WHY INTEGRATIONS ENGINEERING AT LANGFUSE
Your work puts Langfuse into developers’ hands.
Our SDKs are downloaded 26M+ times per month, and for many developers the first thing they touch is an integration — a few lines of code that connect their favorite framework to Langfuse. When that experience is seamless, they’re wow’ed. When it’s not, we might have lost them. You’ll own that critical first impression across 40+ framework integrations.
You’ll live at the frontier of LLM application development.
The AI framework ecosystem moves fast — new agent frameworks, orchestration libraries, and model providers emerge every week. You’ll be among the first to instrument them, giving you unmatched exposure to how cutting-edge AI applications are built. The developers you serve are some of the most ambitious software engineers in the world, and working closely with them will make you an expert on LLM engineering yourself.
Everything you build is open source and immediately visible.
All Langfuse integrations are MIT-licensed. When you ship a new integration or improve an existing one, thousands of developers benefit the same day — and they’ll tell you about it in GitHub issues, on Twitter, and in our community channels.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build and maintain framework integrations. Langfuse integrates with 40+ frameworks and model providers: OpenAI SDK, Vercel AI SDK, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Pydantic AI, OpenAI Agents, CrewAI, Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, LiveKit, and many more. You’ll own these integrations end-to-end — from initial implementation to ongoing maintenance as frameworks evolve. When a new framework gains traction, you’ll be among the first to instrument it.
- Design new integration patterns for emerging frameworks. When a framework or a new agent orchestrator appears, you’ll evaluate it, design the right instrumentation approach (callback handler, decorator, OTEL auto-instrumentation, or a combination), build the integration, write the docs, and ship it. You’ll develop strong opinions on what makes a great integration experience.
- Contribute to the core SDKs. While integrations are your primary focus, your work will surface needs in our Python and TypeScript SDKs. You’ll contribute improvements to the core SDK when your integration work demands it — whether that’s a new hook point, better context propagation, or performance optimizations.
- Write documentation and integration guides. At Langfuse, docs are part of our core product. When you ship a new integration, the guide ships with it. You’ll own the integration docs, quickstart tutorials, cookbooks, and migration paths that help developers get started in minutes.
- Be a voice in the developer community. You’ll engage with framework communities, respond to integration-related GitHub issues, write blog posts about new integrations, and be present in our Slack/Discord channels. You’ll build relationships with framework maintainers and represent Langfuse in the broader AI developer ecosystem.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Passionate about the LLM ecosystem. You’ve built real applications with frameworks like LangChain, Pydantic AI, Vercel AI SDK, LlamaIndex, or similar — or you have a deep willingness to go deep and get your hands dirty with every major framework in the space. You’re excited about this ecosystem, not just familiar with it.
- Strong in Python and/or TypeScript. You write clean, reliable code. You don’t need to be a systems-level performance expert, but you care about code quality and understand that integrations run inside other people’s production systems.
- Product-minded engineer. You think about the developer who’s going to use your integration at 11pm trying to ship a feature. You obsess over the getting-started experience: how many lines of code does it take? Is the error message helpful? Does the docs example actually work?
- Self-directed and motivated. You know how to develop conviction about what to build and how to ship it. You don’t wait for detailed specs — you investigate the framework, talk to users, and propose the right approach.
- Excited about open source and developer community. You genuinely enjoy talking to developers about their integration challenges, writing clear documentation, and contributing to open source projects.
- Thrives in a small, accountable team. Your output is visible and matters. You’re comfortable owning outcomes, not just tasks.
CS or quantitative degree preferred, but not required. We care far more about what you’ve built and your hunger to learn.
BONUS POINTS
- Experience with OpenTelemetry internals or observability instrumentation
- Contributions to popular open source projects, SDKs, or developer tools
- Experience building developer tooling, CLIs, or client libraries
- Former founder or early startup experience
- Active presence in AI/ML developer communities (blog posts, talks, open source)
No candidate checks all boxes. If you feel you are a good fit for this role, please go ahead and apply.
PROJECTS YOU COULD OWN
- Build and ship a Langfuse integration for an emerging agent framework (e.g., OpenClaw, new OTEL-based instrumentation)
- Design the integration pattern for a new category of AI tools (e.g., voice agents via LiveKit/Pipecat)
- Create comprehensive quickstart cookbooks that get developers from zero to traced in under 5 minutes
- Work with the OpenTelemetry community to improve GenAI semantic conventions
- Maintain and upgrade our most popular integrations (OpenAI, LangChain, Vercel AI SDK) as those frameworks ship breaking changes

Role overview
We are looking for a talented and commercially minded Chief of Staff to report directly to the CRO. The CRO owns Checkout.com http://Checkout.com's global revenue organisation (Sales, Account Management, Partnerships, Solutions Engineering, Revenue Operations and Pricing) across all regions. As the CRO's right hand, you will extend their reach, speed up decision-making, and make sure the Commercial leadership team is aligned and delivering against its revenue targets.
This is not a back-office role. You will act as the CRO's delegate on key approvals, work on live deals and pricing decisions, resolve the cross-functional blockers that slow down revenue, and contribute to the planning and operating rhythm of a global commercial organisation. You'll be a trusted advisor and sounding board to the CRO and their leadership team. You'll be expected to challenge them, not just support them, and to move comfortably from a board-level narrative to a merchant pricing decision on the same day.
Remit and Responsibilities
- As a thought partner and sounding board to the CRO, pressure-test ideas, bring an independent point of view, and turn strategy into clear, owned actions.
- Represent the CRO in internal forums and make decisions on their behalf when needed, including during absences.
- Work with revenue leaders on deal strategy for our largest new and existing merchants, and set up executive engagement to open or speed up opportunities.
- Stay close to the global pipeline and forecast, hold revenue leaders accountable for their numbers, inputs and follow-ups, and flag risks and opportunities early.
- Own the CRO's leadership cadence (leadership team meetings, business reviews and decision forums), making sure each one has a clear purpose, clear decisions and accountable owners.
- Act as the CRO's delegate for key approvals across the Commercial organisation, including pricing, offers and job requisitions. Apply agreed frameworks consistently, challenge where needed, and know when to escalate.
- Partner with Revenue Operations and Finance on annual and quarterly planning, including targets, headcount and capacity planning, budgets and OKRs.
- Drive the governance and prioritisation of the Commercial-wide hiring plan, partnering with Revenue Operations on capacity planning and with Talent Acquisition, People and Finance to keep hiring aligned with revenue priorities and budget as we scale.
- Design and run the Commercial Leadership Summit and other leadership offsites, from agenda and content through to follow-up and accountability.
- Be part of the Commercial organisation's main link to Operations, Product, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Marketing and People leadership.
- Pick up the issues the Commercial team faces day to day, frame them clearly, get the right people in the room and push for a decision, especially where senior leaders are not yet aligned.
- Work with Operations, Legal and Compliance on initiatives to reduce time to revenue for new merchants.
- Own high-priority strategic initiatives from start to finish, usually with a clear revenue or efficiency target and several teams involved.
- Keep challenging how the Commercial organisation works, and simplify processes, governance and tools to increase productivity, including through AI and automation.
- Prepare the CRO for all key meetings and presentations, including exec and board meetings, All-hands meetings, business reviews, customer meetings and external speaking engagements. This covers pre-reads, briefings, presentations, speaker notes and follow-ups.
Desired Background, Core Competencies
- You have 5+ years of experience in roles such as Chief of Staff, strategy consulting, commercial or revenue strategy, or business management, ideally including time in a high-growth tech, fintech or payments company.
- Strong commercial instinct: you understand how revenue is built through pipeline, pricing, unit economics and forecasting, and you're comfortable getting into the details of a deal.
- Sound judgement to exercise delegated authority on approvals, balancing commercial speed with discipline and knowing when to escalate.
- A proven track record of influencing senior leaders without formal authority, including handling disagreement between them and getting to a clear outcome.
- Excellent structured thinking and communication: you can reduce complex, ambiguous problems to a clear recommendation and write in a way that's ready for executives.
- Critical thinker who is confident with data and financial models and uses them to support decisions.
- Excellent project and programme management skills, with the ability to switch contexts without losing focus.
- Discretion when handling confidential people, commercial and financial information.
- A low-ego, high-ownership mindset: you're as comfortable doing the work yourself as you are orchestrating others.

Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.
We’re looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to join Systems Engineering and own the roadmap for the capabilities and technology that power Fivetran’s global Customer Support organization.
You’ll sit at the intersection of Support and Engineering, partnering with Support leaders to understand their biggest challenges, define what we should build, and work with technical teams to deliver scalable solutions. You’ll work across case management, customer portals, service delivery, workforce workflows, and automation, with Zendesk at the center of a broader ecosystem of APIs, integrations, and custom services.
You’ll work with a diverse, global group of stakeholders and need to build trust quickly, flex your communication style, and confidently guide teams toward the right solution rather than simply taking requests at face value. This role is ideal for someone who moves quickly, asks great questions, and can bring structure to loosely defined problems. You’ll need strong technical instincts and the confidence to go beyond the initial request, understand the underlying problem, and recommend a simpler or more scalable approach.
Technologies You’ll Use
Zendesk, Salesforce, Jira, Slack workflows, APIs and integrations, Lucidchart, SQL, Looker, Google Workspace, AI and automation technologies, and other systems supporting Fivetran’s customer experience.
What You’ll Do
As a TPM for our Support systems, you'll be responsible for defining what we build, shaping how we deliver it, and driving alignment across stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
Product Management
Partner with Support leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to build and maintain the Customer Support systems roadmap.
Intake, evaluate, and prioritize requests across case management, customer portals, service delivery, workforce workflows, and support automation.
Own requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution scoping for prioritized initiatives.
Translate ambiguous business needs into clear product, process, and systems requirements, asking the right questions to uncover the broader problem behind the request.
Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, improve agent and customer experiences, and increase Support efficiency through automation and better systems.
Technical Leadership
Partner with Systems Engineering to design scalable solutions across Zendesk and its broader integration ecosystem.
Develop deep expertise in Support processes, Zendesk capabilities, APIs, integrations, automation, and data flows to support solution design, systems analysis, testing, and implementation.
Shape technical tradeoffs that balance business value, customer experience, delivery effort, quality, scalability, and maintainability.
Evaluate opportunities to use AI, automation, and evolving support technologies to improve service delivery while thoughtfully incorporating human oversight where needed.
Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality expectations through active participation in testing and validation.
Stakeholder Management & Delivery
Build trusted partnerships across a diverse, global stakeholder group spanning Support, Product, Engineering, Professional Services, Legal, and other teams.
Adapt your communication and working style across stakeholders while confidently providing recommendations and constructively challenging ideas when needed.
Drive alignment on priorities, requirements, tradeoffs, and implementation approaches.
Partner with technical and business teams throughout design, testing, rollout, enablement, and adoption.
Communicate progress, risks, decisions, and business impact clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Skills We’re Looking For
7+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Business Systems, Technical Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Implementation Consulting, or a related technical role.
Experience working with customer support, customer experience, or other complex business workflows in a SaaS or technology environment.
Strong technical foundation with experience working across APIs, integrations, data flows, automation, and interconnected business systems.
Demonstrated ability to take loosely defined stakeholder requests, ask the right questions, and translate them into clear problems, requirements, and scalable solutions.
Strong product judgment with the ability to look beyond a requested solution, understand the underlying need, and recommend simpler or more effective approaches.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and adapt your approach across technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of requests and competing priorities.
Strong execution skills with experience carrying initiatives through requirements, design, testing, rollout, and adoption.
Curiosity about AI, automation, and emerging technologies and how they can improve customer and employee experiences.
Bonus Skills
Hands-on experience administering Zendesk or building applications and integrations using the Zendesk API.
Experience with AI-enabled customer support, agent-assist, or workflow automation technologies.
Experience with workforce management, premium support, or differentiated service models.
Experience supporting Professional Services or other post-sale customer workflows.
Experience integrating or consolidating customer support platforms, portals, or processes.

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
About the Team
The Unified Privacy Platform team’s mission is to earn the trust of every DoorDash user by upholding their right to privacy, consent, and transparency. We are building a common privacy foundation across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo so Consumers, Dashers, and Merchants can understand how their data is used, control their choices, and exercise their privacy rights through simple, consistent experiences.
Our work is organized around three connected pillars: the Privacy Center, a unified user-facing destination for privacy controls and rights; the Unified Privacy Platform, which captures and enforces consent, policy, jurisdictional requirements, and privacy actions; and Privacy Operations and Intelligence, which gives Legal, Support, Privacy, and engineering operators the workflows, diagnostics, audit history, and automation needed to resolve privacy work safely and efficiently.
Together, these capabilities turn fragmented, one-off compliance work into reusable platform primitives that can support new products, brands, and emerging regulations.
About the Role
DoorDash is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Unified Privacy Platform team. You will lead a team of backend and platform engineers responsible for the next generation of privacy and consent infrastructure, including the Privacy Center, the User Consent Platform, privacy-policy decisioning, self-service data-rights experiences, and the operational tooling required to manage privacy cases at global scale.
As the Engineering Manager, you will own and execute a multi-year vision for privacy at DoorDash. You will balance legal and regulatory correctness, user trust, security, reliability, and developer velocity while building systems that work consistently across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo. You will be a strategic partner to Product, Legal, Security, Data Governance, Marketing and Communications, and engineering leadership, establishing clear ownership boundaries and turning complex privacy requirements into scalable, self-service capabilities.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
Lead and mentor a high-performing team of backend and platform engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, privacy by design, operational excellence, and thoughtful cross-functional partnership
Drive the technical strategy across the Privacy Center, the Unified Privacy Platform, and Privacy Operations and Intelligence
Build the cross-brand User Consent Platform, including canonical consent state, policy and configuration management, consent SDKs, audit history, and consistent enforcement across products and jurisdictions
Deliver simple, self-service experiences for consent and communication preferences, Right to be Forgotten (RTF), Right to Information (RTI), and Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs)
Turn emerging privacy and regulatory requirements into standardized platform capabilities instead of one-off product implementations
Lead the migration from fragmented legacy consent systems to a single source of truth across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo, while managing compatibility and safe deprecation
Define clear contracts with data-governance fulfillment systems and downstream product and storage teams so privacy actions are traceable, retryable, auditable, and correctly reflected back to users and operators
Provide architectural guidance for distributed systems that manage sensitive user choices, policy evaluation, orchestration, secure data delivery, reporting, and immutable audit trails
Partner with recruiting to build a diverse and inclusive team, attracting and retaining exceptional engineering talent
We’re excited about you because you have…
A bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
3+ years of experience in people management leading backend or platform teams
8+ years of industry experience
Extensive experience as an engineer or engineering leader in a fast-paced, platform-focused development environment
Proven experience designing large-scale distributed systems, service application programming interfaces (APIs), policy or rules engines, workflow orchestration, state machines, data-lifecycle systems, or audit architectures
Preferred experience with privacy, consent, data governance, or regulatory systems, including concepts such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), data-subject rights, retention, deletion, and legal holds
The ability to translate ambiguous legal, policy, and product requirements into clear platform boundaries, reusable abstractions, and executable roadmaps
Strong product sense and the ability to partner effectively with Legal, Product, Design, Security, Data, Marketing, Support, and engineering teams across multiple brands and geographies
A growth mindset—you are eager to expand your skills, raise the quality bar, and build enduring systems in a rapidly changing environment
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.

OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.
About The Opportunity
OKX is building out its equities and tokenized securities business. This is a post-trade and brokerage systems product role — you will own the layer that sits between our users and the securities markets: order management, execution, settlement, asset servicing and reconciliation.
We have strong crypto product and engineering talent. What this role brings is depth in brokerage architecture and securities market structure: how these systems are built, why they are built that way, and what breaks at scale. You will be the internal authority on that, and your judgment will shape decisions that are expensive to reverse.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own the brokerage core
— order management, execution and routing, instrument lifecycle and trading status, settlement and reconciliation.
Shape account, custody and clearing architecture
, along with the operating model required to run it.
Own corporate actions and asset servicing end to end
, in both conventional and on-chain form.
Define how securities risk and margin frameworks coexist
with those of a 24/7 digital asset market.
Bring market structure, execution quality and regulatory requirements into product decisions early
, before they become blockers.
Set the standard for rigour
— write PRDs precise enough to build from, and lead alignment across engineering, risk, legal, compliance and treasury.
What We Look For In You
Domain Depth
5+ years in post-trade or brokerage systems product management.
We strongly prefer candidates from internet and licensed brokerages — Futu, Tiger, Interactive Brokers, Robinhood, Webull, Longbridge — as well as clearing firms and brokerage infrastructure providers.
Architectural perspective.
You have a clear view of where responsibility belongs across the order, execution, clearing, settlement, asset servicing and ledger layers, and of what goes wrong downstream when a boundary is drawn in the wrong place.
Depth across the order and execution path.
Order types and parameters, state machine design, idempotency across an external execution boundary, cancel/replace and partial-fill semantics, timeout and exception recovery. This is the core craft of the role.
End-to-end ownership of at least one area beyond the order path
— clearing and settlement, corporate actions and asset servicing, margin and risk, securities lending, or position and cash reconciliation.
Commercial and historical perspective.
You understand how a brokerage actually earns, how each revenue line constrains the systems beneath it, and why the industry made the structural choices it did.
Ways of Working
Strong technical intuition.
You are comfortable discussing system architecture and data flows with engineers. You do not need to be a developer, but you think with the rigour of one.
You design for the exceptions
— the halted symbol, the timed-out counterparty, the partial fill, the corporate action mid-flight — not just the order that goes through.
You run programs, not just write specs.
You produce rigorous PRDs independently, drive alignment across engineering, risk, legal, compliance and treasury, and own the full lifecycle from requirements through post-launch review.
You write precisely
, and can make complex mechanics legible to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
High agency.
You are comfortable taking an open question all the way to a shipped, reconciled system, and making calls with incomplete information.
Proficiency in Mandarin is required
to communicate effectively with internal engineering and product stakeholders in the China-based R&D center.
Nice-To-Haves
Product experience with margin financing or securities lending.
Exposure to tokenized securities, digital asset custody, or on-chain settlement.
Experience integrating with broker-dealer or clearing APIs, as either the integrator or the provider.
Hands-on experience with multi-jurisdiction regulatory frameworks — SEC/FINRA, MiFID II, or equivalent.
A track record of launching a brokerage product in a new market from zero.
Fluency in English to support communication with global product and business stakeholders.
Genuine curiosity about what happens when securities markets meet 24/7 markets.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

About the Opportunity
We are building a scalable financial operations platform to support the accurate movement, recording, reconciliation and reporting of fiat and digital assets. The Head of Financial Operations Platform will define and deliver the architecture that connects our trading, payment, banking, custody, blockchain, wallet and finance systems.
This is a senior, hands-on platform leadership role. The successful candidate will establish trusted books and records, automate settlement and reconciliation, create effective exception workflows and give Operations and Finance the tools required to maintain accurate client and corporate asset records on a daily and, where feasible, near-real-time basis.
The role owns platform capability and delivery. Client Asset Operations and Finance retain responsibility for executing, reviewing and signing off the underlying operational and accounting controls.
What You Will Own
Product strategy and multi-year roadmap for the financial operations platform.
The canonical transaction and financial-event model across fiat and digital assets.
Client and corporate asset subledgers, balances, positions, journals and transaction histories.
Settlement and asset-movement workflows across banks, payment providers, custodians, wallets, blockchains and trading venues.
Multi-way transaction- and balance-level reconciliation across operational sources, internal records and the finance system.
Exception management, operational dashboards, control evidence, audit trails and management reporting.
Build-versus-buy assessments, strategic vendors, migration, backfilling, parallel runs and legacy-process retirement.
First Year Outcomes
Document the end-to-end transaction, asset and accounting architecture.
Establish an approved platform roadmap and target operating model.
Define the canonical financial-event, subledger and reconciliation data model.
Deliver systematic reconciliation for the highest-risk fiat and digital asset flows.
Introduce centralized exception ownership, ageing, escalation and evidence.
Reduce spreadsheet dependency and engineering-dependent investigations.
Improve alignment between operational records, customer liabilities, external asset records and the finance system.
Deliver a credible path from daily controls to near-real-time monitoring for material flows.
What You’ll Be Doing
Product Strategy and Architecture
- Establish the target vision, operating principles and roadmap for ledger, settlement, reconciliation and client asset controls.
- Map end-to-end funds and asset flows across deposits, withdrawals, trades, fees, transfers, financing, staking and other relevant products.
- Partner with Architecture and Engineering to define scalable services, APIs, event schemas, data contracts, system boundaries and resilience requirements.
- Make evidence-based build-versus-buy decisions and prevent fragmented point solutions from becoming the operating model.
Ledger and Books and Records
- Define requirements for double-entry ledgering, journals, balances, positions and transaction traceability.
- Establish clear lineage from the originating operational event through the subledger and financial reporting environment.
- Ensure the platform handles reversals, corrections, fees, foreign exchange, internal transfers, failed transactions, duplicated events and delayed events.
- Work with Finance to maintain controlled alignment between operational books and records and the ERP or general ledger.
Settlement and Reconciliation
- Design workflows for fiat and digital asset settlement, including cut-offs, confirmations, status management, retries and failure handling.
- Build automated multi-way reconciliation across trading engines, payment systems, banks, custodians, wallets, blockchain records, subledgers and ERP systems.
- Define configurable matching rules, tolerances, materiality levels, frequencies and escalation thresholds.
- Create near-real-time detection for missing, duplicated, delayed or incorrectly recorded transactions where feasible and proportionate.
Operational Tooling and Controls
- Build operator interfaces that support investigation and resolution without routine dependence on engineering queries or spreadsheets.
- Incorporate maker-checker approvals, role-based access, segregation of duties, evidence retention and complete audit histories.
- Define monitoring and alerting for data completeness, balance integrity, settlement failures, reconciliation breaks and control execution.
- Support audit, regulatory examination and financial-reporting requirements with reproducible system evidence.
Delivery and Stakeholder Leadership
- Lead discovery, requirements definition, prioritization, testing, rollout and post-launch improvement.
- Write clear product requirements, workflow diagrams, data definitions, control requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate operational readiness across Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Treasury, Custody, Risk and Compliance.
- Lead data migration, backfilling and parallel-run validation before replacing existing controls or processes.
- Communicate roadmap priorities, risks, dependencies and measurable outcomes to senior management.
What We Look For In You
Eight or more years in fintech, financial services, digital assets, brokerage, custody, payments or capital-markets technology.
Five or more years of product-management, platform leadership, technical program leadership or comparable engineering experience.
Demonstrated delivery of a ledger, reconciliation platform, settlement system, payments infrastructure, brokerage books-and-records platform or digital asset back office.
Strong understanding of transaction lifecycles, balances, positions, journal entries, reconciliation and financial controls.
Technical fluency with APIs, event-driven systems, data schemas, batch and streaming pipelines, integrations, idempotency and failure handling.
Ability to work directly with transaction-level data; practical SQL proficiency is strongly preferred.
Track record of delivering mission-critical systems in regulated or control-intensive environments.
Strong written communication, structured problem-solving and senior stakeholder-management skills.
Nice to Haves
Experience with both fiat and digital asset transaction flows.
Knowledge of blockchain transactions, wallets, custodians and on-chain settlement.
Experience integrating with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, NetSuite or Microsoft Dynamics.
Familiarity with client asset segregation, safeguarding, books and records or comparable regulatory requirements.
Experience with high-volume, continuously operating financial platforms.
Knowledge of double-entry accounting and financial-close processes.
Experience replacing manual reconciliation with automated platform capabilities.
Experience assessing or implementing platforms such as Crypto or comparable ledger, reconciliation and digital asset accounting solutions.
