About Alchemy
Alchemy is the Web3 infrastructure and developer platform that powers millions of users and the world’s most innovative blockchain applications. From enabling $1+ trillion in financial transactions worldwide to scaling L2s and enabling DeFi, Alchemy provides the infrastructure and tools developers need to build reliable, scalable, and accessible experiences.
Trusted by companies like JPMorgan, Stripe, Visa, Franklin Templeton, Nike, and backed by a16z, Coatue, Silver Lake, Lightspeed, and Stanford University, Alchemy is building the foundational layer for a decentralized and AI-enabled Web3 ecosystem. For more information, visit alchemy.com http://alchemy.com.
About the Role
As an Account Executive. You will be Alchemy’s tip of the spear in the Solana ecosystem — building, closing, and expanding partnerships with top apps, infra providers, and ecosystem players. You’ll be equally comfortable in a hackathon booth, on a stage at Breakpoint, or in a multi-threaded deal cycle with a Series B founder and their engineering lead. This is a builder’s role. You’ll shape our Solana GTM engine from the ground up — from identifying the most strategic accounts to partnering with product and engineering on roadmap priorities.
What You’ll Do
- Drive new business and expansion within the Solana-native developer ecosystem across DeFi, NFTs, gaming, infra, and emerging categories.
- Leverage your existing Solana network to open doors, accelerate trust, and shorten sales cycles.
- Collaborate directly with the Solana Foundation, SuperTeams, and ecosystem partners on joint GTM motions.
- Represent Alchemy at top Solana events, hackathons, and community meetups globally.
- Run a tight product feedback loop with our Solana engineering team to keep us ahead of the competition on performance and features.
- Work closely with marketing on co-marketing, case studies, and success stories that make “Powered by Alchemy” a mark of trust in Solana.
What we’re looking for
- Deep relationships in the Solana ecosystem and the ability to activate them.
- 5–8+ years in B2B sales or BD with a track record of hitting/exceeding targets in high-growth, technical markets.
- Experience closing partnerships with startups and scaling teams, ideally in dev tooling, infrastructure, or adjacent categories.
- The ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous markets — and to build the playbook as you go.
- A genuine passion for Web3, crypto infrastructure, and Solana’s mission.

About the Role
A once-in-a-generation shift is underway. Global banks, fintechs, and TradFi leaders: JPMorgan, Visa, PayPal, and more, are moving beyond pilots to launch real products on crypto rails. The trusted infrastructure powering billions of transactions for the builders shaping the future of finance.
We’re looking for an Enterprise AE to lead our largest, most strategic partnerships at this critical inflection point. This is a chance to influence how the next decade of global finance gets built.
What You'll Do
You’ll own and grow a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts — a mix of major financial institutions, top fintech innovators, and the most ambitious Web3 companies in the world. This is not a standard sales role. You will:
- Navigate board-level relationships and collaborate daily with Alchemy’s C-Suite and top-tier investors.
- Orchestrate multi-year, multi-stakeholder deals spanning CTOs, innovation labs, product leads, and procurement at global scale.
- Design and execute multi-threaded strategies using MEDDPICC to land and expand seven- and eight-figure partnerships.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executives defining their blockchain strategy
- Bring market intelligence back to GTM leadership to directly influence Alchemy’s roadmap and category leadership.
What we're looking for
- 7–10+ years closing complex SaaS/infrastructure deals with $500K+ ACV.
- Track record of breaking into net-new strategic accounts and expanding them into marquee wins.
- Deep experience in financial services, fintech, or payments — paired with the curiosity and credibility to engage deeply with Web3 teams.

- Comfort operating in fast-moving, high-stakes, category-creating markets.

About Pinecone
Pinecone is the leading vector database for building accurate and performant AI applications at scale in production. Pinecone's mission is to make AI knowledgeable. More than 9000 customers across various industries have shipped AI applications faster and more confidently with Pinecone's developer-friendly technology. Pinecone is based in New York and raised $138M in funding from Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ, Menlo Ventures, and Wing Venture Capital.
ABOUT THE TEAM AND ROLE:
Pinecone is looking for a full-stack engineer to bring a new level of visibility, control, and trust to our product experiences. From cost metrics and spend alerts to interactive usage dashboards, we’re looking for a product-focused engineer who will deliver transparent and accurate insights to our customers.
As a member of the Experience Platform team, you’ll have direct ownership over the billing, management, and authentication interfaces that we need our customers to understand and trust. You understand the responsibility and care this type of work requires, while also moving quickly to match Pinecone’s rapid growth. You’ll do this by working closely with product, design, and other engineering teams to identify user and system needs and build the right thing, at the right abstraction level, at the right time.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Shape our product experience. Influence the rollout of products, propose and build new features, and advocate for experiences that will build confidence with our customers.
- Ship end-to-end experiences across API, SDK, and web. You'll own the full surface, from the HTTP layer to the UI, and you'll make calls across all of it.
- Own integrations with billing systems and vendor APIs, designing for resiliency against outages, schema drift, and inconsistent data.
- Create observable, auditable systems with monitoring, alerting, and verification mechanisms that give leadership and customers confidence in the numbers.
- Bring AI-assisted development practices to the team — use the best tools available and help establish patterns that let a small team move at a pace that shouldn't be possible.
- Partner with finance, product, and design to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, and push back when the abstraction level isn't right.
REQUIREMENTS:
Engineers at Pinecone operate with high autonomy. You'll be an active partner in setting strategy on APIs, interfaces, observability, and our product experience — not just executing on a roadmap. We care more about how you think and how you work than whether your resume checks every box. In exchange, we’ll make sure you’re set up for success with mentorship and technical guidance.
You should have:
- At least 2 years of software engineering experience
- A bias toward automation and leverage — you reach for systems and tooling before you reach for elbow grease
- Hands-on experience shipping with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar) as a genuine part of your workflow
- Proven ability to design and deliver APIs for a rapidly scaling product surface
- Proficiency building web interfaces with React or similar
- Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Strong intuition for what makes APIs easy for both humans and agents to use correctly
Bonus points for:
- Experience at a SaaS company with usage-based or consumption pricing models
- Experience building billing-specific features, such as usage dashboards or cost reporting
- Strong familiarity with a compiled language like Rust, Go, or Java
- Experience integrating with third-party financial APIs and building defensively against inconsistent or delayed data
- Experience with queueing and streaming technologies such as Kafka, Kinesis, or Pub/Sub
Perks & Benefits:
- Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, vision, and mental health resources
- 401(k) Plan
- Equity award
- Flexible time off
- Paid parental leave
- WFH Equipment Stipend

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Run growth experiments for Notion’s Startups and SMB programs. You’ll turn promising ideas into measurable customer and revenue growth, moving from a signal in the data to a live experiment and a clear readout. Unlike a narrowly scoped growth role, you’ll work across acquisition, product experiences, AI-enabled systems, and operations—partnering with Ecosystem Growth, Storytelling, Product, and Engineering. On a typical week, you might query behavior data, prototype an in-product flow, launch a campaign workflow, and decide whether the signal is strong enough to scale.
This role is based in New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Establish Startups and SMBs as a proving ground for growth ideas that can expand Notion’s acquisition, activation, and revenue.
- By your 90th day, map the relevant funnel, data sources, and existing growth bets with partners, then ship and evaluate your first experiment from hypothesis to customer-facing launch.
- By your 90th day, use AI as a practical collaborator by building an AI-assisted workflow for audience research, campaign iteration, quality checks, or analysis—with clear human judgment and data guardrails.
- By the end of your first year, build and iterate a portfolio of growth programs, using SQL and customer research to identify overlooked opportunities and decide where to invest next.
- By the end of your first year, turn the strongest experiments into reusable programs, playbooks, and measurement systems that other teams can run—and raise the bar for how Notion evaluates growth opportunities.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- A track record of shipping growth or operations projects, with a clear account of what you personally built and what changed as a result. This matters because the role owns the path from idea to measurable outcome.
- Strong SQL and analytical judgment: you can work through messy data, test assumptions, and distinguish a promising signal from a misleading result.
- Hands-on experience building campaigns or automated workflows in tools such as Customer.io http://Customer.io, Salesforce, or comparable platforms.
- The ability to turn an ambiguous goal into a practical plan, unblock yourself where possible, and communicate clearly when you need help from another team.
- Curiosity and learning agility, including a willingness to use AI as a real collaborator and to build better workflows as you learn what works.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $180,000 per year.
By clicking “Submit Application”, I understand and agree that Notion and its affiliates and subsidiaries will collect and process my information in accordance with Notion’s Global Recruiting Privacy Policy https://notion.notion.site/Notion-Global-Recruiting-Privacy-Policy-fc3eb4e829354a26a2bb6fd5e289b550?pvs=74 and NYLL 144 https://notion.notion.site/Ashby-AI-Bias-Audit-2b0efdeead05803bbbfae159ec86c528.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s.
Truly unique opportunity to shape and scale self-optimizing paid marketing systems for Growth. This role exists to turn our performance marketing experimentation program from a prototype into the operating system. The opportunity calls for deep paid-growth expertise and a strong grasp of how channel mechanics, audiences, creative, measurement, experimentation, and automation fit together. You’ll set the strategy and operating model, and guide the agentic infrastructure that brings it to life. You’ll partner with BizOps, Strat Fin, Growth, Ecosystems, and Marketing across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and ChatGPT, interpreting always-on geo, cohort, creative, and spend signals in context.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- By day 90:
- Map how geo, audience, creative, spend, measurement, experimentation, and platform constraints interact; establish an operating model that turns those signals into hypotheses, tests, and clear kill/scale decisions, with agents supporting execution.
- Build a deep understanding of onboarding and activation, and how paid acquisition connects to downstream user quality; partner with Growth PM and Ecosystems PM on meaningful improvements.
- Establish how AI and agents can strengthen the end-to-end decision system—from analysis and hypothesis generation to creative and audience development, experiment QA, and reusable workflows—improving decision quality, not only execution speed.
- By the end of year one:
- Graduate the program from managing the experimental budget to managing the majority of paid spend, while maintaining efficiency and Notion’s quality bar for ad creative.
- Establish stronger measurement and a clear, connected view of which experiments move which metrics, why they work, and how results vary by user cohort; use that understanding to shape more personalized experiences.
- Turn the system into a repeatable model for Demand Generation, raising the standard for experimentation, measurement, and agentic marketing infrastructure across the organization.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Strong systems fluency across APIs, automation pipelines, and agentic systems. You can see how platform integrations, data, measurement, workflows, and constraints fit together; shape sound architecture and tradeoffs; and partner credibly with technical teams to make the system reliable.
- Deep paid-growth subject matter expertise across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, and Google. You understand how channel mechanics, budgets, audiences, creative, and performance interact, and can connect those dynamics to real marketing outcomes.
- Expert measurement and performance-analysis judgment: you can interpret geo, cohort, creative, and spend signals in context, identify meaningful patterns, understand what is driving them, and make clear kill/scale decisions.
- Strong product and systems judgment across technical and marketing domains, with the ability to connect the parts into a coherent strategy and translate an ambiguous frontier into a system with a high quality bar.
- High-agency cross-functional ownership: you can work across BizOps, Strat Fin, Growth, Ecosystems, and Marketing to align decisions and deliver the full loop from strategy through operating model and infrastructure to outcomes.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $191,000 - $225,000 per year.

As the Director of Dedicated Infrastructure Engineering & Platforms, you will lead the engineering organization responsible for GitLab Dedicated, GitLab's premium single-tenant SaaS offering for enterprise customers in regulated industries, and public sector.
You will lead a high-performing organization of managers and engineers who own the entire lifecycle of dedicated and cellular platforms, from orchestration, integrations, resilience, and incident response to switchboard APIs, public sector compliance, and enterprise customer migrations. Your mission is to scale GitLab Dedicated from its current trajectory toward an aggressive growth target, ensuring enterprise customers experience full platform capabilities with dedicated infrastructure, compliance certifications, and enterprise-grade SLAs in an isolated environment.
As a high-impact executive leader, you will define the strategy for single-tenant and public sector SaaS platforms, drive critical infrastructure investments, ensure FedRAMP/compliance operational readiness, and build the switchboard and migration capabilities that allow enterprise customers to seamlessly transition to and scale on Dedicated. You will succeed by cultivating a culture of operational excellence, closing key business and roadmap gaps, and leading distributed engineering teams to deliver high-availability, highly secure platform experiences.
What you'll do
Own the strategy and roadmap for GitLab Dedicated, and ensure the platform scales with customer growth and converges with GitLab's cellular architecture.
Partner with Product and executive leadership to deliver on growth targets, with a focus on platform reliability, faster customer onboarding, infrastructure cost efficiency, and self-service administration.
Lead the engineering teams that build and run the platform: tenant orchestration and integrations, resilience and incident response, the Switchboard control plane, public sector platforms and compliance, and enterprise migrations and import tooling. Uphold enterprise-grade SLAs across every tenant.
Deliver GitLab Dedicated for Government: AWS GovCloud infrastructure, FedRAMP operations and audit readiness, air-gapped isolation, and public sector feature delivery.
Make enterprise migrations to Dedicated predictable, repeatable, and low-disruption through self-service tooling and guided workflows.
Hire, coach, and scale engineering managers across distributed teams, and bring practical AI-enabled workflows into how the organization works.
Partner with Product, Security, and Customer Support to keep customer commitments, architecture, and investments aligned.
What you'll bring
You have led engineering organizations that run enterprise single or multi tenant SaaS infrastructure and cloud platforms at scale.
You have measurably improved production reliability, reduced toil, or lowered infrastructure cost on a platform you owned.
You have deep expertise in cloud-native and cellular architectures, Infrastructure as Code, and modular services that deploy and scale independently across cloud environments.
You have delivered and operated enterprise offerings under strict compliance regimes such as FedRAMP and AWS GovCloud.
You have led organizational changes, including adopting AI enabled workflows that raise engineering system efficiencies.
You translate financial targets into engineering investments, headcount plans, and execution roadmaps.
You lead with ownership, speed with quality, and a focus on customer outcomes.
About the team
