From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Team
The Semantic Layer team owns the systems that turn dbt models into trusted, reusable business metrics. At the heart of this is
MetricFlow
— the open-source semantic engine that powers the dbt Semantic Layer. MetricFlow lets data teams define metrics once in code and consume them consistently across BI tools, notebooks, AI agents, and downstream applications.
This team is the steward of MetricFlow as an open-source project: shipping releases, reviewing community contributions, evolving the query compiler, and ensuring it integrates cleanly with the broader dbt ecosystem. You'll work at the intersection of language design, query compilation, and distributed data execution — solving problems that directly shape how thousands of organizations measure their business.
About the Role
We're hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join the Semantic Layer team in Bangalore. You'll be a core contributor to MetricFlow — designing features, optimizing query generation, hardening the open-source codebase, and partnering with the community of contributors and adopters around it. This is a high-ownership role: you'll write production code, drive technical decisions, and help shape the long-term architecture of one of the most important projects in the modern data stack.
What You'll Do
Design, build, and maintain core features of MetricFlow, including metric definitions, query compilation, dimensional modeling, and SQL generation across multiple data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift, and others).
Own MetricFlow as an open-source project — triage issues, review external pull requests, manage releases, and engage the community on GitHub and in Slack.
Collaborate with engineers across dbt Cloud, dbt Core, and the Semantic Layer service to ensure MetricFlow integrates seamlessly with the rest of the dbt ecosystem.
Improve performance, reliability, and observability of metric query execution at scale.
Partner with product, design, and developer-relations teammates to translate customer and community feedback into shipped improvements.
Write clear technical documentation, RFCs, and design docs that raise the bar for how the team thinks and ships.
Mentor other engineers through code review, pairing, and technical guidance.
Skills We're Looking For
Strong professional software engineering experience, with a strong track record of shipping production systems.
Deep proficiency in
Python
, including modern typing, testing practices, and packaging.
Strong SQL fundamentals and a working understanding of how analytical query engines and data warehouses execute queries.
Experience designing systems that involve parsing, compilation, or transformation — for example: query planners, DSL compilers, type systems, or rule-based engines.
Solid grasp of software design principles: clean APIs, modularity, testability, and backwards compatibility.
Excellent written and verbal communication — you can explain complex tradeoffs clearly to engineers, PMs, and external community members.
Experience collaborating in a distributed, asynchronous team environment.
Bonus Skills (Optional)
Prior experience contributing to or maintaining a popular open-source project.
Familiarity with dbt, MetricFlow, LookML, Cube, or other semantic-layer technologies.
Background in data warehousing internals, query optimization, or analytical SQL dialects.
Experience with CI/CD, GitHub Actions, and release engineering for Python libraries.
Exposure to building developer-facing APIs, SDKs, or CLIs.

About us:
At Praktika.ai we are on a mission to deliver efficient and engaging learning experiences for billions of students worldwide by bridging the gap between learning apps and human tutors.
We have done this by creating a fully automated language tutorship experience powered by generative AI Avatars.
After raising $30 million in Series-A funding, we are growing and looking for a Account Executive, to join us! We are a global small team of 50 innovators who are pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in language learning and tutoring.
In this fast-paced environment we like independent self-starters who can work well in a team as well as unassisted and who enjoy the working environment of an early-stage startup.
About the role:
You will be the first person at Praktika whose whole job is selling to companies. You run the full cycle yourself: find the account, open it, run the demo, set up the trial, answer the security questionnaire, price it, close it, then go back for the other sites in the same group. No SDR feeds you. No solutions engineer joins your calls.
The languages matter as much as the selling. Our buyers are local HR and training managers at sites where the working language is English and daily life is not. They buy in their own language. You will work primarily in Spanish or French, with English internally.
You report to the CRO.
We are hiring a full-cycle Account Executive rather than an SDR or a BDR on purpose. At this volume, splitting prospecting from closing creates a handoff that costs more than it saves. One person who owns a deal from first touch to signature will learn faster and close more than two people passing leads between them. We will revisit that once inbound volume makes your time the bottleneck. What you'll do
What you will own
Pipeline.
Work the inbound queue in hours rather than days, and build outbound into the markets where we have customers but no coverage. Around half your pipeline should be self-sourced by month six.
The full cycle.
Discovery, demo, trial setup, seat sizing, pricing, security review, contract, signature. You complete security questionnaires yourself, from a canonical answer sheet we maintain.
Expansion.
Most of our accounts are one site of a larger group. Winning the second and third site of a company already paying us is the highest-yield motion we have, and it is a formal part of your number.
CRM discipline.
Attio is the system of record. Deal value, seat count and stage current on every deal. Our data quality today is poor and you are the person who fixes it.
Market feedback.
You will be the only person hearing objections daily. We expect you to tell us what is breaking and what to build.
Who we are looking for
Professional fluency in French or Spanish, plus English.
Three or more years closing B2B software full cycle, with a median deal size under $20,000.
Evidence of 25 or more deals closed in a single year.
You built your own pipeline.
Strong signals
You have sold to HR, L&D or operations buyers.
You have worked somewhere small enough that you also wrote the sequences, built the list and argued about the pricing page.
You have sold into Latin America from Europe and know what that does to a calendar.
You have worked alongside a self-serve funnel and understand that some deals should never get a call.
Please skip this role if any of the following describes you.
You have only sold six-figure contracts on six-month cycles.
Your last three years came with an SDR, a solutions engineer and a deal desk.
You want a named account list handed to you.
You want to manage people within a year. This role has no reports and will not have any for some time.
You need a defined process. You will be writing it.
Why should you join Praktika:
We expect dedication and hard work—but we also believe in rewarding it. Our compensation reflects the effort and results you bring to the table.
Top-tier salary to match your top-tier skills
Equity that grows with your impact: Equity growth via stock options
26 days holidays plus bank holidays. (34 days per year)
Yearly off-sites: Last year was in Dubai!
Health and wellness benefits to support your overall well-being through Safetywing
Access to an AI toolkit including ChatGPT, Copilot, and other productivity tools
Annual educational budget of up to $1,000
Interview Process:
We will provide you with feedback throughout the interview process.
Join Praktika and lead the charge in driving exponential growth and innovation. Apply now to be part of a team that is redefining language learning for millions of users worldwide.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts at the executive level (CXO and program level), positioning GitLab as a strategic partner and identifying expansion opportunities.

What you’ll bring
Experience building and leading high-performing sales teams, ideally within France, with a focus on coaching and developing talent.
Ability to design and execute a country go-to-market plan, including pipeline generation discipline, territory coverage, and disciplined deal execution.
Strength in balancing hands-on field work with strategic leadership, staying close to customers while managing day-to-day operations.
Familiarity with B2B software or technology sales and open source/DevSecOps concepts, with enthusiasm for learning GitLab’s platform and building long-term market presence.
Skills in creating structure, setting clear expectations, and driving organized, data-informed sales processes, including use of MEDDPICC or similar methodologies.
Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to create trust and empathy with both customers and GitLab team members at all levels.
Comfort operating in a dynamic, growth-focused, all-remote environment, acting as a self-directed “manager of one” and using Salesforce.com or similar CRM and marketing automation systems to build trackable, repeatable sales processes.
About the team
You’ll join a regional sales organization focused on growing GitLab’s presence across France, working closely with Account Executives and cross-functional partners in account management, customer success, marketing, product, engineering, and operations. The team is all-remote and collaborates asynchronously across time zones to build pipeline, manage complex sales cycles, and deliver consistent customer experiences. You’ll help shape how we organize coverage, implement disciplined sales processes, and bring structure to a high-growth region while staying aligned with global sales strategy and GitLab’s values of transparency, collaboration, and results.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
MARKETING OPS IS ONE OF ALAN'S HIGHEST-LEVERAGE FUNCTIONS.
It sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, data, and technology — turning systems into growth engines and ensuring every touchpoint with prospects and members is timely, relevant, and scalable.
Alan is growing fast across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada. But today we're leaving value on the table. On the prospect side, we drive more traffic but can't convert it properly: no scoring, no intelligent routing, no nurturing that adapts to buying intent. On the member side, messaging is one of our primary touchpoints for engagement, retention, and trust — yet nobody operates it strategically. Personalization stays shallow, communication pressure goes unmonitored, and shipping a message often means filing an engineering ticket.
We need Marketing Ops leaders who can architect scalable systems, operate them strategically, and progressively embed AI into workflows — to raise quality, reduce manual execution, and unlock growth without scaling headcount linearly.
⭐️ THE MARKETING OPS JOB ⭐️
We are hiring two Marketing Operations Managers, each embedded in a different crew:
- Growth Infrastructure — focused on prospect acquisition: building a unified lead engine that captures, scores, routes, and nurtures across all channels
- Product Platform — focused on member lifecycle messaging: operating Alan's messaging stack as a scalable service across 1.7M+ profiles
Both roles share the same DNA: strong marketing ops fundamentals, data fluency, a product mindset, and the ability to be both hands-on and strategic. Crew placement will be determined based on the candidate's experience, interests, and fit during the hiring process.
Why is this role interesting?
- Speed: marketing, product, and sales teams ship campaigns and messages confidently — Marketing Ops turns bottlenecks into force multipliers across every crew
- Trust: clean data, governed attributes, proper segmentation, and enforced rules mean the right person gets the right message at the right time
- Scale: as we grow to millions of members across multiple countries, we need operators who keep our platforms clean and the user experience protected — without scaling headcount linearly
- AI at the frontier: this isn't a maintenance role — you'll identify high-priority use cases for AI agents, train and refine them to a senior marketer's quality bar, and drive real adoption
What will you do with us?
You'll be a partnership with marketers — not a service desk. You'll partner closely with engineers, data, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders (PMMs, sales, growth, product) within a PM-Tech duo crew model.
Regardless of crew, you will own a core set of capabilities:
- Marketing Automation & CRM: own and optimize our marketing stack (Customer.io http://Customer.io, CRM integrations); build automations that enable marketers to launch campaigns independently, at scale, across all geos
- Data Model & Governance: maintain CRM data quality, attribute/event design, and database hygiene as a sustained practice
- Segmentation & Lifecycle Design: design and maintain lifecycle stages, segmentation logic, routing rules, and re-engagement flows across multiple audiences and geos
- Nurturing Infrastructure: own the nurturing stack and campaign processes; make launches autonomous and compliant
- AI-First Operations: identify, build, and refine AI agents for email copywriting, lead scoring, next-best-action recommendations, and content generation — making marketers AI-powered, not replacing them
- Performance Monitoring: track the full funnel from first touchpoint to conversion; identify leakage and prioritize from data
- Documentation & Enablement: create playbooks, train teams on tools and processes, reduce the marginal cost of new campaigns
Then, depending on your crew:
Growth Infrastructure — you'll build a unified lead engine (no more tool-by-tool silos), design lead scoring and routing models, crack multi-channel activation (email, WhatsApp, Voice AI), build AI agents that pre-qualify and enrich leads, and maintain a live feedback loop with BDRs, AEs, and Inbound Sales.
Product Platform — you'll operate Customer.io http://Customer.io and back-end triggered emails as one governed system, monitor communication pressure and enforce channel rules, define and enforce recipient lifecycle paths, drive 100% Design Studio adoption, and co-own outbound messaging strategy with PMMs and product teams.
By your first year, we'll know it worked when:
- At least one AI agent is in production on a key use case (email nurturing, lead categorization, content generation), with a second scoped or live, and adoption is real
- Any marketer or product Alaner can launch a campaign or ship a message without bottlenecking through ops or engineering
- CRM data model, attributes, and segments are properly owned, documented, and clean — the data we see is data we can act on
- Every contact has a documented path through our messaging — segmentation is sharp, messaging is relevant, and pressure is monitored
- Marketing's contribution to acquisition and engagement is visible and quantifiable, from first touch to conversion
⭐️ IS IT YOU WE ARE LOOKING FOR? ⭐️
You'll be a great fit for this opportunity if you:
- Have 5+ years in Marketing operations, growth ops, CRM ops, lifecycle marketing, or lead generation in a tech environment (B2B, B2C, or B2B2C)
- Have hands-on experience managing marketing automation platforms at scale (Customer.io http://Customer.io, Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce, or equivalent)
- Have a strong understanding of CRM data models — attribute/event design and data hygiene as a sustained practice
- Can frame and implement processes for lead scoring, nurturing, segmentation, and personalization
- Have a product knack: you can define what's not working, identify what to build next, and see problems as opportunities to bring more value
- Bring data fluency and analytical rigor: you read platform and campaign data, surface anomalies, and draw business insights
- Can be both hands-on and think strategically — you drive the big picture while staying close to execution
- Have strong stakeholder management skills — you'll partner daily with engineering, product, sales, and marketing teams
- Can manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment
- Communicate with excellent written and spoken English
- Are impact-driven with a strong bias towards improving processes
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the C0-D level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.

Commercial Growth & Retention:
Meet individual Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) targets by proactively identifying expansion opportunities, mapping customer growth plans, and mitigating churn risks early.

Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.

- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're building a dedicated Strategic Accounts team to own ElevenLabs' most important customer relationships across Singapore, and we're looking for a high-impact Strategic Account Executive to be among the first hires.
This is a named-account role with a focused portfolio. You'll drive new business and expansion inside complex enterprise organizations across Singapore — building multi-threaded executive relationships and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders navigating real transformation across customer experience, product, and operations.
These aren't transactional engagements. You'll architect custom solutions that combine our technology and services, collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes, and bring field intelligence directly into our product roadmap. The region is early-stage for ElevenLabs — you're not just executing a playbook, you're writing it.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
- Own and grow a focused portfolio of strategic accounts for Singapore, driving both net-new business and expansion
- Develop and execute multi-year account strategies across business units, geographies, and use cases — spanning enterprise segments such as FSI, Telco, technology, e-commerce, and government-linked corporations
- Identify, scope, and close large, complex deals (multi-product, multi-region, custom solutions), including in-country data residency requirements and private deployment configurations
- Build deep, multi-threaded relationships across executive, product, engineering, and business stakeholders — navigating both HQ and regional decision-making structures
- Act as a strategic advisor, educating on emerging AI voice trends and shaping customers' long-term AI roadmap in markets with rapidly evolving regulatory and procurement landscapes
- Partner cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and FDE (Forward Deployed Engineering) to deliver and expand — coordinating closely with the Singapore-based team
- Translate patterns from bespoke deals into repeatable frameworks, offerings, and product insights relevant to the APAC market
- Feed learnings from the field — including localisation needs, compliance requirements, and competitive dynamics — into the product roadmap and broader strategic sales playbook
- Drive creative outbound and high-touch engagement strategies: executive briefings, onsites, regional events, and relationship-based approaches suited to North Asia and Singapore enterprise culture
REQUIREMENTS
- 6–10+ years of quota-carrying experience with a focus on strategic or enterprise accounts in Singapore
- Proven track record of closing and expanding seven-figure+ deals within named accounts
- Experience leading complex, multi-threaded sales cycles across large regional organizations with layered approval processes
- Strong ability to drive land-and-expand motions and long-term account growth, including navigating renewal and expansion cycles in relationship-driven markets
- Experience scoping consultative, custom deals that go beyond standard SKUs — including private deployment, on-premise, or VPC-based architectures for regulated customers
- Technical fluency — able to engage product and engineering leaders on APIs, integrations, architecture, and data security requirements
- Executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and shape long-term AI strategy
- Track record of translating customer needs into product feedback and roadmap influence, especially in markets with distinct localisation requirements
- Creative, self-driven approach to outbound and pipeline generation — comfortable operating in a high-growth, ambiguous environment and building playbooks from scratch
- Willingness to travel regularly for customer engagements across the region (onsites, QBRs, executive meetings)
- Strong bias toward action, ownership, and leveraging AI in day-to-day workflows
- Fluency in English additional regional language proficiency is a strong plus
- Experience selling into Southeast Asian markets is strongly preferred
Location
Candidate must be located within Singapore.

Insurance is one of the world's largest industries and one of the most painful to interact with
. Paper forms. Sluggish call centres. Three-week underwriting cycles. Claims that vanish into queues. We are rebuilding all of it on top of a modern platform and AI agents that actually do the work, not pretend to.
You will not be picking up tickets. You will be deciding what to build, prototyping it on Monday, shipping a draft to a real customer by Friday, and improving it from real usage. We expect you to push the product, the codebase, and the way we work.
Why This Role Exists
We are looking for someone who treats AI as a creative material, not a feature on a roadmap. The next year of insurance is being defined right now. What gets automated, what gets reimagined, what gets thrown out. We want builders who want to be in that room and ship the answer.
The team is small. The mandate is large. If your highest-energy work has historically come from solving real problems end to end, this is the seat.
What You Will Do
Own outcomes, not tickets.
Pick the biggest lever for our customers each sprint and drive it to live. Surface the next one yourself.
Build with AI as a primary tool, not a chatbot bolt-on.
OCR, document understanding, generation, agent loops, evaluation harnesses. You decide where each fits.
Ship prototypes fast, then make them production-grade.
A working demo on day three beats a perfect plan on day ten.
Work directly with customers.
You will see real claims, real underwriting screens, real broker workflows. You will watch users hit dead ends and decide what to fix.
Raise the bar on the codebase.
Reviews, refactors, testability, observability. Not as policy, as habit.
Push the team forward.
Skills, agents, internal tools, engineering standards. Propose them, build them, get them adopted.
Who You Are
You ship.
Ideas without execution do not count for you.
High agency.
You do not wait for a card to be assigned. You see what is worth doing and you start.
Strong opinions, loosely held.
You make calls with incomplete information and change your mind when the evidence shifts.
Curious about the domain.
Insurance is messy and full of weird incentives. That intrigues you, not annoys you.
Fluent with AI.
You have shipped something real with LLMs or agents. You know where the magic ends and where you have to engineer carefully.
Care about humans on the other end.
Insurance done right gives people peace of mind in their worst weeks. That is the point.
Your Toolbox
We use Node.js + TypeScript + Nest.js on the back end, Vue (and some React) on the front end, GraphQL, MongoDB, Docker, AWS. AI work spans OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, plus a growing set of in-house skills and agents. You do not need to have used every piece. You do need to be the kind of engineer who picks up a new tool and is shipping with it within the week.
What We Expect at This Level
6+ years building production systems.
Track record of complex, customer-facing software shipped, not just maintained.
Real AI experience.
You have built and shipped at least one substantive AI-driven feature. POCs that died in a notebook do not count here.
Strong fundamentals.
OO, design patterns, testing, web security, performance. You do not need a refresher.
Cloud comfort. AWS, Azure, or GCP.
At least one in depth, the rest enough to hold a conversation.
Communication.
You can explain a tradeoff to a non-technical stakeholder in two minutes and to an engineer in one.
Not Suitable for the Role If…
You prefer tickets assigned to you over choosing what to build.
You measure your work in lines of code, not outcomes.
You see AI as a buzzword to put on your CV rather than a tool you have actually used in anger.
You want a process-heavy environment with detailed specs handed down from product.
You are looking for a maintenance role on a finished platform.
Why CoverGo
Insurance is the rare industry where AI can save people hours of their worst weeks. We are already shipping AI-powered claims, underwriting, distribution, and document automation to enterprise carriers across five continents. The platform is real. The customers are real. The next chapter is yours to help write.
