownership. - You've run a GRC roadmap in a certified or strongly regulated environment (ISO 27001, HDS, SOC 2, or regulated sectors like health, insurance or finance). You're comfortable working with certification auditors, and you can explain what a framework requires and why it makes sense for business teams. - You take a stand on risks, and you'd rather close one real risk than write ten policies. - You're fluent in French and English. A big plus - You've driven a certification or audit cycle end to end yourself. - You've automated compliance work, or you're eager to, and you have a view on where AI can help. - You've presented risk to senior leaders or a board. - You've mentored or onboarded someone before. 🌍 HOW WE WORK Location: You must be legally eligible to work from France, Belgium or Spain. Remote work: We offer remote work flexibility. Contract type: Permanent contract only (no freelancing). 🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES. If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success. Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist.
