About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
As an AV Operations Specialist, you'll be accountable for how the AV spaces perform, how support requests get resolved, and how events land in the space you're responsible for. This role will help own all areas within the AV landscape. In a given week you might execute a preventative maintenance sweep across a floor of conference rooms, work the support queue and drive a recurring failure to root cause, and then run technical coverage for an all-hands or an executive presentation that evening.
You'll be the regional presence our AV Engineering and Production teams build on — the person who catches problems before users report them, and who turns what you learn on the ground into standards the rest of the team can run from. Your work directly enables the collaboration and transparency that advance our AI safety mission.
Responsibilities
Site Ownership & Room Health
Serve as the AV owner for your office — accountable for the health, readiness, and performance of every room and event space in the building
Execute preventative maintenance programs and recurring room sweeps on a defined cadence, not only in response to tickets
Maintain accurate inventory of room systems, peripherals, wireless microphones, cameras, and portable production gear, including spares strategy and replacement cycles
Coordinate AV scope for office moves, room reconfigurations, and new-space readiness in partnership with Workplace and AV Engineering
Know your estate: maintain the room documentation, as-builts, and site-specific gotchas that make your office supportable by anyone on the team
Support Operations
Help own the AV support queue — triage, prioritization, resolution, and escalation with clear diagnostic context
Participate in the regional AV on-run rotation (West, East, or EMEA), covering AV issues during local business hours alongside the daily room-check discipline
Systematically isolate faults to a point in the signal chain rather than reaching for reboots and cable swaps
Drive recurring issues to root cause and surface them to AV Engineering as candidates for platform-level or design-level fixes
Contribute to runbooks, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base documentation that other technicians follow
Event Support & Production
Provide technical coverage for live and hybrid events in your office — from small executive presentations and team meetings through to all-hands and company-wide broadcasts
Operate event production systems including audio consoles, video switchers, camera systems, playback, and streaming encoders
Run pre-event readiness: walkthroughs, rehearsals, source checks, gear staging, and failover planning
Handle scoping conversations with requesters — translating what a stakeholder wants the event to feel like into an equipment and staffing plan that fits the team's SLA
Turn novel one-off events into repeatable standards — a template, runbook, or gear list that makes the next one easier for the whole team
Vendor Direction & Cross-functional Partnership
Direct AV integrators, contractors, and event labor on site, holding them to defined scope, SLAs, and quality standards
Partner with Workplace, Events, and IT on lead times, expectations, and readiness
Act as the regional feedback loop to AV Engineering — what's failing, what's missing, and what the standard should be
Communicate status, risk, and resolution to non-technical stakeholders in clear, calm, jargon-free language
You May Be a Good Fit If You:
Have 8+ years of hands-on experience in AV operations, workplace technology, or technical event support
Have owned a standing estate — the same rooms, the same stakeholders, week over week — and were accountable for how those spaces performed over time
Bring working fluency across room systems, event audio, video, camera, and streaming, with enough depth to diagnose problems rather than only report them
Are comfortable being the only AV person in the building, and can prioritize independently across maintenance, support, and events
Bring structure to ambiguity — checklists, intake processes, maintenance cadences, and documentation
Are energized rather than drained by being the front-facing technical partner to executives, event producers, and everyone else who walks up to you in a hallway
Take ownership end-to-end, from noticing a recurring failure to getting it permanently fixed
Thrive in a fast-moving environment where standards are being written rather than inherited
Strong Candidates May Also Have Experience With:
Q-SYS DSP platforms — comfortable navigating and reasoning about existing audio/video routing and control designs
Logitech CollabOS and Sync, Google Meet hardware, Zoom Rooms, and enterprise room system administration
Preventative maintenance and room-sweep programs across a distributed room fleet
Broadcast video switchers such as Blackmagic ATEM, Ross Carbonite, or NewTek TriCaster
Digital audio mixing consoles such as Yamaha DM7 or CL/QL series, and Shure wireless systems
PTZ camera systems and multi-camera workflows
Ticketing and workflow systems such as Jira, and participation in an on-run rotation
Coordinating AV contractors, integrators, and labor for site support and event coverage
CTS certification or equivalent demonstrated capability
Role Specific Location Policy:
This role will be based in our New York office
This role is expected to be in office 5 days per week
Occasional evening and early-morning coverage is expected around major events

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Anthropic is working on frontier AI systems that handle sensitive information at enormous scale. How we protect that data, and how we build privacy into our systems rather than bolting it on afterward, is central to our mission of building AI that is safe and beneficial.
This is a foundational role. As one of our first dedicated privacy engineers, you will help establish the privacy engineering function at Anthropic and shape how privacy is designed into our AI systems from the ground up. You'll sit within our Data Infrastructure team, architecting privacy-preserving systems, leading the implementation of privacy-enhancing technologies across our infrastructure, and providing technical leadership on privacy across engineering, research, and product teams.

Architect data governance systems for tracking data lineage, purpose limitation, and retention across distributed AI systems
Lead privacy reviews and threat modeling for new models and features, identifying risks and designing scalable mitigations
Partner with product and infrastructure teams to embed privacy controls into Claude's inference systems, user interfaces, and data pipelines
Develop privacy engineering toolkits and frameworks that enable other engineers to build privacy-preserving features by default
Design privacy-preserving analytics and measurement systems that surface useful insights without exposing individual user data
Evaluate emerging privacy technologies from academia and industry, and contribute to open-source tooling and AI privacy standards
Advise on and advocate for privacy practices as a core part of how we approach AI safety
Minimum qualifications
Experience applying privacy engineering principles in production systems, including privacy by design, data minimization, and purpose limitation
Proficiency in Python, Go, or similar languages, with experience building and operating production systems at scale
Experience designing and implementing privacy infrastructure for systems with a large user base
Experience with data governance, classification, or data lifecycle management systems
Experience with distributed systems and cloud infrastructure at scale
Understanding of privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA, and the ability to translate legal requirements into technical designs
Experience conducting privacy reviews, threat modeling, or risk assessments
Written and verbal communication skills sufficient to build alignment across engineering, research, legal, and product teams
Preferred qualifications
Hands-on experience with privacy-enhancing technologies (e.g., differential privacy, homomorphic encryption, secure enclaves, secure multi-party computation)
Experience building privacy infrastructure or controls for machine learning or AI systems
Experience establishing a privacy engineering practice, or being an early hire in a function
Experience serving as a technical lead on complex, multi-quarter projects
Contributions to open-source privacy tooling, privacy research, or industry standards
12+ years of experience in a software engineering role, including building and operating large-scale infrastructure
3+ years of experience leading large, complex projects as a technical lead

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to serve as a dedicated communications partner to our Core Tech organization (the teams building and securing the systems behind Claude, from engineering and infrastructure to security). Depending on your background and where the need is greatest, your portfolio might center on security, on engineering more broadly, or span both - we'll shape that together during the hiring process.
Internal communications at Anthropic is not a support function that plans meetings and sends newsletters. The best people in this role operate like advisors who embed themselves deeply in the orgs they support, earn a seat at the leadership table, write on behalf of executives, and see around corners, anticipating what the organization will need to hear before anyone asks for it. There are traditional elements to the role too, like all-hands planning and org change announcements, and you'll run those with operational excellence. But the heart of the job is more creative and will require you to find ways to connect the rest of the company to some of the most consequential and least visible work at Anthropic, and making the line between that work and our mission clear and strong.
The work of Core Tech is deeply technical and the company depends on it (like architecting new products for Claude to reach users, model inference, capacity planning, building reliable systems, and the security that protects all of it) but most employees rarely see this work directly…unless something goes wrong. Your job is to change that by understanding this work, and the people doing it, well enough to tell its story credibly, and to help its leaders communicate with clarity and candor as the company scales.
Responsibilities
Own the internal communications strategy for your portfolio within Core Tech, becoming an expert in the team's work and a trusted member of its leadership team
Serve as a hands-on advisor to executives - help them think through what to say and when, draft communications in their voice, and give them honest counsel, especially in moments when that’s challenging or uncomfortable.
Translate deeply technical work into narratives that land with employees across every function, without losing the substance
Get creative about how you connect people to the work - don't default to creating a slide deck when a demo or something no one has tried yet would land better
Anticipate communications needs before they arrive (e.g. launches, incidents, organizational change, moments of external attention) and have a plan ready for how we’ll bring employees along
Design and implement strategies to boost signal and reduce noise, so employees know what's important and what it means for them
Plan and execute internal fora like all-hands and AMAs with operational excellence
Exercise sound judgment with sensitive material, especially where security work requires care about what is shared, with whom, and when
Partner closely with the broader internal communications team to ensure updates are accurately and consistently cascaded across existing channels and live forums
You may be a good fit if you
Have 8–12 years of experience in communications or an adjacent craft where you learned to make complex, high-stakes material clear under pressure (e.g journalism, speechwriting, chief of staff work, strategy and operations)
Are an exceptional writer with a particular talent for distilling technical decisions and cross-functional projects into simple, compelling narratives, and can write convincingly in someone else's voice
Have served as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and know how to build those relationships: when to push, when to listen, and how to deliver a recommendation even when it’s something an exec may not want to hear
Can embed credibly with engineers and security practitioners. You are curious about how technical systems work, ask good questions, and earn the trust of people who may be skeptical of comms by default
See the big picture and are able to connect individual team updates to company strategy and mission
Have a keen eye for organizational culture and can recognize authentic moments worth amplifying
Strong candidates may also
Have experience communicating about security, infrastructure, or other deeply technical domains
Have worked at AI companies, frontier tech companies, or other organizations where the technical work moves faster than most people can follow
Have built or run internal communications programs during periods of rapid organizational growth
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We are seeking a Finance Systems Analyst, Tax, to join the Tax Technology team within Finance Systems at Anthropic. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of Anthropic's tax systems: taking in and triaging requests, keeping tax configuration correct as products launch and registrations change, testing changes before they go live, analyzing tax data, and producing the evidence that shows our tax controls are comprehensive and functional. You speak both tax and system languages natively and serve as the gap between technical teams and the business.
This is an early hire on a small team, and the role is broad by design. It suits someone with a tax operations background who is at home in systems and data; it is not a software engineering role. You will work between the tax team and the systems that calculate and report tax, translating tax requirements into configuration and test cases and building technically appropriate tools with Claude where they are safe and save time. You will report to the Tax Technology Lead and work directly with vendors, auditors, Billing Engineering, Accounting, and the Tax & Treasury team. As the team grows, you will take end-to-end ownership of an area of tax, a tax tool, or new products and jurisdictions.
Responsibilities
Intake & Triage:
Own the queue of tax systems requests from billing support and across the tax team, from intake and triage through resolution or escalation, keeping requesters informed along the way; help build the intake process, including with Claude, as request volume grows
Tax Configuration:
Make and document tax configuration changes as products launch and our footprint grows, including product taxability mapping, registrations, and exemption and refund rules; build runbooks and periodic completeness checks, such as reviewing the products in our billing systems against tax configuration
Testing & Change Management:
In conjunction with our PMO team or alone, design and run user acceptance testing (UAT) for tax and billing changes, keep the test evidence, and give the tax sign-off before changes go live
Tax Data Analysis:
Write SQL against our data warehouse to build reconciliations and tie-outs, investigate discrepancies, and answer ad hoc questions from the tax team
Controls & Evidence:
Prepare ITGC evidence and run the recurring SOX and IPE evidence cycle for tax controls, support auditor walkthroughs, and follow remediation items through to closure
Cross Functional Collaboration:
Act as the tax systems point of contact for Billing Engineering, Accounting and Product, bringing the tax view to design questions and flagging tax impacts before changes ship
Process Improvement & AI Tools:
Use Claude and other AI tools to build reliable, repeatable queries, small tools and documentation that take manual work out of tax operations, and check the output before anyone relies on it; help tax colleagues with a range of technical skills use these tools safely
Minimum Qualifications
Have hands-on experience configuring or supporting an enterprise tax engine, tax provision tooling, or a billing or ERP system in a tax-facing role
Can read and write SQL well enough to test and build deterministic reconciliations and trace a discrepancy to its source without help
Are skilled at translating tax requirements into configuration, test cases and clear requests for engineering teams
Have owned or been involved in user acceptance testing on a finance systems project, from test design through execution and evidence
Understand SOX, ITGC and IPE controls, can produce evidence that auditors accept, and have worked with external advisors and auditors
Have cross-functional experience, communicate clearly with non-technical colleagues, and work directly with vendors, auditors and engineers without an intermediary
Are comfortable working in a fast paced, high growth environment with evolving requirements and stepping outside of your comfort zone
Approach areas of tax you may not have experience in with genuine curiosity and a willingness to learn
Prioritize well and stay resilient when there is more work than time
Preferred Qualifications
Have 7+ years of experience in tax operations, tax technology or finance systems, with deep, practical knowledge of indirect and/or direct tax (such as sales and use tax, VAT/GST, corporate income tax, transfer pricing, withholding or property tax, R&D credits and incentives)
Experience across both indirect and direct tax, such as tax provision tooling, income tax compliance, R&D credit tools or transfer pricing data
Python and data warehouse experience
Experience with tax setup on the purchasing side of an ERP, from purchase orders through supplier invoices
Experience with marketplace facilitator rules or usage-based billing
Familiarity with e-invoicing and real-time tax reporting requirements outside the US
Experience standing up a recurring controls evidence cycle
A track record of using Claude or other AI tools to speed up finance or tax work, with checks that hold up to review
Tax experience at a large or high growth technology company, such as a multinational SaaS business

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is building new products that can reshape how finance teams operate. These products begin before the market playbook is obvious: the customer problem is still being sharpened, the product is evolving quickly, and the path from early signal to durable growth must be built.
We are hiring a Product Marketing Manager, New Products to lead that work. You will be embedded with Product and Engineering from the earliest stages, using customer and market insight to help choose the audience, shape the product, define the story, and build the commercialization and adoption motion.
This is not a launch-calendar or asset-production role. You will own the full business read for the product: customer problem, ICP, positioning, product readiness, launch, pipeline, activation, adoption, retention, proof, and the next product or GTM intervention.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Shape product strategy early. Bring customer, market, and competitive evidence into product decisions before the roadmap is fixed. Help the team identify the wedge, target segment, table stakes, differentiators, and highest-leverage problems to solve.
- Find product-market clarity. Define the ICP, buyer, user, jobs to be done, workflow, alternatives, and reasons customers will switch or expand.
- Own the product narrative. Build the canonical positioning, messaging, claims, proof, and competitive story. Translate technical and operational complexity into a clear customer value proposition without flattening how the product works.
- Design the zero-to-one GTM. Determine how the product should enter the market, including audience, channel, pricing and packaging inputs, sales motion, self-serve motion, launch sequence, and adoption plan.
- Lead launches end to end. Coordinate Product, Engineering, Sales, Growth, Creative, Communications, Support, and other partners around one launch strategy, readiness bar, and set of measurable outcomes.
- Build commercialization, not just awareness. Create the programs, enablement, proof, and feedback loops that turn interest into qualified pipeline, activation, retained usage, expansion, and revenue.
- Work deeply with Product and Engineering. Understand the product's architecture, data, constraints, and trust model well enough to influence tradeoffs and explain it credibly to both technical and business audiences.
- Create the customer learning system. Develop direct relationships with buyers and users, run structured discovery, capture objections and product gaps, and turn what you learn into product and GTM decisions.
- Own the business scorecard. Define leading and lagging indicators, build a clear operating read, diagnose what is moving or stuck, and recommend the next intervention.
- Build proof and competitive intelligence. Develop customer evidence, use cases, benchmarks, and a current view of the market that improve both product decisions and GTM execution.
- Use AI as an operating advantage. Apply AI to research, synthesis, analysis, content development, and repeatable workflows—and help the team raise its standard for speed and quality.
- Create the new-products playbook. Build a repeatable method for taking an emerging product from customer signal to product-market clarity, launch, commercialization, and scaled growth.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 6+ years of experience in B2B software product marketing, product management, growth, strategy, or another product-led GTM function, including significant ownership of a product or business outcome.
- Demonstrated zero-to-one experience with a new product, category, platform, or business line—from early customer discovery through launch and adoption.
- A record of influencing product strategy using customer, market, competitive, and performance evidence.
- Strong customer instincts. You can run discovery, identify the real workflow and buying problem, and separate a loud request from a durable market signal.
- Technical and operational fluency. You can learn a complex product, work credibly with Product and Engineering, and explain how it works to different audiences.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication. You can produce a sharp product narrative, an executive recommendation, a launch plan, and a sales story that survives contact with customers.
- Strong data literacy. You can define and interpret activation, adoption, retention, pipeline, conversion, revenue, and product-usage metrics and turn the findings into a decision.
- Proven ability to lead senior partners across Product, Engineering, Sales, Growth, Creative, and Marketing without relying on formal authority.
- High agency and comfort with ambiguity. You build the first version, test it with customers, make tradeoffs, and improve it quickly.
- Fluency with AI tools as part of your everyday research, analysis, writing, and operating workflows.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in fintech, payments, accounts receivable, accounting, developer tools, data infrastructure, AI, or another technical and workflow-heavy category.
- Experience taking a product from incubation through product-market fit and scaled commercialization.
- Experience with both product-led and sales-led growth motions.
- Experience contributing to pricing and packaging decisions.
- Experience as an early or founding PMM, product manager, founder, or operator in a fast-moving product area.
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is building custom silicon for Claude. The hardware our models run on is one of the most direct levers we have on capability, cost, and reliability — and we've decided to take design authority over it ourselves.
We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end execution of our silicon, from architecture definition through tapeout, first-silicon bring-up, and production ramp. You'll be working alongside a small group of domain experts across front-end design, verification, physical design, DFT, analog/mixed-signal, foundry, and packaging. There is no process to inherit — you'll build the execution machinery this program runs on.
This is a partner-heavy program by design. You'll drive a portfolio of external engagements — ASIC design services, IP vendors, foundry, and OSAT. You should have shipped chips before, know what a realistic silicon schedule looks like and its failure modes, and be comfortable making consequential program calls without a large organization behind you. And because this is Anthropic, you'll have Claude as a collaborator — we expect the TPMs on this team to push hard on what AI-assisted program management can look like.
Key responsibilities
Own the integrated silicon program plan — architecture closure, RTL freeze, DV milestones, IP delivery, PD closure, DFT, tapeout, and post-silicon bring-up.
Drive external partner execution across ASIC design partners, IP vendors, foundry, and packaging/test.
Run technology and IP selection as a program: track candidate vendors and options, drive evaluations to a decision, and land the build / buy / license calls with engineering leadership.
Build the execution mechanisms a silicon team needs — milestone definitions, risk and dependency tracking, design reviews, release management, exec reporting — and keep them lightweight enough that engineers actually use them.
Manage the interface between silicon and its consumers: hardware systems for package/board/bring-up, and inference/kernels/compiler teams for hardware-software co-design, so trade-offs land as coordinated decisions rather than late surprises.
Own the post-silicon program — bring-up planning, ATE/test handoff, sample distribution, validation, and the path to production readiness.
Develop and share AI-assisted approaches to program management — schedule and dependency modeling, spec and milestone consistency checking, partner-deliverable tracking, status synthesis.
Minimum qualifications
8+ years in silicon/SoC program management, chip lead, or an equivalent role that owned a chip schedule end to end.
Direct ownership of at least one program that taped out and reached production, with milestones you can speak to in detail — including where it slipped and what you did about it.
Working technical fluency across the silicon lifecycle — front-end, DV, PD, DFT, foundry, packaging.
Experience running external silicon partners — ASIC houses, IP vendors, foundry, or OSAT — including SOW scoping, delivery tracking, and escalation.
Track record of building program mechanisms from scratch on an ambiguous, fast-moving effort.
Strong written communication — plans, reviews, and exec updates that many teams depend on.
Comfort operating with high autonomy and limited process on a highly dynamic program.
Preferred qualifications
Experience on ML accelerators, high-performance compute, networking, or other large, high-bandwidth SoCs at advanced process nodes.
Experience on a first-generation or early silicon program, including standing up flows, methodology, or vendor relationships from nothing.
Experience with both partner-executed and fully in-house programs, and a view on the trade-offs between them.
Prior hands-on engineering background in one or more silicon domains (design, DV, PD, DFT, or SI/PI).
Familiarity with the chip-package-system interface and co-design with a hardware systems team.
Experience with hardware-software co-design programs — working directly with compiler, kernel, or runtime teams.
Practical experience using AI tools in your own workflow, and clear ideas about where they help and where they don't.
BS/MS in EE, CE, CS, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Workplace: Hybrid
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Senior GRC Engineer (Security)
- Location: Espoo, Finland
- Department: Product Security
- Reports to: VP Product Security
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
As Senior GRC Engineer (Security), you'll mature ICEYE's Security Governance, Risk and Compliance program across a multi-country, multi-regulator footprint, including Finland, Germany, Spain, Poland, the UK and Greece amongst others. ICEYE operates at the intersection of commercial space technology and sovereign defence, so our compliance posture (ISO 27001, NIS2, NIST, and national frameworks) has to be credible to customers who include governments and defence agencies. You'll be the person who keeps that posture accurate, current and audit-ready, maps client and national requirements to internal ICEYE requirements, as a senior individual contributor. This role will be working closely with all the ICEYE Security team domains, ICEYE IT, ICEYE product management and the Program Management Office, Engineering and Sales.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
The position will evolve according to the needs of the company and the growing team. Initially, the position has two main aspects, which are adjacent and many initiatives will cross both, especially in terms of overlapping requirements and compliance evidence:
- Product requirements and compliance:
- Ensure clients’ and their national security requirements are at all times clearly translated accurately to ICEYE internal requirements across product, IT, and other ICEYE functions, and we can clearly communicate those towards existing and new clients.
- Ensure ICEYE has evidence of fulfilling and complying with the requirements, preferably as compliance-as-code whenever possible.
- Support ICEYE’s Product, the Missions business line, PMO and Sales on client requirements. Produce material to support accreditation and acceptance requirements.
- Wider Iceye and regulatory compliance:
- Continuously improve ICEYE's ISO 27001 ISMS, including risk assessments, the risk register, Statement of Applicability, internal audits and certification/surveillance audit cycles.
- Track and operationalise NIS2, CRA and other EU product security obligations across ICEYE's in-scope entities, translating regulatory requirements into concrete policies, controls and evidence.
- Prepare clear, concise compliance and risk reporting for senior leadership, including status against certifications, audits and remediation plans.
- Maintain information security policies, standards and supporting documentation, ensuring they stay practical and enforceable rather than shelfware.
- Act as a day-to-day point of contact for external auditors, certification bodies and regulators on GRC matters.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:
- Eligible for being cleared for a Personal Security Clearance as necessary as well as a citizenship or a permanent residency in the European Union.
- Technical skills that allow you to interpret compliance requirements towards the product function; this includes being able to fluently discuss modern software architecture and development, deployment and release concepts.
- Proven hands-on experience running ISO 27001 (implementation, internal audit, or certification maintenance) in a real organisation, not just theoretical knowledge or external auditing experience.
- Working knowledge of NIS2, CRA, and how their obligations translate into practical controls and reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence product management, engineering, IT, legal and leadership without formal authority.
- Experience building or maintaining a risk register and running quantified risk assessments.
- Comfortable operating independently across multiple countries and regulatory regimes.
- Awareness of emerging AI governance frameworks (ISO 42001, NIST AI Risk Management Framework, EU AI Act) as well as NIST frameworks
Nice to haves:
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor.
- Experience in defence, space, aerospace or another regulated/sovereign-sensitive industry.
- Exposure to classified information handling frameworks (EUCI, NATO equivalents, or national security clearance regimes).

HOW WE WORK (OUR VALUES)
Make the impossible possible: We set ambitious goals and stay calm under pressure. We bring grit, optimism, and ownership when things get hard, and we keep moving until we find a way.
- Be curious: Go deep, ask questions, listen carefully, and think critically. Understand the “why” behind decisions.
- See the big picture: Stay close to what’s happening across the company so you can make better decisions. Consider how your work affects others.
- Drive effective teamwork: Create psychological safety, invite different perspectives, and build inclusive teams. There are no bad questions.
- Act as one team: We win together. We match tasks to the right owner and stay agile as priorities shift.
- Have fun: What we do matters—and it should be enjoyable. Celebrate progress, take pride in results, and share the wins.
