About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.

Own and modernize internal SAP test environments to accelerate feature development for current connectors and upcoming public cloud / BTP integrations.
Architect robust outbound interfaces leveraging OData, standard and generic DataSources, ODP/ODQ delta frameworks, and RFC connections.
Optimize data throughput and reliability across ECC and S/4HANA landscapes by diagnosing and resolving extraction performance bottlenecks and delta synchronization issues.
Analyze underlying SAP database structures (HANA and traditional DBs) to unlock efficiency gains and streamline data pipeline performance.
Partner closely with engineering, support, and customers to translate complex business requirements into elegant technical architectures.
Deliver end-to-end support for enterprise clients by troubleshooting complex connectivity, authorization, and configuration challenges in customer SAP environments.
Establish technical design standards, interface specifications, and best practice documentation for internal and external knowledge sharing.
Evaluate and integrate emerging SAP technologies—including SAP Datasphere and BTP—to keep Fivetran’s connectors at the forefront of modern data integration.

About the role
As the Senior Marketing Analyst for CRM, you will be the
single analytics owner
of CRM - the person marketers come to as a partner. You will own how campaigns are measured, how the communication data is built and trusted, and how insights turn into decisions: what to stop, scale, or fix.
You will work closely with CRM marketers, Product, and the data platform team. You define what data you need and accept its quality; you do not build the pipelines yourself.
What you will be doing
Be the analytics partner to CRM marketers and Product on every initiative. Work with them on how to improve results.
Answer "how do we correctly measure CRM activity" questions: choosing the right measurement design for a campaign type (always-on journeys vs one-off blasts vs product launches), defining what "delivered" means per channel, and defending the methodology to stakeholders
Explain the technical side in plain language: how an experiment works, what a holdout is for, why a number can or cannot be trusted, so marketers make decisions they actually understand
Own how CRM performance is measured: control groups, holdouts, A/B tests
Own the CRM analytics data in dbt on BigQuery: who gets which message, on which channel, for which product, and how often
Be the customer of the data platform team: say what data you need from the CRM and attribution tools, agree on timelines, and sign off on quality. You own what the numbers mean; they build the pipelines.
Build Tableau dashboards that earn their place: visualisations stakeholders can open to check a hypothesis, answer their own question, or spot an insight in minutes.
Keep the self-serve AI analytics assistant up to date, so non-technical colleagues can get answers to simple questions and run their own ad-hoc analysis without waiting for an analyst
Work with a data science team, ask the right questions about a recommendation or propensity model, spot when it is not doing its job, and drive the test that proves it
What you will need
3+ years of experience as a data/marketing/CRM analyst, with exposure to CRM, lifecycle, or retention analytics
Strong SQL and hands-on dbt experience (we run dbt on BigQuery); experience designing and maintaining data models, not just querying
Experience with CRM engagement platforms:
Customer.io
, MoEngage, Braze, Iterable or similar: you understand journeys, events, profile attributes, and delivery semantics
Solid experience with marketing experimentation: holdout design, global static control groups, control group integrity, A/B tests, incrementality vs attribution
Proficiency in Python
Proficiency in Tableau (or similar BI tool)
Proactive ownership:
you find problems in data and processes before stakeholders do, audit your domain independently, and bring your own agenda and ideas on how to achieve business goals.
Thinking partnership:
stakeholders should be able to brainstorm with you, not just hand you tasks.
First-time-right quality:
numbers you ship are trusted without a second verification pass;
Nice-to-have
You now how Uplift modeling and causal ML works and can create MVP version
Propensity / churn / LTV modeling

About the role
🤓
We’re looking for a Global Marketing & Events Specialist to join our Eyewear vertical and help us grow our presence across Europe and beyond.
seQura Eyewear works directly with independent opticians, optical chains and buying groups, helping them sell more and connect better with their customers, through technology, content and brand strategy. We’re in active international expansion, with a strong presence in Europe and our sights set on the US market in 2027.
This is a role for someone who thrives on making things happen. You’ll work closely with our Marketing Lead, taking ownership of the execution across three key areas: international trade shows and events, marketing campaigns and B2B support, and content and growth initiatives. You won’t be a spectator; from the start, you’ll be coordinating real projects, managing real providers and contributing to a vertical that’s moving fast.
You don’t need to have done everything. We’re looking for someone who is curious, organised, proactive and comfortable working in an international, fast-moving environment. We’ll give you the context, the trust and the room to grow.
📍
Location & ways of working
: This role is based in Barcelona and follows our hybrid working model, typically 3 days per week in the office and 2 days working from home. This is not a remote position, so please apply only if you are currently based in Barcelona or willing to relocate and can commit to this hybrid setup.

Contribute creative and innovative ideas for how we show up at each event.
Progressively take on more ownership of events as you build experience and confidence.
Marketing execution & B2B support:
Take ownership of marketing execution: coordinate design teams, agencies and external providers to deliver on time and to brief.
Support independent opticians, chains and buying groups with marketing materials, messaging guidance and in-store visibility.
Learn to write thorough creative briefs and manage their execution end to end.
Propose ideas to improve acquisition and channel visibility.
Content & growth:
Propose content and copy ideas for different channels, social media, blog, web, lead magnets, case studies, and coordinate their production.
Create light content autonomously when needed: posts, copies, message adaptations.
Track campaign performance and provide basic data analysis to inform decisions.
What you'll need
🤝
2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, events or project management: agency or in-house.
Fluent in English and Spanish: real working level, not just CV-level.
Experience coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders and meeting real deadlines.
Someone with ownership: you identify what needs to move and you move it, without waiting to be told.
Strong written communication skills and the ability to propose content with your own point of view.
Nice to have
Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI or others) to work more efficiently.
Experience in event organisation, trade shows or brand activations.
Knowledge of the optical, retail or health sector.
Portuguese, Italian or French.
Basic understanding of digital campaign analytics (Meta Ads, Google Analytics or similar).

😎
We have a strong and sustainable foundation where we provide a secure and reliable workplace. You have the freedom and trust to make the best contribution possible.
A role with real ownership from day one: you’ll see the impact of your work in real stores and real markets.
Presence at leading international eyewear trade shows: MIDO Milan, Vision Expo Las Vegas, Silmo PARIS and more.
A small, fast-moving team where you learn by doing, not by watching.
An environment that embraces AI as a working tool, not a buzzword.

Professional development workshops and seminars.
Flexible compensation plan for transportation, restaurants, and kindergarten with Cobee.
Health insurance discounts with Sanitas and Adeslas.

An overview of this role
As a Senior Backend Engineer on Development Health, you'll help make the systems that engineering teams rely on more reliable, maintainable, and easier to extend. You'll build and improve the automation, tooling, and data that help teams spot problems early and ship with less friction.
As customer zero for GitLab, we support engineering workflows on GitLab's own product at scale. You'll use the product in demanding, real-world ways, surface the friction and gaps you find, and contribute to improvements that get built into the product for GitLab's customers.
You'll support work such as:
Health alerting and remediation routing for GitLab's core continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
Flaky and slow test detection systems
Engineering analytics and reporting that engineering teams use to make decisions
What you’ll do
Own and evolve core Development Health systems, from design through production.
Improve the reliability, maintainability, and test coverage of long-lived automation, and reduce reliance on undocumented knowledge by documenting and simplifying legacy systems.
Partner with engineering managers and product teams to identify workflow pain points and turn them into well-scoped, measurable improvements.
Work with data to show whether changes improve engineering health, and use it to prioritize.
Mentor intermediate engineers through code review, design feedback, and pairing.
Communicate clearly in writing and asynchronously, including status, tradeoffs, and proposals for stakeholders across Engineering.
Monitor the health of production systems, troubleshoot incidents, and contribute to root cause analysis.
Use artificial intelligence (AI) agents and assistants to analyze issues and problem areas to help shape the team's product roadmap.
What you’ll bring
Substantial experience as a backend or tooling engineer, with a track record of owning production systems end to end.
Strong proficiency in Ruby, or the ability to become productive quickly.
Experience maintaining or modernizing legacy codebases safely.
Comfort with CI/CD systems, application programming interfaces (APIs), and automation at scale.
Independent problem-solving and clear, concise written communication: you spot problems early, raise risks proactively, and drive work to completion without close direction.
Experience writing automated unit and integration tests and taking part in collaborative code review.
Experience using AI coding assistants to speed up development while critically reviewing their output.
Optional experience: Rails; developer productivity, engineering analytics, or internal tooling; GitLab's product and open source contribution workflow; data pipelines or metrics reporting; or agent-based workflows that run in production.
About the team
Development Health is part of Developer Experience. Our work is mostly internal, and our customers are GitLab team members across an engineering organization of hundreds of engineers.
We're all-remote, asynchronous by default, and documentation-driven, in line with GitLab's values of collaboration, results, efficiency, diversity, inclusion and belonging, iteration, and transparency.
