About Magic Eden and Dicey
Magic Eden reached unicorn status in just 9 months after launch, one of the fastest in history. They built a category-defining NFT marketplace from scratch and are now developing Dicey, a crypto casino and sportsbook platform targeting the $180B+ iGaming and sports betting markets. The team is small and fully remote, focusing on fast shipping, data-driven decisions, and rebuilding growth operations around AI.
The role
The position focuses on personalized retention in the iGaming industry, owning the full post-signup journey. Responsibilities include expanding the player segmentation framework, designing and running targeted offers and campaigns, and managing the associated P&L lever. The role is explicitly AI-native, involving building workflows, agents, and pipelines to run lifecycle campaigns efficiently. Half the job is problem identification, the other half is running experiments to find solutions.
What you'll do
— Own retention and monetization as a growth loop, setting targets, finding leverage, and driving post-signup metrics
— Own and evolve the player segmentation framework, deciding signals and company usage
— Build the AI-native growth stack including analysis, agents, and automated pipelines for segment surfacing, offer generation, and campaign execution
— Design and ship targeted offers such as reload bonuses, lossback, wager bounties, challenges, and win-back sequences; size, specify, ship, and measure them
— Analyze data warehouse and on-chain data to find patterns and create campaigns proactively
— Expand player signals including on-chain activity, status-match programs, social account linking, and others
— Run campaigns across channels like email, in-app, Telegram, with AI handling heavy lifting
— Collaborate with engineering and design to create product surfaces that enable repeatable processes
What they're looking for
— Strong intuition for player psychology and incentive design; experience in gambling, gaming, fintech, or consumer marketplaces is helpful
— Deep analytical skills, able to independently perform cohort analyses without waiting for data scientists
— AI-native mindset, already using AI to write queries, build analyses, and automate work, with desire to advance further
— High output with good judgment, generating many ideas and prioritizing tests effectively
— Bias to do it yourself, comfortable executing emails, queries, and specs personally
— Comfortable with ambiguity and building new playbooks
Backgrounds that tend to fit
— Growth PM at data-heavy consumer companies
— MBB consultants transitioning to product ownership
— Product-minded data scientists or analysts focused on shipping rather than reporting
Why this is interesting
— Competitive, top-of-market compensation
— Defining the role of a growth PM in an AI-native company without existing playbooks
— Early involvement in personalized retention, a key industry trend
— Real ownership of segmentation framework, product surface, and P&L lever with direct access to founders

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is looking for an experienced Solutions Architect, Procurement (Pre-Sales, Enterprise) to serve as the technical and functional expert for Procurement and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) within our Solutions organization. This role is designed for someone who brings deep procurement domain expertise, technical implementation knowledge, and architect-level solution design skills to accelerate Ramp’s most complex, high-value enterprise evaluations.
You will support enterprise Account Executives and Solutions Consultants in running sophisticated procurement cycles end-to-end — leading deep discovery, validating technical requirements, designing future-state workflows, and creating pre-sale implementation plans that ensure a seamless handoff to onboarding. You will act as Ramp’s primary procurement SME in the sales cycle and will partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Post-Sales Solutions to influence roadmap and shape how Ramp’s procurement offering evolves.
This is a highly visible, customer-facing role ideal for former P2P implementers, procurement architects, or senior-level SCs with technical depth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
LEAD TECHNICAL DISCOVERY AND SOLUTION DESIGN
- Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions on procurement workflows, vendor management, sourcing, approvals, catalog strategy, and 3-way match requirements
- Map customer procurement requirements to Ramp’s capabilities, identifying gaps and designing scalable workarounds
- Analyze ERP configurations and data structures (Vendor Master, PO, Invoice, Receipt) to ensure compatibility with Ramp’s deployment patterns
DRIVE TECHNICAL VALIDATION AND PRE-SALE IMPLEMENTATION PLANNING
- Build pre-sale implementation plans (phases, timelines, dependencies) to eliminate re-discovery during onboarding
- Conduct integration assessments, including API workflow validation, SFTP/data exchange requirements, and security/permissions modeling
- Create workflow prototypes, configurations, and proof-of-concepts when needed to accelerate technical validation
PARTNER WITH SALES TO WIN COMPLEX ENTERPRISE DEALS
- Operate as the procurement technical lead in enterprise opportunities
- Join high-value and complex P2P evaluations as the primary procurement SME, either as an overlay or as the lead SC for procurement-first deals
- Quantify customer pain, run gap analyses, and translate procurement challenges into measurable ROI and value propositions
INFLUENCE PRODUCT AND GTM STRATEGY
- Provide structured feedback to Product on gaps, customer needs, and market trends
- Help shape Ramp’s procurement roadmap and competitive positioning
- Maintain a bird’s-eye view of the procurement technology landscape to inform strategic decisions
ENSURE SEAMLESS HANDOFF TO ONBOARDING
- Document all procurement requirements, decisions, and implementation guidance in a standardized format
- Partner closely with Implementation and Technical Consulting teams to ensure they begin activation without additional discovery
- Maintain consultative availability throughout onboarding when complex escalations arise
TRAVEL
- Travel up to 30%+ for onsite discovery workshops, executive briefings, and solution validation sessions
WHAT YOU NEED
- 8+ years of experience in Procurement, P2P, ERP, or similar technical implementation roles
- Deep understanding of end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, procurement operations, vendor management, AP, bill pay, and contract workflows
- Hands-on experience designing or implementing P2P solutions (Coupa, Ariba, Zip, Ivalua, Workday, NetSuite, etc.)
- Strong technical acumen — API experience required, plus familiarity with SFTP, integrations, data migration, SCIM/SAML, and ERP financial objects
- Experience running enterprise evaluations with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex workflows into clear solutions
- Ability to design future-state workflows and build pre-sale implementation plans
NICE TO HAVE
- Certifications in Coupa, Ariba, Workday, or other ERP/P2P platforms
- SQL or scripting familiarity
- Experience working closely with Product teams to influence roadmap
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend
UNITED STATES
- 100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you, with partial coverage for dependents
- One Medical annual membership
- 401(k), including employer match on contributions made while employed by Ramp
- Fertility HRA (up to $10,000 per year)

Are you ready to join our digital revolution journey?
At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
We're looking for an Education Business Development in Madrid!
About Digital Ad Expert by Aleph
Digital Ad Expert (DAE) is Aleph's global education initiative, opening access to digital skills for people across 170+ high-growth markets. Recognized by UNESCO's Global Education Coalition, DAE has reached over 900,000 learners with certifications, platform badges, and expert-led masterclasses spanning digital marketing, AI, analytics, and entrepreneurship.
DAE is entering a new chapter. Behind it sits a full education infrastructure — a multilingual learning platform, a content engine, instructional design standards, and a global learner community — built over five years and ready to be leveraged further. We're building the commercial model that lets that mission scale: partnering with corporate partners, international cooperation organizations, and private capital to fund and grow both the business opportunity and the social impact initiative.
As Education Business Development, you'll be the driving force behind that commercial model — building and closing partnerships with universities, companies, and associations to bring DAE's programs to new markets and new learners. You'll co-define and execute DAE's B2B commercial strategy, turning five years of education infrastructure into sustainable, scalable growth.
What You'll Do
Shape the strategy
, working closely with DAE's Education Lead, on which markets, verticals, and partnership models DAE should pursue — and how its offering should be commercially structured.
Own execution
, leading the full sales cycle to close a small number of high-value, strategic agreements and deals with corporate partners, government opportunities, and/or private capital.
Build and manage a pipeline
of prospective partners — universities, corporate learning teams, associations, and public-sector bodies — qualifying opportunities against DAE's strategic priorities rather than pursuing volume for its own sake.
Represent Education
commercially to internal and external stakeholders, including senior decision-makers at partner institutions
Maintain a feedback loop between sales and content
: flag where the market is asking for programs or skills DAE doesn't yet offer well.
Identify and pursue strategic alliances
, including partnerships with consortia positioned to guarantee external financial support for education-related programs.
What You Need For This Role
6-8 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, partnerships, or business development, with a track record of closing large, long-cycle deals with complex institutional stakeholders
Demonstrated experience helping shape commercial strategy — not only executing a model designed elsewhere, but having a real voice in deciding which markets and partnership types to pursue
Educational Background: Holds a Bachelor's degree or academic equivalent in International Business, Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing or a related field (MBA with focus on Business Development or Sales is a plus)
Commercially-minded and proactive
, with a genuine drive to identify and generate new business opportunities.
Consultative, solution-selling approach
— comfortable
operating in ambiguity,
moving away from a fixed catalogue to build custom offers for each client, including designing and negotiating bespoke commercial agreements (structure, pricing, scope) from scratch.
Strong communication skills
, both verbal and written — able to adapt tone and content for different audiences (corporate decision-makers, government stakeholders, academic partners).
Fluent English and Spanish, French or Arabic is a plus.
Confident working independently.
Prior experience in education, edtech, corporate training, or professional certifications.
Experience working with international cooperation organizations, development banks, or impact-oriented capital and pursuing external funding for social-impact/ESG initiatives.
What Will Make Us Really Love You
You bring a track record of success in a similar role, with hands-on experience.
You’re not afraid to challenge the status quo and bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas to the table.
You anticipate challenges before they arise and take initiative to find effective solutions.
You have an eye for detail.
You thrive on teamwork but also bring a driven, goal-oriented spirit.
You’re genuinely enthusiastic about advertising, ad-tech, and staying ahead of industry trends.
You have the ability to engage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a positive and approachable way.
What You’ll Love About Us
We care about your individuality by giving you freedom to grow and create within the company, regardless of your position
Learn from the best: Our state of the art workshops guarantee the latest insights into digital advertising
Be part of a company with a truly global footprint, working with leading brands, platforms, and publishers across 90+ markets.
We foster a dynamic environment where creativity, collaboration, and bold ideas are encouraged and celebrated.
Join a diverse, multicultural team that values and embraces different perspectives, experiences, and talents.
At Aleph, your work directly contributes to connecting brands and consumers in meaningful ways, shaping the future of digital advertising.
In line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, we are committed to fair and open compensation practices. For this role, the minimum gross annual base salary is EUR 48,000. In addition to base salary, this role includes a variable component, paid annually. The final offer will reflect your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.

ABOUT PEEC AI
Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.
We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, that went from $0 to $15M ARR in 18 months, with a 100+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our New York office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to help our customers succeed in the new era of AI-driven search. In this role, you’ll work closely with leading brands and agencies, onboarding new clients and advising them on how to improve their visibility across search engines, AI assistants, and emerging generative surfaces. You’ll combine deep SEO expertise with a deep consultative approach, analyzing websites and search performance, running strategic advisory sessions, and translating business goals into actionable organic growth strategies. Working closely with Sales, Growth, and Product, you’ll also help shape how we enable customers and define best practices for succeeding in AI-powered search.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Onboard and activate new key clients, and educate them on how to best leverage Peec AI to become top-ranked in AI search
- Review websites, content, and search performance of key clients to identify AI-search-related opportunities across platforms (search, AI assistants, and emerging generative surfaces)
- Run advisory sessions with leading brands and agencies, turning their growth and brand goals into actionable GEO strategies and roadmaps
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Growth, and Product to refine activation journeys, case studies, and customer enablement programs
- Consult our mid-sized and enterprise clients on GEO-related topics, from overall strategy to hands-on operational execution
- Own the growth and retention of your client portfolio, proactively identifying expansion opportunities and partnering with Sales to convert them into upsells
- Monitor account health and usage signals to spot churn risk early, and drive retention through timely, value-focused interventions
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 3–5 years of hands-on SEO or organic growth experience, ideally at a top-tier SEO agency
- Deep understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, search intent, and how organic performance translates into business outcomes
- Strong consulting skills: you’re used to advising clients, presenting strategic recommendations, and constructively challenging their thinking
- Ability to explain SEO concepts in simple, actionable language for marketing and brand teams
- Excitement about the shift from “10 blue links” to generative search, and motivation to be at the frontier of that change
- Confident verbal and written communication skills in English for high-quality client calls, workshops, and written recommendations
BONUS POINTS
- Experience building frameworks: SEO playbooks, content strategies, or measurement models for clients
- Initial experience with AI search
- Background working with enterprise and other high-touch clients
- Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed SaaS or marketing tech environment
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive salary and meaningful equity: everyone at Peec owns a piece of the upside
- Comprehensive benefits package
- Collaborative, high-energy in-office work environment
- Opportunity to make a significant impact and define a new market category
