Product Marketing turns Chainalysis innovation into customer value. We position our intelligence as solutions customers can understand and consume through our platform, shape how we commercialize them, and give GTM the stories and strategic assets to win.
The public sector is a priority growth segment for Chainalysis, spanning law enforcement, intelligence agencies, regulators and tax authorities. As digital assets become more integrated into the financial system, these organizations need the intelligence, tools and tradecraft to advance their missions—from shaping policy and enforcing the rules to disrupting illicit networks and protecting national security. This role connects Chainalysis capabilities to those mission priorities, with a clear, compelling story for agency leaders and operational teams.
As Senior Product Marketing Manager for the Public Sector, you will own how Chainalysis shows up in the market for these buyers. You will shape our intelligence, data, products, AI capabilities, and services into a differentiated customer story—one that connects to real workflows, urgent problems, and mission outcomes.
This is a role for a strong marketer and an exceptional writer. You can take a complex capability, a shifting market, or a fuzzy customer problem and shape it into a sharp point of view, a persuasive narrative, and practical tools that sellers and customers actually use. You will work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing & Communications, subject-matter experts, and GTM Solutions & Readiness teams to make the story land in the market.
In this role, you’ll:
Position the value
- Define and evolve the public sector value narrative: what Chainalysis enables, why it matters, and why we are meaningfully different.
- Build messaging for priority buyer and user personas, from agency leaders to investigators, intelligence analysts, regulators and tax specialists.
- Create the narratives, proof points, and strategic assets that help sellers communicate differentiated value with conviction.
- Own public-sector competitive intelligence, translating market moves into clear offensive and defensive positioning for deal teams.
Turn value into solutions
- Partner with Product, R&D, Marketing & Communications, and subject-matter experts to translate innovation into compelling industry solutions, use cases, and sales plays.
- Lead go-to-market planning for launches, major releases, platform capabilities, and commercial offerings.
- Shape customer-facing value narratives for pricing, packaging, and usage-based commercial models, including business cases, operational value and mission impact.
- Bring a customer lens to product and market decisions: explain not only what a capability does, but how it advances the customer’s mission.
Win and learn in market
- Produce the strategic content that moves government opportunities forward: first-call decks, solution briefs, talk tracks, discovery frameworks, proof points, and sales plays.
- Partner with Product, Product Marketing, GTM & Enablement teams to scale the strongest narratives into field tools and enablement.
- Bring customer, field, partner, and competitive insight back into the work — sharpening positioning, converting market evidence into credible stories, and building repeatable use cases.
We’re looking for candidates who have:
- 5–8 years in product, solutions, industry, or B2B enterprise technology marketing, with experience marketing to public-sector customers across law enforcement, intelligence, regulatory or tax functions.
- A demonstrated ability to build positioning and messaging that changes how customers and sellers see a problem—not simply content that fills a library.
- Exceptional writing and editorial judgment. You can write crisp headlines, persuasive narratives, practical sales content, and executive-level messaging; you know the difference between jargon and precision.
- Strong understanding of public-sector buying journeys, decision-making processes and mission-oriented sales motions.
- The ability to connect technical capabilities to mission and operational value for both executive buyers and hands-on users.
- A collaborative self-starter, comfortable working across R&D, Sales, technical and revenue teams, and senior leaders to drive ambiguous, multi-stakeholder work forward independently.
Nice to have experience:
- Experience with blockchain, digital assets, or crypto-native financial infrastructure.
- Experience marketing AI-powered products, data platforms, intelligence products, cybersecurity, or risk and compliance technology.
- Familiarity with consumption- or usage-based pricing and packaging.
- Familiarity with investigative, intelligence, national-security, regulatory or tax use cases for intelligence and technology, and the policy developments shaping digital-asset markets.
You’ll thrive here if:
You can shape complexity into a story people remember and a sales conversation people can use. You write with precision, bring sound judgment to ambiguous problems, build for repeatability rather than one-off requests, and care about the quality of what reaches customers and the field.
AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE ROLE
As a People Tech & Analytics Lead on the People team, you will turn people data into better decisions at Mistral. You will own the roadmap for our HR technology stack, from the HRIS transformation to integrations and data architecture, and build the analytics, dashboards and models that help our leaders understand how we hire, grow, retain and reward our people, and act on what they learn.
You will do it the Mistral way: automating people processes with our own models, workflows and agents, and partnering with HR Operations, Business Partnering, Legal, Finance and IT to turn business needs into well-designed systems.
You will lead a small team, starting with a People Tech & Analytics Engineer, alongside a large team of agents running our back-end HR processes, giving a fast-growing global company the clarity to make great people decisions at speed, with a seamless employee experience from hire to retire.
What You Will Do
- Own the people-tech roadmap and the HR tech stack end to end: what we build, buy, integrate or retire, the configuration standards, workflows, roles and permissions that govern it, vendor relationships, and the data pipelines across HRIS, ATS, payroll, identity and finance so data flows reliably between systems.
- Define the people metrics that matter and lead analysis on workforce trends, retention and organisational health, turning insight into clear recommendations and workforce planning.
- Oversee dashboards, self-serve reporting and conversational insights, so managers get answers without waiting on a spreadsheet.
- Drive people-data governance, partnering with Legal and Privacy to keep people data compliant and AI use on it lawful, transparent and proportionate.
- Own the automation and AI roadmap for people processes: build agents and workflows with Mistral's own models and APIs, set the standards for how they're designed, tested and monitored, and lead cross-functional projects from scoping to rollout.
- Manage and mentor the People Tech & Analytics Engineer, set priorities, and grow the team as needs evolve.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Deep experience in HR technology and people analytics, ideally in a high-growth tech company: expert in at least one, broad in both, and comfortable building from scratch.
- A strong product mindset: you turn complex business and employee needs into intuitive, practical solutions, starting from the HR need, not the technology.
- Experience with global HR tech platforms such as HiBob, Deel or Rippling, and the integrations, data architecture and governance connecting them to ATS, payroll, identity and finance.
- Strong workflow-automation experience (n8n or similar) and a real appetite to build with our own LLMs, agents and APIs, with the judgement to know where AI helps and where it doesn't.
- Solid analytics foundations (forecasting, visualisation, modern data stack such as Snowflake or BigQuery), experience building people analytics and data governance on workforce data, and working knowledge of GDPR as it applies to employee data.
- Experience presenting to senior leaders, turning data into clear, decision-ready recommendations, and managing or mentoring technical or analytical team members, with the hands-on pragmatism to prototype and review technical work yourself.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to build ElevenLabs’ public sector business across Australia. The Public Sector Partnerships Manager will identify and build relationships with government institutions across Australia, bridging the gap between government and our GTM team to drive adoption of ElevenLabs’ products and grow government into a strong, durable revenue stream for the company. The role also involves building strategic partnerships with policymakers, industry associations, and coalitions, as well as monitoring regulatory developments and supporting policy campaigns and impact initiatives.
In this role, you will:
Drive government adoption and revenue (primary)
- Identify government partnership opportunities across Australia — from healthcare and education to transport, federal agencies, and other public sector entities — and bridge the gap between government institutions and the GTM team to drive adoption and deployment of ElevenLabs’ products.
- Build and maintain a wide network of relationships across Australian government institutions — spanning federal departments, agencies, and state and territory governments — not limited to regulatory or policy counterparts.
- Promote government adoption of ElevenLabs products and services in partnership with the GTM team.
Build strategic partnerships (secondary)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with policymakers, regulators, industry associations, and civil society groups.
- Represent ElevenLabs at conferences and industry events, advancing the company’s public policy goals.
Monitor and advise on policy (tertiary)
- Lead ElevenLabs engagement with government bodies and officials across Australia, with a focus on AI governance, safety, copyright, privacy, transparency, data protection, competition, and/or digital rights.
- Monitor, analyze, and advise on emerging regulations impacting the company.
- Support the development of internal policies by our Legal, Safety, Security, and other teams.
- Provide strategic counsel to company leadership on regional policy trends and their business implications.
- Define and implement policy campaigns and impact initiatives that advance company objectives.
WHO YOU ARE:
- You’re genuinely interested in the future of AI and emerging technologies, bringing curiosity and enthusiasm to your role.
- You stay up-to-date on AI regulation and industry trends, and are eager to apply this expertise to cutting-edge products.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, working cross-functionally with teams across the organization to support and scale a growing business.
- You’re comfortable working independently and handling ambiguity, excelling in situations where you must make informed decisions quickly.
- You bring a proactive, solution-oriented approach to each project, focused on moving the business forward.
WHAT YOU BRING:
Primary requirements
- 15+ years’ experience in public and private sector (in-house, firm) roles, with a track record of building relationships with government that led to commercial or technology-adoption outcomes — not solely policy or regulatory roles.
- A wide, current network of contacts across Australian government institutions — spanning federal departments, agencies, and state and territory governments, including in healthcare, education, and transport.
- Experience identifying and opening doors for technology partnerships with government institutions is strongly preferred.
- Contacts or experience across other Five Eyes markets is a plus.
Also required
- Strong knowledge of the Australian AI policy landscape, including general AI governance, safety, copyright, privacy, transparency, data protection, competition, and digital rights.
- Demonstrated success in designing, advocating for, and influencing policy outcomes, as well as coalition building.
- Public policy experience across Australia.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including when briefing government officials and other policymakers.
- Fluency in English.

Product Marketing turns Chainalysis innovation into customer value. We position our intelligence as solutions customers can understand and consume through our platform, shape how we commercialize them, and give GTM the stories and strategic assets to win. Customers reach our intelligence through products, AI agents, workflows, APIs, data and expert services. This role owns what those add up to. Our segment leads make it specific to an industry; you make the case for Chainalysis as a whole, and build the programs that grow each customer over time.
As Senior Product Marketing Manager for Platform, you will own the positioning for the Chainalysis platform as a whole, then turn it into the lifecycle campaigns and programmes that drive adoption, usage and expansion across our customer base.
This is a horizontal role working across every segment. It suits a problem solver rather than a feature marketer: you start from what customers are trying to do and what gets in their way, then work back to what we offer. You are metrics-savvy. You know what moves the needle and which levers to pull to meet an objective. You will work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Outcomes, Marketing & Communications and GTM Solutions & Readiness, alongside the segment leads who go deep on their industries.
In this role, you'll:
Position the value
- Define and evolve the Chainalysis story: what our intelligence enables, why we are meaningfully different, and why the whole is worth more than any one part.
- Build the messaging that lets GTM teams tell that story consistently.
- Own competitive positioning: frame the category and turn market moves into guidance deal teams can act on.
Build the programmes that grow it
- Build the lifecycle campaigns that take customers deeper into the platform and scale them in partnership with demand generation, product and sales strategy: onboarding, activation, expansion and renewal, each with its own message and moment.
- Spot the expansion patterns that hold across segments and turn them into cross-sell and upsell plays: the trigger, the message, the proof, and the asset a seller uses.
- Explain our commercial model in the customer’s terms, so buyers can see how what they use connects to what they get.
- Lead go-to-market planning for launches that span the portfolio, working with segment leads on the value proposition for each audience.
Win and learn in market
- Produce the strategic content that moves these conversations forward: first-call decks, value maps, discovery frameworks, ROI stories, objection handling and sales plays.
- Partner with Product, Product Marketing, GTM & Enablement teams to turn the strongest narratives into field tools sellers can find and use without asking.
- Turn churn, win-loss, field feedback and competitive signal into sharper positioning, and measure what reflects business health rather than activity.
We're looking for candidate who have:
- 8+ years in product, solutions, industry, or B2B enterprise technology marketing.
- Experience building something from nothing: a new proposition, segment or business line where there was no playbook.
- Positioning that changes how customers and sellers see a problem, and connects many capabilities into one value story.
- Experience designing lifecycle campaigns or expansion programmes where you owned the messaging and mechanics.
- Exceptional writing and editorial judgment. You can write crisp headlines, persuasive narratives, practical sales content, and executive-level messaging; you know the difference between jargon and precision.
- A collaborative self-starter, comfortable driving ambiguous, multi-stakeholder work forward across Product, Sales, technical and revenue teams, and senior leaders.
You’ll thrive here if:
You enjoy connecting many products into one story more than marketing a single product in isolation. You build from first principles and create structure where none exists. You write with precision, build for repeatability rather than one-off requests, and care about the quality of what reaches customers and the field. You know when to go deep and when to simplify, and help raise the standard of the work around you.

With 7M paid subscribers and the highest-rated experience in the App Store’s health category, we’ve spent 10 years earning trust at scale. Now, we’re building the next generation of digital health – AI-powered, privacy-first, clinically backed – to help our users know their body better.
The job
Principal Infrastructure Engineer
More than 80 million women open Flo every month to understand their bodies and their health. Every one of those sessions runs on infrastructure we build, and the data behind it is as personal as data gets. Keeping that fast and private at this scale is the job.
Velocity runs the platform that every Flo engineer builds on: Kubernetes on AWS, the data stores behind our services, and the golden paths that let product teams ship without needing to be infrastructure experts. We treat our internal developers as our customers. You will:
Own the foundations:
Design and run the Kubernetes and data infrastructure behind 80 million monthly active users, and make it boring in the best sense.
Turn expertise into self-service:
Take what you know about running clusters and databases well, and build it into the defaults so product teams get it for free.
What You Will Do
Kubernetes at scale:
Architect and evolve our EKS estate: cluster lifecycle and upgrades, networking, autoscaling, workload isolation, and the Helm and Terraform that deploy onto it.
Data infrastructure:
Shape how our services use PostgreSQL, DynamoDB and Kafka. Set the patterns for provisioning, access, backup, failover and capacity, so teams aren't solving these problems one service at a time.
Golden paths:
Build self-service tooling and Terraform modules that give product teams autonomy without sacrificing stability or security.
Reliability:
Lead resilience work, including business continuity planning, disaster recovery testing and a sustainable on-call rotation.
Privacy at scale:
Support the infrastructure behind privacy features such as our TIME-recognised "Anonymous Mode", and keep us SOC2, ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 certified while handling some of the most sensitive data there is.
Observability:
Make sure metrics, logs and traces tell us something is wrong before our users do.
What You Bring
Experience:
Many years in infrastructure, platform, SRE or DevOps roles running high-traffic, distributed systems in production. You have operated at Principal or Staff scope, setting direction across teams as well as delivering.
Kubernetes depth:
You have run Kubernetes in production for real workloads, ideally EKS. You can explain what happens between kubectl apply and a pod serving traffic, and you have debugged it when it didn't.
Data infrastructure awareness:
You understand how PostgreSQL, DynamoDB and Kafka behave under load and when they fail: connection limits, replication lag, hot partitions, consumer lag, retention. You don't need to have been a DBA, but you know what good looks like and when to ask for help.
AWS and infrastructure as code:
Strong AWS knowledge and fluent Terraform. Coding experience in Go or Python is a plus.
Communication:
A doc-first habit, and the ability to bring distributed product teams with you.
AI first: you will have seen the impact AI automation is having on development teams and the software delivery lifecycle, and have strong ideas on how infrastructure should support it.
Bonus Points
Hardening infrastructure for high-compliance or security-sensitive environments (HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI).
Running managed data services in AWS (RDS, Aurora, MSK, DynamoDB) at scale, including migrations and major version upgrades.
Scaling consumer platforms with millions of concurrent users.
Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, CKA or CKS.
Why Join Flo?
High impact:
Flo is used by 1 in 4 women aged 18–44 in the US, and has raised $200M to build what comes next.
Autonomy:
We hire experts and trust them to deliver.
Modern stack at scale:
EKS, Terraform, Kafka, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB and Sentry, serving more than 80 million people a month.
Annual Salary Range (ranges may vary based on skills and experience)
£130,000
—
£150,000 GBP
How we work
We’re a mission-led, product-driven team. We move fast, stay focused and take ownership – from brief to build to impact. Debate is encouraged. Decisions are shared. We care about craft, ship with purpose, and always raise the bar.
You’ll be working with people who take their work seriously, not themselves. It takes commitment, resilience, and the drive to keep going when things get tough. Because better health outcomes are worth it.
What you'll get
We support impact with meaningful reward. Here’s what that looks like:
Competitive salary and annual reviews
Opportunity to participate in Flo’s performance incentive scheme
Paid holiday, sick leave, and female health leave
Enhanced parental leave and pay for maternity, paternity, same-sex and adoptive parents
Accelerated professional growth through world-changing work and learning support
In-person collaboration and work in a hybrid model, with 3 days per week spent in the office
5-week fully paid sabbatical at 5-year Floversary
Flo Premium for friends & family, plus more health, pension and wellbeing perks
Diversity, equity and inclusion

The AI orchestration of your wildest imagination.
n8n is the open workflow orchestration platform built for the new era of AI. We give technical teams the freedom of code with the speed of no-code, so they can automate faster, smarter, and without limits. Backed by a fiercely inventive community and 500+ builder-approved integrations, we’re changing the way people bring systems together and scale ideas for impact.
Since our founding in 2019, we’ve grown into a diverse team of over 260 - working across Europe and the US, connected by a shared builder spirit and with our centre of gravity in Berlin. Along the way, we’ve:
- Cultivated a community of more than 650,000 active developers and builders
- Earned 190K+ GitHub stars, making us one of the world’s Top 40 most popular projects
- Backed by top investors, from Sequoia’s first German seed to our SAP's recent strategic investment - bringing us to a $5.2bn valuation
That’s the company we’ve built. Now we’d love to see what you can build. If you’re applying, try n8n out - whether you’re technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register.
We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Your mission: drive ARR growth by turning hundreds (soon thousands) of n8n agency partners into a demand engine through scaled marketing programs.
Our agency partner network includes automation specialists and small consultancies with most ranging from 1–50 people. They leverage n8n to help their customers automate and transform their business - they have technical skills and customer knowledge but most have limited marketing resources.
The goal for this position is to define, build and launch creative marketing programs that our agency partners can utilize to grow their business with n8n. This will include building scalable self-serve programs (one to many) as well as working with some of the larger agency partners on specific marketing programs (one to one). Here’s an overview of what this position will be responsible for:
Build the program portfolio - Drive adoption
- Work directly with the agency partner marketing managers to define the overall strategy - what playbooks, what investments, what markets etc.
- Ship ready-to-run programs: Event-in-a-Box kits for local workshops and seminars, email and social campaigns, industry-specific use-case campaigns, reusable customer stories and simple demand-gen playbooks.
- Make every program executable without help: clear steps, editable templates and localisable assets that work for a solo consultant and a 50-person agency, in any region.
- Drive awareness and adoption of the various marketing programs through scaled and creative communications.
Measure and multiply
- Track the full funnel from access to download, execution, customer opportunities and revenue — for partners and for n8n.
- Use partner feedback and performance data to decide what to scale, what to change and what to stop.
- Turn each working program into a repeatable model for the next one, and automate your own program operations with n8n where it saves time.
- Measure the overall business impact and growth from agency partner generated business.
Requirements
Must-have
- Partner marketing at scale: You've built one-to-many programs adopted by hundreds or thousands of partners, and can show adoption numbers
- Self-service program design: You've packaged marketing so non-marketers can run it (kits, templates, playbooks) and know what makes them get used rather than downloaded
- Small-business empathy: You understand how small consultancies work and design for their limited time, budget and marketing know-how
- Outcome-driven measurement: You measure execution and pipeline, not asset views, and you're comfortable stopping a program that isn't working
- Bias for action: You're happy as a first hire with limited design and development support; you ship a pilot quickly and improve it with real data
- Global mindset: You've run programs across several regions and segments, and know how to localise without rebuilding from scratch
Nice-to-have
- Strategic partner programs: You've also built custom marketing programs with large partners that ran over several months or quarters
- Channel or ecosystem background: You've worked on an agency, solutions-partner or reseller program at a software company
- Hands-on with automation: You've built workflows yourself — in n8n or similar tools — and can talk shop with technical partners
- Local events: You've designed field events or workshops that others delivered
- Languages: You work professionally in a language beyond English
n8n is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
We can sponsor visas to Germany; for any other country, you need to have existing right to work.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐ ALAN PRECISION: WHY THIS EXISTS
Your body knows before you do. The signals are there years before symptoms. And yet, in 2026, the system around us isn't catching them.
50% of non-communicable diseases (cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, many cancers) are preventable with lifestyle changes, and we're not capturing them. Western countries have seen healthspan flatline for years, meaning we live longer, but not better. 46% of Europeans report mental health issues. The kind of deep, personalised health reading that could change this has been reserved for the few who could afford a 3,000€ check-up, and built for filing reports rather than changing lives.
We don't accept that.
Alan Precision is our bet on advanced prevention as the new norm of care. We combine biology, wearables, medical history, and lifestyle context, read it all as a connected system with AI supervised by physicians, and turn the result into a personalised protocol the member actually executes across sleep, nutrition, movement, stress, and supplementation. Then we retest, learn, and adapt. Health is a moving target. We move with it.
Our ambition: make Alan Precision the reference for advanced prevention in Europe by 2030.
⭐ THE FOUNDING GROWTH OPPORTUNITY
Alan Precision is live, with fast week-over-week growth. Now we need to turn a new category into a habit: hundreds of thousands of customers in the coming years, and a measurable impact on their health. You will be the first growth and go-to-market person on the crew, accountable for two numbers: how many members subscribe to Precision, and how many stay, retest and renew.
The crew was launched by the founding team of ARO, acquired by Alan in 2026, to move fast and apply their learnings from building a preventive health company.
It is a unique playground. You get the means of one of France's biggest scale-ups (1M+ members reachable from day one, an ecosystem of products like Mo, Play and Clinic, and a brand carried by ambassadors like Kylian Mbappé) with the culture and pace of a fast-growing startup: small crew, short loops, everything still to invent.
🔭 SCOPE: THREE GO-TO-MARKET ENGINES
1. Direct-to-member: turn Alan's 1M+ members into Precision subscribers.
Offering paid services that members subscribe to by themselves inside Alan is a pretty new go-to-market for us, and you invent it.
- Build the CRM and lifecycle engine: segments, triggers, sequences, in-app moments.
- Use product data to decide who to push Precision to, when and where: which actions, traits or life moments make it relevant, and which do not.
- Position Precision inside the surfaces of other product crews (Mo, Play, Clinic, Shop), with their teams and push the right message at the right time.
- Own recurrence: activation after the first check-up, retests, renewals, reactivation. Acquisition without retention does not count.
2. B2B: get Alan's client companies to offer Precision to their employees.
Almost everything is to define: business model, offer format, pricing logic, sales motion.
- Work with our B2B Marketing team to understand the constraints of our Sales and Account Management teams, give them the right pitch and materials, and set the right targets with them.
- Meet HR buyers yourself to learn what makes them pay.
3. Beyond Alan: take Precision to the open market.
Once the internal engine runs:
- Apply the full B2C health and e-commerce playbook to acquire users that are not insured by Alan
- Your levers will be numerous, across paid acquisition, influence, partnerships, brand.
Across all three:
- Create demand in a market that is still being created. Talk to members every week, define the value proposition and the messages that make people want advanced prevention, and push for the product changes that go with them.
- Build a brand people want, and explain it simply. Make advanced prevention desirable and easy to understand, with our Brand team, without overpromising.
- Say what can be said. Health communication is regulated: medical biology, health claims, influencer rules, use of health data for targeting. You work with our medical and legal teams and turn these constraints into sharper, more credible messages.
- Measure and decide. Funnels, cohorts, holdouts, channel performance. Pick the next bet, cut what does not work, share what we learned.
- Own it end to end. From the idea of a strategy to the campaign live in production: you design it, write it, build it, ship it and iterate on it yourself. Sharp copywriting is a core part of the job.
⭐ IS IT YOU WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
- Fluent in French and English.
- You have grown a B2C product from its early days. Ideally as the first growth or go-to-market person, on a subscription in health, wellbeing or e-commerce. You can tell us which channels you picked, which ones you cut, and why.
- A creative Swiss army knife who prioritises. You can do a bit of everything and you find channels and angles nobody has thought of yet. You know the job is to pick the right one, execute it, measure it and move to the next.
- Lifecycle and CRM at scale. Customer.io http://Customer.io, Braze or equivalent: segmentation, behavioural triggers, in-app moments.
- Analytical rigour. You read a funnel, build a cohort, set up a holdout and call a result. You measure success in subscribers, retention and revenue.
- Hands-on, and a great writer. You love taking an idea all the way to production yourself: the strategy, the copy, the campaign, the dashboard. You write well and fast, and you turn a complex medical topic into a clear, desirable promise.
- Customer-obsessed. You talk to members every week and you are just as comfortable in front of an HR director.
- Fluent with AI. You build with AI every day: assets, copy variants, segments, analyses and even building your own tools. You use it to go faster, and you keep your judgment on what ships.
- Driven by health, and rigorous about it. Health matters to you, and when something blocks, you find a way. You make people want to act with messages that hold up in front of a physician.
Nice to haves
- Experience with regulated health communication (claims, health data, medical services).
- B2B2C, employee benefits or HR tech.
- Paid acquisition and influencer marketing in B2C.
- Pricing and packaging of subscription offers.
- You own your own health: Whoop, Oura, blood tests, supplements are no secret for you.

Own delivery outcomes across your team’s portfolio, including implementations, migrations, advisory services, and statement of work engagements.
Monitor project health, identify delivery risks early, and step in directly or escalate when needed to keep customer work on track.
Partner with Technical Architects, Engagement Managers, Sales, and Customer Success to plan, scope, resource, and support successful services engagements.

Proven ability to navigate customer escalations, balance competing priorities, and drive clear outcomes in complex situations.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners such as Sales, Customer Success, and Technical Architects.
A delivery mindset focused on accountability, quality, and measurable results rather than activity alone.
Comfort working in a fully remote, asynchronous organization with strong written communication and organizational skills.
Alignment with GitLab’s values and the ability to lead with transparency, trust, and a focus on team development.
On the
Professional Services
team at GitLab, we help customers adopt the platform in ways that fit their technical goals and operating environment through technical delivery, guidance, and enablement.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a GTM Recruiter to join our truly global Talent team at ElevenLabs — a role that’s strategic, high-impact, and deeply collaborative. You won’t just fill roles — you’ll own the full recruiting lifecycle for our Go-to-Market (GTM) org, partnering with leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations to hire exceptional talent that drives our business forward.
This isn’t a conventional recruiter role — you’ll work alongside GTM Sourcers and hiring leaders to define role strategy, design world-class candidate experiences, and deliver outstanding hires across global markets. You’ll help shape what it means to build elite GTM teams in a fast-moving AI company.
If you’re energized by ownership, creative problem-solving, and building recruiting systems that scale — and if you care deeply about quality, speed, and candidate experience — this role is for you.
WHAT YOUR DAY MIGHT LOOK LIKE
- Full-cycle recruiting for a broad range of GTM roles, from early-stage hires to strategic senior leaders in Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations.
- Partnering closely with GTM leadership to refine role requirements, set hiring strategy, and identify key success signals that elevate quality of hire.
- Collaborating with GTM Sourcers to build and execute strategic sourcing plays, including market mapping, talent pools, and targeted pipelines across regions.
- Designing and managing candidate pipelines across global time zones with a focus on efficiency, transparency, and high-touch experience.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, providing market insights, role benchmarks, and data-driven recommendations.
- Representing ElevenLabs externally — every interaction with candidates is an opportunity to bring our brand and values to life.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in full-cycle GTM recruiting, ideally in high-growth technology environments (we’d love to see ~3+ years, but impact > years). Specifically we’d like to see experience recruiting for quota-carrying roles, sales background a plus.
- A track record of closing high-caliber talent in Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, or Revenue Operations.
- Comfortable managing high volume, complex roles with multiple search priorities - while maintaining high quality and urgency.
- Strong partnership skills — you influence hiring leaders with clarity, data, and operational rigor.
- Exceptional communication — you craft compelling role narratives and maintain excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Thrives in fast-paced, remote-first environments and collaborates seamlessly across teams and time zones.
- You know what great looks like, whether from building Revenue teams at standout tech companies or from your own experience carrying a number and winning in sales
Bonus:
- We’re especially excited about candidates with regional specialization or experience recruiting in one or more of these high-growth markets:
- Middle East
- Having deep networks, language capabilities, and cultural fluency in these regions is a strong plus as we continue expanding our global GTM footprint.
- Additional bonus points for:
- Data fluency — tracking and improving recruiting metrics and operating with an analytics mindset.
- A builder’s mindset — you iterate, experiment, learn patterns, and refine GTM hiring playbooks.
- Arabic language is plus

ABOUT THE ROLE
As Marketing Web Designer/Developer, you will own avoca.ai http://avoca.ai end-to-end, design and ship every page, landing experience, and campaign site that defines how Avoca shows up on the internet. Reporting directly to our Director of Brand, you'll be a hybrid designer-engineer, equally credible in Figma and in code, owning the surface where most of our market meets us for the first time.
You will partner side-by-side with our Creative Director on visual language, our Creative Producer on integrating motion and film, and Product Marketing on launch and campaign work. You will architect the design system and the codebase that lets us ship category-defining web work at the velocity a Series B running into a $1T market demands.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own avoca.ai http://avoca.ai end-to-end, design every new page in Figma, build it in code, and ship it. No handoffs. No throw-overs.
- Build and maintain Avoca's marketing component library and design system, with Figma → code parity as a non-negotiable.
- Ship the Q4 product launch site, the marquee industry conference microsite, and the customer story film pages for our top accounts.
- Design and build conversion-critical landing pages for paid, SEO, and ABM campaigns; instrument, A/B test, and iterate based on data.
- Lead interaction and motion design on the web, hero animations, scroll-driven moments, the homepage live-performance counter, and integrating Creative Producer's film and motion into the site experience.
- Partner with the Director of Brand on web brand expression; partner with Product Marketing on launch and campaign sites; partner with PMM and Product on customer-facing announcements and microsites.
- Instrument and ship analytics, A/B testing, and performance optimization, page speed, Core Web Vitals, accessibility, and SEO are not someone else's problem.
- Own technical decisions for the marketing stack: CMS, framework, hosting, asset pipeline, deploy/preview workflow.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 4–7+ years of progressive experience as a hybrid marketing web designer/developer at B2B SaaS, agency, or in-house brand teams. Portfolio must include shipped marketing sites you designed AND built.
- Strong React / Next.js fluency. Production experience with Tailwind, Vercel or Netlify, headless CMS (Sanity, Contentful, or Storyblok), and modern asset pipelines.
- Strong Figma fluency including design system thinking, component variants, auto-layout, and library management. Bonus: Framer or Webflow fluency for rapid prototyping.
- Hands-on interaction and motion design experience, Framer Motion, GSAP, Lottie, or similar with a portfolio that shows craft beyond CSS transitions.
- Strong instinct for marketing performance: page speed, Core Web Vitals, A/B testing, basic SEO, accessibility, and conversion design.
- Comfortable owning end-to-end web sprints from Figma to production deploy without intermediate handoffs, running multiple sites in parallel.
WHO YOU ARE
- A hybrid by choice, not by accident, a designer who codes and an engineer with taste, who has resisted being pushed into one lane.
- Obsessed with the line between brand and performance. Won't ship anything ugly; won't ship anything that doesn't convert.
- A craft maximalist on the details that matter, type, motion, spacing, performance and a pragmatist on the rest.
- Deeply collaborative, with a natural instinct for partnering with the Director of Brand, Art Director, Creative Producer, and Product Marketing.
- In-office, engaged, and eager to lead from the front at our NYC location full-time.
BENEFITS
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Company-sponsored 401(k) through Vestwell
- Flexible PTO plus U.S. federal holidays
- Company-wide off-sites
- Daily in-office lunch through Parkday
- Dinner covered when working late
- Commuter benefits and late-night rideshare
- Standing desks and workspace accommodations available on request
- All core tools and software provided
Compensation: The expected base salary for this role is $165,000-$185,000 with final compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications determined during the interview process. Avoca's total compensation package includes base salary, bonus, equity, and a comprehensive suite of benefits and perks. Our Recruiting team will share the full details as you progress through our hiring process.

Hands-on experience configuring Jira Service Management or Workday.
Formal training or practical application in Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience writing prompt evaluations, structured decision trees, or knowledge architectures for LLM-powered tools.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Payward Services is an enterprise infrastructure platform that enables companies to seamlessly integrate trading, payments, funding, and digital asset services through a single unified system. It provides coordinated liquidity, custody, compliance, risk management, and settlement capabilities, reducing operational complexity for fintechs, banks, brokerages, and payment providers.
Payward’s Payments & Blockchain team builds the capabilities that move money into and out of its products, connecting banking partners, payment providers and local rails for millions of users.
We’re building a peer-to-peer marketplace for Asia-Pacific that lets users buy and sell digital assets directly with each other using familiar local payment methods. Payward will provide the marketplace infrastructure, merchant network, escrow, transaction management, and trust and safety capabilities.
We’re looking for an experienced product leader who has launched crypto P2P in APAC and can turn that expertise into a shared platform serving multiple Payward products.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Strategy and market expansion: Set the P2P vision, business objectives and roadmap. Prioritize markets, customer segments and payment methods based on demand, competitive conditions, economics and regulatory requirements.
- Merchant network and liquidity: Develop the merchant acquisition, onboarding, incentives and retention strategy. Work with commercial and local teams to build dependable liquidity, competitive pricing and coverage across relevant payment methods.
- Marketplace economics: Define fee structures and incentive programs. Set commercial targets and improve revenue, transaction costs and contribution margin with finance and commercial partners.
- Core P2P capabilities: Lead product development across matching, escrow, order management, payment confirmation, transaction limits, merchant controls and dispute handling.
- Platform adoption: Build reusable capabilities and integration requirements that allow multiple Payward products to offer P2P. Make the platform straightforward to integrate, operate and extend into new markets.
- Buyer, seller and merchant requirements: Define transaction workflows, exception handling and acceptance criteria. Bring customer research and marketplace expertise into interface decisions, and use transaction data to identify friction and improve completion.
- Trust and marketplace integrity: Partner with risk, compliance, legal and operations to build merchant verification, fraud prevention, dispute resolution and appeals into the product from the outset.
- Launch and operating performance: Lead cross-functional launch planning and establish the processes needed to run each market. Track liquidity, order completion, time to trade, repeat usage, dispute rates, fraud losses and platform reliability.
- Product leadership: Align senior stakeholders around priorities and tradeoffs, work closely with engineering on system capabilities, and develop product talent as the platform scales. Apply proven P2P playbooks and move quickly from decisions to live transactions.
WHAT YOU BRING
- A demonstrated record of launching and scaling a crypto P2P marketplace in APAC, ideally including a launch from zero.
- Senior product leadership experience with responsibility for strategy, roadmaps and measurable commercial outcomes.
- Deep understanding of merchant operations, two-sided liquidity, pricing, incentives and the economics of P2P trading.
- Practical knowledge of APAC payment methods, local banking and wallet ecosystems, and how customer behavior differs across markets.
- Experience building shared platform capabilities used by multiple products, channels or external partners.
- Strong judgment about fraud, payment verification, transaction disputes and the operational realities of running a financial marketplace.
- Technical fluency across APIs, transaction lifecycles, payment integrations and reliable financial systems.
- The ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead through partnerships with engineering, interface product teams, operations, risk and commercial teams.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience expanding P2P across several APAC markets.
- Experience with stablecoins and local fiat on/off-ramps.
- Experience building and leading product teams.
- Fluency in one or more APAC languages.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.

Fin
, now part of Salesforce, is on a mission to help businesses provide perfect customer experiences.
Our AI Agent Fin is the highest-performing AI Customer Agent on the market today, enabling businesses to deliver impeccable, always-on customer support across the customer journey, from service, to sales, to ecommerce. Powered by our own AI models, Fin resolves complex customer issues end-to-end across every channel, with minimal set-up and integration. Fin can also be combined with our natively integrated Intercom help desk, giving modern support teams one single system.
Together with Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success, we're building the future of customer experience. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword, it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing, and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI.
Ready to level up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place. Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
What's the opportunity?
In AI, proximity to customer reality is the moat. Even the best model doesn't run itself: it takes someone who gets close enough to a customer's business to make it work, and that closeness doesn't happen on its own.
That's where the
Forward Deployed Product Manager
comes in. You'll work directly with our biggest customers at the moments that matter most in their journey with Fin, whether that's proving out value in an evaluation, getting a deployment live, or expanding what's possible once it's working, and get them to real, measurable success with Fin faster than they'd get there on their own. What you learn with them feeds back into the product, so every customer after them gets there faster and better too.
This is a very novel role in the industry, still being shaped, and you'll help sharpen what great looks like at Fin: evolving the playbooks, and shaping how we win and deliver on our biggest, highest-stakes deals.
This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role for a PM who wants real time with customers and hands-on time with the product, and who's comfortable making progress before every answer is known.
What will I be doing?
Own outcomes for a portfolio of strategic customers deploying Fin.
Understand their business, their support operation, and their technical environment well enough that the deployment plan you propose earns trust immediately.
Run the full arc yourself.
Pitch and demo Fin, scope the solution, hands-on configure it (including custom development if required), and unblock whatever gets in the way, whether that's a product gap, a technical integration, or a cross-functional snag.
Be the AI expert in the room.
Customers should leave every conversation with you knowing more about how to get outstanding results from Fin.
Partner tightly with Sales, Success, and R&D
so each deployment feels like one team to the customer, not a relay race.
Turn what you learn in the field into product.
Bring specific, evidence-backed input, not just feature requests, to shape the roadmap.
Build the playbook as you go:
the deployment patterns, templates, and best practices that make the next ten deployments faster than the first.
Help define what Forward Deployed PM means at Fin
. It's a very novel role across the industry, still being shaped, and you'll help sharpen what it looks like here.
Success in this role looks like your customers thriving with Fin, and the product getting sharper because of what you learned from them. It's product management at its core, not solutions engineering, customer success, or professional services.
What skills do I need?
Experience:
No minimum years required. We care about impact, drive, and potential, evidenced through the skills below, not tenure.
Customer obsession:
Deep empathy paired with a bias for action. You're motivated by solving the real problem and delivering measurable results.
Communication & storytelling:
You can pitch Fin to a room of executives, then get into the technical weeds with their engineers, adjusting depth and tone without losing either audience.
Technical fluency:
You're able to talk to engineers and customers about modern tech stack, from APIs and SaaS infrastructure to LLMs and low-code tooling. You're comfortable onboarding a customer into more technical product setups.
Evidence-based thinking:
You use data, not anecdotes, to make the case for a deployment plan or a roadmap bet, and you're comfortable pulling and interpreting data (conversation logs, usage, CX metrics) to find the story.
Cross-functional influence:
You navigate organizational boundaries easily, and bring people together to get the best outcome for customers and Fin.
Comfort with ambiguity:
You thrive in fast-changing, undefined environments, switching fluidly between big-picture strategy and in-the-weeds execution.
Operational rigor:
Operational rigor: You're highly organized and structured, managing multiple deployments and priorities without becoming reactive, and you know when a moment calls for speed versus polish.
Even better if you have:
Experience building product for enterprise customers
Startup or B2B SaaS experience
Background in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or customer success

Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates and forecast accuracy, and keep CRM usage and reporting standards high.
Partner with Account Management for smooth handovers, with Operations for strong onboarding and launch readiness, and with Marketing on local acquisition campaigns and partner launches. Align on basic retail standards with local SMB sales teams where needed.
