About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is building AI systems that will shape the trajectory of one of the most consequential technologies in human history. That work requires physical infrastructure at significant scale, and building that infrastructure the right way means being a real, long-term partner to the communities where we operate.
We are looking for a Community Engagement Manager in Louisiana to join our Public Policy team and serve as Anthropic's on-the-ground presence in the communities where our data centers are sited, built, and operated. This is not a communications role or a government affairs role, though you will do elements of both. It is a relationship role: your job is to make Anthropic a trusted, visible, and valued neighbor, from the earliest stages of site selection through construction and long-term operations.
You will be the connective tissue between Anthropic's Policy and Infrastructure teams and the local officials, community organizations, economic development partners, and residents who have a stake in what we build. You will surface concerns before they escalate, translate our technical and operational plans into clear local benefits, and build the coalitions that allow us to move quickly and responsibly. Because Anthropic's infrastructure footprint is still early in its growth, you will also help write the playbook: the processes you build in your first markets are the ones we will use as we expand.
You will travel regularly within Louisiana, up to 50% of the time, and occasionally to other Anthropic data center markets.
Key responsibilities
Build and maintain trusted, sustained relationships with parish presidents and councils, police juries, mayors and municipal officials, parish planning and zoning bodies, port, levee, and drainage districts, state economic development agencies, community groups, civic leaders, educational institutions, and workforce partners in the Louisiana data center markets you cover
Develop and execute a community engagement strategy for each of your markets, spanning site selection, pre-development, construction, and ongoing operations
Build external coalitions, host education and listening sessions, and design local solutions that deliver real benefits to the communities where we operate
Represent Anthropic in public forums, town halls, planning hearings, community events, and local media
Monitor community sentiment and local political dynamics, and advise internal teams on risks, opportunities, and the right pace and posture for engagement
Partner with the Real Estate and Infrastructure team to bring community input into how projects are planned, communicated, and delivered, not just how they are announced
Work with the Communications team to develop proactive, locally relevant messaging
Coordinate charitable giving, community investment, and economic development commitments in your markets, including managing nonprofit partner relationships
Partner with the Energy and Sustainability team to explain our approach to environmental stewardship and respond to questions about power, water, and land use, including flood risk, storm resilience, and how large electricity needs are served by local utilities
Build a community engagement playbook and repeatable processes that scale as Anthropic's infrastructure footprint grows
Minimum qualifications
Experience in community affairs, public affairs, economic development, government relations, local or state government, or a closely related field
Direct experience working for or engaging with parish and municipal governments and a broad set of community stakeholders on behalf of large infrastructure, construction, energy, or technology projects, with a working understanding of how local politics and community dynamics actually play out
A skilled relationship and coalition builder who earns trust with a diverse group of stakeholders, and who maintains relationships through difficult conversations
The ability to represent a company credibly in public settings, including town halls, hearings, and press interviews
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to turn a complex operational plan into plain language that a local official or reporter can understand and respond to
The ability to work independently, get up to speed quickly on complex policy issues, and manage multiple concurrent engagements across different markets without losing track of any of them
Based in Louisiana or willing to relocate there, and prepared to travel regularly across the state
Preferred qualifications
7+ years of experience in community engagement specifically on data center, utility, energy, or large-scale industrial infrastructure projects, or in local government
Familiarity with land use, zoning, and permitting processes at the parish and municipal level, including local review of industrial tax incentives
Experience in communities with a long industrial, energy, or port presence, and an understanding of coastal, flood, and hurricane resilience concerns
Experience managing corporate social responsibility programs
Established relationships with economic development, workforce, or civic organizations in the markets this role covers
Experience working with real estate, legal, communications, and policy teams at the same time
Experience engaging with Tribal nations in Louisiana, including familiarity with consultation processes and Tribal sovereignty
A genuine interest in the communities where you work, not just the projects you are managing

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ClickHouse is hiring its first Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own how we engage, activate, and grow our user base across the entire customer journey. Your mission is to turn Cloud signups, trial users, and prospects into pipeline and self-serve MRR through behavior-driven lifecycle programs across email and in-product channels. You'll design the nurture engine that powers both our PLG and sales-led motions.
This is a hands-on, individual contributor role. You will build from the ground up as the first lifecycle marketer at ClickHouse, try new marketing strategies, and work with a passionate community of ClickHouse users.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Own the lifecycle marketing strategy end-to-end, from Cloud signup onboarding through activation, conversion and expansion, with accountability for trial-to-paid conversion, MQL volume, and influenced pipeline.
- Build behavior-triggered nurture programs that respond to product usage, content engagement, and intent signals, so the right message reaches the right user at the right stage.
- Design and optimize onboarding journeys for ClickHouse Cloud signups, partnering with Growth PMs and the product team to align email touchpoints with in-product experiences and drive activation.
- Run always-on nurture for the sales-led funnel, with segmented streams by persona, use case, and funnel stage that warm prospects for sales and accelerate open opportunities.
- Build and run a testing roadmap across subject lines, send cadence, content formats, and channel mix, using results to improve engagement and conversion.
- Report on lifecycle funnel metrics for PLG and SLG, analyze conversion at each stage, identify drop-off points, and implement improvements.
- Track industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify new lifecycle opportunities.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 6+ years owning lifecycle, email, or growth marketing programs (onboarding, activation, nurture, retention). Years can be combined across roles.
- At least 3 years at a database, data infrastructure, developer tooling, or API company, or another technical product sold to developers or data practitioners.
- Proven track record of building behavior-triggered lifecycle programs that measurably improved activation, conversion, and pipeline at a PLG company with a free trial, free tier, or self-serve signup.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, run experiments, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to create engaging content for developers and to work closely with engineers and product partners.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Preferred: experience at a company with an open-source product.

Location: London, United Kingdom - Deliveroo
Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager, Deliveroo Express
At Deliveroo, our mission is to transform the way people shop and eat, bringing the neighbourhood to your door by connecting customers, restaurants, shops and riders. We give people the opportunity to buy what they want, when and where they want it.
We are a technology-driven company at the forefront of the most rapidly expanding industry in the world. We are still a small team, making a very large impact, looking to answer some of the most interesting questions out there. We move fast, value autonomy and ownership, and we are always looking for new ideas.
The Team
This role sits within the New Verticals business unit on our Global Strategy, Product and Commercial team, reporting into the Head of Strategic Partnerships, Deliveroo Express with our broader team reporting up into the Director, GM of Drive EMEA and VP of EMEA Markets. We are responsible for setting the strategy and lighting up new verticals, ensuring that Deliveroo has the right to win in the new and highly competitive on-demand Grocery and Retail market. The culture within the team is informal, fast-paced and entrepreneurial. Given the growth of the business and the senior stakeholder exposure, progression in the team can be fast.
The Role
Deliveroo Express is Deliveroo’s white-label solution that allows our partners to offer on-demand delivery directly through their own online websites / apps. Imagine going onto your favourite restaurant, grocer or retailers’ website and having an order delivered in as little as 20 minutes - from the customer’s point of view, you’re ordering directly with the restaurant / grocery / retailer, and it’s simply delivered by our rapid riders. For more, please see:
https://merchants.deliveroo.com/what-we-offer/deliveroo-express
As a Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager in the team, you will manage the day-to-day relationships with our white-label partners, which includes leading regular performance reviews, identifying opportunities for growth and overcoming operational challenges. You will work closely with various functions of Deliveroo to share insights from partners and ensure we are developing a “best in class” value proposition. With Deliveroo Express being a new product launched in April, you will play a pivotal role in defining the on-going strategy and driving success of this proposition.
Using data to understand trends in performance and identify opportunities for operational excellence will be critical to your success in the role. You will need to be able to manage multiple projects at once, interacting with key functions such as Product, Operations and Commercial. You will use your business acumen and negotiation skills to win new business deals and build an on-going pipeline.
Working with partners of this scale, you will often overcome challenges that Deliveroo is facing for the first time, helping to shape the future of how we work with and scale our white-label partners.
Key Responsibilities
Directly own the day-day relationship with Deliveroo Express partners across all verticals - Restaurants, Grocery and Retail
Analyse and present insights on performance against KPIs during weekly/monthly/quarterly meetings and reviews
Conduct detailed analysis and extract insights to deliver operational excellence and identify ways to course-correct if needed
Identify opportunities to deepen and grow our partner relationships
Develop on-going sales strategy for Deliveroo Express including pipeline development across markets, with support from your Commercial lead
Conduct new business pitching and commercial negotiation for new partners, with support from your Commercial lead
Qualities We’re Looking For
DECISIVE AND INFLUENTIAL: you should thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be comfortable with making fast decisions, even in times of ambiguity and based on intuition. You are comfortable making recommendations and communicating them across the business persuasively. More importantly, you must have a strong desire to galvanise action within Deliveroo, thinking about the big picture but also not afraid to get into the weeds of a problem to get things done.
ANALYTICAL AND COLLABORATIVE: there will be some number-crunching involved, but your role will also be about stepping back – you’ll need to see the bigger picture and understand how your insights are aligned with the direction the business is heading in.
COMMERCIAL: you will need to excel in building relationships with local commercial teams, and external partners and understand how best to bring our proposition to grocers and retailers. You will need to build a deep understanding of the Deliveroo P&L and operations of the business.
Requirements:

OUR USE OF AI IN HIRING
We use AI tools to help manage our recruitment process efficiently and fairly. Specifically:
- Ashby and Brainerr help us review inbound applications by surfacing candidates who best match the role requirements we've defined. This tool does not make hiring decisions; it helps our team prioritize which applications to review first.
- Granola takes notes during our interview calls so our team can focus on the conversation with you.
All hiring decisions are made by humans. Our team reviews applications, conducts interviews, and makes final selections. AI tools assist us but never replace human judgment, and these practices are conducted in compliance with applicable data protection, AI governance, and labor laws. Your data is not used to train AI models.
In accordance with New York City Local Law 144, an independent bias audit has been conducted on "Automated Employment Decision Tools"; results are available for Ashby https://www.ashbyhq.com/downloadables/ashby-bias-audit-08-2024.pdf.
