About the Team
The Integrated Care + SNF Reimbursement portfolio spans the connected workflows that carry a resident from referral through care delivery to payment: including, acute and payer care collaboration on the National Care Collaboration Network and Audacious platforms, Secure Conversations across our customer segments, practitioner EHR solutions, SNF admissions and managed care workflows, and SNF revenue cycle and reimbursement optimization.
The Outbound Product Management team within this portfolio is the bridge between strategic customer relationships, go-to-market execution, and product direction. The team is remote and hybrid across the US and Canada, and works shoulder to shoulder with inbound Product Management, Engineering, and every GTM function.
Position Summary:
This role owns product delivery and growth for the Integrated Care + SNF Reimbursement portfolio, carrying accountability for how validated offerings reach the market and convert into adoption, revenue, and reference customers. The VP defines and drives end-to-end go-to-market strategy across the portfolio, co-owns roadmap and investment decisions with inbound Product Management, and owns the commercial model — pricing, packaging, and monetization — for new and AI-enabled capabilities.
The VP leads the portfolio's Outbound Product Management function, building and developing the team that runs launch, enablement, and early adoption. They represent PointClickCare’s product function externally as a market figurehead with SNF, payer, practitioner, and acute customers and across the industry, and internally as a trusted advisor to the SVP, Product Management and the GTM leadership team.
Success is measured in growth outcomes: revenue and adoption attainment against portfolio targets, speed from launch to first reference customer, and the repeatable sales motions that turn early wins into scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Go-To-Market Strategy & Portfolio Growth:
Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy for the portfolio from launch through scale. Define the growth thesis for each product line, set adoption and revenue targets with Sales and Revenue Operations, and drive cross-functional accountability for attainment.
Commercial Model & Monetization:
Lead pricing, packaging, and monetization strategy for new and AI-enabled capabilities, including usage-based pricing, tiered access, and enterprise licensing. Partner with Pricing, Finance, and Revenue Operations on scalable models that protect margin.
Product Strategy & Roadmap:
Partner with inbound Product Management leaders to shape portfolio direction, translating customer feedback, competitive signals, and adoption data into roadmap and investment recommendations. Serve as the commercial voice in portfolio planning and trade-off decisions.
Executive Customer Engagement & Market Leadership:
Build executive relationships across strategic SNF, payer, practitioner, and acute accounts. Lead beta and co-development programs that generate real-world proof points, and represent PointClickCare with customers, industry bodies, and analysts.
Organizational Leadership & Talent Development:
Lead and grow the Outbound Product Management function, including leaders of teams. Hire, coach, and develop talent, establish operating cadence and standards aligned with the product development lifecycle and go-to-market model, and foster accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
Portfolio Performance & Market Insight:
Define and track portfolio, customer engagement, and go-to-market KPIs. Lead competitive analysis, customer research, and thought leadership, and partner with legal, compliance, and governance teams to support responsible deployment of AI-enabled capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
12+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or product growth, including 5+ years leading teams at the Director level or above.
Demonstrated ownership of go-to-market strategy for a multi-product portfolio, with accountability for adoption and revenue outcomes beyond launch execution.
Proven success building commercial models for SaaS and AI-enabled products, including pricing, packaging, and monetization, with fluency in ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, and churn.
Executive presence and demonstrated ability to influence and align senior leaders across Sales, Sales Enablement, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Solutions, Pricing, and Professional Services.
Experience leading leaders, including hiring, developing, and scaling teams through organizational change.
Strong data-driven decision-making skills, using qualitative and quantitative signals to set priorities and make defensible trade-offs.
Ability to travel regularly to strategic customer sites and industry events, with occasional travel to PointClickCare offices.
Preferred Experience:
Background in post-acute care, senior care, or payer-provider collaboration models.
Experience taking AI-enabled products to market, including generative AI, large language model, and agentic capabilities.

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
You are the face of People Operations for ICEYE in Portugal and the first line of defence for all country-specific people matters. ICEYE's Global HR Operations team (the second line) designs the global frameworks, tools and data standards; you own their local tailoring and practical execution — while ICEYE Portugal builds two very different organisations at once: a Lisbon Center of Excellence hiring software, AI and space engineers, and a satellite production facility ramping manufacturing, integration and test teams through 2027. Your mission: ICEYErs in Portugal are engaged and supported so they can deliver better business results.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
Employee experience & local HR operations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for local employees on benefits, policies and employee lifecycle events, providing timely and accurate responses in line with global standards.
- Handle individual cases for relocation and onboarding, including preparation of local employment contracts and country-specific documentation.
- Manage local third-party HR providers (payroll vendor, benefit brokers) and the local practicalities of off-boarding, meeting all legal requirements and exit procedures.
- Act as the first point of contact for standard employee relations cases, handling practicalities locally and consulting Global HR Operations on complex issues.
Payroll, data & compliance
- Audit payroll data in the HRIS and ensure accurate local processing in collaboration with the in-house team and the local payroll vendor.
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and related systems: data integrity, confidentiality and compliance with local and global data privacy regulations.
- Stay on top of Portuguese employment law — including the specifics of an industrial site (shifts, safety-adjacent policies, collective frameworks where applicable) — and keep all HR activity compliant, with clear documentation of local processes and policies.
- Coordinate the personnel security clearance process with the local security officer for roles that require it.
Global alignment & people programmes
- Act as the go-to person for the CEO on HR matters, escalating complex issues to the Global HR team when necessary.
- Tailor and execute global frameworks locally — levels, salary bands, performance management, wellbeing, L&D — so they work for both the Center of Excellence and the factory population.
- Identify opportunities to automate local HR tasks with Global HR Operations, adapting global ways of working to local legal standards while preserving ICEYE's culture.
- Assist managers and leads as the organisation adds its first layers of management.
Talent Attraction
- Act as the bridge between the global Talent Attraction team and local hiring needs in Portugal: oversee local TA processes, keep hiring moving at the right speed and step in with hands-on support when needed.
- Support local employer brand building and the channels that feed it, including university partnerships and the local tech and industrial talent networks.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience covering both talent acquisition and HR generalist/business partner work.
- Strong working knowledge of Portuguese labour law, local benefits and market HR practice, with a track record of creating compliant HR policy documentation.
- A hands-on approach with high attention to detail in contract management, local onboarding and the management of local third-party providers.
- Track record hiring technical/engineering profiles and industrial or manufacturing profiles; you personally source and close candidates.
- Strong analytical skills and high emotional intelligence to handle sensitive individual employee relations cases, with the wisdom to escalate complex issues.
- Comfort with HRIS (e.g., HiBob) and ticketing systems, using data to audit payroll and maintain source-of-truth records.
- Exceptional communication in Portuguese and English, able to bridge global ICEYE standards with local needs and influence both local leadership and the global team.
- A proactive, service-oriented mindset that stays effective in a fast-scaling environment, adapting global policies to local contexts without losing speed.
Nice to haves:
- Experience taking a site from roughly 20 to 100+ people.
- HR experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defence or another clearance-relevant industry.
- Experience introducing or running HRIS and ATS tooling in a growing company.
- AI-native sourcing, screening and HR-automation practices.

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Senior/Staff Data Scientist to join our growing Data team and serve as a strategic analytics partner across Render. As we scale, we're tackling increasingly complex questions across our product, customers, and business, from how developers discover and adopt Render, to what drives engagement and retention, to how we prioritize investments and identify new opportunities for growth.
You'll partner with leaders and teams across Product, Growth, Go-to-Market, Finance, and other functions, focusing on some combination of data analytics, analytics engineering, machine learning, and experimentation based on your strengths, interests, and Render's highest-priority needs. You'll turn ambiguous questions into rigorous analysis, define how we measure success, and translate complex data into decisions and action.
As a Senior/Staff-level individual contributor, you'll also help set the standard for analytics at Render, shaping our measurement frameworks, analytical practices, and how teams across the company use data to make better decisions.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Serve as a strategic analytics partner. Work closely with leaders and cross-functional partners across Product, Engineering, Growth, Go-to-Market, Finance, and other teams to identify high-impact questions, frame decisions, and determine how success should be measured.
- Define meaningful metrics and measurement frameworks. Develop the KPIs and frameworks teams use to understand performance across areas such as acquisition, activation, adoption, engagement, retention, conversion, expansion, and customer outcomes.
- Turn data into strategy. Surface patterns across our users, customers, products, and business. Identify opportunities, diagnose friction, and help teams determine where to invest and what to prioritize.
- Shape our approach to experimentation and evaluation. Design and analyze experiments where appropriate, develop guardrail metrics and other methods for evaluating initiatives, and help teams choose the right analytical approach for the decision at hand.
- Build measurement into how we work. Partner with teams to define instrumentation and measurement plans early, ensuring new products, programs, and initiatives can be evaluated reliably after launch.
- Build trusted analytical foundations. Build and maintain dbt models, semantic and context layers in partnership with Analytics Engineering, transforming behavioral and business data into reliable datasets that support decision-making across Render.
- Raise the bar for analytics. Establish analytical best practices, improve how teams use data in decision-making, and mentor scientists and cross-functional partners on measurement, experimentation, and data literacy.
- Help shape the future of analytics at Render. Explore how AI-assisted tools can make analytics faster and more accessible while maintaining a high bar for accuracy, context, and analytical judgment.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 7+ years of analytics experience, with a track record of shaping strategy and influencing decisions across complex or ambiguous problem spaces.
- Strong business and product judgment. You can take an ambiguous question, identify what really needs to be understood, and determine the right analytical approach to inform a decision.
- Experience defining and using metrics across some combination of Product, Growth, Go-to-Market, Finance, or other business domains, for example acquisition, activation, adoption, engagement, retention, conversion, expansion, or revenue.
- Strong SQL skills. Writing complex, efficient SQL and independently exploring large datasets is a core part of how you work.
- Experience using experimentation, statistical analysis, or other rigorous evaluation methods to understand impact, along with judgment about when each approach is appropriate.
- Experience with modern analytics tooling such as Metabase, Mixpanel, dbt, BigQuery, Segment, and Git.
- A track record of influencing cross-functional teams and senior leaders without direct authority. You're comfortable challenging assumptions, creating clarity from ambiguity, and driving alignment around what the data says.
- Excellent communication skills. You can turn complex analysis into a clear narrative, explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and build the relationships necessary to drive action.
- Experience using AI-assisted coding or analytics tools such as Codex, Cursor, or Claude Code to accelerate analysis, data modeling, instrumentation, or visualization.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Expertise in statistical methods beyond traditional A/B testing, such as causal inference, cohort and survival analysis, or time-series analysis.
- Experience with developer-focused, product-led, sales-led, or usage-based businesses.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, PaaS, developer tooling, or other technically complex products.
- Experience analyzing multi-product or multi-segment businesses and understanding behavior across interconnected customer journeys.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.
BENEFITS
- 4 weeks of paid vacation.
- 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also work with you to create a supportive plan of return.
- Long-term disability, life insurance, and 401K plans.
- 100% employer-paid medical coverage and 99% employer-paid dental and vision coverage for you and a dependent. FSAs and HSAs are available as well.
- Monthly lifestyle stipend for wellness, mental health and therapy, hobbies, etc.
- Monthly cell phone and internet subsidy.
- Commuter benefits for Renders in the Bay Area, and home office stipends for remote Renders.
- Continuous learning benefits & related support.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
Help build the operational foundation that powers Sierra's ecosystem—and the global community building the future of AI agents.
Sierra's ecosystem is growing rapidly. Customers, partners, and developers around the world are building on Sierra to create the next generation of AI-powered experiences. As that community grows, we're looking for an Ecosystem Operations Manager to help scale the programs, systems, and operations that enable it to thrive.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role within Sierra's Partnerships & Ecosystems team. You'll help operate and improve Sierra University, partner enablement, developer relations, and builder community programs while strengthening the operational foundation that enables the ecosystem to scale.
Working closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, GTM, Agent Development, and Partnerships, you'll improve processes, coordinate programs, and build the operational rigor that allows our ecosystem to grow efficiently.
We're looking for someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity—someone who can build scalable processes, execute high-impact programs, and continuously improve how we serve customers, partners, and builders.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Scale Sierra University by managing curriculum operations, certification programs, learner journeys, platform administration, and governance.
- Coordinate programs that grow Sierra's global builder community, creating opportunities for customers and partners to learn, connect, and succeed.
- Drive partner enablement operations in partnership with the Partnerships team, ensuring partners have the training, resources, and operational support they need to activate quickly.
- Create and maintain developer-facing resources—including documentation, tutorials, videos, and technical enablement materials—that help builders get the most from Sierra's platform.
- Plan and execute ecosystem events, including certification launches, builder summits, partner workshops, developer days, and community activations.
- Build and improve the operational systems, reporting, and processes that enable the Partnerships & Ecosystems team to scale efficiently.
- Partner across Product, Engineering, Marketing, GTM, Agent Development, and Partnerships to coordinate ecosystem initiatives and keep programs moving.
- Measure ecosystem health through certification adoption, partner activation, community engagement, content effectiveness, and customer feedback, and use those insights to continuously improve how Sierra serves builders and partners.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 6–8+ years of experience in ecosystem operations, developer relations, community programs, partner enablement, program management, or a related function at an enterprise SaaS or developer platform company.
- Experience operating and scaling customer, partner, or developer programs.
- Experience creating developer-facing content, including documentation, tutorials, videos, or technical enablement materials.
- Fluent in modern AI tools and workflows, with hands-on experience leveraging AI to improve productivity and a strong understanding of how AI agents, LLMs, and developer tools are transforming the way software is built, shipped, and adopted.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing both customer-facing content and executive-ready communications.
- Highly organized, execution-oriented, and energized by building scalable programs in fast-moving environments.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support Sierra University, partner enablement, ecosystem events, builder programs, and community engagement.
EVEN BETTER...
- Experience at companies with scaled developer ecosystems, learning platforms, or partner communities.
- Experience supporting both customer and partner audiences.
- Familiarity with learning management systems, community platforms, event operations, and modern content creation tools.
- Experience working with AI platforms, developer tools, or enterprise software ecosystems.
- Prior software development, solutions engineering, or technical implementation experience.
- Experience scaling global ecosystem programs in fast-growing environments with limited existing processes or playbooks.
OUR VALUES

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
