We're looking for a strategic Staff Web Growth Marketing Manager who combines deep expertise in web growth marketing with a hands-on execution mindset. This role is responsible for defining and driving the strategy for our highest-impact web experiences while independently leading complex initiatives from concept through launch, experimentation, optimization, and measurement.

Success in this role requires balancing long-term strategic thinking with a willingness to dive deep into execution. You'll establish scalable frameworks for experimentation, measurement, and operational excellence while remaining closely connected to the work – writing requirements, analyzing data, launching experiments, and continuously improving customer experiences.
This is a hybrid full-time position based out of our New York, NY office, with two days per week in the office.
Technologies You’ll Use
Webflow, Sanity, Optimizely, Google Analytics (GA4), Amplitude, Looker, Microsoft Clarity, Jira, Figma, and Excel/Gsheets.

Own high-impact web growth initiatives end-to-end, from strategic planning and requirements gathering through launch, optimization, and performance analysis. Partner with Web Design and Engineering to translate plans into real experiences.
Drive alignment across complex and ambiguous initiatives by balancing business impact, user experience, technical feasibility, and organizational priorities to make informed decisions and move work forward.
Write comprehensive business requirements documents (BRDs) to translate vision into strategic implementation plans that align cross-functional teams and accelerate execution.
Leverage behavioral analytics, user research, and market trends to identify opportunities, optimize user journeys, and inform strategic decisions.
Develop and execute experimentation roadmaps across critical user journeys, including the Homepage, Navigation, Pricing, Signup, and other high-impact experiences to improve acquisition, conversion, and pipeline.
Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Brand, Product, Analytics, and executive stakeholders to influence priorities and deliver cohesive web experiences.
Identify emerging opportunities in AI, personalization, and web technologies, influencing roadmap direction and investment decisions that accelerate long-term business growth.
Mentor teammates and serve as a recognized subject matter expert, raising the strategic, operational, and execution maturity of the broader web and marketing organization.
Skills We’re Looking For
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute long-term web growth strategies that drive measurable business outcomes across acquisition, conversion, and pipeline generation.
Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, independently driving initiatives from concept through launch, measurement, and optimization.
Deep expertise in behavioral analytics, experimentation strategy, conversion rate optimization, and translating insights into strategic recommendations.
Exceptional cross-functional leadership and influence, with experience aligning cross-functional and executive stakeholders on complex and ambiguous initiatives.
Strong prioritization skills, with the ability to evaluate tradeoffs, influence roadmap direction, and recommend investments based on business impact, scalability, and user needs.
Experience creating scalable operational frameworks and documentation that improve organizational effectiveness and raise execution quality across teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to independently present recommendations, business cases, and strategic insights to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

Experience marketing technical B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or developer-focused products.

Passion for mentoring peers and establishing scalable best practices across a team.

An overview of this role
As a Staff Renewals Operations Manager at GitLab, you'll help own the operational engine that makes renewals predictable, measurable, and efficient at scale. Reporting to the Director of CX Operations, you'll be the Renewals team's go-to business partner for processes, tooling, forecasting and insights, consumption and subscription data, and the steps required to quote and close a renewal. This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports. You'll lead through ownership and influence, connecting teams and workflows, turning ambiguous problems into clear next steps, and driving improvements that others across the revenue organization depend on.
What you'll do
Own and continuously improve the end-to-end renewal operating model; from renewal identification, assignment through risk management, quoting, through to close and post-renewal data hygiene processes.
Develop and improve the operating cadences that guide the renewal business, with a focus on efficiency and process improvement.
Define, maintain, and evolve retention reporting with cross-functional partners, including gross and net retention, churn and downgrade analysis, and the drivers behind each.
Partner with Revenue Technology, Revenue Analytics, Finance, and other stakeholders to improve Salesforce and the systems and data flows supporting customer relationship management (CRM), subscription and entitlement records, quoting, orders, billing, and reporting. Translate business needs into requirements, validate solutions, and strengthen data quality and operational controls.
Simplify and scale the renewal motion through automation, standardized workflows, alerts, playbooks, and self-service insights that reduce manual effort and improve execution consistency.
Support renewals planning and capacity management, including segmentation implementation, coverage models, productivity assumptions, capacity modeling, supporting target setting, and scenario planning.
Own and mature the Renewal Operations case-management program, including intake, triage, routing, service-level visibility, resolution, and root-cause analysis. Requests may include user migrations, de-duplication, Renewal Manager ownership changes, compensation exceptions, and Salesforce or data issues.
Raise the operating standard in your domain by documenting processes, mentoring others on how the renewal motion works, and contributing to broader Revenue Operations initiatives that need the renewals perspective.
What you'll bring
Experience in Renewals Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, management consulting, strategy, or a similar analytical and problem-solving role, with ownership of operational improvements and cross-functional initiatives.
Hands-on experience with both consumption and subscription renewal motions, including renewal forecasting, retention reporting, and the contractual and process mechanics that govern how renewals close.
Strong critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills. You can break down ambiguous problems into clear workstreams and move them forward.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills. You're highly proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, can build and validate models from scratch, and can translate analysis into clear recommendations and action. Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) or equivalent data-querying tools is preferred, not required.
Systems thinking and experience using Salesforce for pipeline and renewals reporting. You understand how changes in one part of the go-to-market motion affect others, including how CRM, subscription or entitlement records, quoting, and billing relate to one another, and you design solutions accordingly.
Sound commercial judgment and an understanding of renewal complexity, including co-terming, amendments, expansions, downgrades, price changes, multiyear agreements, auto-renewals, procurement requirements, and approval policies.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills. You build trust with stakeholders at all levels, including field teams and senior leadership, and influence without direct authority.
Curiosity, sound judgment, and a bias toward action. You learn new domains and tools quickly, move from insight to implementation, and follow through until improvements are adopted and sustained.
About the team
You'll work within CX Operations, partnering closely with Renewals and Customer Success leadership, Sales, Finance, Revenue Technology, and Revenue Analytics. These partnerships connect renewal execution with the processes, systems, and data that support it. In GitLab's all-remote, values-driven environment, documentation, iteration, and cross-functional partnership are core to how you'll work.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
We are looking for a SOX Director - Compute and Infrastructure to join our Internal Audit team at Anthropic. In this role, you will lead financial risk assessment and internal control design over compute and infrastructure. This is Anthropic's largest cost and one of the most complex areas of our financial reporting. You'll focus on cloud spend, usage-based costs, vendor commitments, accruals, and cost allocation, as we scale rapidly toward an IPO.
This is a unique opportunity to build SOX controls at an AI-first company, in a domain where few established playbooks exist. Compute is purchased under multi-year agreements with multiple providers, metered in third-party environments, accrued from internal telemetry, and increasingly provisioned and scheduled by automated systems and agents. You will help define how controls work in that environment for both business and IT environments, from reliance on service providers to full-population monitoring of high-volume usage data, while maintaining the rigor required for public company compliance.
As the SOX Director, Compute and Infrastructure, you will own scoping, control design, testing, remediation, and reporting for compute and infrastructure processes, partnering directly with Compute Accounting, Finance Analytics & BI, Infrastructure Engineering, Finance & Strategy, and Procurement to design scalable controls, oversee documentation, and support communication with external auditors. This role reports to the Head of Business Controls and plays a critical part in strengthening internal control maturity through pre-IPO readiness and beyond.
Key responsibilities
Lead financial risk and internal control design for compute and infrastructure accounting, including cloud spend, usage-based costs, vendor commitments, credits, refunds, accruals, cost allocation, budgeting, and asset lifecycle management
Develop and execute the SOX control plan and roadmap for compute and infrastructure, making defensible prioritization calls on what must be controlled now and what can follow
Own scoping, risk assessment, walkthroughs, testing, remediation, and reporting activities for compute and infrastructure processes
Build scalable, automated, and sustainable controls to support growth through pre-IPO and post-IPO readiness
Pioneer the use of AI and automation to enhance control effectiveness, including full-population matching of usage to invoices, continuous monitoring, and anomaly detection

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

🏆 In 2026, Coinspaid was recognized as Best Corporate Culture in the Blockchain Industry in Europe, reflecting our focus on ownership, trust, and collaboration.
As a Lead Product Manager for Processing, you will own the development of one of our core product domains responsible for how payments are initiated, processed, routed, and completed across our platform.
This is a hands-on product leadership role. You will shape the domain strategy and roadmap, translate business and customer needs into scalable product solutions, and lead complex initiatives involving multiple product and engineering teams.
We are looking for someone who combines strong product management fundamentals with practical payments expertise and a solid understanding of how B2B payment businesses operate in the real world.
Responsibilities:
Domain Strategy & Vision: Define and evolve the Processing product vision and roadmap; translate company goals, customer needs, market developments, and operational constraints into clear product priorities; maintain a 12–24 month planning horizon
Payments Product Development: Own payment-related products and capabilities end-to-end; understand payment flows, methods, routing, settlement, failures, reconciliation and operational implications; identify opportunities to improve conversion, reliability, cost and scalability
Cross-Domain Initiatives: Personally lead complex initiatives spanning multiple product domains and teams; identify dependencies, build execution plans, align stakeholders and drive initiatives through delivery rather than relying only on coordination structures
Discovery & Solution Design: Structure ambiguous problems, validate hypotheses using data, customer feedback and operational insights; define target solutions and business logic together with Engineering, Design, Operations and other stakeholders
Roadmap & Prioritization: Own and continuously prioritize the domain roadmap; balance customer value, revenue opportunities, operational efficiency, technical investments, compliance requirements and delivery capacity
Business & OperationsUnderstand how product decisions affect B2B operations; work closely with Operations, Finance, Compliance, Support and commercial teams; identify where operational processes should be automated, redesigned or eliminated through product changes
Metrics & Performance: Define domain-level success metrics; monitor payment performance and product outcomes; use data to identify bottlenecks, validate improvements and make prioritization decisions
Stakeholder Leadership: Communicate strategy, priorities, trade-offs and progress clearly to Product leadership, executives and cross-functional stakeholders; represent the domain in company-level discussions
Product Leadership: Raise the quality of product practices within the domain; support and mentor Product Managers; help teams move from feature delivery toward measurable product and business outcomes
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of hands-on Product Management experience, preferably in B2B, FinTech, payments or financial infrastructure
Proven experience owning a complex product area or domain, rather than individual features only
Practical experience with payments and a strong understanding of payment flows and their operational implications
Good understanding of the payments landscape and payment methods, including how different payment rails and methods affect customer experience, economics and operations
Strong practical understanding of B2B business operations — how products interact with Operations, Finance, Support, Compliance and commercial processes
Proven ability to personally drive complex cross-team or cross-domain initiatives from problem definition through implementation
Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems, decompose them into manageable initiatives and establish clear priorities
Experience building and managing roadmaps with a 12–24 month planning horizon
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with product and operational metrics
Ability to communicate complex concepts in a simple, structured way for both technical teams and senior stakeholders
Strong ownership mentality: comfortable making decisions, resolving dependencies and moving initiatives forward without requiring constant escalation
Experience mentoring Product Managers or contributing to product practices beyond your immediate team
Strong written and verbal English, B2–C1+
Strong Advantage
Hands-on knowledge of fiat payment infrastructure, acquiring and card payment flows
Experience with PSPs, payment gateways, acquiring, alternative payment methods or payment orchestration
Understanding of authorization, capture, settlement, reconciliation, refunds, chargebacks and payment failure scenarios
Experience with crypto payments, blockchain infrastructure, wallets, custody or digital assets
Experience working in regulated financial environments
Understanding of payment economics: fees, routing costs, conversion, margins and operational cost drivers
Experience designing products that replace or significantly automate manual operational processes
Leadership Expectations
This role goes beyond managing a backlog or delivering features. We expect a Lead Product Manager to be able to operate at several levels simultaneously:
Strategy → Domain → Initiative → Execution
You should be comfortable defining where the domain needs to go, translating that direction into concrete initiatives, and stepping directly into execution when a complex problem requires hands-on leadership.
The role is designed for a mature product leader who can operate independently today and take on broader product leadership responsibility as the organization and domain evolve.
