ABOUT PEEC AI
Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.
We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, that went from $0 to $15M ARR in 18 months, with a 100+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our New York office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for our first FP&A Manager in NYC to join as the analytical backbone of our Finance team. This is a strategic finance role: you'll own the financial model, run forecasting cycles, define the KPI framework, and produce the dashboards and finance packs that leadership and the board use to steer the business. Working alongside the Head of Finance, you'll partner with commercial leads on budget ownership and spend decisions, support investor reporting and fundraising, and collaborate with our Business Systems Lead to shape the data infrastructure. You'll have a seat in strategy discussions and real influence over how we think about growth, so if you've spent a few years in FP&A at a B2B SaaS company and want more ownership and impact, this is it.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
MODELING & FORECASTING
- Maintain and evolve the company’s financial model end to end: P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and headcount plan
- Run monthly and quarterly forecasting cycles, including reforecast vs. budget variance analysis
- Build scenario and sensitivity analyses to support business decisions - revenue segmentation, cohort analysis, pricing, hiring, opex, international expansion
REPORTING & KPIS
- Own the KPI framework: define, track, and report on the metrics that matter across the business
- Tie the financial model directly into business rhythm, monthly and quarterly goal steering with commercial leads
- Build and maintain management dashboards in collaboration with the Business Systems team
BUSINESS PARTNERING
- Partner with department heads on budget ownership, headcount tracking, and spend variance
- Translate financial data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations for non-finance stakeholders
- Steer the month-end close process across the business and coordinate with our external accounting firm
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 3–5 years in FP&A or strategic finance at a high-growth B2B SaaS startup or scale-up: you’ve worked closely with commercial teams and understand how software businesses operate
- Strong financial modeling skills: you build models from scratch, not just maintain templates. Excel is your home turf!
- Experience with investor reporting, board materials, and fundraising support
- Comfortable as a power user of BI tools and dashboards (Chartmogul, Looker, Power BI, or similar)
- An exceptional communicator who can present numbers to non-finance stakeholders and turn data into decisions
BONUS POINTS
- Previous IB or VC analyst experience
- Experience with multi-entity setups or US business context (we’re expanding internationally)
- Python or SQL skills for querying data from other systems
WHAT WE OFFER
- Exciting and challenging work with real impact and ownership at one of Europe’s fastest-growing Series A startups
- A strategic seat at the table, you’ll be in the room where decisions are made
- Competitive salary and meaningful equity: everyone at Peec owns a piece of the upside
- Regular team events and off-sites
- Daily paid dinners & Uber home when working late
- The most beautiful office space and work environment in NYC + Berlin
Location: Boston; California; Pennsylvania; Florida; New York; Massachusetts; Virginia; Washington State; Colorado; New Jersey; Georgia; Texas
Workplace: Remote

We give technical teams the freedom of code with the speed of no-code, so they can automate faster, smarter, and without limits. Backed by a fiercely inventive community and 500+ builder-approved integrations, we’re changing the way people bring systems together and scale ideas for impact.
Since our founding in 2019, we’ve grown into a diverse team of over 260 - working across Europe and the US, connected by a shared builder spirit and with our centre of gravity in Berlin. Along the way, we’ve:
- Cultivated a community of more than 650,000 active developers and builders
- Earned 190K+ GitHub stars, making us one of the world’s Top 40 most popular projects
- Backed by top investors, from Sequoia’s first German seed to our SAP's recent strategic investment - bringing us to a $5.2bn valuation
That’s the company we’ve built. Now we’d love to see what you can build. If you’re applying, try n8n out - whether you’re technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register.
We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
🎯 Your main goal will be to turn n8n’s most strategic enterprise deployments into production-ready success stories by embedding on-site, solving real customer problems, and building reusable automation patterns that shape our product.
To do so, you’ll work directly with customers, Deployment Strategists, and Product to make every engagement high-impact, scalable, and repeatable:
Drive high-impact enterprise deployments
Embed on-site with enterprise customers for focused 5-day deployment engagements, arriving with a hypothesis and leaving with production workflows in place.
Partner closely with Deployment Strategists to align technical execution with customer priorities, stakeholder needs, and adoption goals.
Build trust with technical and non-technical stakeholders by turning complex customer environments into clear, actionable solutions.
Build production-grade automation solutions
Design and build workflows, integrations, and custom nodes tailored to each customer’s environment and scalable beyond the initial use case.
Extend existing n8n nodes or add missing functionality where needed to unlock high-value enterprise use cases.
Translate ambiguous business problems into concrete automation designs that prioritize real customer value over technical complexity.
Work across industries and tech stacks, getting productive quickly in new environments.
Bridge customer needs with Product and Engineering
Identify when a bespoke customer requirement should become a reusable node improvement, product feature, or platform capability.
Create a clear feedback loop with Product and Engineering by documenting technical gaps, customer context, implementation learnings, and prioritization signals.
Contribute reusable learnings, workflows, custom nodes, and integration patterns to an internal playbook library.
Turn customer learnings into product and playbooks
Identify when a bespoke customer requirement should become a core product feature and document it clearly for Product.
Contribute reusable learnings, workflows, and patterns to an internal playbook library.
Help ensure every engagement makes the next one faster, stronger, and more productized.
Keep engagements focused and scalable
Deliver time-boxed customer engagements with clear outcomes, rather than open-ended professional services work.
Build solutions that customers can own and operate themselves.
Know when to build, when to simplify, and when to push back to avoid unnecessary complexity.
REQUIREMENTS
Must-haves
🧑💻 Strong engineering background: You have solid full-stack or backend engineering experience and have built integrations, APIs, or automation pipelines in production environments.
🧩 Integration-building expertise: You can create custom nodes, extend existing integrations, and work confidently with APIs, authentication patterns, data models, and event-driven systems.
🔧 Product-minded technical execution: You can distinguish between a one-off customer workaround, a reusable node improvement, and a product feature worth escalating.
🤝 Customer-facing confidence: You’re comfortable working directly in customer environments and can build trust with engineers, operators, and non-technical stakeholders.
🗺️ Solution design skills: You can take a messy operational problem and turn it into a clean, practical technical design.
⚖️ Strong technical judgment: You know when to build, when to push back, and how to avoid gold-plating solutions that should stay simple.
✈️ Willingness to travel: You’re open to travelling roughly 30-50% of the time for on-site engagements.
⚡ Speed to productive: You can quickly understand new industries, tech stacks, and customer environments without needing everything to be neatly defined.
Nice-to-haves
🔁 Workflow automation experience: You have familiarity with n8n or similar workflow automation tools.
🏢 Enterprise deployment experience: You’ve worked with strategic enterprise accounts in complex technical environments.
🧱 Node or connector development: You’ve built custom nodes, connectors, plugins, SDKs, or reusable integration frameworks.
🚀 Forward deployed experience: You’ve worked in a forward deployed, solutions engineering, or similar role at a product-led technical organization.
📣 Product feedback experience: You’ve helped turn customer learnings into clear product feedback, roadmap input, or engineering specifications.
Why join us?
At n8n, you’ll be the founding Forward Deployed Engineer, helping define how we turn our largest enterprise deployments into long-term, referenceable success stories. Your work won’t sit in a demo environment — you’ll build production workflows with real users, influence our product roadmap, and create the playbooks that shape how this function scales.
You’ll join one of Europe’s fastest-growing startups at a moment of huge momentum, working with a remote-first team that values autonomy, speed, experimentation, and direct customer impact.
Sound like a challenge you’re excited to take on?
Apply now — and help us build the future of automation.

WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
Why this role?
In this role, you will have ownership of the full sales cycle - from identifying leads to closing deals with Global 2000 across Sweden, Denmark and Norway in telecommunications, financial services, industrial manufacturing, energy and utilities, and healthcare and life sciences. Sovereignty and control over where data and models reside are growing priorities across these sectors, and Cohere is well positioned to meet that need with private, on-premise and in-country deployment built for enterprise scale. We’re looking for an approachable and compelling communicator who loves working with prospects to uncover their needs and feels comfortable developing tailored value propositions around how Cohere’s platform can help them achieve their business goals. You’ll lay the foundation for Cohere’s growth by owning your territory and collaborating with teammates across customer success, sales development, marketing, and solution architecture.
As a Senior Account Executive, you will:
- Drive net-new customer acquisition across Sweden, Denmark and Norway via targeted outbound activity, executive introductions, and relationship building with key stakeholders
- Own the full sales cycle – from initial outreach, technical and business validation, through deal close
- Support coverage of adjacent Nordic accounts as territory priorities require
- Generate and own your own pipeline through disciplined outbound, research and executive prospecting
- Be a trusted advisor to customer prospects, deeply understand their challenges & goals, and tailor solutions to drive impact for their businesses
- Leverage senior-level relationships with executives to drive strategic partnerships and sales opportunities
- Align closely with our partners and systems integrators to drive shared revenue and extend reach into target accounts
- Work cross-functionally across the business, drawing in the right technical and specialist colleagues as each engagement requires
- Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives and Marketing to supplement your own top of funnel activity
You may be a good fit if you have:
- Fluent in at least one Nordic language – Swedish, Norwegian or Danish – in addition to English; additional Nordic languages are a strong advantage
- 10+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience with Global 2000 and large enterprise customers along with experience negotiating & closing transformational 7-figure deals
- Depth in at least two of our priority sectors: financial services, telecommunications, energy and utilities, manufacturing, healthcare and life sciences
- A hunter mentality - you take pride in generating your own pipeline and are at your best when building a territory rather than managing an inherited one
- A proven track record of high performance and exceeding quotas
- Experience building and maintaining senior-level relationships with executives
- Experience working alongside channel partners and systems integrators to drive sales cycles and hit shared revenue goals
- Excellent communication skills - you are a great listener, have a knack for understanding what matters most to others & building strong relationships, experienced presenting to a C-suite audience, and feel comfortable speaking to both technical and non-technical customer prospects
Additional Requirements:
- Experience selling complex enterprise level solutions, technical products, and private or on-premise deployments (AI/NLP solutions preferred)
- Familiarity with European data residency, sovereignty and regulatory requirements as live buying criteria
- High tolerance for ambiguity - this is an early-stage territory without an established local playbook, and you'll need to be both a doer and a strategist
- Creativity - deal structures can widely vary, strong technical acumen and the ability to creatively structure mutually beneficial partnerships are necessary
FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES AT COHERE ENJOY THESE PERKS:
- A weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or equivalent in your local currency for lunch.
- Full health and dental benefits, including a separate budget for mental health.
- RRSP matching, 401K, Pension Scheme.
- 100% Parental Leave top-up for up to 6 months, for either parent.
- Annual enrichment benefits:
Arts & culture, fitness/wellness, quality time, and a workspace improvement credit.
Education & learning stipend for conferences, courses, and coaching.
- 6 weeks of paid vacation (30 working days!)
- Budget for traveling to other offices if you are remote, plus an annual company offsite.
HOW AND WHERE WE WORK:
- Cohere is remote-friendly, but we also have offices in Toronto, London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul with more opening soon.
- For those in the office: a daily lunch program, plenty of snacks, and regular community and social events.
- For those not near an office: a co-working benefit so you can work alongside others in your city.
- Everyone receives a $500 home office stipend to set up your workspace properly.
If any of the above doesn’t line up exactly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
We strive to create an inclusive work environment for all; we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are committed to providing equal opportunities. Should you require any accommodations during the recruitment process, please submit an Accommodations Request Form https://docs.google.com/forms/d/12a6IrLdF3kI2nonKSr4tiFuz18rLQbaeYV-JM9L4o9Q/edit, and we will work together to meet your needs.
We may use AI-enabled tools to screen and assess applicants against the criteria for this position. This helps our recruiters identify potentially qualified candidates, but it doesn't limit the applications our recruiters may review or consider.
Beware of Scams: Cohere will never ask for payment or third-party services (e.g., CV writing) as part of our hiring process. All legitimate roles are listed on the Cohere careers page and LinkedIn only, with all communications from Cohere employees coming from an @cohere.com or @cw.cohere email alias. SIE is a dynamic technology company, delivering cutting-edge hardware and network services to more than 100 million people and an entertainment leader, home to some of the most beloved and recognizable intellectual properties (IP) in the world. Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.
Role Overview:
As a Senior / Staff Data Scientist, you will help shape how PlayStation measures the impact of products, features and commercial initiatives through world-class experimentation, causal inference and applied data science.
Working at the intersection of data science, machine learning, product and commercial strategy, you will develop innovative measurement methodologies, define best practices, and provide technical leadership that enables teams across PlayStation to make faster, more confident business decisions.
This role goes beyond traditional A/B testing. You will solve complex measurement problems where controlled experiments are difficult or impossible, applying modern causal inference, statistical modelling and machine learning techniques to generate robust business insights. What You'll Be Doing:
Develop innovative measurement methodologies across experimentation, causal inference and advanced analytics that improve the quality, reliability and scalability of business decision-making across PlayStation.
Design robust measurement approaches across randomised experiments, quasi-experimental methods and observational causal inference where controlled experimentation is impractical.
Research, evaluate and prototype statistical, machine learning and AI techniques to solve complex real-world measurement challenges.
Apply advanced data science and machine learning techniques where appropriate to complement experimentation and support complex business decisions.
Define and promote best practices for experiment design, statistical analysis and causal measurement across multiple product and business teams, helping scale experimentation across PlayStation.
Partner closely with senior business leaders, product managers, engineers and analysts to identify high-impact measurement opportunities and ensure product and commercial decisions are supported by rigorous evidence.
Partner with engineering teams to influence the evolution of PlayStation's experimentation platform and measurement capabilities, ensuring statistical best practices are embedded into future platform development.
Provide technical leadership across multiple product and commercial domains, influencing measurement strategy, analytical standards and long-term technical direction through expertise and collaboration.
Mentor and develop analysts and data scientists, helping raise technical capability and analytical excellence across the team.
Champion a culture of evidence-based decision-making by educating stakeholders, sharing best practices, and communicating advances in experimentation, causal inference and applied data science.
Stay current with emerging developments in statistics, machine learning and AI, identifying opportunities to improve measurement capabilities and analytical workflows.
Represent the team across PlayStation, building strong partnerships, engaging senior stakeholders, and promoting technical excellence in data science and experimentation.
What We're Looking For:
Required:

👋 A LITTLE ABOUT US
We’re building the best platform for authoring, publishing, and maintaining world-class docs. Close to 40,000 sign-ups per month, over 100k Monthly Active Users, used by 2M+ people and thousands of teams like Zoom, FedEx, Nvidia, Snyk, and Google. We’re profitable, backed by P9 Capital, Notion Capital, and Fly VC, and our amazing team is spread across 15 countries in North America, Europe, and Asia.
Our enterprise motion is growing, and the way we reach those buyers is changing. Docs are bought by engineering leaders, platform teams, and developer experience owners, people who don't answer cold emails but do show up at conferences, dinners, hackathons, and community meetups. Field marketing is how we get in front of them.
Today our event activity is opportunistic: a booth here, a sponsored dinner there, a webinar when someone has time. There's no tiering model, no consistent follow-up motion, and no reliable way to say which events created the (right) pipeline. This role owns all of it.
This is a new function at GitBook. You'd be the first person to own it.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the global event calendar: Decide which industry tradeshows and conferences we show up at, at what level, and why and then run them end to end: sponsorship negotiation, booth, staffing, messaging, budget, and on-site execution.
- Build activation around the big moments: The booth is rarely where the deals happen. You'll design the side-events that surround a conference such as curated dinners, executive roundtables, breakfast briefings, happy hours, and build the guest lists around accounts we actually want in the room.
- Create GitBook's own events: Design and run owned formats that people want to attend because of what they are, not because we sponsored them. Roadshows, customer summits, docs-focused meetups, launch moments. You'll define the format, the content arc, and the experience.
- Experiment with community activation: Work with our DevRel colleagues on hackathons, docs sprints, and community events. Some will work and some won't; you'll run them as experiments with a clear read on what happened.
- Own online events: Webinars, virtual roundtables, and livestreams, you’ll be either running them yourself or coordinating the team members who do.
- Build the tiering model: Define what a Tier 1, 2, and 3 event looks like at GitBook: spend bands, staffing, pre- and post-event motion, and the bar an event has to clear to earn each tier.
- Report on pipeline, not attendance: Build the measurement model for events: cost per opportunity, event-sourced and event-influenced pipeline, target-account attendance, and conversion through to closed won.
- Make the sales follow-up motion work: Build a lightweight SLA for pre-event target lists with AEs, brief the team on what to do at the event, and build the follow-up structure that turns a badge scan into a conversation.
- Act as ABM sparring partner: Our enterprise motion runs on account-based plays. You'll be the person Sales and Marketing think out loud with on account selection, buying-committee mapping, and how field programs plug into 1:1 and 1:few plays
HOW WE'LL MEASURE SUCCESS
In your first 90 days: a tiered event calendar for the next four quarters, a working measurement model in our CRM, and a follow-up motion Sales has actually agreed to.
After that: event-sourced and event-influenced pipeline, cost per opportunity by tier, target-account penetration at Tier 1 events, and speed of follow-up.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 7–10 years in B2B SaaS marketing: you need to have a meaningful stretch of that in field marketing, event marketing, or integrated demand generation. You've run international programs, including and especially in the USA.
- A ROI mindset: You talk in opportunities and cost per opportunity, not impressions and badge scans. You've defended an event budget with numbers and you've killed events that didn't earn their place.
- Real operational range: You can negotiate a sponsorship contract, argue about booth carpet, write a good invite email, and build a Hubspot dashboard or report (or know who to ask to build it for you).
- Sales credibility: AEs will trust you or route around you. You can walk into a pipeline review, take a hard question about last quarter's spend, and answer it without getting defensive.
- Taste: Most B2B events are forgettable. We'd rather run fewer things that people remember. You should have opinions about what makes an event worth attending.
- Comfort with a technical audience: Our buyers are engineers and the people who lead them. You don't need to write code, but you need to know why developer-audience marketing fails when it's too polished.
- Ownership mindset: There's no playbook here. You'll write it: defining process, flagging problems early, and not waiting to be told what to build next.
Also, you might be coming from a field marketing role at a SaaS company that got heavier on events, an event marketing role where you started owning the pipeline number, a demand gen role with a large in-person component, or a community or DevRel role that grew a commercial edge. We care less about the label than about what you can actually do. Some travel is expected, roughly a week or two a quarter, with a potential for a week a month in the conference season peak.
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
This isn't a role where you'll manage a team from day one, and it isn't purely strategic. You'll be on the floor at the show and in the spreadsheet the week after.
It's also not brand marketing or product marketing. You'll draw on both, and you'll partner closely with them, but you're accountable for the pipeline.
If you do this well, the function grows in scope, budget, and eventually headcount. But we're hiring for someone who wants to build it from scratch, not for the version of this role that exists in two years.
👥 Join GitBook at a pivotal time as we evolve our product and team. This is a chance to shape our product, craft, and culture https://www.gitbook.com/about#open-roles.
