You will be developing internal features used by platform software and hardware teams, to help build and improve the PlayStation® graphics software stack, as well as diagnose low-level platform issues.
You will collaborate with game developers and platform engineers to gain a deep understanding of their needs, with a view to creating efficient, reliable and scalable tools, which are a joy to use for new and deeply technical engineers alike.
This is a unique senior engineering role at the heart of PlayStation® GPU technology, where you will work within a highly experienced technology-driven team. We are looking for developers who are passionate about their craft, the products they build, and who would like to make a lasting impact on the PlayStation® graphics software stack, its tooling, and its future.
What we are looking for
Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to design and implement highly reliable performant systems in C++.
Strong debugging skills, including the ability to understand and reason about complex systems, as well as unpick their interactions.
Experience developing on consoles, particularly using console graphics and memory management APIs.
An interest in GPU architecture and low-level graphics engineering.
Experience using GPU profiling and debugging tools.
An eagerness to learn and take responsibility of features end-to-end, from building core systems, to influencing end-user UX design.

ABOUT PEEC AI
Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.
We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, that went from $0 to $15M ARR in 18 months, with a 100+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our New York office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to keep Peec's revenue engine clean, accurate, and running on time. Our sales team is scaling fast across Berlin and New York on a motion that combines product-led signups with outbound, and every forecast, pipeline review, and routing rule depends on the data in HubSpot being right.
You'll own that day-to-day layer hands-on: maintaining HubSpot, building the reports and dashboards sales leadership runs on, and taking manual admin off the GTM team's plate. You'll report to CRO and work daily with AEs, SDRs, and sales leadership. This is a role for someone early in their RevOps career who wants to learn fast inside a company that's growing faster. This is an on-site role in our New York office.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Keep HubSpot clean and trustworthy: properties, lifecycle stages, deal stages, duplicates, and the hygiene standards everything downstream depends on
- Build and maintain the reports and dashboards behind weekly pipeline reviews, conversion tracking, and forecast calls
- Manage lead routing and assignment rules so inbound, product signups, and outbound land with the right rep fast
- Build HubSpot workflows and automations that take manual work off AEs and SDRs
- Support territory, quota, and commission tracking with clean data and accurate inputs for Finance
- Onboard new GTM hires onto HubSpot and the tools around it, and keep process documentation current
- Handle day-to-day CRM requests from the sales team and spot the patterns worth fixing properly
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1 to 3 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or CRM administration at a B2B SaaS company
- Strong hands-on HubSpot skills: you've built workflows, reports, and properties, not just logged activity in it
- Detail-oriented with data: you notice when a number looks wrong and dig until you know why
- A clear communicator who can push back on a messy process with reps and sales leaders
- Curious about AI tooling and keen to automate repetitive work
- Based in New York, or ready to relocate, and excited to be in the office five days a week
BONUS POINTS
- HubSpot certifications (Sales Hub, Operations Hub, or Reporting)
- Exposure to Clay, n8n, Zapier, or similar automation tools
- Some SQL for pulling your own answers out of the data
- Experience in a fast-scaling startup or a product-led sales motion
WHAT WE OFFER
- Exciting and challenging work with real impact and ownership as we build our US team in New York
- Competitive salary and meaningful equity: everyone at Peec owns a piece of the upside
- Comprehensive benefits package
- Regular team events and off-sites
- A collaborative, in-office work environment in the heart of New York

- Improve query performance and data freshness. Make those properties observable to the team and understandable to customers.
- Extend API capabilities and chain coverage, with tests for differences in chain behavior and data semantics.
- Develop streaming and event-delivery capabilities with explicit guarantees for ordering, replay, and failure recovery.
- Reduce the cost of storing, processing, and serving data through measured changes to architecture and query execution.
- Participate in production support and incident response for the systems you own. Maintain monitoring, runbooks, safe rollouts, and fixes that prevent recurrence.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- A track record of independently designing, shipping, and operating production backend or distributed data systems.
- Strong programming skills in a production backend language, plus experience with databases, indexing, and query performance.
- Experience reasoning about consistency, partitioning, asynchronous processing, and failure recovery.
- Evidence that you can diagnose a production problem and improve the system beyond the immediate fix.
- Sound API design judgment, including compatibility, pagination, error handling, and data contracts.
- Clear communication and the ability to turn an ambiguous customer problem into a scoped engineering project.
Blockchain experience is helpful, but not required. You should be interested in learning how chain behavior affects data correctness.
HELPFUL EXPERIENCE
- ClickHouse or other analytical databases; Kafka or similar streaming systems.
- Blockchain indexers, EVM logs and traces, finality, or non-EVM data models.
- Developer-facing data APIs, real-time delivery, or large historical datasets.
- Storage migrations and performance or cost optimization under production traffic.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Within three months:
- You have shipped a customer-facing improvement and can show its effect on data quality, freshness, latency, or cost.
- You own a production component, have tested its recovery behavior, and have proposed the next improvement using operational evidence and developer feedback.

This leader owns the technology vision, architecture, product strategy, and roadmap for platforms used by marketers worldwide to reach hundreds of millions of players. The role is accountable for building secure, scalable, AI-enabled capabilities that improve marketing effectiveness, speed, and customer experience.
We are seeking a technology leader with direct software or data engineering experience building marketing technology products and platforms. The successful candidate can lead engineers and technical product teams, make architecture and build-versus-buy decisions, and translate marketing needs into durable systems. Experience limited to administering vendors or managing a marketing technology stack without direct engineering experience does not meet the requirements of this role.
Key Responsibilities
Technology Engineering and Product Leadership
Lead multidisciplinary teams responsible for marketing technology engineering, product management, and UX, with clear goals, operating rhythms, and accountability for delivery.
Own end-to-end delivery and operation of global marketing platforms, from discovery and architecture through launch, adoption, reliability, and continuous improvement.
Set the architecture for marketing platforms, APIs, data pipelines, audience services, orchestration, and activation integrations.
Define the marketing technology product vision and prioritize a multi-year roadmap based on customer value, technical feasibility, business impact, risk, and platform health.
Establish engineering standards for security, privacy, reliability, observability, scalability, and the management of technical debt.
Lead product discovery and UX research with marketing teams globally, converting user needs into intuitive workflows and measurable product outcomes.
Evaluate build, buy, and partner options with technical rigor, and ensure third-party platforms integrate into a coherent, maintainable architecture.
Measurement Experimentation and Audience Activation
Lead the measurement and experimentation function, including test design, measurement frameworks, platform capabilities, and the use of results in marketing decisions.
Lead audience activation and marketing data teams responsible for identity, segmentation, consent-aware audience management, data quality, governance, and activation readiness.
Connect audience, measurement, and activation capabilities across marketing channels so teams can plan, execute, learn, and optimize through shared data and platforms.
Partner with Data Science and Analytics leaders to embed experimentation, causal measurement, predictive models, and decision support into marketing workflows.
Assess and scale AI and automation use cases that improve marketer productivity, decision quality, and customer relevance.
Strategy and Transformation
Serve as the technical and strategic partner to Media, Creative, Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Data Science, and Business Analytics leaders.
Align SIE teams that own or influence the marketing technology stack around a single architecture, product vision, roadmap, and set of investment priorities.
Lead high-priority transformation initiatives, managing execution, organizational dependencies, adoption, and measurable business outcomes.
Partner with marketing leaders to redesign workflows, processes, decision rights, and operating models around new platform capabilities.
Balance global platform standards with appropriate local and product-level flexibility while maintaining security, privacy, and architectural integrity.
Define success measures and post-launch KPI tracking for platform performance, adoption, marketing effectiveness, and business impact.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, data engineering, or a related technical field; equivalent practical experience is acceptable. An advanced degree is preferred.
12+ years of experience across software or data engineering, technical product management, and marketing technology, including leadership of global teams.
Direct software or data engineering experience and a record of leading engineering teams that built and operated production marketing technology systems.
Demonstrated success building, launching, and operating enterprise SaaS products or internal platforms, beyond implementing or administering third-party tools.
Technical depth in cloud architecture, APIs, systems integration, data pipelines, identity and audience systems, security, privacy, reliability, and scalability.
Experience leading multidisciplinary organizations spanning engineering, product management, UX, measurement and experimentation, analytics or data science, and audience activation.
Strong command of experimentation methods, marketing measurement, analytics, and the use of data to improve product and marketing decisions.
Experience with AI-powered products, machine learning platforms, or automation in production environments.
Experience owning multi-year technology and product roadmaps and making investment, architecture, and build-versus-buy decisions.
Ability to influence senior leaders, communicate technical tradeoffs clearly, and lead transformation across teams and regions.
