Company Description
We’re http://checkout.comCheckout.com http://Checkout.com. You might not know our name, but companies like eBay, Spotify, Klarna, Uber, and Sony do, because we’re behind many of the digital experiences you use every day.
We are where the world checks out, enabling over 10 billion transactions yearly for more than one billion global shoppers.
Whether you want to book a holiday, order food, renew a subscription, or check out online, there’s a good chance our tech powers the payments behind the scenes. Our platform helps the most ambitious businesses deliver effortless digital experiences, at scale.
If you want to do career-defining work, you’ve come to the right place. We move fast, think globally, and believe great teams are built by hiring exceptional people with conviction, curiosity, and the desire to make an impact.
With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.
Checkout.com http://Checkout.com's Process Architecture pillar designs how operations should work. This role builds what that looks like in practice.
You'll use modern AI-assisted development tools, Cursor, Claude Code, n8n, and LLM APIs, to rapidly prototype and ship internal tools that eliminate manual effort across our operational teams. Your primary customers are Disputes, Due Diligence, and Transaction Monitoring: high-volume, high-stakes teams where the right automation meaningfully reduces analyst burden and improves decision quality.
You'll move fast. You'll take processes that currently live in spreadsheets and manual case queues and turn them into something that mostly runs itself. Process Architects redesign how work flows; you make the new flow real.
What You'll Do
- Use AI-assisted development (Cursor, Claude Code) to prototype and ship tools for operational teams - fast.
- Build workflow automations that connect case management systems, document stores, APIs, and LLMs into end-to-end pipelines
- Create analyst-facing interfaces, triage tools, summary generators using self-built applications, Retool, or similar.
- Apply LLMs where they reduce cognitive load: classification, case summarisation, structured extraction, decision support.
- Embed with Disputes, CDD, Periodic Review, and Transaction Monitoring to learn how analysts actually work - not how the process doc says they do.
- Translate vague pain points i.e "this part takes forever" into shipped tools in days or weeks, not quarters.
- Demo early, iterate based on what analysts actually use versus ignore.
- Treat every tool as a product: instrument usage, capture feedback, measure time saved or quality gained.
- Document what you build and share reusable patterns so good ideas compound.
What We're Looking For
We care more about what you've built and how you think than years of experience or formal credentials.
Must-haves
- You've used Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, or similar to build something real, a script, a tool, a side project, that solved an actual problem. Not just tutorials
- Comfortable in Python, or willing to be within weeks.
- Basic API fluency: you can read a doc, make a request, parse the response, and chain a few calls
- Familiarity with at least one LLM API. You've written a prompt, gotten structured output back, and understood why it sometimes goes wrong
- Bias to ship - you'd rather get a rough version in front of users on Friday than a polished version in three weeks
- Curiosity. You're the kind of person who opens the hood - you want to understand how things work, not just use them
Nice-to-haves
- Workflow automation tools (Zapier, n8n, Make)
- Retool, Gradio, or similar lightweight UI frameworks
- Git, basic SQL, or comfort with JSON/CSV at scale
- Exposure to payments, fraud, compliance, or risk operations - even tangentially
- A portfolio, GitHub, or demo you can walk us through
Additional Information
Bring all of you to work
We create the conditions for high performers to thrive, through real ownership, fewer blockers, and work that makes a difference from day one.
Here, you’ll move fast, take on meaningful challenges, and be recognized for the impact you deliver. It’s a place where ambition gets met with opportunity, and where your growth is in your hands.
We work as one team, and we back each other to succeed. So whatever your background or identity, if you’re ready to grow and make a difference, you’ll be right at home here.
It’s important we set you up for success and make our process as accessible as possible. So let us know in your application, or tell your recruiter directly, if you need anything to make your experience or working environment more comfortable.
Life at Checkout.com http://Checkout.com

About Teleport
Don't wait for the future of infrastructure. Be part of it.
Teleport is the AI Infrastructure Identity Company. We're solving one of the hardest problems in security: giving every human, machine, workload, and AI agent a cryptographically secured identity, improving engineering velocity while maintaining security. We make trusted computing simple. This gives you the freedom, power, and autonomy to build and innovate with confidence.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we work with companies like Nasdaq, DoorDash, and Elastic to secure infrastructure for an AI world.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the COO, the VP of Finance will serve as the senior financial executive responsible for the full spectrum of corporate finance, including FP&A, accounting, strategic planning, board reporting, and IPO-readiness. You will manage a high-performing finance team, build the systems and processes that support a scaling infrastructure as a service business, and act as a trusted advisor to leaders across the organization.
This is a high-ownership role for a builder who is equally comfortable in the boardroom and in the details. A successful hire will be able to turn complex business data into clear strategic guidance and scale a lean finance function without losing rigor by leveraging the latest technology available.
There is not currently a CFO in place, so there is also potential room for growth into that role for high performers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Financial Planning & Strategy
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to the COO and CEO — bringing a financial lens to company-level decisions on market positioning, competitive strategy, pricing, geographic expansion, and capital allocation
- Co-own the company’s long-range strategic plan alongside executive leadership, shaping not just the financial expression of strategy but the strategy itself
- Identify the financial and operational levers that drive sustainable growth, and advocate for resource allocation decisions that reflect Teleport’s most important strategic bets
- Own the annual planning and quarterly forecasting cycles, delivering accurate, driver-based financial models across revenue, cost, and headcount
- Lead scenario analysis and sensitivity modeling to pressure-test strategic options and support key investment decisions
- Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights for the COO, CEO, and Board of Directors by connecting day-to-day performance to long-term strategic goals
Accounting & Controls
- Oversee all accounting operations including monthly close, revenue recognition (ASC 606), and financial statement preparation
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and audit readiness
- Manage relationships with external auditors and tax advisors
Board & Investor Reporting
- Prepare board-level financial packages, investor updates, and management reporting with clarity and precision
- Support fundraising, debt financing, and M&A diligence processes as needed
- Develop the financial narrative for investors and analysts, underpinned by robust SaaS metrics
Business Partnering
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and People leaders to drive financial accountability across the business
- Own financial metrics and provide regular performance analyses
- Support revenue operations, pricing strategy, and go-to-market financial planning
Team & Systems Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing finance team including FP&A, accounting, and revenue operations
- Drive the selection, implementation, and optimization of financial systems and tools (ERP, FP&A platforms, billing infrastructure)
- Build scalable, automated financial processes that support rapid growth and eventual public-company readiness
- Champion and model the use of AI and modern technology tools — actively embedding automation, AI-assisted analysis, and intelligent workflows into finance operations to move faster, reduce manual work, and raise the quality of output
- Set the standard for technology fluency on the finance team: encourage experimentation with tools like Claude and other AI systems for modeling, reporting, and documentation, and create space for the team to share what works
WORKING AT TELEPORT IN THE AGE OF MODERN TECHNOLOGY
At Teleport, using the best available tools and systems isn’t a nice-to-have — it’s part of how we work. We expect every Teleporter to actively adopt modern technology to do their job better: move faster, think harder, and produce work they’re proud of. That means embracing automation, better documentation systems, analytics, and tools like Claude regularly, bringing technology into your problem-solving, and sharing what works with your team.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 18+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with significant time as VP of Finance, CFO, or equivalent senior finance executive
- Proven record of success at a high-growth B2B Cybersecurity, SaaS or infrastructure technology company in Series D/E/F stages with over $200mln in ARR
- Strong command of GAAP accounting, SaaS financial metrics, financial controls, and audit processes
- Demonstrated experience supporting a company through key inflection points — Series C+, late-stage private, or IPO preparation
- Outstanding communication skills — able to present complex financial matters to executive teams, boards, and investors with confidence and clarity
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing, geographically distributed finance teams
- Hands-on experience evaluating, selecting, and scaling financial systems (NetSuite, Workday, Adaptive Insights, or comparable platforms)
- Collaborative, data-driven decision-maker who thrives in a fast-moving, distributed environment
- Ability to be in-person in our HQ in Oakland, CA, a few times a week for in-person collaboration with the executive team.
NICE TO HAVE
- CPA, CFA, or MBA from a leading program
- Experience taking a company through late stage private funding stages and IPO
- Open-source or developer-tools experience.
Why Teleport
You're joining a company where the problem is real, the team is small, and your work shows up directly in the product. We're not a big company, you won't get lost in a crowd. You'll have the freedom and autonomy to do what you're great at, alongside teammates who care about doing it right and want to see you succeed. The work is collaborative, there's real room to grow, and the mission is one worth showing up for.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we're genuinely passionate about what we're building.
The Benefits
At Teleport, we believe your career is more important than a list of perks. That's why we focus on making your day-to-day the best it can be — giving you the autonomy, access, and support to do the best work of your career.
- Extensive health coverage
- Annual expense budget
- Rest and recovery policies that maximize your ability to recharge
- Investment in your future with retirement savings plans
- Professional development opportunities

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic’s mission is to ensure that the world safely makes the transition through transformative AI. Security is one of the clearest places where that mission plays out: the same capabilities that help attackers move faster can help defenders move faster too, and helping them use those capabilities safely and well is what this team is for. Security teams are among the earliest and most demanding users of frontier AI. They use Claude to review code at scale, find vulnerabilities before attackers do, and work through alert queues their analysts can’t keep up with. Anthropic’s Applied AI organization is building a dedicated Security team to help them do this well, and we are looking for its first leader.
You will build this team from zero. You’ll decide which security customers the team serves first, who you hire and in what order, and how the team works with Sales, Applied AI Engineering, and our security, legal, and trust partners. You’ll also stay hands-on with a few of our most important security customers, because what you learn in those accounts becomes the playbook for everyone else. You’ll also set the standard for how security customers use Claude responsibly, including where a person has to review the output before anyone acts on it.
What you’ll do
Hire, onboard, and develop the first Applied AI Architects on the Security team. Coach senior and early-career architects differently, and give each one clear goals.
Decide where the team spends its time: which segments and account types come first, which deals get architect coverage, and how to say no clearly when demand outruns headcount.
Partner with security account executives on joint account plans, regular pipeline and forecast reviews, and deals where the customer’s security review sets the close date.
Guide customers from discovery through evaluations and proofs of concept with written success criteria. Then take them from one-time code scans to sustained workloads: application security in the development lifecycle, continuous automated penetration testing, alert triage and investigation, and vulnerability and threat intelligence.
Work alongside the security ISVs, systems integrators, and managed security providers already in our customers’ accounts. Keep a clear line between what Anthropic delivers and what partners deliver.
Bring in Applied AI Engineers and our security, legal, and trust teams when a customer’s build or review needs them.
Write the first security playbooks, reference implementations, and evaluation approaches. Bring what you learn back to Product, Engineering, and Research, so Claude becomes more useful and more trustworthy for defenders at the same time.
Carry a small number of strategic security accounts yourself, from executive briefings with CISOs to hands-on workshops with their engineers.
You may be a good fit if you
Have 12+ years of industry experience with at least 4 years managing a team of customer-facing technical people, such as solutions architects, sales engineers, or security consultants, and can show how the team grew and performed under you.
Have hands-on security depth in at least one area, such as application security, detection and response, offensive security, or vulnerability management, deep enough that practitioners trust your judgment
. Application security experience highly preferred.
Have used LLMs for real security work, such as code review, vulnerability discovery, triage, or investigation, and can say where they helped and where they failed.
Have worked large enterprise security deals end to end, including customer security reviews, in close partnership with sales.
Care about making AI both safe and useful for defenders, and can explain security risk and value to a CISO and to the engineers who will run the work, in terms each one cares about.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$1
—
$2 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

An overview of this role
As the Corporate Development Director, you'll help influence how GitLab invests to win: what we build, what we buy, where we partner, and what we should not pursue. This role sits within the Corporate Development & Strategic Partnerships team, reporting to the VP, Corporate Development & Strategic Partnerships.
This role straddles strategy and M&A engagements. You'll lead research that frames GitLab's options: mapping the markets in and around our AI-powered DevSecOps platform, testing where we have a right to win, and turning that into clear recommendations for the executive team. When the answer is to acquire, you'll drive the deal process end to end, from outreach through close and integration.
Success here is not measured by deal count. It looks like sharper strategic choices: a well-reasoned point of view on our priority markets, investment theses that product and executive leaders rely on, acquisitions that speed up the roadmap when buying is the right answer, and an educated no when it isn't. You'll own the wider market perspective rather than individual product categories, and work with the team's Analyst on the research behind it.
What you'll do
Strategy and research
Own the wider market view.
Research the broader market GitLab competes in, beyond specific product categories: competitive dynamics, AI-native entrants, technology shifts and where value is moving. Collaborate with the team's Analyst on the research and turn the findings into a clear point of view on where GitLab should play.
Build an investment thesis for each focus area.
Work with Product and Engineering leaders to define the problems worth solving, the capabilities GitLab needs, and what it would cost in time and money to get there on our own.
Own the competitive and landscape view.
Maintain market maps and a current read on GitLab's competitors: their strategy, product direction, positioning, pricing, and M&A and funding activity. Produce competitor analyses that show where we lead, where we're exposed and how rivals are likely to move. Flag shifts by competitors, hyperscalers and AI labs that change our options, and bring the implications to Product and the executive team.
Define where GitLab should not play.
Identify adjacencies that dilute focus and markets where the economics or competition work against us. Make the case for a no with the same rigor as a yes.
Build, buy or partner
Run the build, buy, partner analysis.
For each strategic gap, compare the options side by side on speed, cost, risk, control and strategic fit, and bring a clear recommendation.
Deliver strategic clarity to
executives and the Board.
Produce short strategy memos/decks and business cases that set out the decision, the trade-offs and what we give up with each path.
Feed company strategy and planning.
Bring an outside-in view of the market and the inorganic options available into annual and long-range planning.
Work hand in hand with Strategic Partnerships.
When partnering is the right answer, frame the opportunity and hand it to the partnership owner with a clear thesis. When it isn't, explain why.
Deal execution and integration
Own end-to-end deal process management.
Validate target fit against GitLab's our target profile, product roadmap and other criteria, and build the acquisition rationale and business case. Drive our M&A process from intro call through the various steps through to closing and integration.
Evaluate the deal.
Develop valuation, commercial integrity assessment, impact on GitLab's business and provide negotiations assistance to the VP and the executive team.
Lead cross-functional diligence.
Run pre-LOI validation and diligence across Product, Engineering, Security, Finance, Legal and People, and communicate findings clearly.
Drive deal documents with Legal.
Prepare NDAs, LOIs and purchase agreements with GitLab Legal and outside counsel.
Own integration outcomes.
Lead post-acquisition integration as the DRI, measured against the roadmap and business goals in the business case. Bring lessons learned back into the strategy work.
Build the external network.
Maintain relationships with founders, executives, investors, bankers and advisors that bring us early insight and pipeline.
What you'll bring
Strategy and deal experience.
8+ years across corporate development, corporate strategy, strategy consulting or technology investing, including 5+ years leading acquisitions end to end in enterprise software.
Structured strategic thinking.
You form a point of view from incomplete information, test it against data, and change your mind when the evidence says so. You're as comfortable recommending that we stay out of a market as that we enter it.
Market research depth.
Skilled in market sizing, competitive analysis and landscape mapping, and in turning research into a recommendation, not a report.
Deal craft.
Skilled in valuation, financial modeling, deal structuring, negotiation and integration planning, with experience across varied consideration structures.
Technical fluency.
A working understanding of software development, DevSecOps and the AI landscape, enough to hold substantive conversations with product and engineering leaders about roadmaps and architecture.
Clear executive communication.
You write short, decision-ready updates and present trade-offs plainly to executives and the Board, in an async-first environment.
Influence without authority.
You build trust across Product, Engineering, Finance and Legal and move decisions forward across functions.
Ownership with collaboration.
You own the strategic view and the recommendation, and partner closely with the team's Analyst on research and analysis.
Preferred:
familiarity with the DevSecOps, security, AI and open source ecosystems.
You value the
all remote
lifestyle and share our
values
.
About the team
The Corporate Development & Strategic Partnerships team helps GitLab decide how to grow beyond what we build on our own. We own inorganic strategy: acquisitions, strategic partnerships with hyperscalers and AI labs, and the research that tells us which to pursue and which to pass on.
We work across Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal and the executive group. We set direction and do the detailed work ourselves, with a high degree of ownership and transparency in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.

Who we are looking for
Everyone at Higgsfield is an A-player. We’re looking for teammates who bring:
- A strong product sense and an understanding of how interface decisions affect conversion, retention and revenue.
- The ability to design clear user states and in-product communication, not just build screens.
- Broad context over narrow specialization: comfort working across product verticals and monetization mechanics.

What you will work on
- Build the revenue-critical parts of Higgsfield products: paywalls, pricing pages, checkout and subscription flows used by millions of people.

Why work at Higgsfield AI?
Higgsfield AI http://higgsfield.ai/ is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of the Fortune 500 brands.
We’re building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining the Growth team means designing the monetization engine behind that growth: every element you ship is measured in revenue.
Who we are looking for
Everyone at Higgsfield is an A-player. We’re looking for teammates who bring:
- Strong product thinking and a deep understanding of product logic, user states and how design affects conversion and revenue.
- The ability to think in scenarios, not screens: who sees what, when and why.
- A sense of balance in user communication: honest with the user, but never underselling the product.
- A drive to move fast, iterate constantly and scale what works.
- Readiness to thrive in a high-intensity startup environment, where priorities shift fast.
- The ability to collaborate closely with PMs, analysts and engineers.
What you will work on
- Design revenue-critical experiences: paywalls, pricing pages, checkout, upsells and subscription flows.
- Design onboarding and in-product communication that is clear, honest and makes the path to purchase simple.
- Map out user states across cohorts, plans and lifecycle stages. Even a single banner can have 6–7 variations, and you decide who sees which one.
- Work with PMs and analysts to turn data and experiment results into design decisions.
- Build rapid prototypes, run A/B tests and scale winning ideas.
- Craft clear, high-quality UI for web and mobile within the Higgsfield design system.
Your must haves
- A portfolio of launched consumer products (B2C, subscription or AI products are a big plus).
- Experience designing paywalls, onboarding, pricing or other monetization flows.
- Experience with A/B testing and an understanding of conversion and retention metrics.
- Strong UX and logic skills: you can design complex state systems, edge cases and user scenarios.
- Solid visual design skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a cross-functional team.

About Higgsfield
http://higgsfield.ai/Higgsfield.ai http://Higgsfield.ai is the fastest-growing generative AI platform in the world. Creators use Higgsfield to produce video, images and interactive content with 200+ frontier models, at a scale few consumer products ever reach: we grew revenue 2x in the last quarter and crossed $1B in annualized cash revenue in September 2026.
We recently closed a $500M funding round at a $5B valuation to accelerate what’s working. The company is small relative to its revenue, decisions are fast, and the distance between an idea and production is measured in days.
About the role
You will join the Product Growth team, which owns all of Higgsfield’s revenue and measures its results in money, not process. Product Growth is the fastest-shipping team at Higgsfield, with 80+ releases a month. You will own one of our verticals, Lifecycle, with end-to-end ownership of conversion, retention and engagement: turning new users into paying subscribers, paying subscribers into habitual users, and consumers into prosumers.
We are looking for a PM who treats growth as an engineering problem, not a campaign calendar. You should be comfortable going from cohort data to shipped product in the same week, defending every claimed win with honest attribution, and understanding the full picture behind the numbers: why users buy, why they leave, and what brings them back. This is a hands-on role with direct impact on the largest line items in the business, where small mistakes are expensive.
Key responsibilities
- Own conversion and activation: onboarding flows, paywalls, aha-moment design and time-to-first-value.
- Build engagement systems and in-product communication: tasks, streaks, rewards and notifications that create durable habits rather than one-off spikes.
- Own churn end-to-end: voluntary churn (cancellation flows, save offers, plan right-sizing) and involuntary churn (dunning, payment recovery, grace periods).
- Run winback as a system: offer architecture, timing and channel orchestration for cancelled and dormant cohorts.
- Drive expansion and additional revenue: upsells, plan upgrades and credit top-ups from engaged cohorts.
- Go deep on users and data: behavioral segmentation, cohort deep-dives and insights that feed every team in Product Growth.
- Work closely with analysts: set clear analytical tasks, find insights in the data and turn them into product decisions.
- Look beyond a single metric: understand unit economics and how each change affects the business as a whole.
Minimum qualifications
- A proven, personal contribution to scaling a business. You can name the curve you bent and the mechanism that bent it. Big-company experience alone is not enough.
- A track record of owning conversion, retention, engagement or monetization metrics, ideally in a subscription business.
- Strong data skills: cohorts, retention curves, segmentation. You can build your own queries and know how to work with analysts effectively.
- Hands-on experience with unit economics and shaping business strategy. You work end-to-end, from forming a hypothesis to forecasting its impact on the business.
- Measurement discipline: frequent experiments, honest attribution and guard metrics.
- Fast thinking: you get up to speed on new context quickly and come to concrete answers, not general frameworks.
- A technical background is not required for this role.
Preferred qualifications
- Founding or entrepreneurial experience. We value it even if you have less than 2–3 years as a PM.
- Zero-to-one experience: you have launched a product and grown it.
- A track record of at least 4x year-over-year growth driven by your decisions.
- Background in consumer AI, subscriptions, gaming or a credits-based economy.
- Experience with payments, payment recovery tooling or CRM/lifecycle platforms.
Who this is not for
- You prefer working from complete specifications rather than defining problems yourself.
- You want a narrow, predictable scope and a stable schedule.
- You are looking for a slower release cycle. We ship daily.
How we hire
Recruiter screen → product case → take-home assignment → defense → final interview.
During the case, you’ll get context and around 10–15 minutes to give a concrete answer. We’re looking for specific solutions, not general reasoning.
What we offer
- Competitive compensation in USD with meaningful equity in a hyper-growth company valued at $5B.
- A team that owns its P&L end-to-end: you will see your work in the revenue numbers within weeks, not quarters.
- Direct access to founders and leadership, with zero layers between you and the decision.
- Relocation support to Almaty for candidates moving from another city or country.
- Company-provided equipment, meals, transportation or other office benefits.
This is a fully on-site role based in our Almaty office. Our team works from the office five days per week for the full working day. We believe in-person collaboration is an important part of how we move quickly, solve complex problems and build strong teams.

Are you comfortable navigating complex software systems, working with coding agents, and defining what makes developer tools actually useful? Do you want to shape how developers and AI work together inside IDEs?
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
Agentic development is changing how software gets built. Developers no longer just chat with AI – they delegate tasks, run parallel agent sessions, and steer autonomous changes. As agents take on more work, reviewing and owning the output is becoming the hardest part of the process.
JetBrains Air is our open system for agentic development. It brings tools like Codex, GitHub Copilot, Claude Agent, Gemini, and Junie directly into JetBrains IDEs, providing an agentic-first user experience.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead key areas of Air. You’ll take ownership of high-impact workflows, work closely with cross-functional teams (including software engineers, designers, ML researchers, analysts, DevRel, and product marketing), and turn technical complexity into clear product direction.
Day to day, you will:
Take end-to-end ownership of key parts of Air in JetBrains IDEs, driving work from problem framing and discovery to delivery, adoption, and iteration.
Define and refine core agentic workflows, including task delegation, session monitoring, steering, and code review.
Model complex user flows, system states, permissions, and integration schemes to guide engineering and design decisions.
Maintain a transparent roadmap that balances quick improvements with long-term strategic investments.
Define telemetry, design experiments, analyze product data, and make evidence-based roadmap decisions.
Study how developers interact with leading AI agents and tools to inform product priorities.
Engage with the Agent Client Protocol (ACP) ecosystem and collaborate with partners building on it.
Partner with enterprise sales and support teams to address governance, privacy, and control requirements.
What you’ll bring
A systems-thinking mindset that easily breaks down complex architectures, workflows, and dependencies.
A data-driven approach to product decisions, including hands-on experience querying and analyzing telemetry.
Active personal experience using coding agents and clear perspectives on where current AI tools succeed and fail.
Strong product intuition for complex technical user experiences and developer workflows.
Clear, concise, and collaborative communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply and build alignment across diverse groups of stakeholders.
Comfort navigating fast-changing technical landscapes with high ambiguity.
What you’ll need
Proven experience shipping end-user products as a product manager or in a similar role.
Strong technical grounding in software development workflows, including IDEs, git, code review, CI/CD, and package management.
A hands-on technical background sufficient to collaborate closely with software and ML engineers.
An understanding of core AI and agent concepts, including tool use, protocols (MCP/ACP), context retrieval, evaluations, and latency/cost trade-offs.
The ability to write SQL or Python to analyze product metrics and experiment results independently.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
What success looks like
In your first 6 to 12 months, success in this role means:
Driving measurable growth in active Air users and improving weekly/monthly retention (D7/D30).
Increasing agent session completion rates and the proportion of agent-generated changes accepted by developers.
Establishing clear, telemetry-backed decisions across your product roadmap areas.
Delivering validated product hypotheses consistently each quarter.
Contributing directly to JetBrains AI revenue growth and overall IDE value.
Why join JetBrains?
Strong base salary – We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience.
Flexible work schedule – Enjoy the freedom to work from home or from the office.
Extra time off – More days to relax, recharge, and do the things you love.
Learning and development opportunities – Access to conferences, courses, and language classes.
Free meals and snacks – Lunch and refreshments provided to keep you fueled.
Health and wellness – On-site gyms or sports club stipends.
Internal events – Company-wide celebrations and team gatherings.
We are an equal opportunity employer. We know great ideas can come from anyone, anywhere. That’s why we do our best to create an open and inclusive workplace – one that welcomes everyone regardless of their background, identity, religion, age, accessibility needs, or orientation.
If this sounds like a challenge you'd enjoy, send us your resume and a short note on why you're interested in Air.

Our official partners include the National Football Team of Ukraine, FC Barcelona, Lifecell, FACEIT and VISA.
The future of Web3 starts with you: join us as a DevOps Engineer with Big Data Skills!
Requirements
We're looking for a DevOps engineer with 4+ years of hands-on experience, at least 2 of them spent building and running data or analytics infrastructure. You've designed systems that move, store, and serve data at scale. Warehouse maintenance is part of your daily routine, and writing Python, Bash, or SQL scripts is second nature. You treat data security as a core responsibility: you protect confidentiality, enforce zero-trust, least-privilege access, and automate everything you touch. Solid IaC skills are a must.
IaC & CI/CD:
Production experience with Terraform, Ansible, and Helm, plus CI/CD systems (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or ArgoCD). We expect you to design pipelines, not just use them.
Containerization:
Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, including running data workloads on it (like Spark on Kubernetes, stateful services, operators).
Cloud:
Solid experience with AWS (S3, EC2, EMR, Redshift, Glue, IAM) or an equivalent cloud provider.
Linux & Networking:
Solid Linux administration skills and foundational networking knowledge relevant to distributed systems.
Analytical Databases:
Hands-on operation of ClickHouse and/or the Hadoop ecosystem (HDFS, Hive, YARN), including cluster setup, tuning, and scaling.
Data Warehouses:
Practical experience with Snowflake or Redshift, covering warehouse sizing, workload management, performance tuning, and cost control.
Large Databases:
Experience administering databases at terabyte scale: replication, backup and restore strategies, partitioning, and migrations with minimal downtime.
SQL & Scripting:
Strong SQL skills, including reading execution plans and optimizing heavy queries. Confident in Python and Bash for automation, data parsing, and investigation.
Data Lakes & Object Storage:
Working knowledge of S3-compatible storage, columnar formats, partitioning strategies, and data lifecycle management.
Orchestration & Streaming:
Familiarity with Airflow (or similar orchestrators) and Kafka, and how they fit into data pipelines.
Extra Credit / Big Pluses
Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Superset, or similar BI tools, including administration, performance tuning, and data source design.
Hands-on experience with dbt and analytics engineering practices.
Experience with open table formats (Apache Iceberg, Delta Lake, Hudi) and query engines like Trino/Presto or Athena.
FinOps experience in data platforms: managing Snowflake credits, Redshift clusters, and storage costs at scale.
Spark performance tuning and job optimization.
Change data capture (CDC) with Debezium or similar tools.
Data quality tooling (Great Expectations, Soda) integrated into CI/CD.
Golang or Rust tooling experience.
Knowledge of data governance and compliance (GDPR, data retention, PII handling).
Understanding of business processes in the FinTech/Banking/Crypto sector.
Responsibilities
Infrastructure Ownership:
Own the infrastructure behind our data and analytics platform, from provisioning to daily operations. Keep it reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient as data volumes grow.
Infrastructure as Code:
Provision and configure all data infrastructure with Terraform, Ansible, and Helm.
CI/CD Pipelines:
Build and maintain delivery pipelines for both infrastructure and data code (ETL jobs, Airflow DAGs, dbt models, schema migrations), with automated testing, safe rollouts, and fast rollback.
Database & Warehouse Operations:
Maintain ClickHouse, Snowflake, Redshift, and вPostgreSQL at multi-terabyte scale, handling replication, backups, upgrades, capacity planning, and disaster recovery.
Data Lake Storage:
