Provectus is a Premier AWS partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner, helping enterprises across Financial Services and Life Sciences design, build, and operate production AI systems. Our Forward Deployed Engineering model lets us embed with clients and deliver AI outcomes, not just advice. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide and are obsessed with reimagining how they operate and compete.
We are looking for a Business Development & Partner Manager to own two complementary revenue motions simultaneously: converting partner-sourced leads into Provectus clients, and building a self-sourced pipeline from scratch.
The first motion sits at the heart of our Anthropic and AWS partnership. They share qualified enterprise leads with us. Your job is to receive those leads, run the full sales cycle, and close them — making Provectus the AI implementation partner of choice for Anthropic's enterprise accounts. Beyond converting inbound leads, you will actively grow the relationship: joint pipeline reviews, co-marketing, partner tier maintenance, and expanding the number of Anthropic field reps who think of Provectus first when they have an implementation need.
The second motion is yours to own. You will prospect independently, build relationships, and close deals with enterprise accounts in Financial Services and Life Sciences without a partner assist — operating as a true full-cycle business developer.
Responsibilities:
Partner motion — Anthropic channel
Act as Provectus's primary point of contact with Anthropic's partner and field sales teams.
Receive, qualify, and own enterprise leads shared by Anthropic; act as the primary point of contact from first conversation to signed SOW.
Identify new co-sell and joint go-to-market opportunities within Anthropic's product and field motion.
Maintain a healthy joint pipeline with Anthropic's partner and sales teams; lead quarterly business reviews and co-sell planning sessions.
Translate Anthropic's product roadmap and partnership incentives into compelling client propositions.
Represent Provectus at Anthropic partner events, executive briefings, and ecosystem calls.
Drive partner tier maintenance and upgrade — certifications, co-marketing activations, case study production.
New logo hunting
Prospect independently into enterprise accounts in target verticals (FSI, Life Sciences) using outbound, networking, events, and referrals.
Run the full sales cycle: discovery, solution scoping, proposal, negotiation, close.
Build and maintain a personal network of enterprise decision-makers and economic buyers on the East Coast.
Cross-functional collaboration
Work with Provectus delivery leads and Architects to scope proposals accurately — you are selling consulting engagements, not software licenses.
Feed market intelligence — buyer objections, competitive dynamics, vertical patterns — back to leadership and marketing.
What You Need to Succeed:
2–3 years of experience in business development, partner/alliance management — with at least part of that in a consulting firm.
Proven track record managing an Anthropic, AWS, GCP, Azure or other partner relationship — co-selling, joint pipeline, MDF, or co-marketing.
Experience converting partner-sourced leads through a full enterprise sales cycle (discovery to signed SOW).
Demonstrated ability to run a full sales cycle independently: prospecting through close, without dedicated BDR support.
Experience selling complex, multi-month consulting engagements (statement-of-work deals, not SaaS subscriptions).
Excellent executive-level communication skills — written, verbal, and in-room presence at C-suite and VP level.
Experience in Financial Services (banking, insurance, capital markets) or Life Sciences (pharma, biotech).
Experience in selling AI/ML services, LLM-based products, or cloud data.
Willingness to travel (up to 40%) for customer meetings, executive briefings, onsite workshops, conferences, and other business development activities.
About Provectus:
Provectus is an Artificial Intelligence consultancy and solutions provider, helping businesses achieve their objectives through AI and data-driven innovation organization-wide in such industries as Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Retail & CPG, Media & Entertainment, and Manufacturing.
We are recognized by industry analysts as a leading provider of AI solutions across key business domains.
At Provectus, we value innovation, ownership, and collaboration — and we are looking for people who want to grow with us and make an impact.
Why Join Us:
Work at the intersection of two of the most powerful AI partnerships in the industry — Anthropic and AWS.
A world-class AI/ML team that can actually execute on what you sell.
Shape how a fast-growing AI consultancy goes to market at a defining moment for enterprise AI adoption.
High-impact role with direct visibility to leadership.
Strong earning potential with performance-based bonuses.
Opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI and cloud solutions.
B2B contract model or full-time model.
OTE range $120-140k. The salary range is determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, and alignment with market data.
Unlimited Vacation policy.
Generous health, vision, and dental insurance.
401(K) matching plan.

About Ondo
Capital markets are moving onchain. Ondo Finance is building the products and infrastructure that will bring them there.
We create institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services, including tokenized treasuries, tokenized stocks and ETFs, and new trading experiences built for global, always-on markets. We are the category leader by AUM, well-capitalized, and backed by investors including Founders Fund, Coinbase Ventures, Pantera Capital, and Tiger Global.
The underlying financial infrastructure is complex. We believe the product experience should not be.
About the Web team
The Web team builds the product layer that makes Ondo's financial infrastructure accessible. We own the experiences through which users onboard, establish eligibility, move money, mint and redeem Ondo Stocks, manage portfolios, and use products across multiple blockchains.
We are a small team of exceptional engineers with broad ownership and a high bar for craft, judgment, and execution. We turn complexity across compliance systems, backend services, smart contracts, and external partners into products that feel clear and dependable.
Engineering on this team is distinguished by:
Product taste.
We simplify complex financial workflows without hiding the details that matter.
End-to-end ownership.
Engineers shape, build, launch, and improve the product.
Speed with confidence.
We scope sharply, move quickly, and hold a high quality bar.
Security and correctness.
Access control, auditability, privacy, and failure behavior are design constraints from the start.
High agency and low ego.
We act without waiting, invite direct critique, and make the team better.
About the role
As a Full-Stack Engineer focused on Growth, you will design the foundations of how users discover, understand, adopt, and return to Ondo's products. You will own the systems and product experiences that turn user insight into measurable growth across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
Your scope spans the full growth loop—from public websites and user-facing product journeys to experimentation, analytics, content systems, backend workflows, and third-party platforms. You will set technical direction, define the measurement foundations, and evolve these systems as our products, markets, and scale change.
This is a foundational ownership role for a senior engineer. You will turn ambiguous growth opportunities into clear hypotheses, durable architecture, and polished product experiences. You will partner closely with Product, Design, Marketing, Data, and Engineering while owning the judgment: where friction matters, what to build, how to measure it, and when the evidence calls for a different direction.
The goal is not experiment volume. It is to understand users better than anyone else and turn that understanding into durable product improvements and measurable business impact.
What you'll do
Own the growth engineering strategy across discovery, acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention—from identifying the highest-leverage opportunities through technical design, launch, measurement, and iteration.
Design and evolve the foundations for experimentation, event instrumentation, attribution, funnel analysis, content, and lifecycle experiences so the team can move quickly and trust what it learns.
Build polished user-facing experiences and the backend systems, data models, APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations behind them.
Work directly with users and product data to identify friction, form clear hypotheses, and make disciplined product and technical bets.
Turn validated learning into durable product capabilities and measurable business impact—not one-off experiments.
Partner with Product, Design, Marketing, and Data to lead launches, localization, and new ways to grow adoption across Ondo's products.
Improve organic discovery and conversion through technical SEO and AEO, performance, structured content, and clear user journeys.
Raise the level of the team through clear writing, thoughtful code review, strong operational ownership, and effective use of modern AI engineering tools.
What you bring
4+ years of experience building and operating production full-stack applications with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
Experience driving measurable acquisition, activation, engagement, or retention outcomes through growth engineering, product-led growth, consumer product, ecommerce, or similarly data-informed product work.
Experience building and operating serverless systems on AWS, including Lambda and adjacent services such as API Gateway, EventBridge, or SQS.
Strong experience using BigQuery and product analytics data to model funnels, investigate user behavior, and measure product and business impact.
Strong fundamentals in API and data-model design, relational databases, event-driven systems, event instrumentation, experimentation, testing, and observability.
A record of owning product work end to end—not only implementing experiments or specifications handed to you.
Product taste: you can find the simplest experience that solves the user's problem without ignoring the complexity or edge cases underneath it.
Data fluency and intellectual honesty. You can define useful metrics, distinguish signal from noise, and change direction when the evidence challenges your hypothesis.
The ability to communicate clearly, learn unfamiliar domains quickly, and create alignment across engineering, product, design, marketing, and data partners.
High agency and low ego. You move important work forward, invite strong critique, and care more about the outcome than whose idea wins.
Preferred qualifications
Experience building fintech, trading, crypto-native, or other high-consideration products where earning user trust is essential.
Experience with lifecycle marketing, CRM, CMS, experimentation, localization, or analytics platforms.
Familiarity with AEO, structured content, international SEO, and growth across multiple regions or languages.
Experience applying AI to prototyping, personalization, analytics, content operations, or other growth workflows.
We do not expect every strong candidate to arrive with deep crypto or every growth specialty listed above. We do expect curiosity, strong product and engineering fundamentals, and the ability to turn learning into shipped improvements quickly.
What we offer
Challenging, high-impact work helping define how a global audience discovers and adopts a new category of financial products.

THE ROLE
We’re looking for a product marketer to own positioning, launches, and customer stories for Baseten’s post-training offerings. You’ll work closely with researchers, engineers, and customers to understand a fast-moving market and give MLEs and researchers a clear reason to choose Baseten Training.
You’re an excellent writer, a curious researcher, and a fast learner who can develop a strong point of view on technical topics, rather than just translating product features into content. Prior post-training experience is helpful, but not required.
There’s no single path into this role. We welcome candidates from non-traditional backgrounds who have built strong writing, market judgment, and strategic thinking plus execution skills, whether that comes from product marketing or another field. We care more about the quality of your work and how quickly you learn than a particular title or industry background.
If you’re passionate about AI infrastructure, post-training, developer engagement, and simplifying complex technologies for real-world adoption, we want to hear from you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Positioning & Messaging: Develop clear and differentiated messaging that articulates the value of Baseten’s Training platform to developers and enterprise customers.

- Narrative Development: Shape how the market thinks about closed-to-open weights models and post-training ROI.
- Product Storytelling: Own the launch process for new features and products, collaborating closely with product, engineering, sales, and growth teams.
- Customer Stories: Work with our customers to understand the technical differentiation, key story, and compelling customer results. Then own telling the story from customer interviews through distribution and publication.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience owning positioning, launches, or customer storytelling, gained through product marketing or related work.
- An interest in AI infra and post-training with a proven aptitude to learn quickly.
- Excellent writing: You can turn complex product capabilities into clear, accurate, compelling narratives. We’d love to see some of your work.
- Fast learning: You get up to speed on unfamiliar technical concepts, ask thoughtful questions, and work with engineers and researchers to get the details right. You can operate at the right technical altitude when talking to different stakeholders.
- Competitive judgment: You proactively research customer alternatives and develop a clear point of view on differentiation.
- Hands-on ownership: You prioritize in ambiguity, navigate cross-functional trade-offs, and drive work through to launch.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.

Our Story
At thinkcell, we create powerful software solutions that help professionals be more efficient and productive. Founded in 2002 and based in Berlin, our tools integrate seamlessly with Microsoft Office to help users create presentations, charts, and diagrams with ease. Our dynamic, international team values creativity, collaboration, and technical excellence.
What You Will Do
thinkcell is hiring a Customer Success Manager for our North America Account Management team in Denver. This is a new, program-building role focused on creating deeper engagement across roughly 20 of our largest customers, each with thousands of thinkcell users. You will build user communities and champion networks within those organizations, establish and maintain executive relationships, and expand the breadth of teams we reach. You will work in close partnership with the Account Manager who retains full commercial ownership of each account—you build the engagement and relationships that help create future commercial opportunities.
This is not a quota-carrying or account ownership role. You will not own renewals, revenue targets, or a book of business; your success will be measured by the strength of the customer programs you build, including active communities, developed champions, executive access, and broader engagement across each organization. You will be part of the North America Account Management team and collaborate closely with Customer Enablement and Solution Consulting in a tech-driven, startup-style environment backed by an established product.
Key Responsibilities
Stand up user communities inside assigned accounts: user groups, internal champion networks, practice-area forums
Find power users and develop them into champions through content, recognition, early access, and a direct line to our product team
Run the recurring programming that keeps a community alive between renewal cycles, from roundtables and showcases to office hours and onsite events
Map the executive landscape in each account and maintain the relationship plan with the Account Manager
Broker executive conversations: connect thinkcell leadership to the right customer executives and help orchestrate those meetings
Take us beyond the primary contact: map departments, find teams not yet using thinkcell, and open doors the Account Manager then works commercially
Track engagement depth per account and flag where we're single-threaded
Coordinate onsite engagements, workshops, and training programs with Customer Enablement and Solution Consulting
Keep stakeholder maps, engagement plans, and activity current in Salesforce
Your Profile
You have built customer programs: a user community, a customer advisory board, a champion program, or an executive engagement program.
6+ years of experience in customer marketing, customer advocacy, strategic customer success, or field engagement, ideally at an enterprise software company.
Bachelors degree
Proven ability to create outcomes in accounts you do not own: you influence and orchestrate, working through account owners rather than around them.
Strong executive presence, with the ability to build credibility with senior customer stakeholders and set up conversations for others to lead.
Strong program management skills, with the ability to run parallel workstreams across roughly 20 accounts without dropping threads.
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and written communication skills in both virtual and in-person settings.
Comfortable using go-to-market tools such as Salesforce and Gong.
Willingness to travel periodically for onsite customer engagements, workshops, and executive meetings.
Appreciation of our product and a willingness to develop a strong understanding of thinkcell's capabilities and customer use cases. Previous experience with thinkcell is a plus.
Based in Denver with the ability to work on-site at least three days per week, Tuesday through Thursday.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
We believe in a human hiring process, every application is personally reviewed.
Our Values
As part of our team, you will embody and help shape the following principles that define us:
Forward Thinking:
We embrace change and challenge the status quo.
Ownership:
We take pride in our work and learn from our mistakes.
Customer First:
We prioritize delivering lasting value.
Unified Team:
We foster collaboration, respect, and integrity.
Strive for Excellence:
We set ambitious goals and pursue quality.
Why is thinkcell the right place for you?
We empower over 1.3 million users across 35,000 companies, including top consulting firms and major global enterprises. With offices in Berlin, Denver, Boston, London, Tokyo, and Dubai, we’re a diverse team of over 220 people, committed to innovation and excellence.
thinkcell is more than a job – it's a chance to be part of an innovative, inclusive team that values collaboration and growth. We encourage applicants from all backgrounds to apply. Together, we can shape the future of productivity software. We can’t wait to see what you’ll bring to the team!
Join Our Journey
We encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet every requirement. At thinkcell, we celebrate diversity because it drives creativity and excellence. We welcome individuals from all backgrounds who are passionate about making a real impact.
Joining us means more than just a job – it’s an opportunity to be part of an inclusive, innovative, and supportive team that values collaboration and growth. Together, we can push boundaries and achieve great things.
Compensation: thinkcell believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture. For this role, we anticipate paying an OTE of $130-$155k per year. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be dependent upon the key aspects of each case, which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any thinkcell variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount, and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance. thinkcell provides comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability leave, parental leave, paid time off and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
At thinkcell, we value diversity. Thinkcell is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, disability, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, marital status, military or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.

About the Job:
Software powers the world, and LaunchDarkly empowers teams to deliver and control it safely. As a
Senior Backend Engineer
on the
Billing
team, you will own the systems that turn every plan, price, entitlement, and usage limit into revenue — checkout, subscription and entitlement APIs, usage metering, and the integrations to our billing, CRM, and finance systems. When billing is wrong, customers get the wrong product and we invoice the wrong amount. Correctness here is a commitment to our customers, not a nice-to-have.
You and your team will drive the modernization of our billing platform. Technologies include Go, TypeScript, Postgres, AWS, and Terraform. Exact tool match matters far less than deep backend judgment and a track record of safely changing systems that are not allowed to be wrong.
Responsibilities:
Design and build the systems that define our plans, pricing, entitlements, and limits, and expose them through our API.
Decompose billing from our monolith into services that are correct, testable, and independently deployable.
Own correctness end to end — usage metering, reconciliation, and the invoices and usage data customers see.
Operate what you build: SLOs, alerting, on-call, and fixing root causes rather than repeating mitigations.
Qualifications:
6+ years of professional software-engineering experience, with significant work on complex backend applications.
Experience decomposing a monolith
A track record on systems where correctness is non-negotiable, and the habits that come with it: idempotency, reconciliation, reversible migrations, and safe cutovers.
Proficiency in at least one backend language (Go, Rust, Python, etc.) and familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS or equivalent), plus strong production ownership including on-call.
Bonus
Billing, payments, or metering systems, or usage-based pricing.
Modeling entitlements, quotas, or multi-tenant limits.
Pay:
Target pay ranges based on Geographic Zones* for Level 4:
Zone 1:
San Francisco/Bay Area or NYC Metropolitan Area, Boston, Seattle

About LaunchDarkly:

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
As a member of Ramp's Risk Strategy & Operations team, you will leverage data to develop and optimize credit strategies.
Credit is one of Ramp's most consequential products. Every policy change affects how customers can grow their usage, and how responsibly Ramp scales up while managing risk. Credit Risk Strategy owns these tradeoffs end to end.
In this role, you will own or help build strategy across credit risk areas like credit limits, payment speed, and collections. You'll take ambiguous problems, get to the data, prototype the solution, and push the change with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Risk Operations, Finance, Customer Experience, and Compliance.
AI fluency is required. We use AI as a core pillar of our risk management stack, and you will be prototyping and managing related Agents and tools. You should already be using tools like Claude Code, Codex, or similar AI tools to write code, explore data, prototype apps, automate workflows, and check your own work. You do not need to be a software engineer, but you do need to use AI to ship something runnable or inspectable enough to test, improve, and hand off.
We are looking for builders with high agency and high urgency: people who prototype the workflow, not just write the recommendation for someone else to build.
What You'll Do
- Own credit risk strategy for areas like model prototyping, credit limits, payment speed, collections, etc.
- Use SQL, quantitative reasoning, and credit risk judgment to investigate patterns, size opportunities, define policy changes, and pressure-test recommendations.
- Build the first useful version when the workflow does not exist: a tool, app, dashboard, agent, notebook, QA loop, monitor, or decisioning process.
- Use AI tools every day to move faster on research, analysis, coding, synthesis, writing, verification, and follow-through.
- Build AI into credit risk workflows: feature exploration, policy monitoring, case review, exception handling, decision support, documentation, and human-in-the-loop QA.
- Investigate new data sources and model features; evaluate signal quality, coverage, failure modes, and how they would change credit decisions.
- Make ambiguous credit risk decisions within your surface area, balancing loss, customer experience, operational burden, growth, compliance, and risk-adjusted returns.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, to execute and build the risk management infrastructure
What You Need
- Minimum 2 years of experience in credit risk management or quantitative strategy role
- Minimum 2 years of experience using SQL or Python for data retrieval and manipulations
- AI fluency you can demonstrate live: name the tools, show an artifact, explain a recent failure mode, and walk through how you verified the output before using it in a credit risk decision.
- Ownership in ambiguity: you define the question, get the data, make the call, communicate the tradeoffs, and drive follow-through without waiting for perfectly scoped work.
- Strong communication: you can compress a complex credit risk decision into a clear narrative that leadership and cross-functional partners can act on.
Nice-to-Haves
- Previous experience building credit risk in similar Card or expense management products
- Previous experience in high-growth startups or environments where the operating model changed quickly.
- Previous experience with Operations teams
Compensation
We are open to hiring at multiple levels for this role (Analyst, Associate, or Senior Associate). Level is determined during the interview process.
The expected base salary ranges are:
- Analyst: $108,000 to $148,000
- Associate: $140,000 to $192,000
- Senior Associate: $160,000 to $200,000
These ranges reflect base salary for New York City and do not include equity or benefits, both of which this role is eligible for.
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel

This role is open to candidates based in the UK or Ireland only.
What we value
Commercial ownership — you treat your book of business like it's yours, because it is
Forecasting discipline and data-driven decision-making, not gut feel
Multi-threaded relationships — you build trust across the org, not just with one champion
Expansion through value, not feature gates or mechanical levers
Close partnership with Customer Success — you see CS as a collaborator, not a handoff
What you'll do
Own the full commercial strategy for a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts — renewals, expansion, and churn mitigation
Drive growth by helping customers adopt

Forecast renewal and expansion pipeline accurately with a clear, repeatable methodology
Build multi-threaded relationships from day-to-day operators to Directors and VPs, becoming a trusted commercial advisor
Partner closely with Customer Success on account health and with Sales on expansion deals
Engage Legal and Finance on complex renewals and collaborate cross-functionally to move deals forward
What we're looking for
3+ years in Sr. Account Management, Sales, or a related SaaS commercial role with direct ownership of a revenue number (5+ years preferred)
Experience managing $5m ARR, predominantly in the MM space
Proven ability to grow customer spend outside of overages or true-ups — genuine expansion through adoption and value articulation
A forecasting methodology you can walk through clearly — it doesn't need to be a named framework, just logic you own
Comfortable pulling usage data, tracking health scores, and building your own dashboards
Strong communicator — clear and persuasive with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Based in the UK or Ireland

ABOUT THE ROLE
As the founding Channel Partner Manager for Canada, you will build the partner motion that helps Canadian businesses discover, evaluate, and adopt Ramp through trusted advisors and ecosystem partners.
This is a zero-to-one role. You will own the full partner lifecycle, from identifying and engaging Canadian accounting, advisory, private equity, and venture capital partners through signing, enablement, activation, and partner-sourced pipeline. Your early results will help determine how Ramp scales its Canadian channel motion.
You will work closely with Sales, Growth, Product, Engineering, and the broader Partnerships organization. The right person is a hands-on builder: equally comfortable opening a new relationship, running a partner meeting, solving an operational blocker, and turning early learnings into a repeatable playbook.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build Ramp’s Canadian channel strategy and operating rhythm from the ground up.
- Research, identify, source, qualify and sign net-new Canadian partners.
- Create joint go-to-market and activation plans to grow the Canadian partner ecosystem.
- Drive revenue for Ramp through generating referrals
- Develop trusted relationships with decision-makers and operators inside partner orgs
- Educate partners on Ramp’s Canadian capabilities, value prop and updates.
- Own partner onboarding, activation, pipeline generation, and regular business reviews.
- Work closely with the Canadian Sales team to advance partner-referred opportunities.
- Partner with Product to surface recurring partner needs and inform the Canadian roadmap.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 5+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in partner sales, business development, channel partnerships, or a closely related role
- High agency, urgency, and resilience
- Proven track record of sourcing and managing partnerships
- Self-starter mindset: you are comfortable getting in the weeds
- Strong discovery and consultative-selling skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong operating discipline and comfort using data to improve performance.
- Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Strong cross-functional judgment and a history of finding success across cross-functional work
- Familiarity with the Canadian business and technology ecosystem
- Strong comfort using AI tools to execute quality work, fast
- Ability to travel to in-person events in Canada frequently
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience building a new partner motion, market, or vertical from an early stage.
- Professional proficiency or native-level fluency in French
- Presence in the Canadian accounting, advisory, private equity, venture capital, financial-services, or technology partner network
- Familiarity with finance & accounting workflows and solutions
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
