We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
*Open to hiring remote across the US — we also have offices in NYC, San Francisco, and Seattle
Runway is growing fast, and so is the surface area of what users need to learn. We're looking for an Education Content Specialist to keep our Help Center accurate, our Academy content well-produced, and our users set up for success from day one.
You'll sit within the Experience & Enterprise Enablement team, working closely with the Education & Enablement lead to execute against a content roadmap that spans written documentation, video scripts, and self-service resources. Every feature launch will have your fingerprints on it. You're the person who makes sure users don't have to guess.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Write, update, and maintain Help Center articles across product features, billing, policies, and troubleshooting — keeping documentation accurate as the product moves fast
- Coordinate with engineering and product at launch time to ensure articles are live before features ship
- Audit existing Help Center content for accuracy and discoverability; surface recommendations based on support ticket trends and user feedback
- Create and maintain self-service content — FAQs, quick-start guides, troubleshooting flows — that reduces ticket volume and helps users help themselves
- Draft scripts for Runway Academy video tutorials, walkthroughs, and course modules
- Support production of Academy content: create supporting assets, prepare materials for recording, and help get finished content published and organized
- Build and maintain a library of templates, prompt guides, and project starters across Runway's tools
- Support production and publishing of office hours, webinars, and live Q&A sessions
- Keep Help Center documentation and Academy content consistent and cross-referenced
- Track the performance of content you've produced — article engagement, search deflection, CSAT — and flag gaps to the Education & Enablement lead
- Work with legal to ensure usage policies and terms are accurately reflected in customer-facing content
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 2-3 years of experience in technical writing, documentation, education content, or a similar role at a software or SaaS company
- Ability to translate complex product features into clear, user-friendly language — across articles, scripts, and guides
- Experience shipping documentation on tight timelines with cross-functional dependencies
- Comfort with help center platforms (Zendesk, Intercom, or similar) and content management systems
- Familiarity with video content production and an instinct for how to structure and pace educational content
- Strong editorial judgment — you catch inconsistencies before they go live
- Organized and autonomous working style; you can manage a documentation backlog while staying responsive to urgent launch needs
- A bias toward action and a belief that no task is too small
- Familiarity building with LLMs to streamline and automate processes
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with AI or creative tools — with genuine curiosity about how they work
- Background in or passion for the creative space — video, design, animation, or related fields
- Experience using support data (ticket volume, search queries, CSAT, completion rates) to prioritize content work

What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 16M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.
Reports to: Senior Manager, Detection Engineering & Threat Hunting
Location: Remote Australia
Compensation Range: $150,000 to $170,000 AUD base plus bonus and equity
What You’ll Do:
Members of the Huntress DE&TH team wake up every morning with the honor of impeding threat actors through a combination of detection engineering and threat hunting. This team sits alongside our 24x7 Security Operations Center, and our Adversary Tactics & Tactical Response function, and plays a pivotal role in detecting threats actors before they get a chance to impact our partner environments.
As a Senior Detection Engineering and Threat Hunting (DE&TH) Analyst you should be drawn to the hard problems: detecting stealthy intrusions, managing false positives and false negatives at scale, and uncovering clues that may expose an evolving campaign across Huntress partners. In this role you will turn threat intelligence, or a hypothesis, into detections that help the SOC find real intrusions faster. While the SOC is responding to alerts within minutes, this team is developing detections and reviewing more ambiguous signs of attacker activity on a daily & weekly basis.
On the Detection Engineering side of the role, you will play a part in designing, building, and maintaining a resilient, scalable, and high-fidelity detection portfolio that enables the SOC to rapidly identify and respond to adversary activity. This will involve working with engineering and other adjacent teams to achieve a shared goal across multiple domains which includes identities and endpoints.
On the Threat Hunting side of the role, you will get to research new attacker tradecraft, test new theories, and review hunting data at scale for millions of endpoints to proactively hunt for, and disrupt, stealthy threat actor techniques that evade initial defenses.
If you love Detection Engineering and Threat Hunting at scale, whilst in the environment and energy of a SOC, this is the role for you!
Responsibilities:
Contribute to all parts of the detection lifecycle by creating new rules, testing them before deployment, monitoring efficacy, and tuning, promoting, or retiring rules based on their performance.
Develop rules across a variety of Huntress products and operating systems such as: Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Windows, Linux, and MacOS.
Manage any DE&TH requests raised internally or escalated from our partners.
Undertake hypothesis-driven hunts across Huntress telemetry, prioritising techniques and tradecraft that may evade high-fidelity detections and initial SOC review.
Consume threat intelligence and translate IOCs, TTPs, and internal findings into new or refined detections through Git-based workflows.
Build and refine hunting dashboards or queries required to surface potential intrusions.
Review ambiguous signs of attacker activity across Huntress products, and surface likely intrusions that require deeper investigation.
Investigate or escalate likely intrusions identified to ensure partners receive clear incident reports with accurate advice.
Contribute findings to community-driven projects and create Huntress content such as blogs, social posts, videos, podcasts, and webinars.
Use AI-assisted workflows to prototype queries, enrich analysis, and develop a scaffolding for detection rules, ensuring you apply sound judgment to validate the AI output. We expect everyone at Huntress to be able to use AI as a real part of how they work, not occasionally, but genuinely embedded in core workflows.
What You Bring To The Team:
2+ years of experience in detection engineering, threat hunting, SOC, MDR, or incident response.
Intermediate knowledge of Windows internals.
Working knowledge of Linux, macOS, Microsoft 365, Azure, and Google Workspace.
Experience developing, testing, tuning, and documenting detections or analytics from threat intelligence, IOCs, hypotheses, or real-world investigations.
Ability to communicate findings through clear written reports.
Strong familiarity with detection languages such as Sigma, Suricata, Snort, or YARA, and query languages such as KQL, EQL, ES|QL, or Splunk SPL.
A sound understanding of adversary tradecraft, including techniques used for persistence, privilege escalation, defense impairment, lateral movement, discovery, and collection on a system.
A sound understanding of the roles different threat actors play and their associated goals, such as: initial access brokers, ransomware affiliates, and state-sponsored entities.
Ability to orchestrate reusable AI workflows that improve threat hunting, detection development, or analysis, and can verify AI-generated outputs before they reach production environments.
Bonus points for:
Intermediate knowledge of Linux and MacOS internals.
Hands-on experience using tools to remotely discover evidence of compromise such as OSquery, Velociraptor, and EDR/MDR/XDR platforms.
Previous use of forensic tooling such as Eric Zimmerman's EZ Tools, RegRipper, Hayabusa, or Chainsaw to analyze endpoint artifacts.
Intermediate malware analysis skills.
What We Offer:
Fully remote work
At least one annual trip to the US for Summer Summit, with additional local events in Australia!
New starter home office set up reimbursement ($800 AUD)
12 weeks paid parental leave for both primary and secondary carers
Monthly digital allowance for personal phone and internet costs ($185 AUD)
Monthly home office tech stipend to upgrade or replace equipment ($40 AUD)
Subsidised private health insurance through our preferred provider
Stock options for
all
full-time employees
Access to the BetterUp platform for coaching, personal, and professional growth

ABOUT THE ROLE
Open to hiring remote — we also have offices in New York, San Francisco, Seattle, London, Paris, and Tel Aviv.
Runway is hiring a Detection & Response Engineer to own how we find and stop attacks against our infrastructure, our research environment and our products.
Securing a company that trains and serves frontier video models is a different problem from securing a typical SaaS product. The environment includes research compute, large training datasets, a fast-moving build pipeline and engineers who work inside AI-assisted tooling every day. Each of those changes what an attack looks like and what you need to see to catch it.
You'll join the Security team and build our detection and response program the way an engineer would: detections as code, response as automation, evidence as something you can query. This is a role with real ownership: you'll own the detection program end to end, from what we log to how quickly we close an incident. You'll report to the head of security, partner with engineers across platform and research, and shape how this function grows from here.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own detection and response end to end: what we log, what we alert on, how we triage and how we recover
- Write and tune detections as code across multiple cloud environments, Kubernetes, identity systems, endpoints and SaaS, and measure them on coverage and precision rather than alert volume
- Lead incident response from the first alert through containment and forensics, then write the post-incident review people actually read
- Build automation that takes toil out of triage, including enrichment, correlation, containment actions and evidence collection, and use LLM-based tooling where it holds up under audit
- Monitor AI agents and developer tooling operating inside our environment, and turn that into concrete telemetry and controls
- Partner with platform and research engineers so new systems ship with logging and response playbooks in place on day one
- Run threat hunts and tabletop exercises against the parts of the environment that worry you most, and fix what you find
- Turn incident and detection metrics into evidence for SOC 2, ISO 27001 and enterprise customer security reviews, working with our GRC team
- Participate in an on-call rotation for security incidents
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Hands-on incident response experience: you've triaged live alerts, led investigations and written up what happened afterward
- Experience building and tuning detections in a modern SIEM, ideally managed as code
- Working knowledge of how attackers move through cloud and Kubernetes environments (IAM abuse, container escape, credential theft, supply chain compromise) and what that leaves behind in logs
- Comfort writing Python, Typescript, Rust or another language to automate response work and connect security tools
- Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform and with Kubernetes at the level of audit logs, RBAC and workload identity
- Clear writing. Incident timelines, detection documentation and updates to leadership are all part of the job
- Judgment about what to alert on, what to automate and when to wake someone up
EVEN BETTER IF YOU HAVE
- Experience monitoring GPU or HPC-style infrastructure, or research environments with large datasets
- Experience building detections or guardrails for AI agents, LLM tooling or MCP servers
- Cloud forensics experience: disk and memory acquisition, cloud audit trail reconstruction, chain of custody
- Published open source detection content

ABOUT THE ROLE
*Open to hiring remote — we also have offices in New York, San Francisco, Seattle, London, Paris, and Tel Aviv.
Runway is hiring an Infrastructure Security Engineer to secure the platform our models are trained and served on. The role covers Kubernetes platform security, cloud identity and access, software supply chain, tenant isolation in the serving layer and the research infrastructure behind our models.
Securing a company that trains and serves frontier video models is a different problem from securing a typical SaaS product. The environment includes research compute, large training datasets, a fast-moving build pipeline, and engineers who work inside AI-assisted tooling every day. Each of those changes what an attack looks like and what the platform has to enforce to stop it.
This is a hands-on engineering role on the Security team. You'll write policy, tooling and infrastructure code, work in the platform team's repositories, and ship controls that hold up in production.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and ship security controls in our Kubernetes ecosystem: admission policy, RBAC, workload identity, network policy and runtime hardening across every cluster we run
- Harden the software supply chain from dependency intake through build and deploy, including package firewalling, artifact signing and provenance, and admission controls that block what doesn't pass
- Own cloud IAM and identity architecture: least-privilege roles, short-lived credentials and workload federation
- Secure research infrastructure and training pipelines, including access to model weights and datasets, without slowing down the people using them
- Threat model new platform components before they ship and turn the findings into concrete requirements the owning team can act on
- Build guardrails for AI agents and developer tooling operating inside our infrastructure
- Write infrastructure as code and policy as code, and treat security configuration with the same review and rollout discipline as any other change
- Give the incident response team what they need when infrastructure is involved: fast answers about how a system works and what to shut off
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Hands-on experience securing Kubernetes in production: you've written admission policies, debugged RBAC and workload identity problems and understand how a cluster gets compromised
- Working knowledge of cloud IAM and networking on at least one major cloud platform, including how identity federation and short-lived credentials actually work
- Experience with infrastructure as code and GitOps-style deployment, and the habit of shipping security changes through the same pipeline as everything else
- Comfort writing Python, Typescript, Rust or another language to build tooling, not just scripts
- An understanding of software supply chain attacks and the controls that stop them: signing, provenance, SBOMs, admission enforcement
- Clear writing. Design docs, threat models and explanations to engineers who don't work in security are all part of the job
- Judgment about which controls to enforce, which to recommend and how to roll out a breaking change without breaking the company
EVEN BETTER IF YOU HAVE
- Experience securing GPU or HPC-style compute, training pipelines or research environments
- Experience with policy engines and admission controllers (Kyverno, OPA Gatekeeper, Falco or similar)
- Multi-tenant isolation design in a cloud environment: ABAC, scoped credentials, per-tenant boundaries
- Experience producing security architecture evidence for SOC 2, ISO 27001 or other audits and customer assessments
- Open source contributions or published work in cloud or Kubernetes security

ABOUT PEEC AI
Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.
We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, that went from $0 to $15M ARR in 18 months, with a 100+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our New York office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a GTM Enablement Associate to join us for 3 months and help make sure everything our customers and prospects see from Peec is high-quality, accurate, and on-brand. You'll work directly with our GTM Enablement Specialist and support Growth, Sales, Customer Experience, and Design on decks and offers, case studies, and competitive intelligence.

- A strong eye for aesthetics: you notice when spacing, fonts, or colors are off, and you care about getting the details right
- Comfortable working in Google Slides, Figma, or similar
- Curious about AI and how people use it, with good judgment on when AI output is good enough and when it isn't
- Quick learner who can pick up a technical product and explain it simply
- Organized and reliable: you manage several requests at once and follow through
- Excellent written English
BONUS POINTS
- Previous internship or working student experience at a startup or tech company
- A portfolio, side project, or anything you've made that shows your taste

That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 16M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.

Mysten Labs’ mission is to advance the internet through step-function improvements in what technology makes possible. We build foundational infrastructure and products that give people, businesses, and developers new ways to interact, transact, and create value.
Our work spans on-chain finance and the emerging agent economy. Through Sui, Move, and our broader technology stack, we’re building the systems that make these experiences possible - from secure, scalable blockchain infrastructure to new ways for businesses and AI agents to interact.
We’re looking for a Senior Security Engineer to help protect the Sui ecosystem. You’ll uncover vulnerabilities, build monitoring tools, and assess economic risk across DeFi protocols. Working closely with external protocol teams and Mysten’s own DeFi products, including DeepBook, you’ll help address risks before they become incidents and strengthen security across the ecosystem
Responsibilities
- Build and run continuous monitoring of the Sui DeFi ecosystem for security and economic risk: oracle issues, misconfigurations/bad economic parameters, solvency and bad-debt exposure under price shocks, liquidation capacity against on-chain liquidity depth, accounting-versus-positions reconciliation, invariants.
- Extend security team tooling, both precise static analysis tooling and proprietary agent skills.
- Measure and drive compliance with the DeFi security recommendations across supported protocols: run the recurring compliance cycle, fill the protocol report card, validate security claims (audits, custody, upgrade governance, oracle dependencies) against on-chain reality, track remediation commitments, and escalate when a protocol regresses or fails to disclose an incident. Partner with the ecosystem and finance owners of the process.
- Hunt for critical vulnerabilities in the highest-TVL Sui protocols and get them fixed before they are exploited: full-package audits, variant analysis across forks, pre-execution review of multisig upgrade payloads, and forensics after incidents anywhere in the ecosystem.
- Be the security team's point of contact for external DeFi teams and for Mysten's own DeFi products such as DeepBook: due diligence, incident coordination, and post-mortems that feed back into the recommendations and the monitors.
- Write it down: findings, reports, and runbooks that a protocol engineer can act on and a non-technical stakeholder can understand, with every claim traceable to bytecode, chain state, or data.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in security engineering, smart contract security, or DeFi risk engineering, with a track record of building tools that ran in production and of finding real vulnerabilities (audit findings, bug bounty reports, published research, or incident work).
- Strong understanding of DeFi mechanics and their failure modes: lending markets (LTV, liquidation thresholds and bonuses, close factors, bad debt), AMMs and concentrated liquidity, perpetuals, liquid staking, oracles (staleness, confidence, TWAP, multi-source aggregation), flash loans, and MEV.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and Python, and comfort with Rust. Ability to write SQL over large datasets and to work with blockchain indexers and data warehouses.
- Experience reading smart contract code at source or the bytecode or disassembly level, or evident ability to learn it quickly. Move experience is a plus, not a requirement; Solidity or Rust smart contract experience transfers.
- Rigor: you verify claims against bytecode and chain state, build known-clean checks into your tools, and say what you did not verify.
- Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to influence external teams you have no formal authority over
- Interest in the web3 space is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Sui and Move experience: the object and capability model, package upgrades and version gates, programmable transaction blocks, the Sui GraphQL and gRPC APIs.
- Knowledge of the recent DeFi exploit history on Sui and other chains: named incidents, oracle compromises, and the defect classes behind them.
- Experience building analysis or monitoring tools with LLM agents (Claude Code skills or comparable), and a clear sense of where models help and where deterministic tooling must do the work.
- Static or dynamic program analysis experience: taint analysis, call graphs, symbolic execution, fuzzing, formal verification.
- Quantitative or economic modeling experience: stress testing, liquidity modeling, risk parameters for lending markets.
- Publications, conference talks, CVEs, or bug bounty rankings.
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, which may include verification of employment history, education credentials, criminal history, and other relevant information.
Regarding the recent rash of technology job scams: Be aware that emails from genuine Mysten Labs group recruiters will always come from the @mystenlabs.com http://mystenlabs.com domain or related subdomains (e.g., mystenlabs.com/careers http://mystenlabs.com/careers). To support an efficient and fair hiring process, we may use technology-assisted tools, including artificial intelligence (AI), to help identify and evaluate candidates. All hiring decisions are ultimately made by human reviewers.
Our team is remote first and we are hiring across the world. Here at Mysten Labs, you’ll be joining a world-class team with tremendous growth potential as we bring the next billion users to web3. We raised a $300M Series B round from top Silicon Valley led venture funds like Jump Crypto, Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), Binance Labs, Redpoint, Lightspeed, Coinbase Ventures, Electric Capital, Standard Crypto, NFX, Slow Ventures, Scribble Ventures, Samsung Next, Lux Capital, among other investment firms and strategic partners.
Open to hiring remote across North America and London — we also have offices in NYC, San Francisco, Seattle, and London.
We're building a tool that makes content creation easy and accessible for all types of creatives. Our users love it. Runway has an actively engaged and growing community of passionate artists and creators worldwide. And we're scaling the systems behind our support team so we can keep delivering delightful experiences as that community grows.
We're looking for a Support Systems Engineer who ships production code, not tickets and specs: someone who takes a fix from proposal to merged PR themselves. This role reports directly to the Head of Customer Experience.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own the AI support agent, our ticketing system and other Support tools end to end: authentication (JWT), response logic, routing, escalation paths and tone, tested in staging before it sees live traffic
- Ship daily product changes that remove ticket volume. Recent example: extending automatic refund eligibility to one-click credit purchases, accidental upgrades and month-based proration on annual terms
- Build and maintain internal CX tooling as real software, not one-offs: scripts, jobs, dashboards, admin surfaces
- Run QA and evals with real test suites and pass/fail rubrics, plus monitoring and alerts for outages, bugs and volume spikes
- Own releases: staged rollouts, a regression suite before every ship, clear rollback criteria, a writeup when something reaches production
- Build the CX reporting the org runs on: volume, deflection, CSAT, reply and resolution time, escalation accuracy, agent spend. You own the correctness and availability of the queries.
- Build and stage the guardrails on refunds, account changes and anything touching money or PII, including the audit trail
- Keep the knowledge base accurate and structured for the agent to parse, and manage the handoff into the ticketing system
- Keep the CX roadmap and the coverage model current, sequenced against priorities set by the Head of CX, so gaps show up before they bite
- Run the day-to-day with our AI platform vendor: weekly working session, joint roadmap, issues filed with reproductions
- Carry signal across teams: Product and Engineering on bugs and rollouts, Customer Education on self-serve, community on Discord and the forums, GTM and Analytics on routing and reporting
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 5+ years in Customer Experience, Support Engineering or Support Operations, with real time spent writing code
- You ship production code in codebases you didn't write: read TypeScript, trace logic through someone else's service, put up a PR that survives review. Our stack is TypeScript and Node.js on AWS
- Hands-on experience building and tuning AI or LLM-powered support workflows: prompt and context engineering, routing, escalation design, evals
- SQL experience. You own the reporting, so you shouldn't be waiting on Analytics for it
- Code-level experience with a billing or payments API: invoices, prorations, refunds. A large share of consumer tickets live here
- Git, PR review, CI, staging and feature flags as your default way of working
- Real QA and eval experience: you can define rubrics, build test suites and calibrate against what good looks like
- Judgment about where a fix belongs, in code, in the agent or in the knowledge base
- A track record carrying signal between support, product and other functions and turning it into action
- Comfort managing your own work in a fast-moving environment, high ownership and high autonomy
- Genuine interest in AI, creative tools or both
WHAT SETS YOU APART
The most successful person in this role treats the agent and the systems around it like a product they own. They watch where it fails, ship the fix and check whether it worked. They build reporting people actually use. And they show up with improvements no one asked for yet.
FOR YOUR APPLICATION
During our interview process, you'll have several chances to get acquainted with the Runway product and use all the features our team has built, and that starts now. As part of your application, instead of a cover letter, we ask that you try out the Runway product, specifically build a custom workflow.
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

Deeply understand GitLab's platform, especially our AI agent capabilities, and continuously find productive, real-world use cases worth showing.
Create product content, including videos, blog posts, presentations, and social clips that show key use cases for GitLab in the user interface and terminal.
Produce video content end to end: script, record, and edit product walkthroughs and demos, and collaborate with GitLab's video team on longer or higher-production pieces.
Deliver product demos and participate in analyst briefings.
Engage with customers through webinars, customer meetings, and other conversations.
Participate in the developer community by engaging on the GitLab forum and Discord, following the conversations happening on social platforms, in newsletters, and at events, and making sure GitLab has a voice in the ones that matter.
Answer technical questions that come through the sales team, and partner with support, sales, and product on developer-facing educational content.
Use hands-on product experience to share feedback with product teams and test new features.
Contribute to technical research and analysis of the developer tools landscape.
Travel requirement up to 20% for events and customer meetings.
What you'll bring
Hands-on technical experience. You understand how software gets built, with a focus on everything that happens after code is written, and can talk about it credibly with engineers.
Understanding of artificial intelligence and its use in software development, from coding all the way to production. You have built and operated agentic systems and infrastructure.
The ability to explain technical products clearly. You can demo a product, record a walkthrough, or speak at a conference without it feeling forced.
Fluency in developer social platforms. You know what's interesting to the people we're trying to reach and can participate in the conversation with credibility.
Curiosity and self-direction. You're already finding the next thing worth talking about, following the right people, and noticing opportunities.
Experience engaging with customers, developers, or technical communities.
Ability to work independently and collaborate across sales, engineering, product, and other teams.
About the team
The Developer Advocacy team creates content that shows GitLab in use, engages with customers and the developer community, and brings hands-on product feedback to GitLab teams. The team also contributes technical research and analysis, while partnering with other groups to share its findings.

Location: Espoo
Workplace: Hybrid
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Staff Software Engineer (Commercial Platform)
- Location: Espoo, Finland
- Department: Business Automation
- Reports to: Senior Engineering Manager
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid, 3 days a week at the office
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
As a Staff Software Engineer, you will own the architecture behind how customers discover, order, receive and pay for ICEYE's SAR imagery and monitoring insights.. You will decide how several existing backend systems become one platform, and you will see that migration through to production.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build the platform at the heart of ICEYE's data business: it's how customers buy and receive our imagery and insights, and it will drive the Data business's revenue for years to come.
- Own the technical architecture and migration plan for bringing several existing backend systems together into one unified platform behind ICEYE's monitoring intelligence products.
- Make the key architecture and data-model decisions and hands-on drive them through execution across multiple engineering teams.
- Deliver the platform's first production milestone together with the team within the first quarter of 2027. Then lead the migration of the remaining live products onto it without disrupting customers.
- Set the technical standards other engineers build against as the platform consolidation continues.
- Bring a point of view on where AI-assisted engineering practices genuinely help the team, and help others apply them.
- Partner directly with product and engineering leadership to keep the migration aligned as priorities evolve.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Backend production engineering experience in Go, or deep enough backend expertise in a similar language to ramp quickly.
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and event-driven, message-based architectures.
- Production experience with a major cloud provider (AWS preferred).
- Practical experience with observability tooling such as LGTM stack, Datadog and OpenTelemetry.
- A track record of technically leading an architecture renewal, platform consolidation, or large-scale migration end to end, not just contributing to one.
- Proven ability to bring multiple engineering teams and stakeholders to a shared technical direction.
- Geospatial or space industry experience is a strong plus that will help you have an impact quickly. If you don't have it, apply anyway: most of our engineers learned the domain here.
APPLICATION PROCESS
- TA Partner screening call (30 minutes)
- Hiring manager interview (1 hour)
- Technical interview (2 hours)
- Values & Fit interview (1 hour)
- Final interview with SVP of Engineering (1 hour)

About Niantic Spatial
AI has learned from almost everything online, but it still struggles with the physical world, where 99.5% of economic activity happens. It doesn’t know where things are, how spaces fit together, or what changes over time.
That’s one of the biggest unsolved problems in AI, and it’s the one we’re solving at Niantic Spatial. We build spatial AI models and services so people and machines can reason, learn and act safely in the physical world. We turn camera imagery, video, sensor data and archives into accurate, AI-readable representations of real places that robots can train in and machines can use to know exactly where they are.
In physical AI, mistakes have real consequences. That’s why we build AI grounded in measured reality, not guesswork, so the people and machines relying on it can trust it to get things right.
Our team built some of the world’s most widely used maps. Now we’re building something bigger: a living, measured record of the real world that machines can query, learn from and use to understand how places change over time. If you want to help AI understand the world we actually live in, come build with us.
About the Role
Niantic Spatial makes the physical world computable, helping people and machines collaborate safely by aligning how they understand reality. One of the fundamental problems we're helping autonomy teams and engineers overcome is the sim-to-real gap for visual-spatial understanding. We're applying our team's decades of experience encoding the world precisely as it is at Google Maps, Google Earth, and Niantic Labs to build the scalable real-to-sim stack for embodied AI.
Niantic Spatial's R&D Team in London is seeking a Research Scientist to push the frontiers of Spatial AI, advancing our Large Geospatial Model as a dedicated member of the Embodied AI group. You will invent and develop algorithms and systems that sit at the cross-section of computer vision, machine learning, AI, graphics, and robotics.
We're passionate about discovery, so we're looking for scientists who want to learn, publish, teach, and deploy every new invention.
What You'll Do
- Develop New Spatial Representations - Develop new spatial representations that embodied AI can learn from, train in, and act on.
- Advance Real-to-Sim Pipelines - Advance real-to-sim pipelines connecting real-world observations, 3D reconstruction, simulation, and robotic policy learning.
- Solve Emerging Spatial Problems - Solve emerging problems that relate to spatial intelligence, 3D scene representation, training data, model efficiency, and interactive systems.
- Take Capabilities Through to Evidence - Take new capabilities through to evidence: what changed for the policy, not only what changed in the reconstruction.
- Build Prototypes - Build proof of concept prototypes, initially for internal use, where some will need to run at production scale on customer data.
- Collaborate Across Research and Product - Collaborate closely with researchers, engineers, and product partners to bring novel models to production.
- Publish Your Work - Publish and present your work.
What You'll Bring
- A PhD in computer vision, robotics, graphics, machine learning, or a related field, or equivalent research experience, with a publication record at top venues.
- Substantial expertise in robotics or embodied AI, including experience in sim-to-real transfer, domain randomization, policy evaluation, and simulation-based learning.
- Deep experience with 3D scene representations: Gaussian splatting, neural fields, meshes, point clouds, or implicit representations.
- You have applied generative or diffusion models to 3D data, such as scene completion, inpainting, relighting, or novel view synthesis from sparse capture.
- You have worked on 3D semantics, open-vocabulary scene understanding, or scene graphs.
- Proficiency in Python and Deep Learning libraries such as PyTorch.
- GPU or graphics programming experience, such as custom CUDA kernels, shaders, or differentiable rendering.
- A track record of contributing to widely used open-source research codebases.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in C++.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range of £103,500 to £202,500. Compensation also includes an annual bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Location & Work Model
This role is based in our London office, with three days per week in office.
Inclusive Application
We know the strongest candidates don't always tick every box. If you're excited about this role and believe you could do it well, we encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every qualification listed - you may be exactly who we're looking for.
Equal Opportunity
Niantic Spatial is an equal opportunity employer. Individuals seeking employment at Niantic Spatial are considered without regard to race, color, ancestry, national origin, religion, creed, age, gender (including pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding or related medical conditions), marital status, physical or mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, military or veteran status, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, or any other protected category under applicable laws. Niantic Spatial will also consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in accordance with applicable laws. Please contact your recruiter if you want to request an accommodation for the job application or interview process.

Reporting to the Director of Customer Experience Operations, you will be a strategic and hands-on partner to PS leadership. You will help move the organization from manual, disjointed processes to connected, reliable, and increasingly automated ways of working. Your work will give leaders better visibility into pipeline, capacity, staffing, delivery economics, and growth and will ensure our teams have what they need to successfully deliver.

What you’ll bring
10+ years’ experience in Professional Services Operations, Services Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related function in a technology or subscription business.
Deep understanding of PS business models, including time and materials, fixed-fee, and blended engagements.
Experience owning and developing forecasting and planning processes that connect sales pipeline to delivery capacity, staffing, bookings, and revenue.
Experience with resource management, utilization, project margin, delivery operations, PSA systems, or services go-to-market operations.
Experience leading process and systems improvements across evolving organizations.
Strong analytical, business judgment, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
A pragmatic, hands-on approach to solving ambiguous operational problems.

Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
