Structure ambiguous problems, form hypotheses, and build clear, data-backed recommendations for senior leadership.
Create polished, executive-ready presentations, briefings and updates that turn complex information into clear narratives, insights and decisions.
Analyze data from multiple sources to track program performance, spot trends and risks, and inform priorities.
Build and maintain dashboards, reporting standards and metrics that give leadership clear visibility into team-wide engagements and progress.
Support the GAM Rhythm of Business, including account planning, joint business reviews, forecasting and annual planning cycles.
Represent the GAM team across SIE, working cross-functionally with finance, legal and other internal teams to align on priorities, resolve issues and move partner initiatives forward.
Manage timelines, dependencies and risks across multiple workstreams at once, and act early to keep programs on track.
Look for ways to improve how the team works, its tools and its efficiency, including practical uses of AI and automation.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy and operations, business operations, program management, or a related field.
Proven ability to structure complex problems and turn them into clear, actionable recommendations.
Exceptional executive communication skills, with a high bar for written materials, presentation design and storytelling.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including assembly instructions, test procedures, troubleshooting guides, SOPs, and engineering reports.
- Collaborate with engineering and program leadership to plan prototype builds, track technical progress, manage risks, and communicate development priorities.
- Work closely with teams across Vancouver, London, and Boston, supporting cross-site integration and technical collaboration.
- Promote a safe, organized, and efficient prototyping environment, maintaining appropriate tools, equipment, and engineering practices.
WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 10+ years of professional experience in robotics prototyping, mechatronics, electromechanical integration, or advanced robotic hardware development.
- 5+ years of proven track record directing technician groups within a dynamic research and development setting.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring, developing, and coordinating technical team members, with the ability to establish priorities and drive engineering execution.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on experience building, integrating, testing, and troubleshooting complex robotic or electromechanical systems.
- Proven track record of taking complex hardware prototypes from concept through integration, commissioning, validation, and delivery.
- Deep understanding of precision mechanical assemblies, actuators, motors, sensors, wiring, and embedded hardware interfaces.
- Experience with fine-pitch soldering, precision wiring, cable assemblies, connectors, and electrical integration.
- Strong knowledge of actuator commissioning, sensor calibration, motor control interfaces, and robotic system testing.
- Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering documentation.
- Experience using laboratory and diagnostic equipment, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and precision measurement instruments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and engineering problem-solving activities.
- Experience establishing or improving prototype assembly, integration, testing, and validation processes.
- Strong project coordination skills, including technical planning, resource prioritization, risk management, and cross-functional execution.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams, technical leadership, and program stakeholders.
- Ability to balance hands-on technical involvement with broader engineering leadership responsibilities in a fast-paced R&D environment.
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience developing humanoid robots, dexterous robotic hands, robotic arms, or advanced manipulation systems.
- Previous experience building, scaling, or managing a robotics prototyping, integration, or hardware development team.
- Experience with multi-DoF robotic mechanisms, precision actuators, transmissions, and complex joint assemblies.

Spotware is looking for a
Senior B2B Marketing Lead
to own the marketing strategy and go-to-market execution for the cTrader business direction.
This is a senior, hands-on role at the intersection of product marketing, demand generation and brand building. You will turn market insight and commercial priorities into clear positioning, integrated campaigns and measurable pipeline contribution.
We are looking for a marketer who can own a business direction end to end: identify opportunities, shape the plan, align stakeholders and make it happen.
Spotware is an AI-first company with an established ecosystem of AI tools, agents, automations and connected workflows. You will use this environment to move faster and work smarter - not to start from zero, but to turn these capabilities into stronger B2B marketing outcomes.
What You Will Own
B2B marketing strategy and go-to-market roadmap for cTrader across brokers, prop firms, fintech companies and relevant partners.
Market understanding: ICP definition, segmentation, buyer journeys, competitive context and prioritisation of markets and audiences.
Positioning, messaging architecture and proof points that make cTrader clear, relevant and differentiated for each key audience.
Integrated marketing plans spanning product launches, demand generation, content, partner activity, events, webinars, paid media and lifecycle communications.
Marketing contribution to qualified demand and pipeline, in close partnership with Sales and the wider Marketing team.
Cross-functional alignment across Product, Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success and Support around shared priorities, campaigns and feedback loops.
Ownership of the cTrader marketing budget: planning, allocation, spend control and performance tracking across priorities and channels.
An AI-first marketing operating model for the direction: applying and continuously improving the company’s connected AI workflows across research, planning, production, personalisation and measurement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the B2B marketing plan for the cTrader business direction, translating commercial priorities into focused quarterly initiatives.
Work with Product, Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success and Support to understand market needs, customer objections, product priorities and growth opportunities.
Define and evolve positioning, audience-specific messaging, campaign angles, offers and calls to action.
Lead go-to-market plans for product launches, key features, new segments and strategic market initiatives.
Plan and orchestrate integrated campaigns across the right mix of channels, including content, email, paid media, webinars, partner campaigns, events, landing pages and nurture.
Brief and coordinate internal specialists and external partners across content, design, performance, CRM and campaign operations; ensure work is focused, timely and commercially relevant.
Create or oversee B2B content and sales enablement assets such as product narratives, case studies, presentations, landing pages, campaign materials and customer proof points.
Build and optimise marketing funnels for key audiences and accounts, spanning awareness, education, consideration, conversion and reactivation.
Partner with Sales to improve lead quality, campaign follow-up, feedback loops and the connection between marketing activity and deal progression.
Use customer, market and campaign data to assess performance, identify bottlenecks and recommend clear next actions.
Own the cTrader marketing budget: plan, allocate and control spend, and track performance against strategic and commercial priorities.
Turn successful initiatives into repeatable playbooks and scalable processes.
Use Spotware’s existing AI-first capabilities to accelerate market research, segmentation, content production, campaign personalisation, reporting and operational execution - and identify new workflows worth scaling.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, integrated marketing, growth marketing or revenue marketing.
Proven experience owning marketing strategy and go-to-market execution for a B2B product, business unit or product line.
Strong understanding of B2B positioning, ICPs, segmentation, buyer journeys, messaging and commercial storytelling.
Experience planning and running multi-channel campaigns, while knowing how to choose the right channels rather than applying a fixed playbook.
Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and strong ownership.
Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, Support, content, design and performance teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn complex products into clear, persuasive narratives.
Commercial and analytical mindset: able to connect marketing activity with demand quality, pipeline and business outcomes.
Confidence working with CRM, marketing automation and campaign reporting; deep technical administration is not required.
Fluent English and the ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
An AI-native mindset and genuine enthusiasm for Claude or ChatGPT. You are a true power user who uses at least one of them daily as a thinking and execution partner - to research, plan, write, analyse and improve marketing workflows, not as an occasional productivity tool.
Nice to Have
Experience in fintech, B2B SaaS, trading platforms, brokerage technology, prop trading or financial markets.
Experience with account-based marketing, partner marketing, lifecycle marketing, webinars or industry events.
HubSpot certification and hands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM and marketing automation platform.
LinkedIn Ads certification and practical experience running B2B paid acquisition campaigns.
Experience improving complex marketing workflows with AI agents, automation, data enrichment or connected tools.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.

An overview of this role
As a Lead Investor Relations team member at GitLab, you'll help rebuild our investor relations (IR) processes and shape how we communicate GitLab's strategy and performance to the public markets. Working closely with our VP of Finance Strategy & Operations, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and executive team, you'll be a senior individual contributor with broad ownership of investor communications and relationships. You'll connect insights from across the business to explain our technical products, evolving business models, and long-term investment thesis.
What You’ll Do
Lead key workstreams of the quarterly earnings process, including messaging, scripts, questions and answers, data collection and synthesis, and conference call preparation; build repeatable processes with Finance, Legal, and executive leadership.
Gather insights from research and development, Product, Sales, and other business leaders to explain GitLab's strategy, technical products, and business model transitions in investor communications and board materials.
Own relationships with sell-side analysts and the investment community, monitor analyst models and consensus against our forecast, and flag gaps or risks to the head of IR and CFO.
Prepare the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), CFO, and other executives for investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows; lead investor calls independently when executives aren't available, explaining how GitLab's business works and answering investor questions.
Analyze peer and competitor earnings, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings, and investor days; maintain benchmarking analyses and deliver quantitative and qualitative insights for executive and board discussions.
Track GitLab's shareholder base and recommend investor targeting strategies to expand and maintain key ownership positions.
Draft and review earnings decks, shareholder letters, fact sheets, and IR website content; partner with Finance, Legal, Communications, and Strategy to keep messaging consistent, accurate, and compliant with disclosure requirements, including Regulation Fair Disclosure (Regulation FD).
Plan and deliver Investor Day with the head of IR to communicate GitLab's long-term story, alongside investor outreach, non-deal roadshows, and corporate access events.
What You’ll Bring
Experience evaluating software businesses from a buy-side or sell-side investment perspective, gained through investing, equity research, investor relations, or a related field.
Financial modeling, valuation, and quantitative analysis skills, with the ability to identify the business drivers that shape investor expectations.
Experience producing or analyzing earnings materials and investor presentations, and explaining technical software products, evolving business models, and financial performance clearly in writing and conversation. You can work directly with senior executives and offer an informed point of view.
Working knowledge of SEC reporting, Regulation FD, and public company disclosure practices.
Proficiency with presentation and spreadsheet tools, experience with IR and market data platforms, and experience using artificial intelligence (AI) to improve workflows or a willingness to develop that capability.
The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in an all-remote, asynchronous-first environment, with an approach that reflects GitLab's values, especially transparency and efficiency.
Nice to have: prior experience building an internal IR function.
About the team
GitLab’s Investor Relations team drives the strategy and long-term market positioning of GitLab in the public financial markets. We are a small team, so each member has broad ownership and visibility across all aspects of IR.
