What We Do:

As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 16M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. We take play seriously. We’re looking for curious adventurers ready to find their party, fueled by imagination and drive to build what’s never been built before. At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.
The Global Brand Team:
We run Hasbro's brands as six distinct businesses, each with a leader, an objective and the authority to pursue it. We decide what gets made, how it's promoted, where it gets sold and what gets dropped, and we answer for the result.
We are builders and operators in equal measure. The work spans the consumer insight that inspires the product line, the cost and price decisions that shape its margin, and the commercial execution that puts it in the hands of a fan. The job is to make the brands grow.
About the role:
We are seeking a Vice President, Board Games to own the global P&L, a portfolio that includes Monopoly, Jenga, Connect 4, The Game of Life, Operation, Clue and Twister. You will lead a team of twelve and report to the SVP, Global Brands.
This role owns Hasbro's physical board game portfolio, working with the teams who apply those brands in digital and other formats. It is based in Boston, Massachusetts, and onsite three days a week, Tuesday through Thursday. Expect to travel approximately 25% of the time.
This is a general management role. You own the revenue, the margin and the operating profit, and you hold the authority to allocate the investment behind them. The brand team reports to you directly, while other functions partner with you.
In your first year we expect you to land a credible multi-year plan for the portfolio, make explicit calls on which brands to grow and which to run for profit, and show measurable progress on both the top line and the margin.
A day in the life:
Turn what you learn about players and shoppers into specific product, pricing, channel and new business opportunities.
Build the innovation pipeline. Define the handful of big bets that set the tone for the line, and the smaller, faster tests that de-risk them.
Set the consumer price point each item is designed for, and the cost structure that supports it. Allocate the investment across A&P, tooling and retail activation.
Partner with Commercial on demand planning and forecast accuracy, and with Supply Chain on the productivity and inventory discipline that protects margin after the product is made.
Read the global landscape and adjust the plan for it, including macroeconomic conditions, trade and tariff policy, input costs, retail consolidation and shifts in consumer spending across regions.
Build and lead the team. Set direction people can act on, give candid feedback close to the moment, develop talent at every level, and create the conditions for people to do their best work.
Represent the business to senior leadership and, when called on, to the Hasbro Board of Directors, with an honest read on performance and the plan.
What you'll bring:
Direct ownership of a P&L at scale, including accountability for operating profit.
15+ years of progressive leadership experience in consumer products, toys and games, or a comparably branded and retail-driven business.
A track record of setting multi-year portfolio strategy and choosing where not to invest.
A history of reinventing established brands and building new ones, with innovation that moved a number. Demonstrated success turning consumer insight into products that reached market.
Strong commercial judgment with major retailers, paired with enough command of product development,
cost structure, supply chain and forecasting to challenge a plan.
Substantial people leadership experience: building, developing and retaining teams at multiple levels.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in board games, tabletop or hobby, or in brands that live at the intersection of retail, fandom and culture.
Experience communicating a plan at the most senior levels, including to a board.

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
About the Team
DashOS is DoorDash’s restaurant growth platform, connecting Marketplace demand with the tools restaurants use to serve, understand and retain guests. Digital Ordering - white-label ordering, websites, apps and loyalty on a merchant’s own channels - is a core part of it. Our Global Strategy & Operations (S&O) team sets the commercial strategy and operating model for DashOS worldwide, working across Product, Sales, Finance, Legal and regional teams to take what works in one market and make it work in the next.
About the Role
You will help build Digital Ordering in EMEA, creating the playbook to succeed across the very different markets of the region. You will have real ownership of key parts of this build, from commercial strategy to market expansion to the processes that let it scale. You will be based in London.
What You’ll Be Doing
Shape the commercial strategy:
Help define the global Digital Ordering strategy and adapt it to EMEA, including segments, pricing and positioning.
Influence the product:
Be the voice of EMEA merchants and markets, build business cases, and partner with Product and Engineering to prioritise what the region needs.
Expand to new markets:
Assess and prioritise new markets, build launch plans, and drive go-live and early traction with local teams.
Scale how we work:
Build the processes, forecasting, reporting and enablement that let Digital Ordering grow efficiently across regions.
Support key deals:
Work with regional Sales and Account Management on strategic merchant partnerships and commercial terms.
Stay ahead of the market:
Track first-party ordering trends and competitors, and turn insights into recommendations for leadership.
Bridge product & Ops
: Help launch new features in the merchant partner base to help our partners grow.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Experience:
4+ years in strategy & operations, business development, commercial strategy, consulting or a similar role, ideally in SaaS, marketplaces, e-commerce or hospitality tech.
Building and scaling:
Experience launching or scaling a product, business line or programme, ideally in a new market.
Analytical and strategic thinking:
You use data to build business cases and drive decisions, and turn analysis into clear, executive-ready recommendations.
Commercial and product fluency:
You can translate merchant needs into product requirements and are comfortable with commercial negotiations.
Influence:
You build strong relationships and drive results across many teams without direct authority.
Operator mindset:
You are an owner by nature, who enjoys building processes and moving fast in ambiguity.
Why Join Us?
You’ll do work that matters and be a part of our next big bet that’s constantly evolving. Working here you can expect to:
Make a visible impact every day, directly improving experiences for merchants, customers and couriers.
Learn fast in an entrepreneurial environment, with autonomy, pace and real responsibility.
Build a career, not just a role, as the business evolves.
Deliver together in an inclusive, values-driven culture.

As Fin becomes mission-critical for our most strategic customers, we’re growing our team of Forward Deployed Engineers to help bridge the gap between customer needs and product innovation.
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you’ll work hands-on with strategic customers, partnering closely with our R&D and Go-to-Market teams to design and deliver high-impact solutions. You’ll go beyond implementation - helping shape product direction, influence roadmap decisions and ensure Fin delivers real, measurable business outcomes in complex, real-world environments.
If you’re excited by ownership, creativity and solving ambiguous problems, and want to work at the frontier of applied AI while collaborating with Product, Engineering and Go-to-Market teams, this role offers a rare opportunity to combine technical excellence with real customer impact.
What will I be doing?
Drive adoption of Fin by helping customers unlock the power of our AI capabilities to automate and scale their support operations.
Embed deeply with strategic customers to understand their business challenges and technical requirements, and provide the insight needed to achieve outstanding results with Fin.
Work hands-on with customers’ technical teams as a trusted technical expert, coding side-by-side to drive projects through to completion.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Success and Product teams to ensure seamless customer experiences, successful project delivery and actionable product feedback.
Contribute to the evolution of Forward Deployed Engineering by codifying best practices and sharing insights from customer engagements to help the team scale and grow.
What skills do I need?
A strong engineering background and experience building software with real-world usage. Experience building a SaaS product is a plus, but not a requirement.
Interest in AI and machine learning, and the ability to quickly build an understanding of novel problems, capabilities and architectures - including their trade-offs and limitations.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to navigate organisational boundaries and bring people together to achieve the best outcomes for our customers.
Deep knowledge of at least one high-level programming language, such as JavaScript, Python or Ruby. It doesn’t need to be a language we use today - great people learn quickly and can introduce us to better ways of working.
The ability to prototype and ship software quickly while maintaining a high bar for quality and a clear focus on business goals and outcomes.
Proficiency using and writing REST APIs to integrate systems effectively.
Strong communication skills. You can comfortably discuss the same topics with engineers and non-technical audiences, adapting the depth and detail as needed.
Willingness to travel and work on-site with customers to build strong relationships and deeply understand their needs.

Engineering Manager - Product
We're looking for an Engineering Manager who's both a technical leader and a product builder. You'll guide a cross-functional team (5-10 engineers across backend, frontend, mobile, and QA) in delivering products that create real value for hundreds of thousands of businesses across Europe.
What You Will Be Doing
You're a seasoned technical leader with strong engineering roots and a track record of building teams that ship products that matter. You have deep technical expertise and can still step in to unblock when needed. You balance feature delivery with technical debt, keeping scalability in mind while ensuring the team ships at pace. You make technical decisions through explicit trade-offs, not gut feelings, and help everyone understand the "why" behind choices.
You take ownership of both outcomes and people. You run meaningful 1:1s, create growth plans, and own hiring and promotions. You build engaged teams through honest feedback and coaching. You invest in making the team more productive – better tools, smarter processes, fewer bottlenecks.
You drive predictable delivery by partnering tightly with Product and Design. You communicate proactively about priorities, risks, and constraints. You encourage healthy debate and move toward "disagree and commit" when needed.

You communicate clearly with everyone – engineers, product managers, executives – and you're genuinely curious about the product, the users, the business, and how your team's work drives real impact.
You don't just manage delivery. You challenge problem framing with your PM partner, ensure the team solves the right problems, and think in terms of business outcomes, not just technical outputs. You're comfortable discussing retention and conversion funnels alongside system architecture. You help the team understand ROI and prioritize based on value and effort.
Who You Are
5+ years of software development building data-intensive production systems
Proven track record leading cross-functional engineering teams
Deep technical knowledge: hands-on experience with at least one of the common general-purpose languages and platforms (C#/.NET, Java/JVM, JavaScript/Node, Go), distributed architectures, databases, messaging and queueing systems.
Experience in product-led organizations, ideally with international scopeStrong business acumen – you connect engineering work to revenue, retention, and trust
Comfortable with product metrics (DAU/MAU, retention, conversion funnels)
Exceptional communication in English across all audiencesA builder's mentality: you care about shipping great products and growing great teams
Our tech stack
Backend: .NET Core, PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Kubernetes
You'll lead teams using React, Swift/Kotlin, Python/ML frameworks, and modern QA tools
What You Will Get In Return
Make a genuine impact on the product
