ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
This role owns Baseten's relationships and market intelligence across hyperscalers and strategic neoclouds, including NVIDIA cloud partners. This is a technical and commercial role in equal measure: you'll evaluate capacity from the GPU to the data center, negotiate cost and terms with suppliers, and stay close enough to the market to develop and defend a real point of view on where it's heading. Given current market conditions, Baseten needs a much stronger pulse on this part of the market so we can track pricing, stay close to the right relationships, and move fast the moment more capacity is needed. This is a senior, experienced hire who will also help pair with and develop 1-2 junior to mid-level teammates covering the same space.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and maintain deep relationships across hyperscalers and strategic neoclouds (including NVIDIA cloud partners), working each organization from top to bottom rather than a single point of contact
- Maintain a consistent, "top of mind" presence with key accounts so Baseten is positioned to move quickly when capacity needs arise
- Evaluate capacity from the GPU to the data center — hardware generation, rack and node configuration, interconnect, power density, and cooling — so you know what a configuration will actually deliver, not just what the spec sheet claims
- Live in compute pricing daily: track rates by GPU generation, region, and contract term to keep Baseten informed and competitive
- Partner with the Deals function to negotiate terms — capacity commitments, deposits and payment timing, SLAs, and remedies — and bring agreements to close
- Build and defend a view on where the hyperscaler and neocloud market is heading — supply coming online, platform transitions, and regional or policy shifts — and turn it into concrete relationship and sourcing decisions
- Help mentor and pair with 1-2 junior to mid-level teammates building coverage in this same space
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A relationship-builder with a strategic mindset — this is not an enterprise sales role, and we're specifically not looking for a traditional seller's approach
- Enough technical fluency with GPUs, racks, and data center infrastructure to evaluate what a supplier is actually offering, not just take their word for it
- Market instinct — you follow pricing closely, form independent views, and can explain why a rate moved and what it implies going forward
- Commercial judgment — comfortable with unit economics and contract structure, and know when a price implies something is wrong
- Experience building and sustaining multi-level relationships within large, complex organizations
- Strong judgment on when and how to escalate relationships to senior leadership for maximum impact
NICE TO HAVE
- Existing relationships within hyperscalers or major neocloud providers, including NVIDIA cloud partners
- NVIDIA or OEM allocation relationships — experience managing allocation, forecasting, or partner standing directly with a chip vendor or tier-1 OEM
- Comfort traveling to evaluate sites and infrastructure in person
- Experience in a compute, GPU marketplace, or infrastructure-adjacent relationship or business development role
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.
We're looking for an amazing individual to join Fivetran's Employee Experience team as our Senior Lead, Employee Experience & Internal Communications. This role goes beyond writing great comms — you'll also help design how employees experience Fivetran day to day, from how we listen to them, to how we recognize them, to how we bring them together as a community. You'll craft compelling communications for employees around the world, build the frameworks that connect employees to one another and to our priorities, and design programs that make people feel heard, valued, and energized — all in service of our company mission.
You'll be hands-on: writing stellar communications, designing employee listening mechanisms, building recognition programs, and running culture and community initiatives. You'll also zoom out — building frameworks and cadences that scale, and using data (surveys, engagement metrics, attendance, participation) to tell a story about how the organization is doing and what to do next.

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Senior NPI Mechanical Engineer to help establish our mechanical New Product Introduction (NPI) practices from the ground up, guiding hardware programs from concept through early production readiness. In this role, you will be the technical authority on manufacturability, working closely with design, quality, and supply chain teams to build the frameworks, processes, and discipline that let us scale from prototype and beta builds toward repeatable, larger-volume production. You will stand up quality processes and defect-reduction practices sized to where we are today, and own supplier relationships from sourcing through qualification and issue resolution. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role at the intersection of design, manufacturing, and quality, for an experienced mechanical engineer who thrives on creating structure out of ambiguity as much as executing within it.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
New Product Introduction (NPI)
- Lead mechanical NPI activities across the full product lifecycle, from concept and early prototyping through pilot builds, ramp, and sustained production.
- Partner with design engineering to review designs for manufacturability, assembly, and testability (DFM/DFA/DFT), influencing decisions early enough to avoid costly late-stage changes.
- Help define and stand up a lightweight, right-sized gate process (EVT/DVT/PVT-equivalent) for our stage, then own the mechanical engineering deliverables (build plans, test protocols, readiness criteria) at each gate as it matures.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with electrical engineering, industrial design, quality, supply chain, and program management to keep NPI programs on schedule and within budget.
Manufacturing Scalability
- Evaluate and select manufacturing processes, tooling, and fixturing appropriate for our current build volumes, with an eye toward what will and won't scale as we grow from beta to production
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in prototype and early pilot builds, laying the groundwork for the throughput and yield improvements we'll need as volume increases.
- Develop and validate assembly processes, work instructions, and line layouts in partnership with contract manufacturers and internal operations teams- largely from scratch, not by inheriting existing documentation.
- Lead design-for-scale reviews to anticipate and mitigate risks before they impact volume production.
Quality & Defect Reduction
- Lead defect triage and containment efforts during prototype and pilot builds, partnering with quality engineering — or building that partnership where it doesn't yet exist — to close the loop on recurring issues.
- Define and begin tracking foundational quality metrics appropriate to our build volumes (e.g., first-pass yield, defect rate per build, open issues by severity), evolving toward more statistically rigorous measures like DPPM and field return rates as volumes grow.
- Establish and drive quality processes across the NPI lifecycle, including FMEA, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) programs.
- Champion a culture of proactive quality, embedding lessons learned from prior programs into new product designs.
Supplier Management
- Lead supplier sourcing, qualification, and onboarding for mechanical components, subassemblies, and tooling.
- Conduct supplier audits and capability assessments to ensure suppliers can meet cost, quality, and volume requirements.
- Manage ongoing supplier relationships, including performance reviews, issue resolution, and escalation management.
- Negotiate and align on technical requirements, specifications, and quality agreements with suppliers and contract manufacturers.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years of mechanical engineering experience, including significant time in NPI roles- ideally including experience both scaling hardware through high-volume manufacturing and standing up NPI processes from scratch in an early-stage or low-volume environment.
- Demonstrated track record of taking products from concept through mass production, ideally in robotics, consumer electronics, or complex electromechanical systems.
- Strong working knowledge of DFM/DFA/DFT principles, GD&T, and manufacturing processes (injection molding, sheet metal, machining, casting, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with quality methodologies such as FMEA, 8D, root cause analysis, and SPC.
- Proven experience managing supplier relationships, including sourcing, qualification, and issue resolution.
- Experience standing up or scaling manufacturing lines at contract manufacturers.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence design decisions and align diverse stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to supplier and manufacturing sites as needed (domestic and/or international).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in robotics, automation, or other complex mechatronic products.
- Familiarity with PLM/ERP systems and NPI program management tools.
- Six Sigma or equivalent quality certification.
- Experience with regulatory and safety compliance requirements relevant to robotics hardware (e.g., UL, CE, ISO).
WHAT WE OFFER
- Comprehensive health coverage for US‑based employees, including fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, with virtual care and employee assistance resources.
- Meaningful time off to rest and recharge: 23 days of PTO (accrued), separate sick leave, and paid company holidays.
- 401(k) retirement plan with 4% employer match.
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- Free daily catered lunch, snacks, and drinks in‑office.
- Collaboration with top‑tier engineers, researchers, and product experts in AI and robotics.
- Freedom to influence the product and own key initiatives.
For this role in Massachusetts, the expected base salary range is $150K–$190K USD per year; your placement in that range depends on how your experience maps to our internal leveling.

About Peec AI
Peec AI is the visibility platform for the age of AI search. The way people discover brands is being rewritten. ChatGPT, Claude, Google AI Mode and Copilot now sit between companies and their customers, and most brands have no idea what those models say about them. We built the platform marketing teams use to measure, understand and improve how they show up inside AI answers. We went from 0 to $15M ARR in 18 months. We're around 80 people, based in Berlin with a growing presence in New York, and we're moving fast enough that the people joining now are writing the playbook everyone after them will run. The core Peec AI product is how a brand sees itself inside AI search. Most of what it needs to become has not been built yet, and this PM will define and own it. We're looking for someone to decide what an entire product surface should be and then ship it.
What You'll Do
— Take new product areas from nothing to shipped, owning the problem end to end
— Define what a brand's presence inside AI search should look like, working directly with our founders and customers on a category that is still being written
— Go broad on the problem space before narrowing on solutions, and hold that discipline when everyone wants an answer immediately
— Partner with Data, Engineering and Design to build and launch AI-native features at scale
— Set the bar for how the product looks and feels, not just what it does
— Own the customer relationship for your product area. Discovery calls, onboardings, and see people actually use what you built
Who You Are
— 3+ building excellent software products, ideally at a startup or fast-moving company
— You have built new products rather than maintained and improved existing ones, and you can point to what you shipped
— Experience shipping AI-powered products and systems that operate at scale
— Genuine design judgement
— Technical enough to work as a peer with engineers and data scientists
— Experience in a product-led growth environment
— You operate with very little direction. You pick up an ambiguous area and come back with a direction
— Excited to be in our Berlin office five days a week
— We care more about what you have built than how long you have been building. If you have fewer than three years but the work speaks for itself, apply anyway.
Bonus Points
— A design background, or a portfolio of things you have designed yourself
— Previous founder experience
— Background in Computer Science or a technical field
— Previous experience building AI-driven or search-related products
What We Offer
— Exciting and challenging work with real impact and ownership at one of Europe's fastest-growing Series A startups
— Regular team events and off-sites
— Aggressive equity compensation package
— Paid Dinner & Uber home when working late
— The most beautiful office space and work environment in Berlin

We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Control Engineer to join our Controls Team in Vancouver, focusing on SW control development and integration of robotic actuators and sensors.
You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and validating joint- and actuator-level controllers that deliver high precision, responsiveness, and safety for complex robotic mechanisms.
The ideal candidate has a solid background in control theory, strong software engineering skills in C++, and comfort working across the full stack from real-time embedded control up through networking, kinematics/dynamics, and browser-based debugging tooling. You will work closely with other control and hardware engineers to model, tune, and optimize the behavior of real robots and their subsystems (i.e. limbs and end-effectors).
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Low-Level Control Development
- Tune and validate actuator - and joint-space control loops (PID, feedforward, impedance/admittance, observers, state feedback) for multi-DoF systems in ROS2.
- Work across EtherCAT/CAN and Linux networking (TCP/IP, DDS discovery, time sync) to ensure deterministic, safe real-time operation.
- Implement safety and fault-handling mechanisms for dynamic conditions.
Modeling, Kinematics & System Identification
- Build and identify models of actuators, transmissions, and mechanisms — including parallel mechanisms like differential wrists/ankles — for control design and simulation.
- Apply rigid body kinematics/dynamics and numerical IK/FK methods; work from URDF/Xacro and MJCF, interpreting mechanical drawings and geometry.
Software & Systems Integration
- Write real-time-safe, object-oriented C++ (lock-free structures, thread safety) for control and diagnostics.
- Design and debug multi-layer control architectures.
- Maintain CMake build/dependency tooling and Python test harnesses; build lightweight browser-based tools (HTML/JS/WebSocket) for hardware debugging.
Sensor & Hardware Integration
- Integrate and calibrate a range of sensors (F/T sensors, tactile sensors, IMUs, etc.) with real-time acquisition and processing across the control stack.
- Hands-on hardware bring-up and debugging.
Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration
- Close the loop with mechanical/electronics engineers across sites on actuation requirements;
- Support hardware bring-up, calibration, and performance testing.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Control Engineering, Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years in robotic or mechatronic systems — equivalent practical experience counts.
- Shipped real-time-safe, object-oriented C++ control software running on real hardware, in production or a serious research programme.
- Tuned and validated controllers on physical actuators, including sensor calibration and bring-up — with a story about something that behaved nothing like the model and what you did about it.
- Debugged at the fieldbus and OS layer: EtherCAT (PDO/SDO, timing constraints) or CAN, on an RTOS or real-time Linux.
- Strong control theory foundation (linear/nonlinear control, stability, observers, state estimation, feedback/feedforward, filtering, frequency-domain analysis) applied to multi-DoF mechanisms via Jacobians, numerical IK/FK, and URDF/Xacro.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- BLDC motor control (commutation, current control, torque optimization)
- ros2_control internals (hardware interfaces, controllers, controller_manager, plugins, lifecycle nodes).
- Parallel mechanisms specifically (differential wrist, parallel ankle), robotic hands, or other multi-DoF end-effectors.
- System identification toolchains and simulation environments (MATLAB/Simulink, MuJoCo, Gazebo); MJCF.
- Experience with dynamic system modeling and simulation at the actuator and transmission level.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Comprehensive extended health benefits starting on your first day, including fully paid medical and dental, virtual care, employee and family assistance, and worldwide emergency medical support.
- Meaningful time off to rest and recharge: 23 days of annual leave (accrued), 15 days of paid sick leave, and paid company holidays.
- Paid end-of-year shutdown: annual company-wide holiday closure spanning Christmas through New Year’s Day.

XUND is a medical technology company that builds AI-powered digital health assistants to digitize the patient journey from the first symptoms to treatment.
Work format: Remote or on-site in Vienna, Budapest, Berlin.
Location: Anywhere in France, Belgium, Spain
HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐ THE ENGINEERING TEAM ⭐
In our engineering team, we build the infrastructure, interfaces, and applications to provide first-class service to our members, health professionals, and even ourselves!
Being an engineer at Alan means joining a team of talented, committed and passionate engineers, with a lot of interactions.
We move fast, with a lot of ownership, and are proud to tackle big problems!
Our process is very simple: those who make product decisions are the same ones who build them.

🛠️ THE STACK
Python/Flask, Typescript, React, React Native on the coding side. AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Redis, Terraform/Terramate, Datadog, Cloudflare, GitHub Actions on the platform side, all in a monorepo. We deploy daily and believe in distributed ownership - you build it, you own it.
🤖 THE INFRA CREW - WITHIN THE TECH FOUNDATIONS AREA
🎯 Mission:
- Tech Foundations - enables product crews and creates the environment to thrive, combining world-class infrastructure, intuitive developer experience, exquisite operational excellence, and built-in security to make shipping exceptional products effortless.
- Infra - is one of its crews. Its mission: operate and evolve the foundations Alan runs on (multi-cloud infrastructure, data platforms, observability, and the operational practices around them) so that product crews ship safely and quickly, members never feel the platform underneath, and the business can expand to new countries without re-inventing how we run.
🔭 Scope:
1. Cloud foundations & multi-cloud architecture: own and evolve Alan’s cloud footprint, Infrastructure-as-Code stack (Terraform, Terramate), and the architectural decisions enabling international expansion.
2. Data & application platforms: operate and evolve the foundations product crews build on: PostgreSQL/Aurora, our events pipeline, async workloads, and database migration tooling, without leaking complexity into product code.
3. Reliability, observability & on-call: own Alan's platform uptime and latency SLOs end-to-end. Evolve our observability stack (Datadog), the incident response process (Incident.io http://Incident.io), and the shared on-call rotation across the area to keep it sustainable as we scale.
4. Governance & compliance enablement and FinOps: own the cross-cutting concerns no single domain holds, infrastructure cost (FinOps), IAM posture, backup and disaster recovery, exit strategy, with automation and reporting that scales beyond the crew.
5. AI-augmented infrastructure operations: make AI assistants a first-class citizen for incident investigation, runbook execution, and toil reduction, so engineers spend their time on high-leverage work.
👀 Focus for 2026:
In 2026, we're growing the team significantly to step up impact across four bets:
- Multi-cloud expansion: revisit our cloud strategy as we go international, and launch new geographies.
- Decoupling for scale: evolve service architecture to carry Alan 2.0 from 1M members today to 10M.
- Operational excellence: raise the quality bar end-to-end by overhauling observability, on-call, and cost management practices.
- AI-augmented infra ops: make AI assistants a first-class part of investigation, troubleshooting, and toil reduction, so engineers spend time where leverage is highest.
⭐ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
EXPERIENCE WE VALUE
- 3+ years in Platform engineering, DevOps, Site reliability engineering or equivalent roles.
- You have strong experience with cloud platforms (especially AWS or GCP).
- You're comfortable writing code for automation and tooling (e.g. API, internal command line, developer portal) and willing to work in Python/Typescript (but you don’t need to have experience with those 2 languages!).
- You have touched observability, monitoring, alerting or incident management tools and practices.
- You are able to design and implement robust infrastructure systems with a focus on reliability and observability.
- You can maintain our uptime targets while optimizing infrastructure costs.
- You’ve built and maintained internal or external tooling (e.g. API, web interface, internal command line, configuration as code, etc) for other engineers.
MINDSET WE VALUE
- You treat infrastructure and platform engineering as product work: engineers & members are your customers, and infrastructure should feel effortless.
- You’re hands-on: writing code is the bulk of the job (Python, TypeScript, Terraform). You ship what you write to production yourself, then operate it: rollouts, alerting, on-call, incident response.
- You're an enabler: you measure your impact by how fast product crews ship features without ever consulting you. The harder you've worked, the less they have to engage you.
- You build reusable patterns: guardrails, libraries, and reliable-by-default abstractions that prevent outages and runaway cost at scale.
- You’re fluent in English (French is not required).
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire above C1 level range https://medium.com/alan/a-new-iteration-of-our-engineering-career-path-at-alan-f46f7b229b2d.
But above all, we are looking for high potential and curiosity: make sure to show us this when you apply! Everything else is a bonus.
🌍 HOW WE WORK
- Location: You must be legally eligible to work in France, Belgium, or Spain.
- Remote work: We offer remote work flexibility, but we value in-person collaboration
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?
Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist.
We'll be thrilled to receive your application!

If you want to build and own the systems that decide what JetBrains customers are entitled to use and bill them accurately for it, this is for you. You will focus on designing backend services, keeping complex commercial flows correct, and tackling hard distributed systems challenges on the critical path of every paid request.
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
At JetBrains, the Cloud Platform department builds the underlying infrastructure that powers authentication, paid capabilities, usage metering, and accounting. Within this department, the Licensing & Billing team sits right at the center of our commercial model, turning what a customer buys into what they are actually allowed to use, and accounting for that consumption accurately enough to bill on.
The complexity of our entitlement, quota, and metering systems continues to grow. In this role, you will own the correctness and evolution of these backend services, take full ownership of end-to-end data flows, tackle distributed consistency across unreliable upstream systems, and ensure revenue-affecting data migrations happen cleanly without taking services offline.
Day to day, you will:
Design, build, and operate backend services that decide what a customer is entitled to and what their usage costs.
Own flows end to end, from ingesting licensing and purchase data from upstream systems to enforcing quotas and recording consumption.
Evolve our domain model to handle new commercial structures, combining seat-based plans and usage-based models.
Design integrations with external systems, ensuring correctness through idempotency, ordering, reconciliation, and eventual consistency.
Plan and execute live data migrations using feature flags, dual writes, backfills, and verification at every stage.
Build observability into our systems by defining invariants, metrics, and alerts to catch silent divergence before customers do.
Design internal APIs with explicit focus on versioning, backward compatibility, and developer experience for other JetBrains teams.
Improve system performance and reliability under continuous production load while decommissioning legacy subsystems.
Write integration tests against real dependencies and maintain reliable test infrastructure.
Investigate production incidents, find root causes, and follow through on lasting fixes.
What you’ll bring
An engineer’s dedication to accuracy, especially in domains where system errors have direct financial impact.
Pragmatic judgment when designing distributed systems where correctness under unreliable delivery is the main constraint.
A habit of trusting metrics, traces, and logs to understand production behavior rather than relying on assumptions.
Comfort navigating and simplifying large existing codebases containing legacy decisions.
Clear, direct communication skills to agree on API contracts across teams with different priorities.
A focus on testing as an essential design tool rather than an afterthought.
What you’ll need
A proven track record of building and operating backend services on the JVM platform using Kotlin or Java.
A solid working knowledge of relational databases, including transactions, isolation levels, locking, indexing, and live schema migrations (PostgreSQL preferred).
A deep understanding of distributed systems patterns, such as idempotency, retry strategies, eventual consistency, and data reconciliation.
Practical experience making live data migrations or system changes without downtime using feature flags and staged rollouts.
Experience designing versioned, backward-compatible APIs for other engineering teams.
Hands-on experience with event-driven architectures and message brokers like Kafka.
The ability to diagnose, debug, and resolve production incidents in complex environments.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
What success looks like
Success in this role means building a bulletproof entitlement and metering foundation that product teams can trust without hesitation. You will have successfully migrated live commercial systems to support new billing models without downtime or data divergence. Silent errors will be caught automatically by system invariants before affecting users, and internal teams will integrate seamlessly with your clean, versioned APIs.

About the Role
We are looking for a Product Data Analyst to join the UXMatrix Product Team and help establish a consistent, evidence-based approach to product development and optimization. You will define how product performance and user behaviour are measured, ensure that the necessary data is collected accurately, and transform that data into insights and recommendations that Product Owners, UX Designers, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders can act upon. This role extends beyond dashboard creation and regular reporting. You will investigate user journeys, identify friction and opportunities, support product discovery, define feature-success criteria, and determine whether released initiatives achieve their intended customer and business outcomes. Present trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities clearly and concisely.
Reduce dependency on manual reporting by developing reusable and automated dashboards.
Ensure KPI definitions remain consistent across products, teams, and reports.
Deliver focused analysis and actionable recommendations rather than reporting data without interpretation.
Product Discovery and Decision Support
Support Product Owners during product discovery by evaluating evidence, sizing opportunities, and identifying behavioural problems.
Provide data to support roadmap prioritization, business cases, and investment decisions.
Help product teams formulate measurable hypotheses for proposed product changes.
Challenge assumptions and stakeholder requests when they are not supported by evidence or a clearly defined customer problem.
Conduct market, benchmark, and competitor analyses when relevant to product decisions.
Contribute relevant data and insights to product reviews, client presentations, RFP responses, and strategic discussions.
Experimentation and Feature Evaluation
Define hypotheses, success metrics, guardrail metrics, and evaluation criteria for product experiments.
Support A/B tests, controlled rollouts, phased releases, and other product-validation methods.
Conduct post-launch reviews to determine whether delivered features achieved their intended outcomes.
Track whether recommendations lead to product changes and measurable improvements.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with Product Owners, UX Designers, Developers, QA Engineers, Architects, BI teams, operators, and commercial stakeholders.
Facilitate workshops to define business questions, KPIs, success criteria, and tracking requirements.
Proactively identify relevant insights rather than working exclusively from reporting requests.
Establish a regular product-insight cadence through reviews, reporting, and focused deep-dive analyses.
Keep stakeholders informed about measurement gaps, data-quality risks, and significant product-performance changes.
What we’re looking for:
At least three years of experience in product analytics, digital analytics, business intelligence, data analysis, or a comparable analytical role.
Previous experience in sportsbook, iGaming, gaming, fintech, e-commerce, or another transactional or regulated digital industry.
Strong SQL skills and experience extracting, combining, validating, and analyzing data from multiple sources.
Experience analyzing digital-product behaviour, including user journeys, conversion, engagement, feature adoption, and retention.
Experience defining analytics events, parameters, tracking plans, event taxonomies, and measurement frameworks.
Practical experience with analytics and visualization tools such as GA4, Microsoft Clarity, Power BI, Looker, Tableau, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or equivalent platforms.
Ability to transform complex data into clear findings and actionable product recommendations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to data quality and validation.
Experience collaborating with Product, UX, Engineering, QA, BI, and commercial teams.
Good understanding of web and mobile application behaviour, including client-side and server-side tracking.
Professional proficiency in English.
A degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, economics, business, or another relevant discipline.
Here's what we offer:

Do you care about building a user base from scratch, testing unproven acquisition channels, and implementing wild ideas beyond paid search? Are you enthusiastic about shipping now, preferring to go live with rough ideas today over polishing presentations for next month? If so, this is the role for you.
In this role, you’ll join the team building
Qure
, an AI copilot for web testing automation. This desktop app turns manual testing flows into production-ready automated scripts, saving hours of manual coding. We’re a seven-person team funded directly by JetBrains.
About JetBrains Innovation Hub
JetBrains builds software development tools used by more than 15 million people, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100. Innovation Hub is its internal startup incubator, where small autonomous teams build new products, funded and employed by JetBrains.
Qure
runs inside the Innovation Hub with its own roadmap, go-to-market strategy, and customers.
For you, that means a founding role without the runway risk. You build acquisition from zero, with the funding, benefits, and stability of an established company behind you.
What you’ll do
Qure is a fresh product, so the acquisition channel map is practically blank. Paid search, video, newsletters, marketplaces, paid communities, and content are all unproven for Qure. We need someone to determine how best to find its audience. With a high degree of freedom, a lean team, and no marketing bureaucracy, decisions you make on Monday go live by Wednesday.
Day to day, you will:
Run parallel channel experiments across paid search, video, communities, and organic traffic to discover what actually converts.
Shut down underperforming channels early using your own data to ground the decision.
Produce your own marketing assets, including ad copy, screen recordings, and landing pages.
Work directly with the product team to ship acquisition-focused product requirements, such as custom onboarding flows or free tools.
Build and maintain end-to-end funnel tracking, from a user’s initial click to aha moment to LTV.
What you’ll bring
Comfort operating without a playbook and deciding what to test when acquisition channels are entirely unproven.
Honesty about performance, with the discipline to cut underperforming channels based on data before anyone asks you to.
A bias for action that favors shipping functional campaigns quickly over prolonged polishing.
What you’ll need
Demonstrated success growing self-serve products with direct responsibility for user activation.
Experience managing marketing budgets across channels and reallocating spending based on user acquisition economics.
The capability to create your own creative assets – including copy, landing pages, and product demos – without relying on external agencies or designers.
Daily experience using LLMs in your own work for research, creative drafting, and data analysis, with the judgment to know when they help or hinder work.
Experience working inside a startup or a small, fast-moving product team.

You will have run parallel channel experiments, determined the true cost per active user or B2B lead, shut down non-viable channels, and identified one or two channels worthy of significant investment.
