About the Role
We're looking for an experienced, hands-on HR Generalist - someone who can independently own a wide, fast-changing mix of senior stakeholder support, HR projects, and recruitment, and who is genuinely excited about using AI to make HR work better.
This is not a narrow, single-track HR role. You'll sit in on a reorg conversation with stakeholders, drive an HR project and source candidates for an open role — sometimes all in the same week. We need someone who finds that variety energizing rather than exhausting, who can be handed ambiguity and turn it into a plan, and who wants to be a part of an ever changing environment with exciting challenges
What You'll Do
Own sourcing for a defined set of open roles, building and managing candidate pipelines
Conduct interviews as needed, from initial screens through to more active involvement in the hiring process
Participate in and help drive core HR initiatives, like talent reviews, EU Pay Transparency Directive implementation, and process/tooling improvement projects
Bring an AI-first mindset to how HR processes and tools evolve, and help identify where automation and AI can remove manual work
Actively build your own AI skills and help evolve how the wider HR function uses AI tools
Act as a trusted backup to the Global HR team
Support business unit transformations and reorganizations
Step in and represent HR credibly in the Head of HR's absence
Advise people managers on day-to-day and complex people questions: performance, conflict, structure, policy application
Provide ad hoc employee advisory and support as issues arise
Requirements
Solid, hands-on HR experience across various fields e.g business partnership, generalist recruitment, HR project delivery, and employee/manager advisory
Comfortable moving fluidly between strategic project work and hands-on tactical tasks, including recruitment sourcing
Strong stakeholder management skills
Good understanding of AI and its practical applications in HR, with hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude); experience with automation tools like n8n is a plus, though not required
Genuine interest and active engagement with building your own AI skills and helping evolve how HR uses AI
Strong self-management: you can take ambiguous, cross-functional work and run with it independently, with minimal oversight
Capacity and appetite for a large, varied workload — you're energized by having a lot on your plate, not drained by it
Nice to Have
Experience working in a scaling, multi-entity, or cross-border organization
Familiarity with workflow automation for HR processes (e.g., n8n or similar tools)
Benefits
Work on your terms:
Fully remote, with a flexible schedule built around getting things done, not clocking hours.
Rewarded for impact:
A competitive base salary plus a performance-based bonus, formalized through a service agreement.
Time to recharge
: Paid time off, because sustainable output beats burnout.
Opportunity most HR careers don't offer
: You won't be boxed into one lane — you'll build real, hands-on depth across business partnership, projects, recruitment, and employee advisory, all at once.
A front-row seat to AI in HR:
Direct exposure to how AI is reshaping the function, plus real support and opportunity to build skills that will define the next decade of HR work.

our values
every day. We want our people to do what they truly love amongst a team of highly talented (but humble) peers.
How We Work

Little more about the team:
The team builds observability for AI in Honeycomb. We help customers see what their agents are doing, what those agents cost, and where errors happen. We also give them insight into individual conversations so they can debug them. We're bringing LLM and agent observability together, and we own both the data foundation and the product experiences built on top of it. You'll work in a small, cross-functional group of engineers with a dedicated product manager and designer, shipping features customers use in production. If you want to define how people understand and debug AI systems, this is the team for you.
What you’ll do in the role:
Deliver AI observability capabilities end to end, from ingestion to in-product visualizations.
Contribute to the data model and infrastructure that let us observe agents and their ecosystems across the Honeycomb product.
Build systems that analyze and surface AI-specific signals, such as cost, token usage, errors, and anomalies.
Collaborate with product and design partners to make sure what we build is usable, intuitive, and unlocks meaningful user workflows.
Share what you learn about exploring and understanding AI system behavior across conversations and workloads.
Iterate through fast feedback loops and experimentation, and share both wins and failures.
What you’ll bring to the role:
3+ years of software engineering experience.
Experience shipping customer-facing features at a SaaS company, beyond internal tooling.
Full-stack range, with proficiency in backend development (Go and/or Python) and frontend development (TypeScript and React).
A track record of working with product managers and designers.
Regular, hands-on use of AI tools in your day-to-day engineering work.
Experience being on call. You'd join our rotation after about 90 days.
A track record of navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving field where requirements shift and experimentation is a core part of the job.
Bonus: Experience building LLM or agent-powered features in production.
Bonus: Hands-on experience with observability tooling, such as OpenTelemetry.
Base Salary based on level of experience
$218,891
—
$245,946 CAD

Time to recharge with unlimited PTO
A distributed-first mindset and culture (really!)
Home office, co-working, and internet stipend
Full benefits coverage for employees, with additional coverage available for dependents
Up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave, regardless of path to parenthood

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will be a front-line manager to a group of Account Managers who are responsible for hunting, pitching, and expanding the existing customer base at Ramp.
You'll lead a group of 6-8 Account Managers, each carrying a book of 60-70 Enterprise customers with real latitude over how they grow it. This is a build role, not a maintain role: the playbooks, coaching systems, and performance bar you set are the ones this team runs on next year. Your ceiling is set by how well you turn individual AM judgment into a repeatable, scalable motion that grows the segment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and run a high-performing team of 6-8 Account Managers - setting the bar for culture, morale, and daily execution.
- Get embedded in the relationships that matter. Engage directly with key customers and top accounts alongside your team, building trust and long-term partnership.
- Own the number. Manage quota performance and pipeline generation across your team to hit spend activation, product activation, retention, and expansion goals.
- Forecast and report team performance to senior leadership with clear-eyed visibility into what's working and what isn't.
- Hire and develop the next generation of AMs - training on product, buyer personas, competition, and tooling through role-plays, game film, and real deal work.
- Coach relentlessly. Run daily 1:1s, dissect call feedback, lead enablement sessions, and build career paths for every rep on your team.
- Turn what works into a system. Continuously refine team processes and tooling to improve output and efficiency as the segment scales.
- Represent Account Management cross-functionally, partnering with Sales, CX, CSM, Risk, and Product to remove blockers and drive outcomes.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Minimum 5 years of quota-carrying sales or account management experience as an individual contributor, with a proven, consistent track record of exceeding goals (new business or cross-sell/upsell experience mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years building and leading account management or sales teams, with a track record of exceeding goal (new business or cross-sell/upsell experience mandatory)
- Prior success in fast-paced, results-oriented GTM environments, ideally at SaaS or AI companies
- A genuine passion for hiring, with a thoughtful approach to talent development
- Ability to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value to customers, including C-Suite and executive leaders
- Strong track record negotiating, structuring, and executing complex agreements
- Proficiency with data analytics tools (Salesforce, Looker, Excel) and a bias toward using data to drive decisions
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills, backed by excellent communication and presentation ability.
- High agency and adaptability - no two days are the same, and the only constant is change
- A desire and willingness to jump headfirst into complex, challenging problems for the good of the business.
Great to Haves
- Experience at a high-growth, top SaaS/AI startup
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend
UNITED STATES
- 100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you, with partial coverage for dependents
- One Medical annual membership
- 401(k), including employer match on contributions made while employed by Ramp
- Fertility HRA (up to $10,000 per year)
- Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's Business Risk & Insurance (BRI) team, part of Treasury, safeguards the company's balance sheet, people and physical assets. We are the financial and operational safety net for a company building some of the world's most advanced AI systems, from large-scale compute and data center infrastructure to our offices and the products we put in customers' hands. The team is scaling quickly as Anthropic grows.
As a Risk & Insurance Specialist, you'll build operational excellence across contracts, claims, and day-to-day insurance operations, using AI and automation to streamline processes wherever you can. You'll work closely with Compute, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Security, Product and Payroll to spot emerging risks early, help structure global insurance programs, support our risk-financing strategy and drive loss prevention. This is a rare chance to insure one of the fastest-growing companies, where parts of the risk landscape are still being defined, and to help Anthropic pursue its mission boldly by keeping our operations resilient and protected.
Key responsibilities
Insurance review of contracts: Review insurance and indemnity requirements in customer, vendor, lease, and compute agreements, and advise Legal and business partners on compliant, practical positions.
Insurance operations: Manage claims intake and tracking, certificates of insurance, broker coordination, and policy administration. Build a data warehouse / repository and repeatable processes as volume scales.
Data gathering and reporting: Collect and maintain exposure data (property values, payroll, revenue, headcount, etc.) for renewals, audits, and underwriting submissions.
Actuarial and quantitative analysis: Support limit-adequacy, loss, and retention analyses to inform program structure and decisions.
Captive operations: Support captive formation and ongoing operations, including fronting and reinsurance coordination.
Automation: Identify and implement ways to automate manual insurance workflows using AI and workflow tools.
Cross-functional support: Partner with Compute, Finance, Legal, and Payroll on insurance questions across the business.
Minimum qualifications
Experience in insurance, corporate risk management, brokerage, underwriting, or risk consulting.
Hands-on experience supporting a multi-line commercial insurance program (property, casualty, cyber/tech E&O, D&O/management liability, and similar).
Preferred qualifications
8–12 years in insurance, corporate risk management, brokerage, underwriting, or risk consulting
At least 4 years on the corporate (buyer) side, or in a broker or carrier role serving corporate clients
Experience at, or insuring, a technology company or other fast-growing, complex organization
Property insurance experience, including large or complex property, construction, or data center exposures
Captive insurance experience (formation, management, fronting, or reinsurance)
Experience insuring emerging technology risks, such as AI or technology liability and cyber
Background at a major broker, carrier, or large technology company risk team
Actuarial training or credentials, or experience with actuarial analysis
Familiarity with insurance management systems, SQL or Python, or building workflow automation
Experience building processes from scratch in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Own internal systems and infrastructure programs
: Drive programs for all internal systems and hardware deployed in Anthropic buildings, including network infrastructure, AV equipment, printing and collaboration hardware, and building technology integrations
Lead endpoint and device management programs
: Own global programs for corporate laptops, mobile devices, and endpoint management, ensuring Ants have secure, well-managed devices that enable productivity from day one
Drive IT Operations excellence
: Lead programs that improve IT service delivery, support operations, and the overall Ant experience with technology, driving continuous improvement in reliability and responsiveness

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
: Work closely with Security, Facilities, People, Finance, and functional teams across Anthropic to ensure Corporate Engineering programs meet diverse organizational needs
Communicate effectively at all levels
: Comfortable communicating across all levels of Anthropic from presenting analyses, recommendations, and program status to leadership, engaging deeply on technical tradeoffs with engineering teams, and communicating broadly to the entire company
You May Be a Good Fit If You Have
8+ years of experience in IT, Corporate Engineering, or Enterprise Technology, with at least 4+ years leading complex, cross-functional programs
Technical background in enterprise IT systems, including endpoint management, identity and access management, network infrastructure, and SaaS platforms
Experience leading office buildout or infrastructure deployment programs, coordinating across IT, Facilities, and external vendors
Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role in a technology-focused environment, with a track record of leading company-wide programs to successful completion
