About The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Staff Mobile Engineer to join our OEX Mobile Growth team — a pure mobile team sitting at the intersection of engineering rigour, consumer growth craft, and product instinct. This is not a feature delivery role. You will own the client-side architecture for new user acquisition, referral and virality mechanics, and the reward and conversion funnels that drive growth for millions of users.
You bring deep expertise in mobile attribution — from MMP design and evolution through to anti-fraud, channel revenue sharing, and ROI evaluation — and you know how to turn attribution data into decisions. You are also fluent in AI-assisted development and bring the discipline to build, maintain, and continuously improve your own AI engineering workflows.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the client-side architecture for core growth conversion flows — new user acquisition, referral and virality loops, reward mechanics, and activity-driven engagement systems.
Design and evolve the mobile attribution system — including MMP integration, attribution modelling, and the application of attribution data across anti-fraud, channel revenue sharing, and ROI evaluation scenarios.
Build and optimise growth infrastructure including funnel instrumentation, experiment frameworks, and acquisition loops that directly serve the mobile user base.
Collaborate closely with Product, Business Development, and local market teams to translate commercial goals into concrete, data-backed engineering proposals.
Drive technical decision-making on growth infrastructure, articulating trade-offs clearly and defending or revising positions based on evidence.
Apply AI coding tools actively in your workflow — not just for code generation, but to build and maintain repeatable personal AI development workflows.
Mentor engineers on the team and help establish a culture where engineers bring solutions, not just responses.
What We Look For In You
8+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of shipping production-quality systems at scale.
Deep familiarity with new user growth, referral and virality mechanics, activity and reward systems, and the client-side architecture behind core business conversion flows.
Strong expertise in mobile attribution design and evolution — hands-on experience with attribution platforms and solutions, and proven ability to drive attribution data into anti-fraud, channel revenue sharing, and ROI evaluation applications.
Proficient in AI-assisted development — able to independently build and maintain personal AI engineering workflows, not just use AI tools ad hoc.
Data instincts: you think in funnels, know how to instrument what matters, and use metrics to drive decisions.
Outspoken and proposal-driven — you come to the table with a point of view, push back when you disagree, and bring data and a counter-proposal rather than just flagging concerns.
Strong cross-functional communication — comfortable working with Product, Business Development, and local markets to align on goals and hold the line on engineering quality.
Nice-To-Haves
Mobile development experience in iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Kotlin/Java) — or backend experience building growth systems that serve mobile apps directly.
Depth in MMPs such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or SKAdNetwork.
Experience building referral systems, k-factor mechanics, or anti-fraud layers.
A/B experiment framework ownership at meaningful scale.
ASO operational experience (App Store Connect, Google Play Console).
Background in fintech, crypto, or regulated consumer financial products.
Experience operating across APAC, EEA, or US markets.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
Role Overview:
As a Senior Research Engineer in our Safety team, you will play a key role in helping develop safer, more secure, and more reliable models. Your primary focus will be on building tools to enable easy data synthesis, analysis, and management, for complex combinations of real and synthetic data that is used in both model training and evaluation. You will own the cohesive vision of these tooling repositories.
You will work closely with a team of research scientists and engineers to create tooling that enables tighter experimentation cycles, better data coverage of the real world, and more scientific rigour. You will have a lot of autonomy and need to be opinionated about what areas of the codebase need elegance and standards, and where that would be overengineering. You will be given high level experimental problems that need to be solved with efficient pipelines, and design and implement the solutions. Your data analysis will collaboratively feed into modelling decisions and experimentation.
This role combines expertise in software engineering, statistics, and data science. If any of these topics sound interesting to you, we encourage you to apply.
You will be working on the Modelling Safety and Trust team, so interest in these areas is a plus, but is not at all required.
Please Note: We have offices in London, Edinburgh, Paris, Toronto, Montreal and New York, but we also embrace being remote-friendly! This role has timezone restrictions (UK, Europe, or ET) but no location restrictions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust data pipeline tooling that enables frequent, low-friction data generation and annotation
- Create cohesive data infrastructure that supports continuous parallel operation with model experimentation
- Establish standardized processes for data validation, analysis, and improvement of data both training and evaluation
- Collaborate with the ML modeling team to align data capabilities with experimental needs
- Maintain opinionated, well-documented solutions that become team standards
- Develop systematic analysis frameworks to identify incoming data sources and benchmark coverage gaps
Qualifications:
- Extremely strong software engineering skills.
- Strong statistical skills and experience evaluating scientific experiments related to data collection and model performance.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch) and Big Data Analytics (e.g. BigQuery, SQL)
- Demonstrated ability to own complex technical projects from conception to deployment
- Opinionated approach to technical architecture with ability to make principled decisions
- Understanding of ML data requirements and the intersection of data engineering with modeling workflows
Working Location:
This role can be based remotely or from one of our office locations listed on the job description - there is no minimum in-office qualification requirement. We care most about hiring exceptional people regardless of locations, though please check the location listed on the posting for guidance around the core time zone or working hours alignment expected for the role.
FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES AT COHERE ENJOY THESE PERKS:
- A weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or equivalent in your local currency for lunch.
- Full health and dental benefits, including a separate budget for mental health.
- RRSP matching, 401K, Pension Scheme.
- 100% Parental Leave top-up for up to 6 months, for either parent.
- Annual enrichment benefits:
Arts & culture, fitness/wellness, quality time, and a workspace improvement credit.
Education & learning stipend for conferences, courses, and coaching.
- 6 weeks of paid vacation (30 working days!)
- Budget for traveling to other offices if you are remote, plus an annual company offsite.
HOW AND WHERE WE WORK:
- Cohere is remote-friendly, but we also have offices in Toronto, London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul with more opening soon.
- For those in the office: a daily lunch program, plenty of snacks, and regular community and social events.
- For those not near an office: a co-working benefit so you can work alongside others in your city.
- Everyone receives a $500 home office stipend to set up your workspace properly.
If any of the above doesn’t line up exactly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
We strive to create an inclusive work environment for all; we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are committed to providing equal opportunities. Should you require any accommodations during the recruitment process, please submit an Accommodations Request Form https://docs.google.com/forms/d/12a6IrLdF3kI2nonKSr4tiFuz18rLQbaeYV-JM9L4o9Q/edit, and we will work together to meet your needs.
We may use AI-enabled tools to screen and assess applicants against the criteria for this position. This helps our recruiters identify potentially qualified candidates, but it doesn't limit the applications our recruiters may review or consider.
Beware of Scams: Cohere will never ask for payment or third-party services (e.g., CV writing) as part of our hiring process. All legitimate roles are listed on the Cohere careers page and LinkedIn only, with all communications from Cohere employees coming from an @cohere.com or @cw.cohere email alias. About the Role:
BOSS Revolution helps millions of people around the world stay connected with family and friends through international calling, mobile top-up, and money services. As a Senior Flutter Developer on the DTC Calling team you'll build and evolve the flagship BOSS Revolution app.
Your main direction is Product-Led Growth (PLG): the referral program (Refer-a-Friend), onboarding and activation funnels, promo and reward mechanics (loyalty and subscription offers, first-transfer and recharge bonuses, upsell offers), and the experiments that decide which of them ship. It is the main direction, not the only one: you'll take on any work the team owns — home, calling, money-transfer and top-up flows, subscriptions and payments — as the roadmap requires.
You'll work in one of the largest Flutter codebases in production — a monorepo of 100+ internal packages, feature-first clean architecture, and a strong engineering culture around code quality, testing, and automation — and ship in short, instrumented iterations: hypothesis → flag → variant → metric → decision. The app also carries a native calling stack (SIP/VoIP on Android and iOS); experience there is welcome, not required.
What You'll Do:
Growth (main direction)
Build growth mechanics end-to-end
: referral flows (invite links, deferred deep links, reward tracking), onboarding & activation funnels, promo/reward dialogs and offer surfaces, in-app surveys — from a PRD with a success metric to a measured result in production.
Run experiments as a habit
: ship behind feature flags, wire variant assignment from our remote-config / A/B service (fixed-split and multi-armed-bandit tests) and Firebase Remote Config, tag events with test and variant, watch guardrail metrics, and remove the flag once the test is decided.
Instrument and validate analytics
: define and implement Amplitude/GA events and properties, keep the event taxonomy clean across releases, verify events before launch, and read funnel dashboards together with the PM and data team.
Render server-driven promo content
: integrate with our in-house campaign platform — targeted campaigns, remotely configurable copy and creatives, layout updates pushed from the backend in real time — with versioned fallbacks, so campaigns launch without an app release.
Integrate third-party growth SDKs
: attribution (AppsFlyer), Braze (push, content cards), ads (AdMob / AppLovin), payments and KYC vendors — mostly through Flutter plugins, occasionally extending them in Kotlin/Swift via platform channels.
Across the app and team
Ship product features beyond growth
: home screen, calling flows (Flutter UI over the native SIP stack), money-transfer and top-up flows, subscriptions and payments (card and wallet flows, Google/Apple Pay), country selection, chat and social features, performance and tech-debt work — the same standards, a different surface.
Own features within our architecture
: feature-first clean architecture, Bloc/Cubit state management, repositories, immutable state, Result-based error handling; migrate legacy Provider/ViewModel code in the modules you touch (e.g. the referral module) to the current patterns.
Work at real scale
: a Melos-managed monorepo with 100+ packages, strict dependency hierarchy, code generation (json_serializable / freezed), a shared design system, and a 90% diff-coverage gate enforced per package in CI (bloc_test + mocktail).
Keep releases healthy
: trunk-based development, ~2 releases a month through GitHub Actions and Fastlane, Crashlytics plus product-metric monitoring, staged rollouts and kill-switches for risky changes.
Collaborate cross-functionally
: with product managers (growth and core product), backend engineers (campaign, config and A/B services), data & BI, marketing (Braze campaigns) and QA — and push back on asks that cannot be measured.
Use AI-assisted development
as part of the everyday workflow: Cursor / Claude Code / Copilot with in-repo prompts, agents and MCP integrations.
We're Looking For:
5+ years building mobile apps, including 3+ years with Flutter in production.
Strong Flutter/Dart: Bloc/Cubit or comparable structured state management, async programming and isolates, code generation, dependency injection, clean architecture and modularization.
Hands-on, experiment-driven product development: feature flags and remote config (Firebase Remote Config, LaunchDarkly, Statsig, GrowthBook or an in-house service), A/B rollout mechanics (staged rollout, sticky assignment, kill-switch) and analytics instrumentation (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA or similar) — including knowing how your experiments ended.
Deep linking, including deferred deep links and App Links / Universal Links setup; understanding of attribution flows.
Working knowledge of native Android (Kotlin) and/or iOS (Swift) at the level of platform-channel and SDK integrations.
Strong testing culture: unit and bloc tests with mocked collaborators, deterministic tests, comfortable working under coverage gates.
Full lifecycle experience: Git, CI/CD (e.g. GitHub Actions), code signing, store deployment, post-release monitoring.
Product mindset: can work from a PRD with success metrics, propose instrumentation and guardrails, and explain trade-offs to non-engineers.
English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
It Would Be a Plus:
Time on a dedicated growth or monetization team: referral programs, onboarding optimization, paywalls / subscriptions, retention work, multi-armed bandits.
Attribution and marketing SDKs by name: AppsFlyer, Kochava, Adjust, Branch; Braze, Iterable, CleverTap.
Server-driven UI or remotely configurable content systems.
Payments and subscriptions on mobile: card flows, 3DS, in-app purchases, Google/Apple Pay.
VoIP / real-time communication: SIP, WebRTC, CallKit / Telecom framework, push-triggered call handling, audio session management.
Large monorepos (melos, Mason, Dart workspaces); migrating legacy state-management patterns.
Beyond mobile: backend / BFF for growth features, data pipelines, observability.
Telecom, fintech or other regulated consumer products (KYC, fraud vendors).
Comfort with AI-assisted development tooling.
We are pleased to offer you:
Remote b2b (Georgia-Moldova) or on-site employment (Belarus-Moldova) work opportunity!
Stable job with long-term growth perspective.
Competitive salary with annual performance review.
Really good hardware.
An exciting and challenging job with talented people around.
Continuous learning and career growth opportunities.
Compensation for professional training, seminars, and conferences.
Referral program – get rewarded for helping us grow the team with talented people.
Company-supported English classes to enhance your professional growth.
More perks for the Minsk and Chisinau office employees.

Overview
Nex is looking for a Senior Producer, External Japan to drive our externally developed game projects on Nex Playground in the Japanese market. Sitting in the Publishing organization and reporting to the Japan General Manager, this is a pivotal role as we expand beyond our internal development capacity, and a unique opportunity to tap into Japan’s world-class game development ecosystem and its rich landscape of iconic IP.
You will own the external product pipeline from ideation through launch and sustain phases, working with a wide range of Japanese game developers, from major studios to mid-size and boutique teams, as well as leading IP holders spanning anime, manga, character, and entertainment franchises, to bring bar-raising experiences to Nex Playground.
The Senior Producer, External Japan will partner closely with internal game development teams, QA, BD, Legal, and the Japan GTM team, while collaborating with the US Publishing organization to ensure Japan’s external content pipeline is aligned with the global roadmap and platform standards.
The Role
Your core focus is managing Japan’s external game development pipeline end-to-end, from identifying and onboarding the right developer and IP partners, through green light, production, launch, and live operations. That includes:
Owning the full production pipeline for externally developed experiences in Japan, from developer pitch and selection through GTM and sustain.
Building and managing relationships with Japan-based game developers of all scales, from major studios to mid-size and boutique teams, as second-party development partners.
Negotiating and managing partnerships with Japanese IP holders, including anime, manga, character, and entertainment licensors.
Serving as the primary Japan-side partner to the US Publishing team, ensuring Japan’s external content pipeline is integrated into the global roadmap.
Reporting to the Japan General Manager and representing Japan’s external development strategy in global publishing forums.
What You’ll Do
Game Quality & Creative Direction
Develop a deep, inside-out understanding of each externally developed title, its gameplay systems, creative vision, target audience, and quality bar, so that all feedback and decisions are grounded in a clear view of what the game needs to be.
Set the destination clearly for each project, defining the quality bar and creative vision, while leaving how to get there to the developer and their Director. The Producer’s role is to bring out the best in the development team, not to do their job for them.
Conduct regular, structured playthroughs and build reviews throughout the development cycle, providing sharp, meaningful, and timely feedback through questions and commentary that motivate the team and elevate quality without overriding the developer’s creative ownership.
Continuously assess whether each project is tracking toward the right vision, not just technically complete, but genuinely fun, polished, and right for the Nex Playground audience, and course-correct early when it is not.
Recognize that a project requiring the Producer to take over creative direction is already in trouble; intervene early through clear communication, targeted feedback, and escalation before a project reaches that point.
Exercise the Producer’s ultimate authority decisively and with sound judgment when necessary, including recommending a change of Director or, in extreme cases, replacing the Developer entirely. Knowing when and how to make that call, and having the courage and clarity to act on it at the right moment, is one of the most critical responsibilities of this role.
Budget, Schedule & Green Light Management
Drive the green light process for each Japan external project, proactively coordinating with BD, Finance, Legal, and US Publishing to gather required inputs, align stakeholders, schedule green light reviews, and secure formal approval to proceed.
Own the milestone approval process end-to-end: prepare milestone review materials, schedule and facilitate approval meetings with relevant internal stakeholders, manage pre-meeting alignment, and ensure decisions are documented and communicated clearly.
Manage the full budget for each Japan external development project, tracking costs against approved budgets, processing milestone payments, managing change requests, and flagging financial risks to the Japan GM and Finance team.
Define, maintain, and enforce project schedules and milestone plans for all Japan external titles, holding developers accountable to agreed timelines and proactively identifying and resolving schedule risks before they become blockers.
Escalate budget overruns, schedule slippage, or unresolvable quality concerns to the Japan GM and US Publishing team promptly, with clear context and recommended actions.

About the Role
We are seeking a Director, Strategic Enterprise Partnerships to own adjoe’s most critical enterprise relationships. This is not a maintenance role; it is a commercial strategy role. You will act as the “General Manager” for a portfolio of our top-tier partners, responsible for merging their long-term goals with adjoe’s tech innovation to build a shared path to growth and profitability.
Your mandate is to align adjoe’s technology with the partner’s long-term vision, ensuring our stacks evolve together. You will define and execute ambitious commercial goals, treating each account as a joint venture where you set the targets, forecast the growth, and engineer the technical strategy required to hit them.
Reporting directly to our Managing Director, Supply and working closely with regional VPs of Revenue, the wider adjoe leadership team, and our Product and Tech departments, you will act as the gatekeeper to our largest enterprise accounts.
What You Will Do:
- Ambitious Commercial Strategy: You systematically identify new revenue opportunities for our partners, launch large-scale campaigns, or lead high-stakes renegotiations, securing long-term exclusivity
- Joint Strategic Roadmap: You don’t just deliver features; you orchestrate the joint technical roadmap. You drive integration timelines, manage feature testing, and facilitate QBRs or workshops
- C-Level Navigation: You move beyond day-to-day managers and build relationships with CROs, CTOs, or Heads of Monetization to align adjoe’s roadmap with our partners’ long-term business goals
- Product Loop & First Line of Defense: You are the bridge between the market and adjoe’s Product teams. You translate partner feedback into actionable product features that unlock scalability while proactively solving technical or performance blockers before they impact revenue
- People Leadership & Cross-Functional Influence: You directly lead and develop a small, high-impact team while also guiding and aligning senior cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Tech, Revenue, and Leadership to drive shared outcomes
Who You Are:
- 5-7 years in AdTech, Big Tech, or SaaS Strategic Account Management, specifically handling enterprise clients and ideally with some exposure to the mobile ecosystem and core metrics such as CPI, eCPM, ARPDAU, etc.
- Tech-Commercial Hybrid & Communication: Outstanding communication skills that allow you to bridge the gap between product and business, with fluent English required for daily collaboration with global stakeholders. You can discuss API limitations with a CTO in the morning and revenue growth opportunities with a CEO in the afternoon with equal fluency
- Proven success in Solution Selling: Experience sitting down with product teams to scope out custom technical solutions or roadmaps, not just selling off-the-shelf inventory
- Strategic Vision: Ability to look 6–12 months ahead. You aren’t worried about yesterday’s numbers; you are worried about next Q3’s product release
- Commercial Acumen and Excellence: You own the revenue targets for your account. You don’t settle for “maintenance mode”; you actively identify opportunities to expand & set ambitious goals, strengthening the partnership.
- Location: Based in Boston
Our Commitment to Your Success:
Invest in Your Future: You’ll join a high-performing, rapidly scaling global company with a clear vision, while directly influencing the company’s trajectory and sharing in its success. We’re committed to your growth through regular feedback, mentoring, and our development programs. You’ll expand your skillset and build a long-term career at adjoe.
Easy Arrival to adjoe: From signing to settling in Boston, we’ve got you and your family covered, including a relocation package and personal support to help you build your life here, making your move smooth and stress-free.
Live Your Best Life, at Work and Beyond: Flexible hours, remote Fridays, and 30 vacation days. You’ll also have three weeks of remote work each year, wellness reimbursement, and mental health support through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
Future & Financial Health Package: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans as well as 401K match program.
We welcome applications from people who will contribute to the diversity of our company.
