Workplace: OnSite
WHOOP is on a mission to unlock human performance and healthspan. Our Health Machine Learning team develops the algorithms and models that power health features used by millions of members. This role exists to scale that work: building and leading the engineering and science teams that bring SaMD products from research through validation, submission, and production deployment.
As a Senior Manager, SaMD, you will own delivery and people outcomes across the machine learning engineers and applied ML scientists developing WHOOP's regulated health features. You will set direction for your teams, develop the next generation of leaders within the function, and partner deeply across regulatory, quality, clinical science, product, software, and firmware to deliver health products that meet a clinical-grade bar. You will be accountable for both the engineering velocity of your teams and the rigor required to operate inside a regulated medical device development environment (FDA, IEC 62304, ISO 13485, ISO 14971).
Success in this role requires a profile with both ML and SaMD depth to evaluate your team's most important decisions, plus the people leadership skill to grow ICs, drive cross-functional alignment, and deliver with both pace and rigor in a regulated environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own delivery, team health, and people outcomes across multiple workstreams within ML SaMD team
- Translate department strategy into clear quarterly plans, milestones, and success criteria; align the team on the highest-leverage work and adapt deliberately as the business evolves
- Build the team: lead hiring at scale, calibrate the bar for regulated development, and shape onboarding, leveling, and growth practices
- Develop the next layer of leadership, coach junior and seniorICs, manage performance with clarity and care, and create the conditions for people to operate above their level
- Set the standard for how regulated ML gets built at WHOOP: methodology, work quality, validation rigor, and audit readiness
- Partner directly with regulatory, quality, product, software, and firmware leaders to align on roadmap, dependencies, and submission timelines; broker trade-offs between iteration speed and regulatory rigor
- Own the risk posture for your function; anticipate execution, technical, and regulatory risks, design mitigation into the operating model, and keep senior leadership clearly informed of the most consequential decisions
- Define and own the operating model for your function; planning cadences, design reviews, decision forums, data governance, and quality gates appropriate to a SaMD context
- Build and continuously raise AI-enabled workflows that create measurable leverage across the team; for development, evaluation, documentation, traceability, and stakeholder communication
- Represent the team's work credibly to executive and cross-functional audiences with brevity, evidence, and clarity.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 7+ years of experience in ML, applied science, or software engineering, with 3+ years managing engineering and/or science teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Math, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
- Demonstrated track record junior and senior ICs, including hiring, performance management, and developing people who in turn raise the bar around them
- Deep familiarity with the ML development lifecycle: data collection, model training, evaluation, validation, deployment, and monitoring, sufficient to evaluate the most important technical and methodological decisions your team makes
- Direct experience shipping algorithms or ML-enabled software in a regulated environment (Software as a Medical Device, medical device development, or comparable QMS-controlled product development under FDA, IEC 62304, ISO 13485, ISO 14971)
- Fluency operating across regulatory, quality, and clinical stakeholders, including familiarity with V&V, traceability, change control, design history, and audit readiness in fast-moving ML programs
- Demonstrated ability to set strategy and make timely prioritization calls under uncertainty, keeping the team focused on the highest-leverage work
- Demonstrated AI-tooling sophistication: a track record of building or adopting AI-enabled workflows that materially improved team speed, quality, or decision confidence
- Clear, high-signal communicator who can move fluidly between deeply technical ML/regulatory discussions and executive-level summaries of risk, trade-offs, and direction.
This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.
Interested in the role, but don’t meet every qualification? We encourage you to still apply! At WHOOP, we believe there is much more to a candidate than what is written on paper, and we value character as much as experience. As we continue to build a diverse and inclusive environment, we encourage anyone who is interested in this role to apply.
WHOOP is an Equal Opportunity Employer and participates in E-verify https://www.e-verify.gov/ to determine employment eligibility. It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment. An employer who violates this law shall be subject to criminal penalties and civil liability.
The WHOOP compensation philosophy is designed to attract, motivate, and retain exceptional talent by offering competitive base salaries, meaningful equity, and consistent pay practices that reflect our mission and core values.
At WHOOP, we view total compensation as the combination of base salary, equity, and benefits, with equity serving as a key differentiator that aligns our employees with the long-term success of the company and allows every member of our corporate team to own part of WHOOP and share in the company’s long-term growth and success.
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $170,000 - $230,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.
In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.
These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate’s specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role’s requirements.

- Reports to: VP Product Security
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
As Senior GRC Engineer (Security), you'll mature ICEYE's Security Governance, Risk and Compliance program across a multi-country, multi-regulator footprint, including Finland, Germany, Spain, Poland, the UK and Greece amongst others. ICEYE operates at the intersection of commercial space technology and sovereign defence, so our compliance posture (ISO 27001, NIS2, NIST, and national frameworks) has to be credible to customers who include governments and defence agencies. You'll be the person who keeps that posture accurate, current and audit-ready, maps client and national requirements to internal ICEYE requirements, as a senior individual contributor. This role will be working closely with all the ICEYE Security team domains, ICEYE IT, ICEYE product management and the Program Management Office, Engineering and Sales.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
The position will evolve according to the needs of the company and the growing team. Initially, the position has two main aspects, which are adjacent and many initiatives will cross both, especially in terms of overlapping requirements and compliance evidence:
- Product requirements and compliance:
- Ensure clients’ and their national security requirements are at all times clearly translated accurately to ICEYE internal requirements across product, IT, and other ICEYE functions, and we can clearly communicate those towards existing and new clients.
- Ensure ICEYE has evidence of fulfilling and complying with the requirements, preferably as compliance-as-code whenever possible.
- Support ICEYE’s Product, the Missions business line, PMO and Sales on client requirements. Produce material to support accreditation and acceptance requirements.
- Wider Iceye and regulatory compliance:
- Continuously improve ICEYE's ISO 27001 ISMS, including risk assessments, the risk register, Statement of Applicability, internal audits and certification/surveillance audit cycles.
- Track and operationalise NIS2, CRA and other EU product security obligations across ICEYE's in-scope entities, translating regulatory requirements into concrete policies, controls and evidence.
- Prepare clear, concise compliance and risk reporting for senior leadership, including status against certifications, audits and remediation plans.
- Maintain information security policies, standards and supporting documentation, ensuring they stay practical and enforceable rather than shelfware.
- Act as a day-to-day point of contact for external auditors, certification bodies and regulators on GRC matters.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:
- Eligible for being cleared for a Personal Security Clearance as necessary as well as a citizenship or a permanent residency in the European Union.
- Technical skills that allow you to interpret compliance requirements towards the product function; this includes being able to fluently discuss modern software architecture and development, deployment and release concepts.
- Proven hands-on experience running ISO 27001 (implementation, internal audit, or certification maintenance) in a real organisation, not just theoretical knowledge or external auditing experience.
- Working knowledge of NIS2, CRA, and how their obligations translate into practical controls and reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence product management, engineering, IT, legal and leadership without formal authority.
- Experience building or maintaining a risk register and running quantified risk assessments.
- Comfortable operating independently across multiple countries and regulatory regimes.
- Awareness of emerging AI governance frameworks (ISO 42001, NIST AI Risk Management Framework, EU AI Act) as well as NIST frameworks
Nice to haves:
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor.
- Experience in defence, space, aerospace or another regulated/sovereign-sensitive industry.
- Exposure to classified information handling frameworks (EUCI, NATO equivalents, or national security clearance regimes).
- A well-rounded skillset of using language models for automation.
APPLICATION PROCESS
- Initial screening call with Talent Acquisition
- Technical/competency interview with the VP Product Security
- Scenario-based exercise on requirements discovery, mapping and prioritisation
- Final interview with senior stakeholders including a behavioural interview

Lithic is the modern card issuing and processing platform empowering ambitious financial companies to build the future of payments.
Our infrastructure powers card programs for 100+ innovative clients, from fintechs reimagining credit and digital banking to platforms transforming disbursements and spend management. Companies like Mercury, Flex, and Novo rely on Lithic's developer-friendly APIs, direct network connections, and flawless reconciliation to launch and scale card programs in weeks, not years.
We're building a future where access to better financial products materially improves people's lives, free from the constraints of 30-year-old mainframes and legacy processors. We're proud to be backed by world-class investors who share that vision, including Bessemer Venture Partners, Index Ventures, Spark Capital, Stripes, and Mastercard, along with many others.
We're a team of 170+ across 26 states and 7 countries, headquartered in New York City.
We are hiring a Support Engineer to join our
API Support
team. This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role. You'll own customer issues end-to-end: triaging incoming tickets, debugging production behavior across our authorizer and API surface, reasoning through configuration and data flow, and driving problems to resolution, often without needing to hand anything off. You'll work across card lifecycle, authorization decisioning, webhooks, account holder KYC, disputes, and the other configurable layers of our platform, using internal tools, Snowflake, Grafana/Loki, and AI-assisted workflows to move fast.
When issues reveal deeper product gaps, you'll partner with Engineering and Product to surface patterns and get problems resolved upstream. You will also partner with Solutions and Product Delivery to ensure that we deliver clear, timely, and charming customer communications. Your judgment directly shapes customer trust, product reliability, and our ability to scale the Support function without scaling headcount linearly with ticket volume.
Lithic is the card-issuing and payments platform powering some of the most ambitious fintechs and embedded-finance programs in the market. Our customers build on our APIs to issue cards, move money, and run card programs at scale, which means the questions that reach us are rarely "where's the button?" They're "why did this authorization decline at 3:42am ET?", "why is this webhook firing twice?", "is this dispute eligible under Reg E?", "what's the latency on our tokenization endpoint right now?" Customers don't remember when things work. They remember when things break, how fast we fix them, and whether we took the time to set things right. As a Support Engineer at Lithic, you're the person who makes that moment go well.
What you'll do:
Own support tickets from first response through confirmed resolution. No tossing them over the fence.
Debug independently by tracing system state, API logs, authorizer decisions, webhook delivery, and data flow across production.
Diagnose issues spanning card issuance, authorization decisioning, transactions and settlement, webhooks, account holder KYC, disputes, and other configurable behaviors of the Lithic platform. A typical investigation might involve querying Snowflake to trace a transaction's lifecycle, checking Grafana dashboards for latency anomalies, pulling up the customer's integration in Retool, and documenting the resolution in The Vault
Use internal tooling, Snowflake/dbt marts, Grafana/Loki, and AI-assisted workflows (Claude Code, internal agents) to investigate and resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain high operational rigor in triage, prioritization, SLA adherence, and customer communication.
Surface recurring failure patterns that inform product and engineering improvements. Drive permanent fixes, not just one-off resolutions.
Contribute to The Vault (our Notion KCS knowledge base). Write the article you wished existed when you picked up the ticket.
Create and update internal tooling using Metabase, Retool, Grafana, and Snowflake.
What you'll bring:
3+ years in a technical, execution-heavy role: Support Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Implementation Engineer, TAM, or similar. Ideally in fintech, payments, or developer-platform B2B SaaS.
Strong debugging instincts and comfort operating in production environments where you won't always have a playbook.
Comfortable with using and debugging REST API calls, webhooks, and configuration-driven systems. You are familiar with OpenAPI specs, JSON payloads, and can work through issues with HTTP calls fluently.
SQL chops. You can independently write a query against a data warehouse (we use Snowflake + dbt) to answer a customer question without needing to ping a data analyst.
Ability to reason through complex system behavior from first principles, not just follow runbooks.
Clear, direct written communication internally and customer facing. You explain what happened, why, and what you did about it, without hedging or jargon.
A strong bias toward ownership. You'd rather solve the problem than route the ticket.
Comfortable using AI tools like (LLMs and coding assistants like Claude Code or Cursor) as a part of your daily workflow.
Experience working in ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira, or equivalent)
Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently in a remote environment
The annual US salary range for this role is $100,000 - $140,000 plus equity. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Lithic and will be narrowed during the interview process based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
This is a remote position. However, candidates must be located in the United States, Canada (Ontario or British Columbia), Netherlands, Poland, or Czech Republic. We do not offer visa sponsorship or assistance.

At ClickUp, we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀
ClickUp is hiring a Majors Account Executive to grow and expand our footprint across larger EMEA customers. This role is built for a seller who can take strong product adoption, identify real whitespace, and turn it into broader, multi-team commercial growth.
This is an especially important hire now because ClickUp’s international business already matters materially, and larger customers increasingly want to consolidate scattered tools, improve execution clarity, and understand how AI can create leverage across teams. We need someone who can run strong discovery, build a credible business case, and guide more complex stakeholder groups from interest to expansion.
Mission
- Own and grow expansion revenue across major EMEA accounts by identifying whitespace, building business cases, and positioning ClickUp as the platform that helps larger teams work with more clarity, speed, and operational leverage.
Key outcomes and responsibilities
- Own expansion opportunities across major accounts in your region, with a core focus on larger organisations in the roughly 1,000–2,500 employee range.
- Consistently exceed pipeline and sales targets by converting account signals, free trials, marketing-qualified leads, demo requests, and product adoption into qualified commercial opportunities.
- Run structured discovery that uncovers workflow pain, stakeholder priorities, buying friction, and the business case for broader ClickUp adoption.
- Deliver compelling presentations and demos that connect ClickUp’s platform value to customer priorities, cross-functional workflows, and executive-level outcomes.
- Build and manage multithreaded deal plans across end users, managers, executives, procurement, and other decision-makers.
- Partner closely with Growth, Marketing, and adjacent GTM teams to improve lead quality, regional account coverage, and conversion.
- Maintain strong process discipline across forecasting, pipeline inspection, next steps, CRM hygiene, and follow-through.
- Identify recurring patterns across segments, objections, and account behavior to help sharpen the majors expansion motion in EMEA.
- Support more formal buying motions when needed, including RFIs / RFQs and procurement-heavy evaluations.
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS sales with clear ownership of full-cycle deals, account growth, or expansion motions.
- Track record of exceeding quota and managing a disciplined pipeline in commercial, strategic, or larger-account environments.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, including comfort communicating with both practitioners and executive stakeholders.
- Clear consultative selling instincts, with the ability to connect customer pain to value, urgency, and practical next steps.
- Strong process rigor and attention to detail across forecasting, deal planning, and follow-through.
- Experience completing or leading RFIs / RFQs, or operating in deals with more structured evaluation processes.
- Ability to work in our Dublin / London office 2-3 days per week.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience selling workflow, collaboration, productivity, CRM, CX, or adjacent horizontal SaaS platforms.
- Experience in an expansion-heavy, cross-sell, or land-and-expand motion rather than a purely transactional new-logo model.
- Experience navigating multi-stakeholder buying groups in larger customer environments.
- Familiarity with EMEA selling dynamics, regional complexity, or distributed territory ownership.
- Comfort selling a broader platform and AI productivity story instead of relying on feature-by-feature comparisons.
