About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is seeking an Accountant to join our Corporate Accounting team. You will be a hands-on member of the close: owning a defined set of accounts and entities from transaction through reconciliation, and making sure what lands in the financial statements is accurate, supported, and explainable.
This is a role for someone who likes getting into the detail and also asks why the process works the way it does. You will work closely with partners across Finance, Procurement, Payroll, Legal, Tax, and Finance Systems, and you will help us build a close that scales with the company, with a lot of room to improve how the work gets done as we grow.
Key responsibilities
Own month-end and quarter-end close activities for an assigned set of accounts and entities, including journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules, delivered on the close calendar
Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and flux analyses, investigate variances to root cause, and write clear explanations for reviewers and business partners
Maintain US GAAP supporting schedules and documentation for your areas of ownership, such as prepaids, fixed assets, accruals, and intercompany balances
Draft accounting memos and process documentation for routine and recurring transactions, and escalate non-routine items to Technical Accounting with a clear summary and a proposed treatment
Execute internal controls for your areas and prepare audit support, including schedules, evidence, and responses to auditor requests
Partner with business owners and finance colleagues to understand new transactions, resolve issues at the source, and reduce adjustments after close
Review work from contractors and team members, and give feedback that helps the team raise its quality bar
Identify and implement process improvements and automation, including using Claude and other AI tools, and check the output carefully before anyone relies on it
Support system and process changes in the accounting function, including testing, data validation, and documentation
Minimum qualifications
Working knowledge of US GAAP, applied hands-on to the monthly close: journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and financial statement support
Experience preparing account reconciliations and flux analyses in an ERP or general ledger system (for example, Workday, NetSuite, or equivalent)
Strong spreadsheet skills, including lookups, pivot tables, and reconciling large data sets in Excel or Google Sheets
Experience supporting external audits and operating internal controls
Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain accounting results to colleagues who are not accountants
Sound judgment on when to resolve an issue independently and when to escalate it
Attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership, with the ability to manage competing deadlines
Preferred qualifications
7+ years of progressive accounting experience, in public accounting, in industry, or a combination of both
CPA, ACA, ACCA, or CA qualification, or progress toward one
Experience in a fast-moving environment where processes were still being defined, with a track record of improving them
Familiarity with technical areas such as ASC 842, ASC 718, ASC 606, fixed assets, or multi-entity and intercompany accounting
Experience with close management or reconciliation tooling, or with SQL or Python for data analysis
Experience with an ERP migration, SOX readiness, or public company reporting
A track record of using AI tools to speed up accounting or finance work, with checks that hold up to review
Genuine interest in AI and Anthropic's mission to build reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$160,000
—
$190,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
Browser Extension Excellence owns the foundation that supports 1Password’s browser extension, our most-frequently used client surface. This includes architecture, health monitoring, build and test pipelines, developer tooling, cross-browser compatibility, and setting new standards within the WECG. We investigate production incidents, improve load and runtime performance, and guide the extension through changes such as Manifest V3 and browser version deprecations.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada/US. This position will be for 4 months - January to April 2027.
What You Can Expect:
- Write efficient, scalable, and robust customer-facing features in one or more of our web or Rust tech stacks.
- Collaborate with people across the company like Product, Design, Customer Support, Release Ops, and other Software Development teams.
- Focus on building and optimizing features in our extension as well as working with browser-specific APIs and behaviors (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge)
- Focusing on extension performance, stability, and correctness
What we're looking for:
- Confidence: A willingness to take on new challenges, and see them through to completion.
- Humility: You're not afraid to ask "stupid" questions and make mistakes (as long as you learn from them).
- Curiosity: You look for better ways of doing things, even if everyone seems happy with how they are.
- Teamwork: We work together, and succeed as a team!
Bonus points for:
- Experience or interest in working with browser extensions
- Someone interested in working in multiple tech stacks.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. We’re a distributed team so written communication in particular is very crucial.
- Someone who thinks about the impact of their work in terms of the end user.
Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged at 1Password—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
Our approach to remote work
We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, travel for in-person engagement is a part of most roles. Frequency will depend on role and responsibilities, and may include, but is not limited to: annual department-wide offsites, team meetings, and customer/industry events.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
What we offer
We believe in working hard, and rewarding that hard work through our benefits. While not an exhaustive list, here is a glance at what we currently offer:
🏝 Generous PTO policy - 2.08 days per month (1.5 work weeks per 4 month term)
💖 Company-wide wellness days (1 per quarter)
🌎 Employee-led inclusion and belonging programs and ERGs

- Partner with SRE, Security, product, AI, and enterprise teams to bridge infrastructure and product engineering.
- Own the reliability of Cloud Platform itself: on-call, incident response, postmortems, runbooks, and prevention.
- Use AI tooling daily to accelerate development, testing, IaC, operations, and investigations, and help the team raise its AI leverage.
What we're looking for
- 6+ years building and operating large-scale distributed systems with a focus on infrastructure and cloud, especially compute foundations.
- Deep, hands-on experience operating and troubleshooting Kubernetes in production, including control-plane, node, and networking issues, ideally Amazon EKS at fleet scale.
- Strong AWS experience: EKS, EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, VPC networking, IAM, S3, KMS. Bedrock is a plus.
- Multi-account AWS (20+ accounts) experience, including Transit Gateway, PrivateLink, VPC routing, DNS, and load balancing.
- Infrastructure-as-code at scale with Terraform (CDK experience is a plus).
- Fluent coding in at least one language (Go, Python, or TypeScript/Node.js preferred).
- Experience with hybrid monolith/microservices architectures.
- Experience operating data stores at scale, such as PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, S3, and Redis/Valkey.
- Track record of improving infrastructure reliability and efficiency and implementing security guardrails.
- Strong production debugging across application and infrastructure boundaries, clear written communication, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Daily AI user with concrete examples of how AI supercharged your engineering workflow.

Provisioning helps organizations of all sizes deploy and manage 1Password through scalable provisioning and organization-management experiences. We build the workflows that help admins onboard people, manage access, and support long-term adoption, with a focus on reliable, secure, and intuitive experiences. As an intern on the team, you’ll work on frontend web experiences in React and TypeScript alongside engineers, product managers, and designers. Our current roadmap includes improving activation, invitation and provisioning-pipeline visibility, error recovery, and other Admin Console workflows.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada/US. This position will be for 4 months - January to April 2027.
What You Can Expect:
- Contribute to frontend features in the 1Password Admin Console using React, TypeScript, CSS, and established design-system patterns.
- Partner with engineers, product managers, and designers to turn customer and admin needs into simple, accessible experiences.
- Write maintainable code, tests, and documentation, and participate in code reviews, debugging, and quality improvements.
- Learn the Provisioning domain and help improve workflows such as onboarding, invitations, user-status visibility, and provisioning error handling.
- Work with the team to investigate problems, communicate progress, and deliver incremental improvements safely.
- Technical foundations: Working knowledge of React and familiarity with TypeScript and CSS fundamentals.
- Web development foundations: Comfort with HTML, browser behavior, accessibility, Git, and learning established patterns in an existing codebase.
- Project experience: Experience building a small web project through coursework, an internship, personal work, or open source contributions.
Bonus points for:
- Experience with React and TypeScript beyond coursework, including a personal, school, or open source project.
- Familiarity with design systems or component libraries, and with Figma or a similar design tool.
- Exposure to frontend testing tools such as Jest, Testing Library, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Understanding of API integration, asynchronous JavaScript, or backend concepts.
- Interest in security, identity, access management, or building tools for administrators.

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Humanoid is looking for a hands-on Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to own the continued development, deployment and operation of the existing data platform within Humanoid. The role spans cloud infrastructure, full-stack development, platform engineering and data engineering, with responsibility for turning internal engineering requirements into reliable production systems.
You will also lead delivery by external contractors and act as their sole point of contact with Humanoid. You will gather requirements from our internal engineering teams, translate them into technical briefs, oversee implementation and bring completed work back for validation. All contractor questions, feedback and delivery coordination will flow through you, without requiring direct communication between contractors and other Humanoid team members.
This role combines substantial engineering work with technical leadership and delivery ownership.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own platform delivery: Understand the existing platform architecture, identify the changes needed for Humanoid’s environment and workflows, and take those changes through development, integration, testing and deployment.
- Lead external contractors: Define work packages, priorities, technical requirements and acceptance criteria. Review designs and code, resolve technical questions, track delivery and ensure completed work meets Humanoid’s standards.
- Connect internal needs to implementation: Work with Humanoid’s engineering teams to understand requirements and constraints. Maintain a clear backlog, communicate tradeoffs and progress, and raise risks or decisions early.
- Build and operate cloud infrastructure: Manage compute, storage, networking and environments through infrastructure as code, with attention to security, reliability, performance and cost.
- Develop across the stack: Implement and maintain backend services, APIs, integrations and frontend interfaces that support internal users and engineering workflows.
- Improve the engineering platform: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated tests, deployment processes, environment configuration and developer tooling.
- Own data workflows: Develop and maintain data ingestion, processing, storage and access pipelines. Address data quality, schema changes, failed jobs and recovery.
- Maintain production reliability: Establish monitoring, logging and alerting; investigate incidents; and maintain practical rollback, backup and recovery procedures.
- Control access and preserve knowledge: Manage contractor permissions and secrets appropriately. Ensure source code, infrastructure definitions, documentation and operational knowledge remain accessible to Humanoid.
- Verify and hand over completed work. Validate contractor deliverables against agreed acceptance criteria and ensure releases include the documentation and support needed for ongoing operation.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience building, deploying and operating production software on a major cloud platform.
- Strong practical knowledge of infrastructure as code, containers, Linux, networking, identity and access management, and CI/CD.
- Solid software engineering skills, including backend services, APIs, databases and the ability to work across frontend and backend code.
- Experience with data pipelines, object storage, relational databases and reliable processing of large datasets.
- Evidence of taking ownership of an existing platform: understanding unfamiliar code, diagnosing problems and delivering improvements safely.
- Experience leading external developers or contractors, including scoping work, reviewing implementation and holding delivery to clear quality standards.
- Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to turn incomplete requirements into actionable technical work.
- Sound judgment about what to build directly, what to delegate and when to involve internal engineering specialists.
Experience with robotics, machine learning infrastructure, sensor data or internal data platforms would be valuable. We welcome engineers with particular depth in infrastructure or platform engineering who can demonstrate effective delivery across the wider software stack.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE?
The data platform is deployed reliably within Humanoid and develops in line with internal engineering needs. Contractor work arrives tested, documented and ready to integrate. Internal teams have clear visibility into progress and decisions, while you own the technical context, coordination and follow-through needed to deliver.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- 30+ paid days off, including 23 days of annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.
- Real ownership - direct access to founding leadership, meaningful input on product direction, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.

Wealthsimple currently serves more than 4 million Canadians and holds over $155 billion in assets under administration. The company was founded in 2014 by a team of financial experts and technology entrepreneurs, and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Corporate Physical Security and Protective Services team sits within Wealthsimple's Regulatory division. We keep our people, offices, and visitors safe — from access control and our on-site guard program to emergency preparedness, investigations, and executive protection. We're a small team that works closely with Workplace Operations, building management, and partners across the company, and we're focused on building a security program that gets ahead of problems instead of just reacting to them. If you take safety seriously and want to help shape a strong security culture at a fast-moving fintech, you'll fit right in.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Physical Security & Protective Services, you'll be the face of security in our Toronto office — the first person employees, visitors, and guards turn to when something comes up. This role exists to give our team more room to build: you'll own how we respond day to day in the office, and lead the security awareness program that helps everyone at Wealthsimple understand their part in keeping each other safe.
Please note, this role is based in our Toronto office 5 days/week and is not eligible for remote work.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Serve as the first point of contact for security in the office, handling visitor management, temporary badging, and in-person concerns from employees and visitors
- Lead content creation and day-to-day delivery of our security awareness program, including training on badging, visitor management, and emergency procedures
- Respond to security incidents and see each one through to resolution, documenting everything
- Investigate routine workplace incidents — like access violations, thefts, and disturbances — and escalate sensitive or high-risk matters
- Coordinate daily with on-site guards on coverage, post order compliance, and shift handovers, and report issues so they get addressed with our vendor
- Process access requests, badge issuance, and deactivations in our access control and video management systems, flagging anomalies and gaps as you find them
- Support our emergency preparedness program — floor warden coordination, drills, and tabletop exercises — and help draft security policies, procedures, and event risk assessments
- Assist with executive protection and travel security when needed, from logistics to travel monitoring
SKILLS YOU BRING
- 2+ years of experience in physical security, risk assessment, emergency response, customer-facing communications, or a related role
- Post-secondary education in security management, risk management, criminal justice, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience de-escalating tense situations with clients, visitors, or employees, with composure and discretion

NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in fintech or financial services
- Hands-on experience with security and ticketing platforms like Genetec and Jira
- A valid First Aid and CPR certificate
- A PSP or CPP designation from ASIS, or progress toward one

- Approachable and clear — you can walk a new hire through our badging process or settle a frustrated visitor with the same ease
- Thorough and consistent — you follow procedures, document your work accurately, and notice when a process isn't working

At WHOOP, we're on a mission to unlock and inspire performance for life. WHOOP empowers members to perform at a higher level through a deeper understanding of their bodies and daily lives.
WHOOP is seeking a Security Detection Engineer to join our growing Information Security team, reporting directly to the Information Security Manager. In this hands-on technical role, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and continuously improving scalable, high-fidelity detection capabilities that safeguard the sensitive biometric and health data of millions of WHOOP members.
You'll play a critical role in strengthening our detection capabilities across cloud, identity, endpoint, and application environments, with a focus on identifying emerging threats, improving detection accuracy, and reducing security risk. This is an opportunity to take meaningful ownership of our detection engineering program, influence its technical direction, and help shape the future of security at WHOOP as we continue to scale.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, build, and scale high-signal detections across cloud, identity, endpoint, network, and application layers using Detection-as-Code principles.
- Develop and maintain detection logic aligned to real-world attacker behavior and frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK across modern security platforms.
- Translate threat intelligence into actionable detections and validate effectiveness through adversary emulation and testing.
- Build behavioral detections to protect against threats such as account takeover, credential abuse, API misuse, automation attacks, privilege escalation, and data exfiltration.
- Continuously improve detection quality by tuning alerts, reducing false positives, and implementing automated enrichment and triage.
- Define and track detection KPIs (e.g., precision, recall, false positive rate, MTTD) and implement processes to measure and improve detection health.
- Support and lead incident investigations, including containment, root cause analysis, and post-incident detection improvements.
- Contribute to the on-call rotation while proactively reducing operational overhead through automation.
- Partner with Engineering, IT, Infrastructure, Product, and GRC to ensure systems launch with strong monitoring and detection coverage.
- Map detections to threat models, identify visibility gaps, and continuously improve coverage as the environment scales.
- Explore and apply advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to improve detection fidelity, reduce noise, and enhance triage and investigation workflows.
- Stay ahead of evolving threats by researching emerging attack techniques and incorporating learnings into detection strategy.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Information Security, with a focus on detection engineering, threat detection, or security operations.
- Demonstrated experience writing and tuning detections across cloud, identity, endpoint, or application environments.
- Familiarity with detection frameworks and tooling such as YARA, SIGMA, Suricata, or similar rule-based detection methodologies.

- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with a systems-thinking approach to reducing noise and increasing signal fidelity.
- Experience supporting incident response investigations and participating in on-call rotations.
- Experience building detective controls for consumer-facing platforms or detecting authentication and API abuse at scale is a strong plus.
- Effective communicator who can collaborate with engineers and explain detection strategy clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with applying data analysis or machine learning techniques to security detection or alert triage is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field, and/or relevant security certifications are a plus.
Interested in the role, but don’t meet every qualification? We encourage you to still apply! At WHOOP, we believe there is much more to a candidate than what is written on paper, and we value character as much as experience. As we continue to build a diverse and inclusive environment, we encourage anyone who is interested in this role to apply.
WHOOP is an Equal Opportunity Employer and participates in E-verify to determine employment eligibility. It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment. The WHOOP compensation philosophy is designed to attract, motivate, and retain exceptional talent by offering competitive base salaries, meaningful equity, and consistent pay practices that reflect our mission and core values.
At WHOOP, we view total compensation as the combination of base salary, equity, and benefits, with equity serving as a key differentiator that aligns our employees with the long-term success of the company and allows every member of our corporate team to own part of WHOOP and share in the company’s long-term growth and success.
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000 - $170,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.
In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.
These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate’s specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role’s requirements.

About the role
We're looking for a
Senior Product Analyst
to become the independent analytical voice of our Matching & Relationships team. You'll work across several closely connected product areas - spanning matchmaking, messaging and AI-assisted user experiences - and help us answer the questions that matter:
are we moving in the right direction, and where do we invest the least effort for the greatest impact?
This isn't a role about building pretty dashboards. It's about designing rigorous experiments, challenging assumptions with data, and turning numbers into decisions. If you believe in the craft of real analytics - not just prompting an AI for a chart - and you like being the person who keeps the team honest with the data, you'll feel at home here. You'll partner directly with the product managers behind each area and report to the Head of Product, who cares deeply about analytics and will be a highly engaged collaborator.
What you'll do
Design and run product experiments end to end
- form hypotheses, define test duration and required sample size, assess whether the expected result is achievable, evaluate A/B tests and determine statistical significance.
Unify metrics across our product areas
into one coherent picture, cascading them from our core company metric (MAP) down to the drivers of acquisition, retention, reactivation and churn.
Be the independent analytical check
on whether the team is moving in the right direction - grounding decisions in data rather than intuition.
Find the highest-leverage growth opportunities
- where the smallest effort delivers the biggest effect on key metrics.
Track whether we're winning in the numbers
- connect metrics to goals, estimates and costs, and flag early when we drift off course.
Generate, prioritize and validate hypotheses
("what would happen if…?") together with product managers.
Investigate anomalies and metric deviations
, get to the root cause, and raise the alarm on product issues before they grow.
Calibrate our work against corporate goals
and challenge the flood of initiatives with a clear, numbers-based point of view.
Improve our analytical processes where you see room - we're an open team and we act on good ideas.
What we're looking for
Must-have:
4+ years in product analytics
, ideally at a product with large data volumes.
A degree in
mathematics, engineering or a related technical field.
Strong command of
mathematical statistics and probability theory
, applied in practice.
Proven, hands-on experience
designing and running A/B tests
— including sizing, significance and interpretation.
Fluency in
SQL and Python
; comfortable with data extraction, processing and visualization (Superset a plus).
Deep understanding of
product and marketing metrics
— LTV, CPA, Retention, CR — and how they connect to the business.
Product thinking
— you see the user behavior behind every metric.
High autonomy and ownership
— you find the growth points yourself and see them through to impact.
Critical thinking
— you question the data and the decisions around it, and cross-check your conclusions.
Clear communication
— you back arguments with numbers, explain the complex simply, and structure findings around a clear recommendation and estimated impact.
Nice to have:
Experience with products where data and causal inference are central -
social products, dating, gaming, or two-sided marketplaces (B2B + B2C).
Hands-on experience with
recommender systems.
Background at a
data-rich, high-volume product.
What do we offer
REMOTE OPPORTUNITY to work full-time.
Vacation 28 calendar days per year.
7 wellness days per year (time off) that can be used to deal with household issues, to lie down and recover without taking sick leave.
Bonuses up to $5000 for recommending successful applicants for positions in the company.
50% payment for professional training, international conferences, and meetings.
Corporate discount for English lessons.
Health benefits. According to the paychecks, if you are not eligible for corporate medical insurance, the company will compensate you with up to $ 1,000 gross per year per employee. This can be spent on self-purchase of health insurance or on doctor’s fees for yourself and close relatives (spouse, children).
Workplace organization. The company provides all employees with an equipped workplace and all the necessary equipment (table, armchair, wifi, etc.) in our offices or co-working locations. In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years.
Internal gamified gratitude system: receive bonuses from colleagues and exchange them for our merchandise, team building activities, massage certificates, etc.
Sounds good? Join us now!
The initial pay level or pay range for this role will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process and before the commencement of employment.
