ABOUT ELEVENLABS
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
- Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're building agents that run real parts of our business, take on real work, and get better based on the results they produce. You'll build them with whatever is most capable right now: our own agents platform, the latest orchestration tools, and frontier models. The hard part is making them reliable, measurable, and safe enough for the business to depend on.
You'll sit in Marketing Engineering and be forward-deployed to our growth pods, where you'll find the problems worth solving and own the solutions end to end. You might be a forward-deployed builder, an applied AI engineer who has taken agents beyond the demo stage, or a full-stack engineer who is curious about growth.
REQUIREMENTS
- Python, SQL, LLM APIs and agent orchestration
- You've shipped production systems that other people relied on, starting from a vague problem
- You've built with LLMs beyond a demo and know how to evaluate them and where they fail
- You measure whether what you built worked
- Bonus: experience with GTM data or marketing systems.

The team and its impact
Accounting Core builds the foundations behind Xero’s accounting records, helping ensure that when a business records invoices, payments and other activity, its accounting stays accurate and dependable. You’ll help evolve a mature platform by decoupling key accounting capabilities from the mature architecture and creating safer, more scalable paths for change across areas such as invoices, payments, bank transactions and reconciliation.
As a Senior Engineer, you’ll own significant end-to-end initiatives from technical design through to production, helping decide how accounting capabilities can be separated from the monolith and evolved safely. You’ll stay hands-on in production code, work through trade-offs where accounting-data integrity and scalability matter, and collaborate closely with partner teams to ensure changes to the accounting engine support other Xero teams built on Accounting Core. You’ll also help raise engineering practices and quality standards as the Vancouver Accounting Core team continues to grow.
Technical Challenges:
- Decoupling a mature accounting platform: Help separate accounting capabilities from a monolith, creating clearer domain ownership and safer paths for change without compromising the integrity of the accounting record.
- Accounting correctness at scale: Design and evolve reliable services for critical financial data across areas such as invoices, payments, bank transactions and reconciliation.
- Shared foundations for product teams: Build capabilities and outputs that other Xero teams can rely on confidently, so they can deliver customer experiences without rebuilding core accounting foundations.
- Modernisation alongside delivery: Make incremental architectural improvements while continuing to deliver value for small businesses and their advisors.
Here are some of the things we are looking for
- Proven track record of delivering highly available, distributed systems and high-throughput services on cloud-native platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
- Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of significant work, from design through to rollout and production validation, including the technical decisions that come with it.
- You think carefully about architecture and trade-offs, from API design to choosing the right data store, and you balance speed, quality and long-term maintainability.
- Proficiency in a modern backend stack, such as Java, Kotlin, Go, Python, Ruby or C++, and you are keen to learn C# and .NET, where existing experience is a bonus.
- Passion for staying hands-on, contributing to production code and technical deep dives, and using AI tools with good judgement to move faster and raise the quality bar.
- A commitment to Go Together by mentoring peers, sharing technical knowledge and helping teammates grow through code reviews, pairing and documentation.
Where and how you can work
This role is based in our Vancouver office, where we embrace a hybrid working model. You will have the flexibility to work from home while joining the team in the office for "boost days" (1-2 days a week) to collaborate, socialize, and solve complex problems in person.
Our Hiring Process
1. TX phone screen: a conversation with your Talent Specialist about your background, motivations and the role.
2. Technical assessments: a coding assessment and systems design assessment, conducted virtually with real engineers, and based on real-world scenarios.
3. Technical deep dive: walk through a past project you owned end-to-end, covering how you thought about it, executed it and led through its complexity.
4. Values / Future Proof Xero: how you show up day to day, aligned with Xero's values and capabilities such as adaptability, ownership, customer thinking and AI fluency.
Compensation & Total Rewards
At Xero, we value the impact and skills you bring to the team. We believe in a Total Package philosophy - ensuring your value is recognized through a holistic lens that includes base salary, performance incentives, and world-class benefits.
The expected base salary range for this role is $155,000 - $205,000 CAD.
Individual pay is determined by various factors, including geography, level of experience, and the specific skills you bring to the role.
In addition to base pay, Xero’s roles are eligible for the following forms of variable compensation:
- Variable Pay: Permanent employees are eligible to participate in our annual bonus and equity (RSU) programs. You may also be eligible for performance-based cash or equity (RSUs) incentives depending on your role level, and company performance.
- Comprehensive Benefits: World-class health, wellness, and retirement programs. Xero Perks https://careers.xero.com/inside-xero/benefits-wellbeing/ including Wellbeing days, generous leave, and dedicated professional development budgets.
This is a posting for an existing vacancy.

The role and its impact
Payments Platform is one of Xero’s biggest areas of investment and growth - directly affecting how small businesses pay their people, buy supplies and take on their next opportunity. Here, we build the foundations for collecting and paying money through Xero, helping make payments simple, accurate and secure for customers while supporting multiple products, payment methods, providers and regions. You’ll help evolve a growing platform by building reusable, provider-agnostic capabilities across areas such as payment orchestration, provider integrations, onboarding, risk and compliance, reconciliation and bill payments.
As a Senior Engineer, you’ll own significant end-to-end initiatives from technical design through to production, helping decide how payment capabilities are designed, integrated and operated as the platform scales. You’ll stay hands-on in production code, work through trade-offs where customer simplicity, financial control, reliability and scalability matter, and collaborate closely with product and engineering partners to deliver payment experiences that are secure, trusted and easy to use. You’ll also help shape engineering practices and quality standards as the Vancouver Payments Platform team continues to grow.
Technical Challenges:
- A shared payments platform: Own a capability within the platform, such as orchestration, risk and fraud, or multi-provider support, and deliver it end-to-end. You'll be helping teams launch new payment products faster without rebuilding the same foundations.
- Global bill payments: Make a complex financial process feel simple for small businesses while keeping it accurate, secure and connected to the accounting record.
- High throughput at scale: Design and deliver reliable, secure distributed services that remain dependable under real-world production constraints, with the monitoring and operational readiness to support them.
- Customer impact alongside architectural progress: Improve existing systems in steps, delivering customer value quickly while contributing to a coherent long-term architecture.
- AI capabilities customers can trust: Apply AI to challenging product problems while protecting customer trust, and help evaluate those capabilities with the same discipline as the rest of your work.
Here are some of the things we are looking for
- Proven track record of delivering highly available, distributed systems and high-throughput services on cloud-native platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE TEAM
Mistral is building a sovereign AI cloud for Europe. Our customers in finance, healthcare, and the public sector run frontier models on European-jurisdiction infrastructure, and the Cloud Platform team builds the systems that make that possible — compute orchestration, Kubernetes, bare metal, storage, networking, and the datacenter fleet that runs it all.
We run it all on our own metal, our own network, our own datacenters — which means when something breaks, the fix is ours to write.
European Compute Units let enterprises commit to multi-year capacity on that infrastructure, and we are scaling toward a gigawatt of compute across Europe by 2030. You will design and ship the layer every sovereign AI deployment depends on.
THE ROLE
AI agents don't run in browsers. They run in sandboxes — and you will build ours.
We build secure, isolated, network-controlled environments with snapshotting primitives, designed for AI agents and reinforcement-learning workloads. An RL training run doesn't need one environment; it needs thousands, created and destroyed every second. An agent needs to be sandboxed from the world while still feeling fast enough to be useful. That tension — airtight isolation, at fleet scale, at low latency — is the product.
Your customers are the people building the next generation of AI software on our infrastructure; the primitives you ship become the runtime their agents live in.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Build the isolation layer: microVMs or containers, namespaces, cgroups, seccomp, snapshot and restore.
- Own the security boundary. Customers run code they didn't write and can't fully trust — your systems make that safe.
- Scale to fleets: creation latency, density, and lifecycle management for thousands of concurrent environments.
- Write Go and own the architecture and the hardest implementation decisions.
- Partner with Product Managers to turn frontier research needs into shippable primitives.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Deep Linux internals: namespaces, cgroups, seccomp, virtualization — ideally microVMs of the Firecracker class.
- You have shipped production systems in Go. Not dabbled. Shipped.
- You understand network isolation at the packet level — not just firewall rules.
- Performance instincts: you know what a syscall costs, and you have the profiles to prove you've cared.
- 5+ years building backend or infrastructure systems.
- You have partnered with product, design, and business teams to ship software that reached real users.
- A low-ego, team-first mindset. We care less about your exact domain and more about whether you are the kind of technical force other engineers want to work alongside.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.
For the most up-to-date details on benefits available in your location, please refer to our Benefits page https://app.notion.com/p/mistralai/Benefits-at-Mistral-36e6ba59a7fe836b93dd01737fcc27ef?source=copy_link.

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS
- Engineering Supply Chain Manager (Electronics)
- Location: Warsaw, Poland
- Department: Global Supply Chain
- Reports to: Engineering Operations Manager
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Office/On-site
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
THE MISSION OF THE ENGINEERING SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER (ELECTRONICS)
As our Engineering Supply Chain Manager (Electronics), you'll join our fast-moving Global Supply Chain organization and work closely with our hardware engineering teams as they design and build electronic systems on tight and shifting timelines.
You'll be an active part of our engineering projects, helping to execute them and staying ahead of supply. That means identifying long lead items and critical components as early as possible in the process, and securing them before they become bottlenecks for testing and builds. When lead times, allocation or a late design change threaten a prototype schedule, we need you to act. Our development cycles are fast and iterations are constantly occurring since we thrive on pushing the technology for the best.
You'll also be a key link between Engineering and Production. You'll communicate R&D supply chain risks and the critical components you've identified to Production, so nothing comes as a surprise at handover. Your work supports the success of every engineering prototype iteration and at the same time prepares Production for rollout and mass production.
This role suits someone who is proactive by nature, with a solution driven mindset and a deep understanding of electronics, PCB manufacturing and hardware prototyping, who is comfortable with ambiguity and acts before problems arrive rather than waiting for them. How quickly we get from concept to working hardware in orbit, and then into production, depends on how well this role is done.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
HIGH-VELOCITY ENGINEERING SUPPORT
- Serve as the hands-on supply chain counterpart for fast-paced electronics engineering teams working on multiple, rapidly evolving hardware projects.
- Be an active member of engineering project teams from kick-off, helping to execute the project plan and reviewing draft BOMs while the design can still be changed.
- Identify long lead items and critical components as early as possible, and secure them proactively (early orders, allocation, buffer stock) before they can delay a project.
- Translate early-stage concepts, evolving BOMs, and mid-design changes into actionable sourcing steps with minimal delay.
- Advise engineers, in real time and in early design reviews, on how component choices affect availability, alternates, obsolescence, cost and lead time.
- Identify supply issues before they become blockers and propose workaround paths immediately.
RAPID SOURCING & PROCUREMENT EXECUTION
- Own sourcing and procurement of electronic components, PCB fabrication, PCBA assembly, connectors, harness, sensors, RF parts, embedded modules.
- Run fast quoting and supplier selection so prototype and builds get their boards and parts on the dates engineering committed to.
- Lead efforts to find alternative components or new supply paths within hours, not weeks, when shortages occur.
- Set stock levels and material availability plans for development and prototype builds.
SUPPLIER INTERACTION & TECHNICAL ENGAGEMENT
- Own relationships with PCB fabricators, electronics manufacturing partners and component distributors, and work with them to understand lead time constraints, manufacturing capabilities, DFM implications and fast-track build options.
- Support technical capability assessments of PCB/PCBA vendors, machining partners, and component distributors.
- Negotiate priority build slots, allocation and expedited shipments, and secure prototypes under compressed timelines.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL START-UP COLLABORATION
- Coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, program management, and operations to remove obstacles and maintain build readiness.
- Maintain complete visibility into prototype schedules, engineering changes, and material risks, communicating clearly and frequently.
- Operate with a bias for action: if something is unclear, you chase it; if something breaks, you fix it; if something is missing, you find it.
AGILITY, RISK MANAGEMENT & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
- Build and maintain a living view of supply risks across all active prjects, including obsolescence, allocation, single-source parts, counterfeit risk and export restrictions and qualify alternatives early.
- Keep purchasing accurate in the ERP system, with clean traceability, cost visibility and build readiness status that the organisation can rely on, even under fast-moving conditions.
- Bring an experimentation mindset: test new suppliers, new sourcing channels, new manufacturing partners, and new tools to reduce lead times and cost.

THE ROLE
You will build storage on our cloud.
Block, filesystem, and object storage for training runs, sandboxed workloads, and general compute: you help decide what we build, what we buy, and how it adds up to storage our customers can bet a business on. Some layers we deploy and harden from best-in-class vendors. The ones that matter most we write ourselves in Go — S3-compatible object storage, tiering, backup and recovery, caching layers that put cold data on cheap spinning disks.
Storage is a strategic bet for this org: the systems you build will define how a gigawatt of European compute stores its data.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Build the storage stack — block, file, object — for training, sandbox, and general compute workloads.
- Design and write our own services in Go: S3-compatible APIs, tiering, backup and recovery, caching layers.
- Own the data plane: allocation, duplication, tiering, backup and recovery.
- Plan capacity across datacenters and across failure domains — petabytes, not terabytes.
- Partner with Product Managers to shape the storage roadmap and make the technical and business tradeoffs.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You have built storage systems — object, block, or distributed filesystems — not just operated them. You know what happens when a disk dies mid-write and when a rebalance collides with a backup window.
- Deep distributed-systems fundamentals: durability, consistency, replication, erasure coding, failure domains.
- You have shipped production systems in Go. Systems engineers coming from C++ or Rust who are ready to write Go daily should still talk to us.
- You are comfortable with hardware reality: HDD, SSD, and NVMe tiers, and the economics of each.

European Compute Units let enterprises commit to multi-year capacity on that infrastructure, and we are scaling toward a gigawatt of compute across Europe by 2030. You will design and ship the layer every sovereign AI deployment depends on.
THE ROLE
You will build our Kubernetes product end to end: a metal-to-on-demand platform built on in-house infrastructure, with GPU support for training, inference, and general-purpose compute.
Kubernetes is our product, not just our platform — we run it on infrastructure we own end to end. You will decide how the control plane scales, how GPUs get scheduled, and how quickly a rack of bare metal becomes an on-demand cluster a customer can use. The decisions you make here shape how our infrastructure scales from today's footprint to a gigawatt, and how we turn frontier AI research into production systems used by millions.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Design and ship the control plane. You own the architecture and the hardest implementation decisions — scheduling, operators, provisioning, node lifecycle.
- Own the reliability of the Kubernetes control plane. It is the team's headline KPI. You make the calls when it breaks at 3am.
- Shrink the distance from metal to on-demand. Provisioning a cluster should be minutes of automation, not weeks of tickets.
- Partner with Product Managers to set priorities, scope initiatives, and make the technical and business tradeoffs.
- Raise the engineering bar through code review and knowledge sharing across the Cloud Platform org.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You have shipped production systems in Go. Not dabbled. Shipped.
- You have run Kubernetes in anger — and ideally built parts of it: operators, schedulers, controllers. You understand what happens underneath it, and you have worked on Linux directly, not just on managed services that sit on top of it.
- You have run GPU workloads on Kubernetes, or you are confident you can own that domain fast.
- You think like a developer who happens to build infrastructure, not an operator who manages it. You write code other engineers depend on.
- Extensive experience building backend or infrastructure systems.
- You have partnered with product, design, and business teams to ship software that reached real users.
- A low-ego, team-first mindset. We care less about your exact domain and more about whether you are the kind of technical force other engineers want to work alongside.

Location: London, United Kingdom
Role: VP Operations
Reports to: CEO / Founder
Working model: On-site, London
Working Hours 9am-6pm
Role snapshot
Mission: turn OneDome’s acquisition-led strategy into predictable, high-quality execution across platform, operations and partners.
Primary focus: operating-model design (post-acquisition), completion certainty, and operational efficiency in a regulated environment.
You are the ‘programme manager on steroids’: you hold the whole machine in your head, zoom in/out fast, and relentlessly drive delivery.
Key partners: CEO, Chief of Staff, Product/Tech/Data leaders, Commercial/Partnerships, Risk/Compliance, and heads of acquired businesses.
Success is measured in completions, time-to-complete, cost-to-serve, partner performance, and operational risk outcomes—not activity.
The opportunity
This is a pivotal hire - OneDome has scaled quickly through acquisition and now needs a VP of Operations who can industrialise execution: remove duplicated legacy ways of working, create clarity of ownership, and build an operating cadence that makes performance repeatable.
Key responsibilities
Build and run the operating model: forums, governance, decision rights, OKRs/KPIs and cross-functional rituals that connect strategy to day-to-day delivery.
Lead post-acquisition integration: align processes, tooling, handoffs and incentives across acquired entities and the ‘mothership’ while protecting business continuity.
Own end-to-end completion performance: reduce friction and time-to-complete across mortgage, conveyancing and ancillary services; improve customer certainty and unit economics.
Drive partner operations at scale: set standards, SLAs and performance management across lenders, brokers, conveyancers, surveyors and other third parties.
Partner with Product/Tech/Data to prioritise automation and workflow tooling that de-risks operations, increases transparency, and surfaces issues early.
Strengthen operational risk: embed controls and auditability into operational processes, working closely with specialist risk/compliance functions to protect brand trust.
Build a high-performing operations organisation: structure teams, hire/coach leaders, create playbooks, and establish a culture of pace, detail and accountability.
Create a continuous improvement engine: instrument processes, diagnose failure points with data, and run systematic improvement cycles.
What success looks like
First
90 days
Complete a diagnostic of the current operating model, integration backlog, operational metrics and partner performance.
Agree a clear 100-day plan with the CEO/Chief of Staff: integration priorities, quick wins, and the next operating cadence.
Implement a visible governance rhythm (weekly/bi-weekly) with clean OKRs/KPIs and owners; remove ambiguity on decision rights.
Deliver early improvements in at least one high-friction area of the completion journey to build momentum.
12 months
A repeatable integration playbook that reduces time-to-integrate and avoids ‘legacy sprawl’.
Material improvement in completion rate and time-to-completion, with clear attribution to operational changes.
A stable, scalable operating cadence with reliable forecasting of delivery, partner performance and operational risk hotspots.
An operations team with strong middle leadership and clear accountability across the group.
Person specification
Essential experience
3-5 years of demonstrable operations leadership (COO/VP Ops/Head of Operations) in a fintech start-up/scale-up; marketplace and regulated delivery experience strongly valued.
Proven post-acquisition integration leadership: simplifying multi-entity operating models, harmonising processes and improving execution metrics.
Deep experience running multi-party delivery models reliant on external partners, with rigorous performance management.
Strong data fluency: uses funnel, operational and financial metrics to prioritise work, diagnose issues and make trade-offs.
Demonstrated ability to build cadence, accountability and pace in fast-moving, ambiguous scale-up environments.
Desirable
Formal programme delivery training (e.g., PRINCE2 / MSP / PgMP) or equivalent ‘battle-tested’ experience.
Experience in FCA-influenced or similarly regulated environments; comfort embedding controls without slowing the business to a crawl.
Exposure to mortgage, conveyancing, insurance, or other high-stakes customer journeys.
Behaviours and motivations
Structured and detail-obsessed: enjoys making messy, inherited processes clean and scalable.
High ownership, low ego: will get into the weeds, fix problems, then systematise and delegate.
Fast, clear thinker: can hold complexity and still communicate simply to drive decisions.
Bias for action with sound judgement: knows when to move fast and when to slow down for risk and reputation.

Maintaining our start-up spirit, we prioritize thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and, of course, our business.
We're looking for a Senior Android Engineer or Tech Lead who thinks like a product builder — someone who cares deeply about the "why" behind what they're building, not just the tickets in the backlog.
You'll be embedded in a cross-functional domain team (Backend, Mobile, ML/AI, QA, Design, and Product) and own the end-to-end development of features that genuinely matter: company accounts and cash flows, banking transactions, card issuance and management, and AI-enabled accounting. You'll help shape architecture decisions, raise the bar on engineering quality, and mentor the engineers around you.
If you're energized by working at the intersection of great mobile engineering and real product impact — this is the role.
What You’ll Do
Design and build new features for our Android application, used daily by business owners across Europe.

Take ownership of code quality, performance, and stability — automated testing and thorough code reviews are non-negotiable.
Collaborate closely with Backend, QA, Design, and Product — you'll be shaping solutions end-to-end, not just implementing specs.
Drive technical decisions within your domain, challenge assumptions when needed, and proactively identify opportunities to build better.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, tooling, and mobile best practices across the team.
