Location: Boston, Massachusetts; Foster City, California; Marlton, New Jersey; Remote, United States Do you care about keeping developer tools running reliably, enjoy digging into the systems and infrastructure behind them, and know that reliable tools make all the difference for development teams? If you are calm under pressure, enjoy diagnosing complex systems, want to help developers overcome technical hurdles, and thrive on deep problem-solving across diverse tech stacks, this role is for you. About JetBrains We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale. About TeamCity TeamCity is a highly scalable CI/CD server that integrates across the modern software ecosystem. Because it supports complex server-side setups and SaaS deployments, issues can stem from the product itself or the surrounding infrastructure. What you’ll do As part of our Support Engineering team, you will act as a crucial link between global engineering teams and our internal product developers. You will take ownership of incoming technical issues, pinpoint root causes, and provide working resolutions or clear escalations. You'll work American-timezone hours to give our global community timely, effective support. Day to day, you will: Identify whether an issue stems from the product, infrastructure, or third-party integrations. Provide workarounds, submit bug reports, or escalate issues directly to development. Capture insights and publish solutions following KCS (Knowledge-Centered Service) principles. Share user feedback with internal product teams to shape future tool improvements. What you’ll bring A systematic and structured, but flexible approach to troubleshooting complex software and infrastructure issues. A clear, direct communication style that explains technical details in ways others can understand. Comfort working independently across distributed teams and time zones. Curiosity about how different build systems, VCS providers, and clouds operate together. An inclination to leave documentation and systems better than you found them. What you’ll need Fluency in English, with strong written communication skills. The ability to work aligned with American time zones. Practical experience troubleshooting web servers and applications (such as Tomcat and Java-based environments). A working knowledge of relational databases (such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MSSQL). Familiarity with build automation tools (such as Gradle, Maven, or .NET build systems). An understanding of containerized environments or cloud infrastructure (such as Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, or Azure). What success looks like Success in this role means resolving complex support cases efficiently while maintaining clear communication with developers. You build trust by accurately diagnosing underlying infrastructure or application bugs rather than addressing symptoms alone. Over time, your contributions to the knowledge base reduce repeat issues, and your feedback helps product teams make TeamCity more resilient. #LI-DNI This range reflects the employer’s good-faith estimate of the base salary it reasonably expects to pay for the position at the time of posting. Starting pay within the range will be determined based on job-related factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. The base salary range (per year) for this position in the posted work location(s) is $144,000 — $216,000 USD We are an equal opportunity employer We know great ideas can come from anyone, anywhere. Location: Helsinki, Finland About Wolt At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe. Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life. About the Team The Unified Privacy Platform team’s mission is to earn the trust of every DoorDash user by upholding their right to privacy, consent, and transparency. We are building a common privacy foundation across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo so Consumers, Dashers, and Merchants can understand how their data is used, control their choices, and exercise their privacy rights through simple, consistent experiences. Our work is organized around three connected pillars: the Privacy Center, a unified user-facing destination for privacy controls and rights; the Unified Privacy Platform, which captures and enforces consent, policy, jurisdictional requirements, and privacy actions; and Privacy Operations and Intelligence, which gives Legal, Support, Privacy, and engineering operators the workflows, diagnostics, audit history, and automation needed to resolve privacy work safely and efficiently. Together, these capabilities turn fragmented, one-off compliance work into reusable platform primitives that can support new products, brands, and emerging regulations. About the Role DoorDash is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Unified Privacy Platform team. You will lead a team of backend and platform engineers responsible for the next generation of privacy and consent infrastructure, including the Privacy Center, the User Consent Platform, privacy-policy decisioning, self-service data-rights experiences, and the operational tooling required to manage privacy cases at global scale. As the Engineering Manager, you will own and execute a multi-year vision for privacy at DoorDash. You will balance legal and regulatory correctness, user trust, security, reliability, and developer velocity while building systems that work consistently across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo. You will be a strategic partner to Product, Legal, Security, Data Governance, Marketing and Communications, and engineering leadership, establishing clear ownership boundaries and turning complex privacy requirements into scalable, self-service capabilities. You’re excited about this opportunity because you will… Lead and mentor a high-performing team of backend and platform engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, privacy by design, operational excellence, and thoughtful cross-functional partnership Drive the technical strategy across the Privacy Center, the Unified Privacy Platform, and Privacy Operations and Intelligence Build the cross-brand User Consent Platform, including canonical consent state, policy and configuration management, consent SDKs, audit history, and consistent enforcement across products and jurisdictions Deliver simple, self-service experiences for consent and communication preferences, Right to be Forgotten (RTF), Right to Information (RTI), and Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) Turn emerging privacy and regulatory requirements into standardized platform capabilities instead of one-off product implementations Lead the migration from fragmented legacy consent systems to a single source of truth across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo, while managing compatibility and safe deprecation Define clear contracts with data-governance fulfillment systems and downstream product and storage teams so privacy actions are traceable, retryable, auditable, and correctly reflected back to users and operators Provide architectural guidance for distributed systems that manage sensitive user choices, policy evaluation, orchestration, secure data delivery, reporting, and immutable audit trails Partner with recruiting to build a diverse and inclusive team, attracting and retaining exceptional engineering talent We’re excited about you because you have… A bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience 3+ years of experience in people management leading backend or platform teams 8+ years of industry experience Extensive experience as an engineer or engineering leader in a fast-paced, platform-focused development environment Proven experience designing large-scale distributed systems, service application programming interfaces (APIs), policy or rules engines, workflow orchestration, state machines, data-lifecycle systems, or audit architectures Preferred experience with privacy, consent, data governance, or regulatory systems, including concepts such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), data-subject rights, retention, deletion, and legal holds The ability to translate ambiguous legal, policy, and product requirements into clear platform boundaries, reusable abstractions, and executable roadmaps Strong product sense and the ability to partner effectively with Legal, Product, Design, Security, Data, Marketing, Support, and engineering teams across multiple brands and geographies A growth mindset—you are eager to expand your skills, raise the quality bar, and build enduring systems in a rapidly changing environment Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel. Beware of recruitment scams: DoorDash, Deliveroo, and Wolt will never ask you to pay money or share sensitive financial information during hiring — learn more about our legitimate recruiting process at Recruitment Scam Awareness - DoorDash .

Location: Anywhere in France, Belgium, Spain HEALTH CAN’T WAIT. Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t. Alan exists to end the wait. Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way. So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience. We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR. Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond. ⭐ THE ENGINEERING TEAM ⭐ In our engineering team, we build the infrastructure, interfaces, and applications to provide first-class service to our members, health professionals, and even ourselves! Being an engineer at Alan means joining a team of talented, committed and passionate engineers, with a lot of product interaction. We move fast, with a lot of ownership, and are proud to tackle big problems! Our process is very simple: those who make product decisions are the same ones who build them. Want to know more? Read this article https://blog.alan.com/tech-et-produit/engineering-organisation-at-alan if you want to discover how life as an Engineer at Alan and this article https://medium.com/alan/engineering-career-path-at-alan-e5de5c2e740c on our Engineering career path. 🛠️ THE STACK Python/Flask, React, React Native, PostgreSQL in a monorepo. We deploy daily and believe in distributed ownership - you build it, you own it. 🤖 THE HOPPER CREW 🎯 Mission: - Hopper is Alan's internal agentic AI platform and every Alaner's AI companion: one unified productivity tool for coding, data, automation, research, and everyday work. - It is a platform with a product on top. The product is the first and most demanding user of reusable components for agent orchestration, isolated execution, skills, connectors, permissions, audit, and evaluations. It started as a coding agent. Watch how we built its first version and enabled anyone at Alan to ship code https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hAu7Ngfd0ys. Coding remains its most mature use case and the foundation we are expanding from. 🔭 Scope: 1. Product experience - durable AI sessions available from the web, Slack, Linear, and GitHub for coding, data analysis, automation, and general work 2. Agent runtime and orchestration - control plane, harness, model routing, long-running execution, recovery, and isolated sandboxes 3. Secure connectors - an MCP Gateway that manages identity, credentials, permissions, confirmations, sensitivity, and audit 4. Skills, automations, and artifacts - reusable workflows, scheduled or event-driven work, dashboards, and hosted tools 5. Trust and review - evaluations and product experiences that expose tests, screenshots, previews, queries, sources, and tool actions 👀 Focus for 2026: Coding proved that Alaners want to delegate meaningful work to agents. Our 2026 focus is to make it the AI companion every Alaner can rely on: faster and more durable sessions, safe access to company tools and data, HDS-compatible infrastructure for sensitive workloads, stronger evaluations, and results people can inspect before acting on them. 👀 Focus for 2026: In 2026, we're moving from "AI tools you monitor" to "AI agents you trust." That means scaling Hopper — Alan's own background coding agent — alongside the infrastructure that makes it reliable: managed agent pools, sandboxed environments, autonomous testing, and CI auto-fix. Engineers will routinely offload tasks to agents. Non-engineers will open pull requests after having easily tested their changes. Agents will validate their own work before it ships. ⭐ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR? EXPERIENCE WE VALUE - 3+ years in full-stack software engineering roles - Experience building products, internal platforms, frameworks, or infrastructure used by other people - Depth in at least one relevant area: AI agents and evaluations, developer platforms, high-quality product UX, distributed systems and runtimes or security and authorization - Ability to own work end to end, from a React interaction or API contract to reliability in production - Experience with LLM APIs, agent harnesses, MCP, or AI-assisted coding tools is a strong plus MINDSET WE VALUE - You think in terms of both product and platform experience: Alaners across engineering, product, data, sales, and operations are your customers - You care about whether people can understand and verify what an AI system did - You make concrete tradeoffs between speed, reliability, cost, security, and user experience - You simplify complexity with clear abstractions and maintainable code - You are collaborative, humble, and motivated by enabling others - You are excited about AI changing who can build, investigate, and automate work - You are fluent in English (no French required) - Above all, we look for high potential and curiosity. Everything else is a bonus. 🌍 HOW WE WORK - Location: You must be legally eligible to work in France, Belgium, or Spain. - Remote work: We offer remote work flexibility, but we value in-person collaboration 🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES. If you’re excited by the idea of building the future of work, this is the team for you - we're at the start of the journey. 🎯 IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR? We’re looking for Product engineers with 3+ years of experience who get excited about building state-of-the-art AI systems and applying them to real-world, high-stakes problems in operations. - You’ll work at the frontier of LLMs, tool calling, human-in-the-loop, internal tools UX, multi-agent architectures, and see your work deployed in production, used by our ops team - You’ll implement new capabilities for AI agents, as well as tooling to make ops autonomous on the creation, evolution, monitoring and evaluation of their agents - You’ll work on making our system scale, going from a few dozen to tens of thousands of tasks automated daily - You’ll have significant influence on system architecture and code quality - You’ll mentor engineers, contribute to our product & engineering culture, and help build the team (including participating in hiring). You would be a good fit at Alan if most of this sounds like you: - Strong background in full-stack software engineering, systems architecture, with a spike in back-end engineering. - Experience with traditional ML, or LLMs, or ML dev ops is a big plus - Product-minded: you want your solutions to be used, and impactful - Self-directed and pragmatic - Humble and still willing to grow (no matter your seniority!) - Collaborative, enthusiastic about teamwork, learning, and teaching - Fluent in English (no need to speak French!) But above all, we are looking for high potential and curiosity: make sure to show us this when you apply! Everything else is a bonus. For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the D-F level range. 🙌 PERKS & BENEFITS https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity At Alan, we believe that being in good health is a basic need, and it starts with our employees.
