ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp builds software that moves real money, from bill payments and corporate cards to reimbursements, accounting integrations, and travel. Our customers rely on us to keep their operations running: invoices get paid, books get closed, and finance leaders can trust the data behind every decision.
In this role, you will be the person who spots where customers are getting stuck and drives issues to a clear resolution. You will learn a complex product deeply enough to troubleshoot across payments, bank linking, accounting syncs, and card programs, then partner with teams across Engineering, Risk, Product, and Partnerships to get problems solved. This is not script-based support. You will triage, investigate, and make high-signal judgment calls throughout the day.
You will thrive in this role if you are a systems thinker and deeply customer obsessed. Support is the baseline. How you think about improving processes, tools, and outcomes is what sets you apart.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Be the voice of Ramp's Customer Support. You'll spend your day engaging with customers, primarily via live calls, email, and chat.
- Diagnose across a broad product surface. Ramp isn't one product — it's payments, cards, travel, accounting integrations, and more. You'll need to understand how they connect and where they break.
- Operate with an ownership mindset, managing escalations end-to-end. You take full accountability for every ticket you handle. When an issue crosses team boundaries — risk, engineering, product, partnerships — you route it correctly, follow up, and make sure the customer isn't left waiting. You'll work across Zendesk, internal tooling, and Slack-based escalation workflows.
- Build and shape AI tools, not just use them. Ramp is building AI into CX operations. You'll use AI-powered research tools and proprietary tools like Glass daily, provide direct feedback on what's working, and play an active role in how these tools evolve. You're not just a user — you're a builder. We are all builders at Ramp.
- Ship improvements, not just flag them. When you notice a process gap, a missing SOP, or a knowledge base article that's sending associates down the wrong path, you don't just raise it — you have the autonomy to roll up your sleeves and fix it. Leverage AI to solve problems, build automations, and improve the systems around you. The best people in this role make the whole team better.
- Communicate with precision and empathy. Our customers are financially sophisticated. You need to explain what's happening, what you're doing about it, and what they should expect — clearly and without filler.
WHAT YOU NEED
- You're a systems thinker: you don't just solve the ticket in front of you, you ask why the problem exists and how to prevent it from happening again.
- You actively use AI tools — Claude, Notion AI, research and workflow tools — and can demonstrate how you've applied them to get real work done. This is a hard requirement.
- You're fast-moving while holding yourself to a high bar for execution: you balance speed, accuracy, and thoroughness in every interaction.
- You can hold a technical conversation about how systems connect (APIs, bank integrations, accounting software) even if you're not writing code.
- You manage competing priorities without dropping things. When you have 15 open issues across 4 internal teams, nothing falls through.
- You write clearly and concisely. You can explain a payment reconciliation issue to a CFO without jargon.
- You're comfortable on the phone. Many interactions start there.
- You have a demonstrated track record of exceeding key performance standards, including CSAT, QA, and speed-of-service metrics.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience building workflows or automations using AI tools, not just prompting
- Familiarity with accounting workflows (AP/AR, GL, reconciliation) or ERP integrations (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage)
- Background in payments infrastructure (ACH, wire transfers, card networks)
- Track record of working somewhere that shipped product fast and expected CX to keep up
WHY BE A CX ASSOCIATE AT RAMP
- Cross-functional exposure from day one. You work directly with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams — not siloed into a support queue.
- AI tools and unlimited access. Unlimited tokens, proprietary AI tools like Glass, and a culture that expects you to use them to move faster and build smarter.
- Career growth that you own. Grow within CX, explore other functions internally, or carve out a path that doesn't exist yet. If you're invested, we're invested.
- Culture that's different from a call center. Team events, in-person offsites, and a genuine commitment to building a team people want to be part of.

Lithic is the modern card issuing and processing platform empowering ambitious financial companies to build the future of payments.
Our infrastructure powers card programs for 100+ innovative clients, from fintechs reimagining credit and digital banking to platforms transforming disbursements and spend management. Companies like Mercury, Flex, and Novo rely on Lithic's developer-friendly APIs, direct network connections, and flawless reconciliation to launch and scale card programs in weeks, not years.
We're building a future where access to better financial products materially improves people's lives, free from the constraints of 30-year-old mainframes and legacy processors. We're proud to be backed by world-class investors who share that vision, including Bessemer Venture Partners, Index Ventures, Spark Capital, Stripes, and Mastercard, along with many others.
We're a team of 170+ across 26 states and 7 countries, headquartered in New York City.
We are hiring a Senior Risk Associate to run Lithic's risk assessment function: the client risk assessment program, the third party risk management program, and the enterprise risk assessment. You will execute the assessments, own the operations that keep them on schedule and defensible, and continuously improve the rubrics, questionnaires, registers, and SOPs that govern them. You will also own program underwriting: the criteria, limit and reserve recommendations, and periodic reassessment that follow a client from diligence through scale.
This is an AI-forward role. Lithic is deploying agentic tooling across diligence and documentation workflows, and this role owns that build in the assessment domain: testing, tuning, and documenting the tooling so routine collection, review, and drafting are absorbed by automation, while you own the judgment calls, the exceptions, and the written product that goes to partner banks and examiners.
This role operates with limited guidance and owns its programs end to end. It is sized for ownership, orchestration, and judgment rather than queue/ticket processing.
What you'll do:
Execute client risk assessments end to end: document collection, interviews, scoring against the weighted risk typologies, written assessment, tier determination, and pre-launch conditions.
Own program underwriting: apply and maintain underwriting criteria, recommend spend, transfer, and reserve limits, and reassess programs as volume, product mix, and financial condition change.
Run third party risk operations: vendor intake and tiering, due diligence and certification report review, control effectiveness ratings, the vendor risk register, annual reviews, and vendor issue and incident tracking.
Support the enterprise risk assessment and the risk register: maintain the assessment inventory and calendar, collect and test control evidence, apply the enterprise rating methodology consistently across sub-assessments, and prepare Enterprise Risk Committee materials.
Continuously improve the programs: refine rubrics, weights, questionnaires, and templates based on observed outcomes, and author and maintain the SOPs that make each assessment repeatable by someone other than you.
Test, deploy, and tune agentic tooling across the assessment workflows, including document review, questionnaire analysis, vendor due diligence, and drafting, and document the context that makes the output repeatable and defensible.
Define and report the KPIs and KRIs for the assessment programs, and surface concentration, trend, and thematic findings to leadership and oversight forums.
Serve as the evidence owner for partner bank, audit, and examiner requests touching client, third party, and enterprise risk assessment.
Mentor and cross-train teammates on assessment methodology, scoring discipline, and the tooling.
What you'll bring:
Hands-on experience conducting risk assessments in fintech, payments, or banking, across client or counterparty, third party or vendor, and enterprise or operational risk.
Working knowledge of underwriting fundamentals: financial statement review, liquidity and runway analysis, loss and exposure monitoring, and limit setting.
Fluency with rubric-based scoring methodologies and the discipline to apply them consistently and defend a rating.
A track record of owning discrete risk programs end to end with limited guidance, including authoring the SOPs and defining the metrics that govern them.
Ability to read control reports (ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, PCI DSS AOC) and translate findings into a residual risk position and a remediation ask.
Comfort working with AI-assisted or agentic tooling, including how to test, tune, document, and defend AI-assisted decisions to bank partners and regulators
Self-starter who can create structure where none exists and knows when to escalate and collaborate
Clear, concise writing under a compliance standard: assessments, memos, and committee materials that hold up in front of a partner bank or an examiner.
The annual US salary range for this role is
$86,000 - $144,000,
plus equity. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Lithic and will be narrowed during the interview process based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
This is a remote position. However, candidates must be located in the United States, Canada (Ontario or British Columbia), Netherlands, Poland, or Czech Republic. We do not offer visa sponsorship or assistance.
Benefits for Full-Time US Employees:
Unlimited PTO
12-weeks fully paid parental leave

✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY
The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time
- Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek
- A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance
- The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023
Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.
Location: While this position is posted in a specific location, all of Oyster’s positions are fully remote and you can work from home. Forever. We're open to candidates based anywhere in the AMER or EMEA regions.
Role Summary
We are hiring a content marketing lead to set the company-wide direction for Oyster’s editorial narrative: the category story we tell about the future of work, the arguments our executives make in public, and the original research that HR, Finance, and Legal leaders cite when making decisions.
You will operate as an AI-first functional lead rather than a traditional editorial manager. There are no direct reports, deliberately. Your leverage will come from the AI systems and governance you design—research agents, brand-voice models, fact-checking, source verification, repurposing, and evaluation—plus the senior stakeholders, freelancers, agencies, and subject-matter experts you mobilize.
We are looking for the person who wants to find out how much editorial ambition one exceptional operator with a well-built AI stack can carry, and who will set the standard for what an AI-native content function looks like. The scope is unusual for a single role: a live audience across our library, newsletter, and podcast; a leadership team that publishes and speaks; proprietary employment data from 180+ countries; and the mandate to build this function the way it should be built, not the way it has always been done.
Key Responsibilities
Own the narrative
- Define Oyster’s long-term editorial and category strategy across Marketing, executive leadership, Product, People, Legal, and customer-facing teams.
- Resolve high-stakes narrative trade-offs and establish the positions, evidence standards, and language Oyster uses consistently across business areas.
- Own a multi-year editorial roadmap and a focused portfolio of flagship research and thought-leadership bets linked to company strategy.
- Act as the final quality bar for voice, accuracy, evidence, and taste across human- and AI-produced content.
Build company-wide AI content mechanisms
- Architect and govern reusable systems for research, brand voice, fact-checking, source verification, repurposing, evaluation, and reporting.
- Define risk-based rules for where AI leads, where humans lead, and where specialist or executive approval is mandatory.
- Establish mechanisms and standards adopted across Marketing and relevant partner teams, not only within the content workflow.
- Measure leverage through throughput, cycle time, cost, adoption, quality, and business impact; evolve the system each quarter.
Lead thought leadership and executive voice
- Set the operating model for executive publishing and advise leaders on the arguments Oyster should make publicly.
- Turn proprietary employment, salary, and hiring data into a durable original-research programme that shapes external conversation.
- Mobilize newsletter, podcast, events, PR, analyst relations, Product Marketing, partner/customer storytelling, and social around shared narratives.
Own business impact
- Connect editorial and narrative decisions to company growth, customer trust, target-account engagement, earned influence, and pipeline.
- Build reporting that enables executives and teams to make better portfolio and investment decisions.
- Identify emerging market shifts early and recommend company responses before they become obvious.
Mobilize the extended organization
- Set direction for senior stakeholders, freelancers, agencies, specialists, and subject-matter experts without relying on formal authority.
- Create decision rights, operating rhythms, and shared standards that enable multiple teams to execute consistently.
- Define the long-term roadmap and future organizational shape of the capability, including what remains expert-led, becomes a system, or requires hiring.
Core Requirements
- 8+ years in content, editorial, or brand journalism, including senior ownership of a brand narrative or thought leadership programme at a B2B technology company.
- Evidence of setting a company or category narrative that changed decisions, earned external authority, and was adopted across teams.
- A portfolio of work that earned attention on merit through citations, quotations, debate, or organic sharing.
- A demonstrated AI-first practice beyond drafting, including agents, custom workflows, evaluation, QA, governance, and adoption by others.
- Exceptional English-language editorial judgment, writing, editing, sourcing, and voice control.
- Ability to turn proprietary data and complex research into clear, defensible arguments with business relevance.
- Experience making high-leverage trade-offs and setting direction across executives and multiple functions without formal authority.
- Proven ability to build scalable mechanisms, operating standards, and roadmaps that enable others to deliver consistently.
- Genuine motivation to operate as a high-autonomy IC with no direct reports and company-critical scope.
Bonus
- Domain background in HR tech, global employment, future of work, fintech, or another compliance-heavy category.
- Experience with AI search visibility — optimising for how assistants retrieve, summarise, and cite sources.
- Multimedia range: video, podcast, or design fluency.
- Experience standing up an in-house newsroom or an original research programme.
- You have worked or lived across multiple markets, or speak more than one language.
This might not be right for you if...
- You want a people-management role now rather than a high-autonomy IC remit.
- Your AI experience is primarily prompting for drafts rather than building and evaluating systems.
- You prefer high-volume production to a small portfolio of high-conviction work.
- You are uncomfortable challenging vague, unsourced, or off-voice work—including work from senior stakeholders.
- You need a tightly defined execution plan rather than shaping a function under ambiguity.
You'll also need
- A reliable home internet connection and fluency in both written and spoken English

About Core Products & Platform
Core Products & Platform is the foundation that powers the entire product — we build and maintain what every other direction at Fundraise Up depends on, and we directly secure the revenue that drives our mission. We own the full donation lifecycle: from the moment a donor lands on a checkout page to the financial flows behind every transaction, the integrations that connect our platform to the nonprofit's ecosystem, and the platform infrastructure that makes everything scale. Experiment velocity is our competitive DNA. 80%+ of growth experiments run through our products. We move fast, we measure everything, and we never break what matters.
The Role
We are looking for Product Managers to join Core Products & Platform and take full end-to-end ownership of a product domain that directly impacts donation volume, platform reliability, and nonprofit success. These are high-stakes, high-ownership roles. You will set strategy, define roadmaps, write specs that engineering can build from, and drive outcomes — not just ship features. You'll work in close partnership with Engineering, Design, Analytics, GTM, and Customer Success to turn complex problems into elegant, scalable solutions. You won't be handed a finished playbook. You'll help write it.
What You’ll Own
Product strategy and roadmap for your domain — with clear priorities and the reasoning behind every decision
End-to-end delivery from discovery through to launch and post-launch validation
Specifications that engineering can build from — with detailed requirements, edge cases, and acceptance criteria covered
Stakeholder alignment — keeping Engineering, GTM, Support, and leadership informed and coordinated
Domain health — product metrics, reliability signals, and the right balance between new features, experiments, and technical sustainability
What You’ll Do
Define and own your domain's quarterly goals and success metrics
Run structured discovery: customer interviews, behavioral analysis, funnel review, and data exploration
Write engineering-ready specs — clear, with edge cases covered and no open questions left
Partner directly with PM Growth on experiment design and high-velocity delivery
Collaborate with GTM (Sales, CSM, PMM) to resolve enterprise-critical issues and translate client needs into scalable product improvements
Track product health and understand what's driving changes — with clear attribution and causal reasoning
Use AI as a default tool across research, analysis, spec writing, and communication
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Product Management in a B2B SaaS, Fintech, or Enterprise environment
Proven ability to own a product area end-to-end — you take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks
Strong delivery track record: you ship complex features in high-pressure environments without dropping quality
Ability to write specifications engineers can build from — precise, with edge cases and acceptance criteria
Data fluency: you define metrics, interpret results, and drive decisions with evidence
Systems thinking: you see the product as a whole, understand dependencies, and anticipate the impact of decisions
Strong written and verbal communication in English (C1) and ability to work in a Russian-speaking team
Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift and ambiguity is normal
Nice To Have
Experience in payments, fintech, or financial product flows
Experience in B2B SaaS platforms with API/integration complexity
Experience with A/B experimentation frameworks at high velocity
Familiarity with enterprise nonprofit or fundraising domain
AI at Fundraise Up
At Fundraise Up, AI is a default tool — not an experimental one. We expect every team member to actively use AI in their day-to-day work, identify where AI can change the shape of problems in their function, and grow their fluency as the tools evolve. You should already be using AI meaningfully in your work and understand where it adds value and how it can improve the way you operate.

RELOCATION TO MANILA PH Salmon is a technology-driven financial company building a banking and lending platform across Southeast Asia, starting in the Philippines. We combine global fintech expertise with deep local market knowledge to make financial services simple, accessible, and useful for millions of people across the region. 7M+ app downloads. 2M+ monthly active users. 7,000+ partner stores. US$310M+ raised from leading global investors. Manila-based, globally distributed, and hybrid-first — our team spans 45+ countries.
About the role:
You'll own the NPV and unit economics model behind Salmon's credit card business — the core logic behind how we price, size, and monitor profitability across the portfolio.
What you'll do:
— Work directly with the Head of Economics to turn model logic into production-ready Python/SQL code
— Build and maintain the datasets that feed the model — cohorts, cashflows, losses, funding, fees, revenue — with help from other analysts
— Automate scenario and sensitivity runs so pricing, limit, and product decisions are backed by real numbers
What you'll own:
— Own the end-to-end NPV / unit economics model for credit cards — clean, testable, versioned logic
— Validate model outputs against actual portfolio performance and investigate gaps when they don't match
— Translate model logic into clear, implementation-ready specs when other teams need to build on it
— Step outside your immediate scope when the work calls for it — we value ownership over rigid roles
What makes you a strong fit:
— 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics
— Strong Python (pandas) and SQL — for data exploration and for implementing analytics logic in production
— Solid understanding of unit economics / financial modeling — cashflows, NPV, cohorts — through direct modeling experience or hands-on work with such models
— High attention to detail — small errors break economics in production
What we offer:
— Ownership and flexibility
— Stock option plan — four-year vesting with a 25% cliff after the first year
— Hybrid-first work environment
— Company-provided tools and equipment
— Office in Bonifacio Global City, Manila — a modern, walkable district at the centre of the Philippines' growing tech scene
— Health and time off
— Medical insurance support for you and your family through co-funding or reimbursement, depending on your location and subject to policy limits
— Access to an internal mental health support specialist
— 22 vacation days, Philippine public holidays, and 15 sick days
— 105 days of paid maternity leave and up to 14 days of paid paternity leave for employees relocating to Manila
— Relocation and family support
— Relocation support for you and your family — including flights, two weeks of accommodation, visas, paperwork, and logistics
— Reimbursement of eligible pet relocation expenses
— USD 2,500 per year for flights home
— Baby and family stipends for employees relocating to Manila: USD 1,000/month per child under two, USD 500/month per child aged two to 18
— Growth and team experience
— Opportunities to learn and share your expertise through internal expert meetups, external conferences, speaking opportunities, and industry publications
— Company-sponsored trips to Manila to meet and work with your team in person
— Regular team offsites, sports activities, and team events
— High-performing teams can earn a dedicated beach house week in Southeast Asia
