We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished in such a short time and look forward to sharing this journey with you. Join us as we continue to scale, diversify our portfolio, and grow with the evolving community of gamers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for an Analytics Engineering Lead to set the direction for analytics engineering at Eneba and help the team deliver trusted, business-ready data. You’ll lead a team of around 10 analytics engineers.
You’ll define what analytics engineering owns and where it is going, connect the team’s work to real business needs, and ensure curated data can be used directly by business teams, BI tools, and AI agents without an analyst in between.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Create and own the analytics engineering strategy, direction, and goals.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of around 10 analytics engineers through regular feedback, one-to-ones, performance management, review cycles, and hiring, helping them become increasingly autonomous.
- Establish the analytics data-modeling architecture, engineering principles, quality standards, and ways of working that guide how the team builds and maintains models.
- Ensure analytics engineering work begins with a clear understanding of the business problem and delivers data that people can use with confidence.
- Enable reliable self-service analytics by making curated data usable by business teams, BI tools, and AI agents, with appropriate semantic layers, metrics, discoverability, and governance.
- Evaluate the current analytics landscape and make pragmatic, evidence-based decisions about what should be improved, stopped, rebuilt, or delegated.
- Partner directly with stakeholders across the company, including teams such as Accounting, Payments, and Marketing, as well as senior leaders.
- Build a strong understanding of Eneba’s business and translate varied stakeholder needs into a clear direction for the team.
- Identify and empower technical experts within the existing team to help define and implement engineering standards.
- Evaluate analytics tooling and delegate technical discovery where appropriate, while retaining final ownership of analytics engineering architecture and tooling decisions.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience leading and developing data, analytics, or analytics engineering and people-management in product-focused tech companies.
- Experience defining strategy and setting direction for analytics engineering, data modeling, or a closely related function.
- A track record of establishing data-modeling architecture, principles, or standards that guide how other engineers build and maintain models.
- Strong business judgment: you focus on why data is needed and what problem it solves, not only how models are built.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with proven experience partnering closely with product leadership and representing data in executive-level and cross-functional discussions.
- Ability to form clear, evidence-based opinions, challenge existing approaches, and lead change under sustained pressure including recommending that work be stopped or rebuilt when needed.
- Experience operating in a high-growth, fast-moving organization with low approval layers, where data supports many business functions. Scale-up experience is helpful.
- Working knowledge of SQL and data modeling, hands-on experience with DBT, and familiarity with at least one BI or dashboarding tool.
- Fluent English (business proficiency required)
What it’s like to work at Eneba
- Opportunity to join our Employee Stock Options program.
- Opportunity to help scale a unique product.
- Various bonus systems: performance-based, referral, additional paid leave, personal learning budget.
- Paid volunteering opportunities.
- Work location of your choice: office, remote, opportunity to work and travel.
- Personal and professional growth at an exponential rate supported by well-defined feedback and promotion processes.
- We’re an international team and our business language of choice is English. Good English level is required, proficiency is preferred. Please submit your resume in English

For more than 10 years, we've been creating reliable, high-performance solutions at the intersection of product, engineering, and entertainment.
We are looking for a
Senior SEO Specialist
to own product-related SEO tasks from idea through release. You will turn search opportunities into initiatives and tasks for product and engineering, and confirm that what is delivered works as intended.
Job Responsibilities
Identify technical and on-page SEO issues (crawling, indexing, site structure, redirects, canonicals, internal linking, templates, structured data) and initiate product-related tasks when they block organic performance;
Prepare implementation-ready tasks and recommendations: problem, solution, affected templates or URLs, risks, and acceptance criteria;
Validate proposed work with the Team Lead and SEO team before it reaches product or engineering;
Consult product and development on SEO implications of planned features, template changes, and site architecture;
Participate in estimations and groomings so work is sized, sequenced, and specified well enough to build;
Analyze search intent, SERP structure, and competitor behavior when it affects product or template decisions;
Optimize existing page types and templates for rankings, traffic, engagement, and conversions, including titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, page structure, and content;
Support content planning with SEO briefs, keyword maps, and optimization guidelines when work touches product surfaces;
Plan information architecture and landing-page structure for new product or content surfaces;
Specify and, where appropriate, implement structured data;
Test implementations after release against agreed acceptance criteria;
Monitor performance in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and in-house reporting tools. Track rankings, traffic, indexing, and trends tied to shipped work, not only site-wide averages;
Prepare concise updates: what moved, what did not, and recommended next product or content steps;
Stay current with SEO practices and search-engine updates that affect product implementation.
You’ll thrive here if you have
4+ years of hands-on SEO across on-page, content, and technical work;
Experience working with high-traffic international and multilingual websites;
Proven experience turning SEO findings into tickets or requirements that engineering or product teams can implement;
Comfort participating in agile delivery: grooming, estimation, clarification, and post-release checks;
Strong understanding of keyword research, search intent, SERP analysis, and competitor research;
Working knowledge of technical SEO: crawling, indexing, redirects, canonicals, internal linking, site architecture, and template-level changes;
Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, crawlers, and other SEO tools;
Ability to analyze SEO data and turn it into a clear recommendation, with an expected effect and a way to verify the release;
Clear written communication: tickets, briefs, and short performance notes that non-SEO teams can act on;
Ability to work independently, manage several workstreams, and raise issues early rather than waiting for a fully specified brief.
Nice to have:
Experience with programmatic SEO or large-scale template optimization;
Familiarity with Looker Studio, BigQuery, SQL, or another reporting stack;
Basic scripting (Python or similar) for crawls, log samples, or bulk URL analysis;
Familiarity with common CMS or front-end delivery setups;
Awareness of generative search / AI results as a measurement context;
Experience in SaaS, marketplace, media, or other product-led digital businesses.

An overview of this role
At GitLab, our mission is simple: to enable everyone to contribute to and co-create the software that powers our world.
As a Senior Backend Engineer on
Tenant Controls
, you'll design, implement, and evolve backend capabilities for a global platform that millions use. You'll solve problems of high scope and complexity, influence technical and product direction, and improve system quality, reliability, and performance beyond assigned feature work. Working across product, frontend, infrastructure, data, and security, you'll make pragmatic architectural trade-offs and partner with product managers and designers to deliver value to users in a remote-first, asynchronous environment.
What you’ll do
Design and ship moderate to complex backend features with minimal guidance, choosing between modular-monolith code, shared components, and independently operated services.
Influence team objectives, technical direction, and long-range goals, partnering with product managers and designers to shape requirements around user needs.
Define backend standards for style, maintainability, testing, application programming interfaces (APIs), and operational readiness, advocating for quality, security, availability, and performance.
Mentor associate and intermediate engineers, remove technical blockers, and improve delivery practices through code and design reviews.
Diagnose and prevent performance and reliability issues at scale, participate in incident response, and act as a technical owner where appropriate.
Experiment with and integrate agentic AI into production engineering workflows, evaluate its effectiveness, and coach others on responsible use and sound judgment.
What you’ll bring
Strong command of backend architecture, APIs, data systems, and performance tuning in a complex product or service environment.
Proficiency in modern backend languages and a deep understanding of systems programming, with the ability to learn and adapt rather than mastery of a single language.
Experience designing or evolving modular backend boundaries, bounded contexts, and migration-safe architectures.
Ability to lead through influence, technical judgment, and clear asynchronous written communication, connecting product needs with technical decisions and directing your own work.
Experience building or operating agentic AI systems in production, including loops, tool use, and error-handling strategies that support reliability at scale, beyond prompt engineering alone.
Helpful, but not required: experience with high-throughput distributed systems, concurrency or profiling; containerized production operations (such as Kubernetes); database performance (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, schema evolution or partitioning); large-scale modular monoliths or event-driven systems; public technical communication, open source maintenance or developer-focused software as a service (SaaS).
About the team
You'll join
Tenant Controls
within Production Engineering, where we own application-level rate limiting on GitLab.com. ENGINEERING MANAGER - APPLIED AI
THE ROLE AND ITS IMPACT
You will lead and grow the Internal AI Accelerator team as it expands from its current core to a fully formed engineering squad. You will own the strategy, delivery, and roadmap for how Xero designs and delivers agentic AI workflows that eliminate manual toil, speed up decision-making, and generate measurable productivity gains. This means working directly with business leaders across G&A, Finance, P&C, and IT functions to co-build reusable AI patterns and governance frameworks that last. You will shape how Xero thinks about AI delivery long after your tenure, building playbooks and reference architectures that other teams can pick up and run with.
What your engineers build goes into production and real people rely on it. One month you are partnering with finance, the next you are embedded in IT. You set the pace, you unblock the path, and you hold your team accountable to shipping.
THE TEAM AND HOW THEY CONNECT
The Internal AI Accelerator team is a small, high-impact crew of engineers embedded across Xero's business units. They partner directly with product, engineering, and business teams to design and ship AI workflows in weeks, not months. The team operates with a direct line to senior stakeholders and a genuine mandate to move fast. Together, you are genuinely curious about what works and what doesn't, learning openly from every project and sharing what you discover.
THE TEAM IS CURRENTLY WORKING ON
The team is expanding from a proof-of-concept phase into building at scale. You will focus on growing the engineering capability across multiple workstreams. Initially, your priorities will be:
- Scaling agentic AI delivery across multiple business domains (finance, HR, support, operations)
- Building reusable patterns, platforms, and governance frameworks that other teams can adopt
- Designing and implementing the technical architecture for enterprise AI deployments
- Establishing best practices for AI safety, evaluation, and operations at scale
WHERE AND HOW YOU CAN WORK
This role is based in Sydney. You will work in a hybrid model with core collaboration days in the office. Xero supports flexible ways of working, and regular "boost days" bring our ANZ teams together for connection and planning.
HERE ARE SOME OF THE THINGS WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- You bring solid engineering credibility, ideally from shipping production software at scale, so you can make sound technical decisions and earn your team's respect without needing to code day-to-day.
- Your approach to strategy is pragmatic: you can move fast without all the answers, turning vague problems into clear scope, and pivoting when the situation changes.
- You will Go Bold in how you lead: giving your team ownership, pushing back on processes that slow you down, and creating space for innovation alongside delivery.
- You demonstrate genuine curiosity about your people and a commitment to coaching them up. You leave your team knowing more than when they joined.
- You show comfort bridging technical and non-technical worlds, translating between engineers and business stakeholders without losing nuance on either side.
Apply even if your experience isn't a perfect match! At Xero, we hire based on your skills, passion, and the unique perspective you can bring to enhance our culture and team.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a RevOps Systems Architect to help build a modern, AI-powered revenue operations stack. This isn't a traditional Salesforce admin role. We're building a GTM tech stack where AI is a first-class citizen, automations are genuinely intelligent, and our CRM is a living system that reflects how our business actually works.
You'll function as a Salesforce admin and backend developer in one. You'll own platform administration, build complex automations via Flows and Apex, and develop and maintain custom services and integrations, including Salesforce MCP servers and AI tooling that connect our CRM to the broader systems our team runs on. For larger engineering efforts, you'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our engineering team, scoping and shipping together.
In this role, you will:
- Administer our Salesforce org: object model, data architecture, user configuration, and platform health.
- Build and maintain automations via Salesforce Flows, Apex, and custom services that power our GTM processes end to end.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce MCP servers and AI tooling that extend CRM functionality into AI-powered workflows.
- Design and maintain SQL-based data pipelines that feed dashboards and revenue reporting across the org.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into clean technical scope, from stakeholder conversation to implemented solution.
REQUIREMENTS
- Salesforce administration experience with deep familiarity across the object model, Flows, data loading tools, and platform configuration.
- Strong Apex development skills: you can build, debug, and maintain custom logic, triggers, and integrations without leaning on a separate engineering team.
- SQL proficiency: you can decompose ambiguous questions into answerable queries and are comfortable with complex joins, aggregations, and pipeline logic.
- Systems mindset: you can hold an end-to-end process in your head, trace a field from its origin through every downstream dependency, and anticipate what breaks when something changes.
- Excited by modern tooling: you're drawn to building AI-native systems and are curious about where Salesforce, MCP, and AI agents intersect.
Bonus:
- Familiarity with dbt or modern data transformation tooling.
- Experience with BI tools such as Sigma or Looker.

About the Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced blockchain developer to join our team building the next generation of high-performance on-chain trading infrastructure. You will help design and implement a unified trading engine — supporting Perpetuals, Spot, and Prediction Markets under a single margin account — and contribute to
ExchangeOS
, an infrastructure layer that lets KYC'd institutions and Web3 entities stake to create and operate their own trading venues (DEXs) on top of our chain.
What You’ll Be Doing
Design and build a unified account and matching system that supports Perpetuals, Spot, and Prediction Markets — including on-chain order matching, cross-margin validation, settlement, and liquidation/risk engines (ADL, ADL-avoidance, ADL waterfall, ecosystem insurance fund mechanics).
Build and optimize the core components of
ExchangeOS
: the staking/venue-creation framework that allows KYC-verified institutions and Web3 protocols to launch and operate their own dex on shared infrastructure.
Drive performance engineering across the stack — parallel transaction execution, low-latency order pipelines, and throughput/latency optimization at the engine and chain level.
Track cutting-edge blockchain and trading-system technology (e.g. Hyperliquid, dYdX, other high-performance perp DEX architectures) and apply best practices to our infrastructure.
Partner with product and business teams to translate venue/exchange requirements into technical designs, and provide ongoing technical support.
What We Look For In You
Strong proficiency in
Rust
, with hands-on experience in high-performance, low-latency systems; experience with parallel/concurrent execution engines is a strong plus.
Deep understanding of exchange/matching engine mechanics: order book design, margin systems, liquidation and ADL, settlement, and risk engines — familiarity with perpetual, spot, or prediction market products is a strong plus.
Solid grounding in blockchain fundamentals (consensus, P2P networking, cryptography); experience reading core code of major L1/L2 systems (Ethereum, Optimism, Arbitrum, or high-performance L1s like Hyperliquid/Solana) is a plus but not the primary focus of this role.
Strong systems-performance mindset: profiling, memory/allocator tuning, and designing for sub-millisecond latency at scale.
Excellent teamwork, communication, and logical reasoning skills; genuine passion for trading systems and blockchain technology.
