You care about developer tools, clear technical storytelling, and helping software engineers do their best work. You know how to take complex product capabilities and turn them into clear narratives, launches, and campaigns that resonate with a highly technical audience. If you thrive on autonomy, take pride in your technical craft, and want to help shape how .NET developers worldwide view our tools, this role is for you.
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
Developer tools are changing fast, and how we talk about .NET tools needs to stay grounded, credible, and clear. We need someone who can take ownership of technical product marketing across Rider, ReSharper, and dotUltimate, ensuring our messaging cuts through industry noise and focuses on genuine developer needs.
In this role, you’ll dig into products and developer workflows yourself, identify the stories worth telling, and help determine how we bring them to market. You will work closely with Product Managers, software engineers, Developer Advocates, Research, Growth, and other Marketing teams. Decisions here live close to the work – you’ll have the autonomy to generate ideas, test new campaign approaches, and shape product messaging without needing permission at every step.
Day to day, you will:
Develop clear positioning, messaging, and product stories around Rider, ReSharper, dotUltimate, and related .NET developer experiences.
Turn complex technical capabilities and developer workflows into clear content, including launch stories, product pages, blog posts, case studies, video scripts, and campaign assets.
Own product and feature marketing for key capabilities, working from product priorities and product manager input to shape developer-facing stories.
Coordinate selected release marketing workflows, including planning and producing What’s New content and ensuring release stories are accurately represented.
Build a deep understanding of .NET developers, their workflows, customer needs, market trends, and community conversations to shape priorities and campaigns.
Develop and execute developer-focused campaigns around important product bets, defining the audience, message, channels, assets, and measures of success.
Extend product stories beyond release day through follow-up content, campaigns, customer stories, and amplification.
Measure the performance of launches, content, and campaigns, share what we learn, and adjust our approach when needed.
Help tell the evolving story of professional developer tools as AI changes how software is built, including workflows involving agents and code intelligence.
Contribute hands-on by writing articles, testing features, building briefs, editing landing pages, and capturing product visuals directly on demo projects.
What you’ll bring
High technical curiosity and a deep respect for developer workflows and software craft.
Comfort taking ownership, making decisions independently, and carrying ambiguous opportunities through execution.
A habit of asking good questions and challenging assumptions constructively before building a campaign.
Clear, direct communication style with an ability to explain complex technical ideas clearly and credibly.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams and collaborate smoothly across distributed teams.
A pragmatic approach that balances strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and hands-on execution.
What you’ll need
Practical experience in technical product marketing, developer marketing, or a comparable role for a technical software product.
Ability to understand software development well enough to work directly with engineers and translate technical capabilities into developer benefits.
Proven track record of bringing software products, features, or releases to market within frequent release cycles.
Solid understanding of positioning, messaging, audience segmentation, channel selection, and campaign measurement.
Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to create compelling technical content and collaborate effectively with global teams.
We’d be especially thrilled if you:
Have worked on developer tools, IDEs, APIs, SDKs, cloud or developer infrastructure, DevOps, or another product built for software developers.
Have hands-on development experience or regularly work with code and developer tooling.
Know C#, .NET, Rider, ReSharper, Visual Studio, VS Code, or related developer ecosystems.
Have marketed AI-assisted development tools or are familiar with modern coding agents and AI developer workflows.
Have created technical content such as case studies, tutorials, product videos, demos, technical articles, or developer-focused campaigns.
Have experience working directly with developer communities or technical customers, including through webinars, interviews, or customer conversations.
What success looks like
Success means crafting clear, credible product narratives that help .NET developers understand the value of our tools, earning the trust of product and engineering teams, and continuously improving how we bring releases and campaigns to market.

If you want to build and own the automated testing platform that powers a core piece of developer infrastructure, this is for you. You will focus on writing high-impact code, removing engineering friction, and setting the technical direction for quality on TeamCity.
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
As our user base grows and enterprise pipelines become more complex, ensuring the highest quality for TeamCity is critical for the people who depend on us daily.
We are looking for a senior engineer to own the quality engineering platform behind TeamCity. This is not a manual testing role or a suite maintenance job. You will spend your time writing code, building the tooling and frameworks that enable dozens of product engineers to ship confidently, removing manual work surrounding releases, and making our developer experience measurably better.
You will lead the technical direction for quality on a large, feature-rich product, bring practical AI approaches into the workflow where they genuinely add value, and collaborate across teams to help product engineers own their tests.
Day to day, you will:
Evolve the automated testing platform, including frameworks, infrastructure, reporting, and CI/CD chains.
Identify slow, manual, or fragile parts of our engineering process – such as release automation, feedback loops, and test flakiness – and fix them at the root.
Integrate AI into the quality workflow for test generation with guardrails, automated failure triage, and self-healing tests.
Work directly with product teams to help them write and own their tests, review their contributions, and evangelize solid test design.
Investigate failures and flakiness across both tests and product code to drive them to resolution.
Participate in all stages of product development, from initial design through release, interacting with internal and external users.
What you’ll bring
An engineer’s approach to quality, preferring to build tools and automate processes rather than maintain legacy tasks.
Strong architectural judgment and a commitment to writing clean, maintainable code.
Practical curiosity about AI, with a clear point of view on where it genuinely helps and where it falls short.
A habit of working independently without formal specifications, figuring out the product, and determining what matters most.
Clear, direct communication skills and the initiative to walk up to developers and persuade teams to improve how they work.
An interest in mentoring colleagues, setting technical standards, and sharing knowledge across teams.
What you’ll need
Advanced skills in Kotlin or Java, with a solid grasp of object-oriented design and design patterns.
Hands-on experience building and maintaining test automation for complex, mission-critical backends, web services, or desktop applications.
Proficiency with testing frameworks (TestNG or JUnit) and browser automation (Selenium WebDriver, Selenide, or Playwright).
Experience with build automation tools such as Gradle or Maven, containerization using Docker or Podman, and reporting tools like Allure.
Command of Git and a solid understanding of software testing principles and concurrent programming concepts.
A proven track record of creating internal platform tools or developer-experience improvements that measurably speed up engineering workflows.
Fluency in spoken and written English.
What success looks like
Success in this role means transforming our quality infrastructure into a seamless, fast, and reliable platform that engineering teams love to use. You will have eliminated major sources of manual release work, reduced test flakiness, and established automated feedback loops that let developers ship code with total confidence. Product engineers will independently write high-quality tests using your frameworks, and your pragmatic integration of AI tools will have measurably improved failure triage and test creation.
Why join JetBrains?
Strong base salary. We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience.
Flexible work location. Enjoy the freedom to work from home or from the office.
Remote work. Spend up to 30 days per year working remotely from abroad.

The Senior Software Development Team Coordinator (Thailand) is the operational right hand of the Thailand Team Leader within the Sitebuilders Chiang Mai team. This role supports the Team Leader to operate at a strategic and technical level — by owning the people rhythm and day-to-day operational layer of the Thailand hub. The Software Development Team Coordinator reports directly to the Thailand Team Leader and works in close partnership to ensure strong team operations, delivery consistency, and people development across the Thailand hub. This role is not intended to act as a buffer between the Team Leader and the team, but rather as a strong operational partner who increases the effectiveness of both. Success in this role is measured by the health and performance of the team, as well as by the Team Leader’s ability to focus on high-impact strategic and technical responsibilities.
Responsibilities
People Leadership & Team Development
• Serve as the primary people manager for Thailand-based engineers — owning regular 1:1s, feedback cycles, and individual development plans in close coordination with the Team Leader.
• Monitor team morale, identify and report risks early, and address interpersonal issues with discretion before they escalate to the Team Leader.
• Support engineers' career progression by identifying growth opportunities and skill gaps, aligned with the Team Leader and UXM Architect’s technical direction.
• Lead onboarding coordination for new Thailand-based hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the team's ways of working.
• Build and reinforce a team culture of ownership, initiative, and continuous improvement — consistent with the Team Leader's vision for the team.
Delivery & Operational Coordination
• Track Kanban progress across the Thailand team, ensuring blockers are surfaced and resolved without pulling the Team Leader away from technical priorities.
• Manage day-to-day task allocation and priority adjustments in fast-switching delivery cycles within a Kanban system.
• Compile and deliver structured monthly reports to upper management layers detailing overall team status, KPI metrics, operational delivery risks, and sensitive people or performance issues. Every identified issue, bottleneck, or risk must be accompanied by a concrete, actionable remediation plan to improve and resolve the situation dynamically.
• Oversee accurate time logging and estimation integrity across the team (including for the Deputy role itself).
Technical Contribution & Stability Support
• Assist the Front-End Team Leader in identifying potential personnel or project risks and help formulate contingency plans.
• Support the Project Anchors and the Stability Unit by ensuring developers are available and focused during critical production fixes.
• Maintain sufficient technical credibility to follow engineering discussions, understand the team’s work, and ask relevant questions. While this role is not the primary technical authority, it is expected to operate confidently and effectively within technical conversations.
• Act as a first-level escalation point for day-to-day operational and process questions, resolving escalations before it reaches the Team Leader.
• Uphold UXM documentation requirements and Definition of Done compliance within the team.
Hiring Support
• Participate in hiring panels for Thailand-based frontend roles, providing structured feedback on culture fit, communication, and working style.
• Assist in scoping role requirements in coordination with the Team Leader.
Requirements
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in a people management or team coordination role in a tech team.
Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Front End frameworks and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS (React, Angular etc.)). We value the ability to translate technical constraints into project timelines, ensuring you can accurately assess scope and complexity during the planning phase.
• Genuine people leadership instinct — you find energy in developing others, you notice when someone is struggling before they say it, and you handle sensitive conversations with care.
• Organized, dependable, and calm under pressure — the team should feel steadier because you are in the room.
• High level of initiative, ownership, and leadership mindset.
• Strong communication skills in English; able to represent team dynamics and delivery status clearly to the Team Leader and upward when needed.
• iGaming or SaaS platform experience is an advantage.

In this role, a given day might include drafting, editing, brainstorming, on-site event support, and coordinating executive response to breaking news, all in close collaboration with the External Communications team and other leaders. The ideal candidate will be an adept storyteller, an experienced partner to leaders, and a flexible collaborator, able to navigate ambiguous situations with sound judgment. When circumstances dictate, you should also be capable of shaping highly technical materials that reach sophisticated audiences with deep domain experience. Because a company like Anthropic — and a technology like advanced AI — are unprecedented in nature, we’re looking for proactive, visionary candidates who offer fresh perspectives on what executive communications might look like in the AI era.
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience and expert capability in at least one domain relevant to Anthropic's roster of executives. These include: science and research; products and AI architecture; enterprise and commercial strategy; and visual storytelling and brand, among others.
Responsibilities:
Originate and shape exceptional executive communications that span a wide array of written and rhetorical formats and platforms
Work cross-functionally with External Communications colleagues and other subject matter experts to drive consequential communications moments that serve strategic goals
Support senior leaders in developing their areas of communications focus and in their preparation for major communications moments
Balance a collaborative ethic with a strategic point of view
You may be a good fit if you:
Have 8+ years of high level executive communications experience, ideally at a high-tempo, industry-shaping organization
Are an exceptional writer and communicator — both on the page, and in high-stakes, fast-moving environments
Are high agency and low ego
Demonstrate comfort and experience in supporting senior leaders
Have a point of view on how forces of change are reshaping traditional communications disciplines, including executive communications
Display strong operational capabilities
Are self-driven with a bias to action
Show excellent judgment and instincts in navigating ambiguous situations
Maintain epistemic humility while making informed decisions
Bring an open and curious mindset to deeply understand technical concepts

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's Infrastructure organization builds and operates the compute that trains and serves our frontier models. Behind every cluster is a physical supply chain: servers, accelerators, networking equipment, spares, and tooling that have to be received, inspected, secured, tracked, and delivered to the right site at the right time. The Warehousing and Logistics team owns that flow, and this role runs its day-to-day operations in the US.
As Warehouse and Logistics Manager, you'll report to our Global Warehousing and Logistics Lead and own the operational management of all direct and third party logistics providers) of inbound receiving, storage, inventory control, kitting, and outbound shipments to our data center sites and partners. You'll manage the relationships and performance of our third-party warehouses, carriers, and freight forwarders, and you'll be the person on the ground when a shipment is late, a pallet arrives damaged, or a site needs a critical spare tomorrow morning.
This is a hands-on operational role on a small team, so you'll move between running the daily floor rhythm and building the processes, controls, and metrics that let us scale as our hardware footprint grows. You should be comfortable making decisions with incomplete information, communicating clearly with engineers and vendors alike, and holding a high bar for accuracy and chain of custody on high-value, security-sensitive equipment.
Key responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day warehouse operations across locations in North America, including receiving, inspection, put-away, storage, cycle counting, kitting, and outbound fulfillment to data center sites for the Anthropic owned warehouse and those run by Anthropic’s partners/ third party logistics providers
Own inventory accuracy and asset tracking for all infrastructure hardware, compute, MEP, spares, and consumables, maintaining clear chain of custody from dock to rack
Plan and execute domestic freight and coordinate international shipments, selecting carriers, managing schedules, and resolving exceptions such as delays, damage, and shortages
Manage third-party logistics providers, carriers, and freight forwarders, including onboarding, service-level tracking, performance reviews, and cost management
Coordinate closely with data center operations, hardware engineering, procurement, and security teams to align delivery schedules with deployment timelines and site readiness
Operate reverse logistics for returns, RMAs, and end-of-life equipment, including secure handling and disposition of storage devices in partnership with security and compliance
Build and document standard operating procedures, checklists, and controls for warehouse and shipping activities, and train warehouse staff and vendors on them
Maintain compliance with safety, hazardous materials, export control, and customs requirements for the equipment we handle
Define and report on operational metrics such as receiving cycle time, inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, and freight cost, and use them to drive continuous improvement
Support capacity planning for warehouse space, staffing, and equipment as our hardware volumes and site count grow
Minimum qualifications
Experience managing warehouse or logistics operations for physical goods, including receiving, inventory control, and outbound shipping
Hands-on experience with a warehouse management or inventory management system, and comfort working in spreadsheets to analyze inventory and shipment data
Experience managing third-party logistics providers or carriers, including negotiating service levels and holding vendors accountable to them
Working knowledge of domestic freight (LTL, FTL, and parcel) and the documentation that goes with it
Familiarity with safety and regulatory requirements for shipping and storing IT or electronic equipment, such as hazardous materials rules for lithium batteries
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical teams and external partners
Demonstrated ability to build processes from scratch and keep operations running reliably as volume and complexity increase
Ability to travel to warehouse and data center sites in the US as needed
Preferred qualifications
Experience handling data center or enterprise IT hardware, including servers, GPUs or other accelerators, and networking equipment
Experience with international freight forwarding, customs brokerage, and export control requirements such as EAR
Experience with secure chain-of-custody programs, asset tagging, and data-bearing device sanitization or destruction
Experience directly managing warehouse staff or contract labor
Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems and how inventory data flows between them and warehouse systems
Experience with lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methods
Forklift certification or experience overseeing material handling equipment operations
Experience supporting rapid infrastructure buildouts, whether in cloud, telecom, or another hardware-intensive industry

About the job
This position is needed to architect and validate Twilio’s most complex, highest-impact, multi-product opportunities by translating Twilio’s portfolio into secure, scalable, and executive-ready architectures.
You will operate as the regional technical authority for your specialty, partnering tightly with Generalist Solutions Engineers (SEs) and Account Executives (AEs) while engaging Enterprise Strategists and Value Engineers to accelerate outcomes. You’ll also serve as a key bridge between GTM and R&D—codifying repeatable architecture patterns, elevating field capability, and influencing roadmap through formal interlocks.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Architect and validate end-to-end, multi-product solutions that fit into customer ecosystems—often across multiple teams, regions, and lines of business.
Lead technical discovery, solution mapping, and validation strategy (workshops, demos, POCs) to remove architectural risk and secure stakeholder alignment.
Scope and validate architectures with emphasis on:
Build and deliver exec/architect-ready presentations that communicate tradeoffs, implementation path, and long-term platform vision.
Document customer patterns, technical shifts, and competitive signals; synthesize into actionable product feedback.
Drive influence via Product & R&D interlock, GTM product escalations, and PDLC feedback mechanisms.
Act as a visible thought leader (internal/external) on trust, identity, security, fraud, and compliance trends—shaping Twilio’s point of view and technical narrative.
Qualifications
Twilio values diverse experiences from all kinds of industries, and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply. If your career is just starting or hasn't followed a traditional path, don't let that stop you from considering Twilio. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table!
*Required:
Demonstrated ability to lead and win complex, multi-stakeholder solutions cycles (discovery → architecture → validation → proposal support).
7+ years progressive presales experience (solutions engineering, sales engineering, or specialist overlay), including complex solution architecture.
4+ years depth in at least one trust-related domain (identity verification, authentication, security, fraud/abuse, compliance), including:
Strong executive communication skills: ability to influence C-level and senior technical audiences with crisp architecture narratives and tradeoffs.
Proven ability to build durable cross-functional partnerships (Sales, SE leadership, Product, Engineering, Marketing) and drive outcomes through influence.
Experience capturing and communicating customer requirements and trends to influence product strategy/roadmap.
Desired:
Experience operating as a regional technical authority (standard-setting, coaching, asset creation) rather than only deal-by-deal support.
Track record building repeatable architectures/plays that scale across teams.
Experience partnering deeply with Product/PMM on positioning, roadmap feedback, and launch readiness.
Familiarity with adjacent trust capabilities such as encryption/key management concepts, audit logging, incident response, A2P/10DLC considerations, and data residency architectures.
Experience across multiple product areas within a platform/API company; comfort stitching together messaging/voice/contact center/data capabilities into unified solutions.
