Location: Austin, in-person
Director, Partner Growth & Strategy
Classification:
Exempt (Salaried)
Reports to:
SVP Business Development
Role Summary
inKind is looking for a Director of Partner Growth & Strategy to build the strategy, systems, technology, and playbooks that power our Account Management organization.
Our Account Managers own relationships with inKind's restaurant partners and play a critical commercial role—helping partners maximize their relationship with inKind, secure additional funding, add locations, renew, and grow over time. Account Managers report directly to our Regional Sales Managers, giving them strong day-to-day sales leadership, coaching, and support.
This role is designed to complement that structure.
The Director of Partner Growth & Strategy will not directly manage the Account Management team. Instead, this person will own
how Account Management works
: developing the processes, sales methodologies, technology, data, training, product improvements, and partner experiences that allow our Account Managers to become more effective and our restaurant partnerships to become more valuable over time.
This is a highly cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of
Sales, Account Management, Product, Operations, and Technology
.
The right person will approach Account Management not simply as a relationship-management function, but as a scalable growth engine. They will constantly ask:
What are our best Account Managers doing differently? How do we turn that into a repeatable process? What should we automate? What should we build? What data should trigger action? And how do we make every Account Manager better?
What You'll Own
Build the Account Management Operating System
Develop and continuously improve the processes, tools, and methodologies used across the Account Management organization.
Create repeatable playbooks for key partner growth motions, including:
Renewals
Additional funding
New and sister-location expansion
Partner referrals
Slow-redemption intervention
High-performing partner expansion
At-risk partner recovery
Adoption of new inKind products and offerings
Define the triggers, data, messaging, collateral, objection handling, workflows, and expected outcomes associated with each motion.
Identify what our highest-performing Account Managers do differently and turn those behaviors into repeatable practices across the organization.
Own the Partner Lifecycle
Design the ideal restaurant partner journey from initial funding through onboarding, activation, growth, additional funding, renewal, and expansion.
Determine which partner interactions should be relationship-driven, technology-enabled, or fully automated.
Build proactive, data-driven engagement strategies so Account Managers know
which partners need attention, why they need attention, and the highest-value action to take next.
Partner with Sales and Operations leadership to continuously reduce friction throughout the partner lifecycle.
Improve Account Management Sales Effectiveness
Build the sales methodology used by Account Managers to sell renewals, additional funding, additional locations, and other products.
Develop pitch frameworks, business reviews, partner-facing materials, objection-handling guides, and other tools that increase conversion.
Partner with Regional Sales Managers to identify coaching opportunities and translate successful field tactics into organization-wide best practices.
Design training and certification programs that continually improve Account Manager commercial capabilities.
Develop structured experiments to test new messaging, offers, processes, and sales techniques—and scale what works.
Drive Technology & Automation
Partner with Product, Engineering, Salesforce, and Operations teams to make Account Management increasingly technology-enabled and scalable.
Identify manual activities that can be automated or moved into self-service experiences.
Help develop systems that proactively identify opportunities and risks across the restaurant portfolio, including:
Partners eligible for additional funding
Upcoming renewal opportunities
Newly opened or missing locations
Changes in redemption or sales pacing
At-risk accounts
Expansion opportunities
Partners requiring intervention
Help define the vision for an Account Management "cockpit" that allows each AM to quickly understand where to focus their time and what action to take.
Help Shape the Partner Product
Serve as a structured voice of the restaurant partner within inKind.
Develop systems for capturing and categorizing partner feedback, objections, product requests, and operational friction.
Partner closely with Product leadership to translate restaurant feedback and Account Manager insights into actionable product opportunities.
Play a key role in shaping the continued development of the inKind Partner Portal and other restaurant-facing technology.
Use data to quantify partner friction and product opportunities rather than relying solely on anecdotal feedback.
Build the Measurement Framework
Develop the KPIs and reporting required to understand Account Management effectiveness and partner health.
Measure performance across areas such as:
Renewal rate
Incremental funding
Location expansion
Partner engagement
Funding eligibility and conversion
Credit pacing
Time from opportunity identification to close
Portfolio growth
Partner retention
Create visibility into performance across Account Managers, regions, partner segments, and lifecycle stages.
Use these insights to identify opportunities for improvement in people, process, product, and technology.
How You'll Work
This role will operate as the connective tissue between our Account Managers and the teams building the systems around them.
Regional Sales Managers will continue to own the day-to-day management, coaching, and commercial performance of Account Managers.
You will own the
system in which they operate
.
You will spend time with Account Managers understanding what happens in the field, with Sales leaders understanding what drives conversion, with Product understanding what we can build, with Operations understanding what we can automate, and with data identifying where the biggest opportunities exist.
Your job is to turn those insights into measurable improvements.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first year, we expect to see:
A clearly defined Account Management methodology and partner lifecycle
Repeatable playbooks for our major renewal and expansion motions
Better visibility into partner health and growth opportunities
Increased renewal and additional-funding conversion
Faster identification and pursuit of expansion opportunities
More consistent performance across Account Managers
Increased Account Manager capacity through automation and self-service
A stronger feedback loop between restaurant partners, Account Management, and Product
Meaningful improvements to our Partner Portal and internal Account Management technology
A culture of continuously testing, measuring, and improving how we grow existing restaurant partnerships
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who combines the commercial instincts of a sales leader with the systems thinking of a product or operations leader.
The ideal candidate:
Has experience building or scaling Account Management, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, Partner Growth, or similar functions
Has a strong understanding of B2B sales and expansion motions
Is highly analytical and comfortable using data to diagnose problems and identify opportunities
Has experience developing sales processes, playbooks, and training
Understands CRM systems, sales automation, and workflow design
Has experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams
Can translate frontline customer feedback into scalable product and process improvements
Is comfortable designing and running experiments
Has exceptional cross-functional leadership skills
Is equally comfortable talking to an Account Manager about objection handling and a Product Manager about workflow automation
Has a strong bias toward action and measurable outcomes
Experience in restaurants, hospitality, fintech, payments, marketplaces, SaaS, or other multi-location businesses is a plus.
The Person Who Will Thrive Here
You are probably not someone who is satisfied simply managing an existing Account Management playbook.
You want to build a better one.
When one Account Manager significantly outperforms another, you want to understand
why
.
When Account Managers repeatedly perform the same manual task, you want to understand
why it isn't automated
.
When restaurant partners repeatedly raise the same objection, you want to understand whether we should
change the pitch, change the process, or change the product
.
And when something works, you want to figure out how to make it work across the entire organization.
This is an opportunity to build the infrastructure behind a rapidly growing restaurant partner network and help define how inKind manages, grows, and serves those partnerships at scale.
Who we are:
inKind connects passionate diners with exceptional restaurants across the country. inKind partners with thousands of restaurants and has millions of users who want to discover great places, dine confidently, and earn meaningful rewards.
Through the inKind app, guests earn 20% back every time they dine, turning everyday meals into something more rewarding. From celebrated restaurant groups like José Andres and Michael Mina to beloved neighborhood favorites, inKind helps diners explore the best restaurants in town while supporting the restaurants and chefs who shape how their cities eat.
Rooted in hospitality and built on a win-win philosophy, inKind exists to help great restaurants thrive while inspiring guests to dine out more often. Every meal creates value on both sides of the table, empowering diners to savor more while strengthening the restaurant community.
inKind is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We believe that diversity is vital to inKind's ability to provide our clients with the best recommendations and are committed to fostering a varied and inclusive work environment. Your race, color, ancestry, religion, gender, gender identity, national origin, sexual orientation, age, marital status, disability status, veteran status, or any other protected category have no bearing on our hiring decisions.
By submitting this application, you acknowledge that inKind Cards, Inc. may share the information you provide with trusted third-party service providers, including fraud detection and application processing partners, to evaluate your application and ensure the integrity of our hiring process. Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
Aleph is seeking a strategic, high-energy Programmatic Specialist to represent Spotify across the LATAM region. You don't need to be a hands-on trafficker or optimizer, but you do need to speak the language of DSPs, SSPs, and Ad Exchanges fluently enough to sell with real credibility, handle objections, and guide agencies through the offering.
What you'll do
Own revenue targets and pipeline growth for Spotify's programmatic solutions (self-serve, PMPs, always-on activations) across LATAM markets.
Proactively prospect and identify new opportunities, and unblock stalled ones within agencies and brands — finding the right internal contact, the right angle, and the right moment to move a deal forward.
Build and maintain strong relationships with agency programmatic desks, buying, strategy, and digital teams across multiple markets — know how agencies are structured internally and how to navigate them.
Evangelize Spotify's programmatic offering to agencies and clients, driving upsell and always-on activations, and supporting partners with any questions along the way.
Translate campaign performance data into insights and business narratives that resonate with clients at a strategic level.
Train and mentor sales team members on programmatic positioning and talking points.
Stay current on programmatic trends, self-serve platform dynamics, and industry best practices to keep pitches sharp and relevant.
Represent Spotify/Aleph at industry events, building market presence across the region.
Work with third-party vendors and partners to strengthen the offering, and coordinate with internal specialist/operations teams to ensure smooth execution once a deal is won.
What you need for this role
5+ years of experience in advertising sales, business development, or account management within programmatic/digital advertising.
Solid working knowledge of programmatic fundamentals: DSPs, SSPs, Ad Exchanges, and self-serve platforms — enough to sell and defend the offering with authority, even if you're not the one operating it day to day.
Proven track record building agency/client relationships and driving revenue growth across LATAM markets (regional exposure strongly preferred).
Strong understanding of agency internal structures and dynamics — you know who to talk to and how to get in the door.
Comfort with data at a consumption level: able to read dashboards and performance reports and turn them into a compelling client story (Salesforce, Sheets/Slides, Excel).
A genuinely commercial mindset — you love prospecting, relationship-building, and closing; programmatic is your specialty, not just a technical checkbox.
Exceptional storytelling, negotiation, and presentation skills; comfortable holding a room at C-suite level.
Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
What will make us really love you
Commercial Drive — You love the chase: prospecting, unblocking, closing.
Enough Data Fluency to Sell — You can read a dashboard and turn it into a story, even if you're not the one building it.
Adaptability — Comfortable moving between a strategic C-suite pitch and a technical programmatic conversation in the same day.
AI-Curious by Default — When a new tool shows up, you test it and fold it into how you sell — briefs, pipeline signals, prospecting — rather than just tolerating it.
Passion for music, audio culture, or the creator economy — You get why audio matters to brands and to people, and that shows up in how you pitch.

Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.

Head of Editorial
About the Role
Finom is looking for a Head of Editorial to own the words across the Finom experience.
We'll be direct with you, because we'd rather you hear it from us than discover it in the first week: our copy isn't good enough yet. It’s inconsistent, it's longer than it needs to be, it doesn't sound enough like us (which we’re still working out), it doesn't convert as well as we’d like, and errors make it through to publication.
That's the job. You'll own the voice, the style guide and the editorial review layer that makes top notch words systematic rather than accidental. You'll lead our copywriting team, develop them, and help them realise their potential. You'll do this by showing as well as telling: you'll show us what amazing looks like. And you'll set Finom's editorial AI strategy, deciding where generation, drafting and checking genuinely help, and where they don't belong at all.
You will own the English (not localisation, but you'll work closely with the people who do, because English is the source language), which means your standard becomes the ceiling for every market we operate in. Tighten the English and every language gets better.
This is a role for an exceptional editor. Not only a writer, though you'll need to be a strong one. The core of this job is taking someone else's draft and making it materially better, quickly, because you've established a strong standard that brings results. If you find that more satisfying than seeing your own byline, you'll enjoy this job a lot.
What You'll Be Doing
• Owning the words across the Finom experience: the standard, the voice and the final read
• Building and owning the style guide, and driving its adoption well beyond the Editorial team
• Establishing the editorial review layer: who reads what before it ships, against what criteria, and how nothing goes out with errors in it
• Leading and developing the copywriting team, giving direct and useful feedback, and hiring as the function grows
• Owning Finom's editorial AI strategy: where generation, drafting and checking are used, where they aren't, and what quality gates they have to pass
• Writing personally on key projects, campaigns and launches
• Coordinating across lifecycle, web, paid and social so that Finom's language is consistent everywhere a customer meets us
• Partnering with Product to make sure brand voice holds inside the product, not just in marketing
• Working closely with localisation partners so English source quality lifts every market
• Making copy work commercially: tightening, sharpening and testing so that writing converts rather than merely describes
• Building the intake and prioritisation model that lets a small team serve rising demand without the standard slipping
What Success Looks Like
In your first 30 days: you've read everything, you know where the worst copy is and why, you've properly assessed the team you've inherited, and you understand where demand actually comes from. You have a diagnosis, not yet a plan. By 45 days: a first version of the style guide is in use, an editorial review layer is running, and errors have stopped reaching publication. By 60 days: intake and prioritisation are agreed with the teams generating demand, the voice is documented and being adopted outside Editorial, and your first AI-assisted workflows are live with quality gates that hold. By 6 months: Finom sounds like one company everywhere. Copy is tighter and converting better, with evidence. The writers on your team are visibly better than when you arrived. Editorial runs as a function rather than a queue.
Who You Are
• An outstanding and fast editor. You improve other people's writing without taking it over. You do it under deadline, without agonising
• A precise writer. Your English is exceptional. You cut rather than decorate
• Direct about quality. You can tell someone their draft isn't working, explain exactly why, and leave them wanting to fix it
• A brilliant documentor. You've created style guides, review processes or editorial standards where none existed
• Commercially literate. You treat copy as a lever, not only as craft, and you can point to writing that moved a number
• Genuinely cross-functional. You get good work shipped through other teams' processes, not just your own
• Comfortable with ambiguity. There's no style guide, no review process and no documented voice yet. You find that energising
Must-Haves
• Evidence that you can lead the editorial standard, whether through direct people management, mentoring other writers, or operating as a senior individual contributor with strong stakeholder influence. Experience managing and developing writers is highly valued.
• Experience producing high-volume marketing and conversion copy in a fast-moving tech or digital environment. In-house experience is preferred, but strong agency backgrounds are equally relevant where you’ve worked at pace across multiple channels.
• English at native level. Exceptional command of written English, since your work sets the quality ceiling for every localised market
• Demonstrable AI fluency in an editorial context. Not tool familiarity: evidence that you've set policy in practice, defined where AI isn't used, built the checking layer, and held quality as volume rose
• A track record of building editorial standards, style guides or review processes from scratch
• Experience developing writers who measurably improved
• Ability to work across marketing and product surfaces
• Based in an eligible EU location, the UK or Ireland
We're deliberately open on background. Editorial and journalism, brand and advertising copywriting, and B2B content marketing are all valid routes into this role. We care about the work and the judgement, not the job titles.
Nice-to-Haves
• Fintech, financial services or another regulated industry where precision genuinely matters
• Experience owning voice across both marketing and in-product copy
• Experience running a source-language function feeding multi-market localisation
• Experience building or managing a freelance writer network
Why Finom
Finom is building the financial platform European entrepreneurs actually want to use, in a category where almost every brand looks and sounds the same. Our customers rate us 4.8 on Trustpilot, higher than any other B2B banking player in Europe, so the product is genuinely good; the job in Brand is to make sure the way Finom reads and sounds matches it. That means an editorial function you get to build rather than inherit, an editorial AI strategy designed from a clean sheet at a moment when very few companies have worked this out properly, and real appetite at senior level for quality as a way to win rather than a cost line. If you've spent time somewhere the writing was tolerated rather than cared about, this will feel different.
Compensation & Benefits
This role sits at Job Level 6, which includes equity options under Finom's Incentive Plan, eligibility for the High Performance Bonus Plan, and a salary positioned within Finom's range for your location, level and job family, benchmarked to the 50th–75th market percentile.
Our Process
A 30-minute screen, a conversation with the VP of Brand, a three-hour editorial task with a follow-up discussion, a short cross-functional panel, a conversation with the writers you'd be leading, and a final interview with our CMO. We aim to move quickly and we'll tell you where you stand at every stage.
What You Will Get In Return

Join our upward trajectory, and grow with us. We provide the resources and opportunities for continuous personal and professional development, empowering you to make a genuine impact on our evolving product.

HEY THERE
You've spent the last few years as the analyst sitting alongside a mobile squad—close to the tracking, the experiments and the numbers behind their decisions. You've also been leading a small team as well for a while now, and you don't want to give up either half.
Good, because this role doesn't ask you to. You'll lead our squad analysts, and you'll also be the hands-on analyst for Monetization. Roughly half your week in each role, at least at the start. Stepping up to lead here doesn't mean handing the interesting work to someone else.
You'll be building solid data products, helping our Monetization team optimize conversion and revenue, but you'll also be responsible for ensuring that our product and engineering teams own the quality of the data they produce. Building this culture is a big part of what we're hiring for.
Let's shape the future of nutrition together and make Yazio the most successful nutrition app worldwide!
This role is 100% remote and open to candidates based in Germany, Spain, Portugal or the UK.
YOUR MISSION
Our product generates billions of data points every month, and our development teams run hundreds of experiments a year. In your first year, you'll:
- Lead a small team of analysts embedded in our product squads. They're the ones measuring the impact of what engineering builds and helping figure out what comes next
- Be the analyst for Monetization yourself. You’ll handle tracking for new features, the experiments behind our conversion funnels and the reporting the squad runs on
- Set the example for how the work gets done. You'll write less production code than the analysts in your team, and the way you solve problems is what they'll pick up
- Set the data quality bar: what gets tested when data comes in, what gets tested once it's transformed, what gets tested in the reporting layer and what anomaly detection catches before a stakeholder spots it
- Move that responsibility upstream to the teams producing the data. Expect pushback from people who haven't had to think about it before
- Own the path from raw event data to curated, ready-to-use datasets in our self-service BI tool
- Take on the strategy side of squad analytics: how PMs and engineering managers use data when they make decisions
YOUR PROFILE
You'll feel at home here if:
- You've been the analyst inside a mobile product squad. Event tracking, funnel and user journey analysis, experiments. You plan around release cycles and handle old app versions as a matter of course
- You've managed analysts without stepping away from the work yourself
- Experimentation is where you're strongest. You’ve run plenty of A/B tests, and you can talk through bandits, quasi-experiments and where Bayesian and frequentist approaches part ways
- You've built a data quality regime. You've held a number back because it didn't reconcile, then gone and fixed whatever let it through
- You write SQL all day and Python when you need it, and dbt is how you transform data
- When you take an analysis to a PM, it comes with what you'd do next. And when a number turns out to be wrong, you say so and change the process that produced it
Bonus points for:
- Experience with subscription businesses, including the mobile gateway SDKs (App Store, Google Play)
- A strong statistics background
- Dagster or Airflow for scheduling
- Data catalogues like DataHub
OUR CORE TECH STACK
Here's what we run in production:
- Warehouse: Snowflake
- Transformation & orchestration: dbt, Dagster
- Experimentation: GrowthBook
- Self-service analytics: Omni
- ML workflows: Prefect
- GenAI: Claude
If you've worked with a cloud warehouse, dbt and an experimentation platform in some form, the patterns transfer. AI is part of how we work here: writing and checking code, summarizing data and keeping documentation current. We'd want you to be critical about what it gives back.
WHY US?
- An exciting product with millions of users in over 150 countries, driven by our mission to transform the world through healthy eating
- A remote-first setup: work 100% from home, join a co-working space, or work abroad for several weeks per year
- 30 vacation days to relax and recharge, plus 5 child sick days if your little one needs you
- A focus-driven culture that values efficiency over long hours - no overtime expectations, and if it happens, you get that time back!
- A high-impact environment where your work drives real change - short decision-making processes and no micromanagement
- A team culture where ambition and balance go hand in hand, supported by strong connections - from our fully covered company retreat to team meetups and virtual coffee breaks
- Tools and support to do your best work: MacBook, monitor, and €1,000 annual learning budget, plus regular feedback and career development
- A truly international team with English as our company language and a shared commitment to growth and well-being - supported by Sunday Supplements and Nilo Health
DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION
At Yazio, we believe that diversity fuels innovation. We are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone, regardless of gender identity, race, religion, age, sexual orientation, or ability, feels valued and empowered. We celebrate different perspectives and actively encourage individuals from all backgrounds to apply.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a passionate Product Designer to join our team and help shape the tools of the future. You should be a motivated self-starter with experience partnering with engineering teams and shipping real products. In this role, you'll work closely with product, engineering, and research to have a meaningful impact on Runway's design direction and future.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead design projects, including new features and improvements to our mobile and web platforms
- Produce, iterate, and prototype concepts for creative workflows
- Collaborate closely with the engineering and product teams to suggest product and process improvements
- Contribute to maintaining visual and user experience consistency across our products
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Experience designing flows, prototypes and high-fidelity UI's for web products and strong visual design skills
- Understanding of modern web technologies, web interactions, and usability standards
- Experience delivering and iterating fast in close collaboration with engineering, product, and data teams
- Ability and flexibility to iterate fast and often
- Comfortable picking up unfamiliar parts of the product rather than waiting to be assigned only what you already know
- Knowledge and understanding of the creative tool space
- Bonus points if you have experience with creating functional prototypes using AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.)
- At Runway, it’s always a bonus if you have artistic and creative potential (particularly skills with video/audio editing, icon/typography design, Illustration, etc.)
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. Coding agents are only as good as the context they're given. Most explore a repository like a new hire on day one – grepping, opening files, guessing. JetBrains Context replaces that with actual knowledge of your whole codebase and resources, served to any agent that asks. If you want to own the layer that decides what an agent knows before it writes a single line, this is for you.
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
As agents get better at searching for themselves, what is the durable value of a managed retrieval layer? We need someone with an opinionated answer to own JetBrains Context as a product – defining what it is for, who it is for, how we measure success, and where it goes next.
This is a hands-on role where you'll manage the product from a terminal and agent session rather than slides. You'll bridge the technical core and cross-functional teams: collaborating closely with engineering and ML teams on indexing pipelines and retrieval quality, working with Air, IDE, and Junie teams on integrations, and partnering with marketing, developer advocacy, sales, and customer success on positioning and adoption. You'll take full ownership of defining problem statements, setting explicit trade-offs, and balancing cost, latency, and freshness across the platform.
Day to day, you will:
Build and maintain a deep working understanding of chunking, embeddings, index freshness, retrieval, reranking, and agent-facing surfaces.
Define and defend an opinionated vision for the product's evolution, including explicit target audiences, use cases, and key success metrics.
Translate product strategy into actionable problem statements, priorities, plans, and milestones with an explicit definition of “done”.
Communicate product direction clearly to engineering, leadership, cross-functional stakeholders, customers, and prospects.
Analyze competing context and code-search products through direct use to establish clear differentiators and identify gaps.
Define core operational and product metrics – index freshness, retrieval quality, agent task outcomes, adoption, retention, and unit economics – to guide decision-making.
Represent the product externally by sharing roadmaps, publishing updates, speaking to developer audiences, and gathering community feedback.
Partner with ML teams on model evaluation and platform teams on service scale, reliability, and cost.
What you’ll bring
A well-argued point of view on where AI-first development is going and what agents genuinely need from a context layer.
Comfort with technical depth across embeddings, retrieval quality, sub-agents, tool-calling, indexing costs, and API design.
The habit of using the product you build daily alongside competitors' tools.
Communication that adapts to different audiences, from staff engineers and enterprise architects to conference attendees.
A data-informed approach that combines telemetry, evaluation results, customer conversations, and market signals.
Comfort with ambiguity and a preference for defining a new category over copying an existing one.
What you’ll need
Proven experience owning a complex developer, platform, or infrastructure product end to end, including strategy and roadmap.
Hands-on familiarity with modern AI coding tools and agent workflows.
The technical capability to work directly with engineering on retrieval behavior, APIs, data models, and integration surfaces.
The ability to define metrics for quality-sensitive products and build evaluation habits that maintain product standards.
Experience communicating a product externally through written content, talks, or community engagement.
Practical experience with search, retrieval, RAG, developer search, or static analysis at scale is a plus.
What success looks like
Within your first months, you'll form and share a clear thesis for what JetBrains Context is and is not – one the engineering team recognizes as theirs and leadership can invest in. You'll establish a metrics story that distinguishes real retrieval quality from vanity usage, a roadmap with clear trade-offs, and a documented evaluation of serious competitors.
Longer term, success means JetBrains Context becomes a deliberate choice for developers and organizations, agents get measurably better answers because it exists, enterprises adopt it for its governance and scale, and the market clearly understands its unique value because you've communicated it effectively.

At Adapty, we make it easy for mobile apps to manage in-app purchases and paywalls. We power 20K+ apps, process $3B+ in subscriptions every year, and have been growing fast for the last four years. Our mission is simple: make apps rich.
We are a team of 210+ passionate, product-driven people who love solving big challenges. Backed by top investors like 500 Startups and Surface Ventures, we are building one of mobile's fastest-growing SaaS companies and aiming for number one worldwide.
WHAT THIS ROLE IS ABOUT
Adapty powers subscriptions for thousands of mobile apps, and our clients don't come to us for a billing tool, they come to grow subscription revenue. This role exists to make that happen.
You'll own a portfolio of 30-40 apps and act as their growth partner: understanding their funnel from ad click to purchase, finding where money leaks out, and bringing them concrete recommendations on paywalls, pricing, and A/B tests. You will be a sparring partner who knows subscription monetization as well as our clients do.
This isn't a ticket-answering job. Proactiveness, retention, adoption, and expansion in your portfolio are yours to drive, which means you'll spend your time in analytics dashboards and in strategic conversations, and you'll be comfortable turning a good insight into a commercial one.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Own a portfolio of 30-40 clients. You'll be the main point of contact and the person accountable for their retention, health, and growth.
- Onboard new clients. After handoff from Sales, guide them through integration, help them build their first funnel and paywall, and get their campaigns live.
- Close product adoption gaps. Audit how each client actually uses Adapty, spot underused features, and drive them to full adoption. Identify at-risk accounts early and act before renewal is in question.
- Drive account growth. Run paywall and UA analyses, and come to clients with concrete A/B test recommendations that move their subscription revenue, not generic check-ins.
- Unlock and close cross-sells. Identify expansion potential across the product line and own those deals through to closed-won.
- Be the voice of the customer. Gather and relay feedback, bugs, and feature requests to the product team, and follow up so critical issues actually ship.
- Know the product inside and out. You'll be expected to answer detailed technical questions and support complex use cases without escalating everything.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Hands-on experience with in-app subscriptions. You've worked with subscription monetization directly, not just adjacent to it.
- Full-cycle mobile growth background. Ideally you've owned traffic acquisition through to purchase: UA, funnel optimization, monetization, A/B testing.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
- Comfortable with sales. You're not afraid to open a commercial conversation, ask for the expansion, and close it.
- Sharp mind and strong communication. You can hold a strategic conversation with a founder or a growth lead and be taken seriously.
- Independent and proactive. We don't micromanage — you own your accounts and your numbers.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience at a SaaS company in the mobile industry
- Working knowledge of Amplitude, Meta Ads, and creative testing.
- Track record of measurable account expansion or upsell in a previous CS role.
- Familiarity with support/CRM tools.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU
- Strong product with industry-best metrics. Adapty is among the top 5% fastest-growing SaaS companies.
- Exceptional compensation directly tied to your results.
- Direct communication and ownership. No bureaucracy, no politics, just impact.
- Flexible remote work. Join us from anywhere or work onsite in our Belgrade or London offices.
- Professional support. Language learning, sports, health insurance, laptop coverage, and more.
