ABOUT US
Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead (Google & Microsoft Ads), to lead and scale our advertising across the Ruby Labs portfolio.
This is a senior player-coach role. You will own Google Ads and Microsoft Ads execution across multiple brands, coach and develop acquisition managers, set account standards, improve performance, and protect account health across a large multi-brand setup.
You will be responsible for scaling spend profitably across Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, and Microsoft Ads. You will conduct regular account audits, identify missed opportunities, and make sure every brand is using Google and Bing to their full potential.
This is not a reporting-only leadership role. You need to stay close to the accounts, understand the details, and be able to challenge strategy, structure, bidding, compliance, measurement, and execution yourself.
We also work AI-first. You will own the Google and Bing acquisition knowledge base inside Claude, including playbooks, audit frameworks, prompts, automations, QA checklists, and repeatable workflows that help the team operate faster and better.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Portfolio Performance
- Scale profitable spend across multiple brands, geos, languages, and funnels.
- Manage CPA, ROAS, CAC, and payback against real revenue data, not surface-level platform metrics.
- Conduct regular account audits across all brands to identify gaps, missed opportunities, inefficient structures, underused campaign types, weak signals, and scaling potential.
- Make sure every brand is fully utilizing Google and Microsoft Ads opportunities across Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, and Microsoft Ads.
- Work with Managing Directors and UA Managers to translate brand targets into practical Google and Bing execution.
- Own channel-level recommendations for budget allocation, account structure, bidding approach, testing priorities, and scale-up opportunities.
- Partner with Google and Microsoft teams on betas, new campaign types, product changes, escalation paths, and platform-level opportunities.
Team Leadership
- Coach, teach, and develop acquisition managers working on Google and Microsoft Ads.
- Hire, onboard, manage, and, where necessary, make replacement decisions for Google and Bing acquisition talent.
- Own performance evaluation, goals, KPIs, feedback cycles, and personal development plans for the Google and Bing team.
- Set the performance bar and craft standards for the team.
- Review account work, train UA managers, and raise the overall quality of execution.
- Make sure every brand has clear ownership, weekly reporting, and strong channel support.
- Stay hands-on enough to audit accounts, challenge decisions, and guide execution from real account data.
Account Architecture & Governance
- Define standards for account structure, naming, conversion architecture, bidding, testing, reporting, documentation, and QA.
- Review major account changes before launch and make sure changes are hypothesis-driven, measured, and documented.
- Run monthly account audits across all Google and Microsoft Ads accounts.
- Maintain clean documentation so account knowledge, automations, tests, and learnings are not dependent on one person.
- Build repeatable standards that UA managers can follow across brands without losing brand-specific context.
Policy & Compliance
- Own Google and Microsoft Ads policy and compliance across all Ruby Labs brands.
- Protect account health across all brands.
- Own policy workflows for ad review, disapprovals, appeals, account restrictions, and escalation.
- Work closely with brand teams on ad-to-landing-page consistency, claims, pricing, funnel compliance, and policy-sensitive testing.
- Build prevention-first processes so policy issues are caught before launch.
- Maintain direct escalation paths with Google and Microsoft representatives.
- Have the authority to block launches that create material account or policy risk.
AI-First Operating System
- Own the Google and Bing acquisition knowledge base inside Claude, including playbooks, SOPs, audit frameworks, campaign QA checklists, prompts, and reusable workflows.
- Design AI-assisted workflows for keyword research, campaign builds, audits, QA, reporting, opportunity discovery, and optimization review.
- Train UA managers to use Claude workflows correctly and consistently in their daily Google and Bing work.
- Evaluate workflow quality, improve the knowledge base over time, and turn successful processes into repeatable team standards.
- Use AI to increase team speed and quality while keeping human judgment, compliance, and account safety at the center.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of hands-on paid search experience.
- Experience coaching, leading, hiring, and evaluating Google Ads specialists, UA managers, or paid search teams.
- Direct ownership of large Google Ads budgets, ideally $5M+ per month hands-on and $10M+ per month at portfolio level.
- Strong Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and YouTube experience.
- Microsoft Ads experience, including Microsoft Audience Network.
- Proven record scaling accounts profitably across multiple countries and languages.
- Strong understanding of subscription economics: LTV, CAC, ROAS, payback windows, cohorts, and value-based bidding.
- Deep Google Ads policy experience, including disapprovals, appeals, account restrictions, and compliance-heavy environments.
- Strong account architecture, audit, documentation, and measurement discipline.
- Ability to identify scaling opportunities and practical account improvements from account-level data.
- Clear, direct communication with both acquisition managers and senior stakeholders.
Strong Advantage
- Experience managing enterprise-level search accounts or large multi-brand paid search portfolios.
- Experience with Google Ads scripts, Google Ads API, SQL, or internal automation tools.
- Experience building Claude, AI, or agentic workflows for marketing operations.
- Experience building team knowledge bases, SOPs, QA systems, and training programs for paid acquisition teams.
- D2C subscription, lead-gen, or consumer web funnel experience.
- Experience with high-scrutiny categories, trademark-sensitive ads, or complex policy environments.
- Experience working directly with Google or Microsoft teams on betas, product pilots, and escalation paths.
LOCATION
Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.

You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to work
We recognize the power of both in person collaboration and remote work. Some roles are designated as remote-first, with an expectation that individuals work from their homes majority of the time, while others are designated as in-office roles, with an expectation of being on-site on a regular basis. We recognize that certain roles benefit from regular, in-person connection to support collaboration, team cohesion, and customer engagement.
For all roles, occasional travel may be required. This includes things like: department-wide offsites, quarterly department meetings and periodic customer events. These events are typically held in varying locations across Canada, USA and/or EMEA. In leadership roles, you can expect to travel once per month on average.

Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're looking for an exceptional marketing leader to drive Notion’s growth across EMEA— the team responsible for both the fuel that powers our regional go-to-market and the engine that converts it into pipeline and revenue. You'll lead a multi-disciplinary group of marketers across digital, demand, content, and campaigns, and you'll own the end-to-end system that turns regional narratives into measurable growth across markets.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team
- Manage and grow a cross-functional team of marketers spanning digital, demand generation, content strategy, and campaign execution. Foster a culture of craft, speed, and accountability.
- Own the EMEA content and campaign narrative
- Develop messaging houses grounded in real customer problems, use cases, and outcomes. Build modular, deployable content bills of materials (BOMs) — stories, assets, templates, talk tracks, proof points, and examples — that travel across channels and markets.
- Lead regional demand generation
- Leadership over the EMEA demand engine—across self serve and sales assist audiences, with repeatable programmes that have clear positioning, modular assets, and measurement plans that connect directly to pipeline and revenue.
- Orchestrate market launches and flagship campaigns
- Translate global narratives into market-ready messaging, toolkits, and channel plans. Lead the content and toolkit workstream for product launches and flagship regional campaigns. Keep cross-functional plans, assets, and timelines aligned and deployable across EMEA.
- Enable the wider regional team
- Partner with Country Marketing, Storytelling, Sales, and global Product Marketing to ensure consistent storytelling, proof points, and talk tracks across every market and channel. Your team's output is what others build from.
- Scale with AI
- Build and apply AI-driven workflows to accelerate research, drafting, localisation, and asset iteration at speed — without sacrificing accuracy or customer relevance. Model this capability for the broader team.
- Measure and sharpen
- Use funnel insights — engagement data, customer feedback, and business metrics — to continuously refine messaging, content, and programmes. Report on what's working and make the case for change when it isn't.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 12+ years in B2B marketing — with meaningful time owning both content/narrative and demand generation in a high-growth or enterprise SaaS environment.
- Proven people leadership — experience building, managing, and developing multi-disciplinary marketing teams. You know how to hire for craft and lead through ambiguity.
- Narrative and content mastery — you can write a compelling messaging house, build a scalable toolkit, and coach others to do the same. Customer empathy is instinctive, not a checklist item.
- Demand generation depth — hands-on experience running and optimising paid, email, webinar, and outbound programmes, with a strong grasp of funnel metrics and revenue attribution.
- AI fluency — you actively use AI tools to accelerate your work and can design workflows for your team to do the same. Not a curiosity — an active working practice.
- EMEA market knowledge — experience running multi-market programmes across EMEA with an understanding of localisation needs, cultural nuance, and go-to-market variation across the region.
- Cross-functional influence — able to align and work effectively across global and regional stakeholders in Sales, Product Marketing, Comms, and Country teams — without always having formal authority.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

We also offer private, useful, and optional AI, including Duck.ai https://duck.ai/, which lets you chat privately with ChatGPT, Claude, and other AIs, all in one place.
Our culture https://duckduckgo.com/how-we-work of trust, inclusivity, and empowered project management underpins everything we do, where each team member takes full ownership of their projects, from scoping and execution to postmortem. If you're seeking end-to-end ownership of your work, you've come to the right place!
YOUR TEAM AND ROLE
Working on the Marketing & Communications Functional Team, you'll drive profitable acquisition of paid subscribers and work on related projects that aim to help millions of people take back control of their personal information.
Recent projects include:
- Supporting strategy and planning for new paid advertising initiatives to profitably scale subscriptions
- Launching new ad channel tests and measuring incremental lift
- Executing in-market tests for new creative and messaging following a brand refresh
As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you'll manage high priority marketing campaigns, including planning, hands-on execution, testing, optimization, and analysis to optimize spend and drive profitable paid subscriber growth. This role will help create and execute a new marketing program for paid subscriptions. You'll deliver results from new channel testing, creative testing, and by optimizing paid subscriber conversion. The right person is excited to prove that paid marketing growth and privacy-respecting advertising practices aren’t at odds — they’re our edge. You know how to use aggregate measurement, experimentation, and strong judgment rather than user-level targeting and tracking.
ABOUT YOU
- 7+ years of experience in digital advertising roles, with 2+ years of experience in paid acquisition for freemium consumer subscription apps preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with both strategic planning and execution in digital marketing platforms (app store ads, paid social, mobile app networks) to profitably scale app subscriber growth.
- Hands-on expertise standing up paid subscription programs from scratch, with a track record of scaling subscriber growth profitably against LTV and payback — not just acquisition costs.
- Experience driving subscription growth within an established, high-traffic product where subscription revenue is a secondary — not primary — revenue model, preferred.
- Track record partnering with Engineering and Product to build and optimize landing pages, funnels, product experiences, and instrumentation.
- Ability to execute highly complex and ambiguous projects, working across business strategy and marketing tactics.
- Advanced analytical and measurement abilities, including app economics (payback, LTV), incrementality/lift testing, modeling, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills — you can clearly articulate recommendations and rationale, whether verbal or written.

You see software development and team organization not as a rigid set of rules, but as a craft that deserves better tools. You want to design complex, data-rich productivity platforms where information architecture is a first-class problem, and you want to rethink how humans work alongside AI. If you are a designer who values hands-on craft, hates unnecessary bureaucracy, and wants the autonomy to build a team's design process from scratch, this role was built for you.
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 companies rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
YouTrack handles serious complexity – agile boards, backlogs, knowledge bases, helpdesks, and deeply customizable workflows – across teams from two-person startups to global enterprises. We’re at a point where the category's oldest assumptions are worth reconsidering. Issue tracking has relied on the same foundational blocks for years, but AI opens an opportunity to rethink how software can actively help teams get work done.
We need a Lead Product Designer to shape where project management goes next while keeping a massive, mature surface area coherent, legible, and a pleasant to use. In this role, you’ll lead a small design team of two designers, own the overall design quality bar across the product, and act as an individual contributor on our hardest, least-charted problems. You’ll build a fresh design process from scratch with the full backing of a team lead who respects craft and values professional judgment.
Day to day, you will:
Shape a point of view on how project management and issue tracking evolve in an AI-native world and turn those concepts into tools people can actually use.
Design how people work alongside AI capabilities in YouTrack, from conversational interfaces to inline assistance and background automation.
Develop interaction patterns for unsettled problems, including surfacing AI confidence, making actions transparent, and keeping users in control.
Prototype and test new concepts quickly, separating ideas that feel clever from those that genuinely reduce friction.
Keep a large, deep product coherent so that boards, helpdesks, reports, and administration feel like a single cohesive engine.
Partner with product management and engineering to shape roadmap priorities from a design perspective, influencing what gets built and why.
What you’ll bring
A deep commitment to craft ownership, holding yourself and your team to high standards without creating bottlenecks.
Comfort building clear, lightweight processes, without turning them into restrictive bureaucracy.
The generosity to share knowledge openly and collaborate across a broad, global design community.
Clarity in your writing and reasoning, with the ability to explain complex design decisions in plain words.
Comfort with ambiguity and a healthy appetite for finding the right questions before designing the answers.
Strong opinions, loosely held, with a clear understanding of when to follow platform conventions and when to break them.
What you’ll need
Successfully led the design of complex, data-rich productivity tools or software systems where information architecture is a primary challenge.
Proven understanding of how modern AI systems operate beyond single-turn prompts, including agentic workflows and multi-step execution.
Experience mentoring and leading other designers, giving clear feedback that lands and raises the bar.
Ability to design unified experiences that cater to small startup teams and large enterprise customers simultaneously.
A portfolio showing a range of work from precise micro-interactions to large-scale information architecture.
What success looks like
Success means earning the trust of your team and peers through sound interaction choices and clear systemic improvements. You will establish a reliable critique rhythm and a structured way of working that helps your designers grow. Within your first few months, delivering clear patterns for our AI capabilities, paying down accumulated UX debt, and ensuring YouTrack remains both deep and remarkably quick on its feet.
Why join JetBrains?
Strong base salary. We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience.
Flexible work schedule. Enjoy the freedom to work from home or from the office.
Extra time off. More days to relax, recharge, and do the things you love.
Learning and development opportunities. Access to conferences, courses, and language classes.
Relocation support. Assistance to help make your move as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Free meals and snacks. Lunch and refreshments provided to keep you fueled.
Health and wellness. On-site gyms or sports club stipends.
Internal events. Company-wide celebrations and team gatherings.
If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Design Engineer at Ramp, you sit at the intersection of design and front-end engineering. You bring ambitious ideas to life in real interfaces, prototype directly in code, validate with customers, and ship production experiences with a high bar for craft, performance, and reliability.
Design at Ramp is AI first and builder led. Work starts in an LLM to clarify intent and constraints, moves into tools like Claude and Cursor to explore and build, is tested with real customers, and then comes into Figma for systems and polish. AI and self-serve research are default parts of the workflow, not side experiments.
We are looking for multiple design engineers who think like a designer, code like a front-end engineer, and treat AI as a real collaborator.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design and build high-craft product experiences: Own key surfaces end to end, from concept through production. Use layout, interaction, and motion to make complex behavior feel simple and safe.
- Work AI first with Cursor and Claude Code: Use LLMs, Cursor, and Claude Code as your starting point. Draft intent, explore implementations, scaffold components, and refactor with AI in the loop. Apply your own judgment to refine quality.
- Prototype in code and validate with customers: Build interactive prototypes in React and TypeScript and test them with real users using self-serve research tools. Use what you learn to refine flows before full systemization.
- Bridge design systems, product, and brand: Translate Ramp’s design principles into reusable components and patterns. Extend the design system so expressive, brand-aligned moments are easy to build and scale.
- Reveal what our agents are doing without noise: Design patterns that show what AI and automation are doing on behalf of customers. Use hierarchy, copy, and motion to earn trust while keeping the default experience simple.
- Champion performance and accessibility: Ship work that is fast, accessible, and robust. Pay attention to semantics, focus states, reduced motion, and Core Web Vitals. Partner with engineers to debug and optimize over time.
- Share AI-native workflows: Document prompts, patterns, and workflows you use in Cursor and Claude Code. Share them with designers and engineers to raise the bar across the team.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Strong experience across both design and front-end engineering, with ownership from idea to shipped interface
- Fluency in React, TypeScript or JavaScript, semantic HTML, and modern CSS
- Active use of tools like Cursor and Claude Code, with clear opinions on how to get high-quality output
- A portfolio that shows high visual and interaction craft in live experiences or working prototypes
- A systems mindset and interest in building reusable components and patterns
- Care for performance, accessibility, and reliability as part of craft
- Clear written and verbal communication, and comfort pairing with designers, engineers, and marketers
- Based in or open to relocate to NYC
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience contributing to a design system or front-end component library
- Familiarity with experimentation or analytics tools
- Experience with headless CMS, design tokens, or theming systems
- Background in fintech, B2B SaaS, or other trust-heavy domains
- Interest in mentoring others on AI-native workflows
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This is a remote opportunity and we are looking for candidates from the U.S. or Canada. Residents of Quebec are not eligible for this role.
At Grafana Labs, we build observability tools that help users understand, respond to, and improve their systems – regardless of scale, complexity, or tech stack. We recently started a skunkworks initiative with a mission to bring observability to the rest of the business. Our goal is to make Grafana the single best place where humans and AI agents understand and act on real-time data from across the enterprise. As part of this initiative, we are building an AI-native data intelligence system that gives agents reliable, governed access to enterprise context. This system helps agents retrieve the right data, metadata, definitions, lineage, quality signals, and institutional knowledge without every agent builder having to maintain their own brittle context files. The principle is simple: the context system retrieves, agents decide, and data teams maintain the intelligence.
The new team is a mix of seasoned Grafanistas and new hires. We operate with a high degree of autonomy and ownership, both as individuals and as a team. Engineers are empowered to make decisions, move quickly, and validate ideas early – while being supported by a deeply collaborative culture that values curiosity, feedback, and cross-functional partnership.
We’re looking for a Senior-level Backend Engineer to help build the first production services for this context layer management system. You will design and ship the core backend architecture that powers ingestion, context storage, retrieval APIs, and agent-facing integrations. This is an early-stage role on a high-autonomy team, so you should be comfortable working through ambiguity, making pragmatic architectural decisions, and building systems that can evolve from internal dogfooding to production-grade SaaS. As the team matures, there’s a broad opportunity to expand or redefine this role based on impact and initiative.
Key responsibilities:
Build the core backend services: Design, implement, test, and operate the first services for context ingestion, context indexing, retrieval orchestration, API access, source configuration, and system administration.
Create a scalable SaaS foundation: Help define and build the architecture for a multi-tenant service, including tenant isolation, usage tracking, quotas, audit logs, background jobs, and reliable service boundaries.
Power agent-facing retrieval workflows: Build APIs and service interfaces that allow AI agents, MCP tools, CLIs, and internal applications to retrieve relevant context, provenance, confidence signals, and warnings.
Work across product and infrastructure: Partner with the team to make practical tradeoffs between fast experimentation and long-term reliability, especially as the project moves from prototype to production.
Operate what you build: Instrument services with metrics, logs, traces, alerts, and dashboards. Use observability tools to understand system behavior and improve reliability.
Contribute to technical direction: Help shape the architecture, service boundaries, storage choices, API contracts, deployment patterns, and engineering practices for a new product area.
Effective communication: You’ll be working in a highly dynamic and collaborative environment, so we need someone who can communicate effectively and contribute across teams.
Ownership and impact: Take full ownership of the AI solutions you develop, ensuring they are not only innovative but also scalable, maintainable, and aligned with real user workflows.
What we're looking for:
Strong engineering skills: Solid experience building production-grade, user-facing software systems. You’re a self-starter, capable of tackling complex engineering problems and making UI design decisions with minimal supervision.
AI experience with a practical mindset: You’re familiar with AI technologies and frameworks, and you focus on delivering high-quality solutions that work in the real world, not just in theory.
Quick iteration and experimentation: You’re comfortable releasing prototypes, collecting feedback, and iterating with a pragmatic mindset.
Proven initiative: You take ownership and drive projects forward, pushing boundaries to find the most impactful solutions. You can deal with ambiguity and are able to define scope where things are loosely defined.
Collaborative attitude: You communicate effectively with your peers. You’re open to feedback, and you bring a solutions-oriented mindset to the table.
Requirements:
Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and building applications powered by GenAI.
Proven track record of delivering software that made it into production and is actively used by users.
Exposure to working in cloud-native environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
Experience using observability tools to understand and troubleshoot system behavior.
Nice to have:
Experience building or working with agent frameworks or multi‑agent workflows.
Experience as a data analyst or work with data platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Snowflake, DataBricks)
Experience building tools for data engineering.

WELCOME TO OLX
We're building marketplace sustainable ecosystems that millions of people depend on every month – to buy and sell cars, find homes, land jobs, and trade secondhand goods. It's commerce that matters: safe, smart, and environmentally responsible.
We do this with courage to innovate, commitment to outcomes, collaboration across 50+ nationalities and 7 markets, and a customer-led approach that puts real people first. Add a desire to win – and you get a culture that's ambitious, fast-moving, and built on trust.
Our brands – including AutoTrader, OLX, Otomoto Property24, and more – are loved by millions. And we're backed by Prosus, one of the world's largest tech investors.
Join OLX and see how far you can go.
Join Our Team as an AI-native Staff Backend Engineer!
Join one of our cross-functional teams in Motors, Real Estate, OLX Classifieds, or Platforms, working remotely from Poland.
Are you someone who is craving scalable problems and dealing with optimizations?
You'll work with a creative, critical, and well-organized team from the comfort of your house, but as close as we have ever been!
You will play a key role in enabling our organisation to scale efficiently.
Who we are looking for:
You can use agentic workflows (Claude Code, Cursor Agent, or equivalent) as your default, not as a novelty.
You practice context engineering, not just prompt engineering; you design the full information architecture an AI agent needs to succeed: repo structure, CLAUDE.md / AGENTS.md configs, relevant code context, memory, and tool access.
You understand model routing trade-offs (e.g., when to use Haiku vs. Sonnet vs. Opus) and multi-agent orchestration.
Strong ownership instinct: AI output is a first draft, not a deliverable; you validate, refactor, and take full accountability.
You have strong Coding and Computer Science Fundamentals. Roughly ⅔ of your time will be hands-on technical work: designing solutions, steering and reviewing AI-generated code, developing new ideas, and reviewing others' contributions. The rest goes to cross-team influence, mentoring, and strategic alignment.
Strong background experience in Golang, Java/Kotlin (preferred technologies), and able to work with PHP. Flexible and capable of adjusting to changing project requirements, roles, and backend technologies as needed.
Scalable Systems Expertise. Experience with large-scale web applications, an economic-thinking mindset, and being able to design well-bounded future-proof domain systems, aligned with the business objectives.
Deep expertise in scalable distributed systems, CI/CD, RESTful and GraphQL APIs, AWS, and relational + NoSQL databases.
Big-picture thinker: aligns technical decisions with business strategy, influences without authority.
Clear communicator in English across engineering, product, and leadership audiences.
Self-starter who identifies what needs doing and takes initiative without waiting to be asked.
Skilled Technical Leader and Mentor: Guide and support engineers by setting a strong example. As a Staff Engineer, you are a role model, leading by example and through your expertise.
What you will be doing:
Architect context pipelines for AI agents: curate what enters the context window (repo boundaries, domain knowledge, test outputs, CI feedback) so agents produce reliable, mergeable code, not just plausible code.
Prepare task specifications that are agent-actionable (clear acceptance criteria, referenced modules, explicit constraints)
Design and maintain agent-ready systems: well-bounded repos, comprehensive test suites as guardrails, CI/CD pipelines with structured output agents can parse and act on.
Serve as an AI Champion: join and strengthen our growing AI Champion community, contribute to workshops, curate effective agentic workflows, and mentor engineers on AI-assisted practices. Contribute to org-level AI tooling evaluations and OLX AI practices repositories.
Drive active migration from a legacy monolith to microservices, owning decisions on bounded domain decomposition. Working on making agentic workflows effective across a codebase whose boundaries are actively being redefined.
Set the bar for GraphQL API design, RESTful contracts, database schema, and CI/CD quality across the tribe.
Work with product and engineering leadership to identify high-value problems, propose initiatives, and drive impactful technical direction without direct authority
Guide senior engineers in managing and reducing technical debt with AI as an accelerator, not a shortcut.
