Kaizen Asset Management Services · Dubai, covering the UAE · Full-time · Mid level
Kaizen is seeking a commercially driven, Arabic-speaking Business Development Manager to grow its asset management portfolio across the UAE. This is a newly created role with a mandate to win new asset management mandates from landlords, family offices, private capital, institutional owners and developers with rental stock, and to generate pipeline for Kaizen’s owners association, unit management and capital markets teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Business development and pipeline
Identify and target whole-building residential and mixed-use assets across the UAE, focusing on landlords managing their own buildings or using smaller local operators, family office portfolios, institutional owners and developers’ retained stock.
Build and manage a structured pipeline in the CRM, converting relationships into signed asset management mandates.
Make the case for outsourced asset management: NOI and value growth, compliance, reporting and governance.
Attend building handovers, developer launches and industry events to secure opportunities ahead of the market.
Asset reviews, proposals and contracts
Sell the paid asset review, Kaizen’s entry point for new clients, delivered by the Director of Asset Management.
Develop tailored proposals, presentations and fee structures with the Director, Finance and operations, and take every deal through Kaizen’s deal desk.
Negotiate contracts and hand each client cleanly to the asset management team, with a full handover pack and a warm introduction.
Cross-service referrals
Introduce owners association, handover, unit management and capital markets opportunities to the relevant Kaizen teams.
Market intelligence and client relationships
Track new supply, competitor activity, ownership changes and rental trends across the UAE, and report pipeline and market intelligence to the Chief Revenue Officer.
Build long-term, trust-based relationships, and act as a cultural and linguistic bridge to the Arabic-speaking landlord and family office community.
Requirements
At least 5 years in UAE real estate, including at least 3 in business development for property or asset management, leasing or investment.
An established network of landlords, family offices and developers across the UAE.
A solid grasp of property and asset management economics: rent roll, NOI, yields and service charges, and the regulatory differences between emirates.
Proven ability to manage long sales cycles: block mandates typically take three to six months from first meeting to signature, family offices longer.
Fluent Arabic and English.
Strong negotiation, presentation and proposal skills; CRM discipline (Pipedrive; Yardi or Goyzer an advantage); Microsoft Office.
Valid UAE driving licence.
Benefits
Competitive base salary plus commission on mandates when they go live.
A newly created role at the start of Kaizen’s asset management growth, with direct access to senior leadership.
Part of an international asset management group.
Professional development and training support.

Location: Australia
The Role
Intellect delivers a clinically governed mental health programme to enterprise clients in the mining and resources sector, supporting remote and fly-in fly-out workforces across Australia, with international expansion in progress. This is not a standard EAP. Cases begin with acute risk assessment on remote sites and run through structured treatment, fitness-for-work assessment and return-to-work clearance, in direct coordination with the client's chaplaincy, medical and people teams.
The Care Account Manager is the clinical coordinator and case manager for high-risk employee cases, and the single owner of the journey from initial risk assessment through to reintegration and case closure. They hold clinical oversight of risk across the caseload, shape treatment planning with treating providers, co-develop the clinical protocols and SOPs the client operates to, and turn case activity into clinical insight the client can act on. The role is consultative, and includes delivery of counselling and psychotherapy where required. It is distinct from commercial account management, which is held separately.
Flexible hours with availability for urgent escalations during client business hours.
Responsibilities
End-to-end case management and coordination
Manage the full lifecycle of high-risk cases, from handover after the initial risk assessment through escalation, support, fitness-for-work assessment and case closure.
Monitor incoming care requests, ensure appropriate response, and assign cases to approved clinicians with the right competency and registration.
Ensure therapy sessions are scheduled, completed and documented within agreed SLAs, and coordinate with care navigators on booking.
Review the open case list for stalled items and follow up with clinicians, network partners and client contacts to keep cases moving.
Act as the third line of escalation for the helpline, after ranger and supervisor, for case clarifications and complex issues.
Treatment planning and clinical support plan orchestration
Liaise with client contacts and on-site teams for situational updates, and align an initial support plan with the treating clinician, including session volume and cadence.
Work with treating providers on case formulation and treatment goals, oversee implementation of the support plan, and track employee progress.
Manage support plan adjustments, including requesting and aligning additional sessions with the client where clinically indicated.
Support provider re-matching where the therapeutic fit is not working.
Apply cultural and contextual formulation, including for First Nations employees and isolated site-based workers.
Clinical risk oversight and governance
Review and sign off risk assessments, confirm risk tiering against the client's framework, and set review cadence and monitoring requirements.
Make the clinical decisions the pathway requires: disputed risk ratings, medical evaluation pathways where an employee declines therapy, and session credit decisions.
Ensure clinical documentation and risk assessments are completed and categorised to the client's framework and to internal SOPs.
Co-develop and maintain the clinical protocols, risk frameworks and SOPs the client's on-site teams operate to, and keep them current as the programme expands.
Hold clinical standards where operational or commercial pressure runs the other way.
Fitness-for-work and reintegration
Initiate and coordinate fitness-for-work assessments on completion of clinical support, liaising with doctors and clinical psychologists.
Communicate assessment outcomes to the client's chaplaincy and people teams and align on next steps.
Develop the reintegration plan in collaboration with client contacts, and maintain regular check-ins through reintegration, monitoring progress and flagging deterioration.
Stakeholder relationships, clinical insights and reporting
Act as the named clinical contact for the client's chaplaincy, medical and health and safety leads on individual cases, responding within the programme's operating window to queries that are frequently unscheduled and time-critical.
Produce the case tracker and monthly clinical reporting, moving beyond utilisation to presenting issues, risk patterns, outcomes and service-level themes.
Present clinical insight at client review meetings and translate it into recommendations the client's health and safety and people teams can act on.
Design and deliver clinical training and framework guidance to client-side staff who are not clinicians, and support training of internal clinicians and rangers on client-specific protocols.
Work closely with helpline operations, care excellence, clinicians and network partnerships, and feed service quality issues back to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
Registered clinical psychologist or qualified counsellor, with current registration in your jurisdiction.
Master's degree in clinical psychology, counselling or a related field.
Three to five years in clinical case management, ideally within EAP, corporate wellbeing or a high-acuity mental health setting.
Proven experience managing complex, high-risk cases from assessment to closure, in a setting where you held the decision rather than advised on it.
Experience of structured return-to-work, fitness-for-work or occupational mental health pathways.
Experience contributing to clinical protocols, risk frameworks or SOPs, and working within strict guidelines.
Demonstrated experience managing stakeholders in a corporate or large-organisation client-facing role.
Based in Australia with the right to work. Perth or another AWST location strongly preferred; other states considered only where 07:00 to 19:00 AWST can be reliably worked.
Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to convey clinical concepts clearly to non-clinical stakeholders, and written English that stands up in client-facing clinical documentation.
Desirable
AHPRA registration.
Understanding of fly-in fly-out and mining culture, and the pressures of remote, high-risk work environments.
Familiarity with Australian psychosocial risk and work health and safety obligations.
Experience of multi-stakeholder coordination across internal clinicians, external partners, HR and client contacts.

For this role, we use a take-home challenge that mirrors real work at Teleport — on your time, your way. You'll have support from the team throughout.
1. Zoom meeting with a Teleport recruiter. You’ll learn about the company, our products, compensation philosophy, interview process, and key requirements.
2. Zoom meeting with the Hiring Manager. The Hiring Manager will walk you through the coding challenge and answer your questions.
3. Coding challenge collaboration. The day after your meeting with the Hiring Manager, you join a Slack channel and complete a coding challenge in Go https://github.com/gravitational/careers/blob/main/challenges/systems/challenge-1.md using GitHub. The challenge usually takes about 2 weeks and ends with a Zoom meeting with the Hiring Manager and a member of the interview team to review your solution.

Why Teleport
You're joining a company where the problem is real, the team is small, and your work shows up directly in the product. We're not a big company, you won't get lost in a crowd. Solvd Inc. is a rapidly growing AI-native consulting and technology services firm delivering enterprise transformation across cloud, data, software engineering, and artificial intelligence. We work with industry-leading organizations to design, build, and operationalize technology solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Following the acquisition of Tooploox, a premier AI and product development company, Solvd now offers true end-to-end delivery—from strategic advisory and solution design to custom AI development and enterprise-scale implementation. Our capability centers combine deep technical expertise, proven delivery methodologies, and sector-specific knowledge to address complex business challenges quickly and effectively.
Solvd Cloud, Infra, Data & Security is growing fast, and our architecture leadership needs to keep up. We need someone who can take an unclear problem, define it, design the answer, and make sure it ships. You'll set technical direction across cloud, infrastructure, and data. You'll shape engagements and roadmaps before they're committed. And you'll stay close enough to delivery that what we design is what gets built. We operate AI-first: you'll use AI as a daily tool to move faster and multiply what you and the teams around you can deliver.
There will be ambiguity. That's the job. The plans don't exist yet, and you'll help write them.
WHY THIS ROLE, WHY NOW:
- You'll help define the business, not inherit it. The Cloud BU is rapidly scaling. The patterns, standards, and team habits you set now become how we operate.
- The scope is broad on purpose. It covers cloud foundations, Kubernetes platforms, data, and AI workloads, so you won't be boxed into one layer.
- Decisions move quickly. You'll work directly with BU leadership, and decisions take days, not quarters.
- The problems are current. The work is getting AI workloads into production safely, building data platforms that are governed, and keeping cloud spend under control.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN:
- Architecture direction. You'll define reference architectures, landing zones, and standards across AWS and Azure, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code. You'll decide what we standardize and what we leave flexible.
- Data and AI platforms. You'll design lakehouse and warehouse, streaming, and governance patterns. You'll also design the platform layer that moves GenAI and agentic workloads from prototype to production, covering access control, evaluation, observability, and cost guardrails.
- Solution shaping. You'll lead technical discovery, size and de-risk the work, and write the solution designs and technical scope that teams commit to.
- AI-accelerated delivery. You'll use AI tools across the architecture lifecycle: discovery synthesis, design drafts, IaC and code generation, review, documentation, and estimation. You'll turn what works into repeatable patterns and prompts the team adopts. You'll also set the guardrails for how AI is used with client and production data.
- Security and compliance by design. You'll own IAM, network segmentation, secrets management, and logging. Your designs need to hold up to SOC 2, ISO 27001, and regulated-industry scrutiny without slowing delivery down.
- Cost and operability. Every design ships with a run cost, reliability targets, an observability plan, and a rollback path.
- Raising the bar. You'll run design reviews, mentor architects and senior engineers, and turn repeat solutions into reusable accelerators.
WHAT YOU BRING:
Have 12+ years in infrastructure, cloud, or data engineering, including several years as the accountable architect for production systems at scale.
Have deep hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure, production Kubernetes, and Terraform (or an equivalent IaC tool). You can still review a pull request credibly.
- Have designed and shipped modern data platforms, such as [Databricks / Snowflake / Fabric / Redshift], including governance and data quality, not just pipelines.
- Think security-first. IAM design, zero-trust networking, encryption, and audit readiness are defaults for you, not afterthoughts.
- Use AI as a force multiplier, not a novelty. You can show concrete examples of AI shortening your delivery timelines or expanding your output. You also know where it fails, and you verify what it produces before anything reaches production.
- Can explain a tradeoff to a CFO in the morning and debug it with an engineer in the afternoon.
- Act under ambiguity. You write the first draft of the plan instead of waiting to be handed one, then adjust it as you learn.
NICE TO HAVE
- You've put GenAI or LLM systems into production (RAG, evaluation, guardrails, agent orchestration).
- You have multi-cloud or hybrid experience at enterprise scale.
- You've worked in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or the public sector.
- You hold AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or CKA. These help but aren't required.
- You've built an architecture practice or center of excellence from an early stage.
When you join Solvd, you'll…
- Shape real-world AI-driven projects across key industries, working with clients from startup innovation to enterprise transformation.
- Be part of a global team with equal opportunities for collaboration across continents and cultures.
- Thrive in an inclusive environment that prioritizes continuous learning, innovation, and ethical AI standards.

About the Team
Our Workforce Management team's primary focus is to ensure we have the right people in the right place at the right time, so customers, merchants, and delivery partners get help as quickly and reliably as possible. The team brings a people-first mindset paired with strategy and operations to achieve its goals, moving quickly, applying first-principles thinking, and focusing on problem-solving to ensure seamless execution. The team manages workforce capacity planning, scheduling, and real-time operations for a large and growing global network of in-house and outsourced support centers, with the goal of delivering an outstanding customer experience reliably, at scale.
About the Role
As a Manager, Workforce Planning, you will lead planning for our rider and merchant support ops, own KPI performance, and partner cross-functionally to keep staffing supply aligned with business priorities.
This role flexes across two tracks depending on team needs and where your strengths lie: an Audience-facing track, where you act as the primary bridge between a specific line of business and the Workforce Management function, translating business goals into capacity plans and performance reporting; and a Technical track, where you directly supervise the in-house and outsourced sites, focusing on the technical accuracy of capacity models and the tools behind them. Both tracks require a leader who can navigate ambiguity, identify root causes through data, and manage up and across with clarity and confidence.
You're excited about this opportunity because you will…
Own capacity plans and scheduling coverage across an integrated scope spanning in-house and outsourced/vendor sites
Own KPI performance — service level, occupancy, over/under staffing, and quality — and lead root-cause analysis and recovery planning when performance slips
Anticipate staffing risks and deviations before they affect service, and put proactive mitigation plans in place
Lead goal-setting for your area and track progress, translating results into clear updates for leadership
Partner cross-functionally to align staffing supply with evolving business priorities, and drive process and efficiency improvements
Communicate performance, blockers, and root causes clearly to leadership while maintaining strong cross-functional relationships
Act as the primary bridge between your assigned line of business and the Workforce Management function
Translate business goals into capacity plans and performance reporting that keep service levels on track
Manage outsourced/vendor relationships tied to your audience, holding partners accountable to staffing commitments and service level targets
Build trust and influence with business stakeholders, surfacing trade-offs and risks clearly and proactively
Own the technical accuracy of capacity models, forecasting methodology, and underlying assumptions
Ensure planning tools and systems are used to their full potential, and lead improvements to the models, templates, and tools themselves
Translate high-level goals into precise, data-driven staffing blueprints the broader team can execute against
We're excited about you because…
You have 5-7 years of experience in workforce management, capacity planning, or operations, including experience leading or directly managing a team
You're fluent in workforce management fundamentals: capacity planning, forecasting, scheduling, shrinkage, and occupancy
You bring strong analytical rigor and are comfortable with data tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau
You have a track record of driving measurable performance improvements across cross-functional teams
You're a confident, clear communicator, able to influence and align stakeholders across functions and levels
You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and enjoy solving complex problems
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
You have experience managing outsourced/vendor relationships, including staffing commitments and service level accountability
You're a skilled business partner, comfortable owning KPI outcomes and communicating trade-offs to stakeholders outside of WFM
You bring hands-on experience with workforce management software (e.g., NICE, Verint, Genesys, or Aspect) and forecasting/capacity modeling methodology
You've improved planning tools, models, or templates, and enjoy going deep on the technical mechanics behind a capacity plan
