GoMining runs a portfolio, not a single product: Digital Miners, the GOMINING token, GoMining Card, Simple Earn, Wallet, Miner Wars, Academy, Travel, Launchpad and the VIP programme. Each of them ships, launches and promotes on its own rhythm — and today those messages reach the same user through the same channels without a single owner making sure they add up to one coherent story.
That owner is this role.
You'll sit at the centre of marketing as the connective layer between product go-to-market, brand, performance, content, CRM, community, design and PR. Half the job is orchestration: owning the communications calendar and running launches end to end, on time, across every channel. The other half is the message: making sure what we say about any product is clear, consistent, on-brand and worth a user's attention.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role with company-wide visibility. You will not manage a team — you will manage the flow of work between several of them.
What you’ll do
Orchestration: own how communication gets made and shipped
Own a single, company-wide marketing communications calendar: every product launch, feature release, campaign, promo and announcement in one place, with owners and dates.
Build and fix the communications planning process so marketing can absorb a dense flow of product launches without things getting lost between teams.
Run launches end to end, covering both product and brand comms. Take the go-to-market input from product marketing leads and turn it into a channel plan: CRM (email, push, in-app inbox), in-product surfaces, community, social, website and blog, app stores, paid support assets, PR, out-of-home. Then drive it to delivery.
Write the briefs. Translate business goals into creative and content briefs that designers, motion designers and copywriters can actually execute against, with clear deliverables and deadlines.
Be the single window into the design and production team. Prioritise, sequence and unblock requests instead of letting every stakeholder queue separately.
Hold the timeline. Chase dependencies across product, legal, compliance and finance so assets are approved and live on the date we committed to.
Close the loop: pull post-campaign results with the analytics and CRM teams, run the retro, and turn what you learn into the next brief.
Campaigns and partnerships: take the brand beyond its usual channels
Plan and run integrated 360 campaigns: one message, the right channels, launched together, on time and to a high standard.
Drive special projects and integrations, from concept and partner selection through to production and results.
Coordinate ambassador, celebrity, influencer and KOL partnerships, including long-term ambassador programmes with a series of activations, not just one-off placements.
Manage the production side: external agencies, creative studios and production houses, timelines, budgets, contracts and usage rights.
Coordinate joint communications with partners, collaborations and sponsorships.
Support the Brand Director in rolling out the brand refresh across every touchpoint.
Message: own what we say and how it sounds
Build and maintain the messaging architecture across the portfolio: what each product promises, to whom, in what words, and how the products connect into one proposition.
Turn technical and financial mechanics such as mining rewards, tokenomics, cashback, yields and VIP tiers into copy a first-time user understands without a glossary.
Own tone of voice and message consistency in practice, not just in a deck: review outgoing communications against brand and messaging guidelines before they ship.
Maintain the shared toolkit (messaging docs, key-message one-pagers, FAQ and objection handling, launch templates) so other teams stop reinventing product copy.
Write and edit the high-stakes pieces yourself: launch announcements, product pages, campaign concepts, executive and partner-facing materials.
Work closely with legal and compliance within the advertising and financial-promotion constraints of each channel and jurisdiction, so approved copy is also compliant copy.
Track how competitors and the wider crypto and fintech market communicate, and bring back what’s worth noting.
What success looks like
First month:
the calendar exists and is trusted; every product’s messaging is documented in one place; the brief-to-delivery process is running without you being chased.
First 3 months:
launches ship on schedule with a full channel set as the default, not the exception; message consistency across channels is visibly better; each launch produces a documented result and a next-step recommendation; the first integrated campaign or partnership project beyond our core channels is live or in production.
Requirements
4+ years in marketing communications, integrated campaigns, brand communications or product marketing, either in-house at a tech, fintech, marketplace, consumer app or scale-up, or agency-side with comparable clients.
Hands-on experience running integrated 360 campaigns at national or regional scale.
Proven end-to-end ownership of multi-channel launches: you can walk us through campaigns you ran from brief to results, and say honestly what worked and what didn’t.
Solid understanding of how production works: timelines, external contractors, budgets, approvals and rights clearance.
Experience coordinating external agencies, creative studios or production houses.
Genuine project management ability: prioritisation, dependency tracking, and working to deadlines and budget across teams you don’t manage.
The ability to hold a high creative bar while saying no, moving a date, or telling a senior stakeholder their request is out of scope.
Comfort with complex products: you enjoy the work of understanding a mechanic properly before writing about it.
Data literacy: you read campaign performance and use it to change the next brief.
Strong writing and editing in English (C1+). You’ll be assessed on real copy, not on adjectives in a CV.
Fluent Russian.
A portfolio or case studies of campaigns and projects you’ve led.
Would be a plus
Both agency and in-house tech experience.
Experience with ambassador, celebrity or influencer partnerships, especially long-term contracts with a series of activations.
Special projects, brand integrations, sponsorships or out-of-home campaigns.
Experience with a rebrand, or building brand or messaging systems from scratch rather than inheriting a finished one.
Experience in crypto, Web3, mining, trading, neobanking, payments or investment products.
Familiarity with advertising restrictions on financial and crypto products across ad platforms and jurisdictions.
Additional languages.
Benefits
Professional growth: support for courses, conferences, and English learning (up to 100% coverage).
Work-life fit: remote or hybrid format with flexible hours across international teams.
Paid leave: up to 20 vacation days + 8 company holidays + 5 personal days per year.
Recognition programs: structured performance reviews and team awards.
Team culture: retreats in international locations (for example, company apartments in Cyprus).
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

About Huzzle
Huzzle is an AI-talent marketplace. We place pre-vetted remote talent (sales, marketing, ops, finance, engineering) with VC-backed startups and fast-growing SMBs. We were ranked the 7th fastest growing company in the UK in 2026. The team is ~40 people across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
The Role
We run the business on internal tools we built ourselves with AI, and the whole team uses them every day.
These tools need an owner. Bugs come in and features get requested. Some of those requests are great and some would break three other things. We need someone who can tell the difference, fix what matters fast, and push back on what doesn't.
This is a product role as much as a building role. The code is the easy part now. What matters is knowing what to build, why it matters to the business, and making it something people actually enjoy using.
This is not a software engineering role. You'll build with AI tools, not write everything from scratch. But you need to understand what's happening under the hood well enough to know when a fix in one place will cause a problem somewhere else.
You'll work directly with our COO and CCO.
What you'll do
Own the bug and feature queue for our internal tools. Triage requests, prioritise by business impact, fix it, ship it.
Talk to the people using the tools to understand the actual problem before building anything.
Think about the user experience end to end. If something is confusing or slow to use, fix that too, even if nobody asked.
Fix bugs and ship small features using AI coding tools, and test properly before anything goes live.
Spot when a change could break something else, and flag it before it happens.
Keep things documented so the next fix is faster than the last one.
Over time, take on bigger projects that improve how the business runs.
Requirements
You have a business mind. You care about why something is being built and whether it moves a number, not just whether it works.
You have product sense. You think about the user first, notice bad experiences, and have opinions on how things should work and feel.
You've built things. A side project, an internal tool, an app, an automation, anything you can show us. Built with AI tools is fine, that's the point.
You understand the basics: how a database works, what an API does, how frontend and backend connect, what happens when you change a table someone else depends on.
You're careful. You test your own work and you don't ship things you don't understand.
Strong written English. Most of our communication is async on Slack.
Fast, proactive, high energy. You don't wait to be told what to do next.
1-3 years of experience. Background in engineering, product, consulting or a startup is a plus, not a requirement.
Experience with Lovable, Bolt, v0, Cursor or Claude Code.
Worked in a startup or a recruiting/marketplace business before.
Benefits
Fully remote.
Direct exposure to the founders and how a fast-growing company actually runs.
Real ownership from week one. The tools you maintain are used by the whole company every day.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager for a critical pillar of our Program Management function: Commercial Operations. This role will transform our commercial infrastructure into a revenue accelerator, building and executing the operational leverage that enables Anthropic to maintain velocity as we scale. You'll be responsible for managing and enhancing processes that support rapid product growth. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with operational excellence, someone who can both envision where we need to be in 12 months and build the infrastructure to get us there.
Responsibilities
Play a central role on the team that runs Anthropic's programs for Commercial Launches — helping evolve an established launch motion into a scalable, well-instrumented program that keeps pace with an accelerating product roadmap
Run launches end-to-end through the Commercial launch process: lead intake and scoping for your portfolio of launches, translate each into its commercial-readiness requirements (pricing, billing, tax, marketplace, compliance and selling motions), and collaborate with product teams to develop paths to launch
Identify where launches slow down today and drive resolution to prevent them from recurring: propose and implement process and system changes, clarify ownership, drive completion across partner teams like, Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and GTM.
Build specific program components that don't exist yet — launch tiering, readiness criteria, playbooks, templates, SLAs; and develop training that shifts programs from late-stage gatekeeper to early-stage partner
Take ownership of major program-improvement workstreams such as instrumentation (pipeline visibility, readiness scorecards, guides, throughput and cycle-time metrics) or workflow tooling and automation (intake, tracking, approvals, status) in partnership with Engineering and systems teams
Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Finance, and GTM teams to design clear interfaces and processes that span multiple teams
You may be a good fit if you have
Experience building and running new product introduction processes
Experience building capabilities and solutions that enable launching in new ways, from pricing to geographies
10+ years of experience in operations, with demonstrated success in billing, payments, or commercial operations (high-volume SaaS experience a plus)
Strong working knowledge of billing systems, subscription management, and payments platforms
Proven track record of building and scaling operational programs in high-growth environments — taking things from 0-1 and then scaling beyond
Willing to roll up your sleeves and do the operational work of building while also leading a team
Experience with automation initiatives and partnering with engineering teams to build operational tooling
Strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and the ability to demonstrate ROI on operational programs
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across GTM, Finance, Product, and Engineering
Adaptability and comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where you need to balance multiple priorities simultaneously
Excitement about building the operational backbone that enables Anthropic to stay on the exponential
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$190,000
—
$300,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE MISSION
You will be the reference point for the most complex hardware interventions across our sites.
Mistral's compute is our largest investment and the foundation of frontier AI in Europe. As a Senior Data Center Hardware Engineer, you own the interventions that require the highest level of technical expertise: multi-node failures in production, full-rack deployments of GPU-dense systems, and vendor escalations where you speak as the technical authority for our sites.
You'll work end-to-end — compute, storage, interconnect, power and cooling interfaces — across our data center footprint, raising the bar on reliability as our capacity grows. This is a hands-on senior IC role: deep technical leadership and mentorship, no direct line management.
Location: Based at one of our data centers in the Paris region, with occasional visits to our other sites as needed.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead complex interventions — vendor-level and multi-node operations in production: full rack builds and bring-up, GPU-dense platform deployment (H100/H200-class and next-gen, including liquid-cooled racks), intricate recabling, post-restart diagnosis. You own the plan, the risk assessment, and the rollback.
- Own vendor management — coordinate repairs, part replacements and escalations directly with hardware vendors; hold them to their SLAs; drive proactive fixes from failure trends.
- Diagnose at depth — correlate symptoms across compute, storage, interconnect and cooling; read BMC/IPMI consoles, OS logs and crash dumps; methodical root-cause analysis that ends in concrete corrective actions.
- Deploy and validate — structured bring-up and validation of new racks and platforms; work with networking and infrastructure teams to take installations from delivery to production-ready.
- Lift the team — mentor and pair with L1–L3 engineers on live operations; turn your knowledge into SOPs, checklists and training material; propose and build small automation (Python/Bash) to shorten MTTR.
- Work the facility interface — partner with critical facilities/engineering ops on power, cooling (air and liquid), PDU and monitoring (BMS/EPMS) boundaries; enforce ESD/LOTO/PPE and audit-ready change discipline everywhere.
- Own spares & reliability — plan spares strategy, track fleet failure trends, and run proactive vendor actions before incidents happen.
ABOUT YOU
- 6+ years in data center / server hardware or L2/L3 hardware support, including complex hands-on work in production environments (HPC/AI/cloud at scale strongly preferred).
- End-to-end hardware expertise: CPU/memory/PCIe (incl. accelerators), NICs, PSUs, drives, network, power and cooling interfaces (DLC included); strong judgment on when and how to escalate.
- Diagnostics depth: confident with BMC/IPMI logs, Linux logs and CLI checks; structured root-cause analysis.
- Deployment experience: you've taken racks from delivery to production, with concrete examples to show for it.
- Vendor fluency: you've managed hardware vendors — RMAs, field replacements, escalations — to concrete outcomes.
- Impeccable safety and discipline: ESD/LOTO/PPE without exception; clean, labeled, auditable work.
- Communication & mentoring: clear status updates and handovers; able to coach engineers during live incidents with composure.
- Mobility: willing to visit our other sites in the Paris region as needed.
NICE TO HAVE
- GPU-dense platform experience: NVIDIA H-series (H100/H200) or GB-series rack deployments.
- High-speed interconnects (InfiniBand/RoCE), RAID/storage (NVMe/SAS/SATA), vendor tooling (iDRAC/iLO/IPMI).
- Automation (Python/Bash) for ops tooling and reporting; ticketing (Jira/ServiceNow), inventory/RMA flows.
- Hardware qualification, burn-in or factory validation background.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. An overview of this role
This is an overnight shift role with working hours of 12:00am - 7:00am EST.
As a Support Engineer on our U.S. Government Support Engineering team, you operate at the critical intersection of Support and Engineering, enabling public sector organizations and United States government agencies to run GitLab in some of the most secure and constrained environments in the world. Your work directly supports national security missions, including customers operating within FedRAMP-authorized, air-gapped, and classified or semi-classified environments where traditional troubleshooting approaches are not always possible.
In this role, you will engage deeply with GitLab through the command line; analyzing logs, system behavior, and application performance with strong Linux fundamentals and an understanding of how GitLab’s components interact end-to-end. You may partner with Product and Engineering to reproduce and document edge-case defects using sanitized or redacted data, or contribute directly to the product by opening merge requests that resolve customer-impacting issues. Beyond resolving individual cases, you’ll help strengthen GitLab by improving documentation, support workflows, and institutional knowledge, ensuring that lessons learned in highly regulated environments benefit the broader platform; all while working in a fully remote, highly collaborative environment built on trust, autonomy, and shared ownership.
Some examples of our projects:
A tool to quickly analyze strace output
A solution to capture the state of a customer’s server for easier troubleshooting
A functionality to ChatOps to make it easier to identify user accounts on GitLab.com
What you’ll do
Collaborate closely with public sector customers, including U.S. government agencies, the Department of War, and Intelligence Community organizations, to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues in GitLab deployments operating under strict security, compliance, and operational constraints.
Perform deep, hands-on technical investigations using Linux command-line tooling and GitLab internals to analyze logs, system performance, and application behavior, often with limited telemetry or incomplete datasets. You will trace issues across infrastructure, application, and code paths to identify root causes, recommend mitigations, and drive durable fixes; frequently partnering with GitLab Product, Development, and Infrastructure teams to ensure outcomes that meet both mission and platform reliability requirements.
Create and update clear, reusable documentation and support content based on real customer interactions to improve self-service and reduce repeated issues.
Participate in regular
pairing sessions
with other Support Engineers and act as a
stable counterpart
to cross-functional teams to share knowledge and improve support processes.
Contribute to building and refining internal support tools and workflows, including automation and troubleshooting utilities, to make diagnosing and resolving issues more efficient.
Participate in weekday and weekend on-call rotations, providing timely emergency support for self-managed customers operating in restricted and compliance-focused environments.
Support the growth of the team by reviewing applications and assessments, and participating in interviews and hiring decision discussions.
What you’ll bring
Due to government security requirements, you must be a United States Citizen (defined as any individual who is a citizen of the United States by law, birth, or naturalization) to be eligible for this position
Experience managing customer-facing cases across the full support lifecycle, from initial inquiry and triage through reproduction, escalation, and resolution
Strong Linux systems administration knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot performance and configuration issues in complex environments

Skill in creating and maintaining clear, accurate support content and technical documentation
Ability to explain complex technical topics in a clear, empathetic way to customers and coworkers with varying technical backgrounds
Familiarity with DevOps practices and container-orchestration technologies such as OpenShift and Kubernetes
Understanding of common information security and compliance concepts and controls (for example DISA STIG and SELinux), and eligibility to work on United States federal customer environments as required for this role
About the team
At GitLab Federal, LLC, the U.S. Government Support Engineering team partners with public sector organizations and United States government agencies to support GitLab in highly secure, mission-critical environments. Our work directly enables national security outcomes, supporting customers across the Intelligence Community, Department of War, and other federal, state, and local government entities operating within regulated and restricted boundaries.
We are embedded within Support Engineering and work closely with Product, Development, Infrastructure, Customer Success, and Sales to solve complex, high-impact technical challenges. Our team frequently dives into code, logs, and architectural behavior to understand not just what is failing, but why; especially in environments with sanitized data, limited visibility, and strict compliance controls such as FedRAMP. We collaborate asynchronously across time zones and through structured pairing and discussion to share knowledge, strengthen solutions, and continuously improve how GitLab supports secure, air-gapped, and regulated deployments, while upholding GitLab's standards for rigor, transparency, and technical excellence.

ABOUT US:
AI NEEDS A NEW INFRASTRUCTURE LAYER. WE'RE BUILDING IT AT MODAL.
Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now.
Our customers include category-defining companies like Ramp https://modal.com/blog/how-ramp-built-a-full-context-background-coding-agent-on-modal, Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale.
We've passed $1B in annualized run rate, up 15x from a year ago. In October 2026 we raised a $750M Series D led by Accel at a $15.75B valuation.
Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g.,Seaborn https://github.com/mwaskom/seaborn,Luigi https://github.com/spotify/luigi), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience.
THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a Legal Operations Lead to join us as the first dedicated legal operations hire at Modal. You’ll own the systems, records, and workflows that let a small legal team keep pace with a high-growth tech company, and you’ll have an opportunity to build most of them from scratch.
This is a great fit for a highly organized, systems-oriented operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to build operational foundations, not just maintain them. You’ll report to our General Counsel and collaborate closely with the Finance, BizOps, GTM, and People teams.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON:
- Build and maintain contract operations, including designing the contract lifecycle management workflows and approval logic, and continuing to iterate and improve those processes
- Design a legal intake process to support and route legal requests from internal stakeholders
- Make the legal function faster with AI, and build and configure tooling to make us more efficient
- Manage corporate administration and record-keeping, including Board and stockholder matters, signature coordination, and building a knowledge management system and database
- Be the point person for corporate compliance, including entity management, foreign and domestic qualifications and filings, and coordination with registered agents
- Support stock administration and cap table hygiene
- Manage outside counsel and legal spend
YOU MAY BE A FIT IF:
- You have 5+ years in legal operations, contract operations, or a corporate paralegal role, preferably at a high-growth technology company
- You’ve built and documented processes from the ground up, not just executed existing ones
- You have experience configuring workflows and templates within Ironclad or a similar CLM
- You have experience with AI tools and good instincts about where they help and where they quietly introduce risk
- You have sound judgment about what to handle and what to escalate
NICE-TO-HAVE:
- Exposure to corporate and equity administration
- Familiarity with Carta or a similar equity administration platform
Location: New York
Workplace: OnSite
THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a Senior Commercial Counsel to join us as the first commercial lawyer at Modal. This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to draft and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements and build the templates, playbooks, and positions that guide our operations. You’ll report to our General Counsel and collaborate closely with the Sales, BizOps, Finance, and Engineering teams and help build the foundation for a small but growing legal team.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON:
- Own customer contracting, including MSAs, service orders, NDAs, DPAs, and BAAs, negotiating directly with customers and partnering with the Sales team throughout the full deal cycle
- Lead vendor-side contracting, including capex procurement, SaaS tools, and consulting arrangements, among others
- Build and maintain contract repositories, template libraries, and contract playbooks
- Partner with Legal Operations on our CLM, including approval workflows and escalation logic
- Review and revise operational policies (terms of service, privacy policy, acceptable use, and website terms) and customer-facing marketing materials
YOU MAY BE A FIT IF:
- You have approximately 5-10 years of combined law firm and in-house experience negotiating commercial technology agreements, with meaningful time supporting an enterprise sales motion
- You have a JD and active bar membership in good standing in New York or California
- You’re deeply familiar with SaaS contracting
- You’ve worked extensively within Ironclad or a similar CLM
- You can build templates and playbooks from scratch
- You have working knowledge of privacy and regulatory data protection frameworks, such as GDPR and HIPAA
- You have sound commercial judgment and know how to balance risk with the business needs of a high-growth tech company
NICE-TO-HAVE:
- Experience with infrastructure, compute, or datacenter supply agreements

Fortune and Fortune Media IP Limited are not affiliated with, and do not endorse products or services of GitLab.
What this role is about
You'll manage a team of Assigned Support Engineers who provide relationship-based technical support to GitLab's biggest enterprise customers. ASEs work proactively with customers to find root causes and prevent repeat issues, which is different from working a ticket queue. They also turn their actions and activity into outcomes and deliverables that show customers the ROI they get from GitLab.
You'll build a team that works independently, owns issues from start to finish, and knows when to ask for help. When a customer relationship is in trouble, you'll work alongside the account teams to bring it back to health. You'll also help improve the ASE program in ways that matter to customers and to the company.
What you'll do
Hire, coach, and develop ASEs. Hold regular 1:1s, give direct feedback, deal with performance issues early, and build a team where people feel safe raising problems.
Pay attention to engagement and retention, and coach the team on GitLab's values and operating principles.
Train ASEs to run technical interviews so the hiring pipeline doesn't depend on you.
Set clear goals and expectations, track progress across onboarding, relationships, escalations, and KPIs, and connect the team's work to company priorities. Help ASEs prioritize across accounts when everything feels urgent.
Lead escalations from start to finish. Work with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to get the right people moving, and keep the customer informed and confident in the plan.
Work alongside the account teams to bring at-risk customers back to health, including renewal and expansion risk driven by support concerns. Build the recovery plan, drive the technical side, and report on progress until the customer is stable.
Help ASEs translate their actions and activity into outcomes, deliverables, and ROI, and present that to customers and executives in clear decks that cover what happened, what you're doing about it, and what comes next.
Work with the ASE leadership team on initiatives that improve the program and customer outcomes, and see yours through to results.
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, CSMs, Product, and Engineering to push for what customers need, and contribute utilization and onboarding data to capacity and headcount planning with Finance and sales leadership.
Document how the team works and find ways to make it more efficient through tools, process changes, and automation. Use AI well in your own work and coach ASEs to do the same.
What you'll bring
5+ years in technical support, with at least 2 years managing customer-facing technical teams.
Experience with high-touch or assigned support for enterprise customers. Professional services delivery counts. Experience across Self-Managed, GitLab Dedicated, and GitLab.com is a plus.
A strong record of handling escalations with both internal teams and customers. You stay calm, keep people aligned, and know when to bring in leadership.
The ability to turn a complicated or nuanced situation into a clear written story and tie activity to outcomes with numbers.
A customer-centric approach balanced with good judgment about what the service, the team, and the company can deliver, and experience working with account teams to bring struggling customers back to health.
A record of getting work done across teams through influence and strong working relationships. You can work with Sales, CS, and account teams to set clear expectations for the ASE service and find the right path for each customer.
Willingness to be available outside standard hours, including weekends, for the occasional critical escalation or customer-impacting incident.
Comfort with ambiguity and change. You keep a team steady while priorities, processes, and the program evolve, and you explain the reasons for changes so people stay engaged.
A strong technical foundation to guide engineers in complex, production-critical environments, including Linux system administration and web application development concepts. Familiarity with Git, DevOps practices, or GitLab is helpful.
A history of developing engineers at different skill levels through real feedback, mentoring, and clear expectations.
Process skills that make a team more efficient without adding bureaucracy, and comfort leading a remote, globally distributed team using metrics and customer feedback.
About the team
The ASE team is spread across AMER, EMEA, and APAC and works mostly async, with regular pairing sessions, 1:1s, and Slack. We support GitLab's largest and most strategic customers, who run GitLab in production-critical environments. We dig into code and logs, work across departments, and focus on root cause, trends, preventing repeat issues, and providing the technical acumen that helps customers get the most value out of GitLab for their business.

Who You Are
The Data Center Business Operations Manager is responsible for building, implementing, and continuously improving the operating frameworks, processes, and services that enable the business to operate consistently and effectively across locations and functions. This role owns the development of enterprise-level business operations standards, including processes, procedures, governance, taxonomy, naming conventions, documentation standards, tools, and operating expectations that teams use across the organization. The Business Operations Manager partners closely with Finance, Procurement, Legal, HR, IT, and other corporate functions to translate company requirements into practical processes that meet the needs of the business and can be effectively implemented at the site and functional level.
The Business Operations Manager also leads the development and management of Workplace Services programs that require consistency and coordination across the organization, including vehicle fleet, uniforms, transportation services, culinary programs, and other shared operational services. The Business Operations Manager establishes the program strategy, standards, processes, and expectations, while onsite Program Managers and local teams are responsible for implementing and managing those programs at the site level.
This role requires someone who can move fluidly between strategy and execution: designing scalable enterprise processes, partnering with corporate functions, building operational programs, and ensuring those programs can be successfully implemented in the field.
What You’ll Do
Business Operations & Enterprise Standards
Design, implement, and continuously improve enterprise-level business operations processes, procedures, workflows, governance standards, templates, tools, and operating expectations.
Establish and maintain consistent standards for how information is organized and managed, including taxonomy, naming conventions, documentation standards, project structures, reporting conventions, and other common ways of working.
Develop scalable frameworks and playbooks that teams can use to execute work consistently across departments, projects, and locations.
Identify recurring friction, process gaps, unclear ownership, inefficient handoffs, and inconsistencies across the business and implement scalable solutions.
Monitor adoption and effectiveness of business operations processes and standards, identifying gaps and driving continuous improvement as business needs evolve.
Cross-Functional Process & Project Support
Partner closely with Finance, Procurement, Legal, HR, IT, and other corporate functions to translate company-wide requirements into practical processes that appropriately support the needs of the business.
Partner with Finance and Procurement on the development and rollout of processes related to budgeting, forecasting, purchasing, vendor management, financial controls, and other requirements.
Support Legal with project management and cross-functional coordination for initiatives requiring structured planning, ownership, milestones, dependencies, and follow-through.
Workplace Services Programs
Build and oversee enterprise Workplace Services programs that support consistent, efficient operations across locations.
Establish the strategy, standards, processes, service expectations, and governance for programs such as vehicle fleet, uniforms, transportation services, culinary services, onsite office space and other shared workplace or operational services.
Partner with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to establish appropriate vendor strategies, contracts, budgets, controls, and service-level expectations for Workplace Services programs.
Develop enterprise playbooks and implementation standards for Workplace Services programs, providing clear direction to onsite Program Managers and local teams responsible for execution.
Monitor program performance, service quality, cost, compliance, and business needs across locations and continuously improve programs as the organization evolves.
Identify opportunities to standardize services, improve the employee experience, reduce operational friction, create efficiencies, and appropriately leverage enterprise scale.
Standards & Governance
Establish enterprise program management standards, methodologies, tools, templates, and expectations that the team can apply across the organization.
Develop and maintain standards for work management systems, ensuring information is structured consistently and provides meaningful visibility across projects, departments, and locations.
Partner with PMO to establish appropriate reporting standards, dashboards, KPIs, portfolio reporting, and operating reviews to provide visibility into business priorities, execution, risks, dependencies, and capacity.Establish effective meeting, communication, and operating rhythms, including portfolio reviews, leadership updates, cross-functional operating reviews, and escalation mechanisms.
Establish priorities, expectations, and operating standards for regional Program Managers and ensure their work aligns with broader business priorities and enterprise operating practices.
Provide coaching, guidance, and development to regional Program Managers while creating accountability for execution and results.
Ensure regional Program Managers effectively support sites within their respective regions by coordinating cross-functional initiatives, resolving operational issues, implementing enterprise programs, and maintaining visibility into local priorities, risks, and dependencies.
Partner with site and functional leaders to ensure regional Program Manager resources are deployed against the highest-priority business needs.
What We’re Looking For
6+ years of experience in business operations, strategy and operations, program management, PMO operations, workplace operations, or a similar cross-functional role.
Demonstrated experience designing and implementing scalable operating processes across multiple teams, functions, or locations rather than simply administering existing processes.
Experience developing enterprise standards, operating procedures, governance frameworks, playbooks, taxonomies, documentation standards, and common ways of working.
Strong understanding of how business operations interact with Finance, Procurement, Legal, HR, IT, and other corporate support functions.
Experience translating corporate policies, controls, and functional requirements into practical operating processes that meet the needs of the business.
Experience building or managing shared operational or Workplace Services programs, such as fleet, transportation, food and beverage/culinary, uniforms, facilities-related services, or other enterprise services.
Strong program and project management capabilities, with experience establishing governance, accountability, reporting, and operating rhythms across complex organizations.
Experience with portfolio reporting, KPI development, dashboards, process documentation, and project/work management platforms.
Strong process-improvement mindset with the ability to identify root causes, simplify workflows, standardize where appropriate, and drive adoption of new ways of working.
Ability to influence and create accountability across teams without direct reporting authority.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear, executable processes.
Comfortable operating at both the strategic and detailed execution levels—able to design enterprise operating models and programs while remaining close enough to execution to ensure they work in practice.
PMP or equivalent project/program management certification preferred.

About the job
Keet is a fully peer-to-peer messaging and video calling app built on Holepunch's P2P stack. There are no servers, no middlemen, and no data harvesting. People talk directly to each other, with end-to-end encryption by design.
We are looking for a
Senior Technical Product Manager
to own the vision for Keet and lead it to a billion users, competing head-on with WhatsApp and Telegram. This is not a maintenance role. You will define where Keet goes, convince the board and the team that it is the right direction, and then drive the execution that gets it there.
You are a rare combination of three things. You are a product visionary who has shipped consumer chat or calling apps at scale. You are a technologist who can go deep on P2P architecture and the Pear / Holepunch stack (docs.pears.com). And you are a hands-on builder who uses AI tools to prototype and prove concepts in days, not months. You set the bar high, move at incredible speed, and lead from the front.
You will also be the person who catches what others miss. The PM who thrives here reads every ticket, tracks every dependency, asks the uncomfortable question before it becomes a launch incident, and keeps five workstreams moving simultaneously without losing the thread on any of them.
If you prefer a PM role where you set strategy and delegate execution, this is not the right fit. If you want to build something that ships to real users, moves markets, and carries your fingerprints from concept to production, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Vision & Strategy
Own and articulate the long-term product vision for Keet as the world's leading private, peer-to-peer communication app, with a clear path to 1 billion users.
Analyze WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal, LINE, WeChat and emerging competitors to identify where P2P gives Keet an unfair advantage, and build the roadmap around it.
Present product vision, strategy, metrics and progress to the board and executive leadership with clarity and conviction.
Define a growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention and virality, with measurable targets at every stage.
Technical Product Leadership
Develop a deep working understanding of the Holepunch P2P stack (Pear runtime, Bare, Hypercore, Hyperswarm, HyperDHT, Autobase, Hyperbee) and translate its capabilities and constraints into product decisions.
Partner with core engineering on hard P2P problems at scale, including NAT traversal, offline sync, multi-device support, large groups, push notifications, and battery and data efficiency on mobile.
Own the real-time calling experience (1:1 and group voice and video, plus screen sharing) to a quality bar that matches or beats Google Meet and Zoom.
Define clear feature tiers with explicit labels for stable versus experimental functionality.
Rapid Prototyping with AI
Use AI coding and design tools to build working prototypes and demos that prove concepts before committing engineering resources.
Turn ideas into something the team, users and the board can see and touch within days.
Execution & Team Leadership
Lead the product team and run the sprint cadence end to end, covering planning, prioritization, standups, reviews and retrospectives.
Own deliverables from conception through release, testing and post-launch iteration, ensuring core functionality works reliably every time.
Maintain issue trackers and roadmaps that accurately reflect priorities and sprint commitments.
Coordinate across engineering, QA, design, marketing and business stakeholders, and manage cross-team dependencies across the Holepunch and Tether ecosystem.
Provide transparent updates on status, risks and timeline changes, and hold direct conversations about accountability when needed.
Mobile & Distribution
Own the mobile release process across iOS and Android. This includes App Store and Google Play submissions, review guidelines, compliance, store listings, ratings and release management.
Oversee desktop distribution and installers across macOS, Windows and Linux.
Build crash reporting, debugging and analytics systems, privacy-preserving by design, that turn user reports into actionable engineering data.
Mandatory:
8+ years of product management experience, including significant time in a senior or lead role owning a consumer product end to end.
Strong product sense, with a proven track record of setting product vision and driving it to measurable outcomes at scale (tens of millions of users or more).
Experience leading engineers who ship products, including running sprint cadences with predictable delivery across cross-functional teams.
Deep JavaScript and React skills. You can read and write production code, review pull requests, and build working prototypes yourself.
Intuition for distributed and local-first systems. You don't need P2P expertise, because our core abstracts it away, but you should be able to reason about sync, offline behavior and consistency trade-offs.
Hands-on experience shipping and scaling mobile apps on iOS and Android, with deep familiarity with App Store and Google Play logistics, review processes and release management.
Experience with real-time voice and video calling products (such as Google Meet, Zoom, FaceTime or WhatsApp calls) and the quality, latency and reliability trade-offs involved.
Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to rapidly prototype and demonstrate product concepts.
Exceptional communication skills, with experience presenting vision and strategy to boards, executives and investors.
A strong understanding of urgency versus importance, and the judgment to make fast, high-quality decisions with incomplete information.
You thrive in a high-intensity, fast-moving environment, set an exceptionally high bar, and are willing to go above and beyond, including extended hours, when the mission demands it.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Nice to have:
Product leadership experience at a major messaging app such as WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE, WeChat, Signal, Viber or KakaoTalk.
Experience with peer-to-peer technologies, distributed systems or decentralized protocols. Prior exposure to Holepunch, Pear or Hypercore is a strong plus.
Experience growing a product in emerging markets or across multiple regions and languages.
A background in privacy, encryption or security-focused products.
Familiarity with Electron, React Native or similar cross-platform frameworks, as well as installer systems, boot performance and Linux packaging (Snap, AppImage, Flatpak).
A solid understanding of testing approaches (unit, integration, end-to-end), test automation and performance testing.
An engineering background or computer science degree.
Experience with Git, issue trackers and modern collaboration tools.
Why this role:
The next billion-user communication app will not run on someone else's servers. If you want to be the person who defines it, presents it to the board, prototypes it yourself, and then leads the team that ships it, we want to hear from you.
In your application, include a link to a product you have shipped or a prototype you have built, along with a few sentences on how you would take Keet to 1 billion users.
