About The Opportunity
The Compliance team's primary objective is to ensure that OKX operates in accordance with regulatory requirements while maintaining the highest ethical and moral standards. The team owns the full compliance engineering stack: KYC onboarding and refresh, sanctions / PEP / adverse-media screening, transaction monitoring (TM) and travel-rule enforcement, case management, and regulatory reporting. We achieve this by developing compliance service solutions, integrating with KYC & AML vendors, and enabling robust business growth, which ultimately strengthens user trust in our platform. Our ultimate goal is to create a culture of compliance excellence, where innovation and responsible business practices are seamlessly integrated. In compliance, a system that is mostly right is wrong — so every control we build must be deterministic in its enforcement, complete in its coverage, and explainable in its outcome.
What You’ll Be Doing
Formulate, select, and develop technical schemes for platform projects across the compliance domain — KYC onboarding flows, identity verification and refresh, sanctions / PEP / adverse-media screening, transaction monitoring, travel-rule, case management, and regulatory reporting — including AI/ML-powered features such as intelligent screening disambiguation, document verification, anomaly detection, automated risk scoring, and analyst-assist agents.
Organize and coordinate resources, leading project research and development, troubleshoot problems, and ensure quality and timely completion — including delivery of AI model integration work within KYC, screening, and monitoring workflows.
Facilitate cross-team communication and promote teamwork efficiency through code quality control and collaboration, including partnering with Data Science, Risk, and Legal to productionize models and ensure reliable, auditable inference infrastructure.
Define where probabilistic AI is appropriate versus where deterministic logic is mandatory — and design the boundary cleanly so models assist without compromising auditability or enforcement integrity.
Undertake team tasks and cultivate technical talents in the industry, with a focus on building AI engineering best practices across the compliance engineering team — patterns for agentic coding, prompt libraries, eval suites, and human-in-the-loop review of AI-generated work in a regulated environment.
What We Look For In You
A compliance-first systems mindset — you instinctively reach for state machines, idempotency keys, exactly-once semantics, reconciliation jobs and immutable audit logs. You understand that in compliance, false negatives cost millions and false positives cost trust, and you design accordingly. Prior experience in KYC, AML, sanctions, fraud, or payments is a strong plus; experience surviving a regulatory audit is an even stronger plus.
Daily, fluent use of modern AI coding tools — Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codex CLI, or equivalents. You can describe the specific workflows you run, the failure modes you have hit, and the guardrails you have built around AI-generated code. AI fluency is required, not nice-to-have.
Production experience integrating AI/ML model inference into Java services — REST/gRPC-based model serving, feature engineering pipelines, latency-sensitive inference optimization, graceful degradation, and drift / rollback playbooks.
Hands-on experience with LLM application patterns — at least one of: RAG pipelines (vector store + retrieval + grounding) for policy / KYC / case lookup, agentic workflows (tool use, multi-step reasoning, validation loops) for analyst assistance, or LLM-based classification / extraction shipped to production.
Discipline around AI output — you do not ship LLM features without evals, hallucination tests, prompt regression suites, and human-in-the-loop review for high-stakes decisions. You have an opinion on when to reach for a frontier model vs. a fine-tuned small model vs. a deterministic rule, and can defend that trade-off to a regulator.
Exposure to LLM integration or AI agent frameworks is a strong plus — e.g. prompt engineering at the system level, RAG pipelines, or orchestrating AI workflows within a regulated environment.
Good understanding of software engineering basics, distributed system principles, including CAP, consistency, idempotency, and exactly-once vs at-least-once semantics.
Clear logic, quick thinking, and good communication skills — including the ability to write clearly for non-engineers (compliance officers, auditors, regulators).
AI Proficiency Expectations & Interview Process
AI fluency is a required engineering competency for this role, on the same level as ‘can write good Java’. We will assess it explicitly during the interview, and a strong showing here is a meaningful plus:
AI-augmented workflow demo — walk us through how you use AI tools day-to-day. The prompts, the tasks you delegate to an agent vs. write yourself, how you review AI-generated diffs, and how you measure the impact (commit velocity, defect rate, test coverage). Concrete examples beat slogans.
Live agentic exercise — a working session using the AI coding agent of your choice on a realistic compliance-flavoured problem. We look at how you scope, prompt, validate, and integrate AI output, not whether the agent gets it right first try.
Design discussion with a probabilistic twist — expect at least one system-design question where the right answer involves deciding when not to use an LLM, and how to design the deterministic fallback. We hire engineers who can defend that boundary.
Evaluation & guardrails — be ready to discuss an eval suite or guardrail you have built for an AI feature in production (e.g. an LLM-assisted SAR narrative drafting tool, an AI-assisted KYC document review step, or screening-hit disambiguation). If you have not shipped one, tell us how you would design it.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and education subsidy for employees' growth and development — including budget for AI tools, courses, and conferences
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

About Hex Trust
Hex Trust is a fully-licensed digital asset financial institution building the infrastructure institutions use to operate in crypto. Custody, staking, capital markets, investment solutions, payments, fiat ramping, financing, and tokenization — all on one regulated platform.
Founded in 2018, we’re licensed across multiple jurisdictions (HK, SG, Dubai, SVG). As institutional capital moves into crypto and the RWA and payments narratives accelerate, we’re one of the few players who can serve institutions as a fully-regulated, one-stop-shop partner. We serve 600+ institutional clients globally: funds, family offices, banks, foundations, token issuers, payment firms, OTC desks, and corporates.
We’re well-capitalized, growing consistently, and built on a sustainable model. We operate 24/7 from hubs in Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai, and Vietnam.
You’ll work alongside a senior commercial team, own real institutional relationships, and get exposure to the most active parts of the market. We’re scaling fast. If you want to sell into the institutional side of crypto at a firm that’s actually licensed to do it, this is the place.
Position Summary
This is a senior originator seat owning Hex Trust’s institutional financing book. You will scale our lending book by sourcing both sides of the market: institutional borrowers (funds, market makers, prop desks, treasuries, corporates) and lenders (family offices, HNW, balance sheets, and institutional liquidity providers) and structuring the trades that connect them.
The role is P&L-accountable from day one: origination, structuring, pricing, and ongoing counterparty coverage. You will own the financing book end-to-end and work hand-in-hand with risk, legal, and product to build a scalable, capital-efficient lending business across digital assets.
We expect the person in this seat to grow the desk into a meaningful contributor to Hex Trust’s revenue mix and, over time, to build and lead a financing team underneath them.
Duties & Responsibilities
Originate and execute institutional crypto lending, borrowing, and financing transactions — collateralized loans, margin financing, repo-style structures, basis and yield-enhancement trades.
Build and scale the lending book: grow assets under loan, optimise utilisation, and expand the spread Hex Trust earns across the financing stack.
Develop and own borrower relationships across hedge funds, market makers, OTC desks, prop trading firms, miners, and corporate treasuries.
Work closely with the institutional sales team to strengthen relationships with existing clients and push/cross-sell financing products.
Structure, price, and negotiate commercial and credit terms in partnership with risk, credit, treasury, and legal; own term sheets through to execution.
Partner with risk and operations on counterparty onboarding, margining frameworks, collateral management, and exposure monitoring.
Maintain financing pipeline hygiene and HubSpot CRM accuracy; produce weekly pipeline, activity, and revenue reporting for management within Hex Trust.
Represent Hex Trust at industry conferences, client events, and on panels; act as a public face of the Hex Trust team
Requirements
Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in institutional financing, securities lending, prime brokerage, repo, or crypto lending — at a bank, broker-dealer, prime broker, or crypto-native lender.
Proven track record originating and growing a lending book is required.
Existing network of institutional borrowers and lenders that can be activated from day one.
Deep understanding of collateralized lending mechanics: LTVs, margining, haircuts, liquidation, rehypothecation, tri-party structures, and credit risk — including hands-on familiarity with risk/collateral dashboards such as Haruko.
Strong commercial and structuring instincts; able to price risk, negotiate term sheets, and close complex transactions.
Credit-aware and risk-disciplined; comfortable working closely with risk, and legal on borrowing/lending decisions.
Crypto-native, or a TradFi financing professional with a demonstrated bridge into digital assets. Comfortable discussing custody, collateral segregation, on-chain settlement, and stablecoin mechanics.
Strong written and verbal communication in English.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
Ramp is building an AI-native platform that changes how Go-to-Market and Product Growth teams create, launch, and improve customer-facing experiences. We are looking for a product-minded backend engineer to help build the infrastructure and services that power modern growth and marketing at Ramp.
The next chapter for this team is to build marketing-led products: intelligent tools that turn strategy into execution, automate complex workflows, and help teams operate across channels with dramatically more leverage.
The team will build across creative production, lifecycle marketing, paid media, account-based marketing, experimentation, incentives, and cross-channel orchestration. Examples include AI-powered systems that produce on-brand campaign assets, automate complex marketing workflows, coordinate audiences and execution, and deliver personalized experiences across email, sales outreach, external channels, and Ramp’s product.
A core part of this mandate is Ramp’s incentives platform. We are building shared infrastructure to safely target, authorize, distribute, redeem, and measure incentives across channels and mediums—including in-app experiences tied to product adoption and growth goals. This requires combining marketer-friendly workflows with governed policies, budget controls, reliable financial operations, and closed-loop measurement.
You will work at the intersection of product engineering, AI, data, marketing, and financial infrastructure. The ideal candidate is a product-minded backend engineer who can translate ambiguous workflows into durable systems. You will build the data models, APIs, integrations, and orchestration capabilities that allow marketers, product teams, and AI agents to safely execute complex work end to end.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build the backend systems that power AI-native marketing and growth products across creative production, experimentation, incentives, and cross-channel orchestration.
- Build shared incentives infrastructure for eligibility, targeting, policies, budgets, authorization, issuance, redemption, and outcome tracking.
- Enable personalized content and offers across email, sales workflows, external channels, and in-product experiences using shared customer and campaign context.
- Design reliable orchestration for long-running work, approvals, scheduling, retries, human intervention, and safe AI or financial execution.
- Connect marketing actions and incentive spend to measurable activation, conversion, retention, and revenue outcomes.
- Partner across Marketing, Product Growth, Product, Data Science, Finance, and GTM Platform to own systems from early discovery through production adoption and iteration.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 5+ years of software engineering experience building production backend systems, with strong proficiency in Python or another modern server-side language.
- A track record of owning production services, APIs, data models, and distributed or event-driven workflows.
- Strong product judgment and system-design fundamentals, including data modeling, asynchronous processing, reliability, testing, and observability.
- Experience building governed systems involving permissions, policies, budgets, balances, entitlements, or financial actions.
- Experience applying AI to real product workflows—or strong interest in doing so—with an understanding of where deterministic controls and human approval are required.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and a bias toward rapidly shipping measurable user and business outcomes.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience building incentive, rewards, promotion, loyalty, payments, ledger, or financial-authorization systems.
- Experience building workflow engines, automation platforms, agent systems, or orchestration infrastructure.
- Experience with lifecycle marketing, product growth, paid media, experimentation, CRM, or other marketing technology.
- Experience designing human-in-the-loop AI systems, including approvals, evaluations, tool execution, and recovery.
- Experience with customer-data platforms, identity systems, behavioral event streams, or analytical data infrastructure.
- Experience building experimentation or attribution systems that connect interventions to customer and business outcomes.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
As a Senior Data Center Capacity Delivery Manager at Anthropic, you'll embed with project teams responsible for delivery of leased and partnered data center capacity. Your primary role will be to lead these partners to deliver on the fastest possible schedule while maintaining a safe construction site and protecting the finished quality of the data center.
Additionally, you'll validate deal readiness, coordinate complex stakeholder relationships, maintain regular reporting and status tracking, and ensure seamless transitions from project inception through operational readiness.
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape how Anthropic secures and activates the compute infrastructure needed to train and deploy frontier AI systems, working at the intersection of real estate, construction, and cutting-edge AI infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
Lead. This is a role where leadership trumps management and process. You will be expected to be at one or more project sites in adequate amount to shape the culture, approach, and aggressiveness that define those extended site teams. The goal is to impact outcomes in a favorable manner.
You are expected to be a force multiplier that develops and enhances the skillset that development partners, contractors, and key trades bring to the project(s) you are overseeing. That means being a subject matter expert in the various cross functional elements of data center delivery and increasing the team's performance with that knowledge and commitment to alignment.
Confirm deal readiness and serve as the gatekeeper to validate transaction viability from Letter of Intent (LOI) through lease execution, ensuring all predevelopment, planning, technical and business requirements are met before commitment
Partner with landlords and developers post-deal to serve as Anthropic's primary point of contact, coordinating across internal stakeholders, tracking construction progress, and facilitating critical information exchange between development partners and Anthropic stakeholders
Represent Anthropic in key technical and operational decisions required by partners during the development process, ensuring our infrastructure requirements are met while maintaining strong partnerships
Drive seamless handoffs to operational state with heavy focus on engagement across networking and deployment teams, enabling rapid workload turn-ups and minimizing time-to-production
Prepare and present regular executive reporting on progress versus plan for facility development, supporting forward capacity planning and strategic decision-making
Identify and mitigate risks throughout the delivery lifecycle, proactively addressing blockers that could impact timeline, cost, or technical requirements
Develop and refine standardized processes and playbooks for facility delivery, driving continuous improvement as Anthropic scales its infrastructure footprint
You may be a good fit if you:
Have 8+ years of experience in the highest level of site leadership managing data center delivery, construction projects, or infrastructure deployment at scale within Australia. You won’t have a big direct team to delegate too but will instead be able to treat the entire cross functional organizations at a jobsite as your team.
Have a strong understanding of the end to end (dirt to delivery) data center development process to include entitlements and permitting, planning and supply chain, execution, commissioning, and handover. You are not an administrator but an active player in the arena comfortable making decisions and guiding delivery execution without the need to consult across multiple external parties.
You should understand the nuances of data center design and construction in Australia- who the players are, what contractual norms get in the way of speed of delivery, how teams can be incentivized to build and deliver faster than normal.
In this role you will often be on an island and responsible for your own destiny. You will have free reign to develop your own approaches with the mission guidance being your only bounds.
It's a bonus if you:
Understand AI/ML infrastructure requirements, including high-density power and advanced cooling systems
Have had leadership positions (General Superintendent, Project Manager) within a GC or EPC on hyperscale data center projects or in self performance of hyperscale data center development projects.
Prioritize extreme ownership and have the ability to create winning cultures across diverse job sites.
Are deeply familiar with lease negotiations, construction contracts, or real estate development processes and have strategies to move those arrangements from traditionally transaction and risk managed arrangements to collaborative efforts that align incentives around accelerated delivery of facilities.
Deadline to apply:
None. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is building something ambitious, and we believe our most important advantage is our people. This role sits at the foundation of that belief. You'll help shape how Ramp identifies, evaluates, and hires world-class engineering talent, with a particular focus on the engineers at the center of what we're building next.
This is a craft role. You'll own pipelines end-to-end, partner directly with our Engineering leadership, and be accountable for the quality of the people we bring through the door. We're looking for a Technical Recruiter who treats hiring as a discipline. Someone who cares as much about candidate experience and calibration as they do about closing.
You won't just be working off a req list. We're looking for someone who can take ambiguous or high-level direction from engineering leadership and turn it into a sharp, targeted search, knowing exactly who they want before the role even opens. You'll be expected to have strong opinions on talent, defend them with evidence, and push back on stakeholders when the bar is at risk.
Recruiting at Ramp is owned end-to-end, not handed off. This role requires someone who stays close to the candidate, close to the hiring manager, and close to the work, so context never gets lost between hand-offs.
What You’ll Do
- Partner closely with our Engineering leadership and hiring managers to deeply understand the requirements of each role and how it fits into the organization
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches across our Engineering organization, owning every stage from first touch to signed offer
- Build deeply targeted sourcing strategies. Know the companies, the teams, and the individual engineers worth pursuing before opening a search
- Partner with our sourcing team to iterate on creative strategies for talent pipelines and competitor mapping
- Run candidate process with urgency and care. Same-day follow-up, next steps booked before you hang up, no candidate left chasing us
- Manage pipeline activity, maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders. Spot funnel issues early and bring evidence to calibration conversations, not just gut
- Drive offer processes for candidates, including extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates, and generating offer letters
- Act as a strategic advisor, not a req-filler. Anticipate hiring needs, shape strategy alongside engineering stakeholders, and translate abstract asks into concrete target lists, comp frameworks, and close plans
- Lead initiatives that raise the bar on how technical recruiting operates at Ramp, including interview loops, interviewer training, scorecards, and other cross-functional efforts that increase hiring quality and speed
- Build excellent relationships across the recruiting team and your engineering client groups
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting/sourcing experience in a similar role at a high-growth technology company or startup
- Demonstrated track record hiring for deeply technical engineering roles. You can hold a credible conversation with a hiring manager about the work, not just the title
- You build and use AI across every stage of the recruiting process, from how you find candidates to how you screen, calibrate, and close them. You're a sourcer at heart, don't wait for inbound, and treat your tooling as part of the craft
- Excellent written and verbal storytelling communication skills
- Ability to influence at various levels in an organization, anchoring on data-driven decision-making
- Operationally strong, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving environment
- Genuine care for the candidate experience. You believe how someone is treated through the process is as much a reflection of Ramp as the offer itself
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend
UNITED STATES
- 100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you, with partial coverage for dependents
- One Medical annual membership
- 401(k), including employer match on contributions made while employed by Ramp
- Fertility HRA (up to $10,000 per year)
- Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay
- Pet insurance
- In-office perks: lunch, snacks, drinks, and more

- Group medical, dental, and vision coverage through Sun Life
