Flo is the world’s #1 health & fitness app worldwide on a mission to build a better future for female health. Backed by a $200M investment led by General Atlantic, we became the first product of our kind to reach a $1B valuation in 2024 – and we’re not slowing down.

The job
We’re looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to join our Health Records & Virtual Clinics team. This team is building the foundational infrastructure that powers Flo’s next generation of personalised healthcare experiences. Our mission is to integrate diverse health data sources, from clinical systems and external vendors to user-reported data, including data from wearables directly or via Health Connect/HealthKit into a unified, reliable, and actionable health record. This foundation will enable a new Virtual Clinics direction, delivering personalised, data-driven care journeys at scale.
While this is a deeply technical and data-heavy area, we believe that the true value of health data is unlocked through intuitive, trustworthy, and beautifully designed user experiences. You will partner closely with product design to ensure complex, fragmented health data is translated into clear, intuitive, and user-friendly experiences.
Your Experience
Must have:
7+ years of experience in product management, including experience in platform, data, or infrastructure products
Strong technical background, with experience working on APIs, data pipelines, or distributed systems
Experience integrating third-party vendors, APIs, or complex ecosystems (healthcare experience is a strong plus)
Solid understanding of data modeling, data quality challenges, and trade-offs in building scalable data platforms
Proven passion for building high-quality user experiences, with a track record of partnering closely with design to ship intuitive and elegant products
Ability to translate complex technical systems and data into simple, user-friendly interfaces and flows
Experience working in regulated environments and collaborating with clinical, legal, privacy, and security stakeholders
Proven ability to define and deliver products in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Strong analytical mindset, with experience defining and tracking metrics for platform/data products
Track record of iterative delivery and experimentation, even within complex technical domains
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around complex initiatives
Passion for building impactful healthcare products and improving user outcomes through data
What you'll be doing
You'll be responsible for:
Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Health Records and data integrations, enabling scalable and secure ingestion of data from multiple vendors and systems
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of health data: from ingestion and normalization to enrichment and activation in downstream experiences
Lead the development of a unified health data model that supports personalised user experiences, clinical use cases, and Virtual Clinics services
Partner with design team to creation of best-in-class UI/UX patterns for surfacing health insights, longitudinal records, and care journeys
Ensure that health data is presented in a way that is actionable, empathetic, and clinically responsible, balancing simplicity with accuracy
Partner closely with Engineering, Data, Clinical, and Legal teams to ensure data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and user privacy. Own the creation of well-scoped product and technical specifications, and actively participate in technical trade-off discussions. Given the tech- and infrastructure-heavy nature of the team, operate as a deeply embedded partner within the squad, not just a stakeholder, contributing to architecture-level decisions and day-to-day execution
Drive vendor integration strategy, including prioritisation, evaluation, and long-term partnership management
Collaborate with AI Platform team to ensure high-quality structured data is available for models and personalised insights
Balance speed and scalability, making high-judgment trade-offs across infrastructure, data quality, and user-facing impact

Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US.
As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.
Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.
We’re looking for a Principal Engineer to join the ML Platform team at Synthesia.
Our team builds and operates the systems that allow researchers and product teams to train, serve, and deploy generative models reliably and efficiently. This includes research infrastructure, production serving systems, internal tooling, and the platform interfaces that connect them. A growing part of our mission is making these systems more automation-friendly and agent-oriented, so that workflows can increasingly be operated through reliable tooling rather than manual effort.
We’re looking for a strong generalist with a systems mindset:
- someone who is comfortable working across infrastructure, backend systems, and tooling, and who has seen ML systems in practice.
- this is not a pure ML Engineer role. We’re especially interested in people who think deeply about reliability, scalability, performance, and resource efficiency in complex production environments.
This is a hands-on IC role with significant ownership. You’ll help shape how our ML platform evolves as we scale the number of models, workloads, tools and teams relying on it.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design and improve the platform systems that support model training, evaluation, and production serving.
- Build infrastructure and tooling that make ML workloads more reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient.
- Develop internal tools and workflows that are easy to operate both by humans and by agents.
- Work on the architecture behind how models are deployed, served, and operated across research and product environments.
- Improve how we schedule, monitor, and debug workloads running on GPUs and cloud infrastructure.
- Develop internal tools and abstractions and agentic systems that reduce operational overhead for researchers and engineers.
- Drive improvements across observability, automation, reliability, and developer experience.
- Collaborate closely with researchers and product engineers to understand pain points and turn them into robust platform capabilities.
- Contribute to technical direction and make pragmatic architectural tradeoffs as the platform grows.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE
- Strong experience building or operating production systems with a focus on reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
- A systems mindset: you naturally think in terms of bottlenecks, failure modes, interfaces, resource usage, and long-term operability.
- Solid hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, Linux, and infrastructure automation.
- Experience with Kubernetes and operating distributed workloads in production.
- Strong coding skills, ideally in Python or similar languages used for backend systems and tooling.
- Strong judgment around where automation adds leverage, and where human control and reliability matter most.
- Experience building internal platforms, developer tooling, or infrastructure abstractions used by other engineers.
- Comfort working in ambiguous environments and taking ownership of open-ended technical problems.
- A pragmatic approach: you care about solving the right problem well, not over-engineering.
PARTICULARLY RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- Operating ML infrastructure or model serving systems in production.
- Supporting research or data-intensive workloads.
- Working with GPU-based systems or other performance-sensitive infrastructure.
- Experience with observability and debugging in distributed systems.
- Familiarity with Terraform, Datadog, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
BONUS POINTS FOR
- Experience building agentic or LLM-powered internal tools.
- Experience with workflow orchestration systems such as Temporal.
- Experience working at the boundary between research and production engineering.
- Familiarity with performance optimization, scheduling, or resource allocation problems.
- Experience building lightweight product or developer-facing tools.

Attio is the CRM for agentic revenue. Designed for the most ambitious go-to-market teams, it gives companies the power to understand every customer, automate at scale, and build their go-to-market motion exactly as they need. We've raised $116M from some of the world's best investors: GV (Google Ventures), Redpoint, Balderton, Point Nine, and 01A.
We hire builders who thrive on complex technical challenges, hold themselves to a high bar, and genuinely care about delighting the people who use what they build. The team here brings sharp judgement, real craft, and the drive to do exceptional work. We're obsessed about the details and energized by the frontier.
If you want to do the best work of your career, this is the right place.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Engineering team tackles the toughest challenges, so our users never have to. Real-time infrastructure, AI-native architecture, and a frontend that feels effortless - all powered by a team that moves fast, thinks rigorously, and holds an exceptionally high bar for quality.
We’re looking for Staff Product Engineers that can solve our hardest technical problems, both individually and through technical leadership. You’ll design and build software that creates delightful, groundbreaking user experiences. You’ll play a key role in growing the talent in our engineering organization through mentoring, coaching and hiring, and you’ll resolve our most tricky product issues through an understanding of what’s important to our users and business.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Provide technical leadership for a critical part of Attio’s engineering organization. You’ll work across teams to design significant parts of our infrastructure, aligning with Attio’s overall technical strategy. You’ll hold a high bar for the output of the teams you work with, ensuring that Attio executes both quickly and with quality.
- Raise the bar on how we build and operate software. You’ll be part of a technical leadership group that sets standards for how we build and operate software at Attio, ensuring that we strive to build robust and maintainable systems that are reliable, scalable and secure.
- Grow our engineering talent. You’ll mentor and coach the engineers you work with, and help ensure we hire the best talent for Attio. You’ll share your knowledge and growth mindset with the team, and be open to new approaches and experiments as software engineering evolves in the age of AI.
- Deliver for the business. You’ll always look to optimize for Attio’s business, ensuring that we make the right trade-offs between delivery and perfection. You’ll strive to understand our customers and users so you can deliver the experiences which are uniquely valuable to them.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- First-class technical skills. First and foremost, you’ll be an excellent technical executor, with an ability to think in systems, not just crank out code. You’ll understand the world of distributed, cloud-native systems, and intuitively create the right interfaces to allow teams to innovate in parallel.
- Proven technical leadership credentials. You’ll have a track record of not just personal execution, but of delivering projects through others. You’ll be able to break down large, complex problems into smaller, independent goals that others can own. You’ll understand how technical architecture impacts ability to deliver, and to maintain systems for the long term, and be sensitive to the need to pick the right compromise.
- A growth mindset. Software engineering is changing rapidly in the age of AI, and you’ll understand the need to be open-minded and to experiment. You’ll be keen to teach, and to learn from the experience of others. You’ll relish the challenge of working in an area that’s new to you, and enjoy the discomfort that leads to personal growth.
- A passion for growing the skills of others. As you deliver projects through your technical leadership, you’ll be keen to grow the next generation of technical leaders. You’ll have demonstrated impact through mentoring and coaching, and be able to flex your style depending on the needs of your colleagues. You’ll also be passionate about hiring the right talent for Attio.
- A focus on the product and customer. You’ll have strong opinions on what makes a great product, and a keen desire to deliver the things which generate value for Attio’s customers. You’ll be curious to learn about how our product is used in the field, and have an understanding of how to use data to ensure we’re building the right thing.

You may be a good fit, if you have:
- Strong command of SQL, Python, and Git, alongside deep expertise in statistical inference, experimental design, and predictive modeling

- Experience leading analytics or data science teams, with a track record of making smart people faster
- Familiarity with modern data stack tools such as BigQuery, dbt, Looker, or Airflow (nice to have, not essential)
- Genuine excitement about AI - you follow the research, have opinions, and enjoy being in the weeds
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, managing complex multi-workstream roadmaps, and distilling insights into a concise, actionable narrative
- A leadership style grounded in empathy as much as in data
FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES AT COHERE ENJOY THESE PERKS:
- A weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or equivalent in your local currency for lunch.
