An overview of this role
As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you'll be the deepest technical voice in the field for one product group, helping customers make technical decisions on GitLab's most important opportunities, roughly the top 10% by size or complexity.
Account Solutions Architects (Account SAs) will bring you into prioritized opportunities. The Account SA owns the opportunity; you own your product group's success within it. You'll work directly with Product and Engineering, bringing customer needs and field insights into roadmap discussions. You'll also help the wider Solutions Architecture team build expertise through reusable assets, enablement, and coaching.
You'll specialize in one product group, not all four. In Security & Compliance, you'll focus on GitLab Ultimate, application security, Dependency Firewall, software supply chain security, compliance, and artificial intelligence (AI) governance. In Platform, you'll focus on GitLab Dedicated, self-managed deployments, bring your own model, and cloud and hybrid architecture. In Core DevSecOps, you'll focus on GitLab Premium, continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), source code management, Orbit, Artifact Central, and migrations. DevSecOps brings development, security, and operations together across software delivery. In AI & Competitive, you'll focus on GitLab Duo Agent Platform, agentic workflows, AI-native development, competitive displacement including GitHub, and migrations.
Your success will be measured by technical win rate and bookings on SME-engaged opportunities, product-category commit attainment and consumption growth in your region, and Proof of Value (PoV) conversion rate, evaluation cycle time, and time from technical win to production use. We'll also measure how often Account SAs reuse your assets, their confidence in handling your product group without escalation, and the quality and impact of your feedback to Product.
What you’ll do
Act as the technical authority for your product group on prioritized opportunities, from discovery and architecture through trials and PoV evaluations.
Lead technical deep dives, workshops, and executive briefings that connect product capabilities to business outcomes and explain how GitLab differs from competing solutions.
Design and improve standardized PoV templates with clear, repeatable success criteria. Account SAs own the customer PoV; you'll contribute product-specific content and expertise while keeping the evaluation connected to the broader GitLab platform.
Equip account teams for product launches with Product Management and Product Marketing. Build demos and talk tracks, and turn early customer wins into reference stories.
Serve as the escalation point for Account SAs and Post-Sales Solutions Architects (Post-Sales SAs) on complex product questions, integrations, and objections.
Hand off PoV success criteria and architecture decisions to the Post-Sales SA with the account team when an opportunity closes. Stay involved until the customer's first production workload uses the product, and support complex accounts when Post-Sales SAs bring you in to drive adoption and consumption.
Bring structured field feedback, competitive insights, and customer requirements to Product Management and Engineering with the wider SME team. Help manage early-access and design-partner programs, and represent GitLab through customer events, conferences, industry working groups, and published content.
Build reference architectures, demo environments, competitive battlecards, PoV playbooks, and enablement content so account teams can handle more opportunities without your direct involvement. Mentor Account SAs and contribute to GitLab's global SME community of practice.
What you’ll bring
Substantial experience in technical pre-sales, solutions architecture, consulting, or software engineering, with deep, hands-on expertise in one domain: application security testing, supply chain security, and compliance; scalable cloud and hybrid platforms; large CI/CD environments and source code migrations; or production AI-assisted development, working prototypes, and competitive evaluations.
Practical expertise in agentic and AI-assisted development workflows across planning, coding, testing, security, and delivery, applied in a customer-facing, pre-sales context.
Experience winning technical decisions on large, complex enterprise opportunities through structured Proof of Concept (PoC) or PoV evaluations with defined success criteria and executive sign-off.
Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes, and at least one major cloud provider.
The ability to lead a whiteboard session with engineers and present the business case to executives in the same meeting.
Strong written communication, including the ability to turn complex topics into clear playbooks that others use.
Comfort working asynchronously across time zones with Sales, Product, and Engineering.
Optional: public speaking, published technical content, open source contributions, or relevant certifications in Kubernetes, cloud architecture, or security.
If you bring transferable experience in an adjacent domain, we encourage you to apply.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic’s Applied AI team helps the world’s largest organizations put Claude to work. As a Cybersecurity Specialist on Applied AI, you’ll be part of an overlay team of domain experts who sit alongside our enterprise account teams and bring deep security expertise to the accounts where it matters most.
You won’t own an account. You’ll be the security expert the account team pulls in to win and grow the most important security conversations: helping CISOs and security leaders see where Claude can take on real security work, then guiding them from early pilots to durable, production workloads. You’ll cover a portfolio of enterprise accounts across regulated industries like financial services, insurance, and healthcare, strategic accounts like semiconductors (IP protection, industrial control systems, export controls), and digital natives and public sector agencies, each with its own threat model.
How this team works
You partner with account executives, account architects, and generalist Applied AI engineers, who own the customer relationship and the broader technical engagement. You bring the security depth they don’t have time to build.
You work across many accounts at once, so the playbooks, reference implementations, and evaluation approaches you build are reused across the field, not just for one customer.
You are the connection point between the field and Anthropic’s Product, Research, and Engineering teams, turning what you see in customer security programs into product feedback.
You work alongside ISVs, systems integrators, and managed security providers who already serve these customers, enabling them where they own the engagement rather than competing with them.
Responsibilities
Join account teams to understand a customer’s security program, identify where Claude can do meaningful security work, and turn that into a technical plan and business case
Serve as the security-domain technical advisor on strategic enterprise accounts, from discovery through deployment
Move customers from one-time code scanning to sustained security workloads: application security in the SDLC, continuous automated penetration testing, alert triage and investigation, and threat intelligence that answers “does this new vulnerability affect us, and where”
Build and maintain reference implementations, harnesses, and evaluation approaches, and help customers adapt them to their own environments and controls
Run workshops and hands-on sessions where customer security teams use Claude on their own code and workflows
Equip partners to deliver Claude-powered security outcomes, with a clear line between what Anthropic delivers and what partners deliver
Speak credibly to every audience, from appsec engineers to CISOs and executives, including how to explain the value and risk of security work in business terms
Define and track adoption depth for each security workload across your accounts, and work with Product and Engineering on the telemetry to measure it
Write the playbooks and best practices the rest of the field can reuse, including how Claude complements the security tooling customers already own
Develop reference customers who can speak to the value they’re realizing
Stay current on frontier LLM capabilities and the new classes of vulnerabilities and attacks they surface
Travel occasionally to customer sites for workshops and technical deep dives
You may be a good fit if you have
5+ years in security roles, with hands-on depth in at least two of: application security and secure SDLC, offensive security and penetration testing, detection and response, or threat intelligence and vulnerability management
Experience in a technical customer-facing role (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, security consultant, TAM), or on a security team where you had to win investment from leadership
Experience with large enterprise customers and complex, multi-stakeholder buying cycles, including working alongside the vendors and partners already in the account
The ability to translate between security teams, engineering teams, and executives
Comfort with Python, CI/CD, and cloud environments, plus hands-on experience using LLMs for security work such as code review, vulnerability discovery, triage, or investigation
A love of teaching and a collaborative approach to working across teams and balancing competing priorities
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$300,000
—
$400,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Chief of Staff to partner with the Head of Talent in building and scaling ElevenLabs’ global Talent organization. You will help shape strategy, turn priorities into action, and lead work that requires deep talent expertise and focused execution. Your remit will span the entire Talent organization: GTM, G&A, and Technical recruiting, Talent Operations and Talent Programs. You will embed with teams where additional leadership or expertise can accelerate progress, and own high visibility projects sponsored by the Head of Talent and senior leadership across ElevenLabs.
- Turn Talent strategy into execution. Partner with the Head of Talent to identify priorities, evaluate tradeoffs, and translate decisions into clear plans, owners, and outcomes. Bring an informed point of view on where the organization needs to invest or change, build alignment with Talent leaders and cross-functional partners, and follow through to delivery.
- Embed where you can make the greatest difference. Step into teams or initiatives that need additional leadership, expertise, or execution capacity. Diagnose what is holding progress back and take responsibility for improving it, whether that means leading a hiring initiative, strengthening a process, or supporting a function through change. Build capability as you go, with clear ownership and a sustainable handover.
- Lead high visibility projects from idea to outcome. Own strategic initiatives sponsored by the Head of Talent and other senior leaders, such as new sourcing experiments and targeted talent campaigns. Turn early ideas into focused experiments, lead the execution, and use evidence to decide what to scale, adapt, or stop.
- Improve how the Talent organization works together. Partner with Talent leaders to resolve issues that cut across teams, improve decision-making, and share effective practices. Use hiring data and direct experience to identify opportunities, and help turn successful approaches into repeatable ways of working, including better use of tools and AI.
REQUIREMENTS
- You bring deep talent expertise and have helped a global organization navigate hypergrowth at scale, including hundreds to thousands of hires annually across multiple regions and time zones. You understand what needs to evolve as hiring volume, team size, and business complexity increase.
- You are equally comfortable shaping strategy and delivering the work yourself. You can advise an executive on a difficult tradeoff, build a plan from an ambiguous brief, and go deep into a search, process, or team to understand and solve the underlying problem.
- You have led teams, functions, or complex talent initiatives with clear accountability for results. You can earn trust quickly, lead through influence or direct ownership, and strengthen the teams you support. You bring the judgment to know when to step in, when to coach, and when to hand ownership back.
- You have delivered high visibility projects with senior executive stakeholders, bringing structure, pace, and sound judgment to evolving priorities. You can challenge an idea constructively, test it pragmatically, and communicate clearly about progress, results, and decisions needed.

You will partner with the CFO on financial execution and process improvement, with opportunities to contribute to broader strategic initiatives as you grow in the role. Reports to the CFO.

- Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead financial planning and forecasting across the business. Build and maintain financial models to support budgeting, scenario planning, and departmental decision-making.
- Hands-on Execution and Ownership: Personally drive finance projects from start to finish, including gathering and validating data, building models, investigating variances, and implementing solutions. Proactively identify what needs to be done and follow through to completion, independently resolving challenges and coordinating with others when their input or approval is needed.
- Operations and Compliance Oversight: Manage day-to-day financial operations, ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations. Oversee the handling of crypto and fiat transactions, ensuring efficient payments and settlements in close collaboration with the treasury team. Maintain and continuously refine existing systems for expense management, equity and compensation plans, travel arrangements, and accounts payable.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as a financial liaison among engineering, compliance, business development, legal, and accounting teams. Work with People Operations and Human Resources to align financial processes with workforce planning.
- Performance Management: Track and report key financial and operational metrics. Partner with the Head of Business Operations and Analytics to analyze trends and variances and flag business risks and opportunities.
- Innovation and Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to refine financial processes and systems as the business scales, and recommend changes to existing workflows. Support the CFO in identifying processes that can be automated, planning, and implementation of automation.
- Investor Relations and Strategic Communication: Collaborate with the C-suite to prepare and present materials for board meetings and strategic updates. Experience in venture capital fundraising is a plus, although direct fundraising activities are not currently planned. Create visually engaging and digestible financial presentations that simplify complex information for diverse audiences, enhancing communication both within the company and with external stakeholders.
- Corporate Development and Strategy: Support the CFO on corporate development activity, including entity spinouts, divestitures, and asset sales, and help evaluate, structure, and execute potential investments, acquisitions, or similar strategic transactions as they arise.
- Tax Responsibilities: Support tax planning and compliance efforts, ensuring tax positions align with overall fiscal policy and legal requirements.
- Legal Agreement Review: Collaborate with the legal department to review the financial terms of contracts and agreements.
- Financial Communication: Communicate financial insights and risks clearly to the CFO and relevant stakeholders to support informed decision-making.

Provectus is a Premier AWS partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner, helping enterprises across Financial Services and Life Sciences design, build, and operate production AI systems. Our Forward Deployed Engineering model lets us embed with clients and deliver AI outcomes, not just advice. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide and are obsessed with reimagining how they operate and compete.
We are looking for a Business Development & Partner Manager to own two complementary revenue motions simultaneously: converting partner-sourced leads into Provectus clients, and building a self-sourced pipeline from scratch.
The first motion sits at the heart of our Anthropic and AWS partnership. They share qualified enterprise leads with us. Your job is to receive those leads, run the full sales cycle, and close them — making Provectus the AI implementation partner of choice for Anthropic's enterprise accounts. Beyond converting inbound leads, you will actively grow the relationship: joint pipeline reviews, co-marketing, partner tier maintenance, and expanding the number of Anthropic field reps who think of Provectus first when they have an implementation need.
The second motion is yours to own. You will prospect independently, build relationships, and close deals with enterprise accounts in Financial Services and Life Sciences without a partner assist — operating as a true full-cycle business developer.
Responsibilities:
New logo hunting
Prospect independently into enterprise accounts in target verticals (FSI, Life Sciences) using outbound, networking, events, and referrals.
Run the full sales cycle: discovery, solution scoping, proposal, negotiation, close.
Build and maintain a personal network of enterprise decision-makers and economic buyers on the East Coast.
Partner motion — Anthropic channel
Act as Provectus's primary point of contact with Anthropic's partner and field sales teams.
Receive, qualify, and own enterprise leads shared by Anthropic; act as the primary point of contact from first conversation to signed SOW.
Identify new co-sell and joint go-to-market opportunities within Anthropic's product and field motion.
Maintain a healthy joint pipeline with Anthropic's partner and sales teams; lead quarterly business reviews and co-sell planning sessions.
Translate Anthropic's product roadmap and partnership incentives into compelling client propositions.
Represent Provectus at Anthropic partner events, executive briefings, and ecosystem calls.
Drive partner tier maintenance and upgrade — certifications, co-marketing activations, case study production.
Cross-functional collaboration
Work with Provectus delivery leads and Architects to scope proposals accurately — you are selling consulting engagements, not software licenses.
Feed market intelligence — buyer objections, competitive dynamics, vertical patterns — back to leadership and marketing.
What You Need to Succeed:
3-7 years of experience in business development, partner/alliance management — with at least part of that in a consulting firm.
Experience converting partner-sourced leads through a full enterprise sales cycle (discovery to signed SOW).
Demonstrated ability to run a full sales cycle independently: prospecting through close, without dedicated BDR support.
Experience selling complex, multi-month consulting engagements (statement-of-work deals, not SaaS subscriptions).
Excellent executive-level communication skills — written, verbal, and in-room presence at C-suite and VP level.
Experience in Financial Services (banking, insurance, capital markets) or Life Sciences (pharma, biotech).
Experience in selling AI/ML services, LLM-based products, or cloud data.
Willingness to travel (up to 30%) for customer meetings, executive briefings, onsite workshops, conferences, and other business development activities.
Proven track record managing an Anthropic, AWS, or GCP partner relationship — co-selling, joint pipeline, MDF, or co-marketing would be a plus.
About Provectus:
Provectus is an Artificial Intelligence consultancy and solutions provider, helping businesses achieve their objectives through AI and data-driven innovation organization-wide in such industries as Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Retail & CPG, Media & Entertainment, and Manufacturing.
We are recognized by industry analysts as a leading provider of AI solutions across key business domains.
At Provectus, we value innovation, ownership, and collaboration — and we are looking for people who want to grow with us and make an impact.
Why Join Us:
Work at the intersection of two of the most powerful AI partnerships in the industry — Anthropic and AWS.
A world-class AI/ML team that can actually execute on what you sell.
Shape how a fast-growing AI consultancy goes to market at a defining moment for enterprise AI adoption.
High-impact role with direct visibility to leadership.
Strong earning potential with performance-based bonuses.
Opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI and cloud solutions.
B2B contract model or full-time model.
OTE range $120k. The salary range is determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, and alignment with market data.
Unlimited Vacation policy.
Generous health, vision, and dental insurance.
401(K) matching plan.
