Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion's Business Development team accelerates product distribution and platform growth through partnerships. This role has the potential to drive outsized scope in Notion's journey - we’re partnering with some of the best companies in the world and turn momentum into first-in-kind deals and scaled programs that result in delightful experiences for our customers, and growth for Notion.
As Business Development Manager, you'll be the ecosystem partner to our engineering and product teams, launching and deepening integrations with frontier intelligence platforms and the tools our customers already use. WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:

Project manage partner-centric launches - from partner onboarding and implementation, to driving go-to-market and post-launch tracking.
- Drive partner strategy: Own and grow relationships with select strategic partners, becoming their voice within Notion. Identify, evaluate and implement new product and co-marketing opportunities that create outsized value for partners, Notion and our shared customers.
- Be the best partner to the best partners: As an internal advocate for Notion’s partners, ensure their needs are being considered and reflected in our roadmap and planning. Provide ongoing support to grow our strategic relationships.
- Accelerate distribution partnerships: Source, evaluate, and launch first-in-kind partnerships that drive new user demand for Notion. From negotiation to launch and performance tracking, turn successful deals into scalable programs based on adoption and revenue signals.

- High agency and comfort operating in ambiguity. You can drive clarity where a playbook doesn’t exist yet

- Strong communication and negotiation skills. You can tell a clear and compelling story in docs, decks, and in person
NICE TO HAVES:
- You've been an early go-to-market or product hire at a fast-growing company before
- You have fluency working with ISVs and across developer ecosystems

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a
Marketing Analytics Director
to lead the evolution of our marketing data stack and raise the analytical rigor of the entire marketing organization. This is a critical role for a builder-practitioner who works at the intersection of Data Science, Marketing Strategy, GTM, and AI Operations. You won't just report on the funnel. You will build the systems that make every analyst on this team sharper, including the AI agents themselves.
As the
Marketing Analytics Director
, you will be the lead architect of our data-driven growth engine, connecting high-level strategy with advanced technical execution. You will move beyond traditional reporting to build a self-sustaining marketing ecosystem, leveraging Google BigQuery, Grafana, and agentic AI to create a unified source of truth and a culture of analytical rigor. Your mandate is to move the needle on demand generation across the entire marketing funnel, while raising the standard for how analytical work gets produced, challenged, and shipped across the org.
You will architect a dual-track target-setting framework that balances high-velocity top-of-funnel growth with deep-funnel quality, ensuring GTM resources are directed toward high-converting user cohorts optimized for Grafana adoption and long-term retention.
You will be expected to engineer the underlying data schemas, design predictive models, and implement the BI frameworks that shape our global GTM strategy. We are looking for a technical expert who can translate complex data into clear executive-level direction and who proactively builds systems that prevent AI-generated noise from drowning out actual signals.
What You'll Be Doing
Strategic GTM Partnership:
Serve as the primary strategic partner to the GTM Leadership team (VP of Demand Gen, VP of Regional and Events, Head of Marketing Ops, CMO, Revenue Operations, Sales leadership and more), translating complex data into a clear roadmap for demand generation and revenue growth.
Dual-Track Target Setting:
Architect and own a sophisticated forecasting framework that balances top-of-funnel volume with high-intent lead quality, optimized for Grafana Cloud conversion and retention.
Predictive Modeling and ROI:
Develop and maintain machine learning models (Attribution, MMM, LTV) to predict campaign impact and steer budget allocation toward the highest-ROI channels.
Data Warehouse Architecture:
Oversee the structure of marketing data within Google BigQuery, ensuring a scalable single source of truth that connects product usage data with marketing touchpoints.
Causal Inference and Inflection Hunting:
Move beyond descriptive analytics to perform causal inference and predictive trend analysis. When the data shows an anomaly, whether a 3-month spike, a regional dip, or a campaign that overperformed, isolate the window and dig in.
Executive Storytelling:
Transform technical data outputs into clear, compelling narratives for the executive team and board. Deliver a succinct read and go deep where pushed.
Utilizing AI and Automation
Agentic Insights:
Deploy LLM-powered agents (Claude Code, MCP-based tooling, or comparable) to monitor BigQuery datasets and automatically flag quality shifts in the funnel before they impact revenue.
Autonomous Workflows:
Implement orchestration patterns (N8N, custom MCP servers, or equivalent) to build self-healing data pipelines and automated responses to market signals, such as automated spend shifts based on conversion anomalies.
Predictive Quality Scoring:
Build and deploy AI-driven scoring models that separate high-value potential users from low-signal volume, helping Sales and Marketing prioritize effectively.
What Makes You a Great Fit
8+ years in Marketing Analytics, GTM Strategy, or Data Science, with at least 2 years in a lead architect capacity (IC track or player-coach; people management not required) within a high-growth SaaS or PLG environment.
Demonstrated history as a force multiplier. You can point to specific tooling, rituals, evaluator systems, or frameworks you built that made other analysts or the broader org measurably better. A portfolio of dashboards you personally produced is not sufficient.
Data Science and Engineering: Mastery of SQL and Python required. Deep experience architecting data environments in Google BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar warehouses.
Hands-on AI fluency as a builder, not a user. You have built and shipped agentic systems with Claude Code, MCP, or comparable tools. You understand where LLMs fail and how to design around those limitations. You have built evaluator agents, prompt-grading systems, or analytical quality tooling in production.
Automation Proficiency: Hands-on experience building complex logic and integrations using N8N, custom API orchestration, or MCP-based tooling.
Visualization and BI: Advanced proficiency in modern data stack visualization tools (Grafana, Looker, Tableau) to build executive-grade dashboards.
Strategic Acumen: Proven ability to create structure in highly ambiguous environments and build target-setting frameworks from scratch.
MarTech Ecosystem: Deep familiarity with connectivity between Salesforce, marketing automation, and product-led data streams.
Executive presence with experience presenting to executive and board audiences, including sound judgment about what data is and isn't ready to share up the chain.
Bonus Points For
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (Data Science, CS, Statistics, Business Analytics). MBA or MS in Data Science is a significant plus.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions. As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
The way data practitioners write, debug, and ship dbt code is changing fast — and you'll be the person shaping what that experience looks like at the frontier of AI-assisted development.
As the Product Manager for Developer Experience, you will own the end-to-end developer workflow in dbt Cloud: the
Studio IDE
,
Developer Agent
(our AI coding assistant), the
Cloud CLI
, and the
dbt VS Code Extension
. Together, these surfaces are the primary daily touchpoint for tens of thousands of data practitioners worldwide — from seasoned analytics engineers writing complex SQL to newer practitioners who rely on AI to help them move faster and with more confidence.
This role sits at the intersection of developer tooling and leading-edge AI. You will work in close partnership with the
Fusion team
— the engine powering dbt's next-generation compilation, intelligence, and platform capabilities — to ensure that our developer surfaces fully leverage Fusion's capabilities and that developer needs are represented in the Fusion roadmap. The tight feedback loop between Developer Experience and Fusion is core to how dbt Cloud will evolve, and you'll be a key architect of that relationship.
This is a role for someone who has thought deeply about what makes IDEs and developer tools great, and who is excited to reimagine those workflows in an era where AI can lower the floor for new practitioners while raising the ceiling for experts.
This is a full-time position based out of our Oakland office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
In This Role, You Will
Own the developer experience roadmap
across Studio IDE, Developer Agent, Cloud CLI, and the VS Code Extension — from near-term iteration to long-term vision.
Partner deeply with the Fusion team
to align on capabilities, surface Fusion-powered intelligence (SQL comprehension, compute, context) through developer-facing UX, and co-define the boundary between platform and product.
Lead AI-native product development
for Developer Agent — defining what a best-in-class AI coding assistant looks like for the full spectrum of dbt users, from expert analytics engineers to practitioners who are newer to code. This includes agentic workflows, context-aware suggestions, natural language interactions, and guided development experiences that meet users where they are.
Drive IDE and tooling strategy
informed by a deep understanding of modern development environments — think about what VS Code, Cursor, and other leading IDEs get right, and translate those instincts to the dbt Cloud context.
Define and execute cross-functional collaboration
with engineering, design, and GTM teams to ship high-quality developer experiences on a predictable cadence.
Build tight feedback loops
with the dbt community and enterprise customers to continuously improve developer tools, with particular attention to power users and technical practitioners.
Conduct market and user research
to understand the competitive landscape for developer tooling and AI-assisted development, and bring sharp external perspective into the roadmap.
Align developer experience investments
to broader company goals, product-led growth metrics, and the Fusion platform strategy.
What Success Looks Like
Developer satisfaction and engagement metrics (activation, session depth, feature adoption) trending up across Studio, Canvas, CLI, and Developer Agent.
Developer Agent is a differentiated, well-regarded AI coding experience for data practitioners — not just a feature, but a product.
The Studio IDE and Canvas deliver a cohesive, fast, and intelligent development workflow powered by Fusion capabilities.
Strong, trust-based execution partnership with the Fusion team: shared roadmap visibility, clear API contracts, and coordinated shipping.
The Cloud CLI is a first-class product that developers actively choose, not a fallback.
You're a Good Fit If You Have
5+ years of product management experience
, with meaningful time spent on developer tools, IDEs, or technical platforms.
Direct experience managing IDE or developer environment products
— you have an informed point of view on what makes development tools excellent and where modern IDEs fall short.
Demonstrated engagement with AI-powered development tools
— you've used, studied, and formed strong opinions about AI coding assistants (Copilot, Cursor, Devin, etc.) and how they change the development experience.
A strong technical foundation that allows you to work fluently with engineering partners, reason about system architecture, and contribute meaningfully to technical decisions.
Experience conducting user research and translating developer feedback into prioritized, scoped product work.
Excellent written and verbal communication — you can write a crisp spec, give a compelling demo, and synthesize complex tradeoffs for diverse audiences.
Comfort working asynchronously as part of a distributed, remote team.
You'll Have an Edge If You Have
Hands-on experience with dbt or similar SQL-first transformation frameworks.
Prior experience building or shipping AI agent features (agentic UX, multi-step LLM workflows, context management).
Familiarity with LSP (Language Server Protocol), tree-sitter, or other IDE infrastructure primitives.
Experience with CLI tooling and developer workflow automation.
Background in open source software development or strong engagement with developer communities.
Knowledge of modern data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift, etc.) and the analytics engineering ecosystem.

About the role
The Global Alliance Lead is one of the most strategically important roles in our Ecosystem. You will own our relationship with one of the world's leading technology and transformation partners end-to-end — from C-suite engagement through to practitioner enablement and joint pipeline creation. You will be the architect of how the GSI and NewCo go to market together, ensuring our platform becomes the trusted data foundation inside the GSI’s agentic AI delivery practice globally.
This is a senior individual contributor role reporting to the Global Head of GSI Relationships. You will orchestrate across sales, partner solution architecture, marketing, and partner operations — bringing the full weight of the organisation to bear on one of our highest-leverage commercial relationships.
What You'll Do
Relationship strategy and executive engagement
Own the global GSI relationship at partner and C-suite level, building trusted relationships with Client, practice and delivery team leads.
Define and execute a multi-year joint strategy that positions dbt + Fivetran as the default open data infrastructure layer within the GSI’s enterprise AI and agentic workflow delivery
Represent NewCo at GSI’s internal forums, client briefings, and industry events — articulating a compelling narrative around open data infrastructure and its relevance to the GSI’s strategy.
Platform integration and practitioner adoption
Drive adoption of the dbt + Fivetran platform within GSI delivery teams — ensuring practitioners, solution architects and practice leads are certified, confident, and actively recommending the platform in client engagements
Work with GSI's practice leadership to embed NewCo's platform into their business groups, standard delivery architectures, RFP responses and client proposals — with particular focus on GSI's Data & AI practices
Enablement and go-to-market
Design and execute a frictionless enablement programme for GSI practitioners globally — certifications, reference architectures, use case playbooks, and joint delivery assets
Partner with GSI's marketing and alliances teams to develop joint go-to-market campaigns anchored to open data infrastructure, trusted AI delivery, and closing the gap between AI POC and production
Support GSI in building and positioning client-facing agentic AI value accelerators — with NewCo platform as the foundational data layer — the "NewCo inside" model
Pipeline and opportunity development
Source and develop new pipeline opportunities through the GSI relationship — identifying client situations where open data infrastructure creates measurable value.
Drive co-sell motions alongside GSI account teams, ensuring NewCo is present and influential at the point of client opportunity
Maintain a rigorous view of GSI-engaged pipeline — tracking opportunity sourcing, progression, and closed business attributed to the alliance
Telemetry and performance
Define and track the signals that indicate a healthy, high-performing GSI relationship: certifications, sourced opportunities, platform deployments, practitioner engagement, and joint wins
Report regularly to the Global Head of GSI Relationships on alliance health, pipeline contribution, and strategic progress
Identify risks and gaps in the relationship early and mobilise internal resources to address them
What you will bring
15+ years of experience in strategic alliances, enterprise sales, or partner management within the data, cloud, or enterprise software industry
Demonstrated experience managing complex, global relationships with major consulting firms or global system integrators at a senior level
Deep understanding of the modern data stack and the business value of open data infrastructure — dbt, Fivetran, or equivalent experience strongly preferred
Ability to engage credibly at C-suite and partner level within a global consulting organisation — understanding how GSIs make decisions, build practices, and go to market
Strong commercial instincts — able to identify, thoroughly qualify and develop joint pipeline opportunities, not just manage existing relationships
Track record of operating as a cross-functional orchestrator — influencing without direct authority across sales, engineering, marketing, and operations
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills — able to translate technical platform capabilities into compelling business narratives for consulting and enterprise audiences
Familiarity with AI, agentic workflows, and the data governance landscape is a strong advantage + strong knowledge of GSI's operating model and contacts within.
Willingness to travel globally to engage GSI leadership and teams across regions
What Success Looks Like in Year One
A clearly defined joint strategy with GSI signed off at partner Executive level and on track to primary Global Strategic Practice.
Material increase in GSI practitioner certifications and active platform deployments across Data & AI and Insights & Data practices
GSI-sourced pipeline contributing measurably to NewCo's revenue
At least two joint go-to-market campaigns live in the market delivering pipeline — anchored to GSI's agentic AI and trusted data agenda
First client-facing agentic value accelerators built on NewCo platform delivered with GSI — positioning NewCo as the trusted data infrastructure inside GSI's AI delivery
A telemetry framework in place tracking alliance health and pipeline influence
Why This Role
This is a rare opportunity to own a marquee relationship at a defining moment for both companies. GSI’s are publicly committing to capturing the full value of the agentic AI revolution for customers — and the merged dbt + Fivetran platform is the trusted data infrastructure that makes AI production-ready. The person who builds this alliance well will sit at the intersection of the two most important forces in enterprise technology right now: the scale of a global systems integrator and the open infrastructure that makes AI trustworthy enough to deploy at scale.
This position qualifies for Fivetran’s incentive plan, and it’s common for employees in this role to achieve the total on-target earnings.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE TEAM & ROLE
Ramp's procurement product is changing how companies buy. We've built the fastest intake-to-pay platform on the market — 3x faster than traditional P2P workflows, with AI that automates sourcing, contract extraction, approval routing, and invoice matching in one place. Customers save an average of 16% on vendor spend annually and eliminate 46+ hours of manual purchasing work every month.
As Manager of Procurement Activation, you're the person who makes that real at scale. You'll lead a team of Procurement Activation Specialists working with Mid-Market customers, typically 100 to 999 employees, $50M to $100M in revenue, from discovery and configuration through go-live. Where your ICs work directly with CFOs and controllers to redesign how individual companies buy, you're building the system that makes those implementations excellent, repeatable, and fast.
🎯 WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead & Develop the Team
- Hire, onboard, and develop Procurement Activation Specialists; own their ramp from week one to full independence
- Run structured 1:1s and coaching that moves ICs from reactive to proactive, and from execution to insight
- Build a team culture where CSMs, AMs, and AEs don't just loop you in on escalations — they come to your team first, before things get complicated
Define & Lead Strategy
- Build the Procurement Activation playbook from the ground up: define what excellent looks like at every stage — discovery, configuration, customer education, go-live — and codify it so the team can execute it consistently and independently
- Turn implementation patterns into structured product feedback Engineering and Product can act on. You're the bridge between what customers experience in the field and how the product gets better.
- Partner with Sales, AM, and CSM leadership to define how procurement deals get handed off, scoped, and resourced — and own those standards across the organization
Operationalize & Scale
- Build the implementation process to survive growth: as Ramp's procurement product ships new capabilities and the customer base expands, you're ahead of what needs to change
- Spot systemic blockers across implementations, drive resolution across functions. Product gaps, handoff failures, coverage issues.
- Represent procurement activation in GTM planning, headcount conversations, and roadmap discussions. This team has a seat at the table because you've earned it!
🧠 WHAT YOU BRING
- Procurement depth that earns the room: you understand procure-to-pay workflows, approval structures, ERP integrations, and vendor management well enough that a Controller or VP of Finance trusts your judgment on the first call.
- Real people development experience: you've managed or closely mentored ICs and can point to specific moments where someone's skills or confidence visibly changed because of how you worked with them. Formal management tenure matters less than the quality of those examples.
- Cross-functional influence without authority: you get alignment from people who don't report to you, communicate clearly at every level — AE, CSM, AM, VP — and hold your position when priorities compete
- You've built something people actually use: a playbook, a training program, an escalation framework — something you created from scratch that outlasted your direct involvement and others adopted as their own
- Writes and speaks with precision: you can walk a Controller through a procurement workflow and brief a VP on why an implementation is stalling, on the same day, in the same register of credibility
🌟 NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in a customer-facing implementation or success role at a procurement software company (Coupa, Zip, Procurify, Stampli, Ivalua, or similar) or working in Procurement at a previous company.
- Familiarity with AP automation, ERP integrations (NetSuite, QuickBooks), or invoice-to-payment workflows
- Background in CS, implementation, or solutions consulting in B2B SaaS
🏆 WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
At 6 months: You're onboarding new hires on your own, making customer escalation calls without day-to-day guidance, and you've built a real reputation as the procurement authority inside Ramp.
At 12 months: You're running independently and generating ideas that move procurement forward, not just executing what you inherited. You've influenced product direction based on patterns you spotted in the field. You have genuine relationships across CS, Sales, AM, and Product leadership — not just working ones. And the team you've built has changed how Ramp thinks about what a specialist program can do, with a clear path to doing the same in other product areas.

ABOUT THE TEAM & ROLE
Ramp's procurement product is changing how companies buy. We've built the fastest intake-to-pay platform on the market. 3x faster than traditional P2P workflows, with AI that automates sourcing, contract extraction, approval routing, and invoice matching in one place. Customers save an average of 16% on vendor spend annually and eliminate 46+ hours of manual purchasing work every month.
As a Procurement Product Activation Manager, you're the person who makes that real for our customers. You'll work directly with CFOs, controllers, and finance operations teams to design, configure, and launch Ramp's procurement product — helping them go from broken, manual buying processes to a streamlined system that their entire company actually uses.
This is not a "follow the playbook" implementation role. You'll be redesigning how companies buy things, which requires equal parts process consulting, product expertise, and relationship management.
🎯 WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own procurement implementation for Commercial and upper Mid-Market accounts from close-won through go-live
- Partner with CFOs, finance ops, IT, and legal stakeholders to map existing procurement workflows and design their future-state on Ramp through a change management process
- When procurement and Bill Pay are both part of the deal, cover both — procurement is the priority, but you carry Bill Pay activation when it's bundled
- Provide structured product feedback to Ramp's Engineering and Product teams based on what you see across implementations — this is a core part of the role
- Partner with AEs and AMs when procurement configuration questions come up pre-close or during expansion
🧠 WHAT YOU BRING
- Real procurement depth: you've lived inside procure-to-pay — whether at a company managing purchasing or at a platform like Coupa, Zip, Procurify, Stampli, or Ivalua. PO creation, approval routing, invoice matching, and ERP sync aren't concepts you read about; they're things you've configured or managed.
- Customer-facing confidence: you run structured discovery, manage calls with multiple decision-makers, and can guide a Controller or AP Manager through a configuration decision without losing their trust
- Strong follow-through: multiple implementations running at once, nothing falls through, customers don't have to chase you
- Moves fast independently: Ramp's product ships constantly. You don't wait for someone to brief you on a new feature — you find it, figure it out, and update your approach.
- Sharp product instincts: you can tell the difference between a user error, a training gap, and a real product limitation — and you say so directly to Engineering and Product, not just "the customer asked for X."
🌟 NICE TO HAVE
- Experience at a procurement software company in an implementation, solutions, or customer success role
- Familiarity with NetSuite, QuickBooks, or other ERP systems and how they integrate with procurement tools
- Consulting background or experience at a company where structured discovery was a core skill. You know how to lead a call and leave with clear requirements
🏆 WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- You're carrying 50–60 active implementations per quarter and customers are hitting go-live on schedule
- Your CSM counterparts know what you're working on and why — handoffs are clean, nothing falls through the cracks between implementation and ongoing success
- You've built or meaningfully improved at least one internal process — a playbook, a feedback loop with Product, a configuration template — that the team uses after you

Define requirements for Fusion features that integrate seamlessly with the dbt platform and unlock enterprise value
Keep the Fusion engineering team aligned, unblocked, and executing on a predictable cadence
Contribute hands-on to the dbt Core / Fusion codebases, including code reviews, documentation, and small feature implementations
Collaborate with OSS strategy leads, platform PM peers, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver a unified roadmap
What success looks like
Shipping net-new features on a predictable quarterly cadence
Measurable contribution to Fusion PLG growth metrics, including identification and monetization of local dbt deployments
Hands-on contributions to dbt Core and Fusion code bases, including merged PRs and meaningful improvements to the open source codebase
Strong execution and alignment across the Fusion engineering team
You're a good fit if you have
5+ years of product management experience in technical domains such as developer tooling, data platforms, or open source software
Strong grasp of system architectures, particularly for local deployments and how they scale to enterprise use cases

Strong communication skills with empathy for open source contributors and enterprise users alike
Nice to have
Hands-on experience with dbt or similar transformation frameworks
Background in plugin architectures, extensibility systems, or platform ecosystems
Understanding of PLG motions and freemium-to-paid conversion strategies

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Render's mission is to eliminate the undifferentiated work that goes into building software products by offering an easy-to-use, powerful cloud platform for developer teams of all sizes.
We are scaling rapidly. Our customers have created millions of services on our platform, and the numbers continue to accelerate. Our customers trust us to deliver a secure, reliable and performant cloud — this is our top priority as a company.
By joining us at an early stage, you will design and build the cloud platform you've always wanted for yourself, and make decisions that will shape our product and company, directly impacting developers around the globe.
Render builds and orchestrates a growing number of kubernetes clusters on different hyperscalers and recently, our own hardware. We leverage open source and industry-standard technologies, modifying and extending the core components to meet the unique reliability, performance, and scaling demands of our platform.
We are looking for engineers with deep specialization in cloud and compute infrastructure. We are particularly interested in experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration, micro VMs, controllers, operators, and the automation and self-healing of large scale distributed systems.
Areas of focus for the team this year will unlocking bottlenecks to scale our clusters while also automating the multi-step creation, configuration, testing, and tuning of Render clusters. We will expand Render to new regions, our own bare metal, and start orchestrating micro VMs outside of Kubernetes entirely.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
